Opinion: Papa Don failed the party [and DeSantis is the rising star…]

The midterms are usually the time for the “opposition” or the party which doesn’t have the White House or the Presidency to conquer and re-take power in Congress. However, former President Donald J. “Papa Don” Trump wasn’t able to do that. All projections right now seems to be that the House of Representatives will just narrowly be in control by the Democrats and the Senate will be the same. Meaning the Republican Party or the GOP stays as the Minority Party in Congress until the next election in 2024.

That is a huge loss for the cultist leader and supposed serial winner, Donald J. Trump. Papa Don should have this in the bank. He and his allies should have hand-picked the voices of the people. The gerrymandering and the ruthless electoral legislations in the states should also ensure a victory. Nevertheless, that isn’t the case.

The people that Papa Don has vouched for or endorsed haven’t gotten in. If it is becoming governors, representatives or senators. Only a very few who managed to beat the odds. There was a promise of a red-wave, but we didn’t see that.

It wasn’t like under Barrack Obama when the “Tea-Party” Republican’s came in and stifled the works of the President in Congress after midterms. No, they MAGA crowds and the Qanon candidates didn’t bring the voters. There has been a loss of relevance and uniqueness.

Maybe the Roe Vs. Wade ruling has backfired. The Gen Z and Woman vote has gone to candidates who supporters gender equality and women’s rights. Instead of voting in people who will police their bodies and have “commissions” to decide what they can do or not.

Papa Don endorsed people who supported the “Stop the Steal” and the January 6^th Insurrection. He supported election deniers and this has not yielded results. Trump defeats across the board has been massive. The quality of these candidates plus the messaging hasn’t resonated with the voters.

What is more striking is that the re-elected Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is called for and is the apparent heir of the party. That most sting for a fragile man like Papa Don. He hasn’t endorsed or even been friendly with him. Even if they are both living in the same state and keeping the Republican control of it.

There was a supposed “red wave” coming but it never came. The Republican party self-sabotaged and trusted the instincts of Papa Don. A man who clearly don’t envision or have the foresight of what the people wants. His delusion and self-interests trumps the party. That is the gist of things and DeSantis can capitalize of that.

Papa Don is vulnerable now… as his own candidates are losing and only a chosen few got on. His support and campaigning isn’t it. We know also after all the reporting that Papa Don didn’t share his abilities to fund the campaigns or help candidates. The Republican campaign was mostly run by the leaders of the House McCarthy and Senator McConnell. Both which has failed it too…

This here is lecture on how not run campaigns and let the Primaries run. Especially, if you want to overcome the White House and hit the current ruling party. Neither has the Republican party had a narrative or a story to sell. Instead it has all been personalized and weaponized the Democratic Party, which could use the Supreme Court decision in its favour. That is a losing a strategy in combination with weak candidates that wasn’t popular across the states.

Papa Don isn’t the winning ticket and his a lucky loser. That is the message from this midterms. He should have had in the bag. The Republican party could have ensured a massive defeat against the Democrats. Instead, the Democrats are hanging in there and possible keeping control of congress. Which didn’t even seem possible that long ago. Peace.

Opinion: Don. Jr. thinks he can run away from accountability…

“A person is guilty of perjury in the first degree when he swears falsely and when his false statement (a) consists of testimony, and (b) is material to the action, proceeding or matter in which it is made” (New York Penal Law § 210.15: Perjury in the first degree)

In the order and motion of Supreme Court of New York, Judge Arthur F. Engoron on the 3^rd November 2022. What this motion and order did was initially to have an independent monitor to oversee and have oversight of the Trump Organizations; and their plans of creating a new Trump Organization 2, which would be there to takeover the assets and liabilities of the original Trump Org.

In that motion, there was one passage that was very interesting and compelling. Not that people has the best view or image of Donald Trump Junior. The erratic behaviour and online speeches haven’t made things looking any better.

