What is Nabilah Naggayi Sempala problem: Everyone lies, but who is telling the truth then?

The Forum for Democratic Change Woman MP for Kampala Nabilah Naggayi Sempala has spoken out about the state of affairs in general politics. Especially after the FDC Reshuffle within the 10^th Parliament, where most of the loyalists to previous Party President Gen. Mugisha Muntu have been outcast and other people have been assigned roles within the shadow government. However, this has not gone without questions or even discussions. As the decisions to do so, has been done by the FDC Party President Patrick Oboi Amuriat. Which is a total normal procedure and has been done by the FDC for ages now. Therefore, the silent force and not so viable MP, Nabilah shows up to scene.

She is not the cleanest MP within the FDC, even during campaigns before the General Election in 2016. She campaigned both with Amama Mbabazi and Kizza Besigye. Seemingly, whenever the big-man was in town, she had to have support of both. Which is in itself weird and also disloyal. No-one should forget that. Maybe, that is why she is concerned about the state of affairs.

“The current state of our nation political health is majorly caused by the willingness of most people to listen to lies especially those who are passionate about party politics and will be quick to rationalize or diminish the seriousness of lies told by a member of the political party they support, but will be merciless toward any member of the opposing political party caught telling a lie of any kind. I strongly believe that all of the problems facing Uganda can be traced to people’s collective choice to embrace Lies. But even though they will claim not to like lying, they continue to tolerate the people and institutions that do the lying so long as none of the specific lies they tell happens to greatly disadvantage or displease them personally; But in the confines of their homes and amongst close friends or family; they embarrassingly admit that the Leader of FDC has lied on several occasions or that President Museveni has not been exactly truthful to Ugandans! Over to you, Ugandans! When will “LYING” be faced and confronted straight in the FACE? Whatever is eating up FDC is the same eating up NRM! Dishonesty!” (Nabilah Naggayi Sempala, 10.08.2018).

If there is someone who is electioneering or trying to finesse herself in Uganda. Nabilah is one of them. Especially if there is coins or loyalty points to get out of it. This is happening now, she is trying to forge a better pattern and make herself viable. Not that she had done that when it came to Age Limit or possible Land Amendments. You wouldn’t hear her speak or utter a word, but when its mere political splits or political infighting. She shows up like hunger strikes. Nabilah have to get that bread and this is how she gets her butter.

Nabila N. Sempala has done this and will continue to pursuit this way. Because her messaging is lack-luster and needs a political sponsor to get pass anything. Her character is coning and will look for someone to carry her. That she blames both FDC and Museveni of lying is to cover all bases. Both her FDC base, but also show wits. What falls flat, is the lack of implying, who is lying and what lie?

Is it that the FDC are trying to forge fresh MPs within the Parliament and foster their talents? Is that the FDC branch of Muntu is being faced out? The NRM lies constantly, that is their bread and butter, the one you are also trying to score point on. What is drive there? Museveni lies all the time and false promises is his livelihood. So what is your point there?

Nabilah is electioneering and trying to finesse herself again. Nsereko bangs for bucks, Nabilah gives loyalty for bucks. Let see where the buck stops for her, maybe she will change party to before next election. She was part of Mbabazi before going back to Besigye in 2015. Let see if she pulls of the same sort of stunt in 2020 before the 2021. Peace.

Opinion: The Leopards Anus was apparently wrongfully offended by some Buttocks!

Apparently the Leopards Anus is mad or crazy, or his ordered to be offended by the civil servant, the lecturer at Makerere Dr. Stella Nyanzi, as the First Lady Janet Museveni has ordered her husband who speed dialed Inspector General of Police Kale Kayihura, so the case could move forward and the charges could be put. Therefore, the Police is a useful tool for the State House and the Presidential couple, who cannot manage to live with vocal voices anymore. They so fragile and pale leaders who are charging citizens for writing “buttocks”.

But in not to long ago, the President himself on the Mbale State Lodge in December 2015 said this: “If you go and put your finger in the anus of a leopard. You are in trouble, you are in trouble. Ho! Ho! I cant believe how people could do so. NRM?, you attack NRM people in Uganda here?! If it is in South Sudan or Kenya, yes we may have some problems. But in Uganda here?! Where do go? Where do you go?! So there will be no problem here. Those people made a big mistake, those individuals and those children are going to regret. And whoever sent them will also regret if we come with evidence we shall go for him or her – the one who said ‘you go and beat them’”.

