Opinion: Daniel Hale follows a pattern of the U.S. incriminating whistleblowers

In the United States of America it is not acceptable to be a whistleblower or leak vital information of war-crimes, or even secrets from within the Republic. If a person does that… than the person will be charged and face serious crime like the puniative actions of the Espionage Act of 1917. 

Daniel Hale is the latest victim of this. Who leaked about the lethal drone programme and documents who was connected about this program. Hale showed the journalists documents, which produced articles that explained the military drone programme. So, that the general public knows what the U.S. Army does and to what extent it uses it. This would and could easily been kept under wraps, as a “secret” missions and only known by the U.S. Commanders and their allies overseas.

In the same way the U.S. has gone after Julian Assange of the WikiLeaks, Edward Snowden, Chelsea Manning or Reality Winner. There are so many who can easily be mentioned as people who leaked intel and gotten into legal trouble.

Hale isn’t significant in this case, but the latest victim. As the United States, no matter what Party has the President or the majority in Congress. They are all seeking to keep these secret “missions” hidden. The war-crimes and the crimes against humanity isn’t supposed to be leaked.

If it is torturing “terrorists” in Guantanamo or in Abu Ghraib, Iraq. The leaks have shown what the U.S. is willing to do and it has been of public interest to know this. Because, the state and the Pentagon wanted to keep this a secret. These was the words and the programs that the imperial army didn’t want to have out.

The U.S. was supposed to keep this things hidden in an archive and if so… deal with it internally. That’s why Hale and other people are troublesome. They dare to challenge this and they deceive the empire. They are as bold as showing the true face of the Washington D.C. and it’s foreign policies.

This isn’t shocking, but follows a pattern. There are certain things Washington and its authorities never accepts. That is to leak what sort of war-crimes or possible crimes against the humanity the U.S. Army is up to elsewhere. This is never acceptable, but nevertheless everyone else is supposed to be transparent and held accountable. Though that never seems to apply to U.S. and their schemes of armed interventions across the globe. Peace.

Opinion: The Trump Campaign miss the WikiLeaks

It is getting closer to November and the final days of the campaign. We are in the middle of October 2020 and the race is stagnating. The President and his party is sort of scrambling. They are trying to dignify things, but it’s not working. Only the hard-liners, the love-birds of the President is still on the train. The moderates, the libertarians and other conservatives have already endorsed Joe Biden the opponent.

Donald J. Trump and his campaign last time had not only the help of right-wing media. It had help of former fridge media houses, such as Breitbart and others. Who all went up and became well-known. These Alt-Right web-pages stirred the controversy and also racism, which have been proven with the policies made in the term of this Presidency.

Therefore, Trump had influential backers with him. This was also the help of Cambridge Analytica and WikiLeaks. These dropped information and social media campaigns, which targeted the public. To narrow the space of the other candidates and change the narratives of them. This by getting bots to run Facebook groups and so fourth. The Trump Campaign had big game on these platforms and was able to manufacture consent for it. Because, the new-cycles was controlled by these ways of spreading information.

That is the sort of way it hasn’t worked as well this time around. Because, if it was to work like last time. There would have been plenty of headlines, questioning the health of Biden and his history. Where they would question his foundation, his businesses and his family. Alas, that isn’t the case. It is only small pieces of it, but not to the extent of last time.

Trump and his Campaign Team had the backers of WikiLeaks. They dropped vital emails, documents and internal documents of the Democratic Party. Others like Cozy Bear and Guccifer 2.0. These dropped intel and weaponized documents to hit the Democratic Party directly. These things made it harder for the Clinton Campaign. As they had to defend that and also wiggle with the direct attacks.

This is the Trump Campaign lacking in 2020. They don’t have foreign backers who are leaking information. All of this was giving a helping hand. To ensure the image and the idea of Trump presidency. He didn’t get the leaks, the hacking and questionable intelligence released to that extent. Yes, there was one dossier made by a former agent. However, that only did a little damage, compared to the ones dropped steadily on WikiLeaks. That was hurting Clinton non-stop.

