Opinion: DeSantis is another Jeb!

Here we go again… the primaries are far from finalized and now the Republican Candidates for the Presidency is up for grabs. The Republican Party don’t have an incumbent in office. Since President Donald J. Trump lost in the 2020 elections. Now the GOP is gearing up and familiar faces wants to get upgraded.

This time around it’s former Representative of the 6th District of Florida and incumbent Governor Ron DeSantis. He launched his Candidacy yesterday and starting his “press run” for it. While he did so with the “international tour” and tried to be convincing abroad. Because visiting Israel and Japan wasn’t to export Floridian grapefruits or bell peppers.

There is already speculation that DeSantis wants to detach Trump. By announcing his campaign, he wants to get on national stage and takeover the party. Alas, there is where the trouble lay…

Trump has a chokehold over the GOP and parts of base is a Cult45. Therefore, the ones challenging him will be doubted, questioned, and meet massive backlash. Even if Trump is indicted, investigated and has several pending cases against. As much as he is also sanctioned business-wise or in his personal space. Sooner or later all the enterprises he has run will fall flat. That’s what DeSantis must bank on and that at one point, the wheel of justice rolls in his favour. This is the only thing that can topple Trump within the ranks of the GOP.

The ones’ believing DeSantis is a better suited man for Presidency is wrong. He acts more polished but is a reckless and fascist politician. A real populist who seeks his base and feeds it gold. That’s what DeSantis does, and he don’t mind hurting minorities or anyone else. If he gets political capital by doing so.

DeSantis is such a vile person that he even targets the Disney Corporation and losses huge corporate investment in his state. That’s all for political gains and hope that the GOP base will back him in a primary. Because that is all he got. There will be little to no “bipartisan” support or lots of independent voters stepping up for DeSantis. His track-record and choices as governor in Florida is really telling.

Another Jeb Bush, another Florida Governor wanting the highest office. A man who thinks his ready. Yes, Jeb came from a family of politicians and DeSantis doesn’t, but he comes in with similar baggage still. There is little charisma or oozing of confidence as DeSantis stumbles along the way.

DeSantis needs to pray for a miracle or a detrimental judgement against Trump. In such a fashion that its not feasible for him to be front-runner anymore. We have seen that the E. Carrol case isn’t enough. So, there sadly must be more juice and more fire to bring Donald down.

I’m just sad that this is all the GOP got. They are maybe fielding Nikki Haley, but she isn’t any good either. There are just a lot of nonsense and people who does whatever it takes to get power. These are admirable people or people to look up too. Unless you want minorities to suffer and wants government to micromanage your love-life. Because that is what the likes of DeSantis does.

I cannot see any good in this man. His time in office as Governor of Florida is a statement of what he could do in the White House. It would take the Republic back in time and could easily be worse than the years under Trump. Therefore, I wonder if the GOP even has viable or honest candidates anymore.

When people like DeSantis steps up to the plate and prepares himself for journey into the unknown. Peace.

Opinion: Trump is captured in a web of lies…

“The defendant DONALD J. TRUMP repeatedly and fraudulently falsified New York business records to conceal criminal conduct that hid damaging information from the voting public during the 2016 presidential election” (DA Bragg, 04.04.2023).

Donald J. “Papa Don” Trump has now been arrested or indicted in the Supreme Court of New York. District Attorney Alvin Bragg has built up a case and closed the shutters on him. It is now clear that Papa Don cannot run away from the law and a Grand Jury has indicted him. That’s why yesterday was unique and a start of a long case.

The former President and Republican leader now has to answer for himself. Yes, the trial is scheduled early next year. So, it gives time for more discovery and more litigation ahead of it. The man must face 34 counts of criminal intent to falsify financial documents or do so for tax purposes. Yet, another scheme and a long one of that.

This case has now legs and the ones surrounding Trump should be worried. It isn’t the only one he must deal with. There are several of other cases that is encircling him and his closest associates. When they could arraign him over this. It will be much easier for others to pursuit their cases. Since they see the DA in New York could manage it and can stomach the heat.

