Uganda Police Force Press Statement now “allowing” Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine for seeking medical treatment abroad (31.08.2018)

Uganda Police Force Press Release: Guidance and Caution to Members of the Public and Law Enforcement Officers (29.08.2018)

I wish I could make water into wine like Andrew Mwenda!

Man, I wish I could pick the brains of Andrew Mwenda, the so-called editor and journalist, owner of the Independent Magazine. I really wished I could understand the man and his visions. As what he see and what he believes are in contrast with his past.

Mwenda has gone 180 from where he started, as of these days and for a few years. He has been a Musevenist and apologist of the National Resistance Movement (NRM). For whatever reasons that might be, he has made sure the opposition with the likes of Dr. Kizza Besigye and recently Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine will be a disaster for the Republic. Even when none of that could ever be proven, as no one has ever succeed the almighty ruler Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

That is the mind of Mwenda. That has abilities to corruption into corporate growth, murder into society control and torture into political differences. We are living in weird and rare times, as the apologists doesn’t care about the victims, but only keeping the status quo. They are feeding of the throne and want that to stay. Even when their narratives are closer to fiction, than they are closer to any significant reality.

He can put whatever spin he wants and such, but the reality is that he accepts militarism and oppression, he accepts and defends killings of civilians as long as the visionary Museveni rules. Mwenda cannot express how much words and idioms he can find for the man. The old man with the hat must have dropped a few coins on him. Because sometimes you wonder how he can twist his tongue and still believe it.

The likes of Mwenda is sort of like a false prophet, as they are like Jesus. They can create mirages, they can create waterfalls out of the desert, even make water into wine. They are not able to grow grapes, but still able to make wine. That is what Mwenda does at this stage. His continues defense of the President and attacks on Besigye and Bobi Wine is in that fashion.

His defenses are as school-boyish that, you cannot trust someone who never had time to rule and their logic is wrong. Mine is right because I can name this former rulers who went and the successors didn’t make their representative nations better. That is why if Museveni has a successor, the ones after him will not do the Republic better than him. How can you even prove that? Because Mobutu was taken down and Laurent Kabila was taken, doesn’t mean it automatically better for the Republic at the given time. But, you with time possibly get changes of leadership and codes. Which will better the state, as well as mechanisms that the leadership has to follow. Now, it is just following blindly the orders from the State House and President. That is why the authorities are acting with impunity on his orders and torture his dissidents.

I am just tired of Mwenda and his broken words. The glass is broken and you should be careful of drinking of it. Your lips might be torn by the glass if you drink on the one point, even bleed.

Therefore, be aware, he twists things and lies, makes Museveni looks smart, when he is vindictive and vicious, if his words isn’t always that, his acts and his government actions towards their enemies are. That is proven, again and again. Don’t be tricked by that reality, as the likes of Mwenda is eating, while so many is starving. Think about that. Peace.

Impunity in action: The blocking of medical treatment abroad for Bobi Wine and Francis Zaake!

We know that if there is minister, a Member of Parliament or anyone of value for the republic of Uganda. They are going for treatment in South Africa, Kenya, India or anywhere else. Like the children of the President has sent private airplanes and trips for his daughters to Germany for giving birth. Therefore, we know that if Ministers and MPs are getting sick and need secure treatment they are sent abroad. This is happening to the ones connected around the President and within his party National Resistance Movement (NRM).

That is why today’s news is insulting. It is demeaning and its bitterness from the state, as it retaliates and still makes the charged Members of Parliament suffer. This being Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine, whose was violently taken away from Entebbe Airport, as he was scheduled to fly for medical treatment. The police beat him, then took him away and whisked him away in van, as he was on the way for treatment.

Earlier in the day, Hon. Francis Zaake was also trying to leave the airport for treatment abroad, but was stopped from the same authorities. As the police and guards of the state stopped them.