That is why the Trump Campaign is struggling. Not only because of the incompetence and lack of strategy, but also because they have no real dirt on Biden. The Trump Campaign cannot assault and doesn’t have the support of foreign hackers. Who are willing to use all sort of techniques to get information and drop it. This is why the Trump Campaign haven’t the steam as it did in 2016.

Trump Campaign needs a WikiLeaks, it cannot run on slogans and on the charisma of the President. Especially, when he cannot listen to advice and do the right thing. He rather spill conspiracies and misuse of force. Instead, of actually do proper politicking.

The Trump Campaign cannot even sell a simple idea. They need someone drop dirt on the opponents. Because, they have so little to trade. It is that simplistic. The US President needs a Assange to save his ass. However, I don’t think there is time or someone willing to do so.

All the President’s Men: Flynn & Stone “Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free-Card”

I know that the President isn’t the Monopoly Man, but his dealing out “Get-Out-Jail-Free-Card” like him in real life. There is no indication that rule of law matters, neither is the ideal of everyone is equal before the law. The United States of America is a broken, failure of a state. Where voting purge, where police brutality and identity politics are ordinary features.

This compelled with the compromised Department of Justice. Which is a weaponized tool of the White House. Instead of being an independent organization respecting and enforcing the codes of law. That is dream and not the reality in Trump’s America.

That is why the Department of Justice and Attorney General William Barr is willing to trade all honesty, all equal treatment and enforcing it accordingly to protocol. We are seeing that…

That train has left and there is apparently no return of it in sight. The President and his Attorney General is blatant in disregard to the rule of law and enforcing towards their own. This being people who has pleaded guilty, been unregistered foreign agents and so fourth. They are apparently allowed to solicit information during campaigns with foreign actors, which they later lied about meeting. It doesn’t matter where it is from, but the conspiracy to do so for the benefit of a candidate. Should be a thing that is illegal and treated that way. However, since these people did it for the current day President. They can get off the hook.

This is okay, that they are conspiring with foreign powers and using that information to beat their opposition. As later investigation see they are lying to congress and to the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). If a random bloke from any Ville or Port would do this. Then they would linger in jail like Reality Winner and other leakers. Whistleblowers are prosecuted and arraigned in court.

Stone is getting a pleasant amount of time behind bars for his relationship with the President. The same can be said about Flynn. We can rest assure that the other ones whose associated with the President will get help or a get out of jail free-card. Maybe not Michael Cohen, his former personal lawyer, but expect others to suddenly get out of the penitentiary like Paul Manafort.

The Republican’s can lie to themselves. They can cheat themselves and claim to be the party of rule of law. However, its hard to sell: when you give people who conspired against the state freedom. That is basic … very simple to understand and should be common sense. This is giving immunity to people by giving grace, freedom and extended liberty to the ones who is connected to the President. They can steal, graft and conspire against the state. This they can do for the simple reason: They are buddies and friends of the President.

This are the legal precedence of the United States. The US can never tell dictators that they cannot shield their graft or their criminal friends. For the same reason as the US is now shielding the friends of the President. The US is now allowing illegal activity being done by associates of the President. They got a special number at the Department of Justice. The Trump Administration is directing the Department to them favours. That is really the sickening state of the US.

This is what tyrants and dictators do. They are allowing associates eat, rule with impunity and get away with it. That’s for the same as the associates of Trump. If you know, now you know. The ones showing loyalty to the President. Can get a better treatment and less of stint in jail. That is how corrupt the President is and to what extent he goes. He makes dictators proud for his actions. Since he acts just like they would. However, if they did the same. The US would condemn and even sanction them. Nevertheless, the US will not get any retorts for acting like this. Peace.

