“Disturbing Kidnapping of Influencer Moussa Ahmat Chaha. Young influencer Moussa Ahmat Chaha was kidnapped yesterday around 6 PM at his home in N’Djari by presumed ANS agents. Very popular on Facebook and TikTok, Moussa became known for engaged content where he appeals to Chadian youth, denounces social excesses, and openly criticizes abuses of power. The motives for his kidnapping remain unclear. However, one reality stands out: the regime seems determined to silence all free and critical voices” (Tchad One, 22.12.2025).

The Republic of thousands Generals are having a fragile state and fickle civil society. The regime and the junta itself isn’t regarding dissidents or people speaking their mind. That’s why the Field Marshal and President Mahamat “Kaka” Déby Itno is going after the ones who dares.

It is not shocking that this happens to the likes of Moussa Ahmat Chaha who has used his social media platforms to question and go after the regime. He has spoken wildly and tested the regime by using his mind and words. That being on Tiktok or Facebook.

The speculation is that the ANS who has kidnapped him and keeping him detained. That wouldn’t be new from the Generals of N’Djamena. It would be ordinary and the name-change of DDS is only a namesake, the organization still does the same and isn’t friendly in any regards.

This is injustice and impunity of the state against a vocal citizen. They have taken away from his freedom and liberty, just because he dares to speak or say it out loud. That’s why they did it and there isn’t more to it. That’s why I just dropped one sample from August this year to prove what he says.

Let me repeat a part of it, because the sentiment should ring fire:

Bobi Wine blocked to proceed to his hotel in Ociro at night after his finally rally in Kaberamaido district

“Does it mean that if it’s 6:00, I can no longer move in the road?” – Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu (19.12.2025).

“Another roadblock! We’re blocked from proceeding to Ociro where we were to spend a night; the regime police says they can’t allow us to go there “because it’s in another District”!” (Bobi Wine, 19.12.2025).

“Kaberamaido: Police blocked President Bobi Wine from proceeding to his intended overnight destination shortly after concluding our rally in the district” (Nova Promotions 256, 19.12.2025).

It is really insane to see the video where Bobi Wine is talking and pleading with the Police Officer or the Regional Police Commander, as if he has to ask permission to drive on the road and get to his destination. That someone has to ask for the route and get a permit to drive or cross somewhere. That’s what they are doing with Bobi Wine and creating hurdles or trouble for him. That’s why they are suddenly blocking him or making things hectic.

Seeing the video of where his talking softly and asking why his not allowed drive and take the planned route to where he will sleep for the night. As the Police Force is directing him elsewhere. That’s why it’s natural for the Presidential Candidate to ask if his even allowed or legally allowed to move. This here shows the impunity and how the Law Enforcement are working against him and his party. They are partisan and trying to intimidate, force and create fear. It is tiring him and his convoy in the middle of campaigning.

This here exchange is just something else and you should watch it on Shafik Channel, because it is compelling. The Officer is really directing and telling straight up. There is nowhere in the world this is legit, but this is how the state operates and think they can rule the nation. I’m just baffled, but not shocked, because it is just too common practice at this point.

This here isn’t clever, wise or honest enterprise. It is just disgusting behaviour from the authorities and the state, who wants to tell a Presidential Candidate which roads to use and at what time. Who else is getting this treatment? Who else meets road-blocks and are endangered by the violent law enforcement? Well, not so many others, if any actually.

They are doing this to send a message and get him to slow down. They want to weaken his resolve and his will. Destroy him and deplete him of his energy. Just ensure his feeling enough agony… which is really tiring.

It is really telling when the Police is saying he cannot cross over a district to sleep and rest, because his scheduled to campaign there the next day. Alas, that sort of excuses… also deciding which routes and where he can drive. That is really telling how unfair and unjust these things are. It is just a prequel to what is going down in January 2026 and how the polls will be unjust too. They have been tricking it all along and will continue to do so… until the declared results and the candidate is sworn-in. We know the gig and know the game, but these people can act like we don’t know. Peace.
