Opinion: The Leopards Anus was apparently wrongfully offended by some Buttocks!

Apparently the Leopards Anus is mad or crazy, or his ordered to be offended by the civil servant, the lecturer at Makerere Dr. Stella Nyanzi, as the First Lady Janet Museveni has ordered her husband who speed dialed Inspector General of Police Kale Kayihura, so the case could move forward and the charges could be put. Therefore, the Police is a useful tool for the State House and the Presidential couple, who cannot manage to live with vocal voices anymore. They so fragile and pale leaders who are charging citizens for writing “buttocks”.

But in not to long ago, the President himself on the Mbale State Lodge in December 2015 said this: “If you go and put your finger in the anus of a leopard. You are in trouble, you are in trouble. Ho! Ho! I cant believe how people could do so. NRM?, you attack NRM people in Uganda here?! If it is in South Sudan or Kenya, yes we may have some problems. But in Uganda here?! Where do go? Where do you go?! So there will be no problem here. Those people made a big mistake, those individuals and those children are going to regret. And whoever sent them will also regret if we come with evidence we shall go for him or her – the one who said ‘you go and beat them’”.

So when he call himself the Leopards Anus, why charge an academic person for buttocks!

Dr. Stella Nyanzi Particular of the Offence was this: “Stella Nyanzi on the 28^th January 2017 at the Kampala District or thereabout used a computer to post on her facebook page “Stella Nyanzi” wherein she made a suggestion or proposal referring His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni amongst others “a Pair of Buttocks” which Suggestion/Proposal is obscene or Indecent” (Uganda Police Force – CID Headquarters – E/79/2017 – 23.03.2017).

The yellow movement are like minions of Museveni now, following orders blindly and using the Police to silent the dissidents to levels that are obscene. That the NRM and Museveni cannot handle to be questioned by a Makerere lecturer is insane, but also the state of affairs. The fragile little minister and his first family who cannot handle buttocks.

They have with age become weak at heart and soft as statues on pedestals, as they cannot be moved or touched, because if you do so. They might break and go into a million pieces. That the President and his First Lady is so fragile, that a word means ass and meaning the behind makes someone a criminal. Proves how little value their government and their rule is. That the NRM and their President cannot manage to be described as a buttocks, but calls himself as a big-man the “Leopards Anus”. Proves the double standard and the double legality, as buttocks is seen as obscene, but the Anus is OKAY.

The little man in charge of Uganda and his wife doesn’t have courage or strength anymore. They should be farmers and under the banana-trees, not run a republic when a buttocks comment is to much to handle. These leaders just control and micro-manage, nor actually run it. That President Museveni has to charge Dr. Nyanzi over that, show’s how tiny his mind is and how marginal understanding of criticism are.

Well, David Barry has a point, because the reason why Dr. Nyanzi is in a situation is like this because the President is used to ass kissers who praise all his activities. Therefore, that he was pushing forward with the charge on “buttocks” proves that he has lost touch with reality. That President Museveni and his family are now ruining the republic. Not that this is news, but the effects of his measures now doesn’t makes sense. That his government structure or policies are now so draconian.

That the man who called himself Leopard Anus should have more serious charges against a citizen if he was offended. Surely, the other opposition like Beti Kamya even said he had no heart. I don’t know what is more offensive, been called heartless or an ass. An ass is subjective that your doing dirt, but if you have no heart, than your not caring or careless in your acts as a person. Nevertheless, Kamya is a State Minister and Dr. Nyanzi is behind bars until mid of April. Since justice is optional in Uganda.

The Leopards Anus has spoken, the fragile little President at the Okello State House, cannot even manage without getting hurt by some bum fun and some backhanded slaps. That he feels that he is taken from behind and cornered. Such from a freedom fighter and a revolutionary Marxist. So I hate too, wait I love to be use the words of Ricky Gervais, even if your offended, doesn’t mean your right Mr. President. It just mean your wrong for the unjust reasons. That the injustice you are selling to the tribes and the Republic is now manifested with the charge on Dr. Nyanzi. Peace.