Opinion: Stone’s special treatment revealed

Today’s statement by Assistant United States Attorney Aaron S. J. Zelinsky to the House Judiciary Committee was very telling. This was a powerful statement and a needed one. Not that its shocking that an associate of the President would get special treatment. Especially, when we are discussing the hack, the lackey and buddy of the President, Roger Stone. We saw how it went down in Court, but now one of the men writing the sentencing memo. Aaron explains how it happened and he exposed what they did to change the memo.

The President and team is busy obstructing justice, ensuring safe-guard to their men and stopping prosecution of people associated with the President. As that is happening, there are on-going investigations. The House of Representatives are looking into the lenient treatment of Trump associate, campaign aide and Nixonian relic Stone.

What was striking in the statement today was this: “What I heard – repeatedly – was that Roger Stone was being treated differently from any other defendant because of his relationship to the President” (Zelinsky, 23.06.2020).

That says everything, that if your associated or a buddy of the President then you have an advantage. You can break the law, you can do things that are illegal, but you deserve better treatment, because of your association. That is direct corrupt behaviour, not equal justice under the law, but dependent on the relations you have to the Head of State. That is worthy of a Banana Republic, of a tin-pot dictator and well-equipped tyrant.

Zelinsky continued: “I was also told that the acting U.S. Attorney was giving Stone such unprecedentedly favorable treatment because he was “afraid of the President.” (Zelinsky, 23.06.2020). A civil servant, an attorney should work independent from the President, as the attorney should work in accordance with the law and the legal precedence within any given case. It shouldn’t be on merit of the person involved nor the relations the accused has with the head of state. That is just absurd. However, that is how the United States has sunk during the Trump Presidency.

What really proves the outrageous behaviour of the Trump Presidency pressure on the Stone case is this, as the Attorneys first made a memo for sentencing and later someone revised to be favourably to the crony of the President. Just take a look:

“ Next, the government calculated that Stone received three (3) additional levels because he successfully blocked HPSCI from ever learning about Corsi, his messages and Stone’s many contacts with the Trump Campaign. Stone received an additional two (2) levels for lying to the judge under oath regarding the photo of her with the crosshairs. Two (2) more levels were added because Stone’s efforts to obstruct were extensive in scope. And eight (8) levels were added because Stone threatened to cause physical injury or property damage in order to obstruct justice – the threats to harm Credico. Taken together, these enhancements resulted in a total offense level of 29 points. Since Stone was a first time offender, this corresponded to a Guidelines range of 87-108 months” (Zelinsky, 23.06.2020).

“That evening, the Department filed a new memorandum seeking a substantially lower sentence for Stone. No line AUSA signed the filing—which is also something that is virtually unprecedented. The new filing stated that the first memo did not “accurately reflect” the views of the Department of Justice. This new memo muddled the analysis of the appropriate Guidelines range in ways that were contrary to the record and in conflict with Department policy” (Zelinsky, 23.06.2020).

We can see here how things goes and how it benefited the cronies. How it simply rigged the sentencing memo and changed the amount of time for the same crime. They did this deliberately and with full knowledge of why they did it. It was all to serve a man of the President and give him less of time. Even with the DoJ and the AUSA had given a specific amount of time for the acts conducted by Stone.

This proves to what extent the President goes to shield his men and allies. When he does this to Stone and in such a public display. What does he do behind closed doors and in secret? That is what is worrying, as he has had over three years in office and continues to obstruct justice without any consideration with the rule of law. The only thing that matters is himself and his allies. The rest can suffer. Peace.

Opinion: If Bolton is a traitor, what is His Excellency?

I have never liked John Bolton. No matter what administration in the United States he has served. He has been a war-hawk and someone who intend to bomb other republic’s to oblivion. Because he can and because the US has the military power to do so. Bolton is not a noble man, but his not a traitor, even if Secretary of State Michael Pompeo call him that. He just issued dirty laundry in his newest book and it has hit the pride of the White House.