So when he call himself the Leopards Anus, why charge an academic person for buttocks!

Dr. Stella Nyanzi Particular of the Offence was this: “Stella Nyanzi on the 28^th January 2017 at the Kampala District or thereabout used a computer to post on her facebook page “Stella Nyanzi” wherein she made a suggestion or proposal referring His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni amongst others “a Pair of Buttocks” which Suggestion/Proposal is obscene or Indecent” (Uganda Police Force – CID Headquarters – E/79/2017 – 23.03.2017).

The yellow movement are like minions of Museveni now, following orders blindly and using the Police to silent the dissidents to levels that are obscene. That the NRM and Museveni cannot handle to be questioned by a Makerere lecturer is insane, but also the state of affairs. The fragile little minister and his first family who cannot handle buttocks.

They have with age become weak at heart and soft as statues on pedestals, as they cannot be moved or touched, because if you do so. They might break and go into a million pieces. That the President and his First Lady is so fragile, that a word means ass and meaning the behind makes someone a criminal. Proves how little value their government and their rule is. That the NRM and their President cannot manage to be described as a buttocks, but calls himself as a big-man the “Leopards Anus”. Proves the double standard and the double legality, as buttocks is seen as obscene, but the Anus is OKAY.

The little man in charge of Uganda and his wife doesn’t have courage or strength anymore. They should be farmers and under the banana-trees, not run a republic when a buttocks comment is to much to handle. These leaders just control and micro-manage, nor actually run it. That President Museveni has to charge Dr. Nyanzi over that, show’s how tiny his mind is and how marginal understanding of criticism are.

Well, David Barry has a point, because the reason why Dr. Nyanzi is in a situation is like this because the President is used to ass kissers who praise all his activities. Therefore, that he was pushing forward with the charge on “buttocks” proves that he has lost touch with reality. That President Museveni and his family are now ruining the republic. Not that this is news, but the effects of his measures now doesn’t makes sense. That his government structure or policies are now so draconian.

That the man who called himself Leopard Anus should have more serious charges against a citizen if he was offended. Surely, the other opposition like Beti Kamya even said he had no heart. I don’t know what is more offensive, been called heartless or an ass. An ass is subjective that your doing dirt, but if you have no heart, than your not caring or careless in your acts as a person. Nevertheless, Kamya is a State Minister and Dr. Nyanzi is behind bars until mid of April. Since justice is optional in Uganda.

The Leopards Anus has spoken, the fragile little President at the Okello State House, cannot even manage without getting hurt by some bum fun and some backhanded slaps. That he feels that he is taken from behind and cornered. Such from a freedom fighter and a revolutionary Marxist. So I hate too, wait I love to be use the words of Ricky Gervais, even if your offended, doesn’t mean your right Mr. President. It just mean your wrong for the unjust reasons. That the injustice you are selling to the tribes and the Republic is now manifested with the charge on Dr. Nyanzi. Peace.

Opinion: Hon. Kyambadde revealed what was important at the State House!

“I resigned from State House Uganda, because there were so many powerful people and power centers, and for example the sons and sons-in-law of first family would bring in some foreign businessmen and despite being my duty to clear them, i could not say anything.” – Amalie Kyambadde (On Face Off on NBS TV Uganda, 12.03.2017).

Hon. Kyambadde who is now her second term as Member of Parliament for Mawokota North County in Mpigi District after she left or resigned her position Private Presidential Secretary at the State House, she had the PPS position from 2001 to 2010. Therefore, you see that she went to be elected as MP, instead of working in the State House.

This is very interesting as she knows the perks and working ethics of State House, as she spent nearly a decade in the State House and worked closely with the President. So the knowledge of how it works, she knows perfectly well. As the speculated issues inside the State House came out to the public in 2015:

“The wars in State House, an insider told us, “were always there but they came out in the open when Amelia (Kyambadde, the Trade minister), left State House.” (…) “The source said Ms Kyambadde exerted considerable authority over the presidential palace, hardly allowing internal wrangles to burst open into the public domain” (Mukiibi Sserungjogi & Okuda, 2015).