Just read this one here…

“From August 2015 to December 2017, the Defendant orchestrated a scheme with others to influence the 2016 presidential election by identifying and purchasing negative information about him to suppress its publication and benefit the Defendant’s electoral prospects. In order to execute the unlawful scheme, the participants violated election laws and made and caused false entries in the business records of various entities in New York. The participants also took steps that mischaracterized, for tax purposes, the true nature of the payments made in furtherance of the scheme” (DA Bragg, 04.04.2023).

This was a scheme that lasted for over two years. It wasn’t just a one-time thing. Secondly, the actions was done and discussed even in the Oval Office. Meaning on the dime of the greater public, the President who had conspired to do this during the campaigns… further the case and prolonged into his reign. Trump used his office and related to his businesses, while in Office. Because, he decided and tried to negotiate the transactions, while he was the President. That is a compelling case… and shows what sort of man he is.

This isn’t about the morals of a cheating spouse. No, Trump has been that and is a reason why he has kids by several woman. That’s up of the ones with moral authority to catch up to him. Nevertheless, this case about how he handled infidelity and how he could supress the story. He could have avoided the porn-star and not been off the hook. However, he instead pursuit it and made sure that nobody would know. That was the plan and was the reason for the “hush-money” and the falsified financial documents, which is now haunting him.

The 34 counts are the ones that he must address, and it will be hard to testify differently. Since, the documentation and the evidence forwarded to the DA is reason for the indictment. They cannot come suddenly left field and switch it up. It isn’t like that and especially not with business transactions or financial records. They are either A or B, they cannot be C or D because you like it. Therefore, it’s smart to pin someone with financial fraud and not other crimes. Since, here you have the “headshot”, the signatures and the will to pursuit the illegal activities. It isn’t a conspiracy or a white paper. No, it is a direct scheme with several implications. Meaning other can build on this case too. Especially, if they deem the evidence or the proof as substantial enough to capture Trump yet again. Peace.

Opinion: Papa Don is finally indicted…

That Donald J. “Papa Don” Trump have been able to avoid indictment and being charged with a crime has been his speciality. If Papa Don has ever been tested by the Courts or by the Department of Justice it has been a slap on the wrist, and he could move on. That can be said even with fines, financial malpractice, electoral fraud and all the other possible crimes he has committed. There are a quagmire of running cases against him and his corporation, the Trump Organization.

The previous President, the ex-President and former Head of State is becoming the first who has held the title to ever be charged or indicted by a Court in the United States of America. If Warren G. Harding hadn’t died so soon. He might have gotten the same treatment for the Teapot Dome or any of the other scandals he was in involved in. Another one who could have faced similar treatment would have been Richard Nixon. Maybe he would also have faced time for his involvement in the Watergate scandal. However, that is just assuming and thinking about the past Presidents who could have faced the law for their actions.

Alas, today, the day after the public got the news. There been brewing and reports of possible actions made by the Supreme Court in New York. This is one of the cases which are on-going and facing the former President. It is just one case involving an extra-martial affair and “hush money” to be silenced ahead of the 2016 Presidential Elections. The hobnobbing of Papa Don is haunting him now. The life-style and the choices he made as a civilian is catching up to him. No one is shocked that he had an affair on his pregnant wife. No, that is something Trump has done in previous marriages too… and is just part of who he is. However, this time it was a part of a campaign and using funds of that to cover up his actions. That act and misdeed is now following him and the memory of “Stormy Daniels” are now emerging.

We know that the Trump Organization itself is under investigation and has built up cases against it. There are possible transgressions and systemic fraud been going on in combination of tax-evasion. Therefore, Trump is only having one issue at the time here.

Trump has another case going in Georgia, which is part of him trying to overturn the 2021 Presidential Elections. The others are the ones in who is on-going with the Insurrection on Capitol Hill on the January 6th and Special Counsel Jack Smith working on at the moment. The tides are turning slowly and the Department of Justice haven’t amped up the speed. It is like they are accepting the stalling tactics and the usage of “prominence” or “prestige” to get away from the law. If he was a small-time crook or holding a little contraband. Trump would have been in the slammer already. However, his the elite and the ones who has been in the upper-echelon of society. That’s why his off the hook and not tasting the same justice system as others. It just shows the two vastly different American experience people can have.

There will be defenders and people saying this is a political case. No, this is a case about the law and how to interpret the law. Secondly, there been enough evidence and discovery to charge the man with a crime. Meaning Trump is indicted and becoming a felon. That’s the gist of it. A man who has been able to get away from charges, allegations and possible criminal for so many years. His business-empire and person has been let scot-free.