However, there is some parts of the passage on “Donald Trump Jr.’s Disclaimer of Responsibility for SFCs’ Accuracy” which is really unique and telling. That part of the motion alone is saying something about the arrogance and thinking there is no consequences of own actions. This coming from a supposed senior executive and in-charge of a company. An ordinary employee would be fired for the neglect and lack of due diligence.

Just read this:

“Defendant Donald Trump Jr. is a senior executive at the Trump Organization and a trustee of the

Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, which was responsible for certifying the SFCs accuracy to

banks and other institutions. He personally signed representation letters to Mazars on each

Statement Engagement while serving as a trustee, and those letters included the representation

that “{w]e acknowledge our responsibility and have fulfilled our responsibilities for the

preparation and fair presentation of the personal financial statement in accordance with

accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.” NYSCEF Doc. No. 48. The statement further said that “(w]e have not knowingly withheld from you any financial records or related data that in our judgment would be relevant to your compilation.” Id. Notwithstanding such representations, Donald Trump Jr. testified at his deposition that he had no knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”) outside of “Accounting 101 at Wharton,” and that he “had no knowledge as [GAAP] relates to what it was for, for the Statement of Financial Condition or not.” NYSCEF Doc. No. 43, pg. 10-11. He further testified that despite personally vouching for their accuracy, he “had no real involvement in the preparation of the Statement of Financial Conditions] and don’t really remember ever working on it with anyone.” Id. Accordingly, at a minimum, Donald Trump Jr. signed off on representations to Mazars without performing the due diligence necessary to ensure their accuracy or compliance with GAAP, raising serious doubt as to the reliability of future SFCs for which Donald Trump Jr. may be responsible. Furthermore, the record is replete with evidence that Donald Trump Jr’s statement that “we” have not knowingly withheld pertinent information is blatantly false” (Engoron, 03.11.2022).

It is compelling to read this… that a grown man and a senior executive thinks this sort of statement or reasoning is really bonkers. Just think if an employee or a hired consultant did this for the Trump Organization. That would have been a reason to fire or sack someone. However, we know that the family members of the Trump Organization can’t be touched from within. They are the ones carrying the name and because of that.

Donald Trump Jr. can possibly be charged with perjury over this. Who believes that he didn’t know or had no idea what went on? When it happened year after year and with the same arguments to ensure better loan terms or pay less in tax. That’s why you know these sorts of things are haunting the Trump Organization. Which just happens to be where Don. Jr. was an Executive. Meaning he had power and he followed protocol on this. He knew it was money in these practices and he earned on it too.

That’s why it’s hard to believe that his this sort of stupid. When he had the motivation and the motives to earn on it. There is money to be made by making these statements of financial conditions. Don. Jr. have to answer for it, because he signed off on them. It is only now that it’s investigated and such… his suddenly not aware and had nothing to do with it. Which is weird… when he and others profited on it. That’s why I have a hard time believing his statement on this matter.

Hopefully the jury and the judge does too. It seems insincere and totally bonkers to begin with. Peace.

Opinion: Trump’s house of cards…

When the whole image, business and public persona is built on lie. The former President Donald J Trump and his Vice Presidents of the Trump Organization is in bigger trouble than ever before. Trump and his kin is now in dire jeopardy. This means that Ivanka Trump, Donald Trump Junior and Eric Trump could all loose licence and ability to run businesses. That’s serious implications, as well, as the possibility to cease all business operation of the Trump Organization itself. Meaning all the corporations connected and in the association with Trump Organization could all cease their works when the case is over.

The case in New York can be detrimental to them. The systemic fraud, tax evasion and wire-fraud. The inflated valuation of the real-estates for loans and decreased evaluation for the taxes. Are the manner of which the Trump Organization has earned fortunes. This is why this whole case is astonishing.