So there have been revealed things before, but today what she said on NBS have been sort of common knowledge, as the pictures of Hamis Kiggundu, Ruparelia Sundir and others who certainly has conducted their business transactions from the State House with deals between them. The development and acceptance of big-business happens directly inside the state. As well as the decrees and licence to do business, so the words of Hon. Kyambadde extend this idea and verifies what has been commonly known, but not yet said by former internal workers at this capacity.

That she also shows the turn-over of family business inside the State House, their own ideas bringing their connections to the State House, shows the allegiance of state is within the family and not with the procedures of the state. That can be said by the negotiations that even happened a few years ago:

“Byabagambi, who attended the meeting at State House, as did officials from CHEC and the Ugandan attorney general, has accused the MPs of receiving bribes from CCECC to frustrate the project; two of the MPs held a press conference on Monday to deny the accusations and to accuse the government of overpaying CHEC” (Rogers, 2014). So the Chinese investors and entrepreneurs had direct meetings at the State House, so the Attorney General and the MP who oversaw the Standard Gauge Railway project at the time. So the ties all connect to the State House.

In 2011 the State House had made another deal as report back in 2013:

“The Auditor General’s report for the year ending June 2012 notes that there was unfair treatment of bidders ahead of the Presidential swearing in Ceremony in May 2011 where one bidder was dropped for no particular reason” (…) “This was despite the fact that other bidders such as Country Safaris were considered to have the same problem as Africa One Tours and Travel because they could not meet the specifications of the required manufacturers” (…) “In their response, State House officials stated that they had been given a short period within which to prepare for the swearing-in ceremony yet they did not have a set date and there was no money for the function” (Athumani, 2013). So back in 2011, it wasn’t the ministries task to hire and secure the cars for the President, but State House officials. This shows the controlling aspects of the State House, not only the business being decided inside the State House.

This is just some proof of some of the business activity that happens at the State House, surely more than meet the eye and that has been reported about. Certainly, the Museveni family and kin has done more business there than we can ever know. However, there will only be indications until more is revealed or if the leaks from the State House, as it haven’t been controlled as much as it was under Hon. Kyambadde. Peace.

Go-Forward activist jailed for mobilizing today!

There are some strange laws in Uganda where the Go-Forward participations are forbidden. Charles Basoga where just doing duties for the polticial choice he has picked. Not touching the leopards anus.

I don’t know what law that they are specificly following, but somewhere between the Public Order Management Act and Gen. Kale Kayihura orders. Not sure one what term this happen, but surely not justified or court of law. This is just an typical act of the NRM-Regime because they can’t help themselves. Peace.

“Following a press conference that was slated for today, Aine’s brother who was going to the venue was whisked away. Kayihura has come out to dismiss the allegations that the police is behind this” (NBS TV Uganda, 2016).

More sadness to the story of Christopher Aine; the Brother of Christopher Aine goes missing; Charles Rwomusushana still detained

The story unfolds as the two detained journalist from Red Pepper has been released about the 48 hours of questions from the police. Also Charles Rwomushana have been detained or arrested over the weekend and since Friday 8^th January. He has still have not been released for his involvement in dropping the picture online.

CP Fred Enanga later in the day stated this:

“The police have meanwhile arrested Charles Rwomushana, on credible information that the dangerous and questionable pictures of a “dead Aine” were widely circulated by him online”.

Earlier this morning 11^th January 2017 Christopher Aine’s uncle (in striped shirt) together with Sauti ya vijana jobless brotherhood and unemployed youth hold a press conference…”Our concern is for police to produce Aine either dead or alive, if he is dead we put him to rest culturally.”

More reports today of “decent” Police work:

Mr. Christopher Aine’s brother, Moses Musasizi Aine has been arrested by unknown persons on his way to the press conference that was starting 5 minutes. It was a Noah that picked him up along Lumumba Avenue. ©Sauti ya Vijana

Also reported today:

“Relatives of Christopher Aine, the missing aide to Independent Presidential candidate, Amama Mbabazi have decided to hire foreign investigators to gather evidence surrounding his disappearance” (88,2 Sanyu FM).