I find it really interesting that an administration where the Head of State is always asking for electoral interference and help to win from foreign forces is calling someone a traitor. I thought the treacherous to have foreign powers to interfere in elections and state affairs. That is what the President has done plenty of times now and he was even impeached for one instance. Another one was the investigation of it with a Special Counsel to look into it.

The book of Bolton proves there is a third party where the President has asked for help to dig up dirt and make issues for the opposition candidate Joe Biden. He has now worked with Russians, Ukrainians and now the Chinese. Soon, he will do another call Putin to get WikiLeaks and Guccifer back online to drop intelligence on the DNC again. Since that is what he do and get away with it.

President Trump and Pompeo can call out names, but its their pride that Bolton aired out his thoughts, his stories and his time in office. Just as its campaign season ahead of the November elections. Its weakening him and making him look even more fragile, than when he went into bunker during demonstrations.

Trump cannot deem Bolton as traitor, because there is no proof and no charges put on him. Not like with his personal lawyer, campaign manager and who else of his associates that been hit by the legal system since he took office.

The White House should be a bit more careful. There been enough secret meetings and revelation of sketchy behaviour, which is done in secret and revealed during investigations. That’s why even the proud Penguin aka Roger Stone was also charged. There been so many in and around the President that has gotten into legal jeopardy. So with that knowledge, even having a foreign agent not registered working directly with a foreign actors without telling. That being Michael Flynn who was at one point National Security Advisor. Also questionable meetings with the incoming Attorney General Senator Jeff Sessions, who held secret meetings with Russian ambassador. It so many instances where associates, people in-connection with President has held talks and solicited intelligence from foreign powers. That should be put into question of treachery.

With the knowledge of that and the history of this administration. They should be careful to pin anyone else as treacherous. As they themselves are having no issues or quarrels asking Russians, Ukrainians and Chinese to help them out. I am sure the President would ask help from Turkey and others too, if they had any suction. Because that is the sort of man he is. He can be a villain and act in a manner, which could be deemed as treacherous. However, he gets away with it for the simple reason. There are too many scandals to follow one after the other.

The President and his Secretary of State should do this to Bolton. Unless, they want to take accountability for their own actions. If they want to be transparent about how they have used all channels to get information and help with the elections. If all information of that came out. It would be a shit-storm, because the investigations into it has only skimmed the surface. That’s for the reason of blocking information and shielding release of documents, call-logs and transcripts. The secrecy proves there are more than what this administration wants the world to know.

I got nothing good to say about Bolton. His times in office is of a creep and a war-hawk. I’m not the kind of person that wants those sort of men in office. However, I am not the man who appointed and gave him an office. That is what the President did, just like he gave and appointed other questionable individuals to his cabinet as well. Therefore, he should more careful and maybe even vet them better. We all know that wouldn’t happen, because then his corrupt cronies wouldn’t get a place.

This President and his team better act wiser. Not to throw around the allegation of treason, as he has acted upon that and request things that could be deemed fit for that himself. That’s why its a double standard in this regard. Enough nonsense. Peace.

U.S. House Judiciary Committee starts a Massive Probe into Trump & his associates!

Today is a really special day in Trump World, as the U.S. House Judiciary Committee has sent letters and requested documents into the investigation in President Trump and his associates. No, I am not releasing a list of family and friends of the U.S. President today. No, this is a magnificent list of the ones that has up to 18^th March 2019 to deliver documents to the Judiciary Committee of the House of Representatives. So, that they can pursuit their investigation into the possible collusion and electoral violations done by the Trump Administration and Campaign Team. That is why 81 individuals/organizations been hit with this.

This is a rare day, when so many people in and around the President have been hit with the letters and document requests, that digs into the financial contributions, financial ties with Russia, with all communications of such and so on. It is really digging deep.