You know it’s really hard hitting when everything is pinned by the NY Attorney General:

“The 16 defendants in this case include: Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Jr., Ivanka Trump, Eric Trump, the Trump Organization Inc., the Trump Organization LLC, the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, DJT Holdings LLC, DJT Holdings Managing Member, Allen Weisselberg, Jeffrey McConney, as well as the entities that received the loans that are the subject of the action, including: Trump Endeavor 12 LLC, 401 North Wabash Venture LLC, Trump Old Post Office LLC, 40 Wall Street LLC, and Seven Springs LLC” (NY Attorney General, 21.09.2022).

This case is just shattering how the Trump Organization and everyone involved did this deliberately. They had a scheme which was done in such a fashion. That they lied to the banks and also to the IRS. Not that anyone is a friend with the IRS or the banks, but lying to them for profit is illegal. This wasn’t technicalities, but what the Trump Organization did with all of their means.

The key areas of the 222 pages long lawsuit can boiled down to this:

“The lawsuit alleges that Donald Trump, with the help of his children Donald Trump, Jr., Ivanka Trump, and Eric Trump, and senior executives at the Trump Organization, falsely inflated his net worth by billions of dollars to induce banks to lend money to the Trump Organization on more favorable terms than would otherwise have been available to the company, to satisfy continuing loan covenants, to induce insurers to provide insurance coverage for higher limits and at lower premiums, and to gain tax benefits, among other things. From 2011-2021, Mr. Trump and the Trump Organization knowingly and intentionally created more than 200 false and misleading valuations of assets on his annual Statements of Financial Condition to defraud financial institutions. This conduct was in violation of New York Executive Law 63(12), which gives the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) special and broad powers to go after persistent and repeated fraud and illegality, which in this case includes violating other state laws prohibiting the submission of false financial statements, the falsification of business records, and the commission of insurance fraud. As a consequence of these violations, OAG is seeking, among other relief, to: 1) permanently bar Mr. Trump, Donald Trump, Jr., Ivanka Trump, and Eric Trump from serving as an officer or director in any New York corporation or similar business entity registered and/or licensed in New York state; 2) bar Mr. Trump and the Trump Organization from entering into any New York real estate acquisitions for five years; 3) award disgorgement of all financial benefits obtained through the persistent fraudulent practices, estimated to total $250 million” (NY Attorney General, 21.09.2022).

This here just show how intentional it was done by the Trump Organization. It was year after year and done to secure beneficiary loans or lax taxes. They did this to ensure they paid less taxes and inflated the values to get better conditions on the loans. Therefore, they tricked the banks and the IRS. If a citizen or a low ranking civilian did this. The authorities would have asked for every penny back in a hot minute after the audit of the taxes. However, Trump Organization has been able to get away with it. As a sophisticated blue-collar crime. Now these sorts of violations, breaches and illegalities are catching up with him.

Donald J. Trump and his family members will feel this one. They might loose the ability to run businesses. The same could happen to his Vice Presidents of the Trump Organization too. The actions made by the company and everyone involved are now under jeopardy. After the civilian case in the Southern District of New York (SDNY). This could be pushed to a criminal case by the IRS or others. Therefore, this case is only the beginning.

It doesn’t help Trump’s case either that he pleaded the Fifth in the deposition with the Attorney General a month ago. That he plead the fifth over 400 times and avoided answering any question. It is verify and will be used by the Courts to pin it on him. In the same regard, this case has also shown yet again that he has “obstructed justice” and not followed “subpoenas”. Meaning he didn’t follow proceedings and keeping up with the investigation. That Trump and his company withheld vital documents, which was just kept at Mar-A-Lago and only found by the FBI search on the 8^th August 2022.

Which was described like this: “But even after almost two years of litigation it appears that it may still be the case that not all responsive documents were produced. Among other things, in litigation over a search warrant executed at Mar-a-Lago on August 8, 2022, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida noted that “the seized materials include… correspondence related to taxes, and accounting information.” Trump v. United States, 22 Civ. 81294, Order, Docket 64 (S.D. Fla. Sept. 5, 2022). Documents concerning taxes and accounting information would appear to be responsive to OAG’s subpoenas, but no such documents for Mr. Trump were produced by counsel for Mr. Trump despite a representation by that counsel that: I “diligently searched each and every room of Respondent’s private residence located at Mar-a-Lago, including all desks, drawers, nightstands, dressers, closets, etc. I was unable to locate any documents responsive to the Subpoena that have not already been produced to the OAG by the Trump Organization.”” (NY Attorney General, 21.09.2022).