While more reports on Charles Rwomushana this morning:

“The whereabouts of Mr Charles Rwomushana, a former ISO intelligence operative turned political analyst, remain unknown after his friends and lawyers failed to trace him in any of the police facilities in Kampala”.

So there is the case right now and the tally off missing persons is Charles Rwomushana, Christopher Aine and earlier today Moses Musasizi Aine. People of both Aine family members don’t know where they are. The same goes to the people and lawyers of Rwomushana who still don’t have any idea where he is. So there are families out there who miss their loved ones. Christopher Aine has been missing since 17^th December 2015 and this does not look good on the Police. Since they have gone on jailing everybody with a little inch of information instead of showing progress to where he might be. The starting spin-control in the end of December 2015; show’s a man like me that they know more then what they are telling the public. So we can question what is happening, I don’t have the answers, it just don’t add up. The Police know more then what they release, the Go-Forward team comments are direct, and the family of Aine has been upfront from the get-go since it their son and family member. They are the only ones in this who has been totally truthful and saying how they feel. Something they are entitled to and they should be the first ones to gain information on the matter.

This here is a reaction to the Ntungamo clashes and it hasn’t been silence since. Shows how much it can cost to have a conflict with Mzee. I feel the sorrow for the family of Aine who has yet another family member that has gone missing. This from a family who was heavily involved in the NRA bush-war where Christopher Aine’s father was Lieutenant Colonol Julius Aine a historical fighter in the Luweero in the 1980s. So NRM can easily forget its historical persons and the ones who fought for them. Not to forget how they might be treating their kids of the men who took to arms to give them power. Especially the President Museveni who has earned the most of on the Luweero warfare of old, which he brings up with pride every-time he can.

Ugandan Presidential Candidates debate; serious attitude comes forward; two kings leaves the race while the servants stay put

We are at strange place when it comes the 15^th January and the general debate for presidential candidates in Uganda. People are throwing blame and I stand by calling Mzee a chicken-out from the debate. We all know why! He can’t spin it to his benefit and worried that he will look weak compared to the other men. His quotes will forever stay there and will be remembered, like Mzee has skipped before in 2011, 2006 and 1996. Well, let see what else been said on the issue during the day, this is starting to farce. Let me elaborate on that.

First the Presidential Candidate Hon. Amama Mbabazi said this: “There are 8 people in the race, if 2 have pulled out of the debate, then that doesn’t mean we can’t debate “.

Other that has verified that they will show-up for the debate is Prof. Venansius Bayramureeba and Abed Bwanika.

Also today Dr. Kizza Besigye commented: ““So this time when I challenged Mr. Museveni to a debate, I knew that he is averse to having a direct debate- which is unfortunate because in a situation like ours where there are deep contradictions, it is important to have a direct debate so that people are able to determine the candidates’ positions and policies.” (…)”The debate should be between two opposing sides its madness of me to take a day or two off my tight schedule to meet my colleagues for a debate”.

While we yesterday got the reports from two of his men and one of his men Ofwono Opondo clarified clearly to the people that President Museveni wouldn’t show up; because he has a busy schedule and would be missed because the trouble with the travel for 6 hours to be at the Serena Hotel and wants to rather be with the people!

So Mzee has decided to alter the debate and add a new figure to represent him. Today we have the new reports the change too southpaw; so he added of the mysterious Minister without Portfolio Richard Todwong. Hon. Todwong will be his mouthpiece when necessary it’s seems in a way to cash his paycheck. In that way we have the fourth candidate which happens to be a representative for the presidency and not himself.

While the James Ogola the spokesperson for The Elders’ Forum of Uganda (TEFU), the organizer of the public debate on live TV which is to be broadcasted through all channels in Uganda from NTV cameras, he said this yesterday: “If the candidate cannot come, we shall not accept representation. That chair will remain empty”.

The TEFU statement said this on the 7^th January: “During a meeting held with all the eight presidential candidates’ campaign managers and agents on January 6, at Protea Hotel Kampala, all the participants unanimously agreed that candidates have a lot to gain by personal appearance in the debates and much more to lose by non-appearance,” noted a statement that IRCU released on January 7^th 2016.