As the Document Request states:
“Please produce the documents set forth in Schedule A, provided, however, that in order to facilitate production of documents on an expedited basis, you may limit your production at this time to documents you furnished at any time after November 8, 2016 to: (a) the Special Counsel’s Office established by Department of Justice Order No. 3915-2017 (May 17, 2017); (b) the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (“SDNY”); (c) any other federal or state regulatory and/or law enforcement agency; (d) any congressional committee; or (e) in civil or other litigation. This includes but is not limited to documents that were voluntarily provided, produced under compulsion, or seized. Instructions for producing documents appear in Schedule B, and definitions appear in Schedule C” (Document Request – Schedule A, 04.03.2019).

The various people and organization get various of different arraigned questions to produce set of documents, depending on their closeness to the President and the known meetings between the Trump Campaign/Organization/Transition and Presidency in regard to the Russians. That is why, today is a real special day. The U.S. House Judiciary Committee are asking for all of this. They are really showing what the Republican Party and the ones henchmen of the President didn’t do before the Mid-Terms, as they shut this down, prematurely out of own interests. They are really starting a massive probe, that will span and really gather information at a level, the Presidency and his associates didn’t envision at this point. All of this people have to follow the guidelines and produce it. Therefore, the coming weeks will be interesting, as also to see if they all are interesting in complying and following the guidelines.

Because, the Committee and the U.S. Representatives will be awaiting answers. The public will see, if they are complying or stalling for time. Since, this is the start of a serious probe, where the Judiciary Committee have already gathered information, but wants more. As it was to dig deep into the organizations and people around Trump. To ensure the state have good actors and also people who are following the codes of conduct, not to talk about following the rules of law.

It is not a good day to be Gangster in Government. Since, the NY Gang is really under scrutiny now and the world is watching. With anticipation, with what they will do with the Trump associates and in the President Trump himself. As the people around are getting indicted and catching felony charges. Falling like flies and now, yet another broad probe is hitting the NY Gang. Surely, they cannot catch a break. Peace.

Opinion: Trump’s Hypocrisy!

“I’m not supposed to be doing the kind of things I would love to be doing and I am very frustrated by it,” Trump continued. “I look at what’s happening with the Justice Department, why aren’t they going after Hillary Clinton with her emails and with her dossier and the kind of money? I don’t know.”” – Donald J. Trump on Larry O’Connor on the November 2^nd 2017.

If we remember back to the Campaign Trail and the dozens of times, the now President Donald J. Trump said what Hillary Clinton did with her e-mails and private server was criminal. That she had thousands of undocumented emails and she needed an investigation into it. One that former FBI Director James Comey started and ended in the end, just before the polls. However, that is now long forgotten. That was stories imprinted and told in 2015, 2016 and 2017. Those are the long forgotten days.

That President Trump was furious and wanted more investigation into the possible National Security Breach of the Clinton’s and their private email server. We know this story so well, because it was covered back-to-back forever. Trump know we knows this, because that was a vital part of his campaign and even his backers spread the word of “lock her up”. In reference to the supposed criminal activity of the Clinton’s. Which after several investigations ended without any crimes found. Meaning, the server and emails was clean from the get-go. 

However, during this fall and winter. There are now reports that the Trump’s are not caring about their Cyber Security or their breaches of National Security themselves. The President himself has been using an unsecured Iphone, which he has been lazy with switching. Also with functions of microphone and camera, which President Barrack Obama didn’t have on his secured cellphone during his tenure. Therefore, it is possible that the Chinese and Russians has hacked his phone. That was reported by major news-outlets this October 2018.

Now in November, there has been revealed that the Presidential Advisor and West Wing Operative, daughter of the President, Ivanka Trump has been using her Private Email Account, while being a White House Official and knowing what his father had campaigned extensively on. A thing that he himself has broke with the use of his unsecured Iphone.

This is a pattern, where the Trump’s can bounce over the laws. They can play hide and seek, while the public tries to follow suit. Clearly, this shows the hypocrisy of the Donald and his reign. As he has no issues breaching national security and the laws for convenience. Because the Trump cannot change phones or have the fixed settings for his personal use. He needs to get his two scoops of ice-cream and his diet coke with the opportunity to tweet like crazy on a unsecured Iphone.