Now the excuse of the state, is that the state now has to evaluate the damage and the tortured people, as they couldn’t do that as they were in government custody since 14th August and “released on bail” on the 27th August 2018. Therefore, they had 2 weeks to ensure they were in god-speed. Instead, they have tortured and kept them in detentions. Not treatment for their wounds and damaged bodies. As we cannot know their true status per now.

The state really has a nerve to do this. As we know what they do to their own. They are already creating havoc and brutally tormenting people, as they are the enemies of the state. When they are representing the people of their constituency and are MPs. They are doing the same to activists and random dwellers around political rallies too, or demonstrations for that matter. Therefore, this shows how blatant the impunity of the state is. That the NRM are doing this and are proud of doing this. As they are deflecting the real activity. Blaming the ones blocked, as they are far from vindicated from the crimes. However, they are in dire need for medical treatment.

That is not a priority of the state, as they want to give a signal again. That if your becoming a threat to the President. He will make sure you pay and will feel his rage. Peace.

Uganda Police Force Press Release on taking Hon. Francis Zaake in custody as he was going for medical treatment abroad (30.08.2018)

Twisted mind of Museveni: Don’t won’t to have debate on Ad-Hoc Report on the Arua By- Election!

On the 22nd August, the Ad-Hoc Committee published their report on the aftermath of the 15th August Arua Municipality By-Election. As the violence, the arbitrary arrests and treason charges has hit Members of Parliament, as well as civilians whose been damaged by the authorities and security organizations as they tortured them. That is why so many of them needs to be hospitalized and needs remedy. Now, the President who is so happy with the results as 11 are still behind bars and the 23 others are partly on bail, awaiting more trials. The President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has no mercy and shows his cold shoulder. As he wants this case out of the world and the headlines. He doesn’t want the continuation of that.

However, when you torture and arrests fellow Members of Parliament, hurt dozens of civilians and even have fatal casualties because the actions of the Special Force Command. Than, there is all natural to debate and find the culprits behind the ones who killed the civilian. However, for the President it is fine that the driver of Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine died. As well, as he has not taken much action for the arrests in the riots, the killings in Mityana and Mukono.

That is why it is insulting with this reports from the two biggest TV channels today!

President Museveni has advised the NRM parliamentary Caucus to halt all debate the Ad-hoc committee report on members of parliament arrested after during the Arua municipality by-elections, arguing that this would it would prejudice investigations elsewhere. The call came as the president met the NRM caucus at State House Entebbe. The meeting had been called to brief the legislators on the violence in Arua and its aftermath” (NTV Uganda, 28.08.2018).

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has commended the high skills and discipline exhibited by the Special Forces Command to contain the Arua fracas that involved the stoning of one of his convoy cars. While meeting the NRM Caucus, the president also informed legislators on how both Kyadondo East legislator Robert Kyagulanyi and Mityana Municipality legislator Francis Zaake resisted arrest and instead resorted to assaulting the army officers” (NBS Television, 28.08.2018).

If this isn’t a sign of recklessness, as we have already read that the Deputy Speaker Jacob Oulanyah haven’t wanted to stop Parliamentary Business, even if there are no direct investigation into the tortured MPs. Because, the business and day-to-day business of the Parliament are to important. That is like he was the mouth-piece of Museveni. As he told the National Resistance Movement Parliamentary Caucus had a secret meeting at Entebbe today.

Instead of discussing and more fact-finding, as the Ad-Hoc Committee Report is showing parts and some evidence of what went down. That explains the details of some of the issues of what went down. As the narrative from the government and the president haven’t been accordingly or fitting together. Therefore, the act of the President to advise the NRM Caucus to not debate it. Is a way of silencing the Parliament and the Representatives of the public. As the NRM is the majority of the Parliament and have the power to do so.