With this being said and written by the TEFU then the Minister without Portfolio Todwong will not be allowed to be in the chair instead of Mzee. So Dr. Kizza Besigye can’t send Nandala Mafabi or Mugisha Muntu in his stead, though I think they rather stay on the campaign trail as well. FDC have the honor to really shun the event because the President can’t take the time all of sudden.

That Hon. Amama Mbabazi want to be there is understandable he want to gain political capital by being the one left of the giant three to actually show up. He is one of the main candidates. We all know that the Professor Barya and Bwanika would be secondary or third wheels with Amama, Kizza and Yoweri, and they all know it. Ofwono Opondo went a bit far though on Friday on radio the Capital Gang when he said: “I don’t know who you are”. This Opondo utter out the mouth while Abed Bwanika where in the studio. Even I know who he is and that he have campaigned and been a presidential candidate at-least two times before and his party hasn’t the reach yet. Still are more popular than Professor Barya. Since some of his crowds are as big as lines for airtime in the morning Mondays after a busy weekend. Not enough yet!

I wish the People’s President also just showed up even if Mzee didn’t have the guts to. Even if I understand the motive of Besigye; that Mbabazi is trying to get political capital is smart, but he still doesn’t the machine as FDC has, that is why he has tried more than twice to settle the difference between them and get him to step-down for him. That hasn’t actually worked.

The President has already lost the battle of supremacy and it’s viable with the way this have gone, his spokesmen Opondo and the other guy the campaign manager can’t chant a tune to save this charade. Besigye get to look lost in the battle for defiance instead of being the true giant in the matter, he could be golden and righteous in a two-hour battle as well; Even if the commander in chief chickens out instead of proving that his mouth and brain moves.

So that Mbabazi and the other guys might have a ball. The debate will be powerful in its way, but without Besigye and Museveni it misses all of the top three presidential candidates. That is weak and foolish. We all know the TEFU behind it and this will make it look like they don’t have the touch to get them speaking live on TV that day. But it’s their choice and not the parties involved. TEFU is just a tool to Museveni as everything else, and Besigye don’t want to look foolish compared to his nemesis M7.

The other candidates will have the say The Independent Coalition Maureen Kyala Wamuumbe and Joseph Mabirizi will get bigger stage then normal. Just like the other rest of them. They will gladly show up to it instead of being campaigning they will capitalize on it. Besigye and Museveni thinks they earn on not showing up. Where is Gen. Benon Biraaro at this point? Or I am missing the channels where he is occupied all the space? Because nowhere spoken his mind on the matter!

The reason for why Mzee doesn’t show up doesn’t add up to his own fear for the platform and lose of creative control and editing power. Since he can shut-up and will utter some nonsense with the bush-war mentality that he thinks all Ugandans will eat up like matooki. Instead they listen and wonder why that argument where used for building roads between Masindi and Kampala. While the other candidate actually speaks proper policy or regulations on the question; the same is the actions of Mzee. Besigye would have answered properly though anti-NRM rhetoric. The same with Mbabazi who will add with the new fresh spin and also say that he wasn’t an executive power like his former chief. Well, we will not see the whole picture and live broadcast; the first time in history with all presidential candidates unless Mzee wishes to show balls and be a real presidential candidate for once. Presidential Candidates should be able to debate in public with other candidates instead of only singing their own tune on the campaign trail and rallies. Surely Mzee have checked the questions asked from media the press conference to secure him what message that comes out and have control of what is in the press, if the press doesn’t follow then he shuts them down. Like he have done with the Daily Monitor, KFM Radio and other media stations when they have gone too far with the wrong message.

Mzee can’t handle a person like me or the press who questions his authority and rule. So if he would be on a debate he would not have the ability to save his face. Besigye follows suit because he doesn’t see the other candidates as viable opposition and feels that if the incumbent president doesn’t show-up it’s the B-Team on Live-TV instead of the whole group of people. So Mbabazi is the golden kid in this because people will even blame Besigye for backing out and questions remain what it would have been with him in the mix. There is a loss that two of magnificent trio is out. You have the six candidates and one happen to be a major one that makes the tally weak. So Mzee proves yet again that he can’t or doesn’t have it in him to debate or argue for his longevity and perseverance, Besigye will not come with fighting spirit in it, we will have the usual suspect and meager attendance that doesn’t cover the spectrum from PRO-Yellow to the mellow and to the ordinary fellow. NRM-Supports reacts to non-payment for shunning JPAM-Rally and demonstrate today in Maska; Uganda Cranes donates a charity match the Masaka Hospital;the World Bank promise funds to roads in Masaka

