U.S. Gov. Indicators of Terrorist-Hoaxes and these hoaxes are draining resources from the Security Operations!

hoax-bomb

The United States Government fear the rise of phony terrorism hoaxes. I am sure there will be more prank calls from the White House to scare out the President on the RoboCalls. We can now learn about how the Security Organizations of US are seeing and indicating the possibilities of hoaxes, as such as students calling in to stop and an exam. The other being swatting where for a certain fearful agent of terror might swat a place to send Security Organizations into the wrong places and focus at wrong target.

The Intelligence shows through the study what kind of things that could catch people of guard. Like calling in shootings that isn’t happening that are straining the resources on goose hunts for the safety of the citizens. The Hoaxes that the citizens are sending in are using the limited resources that the Security Organizations have.

Hoax Indicators Overview:

“Based on our analysis of open sources and DHS-supported fusion center reporting, we assess malicious terrorism hoaxes such as bogus e-mails and phoned-in threats, including swatting and automated robocalls, will continue to challenge first responder resources throughout the country and territories, as they create disturbances and send false alarms. According to numerous police departments, these hoaxes—claiming active shooter, fire, and bomb threats—divert valuable resources or close down locations; most are motivated by a desire to cause disruption or annoyance rather than physical harm, and do not represent an actual terrorist threat. We judge hoax threats will continue to strain state and local government first responder resources over the next few years based on the number of threats made in the United States over the past two years” (U//FOUO, 2016).

Swatting Overview:

“Swatting uses the 911 system to report false incidents at a location (e.g., fires, shootings) and results in the dispatching of emergency services. Swatting poses a potential significant threat to public safety by diverting first responder resources needed to handle real emergencies occurring during the incident response time. Although most swatting incidents are criminal in nature, we assess the diversion of resources by a foreign terrorist organization (FTO) during a real attack would amplify the effectiveness of their attack against a different location. These calls could also result in accidental deaths by inadvertently placing unsuspecting victims targeted by the call in a confrontational situation with law enforcement tactical response” (U//FOUO, 2016)

Robocalls:

“Robocalls use a computer-generated phone call made directly to a target or a group of targets rather than via the 911 system, often using a voice anonymizer to deliver a recorded bomb threat via telephone. Robocalls and e-mailed bomb threats are usually nonviolent hoaxes intended to force an evacuation of the threatened location, typically a school or a courthouse” (U//FOUO, 2016).

(U) Potential Indicators

(U) Malicious terrorism hoax indicators can include, but are not limited to:

» (U//FOUO) Specifying the exact timing and target of an attack (since providing that information would jeopardize the success of an event);

» (U//FOUO) Containing complex scenarios involving chemical weapons or other advanced capabilities, sometimes citing geographically

dispersed targets; and

» (U//FOUO) Involving teams of 10 or more operatives.

(U) Swatting indicators can include, but are not limited to:

» (U//FOUO) Using a voice-over-Internet protocol (VoIP) system to report an incident, often falsifying the address on the operator’s screen;

» (U//FOUO) Receiving limited information from a caller about the incident and disconnecting once additional questions are asked by the

operator; and

» (U//FOUO) Reporting of an emergency (e.g., building fire, shooting, gas leak) that requires a multi-agency response.

(U) Robocall indicators can include, but are not limited to:

» (U//FOUO) Recording that is monotone or robotic, and background inconsistent with emergency or threat;

» (U//FOUO) Refusing to answer follow-up questions when prompted; and

» (U//FOUO) Reporting a bombing requiring an evacuation” (U//FOUO, 2016).

If you don’t see the picture, you can see yourself teens calling for fun to the Police 9-11 and saying that their seeing a mysterious guy or student using the Security Organizations to mock or get rid of test at their high-school.

But this proves that the Security Organization has organized and studies the hoaxes to see patterns and such so they are sure that they can try to spot them for certainties, like if the feel of flow of information from the informant together with the system of call even says something. If it we’re through ordinary phone-lines the lesser chances of hoax calls to the Security Personnel. The informant who calls in hoaxes is usually actually asking for more than one type of response from the Police, Fireman or others to fix it.