Therefore, when the Trump’s speak of the interest of National Security and illegal activity of the Clinton’s. Remember they are doing the same or even worse, they know their illegal activity, but wanting to throw others in prison for doing the same. That is hypocrisy. If they have violated the Presidential Records Act or violated National Security that is up the FBI and CIA to confirm. They can collect the data and look into the content of what they have done. They can scan through and register their movement, their usage of both Iphone and email-server for that matter. Just to ensure the American people.

However, this smells fishy and is fishy. This is hypocrisy. Nothing else. Peace.

Carter Page’s FISA Application: Proves the need for surveillance of him!

Now, the FISA Applications of Carter W. Page been leaked, for whatever reason, as the Republican Party or the Devin Nunes Intelligence Committee in Congress to spin-the-news cycle again. The Russian Probe is on-going and the details of the connections to the Trump Campaign is coming out. Therefore, they need to advance it or force some sort of play. Who knows why now, after failing reports from the Congress in February 2018. That is totally in disregard to the Intelligence Community, who has been on the other spectrum considering the Russian interference with the Campaign of 2016.

The First thing the FISA Application from October 2016 and beyond is redacted as hell, but is still saying that he was an agent of a foreign power, the Russian Federation, where he gathered intelligence for that power. Page was targeted in recruitment by the Russian government to undermine and influence the outcome of the 2016 U.S. Presidential Elections.

What this document shows again and again, is that FBI together with other parts has been able to show enough documentation of possible conspiracy by Page to continue to wire-tap and monitor him for his activities for Russia. They have been able to collect enough information on Page to be able to renew and file the application through the court. Therefore, he has had enough conspiracy and connections for the state to continue to monitor him.

Because they been able to file and renew again and again. That proves that the FBI have been able to collect and show evidence for the need because of the activity that Page has been doing for the Russians as their agent. Therefore, weird that the Trump Campaign had him as Foreign Advisor during the campaigns.

If, the Republican party and the people behind the leak thought it was wise to leak a redacted FISA application, it was not. It has only proven that the for a long time the FBI has been able to produce enough evidence for renewal and to prove the need to monitor Page. Because the FBI follows the provisions of the law before applying for a FISA Application.

So, we can hope the leak backfires, this just proves that the Trump Campaign had no trouble to hire someone in the eye of the FBI. Just like Trump didn’t follow recommendation on Michael Flynn and his agent business abroad either. Therefore, let see how this plays out. Peace.

Opinion: Is Trump in Putin’s Pocket?

It might be possible that you didn’t believe he was the Manchurian Candidate, however after this Joint Conference in Helsinki, Finland this 16^th July 2018, than you might believe it too. Who am I talking about, by all means Donald J. Trump, the United States President, he seems clearly compromised and looks like he is in the pocket of the Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Since they can hold a secretive meeting for two hours and say whatever they like afterwards. There were no one else than two people translating between the parties and no one to monitor the event. Meaning, in the meeting they could be talking about their wives, their ex-girlfriends or even about the deals they have done in the past. Therefore, as the defensive President Trump was in the Joint Conference, it is hard to believe anything the liar says. However, he has always been apologetic over Putin and Russia. It is like he doesn’t trust the FBI, neither any other parts of his intelligence organizations, but if Putin says it isn’t so, it isn’t so. How blind or dumb is he? Trump is showing his ignorance and played ones. Thinking he can get away with this. Certainly, this should put people into fire in the United States. He shows how compromised he is. Not that I believe the Congress or Capitol Hill will do anything, because they have been helping this charade going for months. They have worked against the Russian Probe on the hill and also against the works of Special Counsel Robert Mueller. Therefore, he might continue as he said nothing.

It is like he is oblivious about the transfers of information caught by the investigation, neither about the leaks and revelations that has been.