This is compelling and very obvious. It isn’t the first time either. All through the Trump Presidency. His White House and Staff wasn’t following subpoenas or the due process. There been so many times over the years, that Trump stalled or stifled the progression of any investigation. This is what his done and it’s well known. Now it’s just in print and in a Court Document. The NY Attorney General has surely show her finesse and ability to go into detail It will be hard for Trump and the Trump Organization to refute this in Court. Especially, when he pleaded the fifth on every single question ahead of the grand jury. Certainly, Trump and company should feel the burden of proof is on their hands.

Former President is now under the most pressure he has ever been. This could be the end of his lives work and his legacy as a businessman. The Trump Organization can easily be over after this. That is the end-game here and it must be stressful. You shouldn’t feel sorry for Trump or his Company. This has been in the making and the illegalities would catch up to him eventually. It isn’t like the IRS or the authorities would allow someone off the hook for not paying proper taxes. Neither would the banks accept being defrauded and mocked by the Trump Organization taking out these loans on false premises either. Because of all this… there is no real defence on doing it, but his lawyers will surely do their best. Though I have a hard time believing they have any grounds or ability to justify it either.

That’s why this solid case will be the start of everything unravelling. It goes to the heart of Trump. The acts of his business “empire” and what made him “rich”. Now the truth on how it operated and how it made money is shown to the world. Thing will never return to the same or be the same.

Former President Trump is now in trouble and he has nowhere to hide. Peace.

Opinion: Papa Don promises to pardon his insurrection base…

“I will tell you, I will look very, very favorably about full pardons. If I decide to run and if I win, I will be looking very, very strongly about pardons. Full pardons… I mean full pardons with an apology to many” (…) “I am financially supporting people that are incredible and they were in my office actually two days ago, so they’re very much in my mind” – Donald J. Trump on the Wendy Bell interview on Thursday (01.09.2022).

When there is talk that the “Stop the Steal” and the January 6^th insurrection of the capitol. The time when the Republican base illegally entered the capital and the congress. As the Republicans and the people surrounding former President Trump aka “Papa Don”. It is really telling that as the insurrection is being investigated and the culprits are getting behind bars. The man who promoted and worked to “win” with the coup d’etat is inciting for more. He wants to salvage the men and women who was on the barricades for him. That’s not a unifying message and neither is it helping his case. Just showing that he incited and wants to defend the ones who was playing a part of it.

Papa Don has no democratic backbone or ideals. It is just personal and he needs the Oval Office to enlarge his Trump Organization. That could possibly be leveraging his businesses and the government connection could be used to get favourable tenders. That’s the sort of man he is and this is why the Trump Hotel in Washington D.C. was the place to be during his tenure. He got all the deals and agreements with overseas dignitaries, because of his role as Head of State.

Papa Don lost his leverage and the office, which gave him power. A man who has dozens of failed businesses, short-term ventures and scams. That has all gone through the Courts and been recorded. Now, he wants the enraged base of MAGA and Republican’s on steroids to save his career. If not he will have trouble with the cases pending in plenty of states. In coordination with the trying to overturn the 2020 election. He just knows this and that’s why his pleading loyalty to the insurrectionists.

The ones that has acted in treason and tried to stop an election from being certified by the Congress. A group of people that entered illegally the capitol and had plans of executing the Vice President Mike Pence. They were also targeting others in capital and they knew which offices to enter as well. Therefore, this was well planned by the organizers and they came with a mission.