This is information not only the Security Organizations should have, but the public so they could figure the difference between the men and woman who creates fake terrorist acts or hoax to make people into fear. The fear that could harm innocent and also strain the Security Operations locally for the harmful calls that could stop them from actually doing their job and actually doing their duty their fellow citizens! That should matter and the public should know so they don’t do such acts which costs the State and Federal State resource, man-hours and research that is precious. Peace.

White House Report states that the A.I. regulations are lacking in both military and privately at this current day in the U.S.

uas_map

Simultaneously, industry has been increasing its investment in AI. In 2016, Google Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sundar Pichai said, “Machine learning [a subfield of AI] is a core, transformative way by which we’re rethinking how we’re doing everything. We are thoughtfully applying it across all our products, be it search, ads, YouTube, or Play. And we’re in early days, but you will see us — in a systematic way — apply machine learning in all these areas.” (White House, 2016).

Present AI-enabled Products:

“Currently relevant examples of the regulatory challenges that AI-enabled products present are found in the cases of automated vehicles (AVs, such as self-driving cars) and AI-equipped unmanned aircraft systems (UAS, or “drones”). In the long run, AVs will likely save many lives by reducing driver error and increasing personal mobility, and UAS will offer many economic benefits. Yet public safety must be protected as these technologies are tested and begin to mature. The Department of Transportation (DOT) is using an approach to evolving the relevant regulations that is based on building expertise in the Department, creating safe spaces and test beds for experimentation, and working with industry and civil society to evolve performance-based regulations that will enable more uses as evidence of safe operation accumulates” (White House, 2016).

Recommendation to the States:

“Recommendation 1: Private and public institutions are encouraged to examine whether and how they can responsibly leverage AI and machine learning in ways that will benefit society. Social justice and public policy institutions that do not typically engage with advanced technologies and data science in their work should consider partnerships with AI researchers and practitioners that can help apply AI tactics to the broad social problems these institutions already address in other ways.

Recommendation 2: Federal agencies should prioritize open training data and open data standards in AI. The government should emphasize the release of datasets that enable the use of AI to address social challenges. Potential steps may include developing an “Open Data for AI” initiative with the objective of releasing a significant number of government data sets to accelerate AI research and galvanize the use of open data standards and best practices across government, academia, and the private sector” (White House, 2016).

Recommendation to the Federal Government:

“Recommendation 3: The Federal Government should explore ways to improve the capacity of key agencies to apply AI to their missions. For example, Federal agencies should explore the potential to create DARPA-like organizations to support high-risk, high-reward AI research and its application, much as the Department of Education has done through its proposal to create an “ARPA-ED,” to support R&D to determine whether AI and other technologies could significantly improve student learning outcomes.

Recommendation 4: The NSTC MLAI subcommittee should develop a community of practice for AI practitioners across government. Agencies should work together to develop and share standards and best practices around the use of AI in government operations. Agencies should ensure that Federal employee training programs include relevant AI opportunities” (White House, 2016).

On LAWS:

“Over the past several years, in particular, issues concerning the development of so-called “Lethal Autonomous Weapon Systems” (LAWS) have been raised by technical experts, ethicists, and others in the international community.79 The United States has actively participated in the ongoing international discussion on LAWS in the context of the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons (CCW),80 and anticipates continued robust international discussion of these potential weapon systems going forward.

State Parties to the CCW are discussing technical, legal, military, ethical, and other issues involved with emerging technologies, although it is clear that there is no common understanding of LAWS. Some States have conflated LAWS with remotely piloted aircraft (military “drones”), a position which the United States opposes, as remotely-piloted craft are, by definition, directly controlled by humans just as manned aircraft are. Other States have focused on artificial intelligence, robot armies, or whether “meaningful human control” – an undefined term – is exercised over life-and-death decisions. The U.S. priority has been to reiterate that all weapon systems, autonomous or otherwise, must adhere to international” (White House, 2016).

US Government and the DoD:

“The U.S. government is also conducting a comprehensive review of the implications of autonomy in defense systems. In November 2012, the Department of Defense (DoD) issued DoD Directive 3000.09, “Autonomy in Weapon Systems,” which outlines requirements for the development and fielding of autonomous and semi-autonomous weapons. Weapon systems capable of autonomously selecting and engaging targets with lethal force require senior-level DoD reviews and approval before those weapon systems enter formal development and again before fielding. The DoD Directive neither prohibits nor encourages such development, but requires it to proceed carefully and only after review and approval by senior defense officials. Among other things, the DoD Directive requires that autonomous and semi-autonomous weapon systems are rigorously tested and that personnel are trained appropriately in their use to advance international norms pertaining to armed conflict” (White House, 2016).