Some might say it is wrong to do so and puts a bad precedence. I hate to tell you, if you don’t do the crime, you won’t do the time. It is that simple. Since he left office and lost the election, Trump is just another average Joe or a civilian. If the authorities or Department of Justice finds it worthy. They could build up cases against Bill Clinton, George W. Bush or Barrack Obama. However, there is nothing there or actions, which make that reasonable.

Nevertheless, in concern with Papa Don… there is more than enough and things that he needs to answer for. Not only in the case of Stormy Daniels, but others too. There are plenty more options and places where he fall. This is just first step and possible perp walk. We can only wait for the other numerous cases, which Trump is implicated in. Because, this isn’t the only one and that says something about him. Peace.

Opinion: A growing banking crisis…

“Let us not bandy words. We have [created] a new kind of bank. It is called too big to fail. TBTF, and it is a wonderful bank” – Congressman Stewart McKinney (1984).

“2023: Banks failed because they were holding Treasuries and MBS

1965: Banks failed because they were holding Certificates of Deposit” (New Low Observer, 14.03.2023)

The downturn and the insolvency of Signature Bank, Silvergate Bank and Silicon Valley Bank is all significant. It has structural issues, as well as fiscal and possible ramifications far from the shores of the United States of America. These banks are connected in a huge and vast system where liquidity and risky business transactions are happening accordingly. This is all spreading the risks, the investments in government bonds and other financial instruments to possibly secure profit for the shareholders. However, these can default, get costly and lose value when the bonds rates are growing and your stuck with old interests’ rates on the set-bonds. That’s what is happening, and you are losing the trust between the banks and the national reserves selling government bonds.

These American banks was allowed a lot of freedoms and liberties with their holdings. In such a manner, that was opened up in the previous administration. The Dodd-Frank Act was gutted and given the banks less regulations over their business. Therefore, they could take huge risks without any strings or conditions, neither a clear oversight body from the Federal government. Which in the end cost it dearly. In the beginning after lobbying for it… it was profitable and good business. However, now we are seeing the costs of these operations and why the banks are out of business.

These three banks will not only hurt the ones who used these banks for payroll, accounts for their operations and whatnot. There are so many companies and tech-start-ups that will be hurt by the SVB alone. This will further cause harm to the digital space and their innovations, as this part of the economy has already been hit over the last few years. Where we are seeing major companies already sacking and ceasing certain parts of their operations to cut away additional expenses.

We can see the damage it does when Credit Suisse is being hit and lose confidence. It is just showing how the dominions are hit and is in play. Now the burden of the liquidity pools, the customers taking out their funds or moving them to securer accounts. If not they are trying to find other measures or safer bets in the markets. This is all showing the weakness and the lack of funds within the banking system, which isn’t tied up to long-term bonds or yields; that isn’t as viable or valuable as they were last year. It is all ending up to a costly enterprise and the taxpayers are the ones that could lose it all. Since, the banks could be bailed out, but the small earners and customers of the banks aren’t the ones who is getting their monies back. No, that will be for the big-men and the ones who has risked it all – gambled the money and been earning vast profits in the sunshine, but they cannot manage the rain.

The crisis in the banking industry isn’t not only based on the lack of trust or the risky investments with people’s savings. No, it is the lack of cash on hand plus the initial investments into long-term bonds or financial instruments to supposed secure a safe return on the already invested funds in a bank. When the people and businesses hear news of lacking funds and lack of liquidity. They all bomb-rush a bank to take-out or move their funds. Which makes the bank insolvent, when it cannot meet its obligations or pay-out other clients of the bank. That’s when they are forced to close and end their business. This is what is happening these days and it’s crushing it.

We should be worried because this is spiralling in the markets. More and more places are fragile. There is a lack of fiscal funds and of due diligence in the banking sector. They have been able to get away with taking huge risks, but not having back-up or additional funds to cover losses. That is in the end biting the hands that feeds it. Since, they are risking the savings and the funds of businesses using the banks. While not considering the implications of investing these funds. Losing its value and struggling to get rid of old bonds or other assets, which have been the case yet again.