For a party that was supposed to be about rule of law. Their hero Papa Don wouldn’t care less about it. He wants to use the legislation and the authorities to target his enemies, but be shielded for his crimes. The former President used “executive privilege” and obstructed justice in several of cases while in office. The man who has had no issues to project crimes, which he himself has done. Papa Don certainly is terrified that he don’t have a legal shield or can use an office to get away now. Because, that’s what he did while he was in office. Now that’s not happening….

That’s why he clings on to this base. The base of Republican’s that doesn’t value democracy or rule of law. The men and women who are caught up in extremism. They have no trouble causing violence, threatening the values of the Republic and even participate in a coup d’etat. That’s what they are willing to do and now Papa Don wants to be their saviour, because they did this all for him.

That’s the Cult45 and how he operates. It shows the sinister side of the Republican party. Their leader goes this far and incite this violence without any repercussions. Now the general public get to know that he will save them. That’s telling them to repeat it or even do it again. He wants them to be on his side and fight his battles. They are the people that matters to him.

It is really telling what Papa Don is willing to do. His saying it out loud and people should be aware. Just like he gave pardons to Roger Stone and others before leaving office. He really have no scruples and shows it.

Papa Don would easily if he could… would have another coup d’etat and overthrown Joe Biden. He would have entered the Washington D.C. and taken power. That’s what his saying and his defending the people who stood on his side. He don’t mind the dead police officers or the hurt guards of the capitol. No, they don’t matter to him. Only the people who is on his side and fighting his causes.

Papa Don is clearly dangerous and the ones who don’t get that. Well… you forgot quickly how they planned and tried with all the tricks of the book to putsch the 2020 election. Peace.

Opinion: Don Jr. texts proves that there was a plan to install Papa Don

The insurrection or assault on the Capitol on the 6^th January 2021 is still being investigated, as the high ranking officials are still not touched by the Department of Justice. Neither has there been any consequences for the White House or the associates, which was part of the insurrection that day. Only ones taking is civilians, Out-Keepers and some other who was caught on tape.

The Trump Family and political operators has been of the hook. If that is Roger Stone or Paul Manafort. They have all gotten away for now. The new documents and such hasn’t been enough for the Attorney General or any court to go after them criminally. The seditions has only been put on the ones coordinating on the grounds, but not the ones creating the “Stop the Steal” rally in Washington D.C. that day.

Donald “Papa Don” Trump have gotten away… the same can be said about Donald Trump Junior or anyone else. The White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows haven’t paid any price. Neither anyone else who has cooperated or worked on the coup attempt.

The release of the texts between Junior and Meadows, only proves from the loss of election in November 2020. That there was plans and means to an end. They worked to find ways to “overturn” or do a coup d’etat in favour of his father. Don Jr. wanted his father, the Papa Don in power and didn’t care about the elections results. This was because he believed the influence and the options of ways to decertify or to make it illegitimate. So that the father could get his second term.

Don Jr. just shows the world how the inner-works believed they could trick the system and get Trump to stay in office. That was deliberate acts and they wanted to cease power from Biden. This is the gist of it.

The other reports of how the White House tried to make it happen in Georgia and elsewhere only shows that all avenues was put into play. The added investigations, the audits and dozens of court cases just shows what they wanted to do. While there was no proof or abilities to make it happen. Legally and the practically, the election meant a loss for Papa Don and his Party. They lost the Presidency and they couldn’t change it.

The Republican party and the Congress Representatives involved haven’t paid a price either. Even if this is seen as a sedition and a coup attempt. These folks has already violated the Republic and the laws of the institution. Therefore, it shows how broken the Republic is when they are getting away from it. The longer time without any repercussions or retribution towards the ones aligned with the coup. These should fear for their careers and possible legal jeopardy. However, it seems like they are getting away and the DoJ isn’t going after them. Neither is there any price for the Trump family either.

The coup attempt on the 6^th January 2021 shouldn’t only be a stain on the Congress and how the White House avoided to stop the insurrection. The ones who did that and planned all the ways of doing a putsch should be charged. They should answer for the plans of the coup and how they wanted to takeover the Republic. It is only in banana republics that people get away from this and the United States of America should be better. Especially, when the U.S. Government are initiating and being involved in coups elsewhere.