Go-Forward activist jailed for mobilizing today!

There are some strange laws in Uganda where the Go-Forward participations are forbidden. Charles Basoga where just doing duties for the polticial choice he has picked. Not touching the leopards anus.

I don’t know what law that they are specificly following, but somewhere between the Public Order Management Act and Gen. Kale Kayihura orders. Not sure one what term this happen, but surely not justified or court of law. This is just an typical act of the NRM-Regime because they can’t help themselves. Peace. 

Press Release: Intimidation of FDC and opposition supporters, generally (11.01.2016)

FDC condemns the unexplained arresting as in some cases disappearance of some opposition supporters. This was billed as an election that would be devoid of intimidation and violence, but it’s far from that. Add to that the unfortunate remarks attributed to candidate Museveni over the weekend that he would not leave power are of concern.

In December, while campaigning in Namutumba he said he cannot leave the oil money to other people and that he will go to the bush. That in itself is an intimidating remark, and a well calculated one at that, aimed at causing despondency among the population. But we, as FDC, urge our supporters all over the country to disregard Museveni’s remarks. We urge our supporters to continue the mobilization exercise. Recruit more people and let’s overwhelm Museveni when the elections come. If we all turn up and vote, he will have no choice but to go.

The police have been quick to condemn Dr Besigye’s defiance campaign but when Museveni makes remarks that could be criminal in nature, they look the other way. We believe that the police, together with the army are being complicit in abetting this crime.

This young man here, Senate Karoota Kakwebe, a coordinator of FDC in Nyakashashara, in Kirihura district has been in hiding for his life because UPDF soldiers, who under the law are prohibited from participating in partisan politics, have made it their preoccupation to harass and intimidate him. As he will tell you, a certain Major Alice Kukundakwe vandalized our offices carrying away our files and plucked down Dr Besigye’s posters. This case was reported to the police (Kaguta Rd police detach) for criminal trespass and threatening violence (DDB Ref 05/06/01/2016). Instead of the police carrying out inquiries, the guns were literally turned on Senate Karoota Kakwebe. He has had to flee his home because he is a wanted man for reporting a case. There are hundreds of such stories countrywide.

But as FDC we despise the methods of intimidation, violence that NRM with the help of the army and police are meting out to our supporters. We shall not look on with folded arms. That is why we shall use our Power 10 structures as well as other volunteers to protect our interests.

Presidential debate
For a man who spent five years in the bush, Museveni is such a scared. Although it comes as no surprise that Mueveni ducked out of the planned presidential debate, it is disappointing. It is a clear signal that he has nothing to offer. Museveni feared to be exposed for the spent force he is. The claims by his handlers that he would rather spend the time talking to his voters in the villages, is weak. To claim that his support is in the countryside is a fallacy that he has perpetuated over the years. The fact is Museveni cannot debate. He fears to be challenged. It is also a slap in the face to the prominent members of society who put in their time and resources to ensure that the debate happens. Like Dr Besigye said over the weekend, he is available to debate with Museveni whenever he finds the time.
The Independent Coalition, whose Presidential Candidate is Mr. Mabirizi Elton Joseph have agreed to on a Vote Protection arrangement to ensure Free and Fair Elections. We are thrashing out the details which we shall share at a later date.

Captain Kahonda speaks out on defeating Otafiire (Youtube Clip)

“Retired Captain Dononzio Kahonda may have been the most disadvantaged candidate in the just concluded race. Locked behind the curtain walls, he however managed to defeat the larger than life Justice minister Maj Gen Kahinda Otafiire. By the time, the returning officer announced he was the victor, Kahonda was 467 km away in Kirinya prison, Jinja being held on what he says were turmped up charges. This is his story” (NTV, 2015).

Reports on the FDC Mobilization rallies in the Eastern Uganda today

Today the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) had planned to have rallies in Bugiri and Tororo. They would also head to Malaba if everything would go after plan. And prepare for the rallies tomorrow.