That the President is a coward and weakling, who cannot manage scrutiny is evident. He just blows people away with guns, tear-gas and intimidation of possible arrests. But cannot man up to take responsibility for the harm the state does to their own. That is true tyranny, when the dictator are ordering pain and looking away, when the reality hits the streets. That is why he has advised this and most likely will the NRM MPs follow his words. As they know the price of not doing so and the pay-off for following him in the long-run.

That he cannot even manage to debate the Ad-Hoc Report shows how he wants to control and silence other voices. As he wants to keep people in the dark and doesn’t want investigations into it. Because he knows secrets and the spin that has been all a lie. Because the Arua stone isn’t all powerful to break bullet-proof glass, neither is the violence real, as the SFC did the shooting and targeted the car of Bobi Wine. While they where hunting down the opposition, as they was winning yet another By-Election. A result the President cannot handle. That is why he has warned the Electoral Commission to review itself and deliver more credible results aka NRM friendly results.

The President prefer the beautiful lie over the brutal truth, because he wants to silence people and keep them out of the loop. Peace.

Being on bail is not free: Bobi Wine and Arua 33 are still in legal limbo!

Today, was yet another turn in the long road to freedom for the people who fights the dictatorship of Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. The ones celebrating today’s verdict in Gulu Magistrate Court. Are prematurely celebrating. Today wasn’t a victory or a minor leap.

Today, is just like yesterday. Maybe, not in the sense that the Members of Parliament is behind bars. Neither all the activists or any or the Arua 33 are directly behind bars. Still, their trials are coming up, the court filings will continue and they will have to go bail hearings.

People might don’t want to hear that sober opinion, but a bail or bond. Means, that the ones on this will have to show up to hearings and remand the person, as the supposed trial and sentencing are supposed to happen. This sort of political trials we have seen before with Gen. Moses Ali and Dr. Kizza Besigye. Where the state are prolonging the trials, the injunctions and discovery face, as the so called production of evidence are supposed to happen.

That the Members of Parliament: Robert Kyagulanyi, Kassiano Wadri, Mubarak Munyangwa. Francis Zaake, Paul Mwiru and Michael Mabikke. All of them is not out of the trouble, as the legal trouble might be gone, as there been celebration of the release of the gentlemen. I hate to destroy the party, but its not.

The journey to freedom is far from over, as there are 5 persons in Kampala arrested for printing t-shirts and gear with free Bobi Wine slogans. This is the same happen when they were printing Besigye t-shirts. Therefore, the limited freedom is still there. As the MPs are out on conditions and awaiting trials, they are awaiting possible sentencing and more questioning from the authorities. Even as the state has shown recklessness, as the lawyers of Bobi Wine from Netherlands was “person non-grata” today.

We have to continue the fight. The journey is just starting. No time to celebrate, the wounds have to mend, but the reality is that these men are not free. The state is a mere instrument of the President to control and silence his opponents.

If that isn’t evident for your eyes, than your blind to the evils happening in the shadows and behind closed doors. Peace.

Speaker Kadaga letter to President Museveni: “Re: Urgent Action to Arrest, Arraign and try the Security Officers who participated in the torture of Members of Parliament and civilians, following the Arua Municipality By Elections in August 2018 (27.08.2018)

A stray-bullet for your thoughts!

You don’t need no gun control, you know what you need? We need some bullet control. Men, we need to control the bullets, that’s right. I think all bullets should cost five thousand dollars… five thousand dollars per bullet… You know why? Cause if a bullet cost five thousand dollars there would be no more innocent bystanders.”Chris Rock

There is time to recollect our minds and be washed away in the blunders of the past. There are enough issues to grasp. It isn’t just a mere, free the Members of the Parliament, Free the Arua 33 and the activists taken by the authorities. Also the continued purge on the ones in and around Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine. All of the MPs deserves to remembered, as their lack of freedom, needs to be addressed, this is for Kassiano Wadri, Francis Zaake, Mubarak Munyangwa and Gerald Karuhanga. All of these as mentioned are still bound by the state for various of charges and because the President can do this.