Now, the U.S. and the Department of Justice should indict and go after the ones that planned this. Peace.

Opinion: The Trump Organization is in big trouble

The Trump Organization and the Trump family is in the middle of a huge quagmire. As the accounting firm Mazars have dropped some knowledge on the financial practices of the business in question. If you think this is bad, well… this is in the lane of Bernie Madoff and Arthur Anderson’s own practice, which also became a court case and several of felonies on both parties.

Mazars will not be able to run away from this legal case. The Attorney General of New York is still building their case and looking into the financial records of the Trump Organization. The Trump Organization can now be questioned for a decade of financial statements and usage of these in various of operations.

Because these documents can be inflated in one way to sell and get more revenue from creditors who the Trump Organization got loans from or scaled back when paying taxes to the State of New York. Therefore, there is possible wire-fraud, tax-fraud and other similar criminal conspiracies to pin on the company. Which at this point of time wouldn’t be shocking.

What should also happen now as the investigations are going on. The creditors and the ones covering the liquidity of the Trump Organization should be worried about the assets and the real value of the company. Since Mazars are saying the financial statements are unreliable. That means the Trump Organization could have lied about the profitability or the value of any enterprise, LLC or even properties of which in the hands of the company.

That Mazars stops vouching for the company and the former first family. Really signals that things are dire and not in good place. That the accounting practices and the state of the business isn’t in a great place. The Trump Organization has to get a new accounting firm and prove their numbers there. While Mazars has to answer for the ten-years it says is unreliable and not trustworthy. That says something they we’re accepting for years, but now says is wrong.

They are all in dire distress here. The same way things went wrong for the pyramid-scheme of Bernie Madoff and accounting firm Arthur Anderson. Who had to answer for these practices and lack of proper accounting from them. While they where grifting from all of their clients.

Now in 2022 we can now see the Mazars and Trump Organization have to answer for this. The Attorney General have to continue the investigation and discovery of documents into the companies. As the truth has to come out and we will know. However, the Trump Organization is in trouble.

As they have to carry huge debts, which is of unknown amounts of million dollars and that has to restructured. While he has secure his assets and possible salvage of the company, which can destroy the reputation of the company further. Now, we just have to see if the banks or the creditors accepts the financial statements. That we will see in the close future and how things are going.

Russian Probe: If your innocent why pardoning the team?

President Donald J. Trump granted 15 individuals pardons yesterday. This is a clemency from Federal Prosecution and crimes. However, the President doesn’t have powers to circumvent state prosecution or investigations into people. Therefore, the limit is still there.

There is speculation about how these pardons was done… but most likely he traded the cards with several of donors and gave way to some, as they are his team and he doesn’t want them to rat him out after his time in office.

However, when your pardoning people like George Papadopoulos and Alexander Van Der Zwaan. These are not the most prolific people in the Trump Campaign Team of 2016. These was implicated in the collusion with Russia. The supposed “hoax” the President that has called it. Dismissed the Special Counsel Robert Mueller and the whole investigation. Where the President have blocked all witnesses and Congress investigation into it. They have made it impossible to dig into the truth.

These two was part of the Trump Team and they lied, they obstructed justice and the Trump Campaign even said their works was unimportant at one time. I remember Papadopoulos was called a “coffee boy” and a man serving coffee shouldn’t need a pardon. He should instead get some cream to make the coffee tolerable for more people.

So, if these people was innocent. Then they wouldn’t need to get pardoned, but appeal their cases and get it thrown out of courts. Just like all the election petitions in 2020. The Trump Campaign only shows that the US is broken system. Where the crooks can work together and if one of them get into office. The man in-charge can bail them out of the legal jeopardy they got into.