“We must recognise that us the politicians have been turned into fugitives in our own country and you the ordinary people refugees. We know it and so we must reclaim our dignity. To reclaim our dignity from the oppressor, we must defy him and not comply with the dictator.” – Dr. Kizza Besigye

A thing that the Party also did before travelling to the East they dropped off or filed a case at the High Court against the Electoral Commission and the Attorney General, where the Party is represented by the Senior Council Rwafuzi. The High Court will not hear or listen to the petition made the party on regards to the actions of the Police in the Western Uganda.

On the road to Bugiri the Police had again set up metal trenches or teeth to stop cars on the road. Like the Police trashed the cars on the road to Rukungiri on the 10^th of October. They had set it up at Nakalama this morning. It was good that the FDC convoy made it through today.

The FDC was to open their Mobilization office in Bugiri town at 11 AM and also meet the locals. Police was around in town, actually in big trucks and heavy weaponry. Supporters and friends of the party attending the opening the venue, but the police was also a part of the opening even though they was not invited. It was open with Dr. Kizza Besigye and Hon. Nandala Mafabi. Also at the venue was Hon. Wafula Ogutu who organized the journey.

At 3 PM the FDC continued in Tororo and had a massive rally in town. Where the FDC was planned to open the District Office today, the FDC had a convoy into town. Even Hon. Nandala Mafabi was walking in front together with the police in to town. The public really showed up some party members saying up that hundreds had showed up to lift up the event. It occurred at the Children’s Park. After what it seems and reports there has been a uplifting event and positivity not a town sieged by the Police, people harassed or tear-gassed. Congratulations to the UPF and the local DPC, also in general the Police for acting civilian in Tororo. About time! They we’re only allowed to be in town for an hour! They let them in after opening the roadblocks into town.

But not all police in the country was like this. On the road from Tororo to Malaba Dr. Kizza Besigye was stopped and wanted to pull him out of his car. The Police didn’t pull him out, because he didn’t comply too and the good thing that it didn’t happen. The Police had set up a road block as they had done in other roads today. The other was there was Hon. Nandala Mafabi, Wafula Ogutu, Godfrey Ekanya, Nasser Mudibole, Wanaha Kevinha and Sadiq Amin. So there was a lot of witnesses at the ground and at the road block.

On the road for more rallies and in Iganga where the local people wanted to show appreciation for the FDC Flag-bearer while driving through on the road to Kampala. The Police have actually thrown tear-gas into the public who was passing by and watching the FDC convey! This was about an hour ago!

So the Police actually had the ability to act a bit civilized today. This is the even if the police did block the towns that were already mentioned in the writings from the party and it’s the flag-bearer. So the public knew about the planned and times at the venues in both Bugiri and Tororo. They showed heart and stopped. Even took part of the Bugiri opening in the Mobilization office there. As they also stopped the convoy into the Tororo and Nandala Mafabi walked in-front of the convoy into town today together with the Police and the local public. There will be more security checkpoints from the Police in the next days. Hope that the incident in Iganga doesn’t become the norm as they have been in recent weeks and months. There been enough harassment and issues from the Police towards the opposition parties and even in the NRM primaries that isn’t looking good.  We can hope that the Police might have some sense and show the public the right to mobilize for somebody else the Mzee and his loyal cronies in the NRM. FDC informs on the Public Rallies in the Eastern Uganda in Bugiri and Tororo tomorrow

I wish to inform Ugandans and all democratic forces that our planned political mobilization activities in Eastern Uganda start today.

We will hold a rally in Bugiri town, Taxi Park at 11am and thereafter head to Tororo to address a rally at Children’s Park at 3pm.

As a registered political party, FDC is legally mandated to mobilise without restrictions. Therefore, in line with our party elections road map, we commit to move to Eastern Uganda to recruit, mobilize, interact and galvanise our supporters to regain their power and invoke their self belief to pursue and achieve our goal of political change.

I urge the security agencies to cooperate with us by shifting away from being hostile, confrontational, militant and aggressive towards the opposition to a professional force as enshrined in our constitution.