What we need is to look at the stray-bullets too. The ones that isn’t hitting the targets directly, but are still killing. The reality where the state is really attacking the possibility to gather as the Joint Communique from the Security Organizations even banned protests and demonstrations. Even if the ones bringing the violence and the killing is the state. They are the ones with the live-ammunition and the ones who are in-charge of it. Therefore, the ones dying during and after the demonstrations are most likely casualties or targets done by the state.

That is why the unfortunate deaths of innocent citizens are showing the lack of care. Just as much as the state are arresting people without warrants, charges or keeping them detained for months before even putting them to trial. That is what the state does to its political prisoners. This shows the lack of mercy and lack of procedure. If not they are scrapping following certain laws, because they are not part of the National Resistance Movement (NRM), therefore, deserves another set of rules of law.

That is why we should worry of all the stray-shots, even if that is a spin. As the soldiers, the Special Force Command and other outfits are really trying to intimidate and show the world that the Ugandan lives are not valued by the state. They are just someone they are randomly hit. They are acting like the soldiers are not trained and just pulling the trigger purposeless.

That is what bothers me, is the narrative they are spinning with this. That they are just killing people incidentally. That is insulting to the families of the deceased. The Authorities are really just saying, that the shot was done accidental. So, if that was really the case, why are there lacking open investigations into the usage of bullets by the state?

Because, the state has promised to investigate into the torture and damage done on journalists, but will they look into the killings and use of guns? Or is that just something they do, because they can? There is no consequence for the state to use stray-bullets on people?

That is why the authorities and the state has to stop use of live-bullets when engaging with citizens. There should be other ways of dealing with protesters that doesn’t turn fatal. That should be a “no-no”. But in the mind of Museveni and his kind, it is a “go-go”.

Stop, the stray-bullets narrative has to die, because a soldier and trained military personnel actually AIMS! Peace.

Museveni now claims the arrested MPs was misbehaving!

We have crimes in towns, the many boda bodas, vehicles crowding in the City and the errant politicians beating up innocent women. The errant politicians are being handled by the law. We also have the CCTV cameras being installed in the city to tame all these criminals” (Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on 24th August 2018).

That President Yoweri Kaguta Musveni calls Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine, Mubarak Munyanga, Patrick Mwiru, Kassiano Wadri, Michael Mabikke, Gerald Karuhanga and Francis Zaake. All of these men are the ones he is mentioning, he might not saying their names, but saying the MPs handled by the law. Are these men, therefore, we know he means this.

To be errant means to be misbehaving, move about aimlessly or staying outside the proper path. When Museveni says this, is that they move on the outside of his circle, they are not following his guidance and his principles. Even if his jaded vision, his mental fatigue is evident. There are clearly the mature way of understanding this man of advanced age.

That Museveni says this and alleges this, shows how immature he is and how belittling he is. That he blames them and thinks it is enough to be handled by the law. The law that fits these errant men, but not him. As he doesn’t have to answer for ordering the Special Force Command to kill and quell the crowds with live-bullets. That is not errant and not wrong, but going outside of the one-man vision of him, that is directly criminal.

It is futile to say this to Museveni. His jaded vision is so blurry, that he cannot see right or wrong. Because he is the almighty who can do whatever he wants without any consequence. However, as long as you are in the way of him, you will taste the justice and the law. That is what the arrested errant MPs.

You don’t need to be bright to get the picture. The snap is right there. The President can try to forge charges, juice up the stats, but the reality will be the same. He is trying to make a mirage appear in the desert, but that is not happening. Not today and not tomorrow, except for the types of Mwenda, Opondo and Wanyama. The rest of us, see and shake our heads.

Errant Politicians? Political Indiscipline, the indiscipline is because they are not following you and being your subjects, but actually thinking human beings. Whose not your tin-soldiers to move around like you please. Get your act to together. Peace.