That these two are getting off the hook. Just shows what Trump intends to do. He has already helped his long term ally Roger Stone. There will be others who gets the help of the President. Especially now in the final days of his reign. This man will give clemency to the ones who was loyal to him. We can expect others being picked out and getting pardons. This being Paul Manafort or several others who was indicted. The man has already saved Gen. Michael Flynn. So, there is no reason for him to not save the whole gang.

What we can learn from this? Well, that foreign interference and working with foreigners in an election is cool if your Republican and Trump. However, the GOP and Trump Stans will die on this hill. We cannot expect anything else by people who eating the words of Newsmax, OAN and Fox News. Even Qanon is their voices of reason and that is Cult45 all over it. These folks will not care that the American Republic is traded for gold and licenses deals by their dear leader. No, they are following Trump blindly. So, that he worked with Russia to win is fine. The ones who are against communists and the reds, but can get help from Moscow. The ironies are so enriching from the outside.

Presidency of Trump has achieved a lot. There is a lot of damages to cover and fix for the administration. That the Department of Justice have been weaponized and therefore the up-coming investigations needs to be partisan and independent. There is a need see it and what to expect.

Trump clearly is a crony capitalist and a man who easily get corrupted. That is why he needs others to cover-up for him. Trump needs his allies, especially after he lost all his leverage of office. The Donald needs his former team to be on his side. As there are investigations into him and his businesses. He will be in court and these cases will be moved further. His executive privilege will be history. Therefore, he doesn’t need Papadopoulos and Van Der Zwaan has to be on his side. So, they will not tell more on him or expose him more. The man cannot afford that. Well, the man isn’t paying taxes. So, there is not that much he really can afford. The man has everything to loose and that’s why his few allies are bailed out and getting clemency. Though by doing that. He shows that the Trump Campaign was far from innocent. Because, if they needed pardons then they weren’t innocent at all. Peace.

Opinion: If you need a pardon, aren’t you guilty?

There are now reports in the news that President Donald J. Trump plans to pardon his inner-family and the “extended one” as his leaving office in January 2021. These pardons might be given to his sons Eric Trump, Donald Trump Junior and his daughter Ivanka Trump. His also planning to give a pardon to his son-in-law Jared Kushner.

The President has already given the extended powers within his office to former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn. Therefore, he can easily extend to others who has breached federal laws and clauses in office. There is several others that might be on the way. As there was plenty of associates who was a part of Trump Campaign 2016, which has been charged by the state for breaking the law. These could easily get pardons by the President too.

It would be easy to speculate that these gentlement might get a Presidential Pardon: Paul Manafort, Richard Gates, Stephen Bannon, Jeff Sessions, Carter Page, George Papadopolous, Roger Stone, Alexander Van Der Zwaan and Richard Pinedo. Nevertheless, his former personal lawyer who betrayed him. Michael Cohen will not be off the hook. However, the ones who has done his bidding. They might get off the hook and get a Presidential Pardon while he still can. That is anticipated, especially after the pardoning of Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn.  

The big gist here… if these people needs a pardon. Then they are admitting guilt. Flynn already stated that he lied and that he didn’t file as a foreign agent. Lt. Gen. Flynn was getting paid by Turkey and not filing the necessary papers to be officially so. Therefore, he coordinated with a foreign power without informing the state. This is why a man like that shouldn’t become a National Security Advisor for the President in the first place. 

This is why this here shows a pattern and what the Trump Presidency has done. The Office of the President and the White House. A White House that started with “lock her up” is now planning to “pardon my own kin and associates”. That is a real change of guard.

The Presidential Pardon gives clemency from Federal Prosecution, but cannot be invoked for state investigations or local investigations. Meaning, the Southern District of New York and the Attorney General of New York (Manhattan) can still prosecute and indict the Trump family members. All the other state attorneys and law enforcement can investigate the persons in question and charge them eventually for crimes. Therefore, the limitations of the pardon sets a standard for the future. 

However, if the President gives these pardons to his family and inner-circle. The people who are receiving it is initially stating their guilt. That they did some crime(s) and criminal conspiracy of some kind. If they didn’t, why did they need a pardon in the first place?

