Opinion: A bigot stays a bigot – a tale of Trump

“I did not know she was black until a number of years ago, when she happened to turn black, and now she wants to be known as black…all of a sudden, she made a turn and became a black person. I think somebody should look into that” – Donald J. Trump (31.07.2024).

We all saw this one coming. His rhetoric for years has been disgusting. There is nothing new under the sun and the former President just showed his ugliness in front of everyone. At every glance and every step of the way. The former President showed his brash and ignorant side, the side of racism and white supremacy. That’s what he showed to the National Association of Black Journalist (NABJ) yesterday.

He really just showed it and he didn’t even care. There was no dog-whistle or coded language. No, the former President said it straight with no concern or attitude. Just going straight in and speaking his mind. Just uttering out blistering words of contempt. That’s what he did and did it with such ease. He doesn’t think it matters or is of concern.

The Trump Campaign and the ones in the Republican party that thought yesterday interview was any good. Well, you are naïve and stupid. This just shows what sort of character many has said he is. The sort of better than others attitude. The sort of entitlement and arrogance, which is proving itself difficult to hide. That’s who Trump really is and he has to say it out loud.

Trump is making a mockery out the biracial people. The ones that is mixed. That is something very common in the United States of America. This isn’t only significant to Harris, but to plenty of other folks. It could be also said about his own kids and such. Who has mixed parents of different ethnic backgrounds. However, he wouldn’t consider that apparently…

Just when it is used to undermine others and making attempts to destroy other people’s careers. That’s what he wants to do and uses it for political milage. It maybe work in the weird world of MAGA, but not on the outside of that spectrum. As they cannot even see the mixed children of J.D. Vance. The VP nominee on his own ticket. He should maybe look into that while his at it. Alas, we know he won’t, and he wouldn’t dare to do that. They are his “yes-men” and believers therefore they can get away it.

Trump is a bigot, a racist and a lying prick. That’s who he is and have always been. It is a practice that is old as the company his running. The way his company has blocked African American tenants. Just that way his talking about the “blackness” or supposed “blackness” of Harris. He just have the gull to do so. The nerve of him says it all. He did it in front of African American journalist. That’s where he did it and without any hesitation.

That Trump dares to lecture others of their ethnicity. That’s what he did here. Being mixed, means you associate with more than one ethnicity. You might associate higher with one or the other. However, you are still part of both. That’s what happens with the parents are from two different groups of people. That’s something that shouldn’t be so hard to understand. However, in Trump’s eyes… he doesn’t get that and wants to mock his opponent by doing so.

This was a trainwreck of an interview. The NABJ interview was a dumpster fire and a path of self-destruction. Trump only showed his racist side to the ones that had forgotten about that. The ones who thought this was a good idea is apparently stupid. He did it all to himself and we all can eat the popcorn. Trump showed his sinister side and his vicious one. The one that he wants to keep hidden but cannot help to expose. Peace.