There should be worries on the horizon. The loss of funds, the sudden insolvency and the urgent movement of capital from one bank to another. The risks of further contagions across the banking sector is there. Not only because of the devalue of old government bonds, but the lack of fiscal funds for all the deposits or funds, which the customer is supposed to be able to get. That’s why the banks are failing, and they are not strong or has enough cash-flow on hand. Which is in the end destroying them from within. Peace.

Opinion: “Clayton Bigsby” is running for office in 2024…

I thought I was more Malcolm X but I found out I’m more MLK. Because as I’m getting hosed down every day by the press and financially, I’m just standing there. When I found out they tried to put me in jail, it was like a dog was biting my arm. I almost shed a tear, almost” – Kanye West (28.11.2022).

Who would have thought the skit and the comedic genius of Dave Chappelle from back in the day would be so relevant in 2022. The year of 2022, years after the final ending of the HBO’s series called Dave Chappelle. There are several skits and parts of it, which is relevant to this day. However, one character is more important than ever.

That is Clayton Bigsby, the African-American who was a KKK member and hated black people. That guy seems to be reflection of who Kanye Omari West has become. The recording artist, the music mogul and former billionaire.

His now on his second stint of running for President. The last one in 2020 was a mess and ill prepared. Kanye wasn’t even on the ticket in all states and barely got over 50,000 votes. So, it is not like Ye or Kanye has a big political base to begin with.

It doesn’t help with his outburst and his affiliations. The campaign team that he has surrounded himself with isn’t all that either. Unless, he wants to run on a crazy-MAGA, Alt-Right and close to fascist agenda, which maybe be true at this point. Has hired Nick Fuentes to be his Communication Director and Milo Yiannopoulos as his Campaign Director. In the middle of this, the banned YouTuber Sneako has also appeared. Therefore, his really associating himself with the fringes of society and the hardliners on the right.

The ones denying is that is stupid. It’s like Ye is seeking validation from the white. That he needs to be respected and acknowledged, because his somehow fighting their cause. It is hard to believe that a man like Kanye is associating himself and working with these people. However, he is and his seemingly thriving in their presence. I don’t know what it is… but the anti-Semitism, White Supremacy and ice-cold Nazi’s are now his folks.

That’s why his like the fictional Clayton Bigsby. A man who wore the cloak, spread the message against blackness and his hatred of it. Yes, he was blind and couldn’t see his own skin. However, the duality of that is clear in Kanye too.

We can with certainty expect more anti-Semitism and more such things. The latest short interview on Tim Pool’s Podcast only further this picture. Kanye isn’t built for an honest conversation. His just made for “yes-men” and be surrounded by people in his elitist sphere. That’s why he cannot come across as sincere or even understanding of the topics his discussing.

When he said in the short timespan that he was nearly like “MLK”. That wasn’t only like a Clayton Bigsby skit, but taken straight out of Boondocks. Sooner or later Kanye will re-appear in a real life adaption of a South Park episode. This time not saying “Gay-Fish” but going further down the rabbit hole into oblivion. Because, this 2024 campaign must be a golden opportunity for the boys along him. They are certainly paid on and on a pay-roll. These has fixed incomes and has to serve Kanye. While Kanye is making a fool of himself and just showing his ignorance.

We can just wonder if this sort of outbursts and ideals is resonating with the Republican voters of 2024. If Kanye is in the primary and even trying to conquer from with right. Since his aligning himself on the Alt-Right and wants to defend the insurrectionists. That’s why you know his aiming for the MAGA and the ones there. Which happens to be the base and the ones who has been loyal to Trump.

God knows how this will play out. I didn’t see this happening on my timeline. The 2020 campaign should have been a signal of a wasted candidacy. Kanye has no knowledge or idea of what the office entails. His a self-proclaimed genius who cannot even stomach criticism. Not even the slightest. Ye is a big snowflake himself… that is evident.

If he believes this and thinks this is wise. Well, sooner or later the world will crash around him. He will not only be condemn among the peers. Kanye will also empty his treasure-chest and all the avenues he still has. He has already lost a lot and could easily loose more. His reputation is in tatters and people are struggling to separate the artist from the art. When that happens… you know the game is up!