If you are innocent and has nothing to hide. Then you don’t need a pardon. If your not a criminal or haven’t acted with criminal intent. Then there should be no reason to accept a pardon. Since, there is no reason for you to have it.

This is what should shatter the United States. The Trump Family and associates can go free. The peculiar thing will be how they portray it and the reasoning for accepting it. Since it sends a message that they know what they did and that they hope they can get away from possible prosecution.

A pardon is something you need if you have done the deed. If you need the clemency from a criminal charge, then your by default a felon. Which is lucky to be saved by the mercy of the ones offering the pardon and cleaning your criminal record. However, if you don’t have done a crime and haven’t had criminal intent. There shouldn’t be a need for one….

So, by default by giving this to his family and associates. It is a token and showing the world how they operated. Since, they all need a pardon to save themselves. A guilty plea by direct action of accepting the pardon. Initially stating their guilt for the world to see. 

The ironic part is that the Presidential Pardon might not even save them. As the family members and associates might have to answer for crimes on the state level. This shows that there is little to gain here other than proving guilt by association. Peace.

Opinion: Bannon is in a long line of Trump associates caught by the law…

Today, there are yet another lackey of President Donald Trump. His campaign team and his near associates. The incumbent President has clearly been around people who are having no trouble breaking the law and bending towards the illegal dens of the world.

The Trump Campaign of 2016 was filled with these and several has already served time. They have also gotten lenient treatment, which others wouldn’t have gotten in the same position. As the Department of Justice worked directly to help the associates of the President. Friends gets favoured and get good “deals” for their loyalty to the President.

So we have seen a dozens of criminal cases and the Southern District of New York (SDNY) is working on several. Today they have charged the last of the three Campaign Managers in the 2016 elections, Stephen Bannon for wire-fraud and other illegal activity. This just show how brazen these people are.

However, it is not only Bannon in the near association of Trump whose been arrested. These are Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, Gen. Michael Flynn, George Papadopolous, Richard Gates, Alex Van Der Zwaan and Michael Cohen. It’s like a collective of people willingly doing destructive things.

Sooner or later, the SDNY might find charges or activities against Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner and others too. Who has used the Trump Organization, Trump Campaign and other ventures to scheme, deal and earn illicit profits during the term of the Presidency and during the campaigns. That wouldn’t be shocking. As everyone around the President is corrupted and using their offices for ill gotten gains. While hoping for a pardon in the moment they do get caught.

That Bannon is charged isn’t shocking anymore. I am just shocked that Corey Lewandowski isn’t charged with something. That Kellyanne Conway isn’t answer for her breaches of the law in Office. That others who has cheated and misused their office during this term haven’t gotten charged or indicted too.

Who knows what Felix Sater and his associates has done with Trump and his organization. Because, he lived in the Trump Tower and there speculations of money laundering operations. Which is still unverified and only speculated about. So, there might be more to the stories through the years.

We clearly, see that the failure of a New York businessman connection with questionable people. His business is known for playing and forging the numbers. Who knows at what scale and what the SDNY investigations finds out. As well, as what they find in the dissolved Trump Foundation. Who else is guilty for crimes and to what extent. Because, there been so many ways the President and his men has been cheating, tricking and misusing his office. Just like he misused his business for profit too.

Therefore, don’t be shocked if more people are falling now that Bannon is indicted. There will be more people in the sphere of Trump that will be hit. It is just a matter of time. Because, these crimes will not be kept a secret forever and the investigations will surface too. After all these years. The reality will come.

We should not be shocked that people around Trump are frauds, stealing and lying. We should be shocked if they didn’t do that. The President does it and the people around him too. Trump is a con-man and the people around him is the same. That is why the law enforcement is indicting them, one-by-one. Today it was Bannon, earlier it was the others. We don’t know who is next, but don’t be shocked if someone in association with Trump get indicted. That is the norm and it continues to be so. Peace.