We have today a nice Saturday when the UPDF supposed to be deployed and take control of security towards the end of the General Election. Well, in Masaka NRM-Organization promised towns-people an NRM-Supporter’s if they shunned the campaign rally of Go-Forward and Hon. Amama Mbabazi campaign venue in town. While the NRM members who cried out for not being paid not to show-up somewhere. Shows the lacking mentality of NRM to pay their own and keep their promises! Yet again I guess! While the Police had to throw tear-gas and shot live rubber-bullets towards the crowd because of the missing funds of UGX 100millions to them.

The Go-Forward had a rally in Masaka 9^th November 2015 when they held a rally at the Masaka Golf Course and they reacted today 9^th January. Technically two months after the rally and  now they wondered where the money they was promised to get wasn’t arriving. That is slow service delivery!

Something worth reporting is that Musician Eddy Kenzo and the Ugandan Cranes Football Team sponsored and was charitable towards the Masaka Hospital with a facelift and upgrade on the 7^th January. They donated to Masaka female ward and this was done through a charity match!

And something that would be lost in the wind about Masaka is this is just in today on 9^th January 2016:

“Masaka Municipal Councils have received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Uganda Support to Municipal infrastructure Development Programme (USMID) for the Civil works of Infrastructure projects and Consultancy Services of supervision of road works”. Well, World Bank has to finance this for Masaka and not the local tax-base, wonder who is financing the missing funds for the shunning the campaign rally that was in 9^th November 2015…? That is why they have more missed funds and why the NRM-O in the area had the reaction today.

While also the Masaka District Local government had to tell the civil servants how to allocate the money at a hotel yesterday 8^th January 2016: “Regional Data Quality Assessment (DQA) at Mariaflo Hotel in Masaka District with a call on participants to appreciate data for improved service delivery through proper planning and resource allocation”. That must be why World Bank has the wishes to finance the civil works in parts of Masaka. That must be golden.

New Years day campaign; interfered by the unpopular calavary

This first day of 2016, starts the campaign like the ending of 2015. Not surprisingly the Police are interfering in the Leaders of Opposition. Today both the FDC Presidential Candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye has issues with the police. The same have the independent Go-Forward and TDA Joint Presidential Candidate Amama Mbabazi.

In Karuma the Police we’re out and we’re shutting down the hospital so that the FDC Candidate couldn’t enter the place. Also in the Karuma School the Police we’re guarding like a fortress and not letting the campaign convoy visit today.

While this is happening today the Police themselves want to prove seriousness and have put up a 20 Million shillings fee to those who can tell the where-about of Amama Mbabazi Bodyguard Christopher Aine today!

IGP Kale Kayihura Said this:

“Police has issued notice to the public appealing for any information as to his whereabouts so that we apprehend him to answer charges relating to the incidents of beatings in Ntungamo district. Today the Yellow Music Team in Gulu wants money from the NRM campaign team for their performances during the campaign trail. They are said to not be paid the amount of money they have been promised. Therefore they miss Shs7. Million from the NRM-O and their organizer of the campaign for Mzee.

Amama Mbabazi said this at Masindi Hotel today:

“I asked him what wrong Kanti had done by going to hospital. He told me he was taking pictures. That will be sorted out anyway, it will. But anyone has a right to go to anywhere and ask about the issues there. The policemen are good people but are working on orders of someone, Kale Kayihura. It’s unfortunate….”.

Kanti Rodgers has also been arrested; as so many other opposition figures have been taken to custody by the Police recently after the Ntungamo clashes.

Amama Mbabazi stormed the Masindi Police Station to get out the Go-Forward supporter who we’re jailed there today! He has done that before during the campaign trail and seems like have to do it again.

Its 38 days to the end of M7’s 30 years leadership resulting in to social stagnation, sheer terror, misery, vicious cycle of humiliating poverty& unemployment.