His now a glorified Clayton Bigsby and I wonder if his proud of it. Certainly, this man said once that George W. Bush “don’t like black people”. Now, he aligns himself with people who believes the white is the superior race and are blatantly racists. That’s his crowd now…

Maybe, Kanye even was signalling back in 2013 on “Black Skinhead” when he had a line saying: “Stop all that coon shit (Black)”. I don’t know, but his messaging and his visions of late… is more self destructive and into territories, which is self-hatred. That’s how it seems… as his going down this path. There is no return back now. Those bridges are burned… and this is far worse than wearing the red cap and visiting Trump at Trump Tower. No, this is another ball-game and his playing in a field he has no control over.

Ye will not get the favourable spin, but that will only happen in smaller fringe circles and not among the masses. He is certainly not among the peers he came into the music industry with. Neither with the supporters or the ones who bought into his character early on. Many of these has left him. Me included. This is far from who he was and the messages he spoke of back-then.

It is just tragic man, but we got a “Clayton Bigsby” running for Presidency in 2024. Peace.

Opinion: Garland is very soft on Trump…

Attorney General Merrick B. Garland announced today the appointment of former career Justice Department prosecutor and former chief prosecutor for the special court in The Hague, Jack Smith, to serve as Special Counsel to oversee two ongoing criminal investigations. The first is the investigation, as described in court filings in the District of Columbia, into whether any person or entity unlawfully interfered with the transfer of power following the 2020 presidential election or the certification of the Electoral College vote held on or about January 6, 2021. The second is the ongoing investigation involving classified documents and other presidential records, as well as the possible obstruction of that investigation, referenced and described in court filings submitted in a pending matter in the Southern District of Florida” (Department of Justice – ‘Appointment of a Special Counsel’ 18.11.2022).

You can imagine someone inciting to overthrow the elected government and stealing state secrets would walk free for months on end. In the United States of America that’s the case. The Former President Donald J. Trump can try to install himself in the oval office, incite violence and stop the process of an election. While he can also steal, sell and possible endanger the Republic for personal gains. That’s what Trump has done and still he walks free.

Others who was part of the January 6th insurrection is already behind bars. Others have pleaded guilty and agreed to cooperate with the prosecution. That’s why it’s interesting that the Attorney General appoints a Special Counsel to look into the case of Trump’s involvement in the January 6th Insurrection. When he had power, was the President and could have called it off. They all acted on his wishes and he had the motive to do it. That’s easy to see. The former President was the one who could get a second term, if he had succeed that day.

That’s why you know the Attorney General should have instead indicted and started grand jury proceedings. This is so softly going against a man who was willing to end democracy and get himself into office. That sort of man doesn’t care about justice or rule of law. No, he only cares about himself and his own interests.

The second case is also so obvious and he is being treated so uniquely. Trump are able to walk and be free after taking confidential documents. He possibly took the nuclear codes and other highly sensitive secret documents, which are of national importance. They are acting like it doesn’t matter and doesn’t have any real consequences. Because, Trump did it, but we know others has served time and lost their careers in government for taking a single document or leaking it for that matter. This is why this is infuriating. When you know it is boxes upon boxes, which has been returned from his Mar-A-Lago home in Florida.

Attorney General Garland is too careful. Others would have paid the cost and the price already. The AG should have acted more swiftly and ensured a bulletproof case was already certain. It is like it’s glacier slow and only giving Trump time to get into the ring again in 2024. The latest press conference and order of Special Counsel seems to be another move to stall it. Yes, Mueller was able to do certain things, but he never got the big-dogs. That’s why I have little faith in another man or woman in his stead.

Trump is the winner here. The DoJ and the AG is so meek. There is nothing fierce or willing to humiliate Trump. Garland has shown that his not willing to touch or play fair. No, his just depleting all options and not challenging Trump. While Trump can use one scheme and create another scheme. Before the latest scheme is over, he has done another one and a new crime is committed. Meanwhile, he is never paying the price or ever caught. It seems like Trump is a living “get-out-of-jail-free-card”. Since nothing sticks on him and he never get indicted or prosecuted. There is plenty of investigations, but they are not going anywhere. The only real price he has paid is losing his Foundation and paying damages for Trump University. The rest his off the hook and haven’t really gotten punished. That has to stop.

Especially, when he should face charges of insurrection and stealing government documents. Peace.