Recommendation 23: The U.S. Government should complete the development of a single, government-wide policy, consistent with international humanitarian law, on autonomous and semi-autonomous weapons” (White House, 2016).

These findings are showing how the current Obama Administration has worked on the matter and studied the use of AI in workforce and military. Together with the DoD, the DoD and usage of the AI and UAS. United States Government has made decisions, but has not apparently a current vision on how to use or how regulate the technology of the moment. What is problematic is that there are no common ground for the Lethal Autonomous Weapon Systems (LAWS), neither the DoD Directive neither prohibits nor encourages such development, but requires it to proceed carefully and only after review and approval by senior defense officials. This shows the importance of the current regulations and how to develop the technology to use it in combat and in private sector in the US.

Certainly the Trump Administration has to work on this, but they will surely use this for their benefit. We can all wonder what they will use of this technology and the AI and UAS. Peace.

Opinion: Jeff Sessions as Attorney General could bring back the “Shameful era”

sessionsnewspaperclip

If you ever thought the Cabinet and the picked men and might be woman under the Presidency of Trump would be without controversy, you’re wrong after he picked his Campaign Manager Stephen Bannon for Chief Strategist in the White House. There are bunch of other complicated and important roles to fill for the new Administration under Trump.

That a Senator from Alabama gets into a Cabinet isn’t new or controversial, but the long-serving Senator Jeff Sessions has a shady history and also some principals that are concerning. Especially considering that the Attorney General of the United States is this:

The Attorney General represents the United States in legal matters generally and gives advice and opinions to the President and to the heads of the executive departments of the Government when so requested. In matters of exceptional gravity or importance the Attorney General appears in person before the Supreme Court. Since the 1870 Act that established the Department of Justice as an executive department of the government of the United States, the Attorney General has guided the world’s largest law office and the central agency for enforcement of federal laws” (Justice.gov – Office of the Attorney General – About the Office).

sessions

So in legal matters the appointment of Jeff Sessions will be representing the US Government and also directly advice the President, which is Trump. He is a real partner in crime, one racist to another, the company of men at the White House and tightknit elite in Washington will now have the same perspectives on Border Control, Immigration, and Abortion for instance; which are civil liberties they don’t seem to see much value in.

The man Attorney General Jeff Sessions from Alabama has this history and beliefs. Take a look!

Last Election for his Senate seat in 2014:

Sessions’ unopposed status this year helps seal Alabama’s reputation as a “red” Republican state. It’s a 180-degree turn from Alabama’s status as unfriendly territory for the GOP. Winger cites 1950, 1956 and 1974 as times when Democrats won election to the U.S. Senate without major opposition, or with no opponent at all. Until 2014, however, Republicans were never given the same pass” (Stinson, 2014).

sessions-klan-okay

Special Testimonies about him:

“Wildman writes in particular that the testimonies of two witnesses–a Justice Department employee named J. Gerald Hebert, and a black Sessions subordinate named Thomas Figures–helped to doom Sessions, then a U.S. Attorney, at his Judiciary Committee confirmation hearings. According to Wildman, Hebert testified reluctantly “that in a conversation between the two men Sessions had labeled the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) “un-American” and “Communist-inspired.” And Figures–then an assistant U.S. Attorney–told the committee that “during a 1981 murder investigation involving the Ku Klux Klan, Sessions was heard by several colleagues commenting that he ‘used to think they [the Klan] were OK’ until he found out some of them were ‘pot smokers.'” (TPM DC, 2009).

Voting Scandal:

“SARAH WILDMAN: Thanks for having me, Amy.

Well, as you described, Sessions was a US attorney in 1986 when Reagan appointed him to the US District Court of Alabama. He, at the time, had been at the helm of a voting scandal in Alabama, where he had charged three civil rights leaders with voting fraud, that is, falsifying absentee ballots, you know, faking various voters. And after investigation, they were all acquitted. It was called the Marion Three. One of them, Albert Turner, had been an aide to Martin Luther King, Jr. And that was sort of the tip of the iceberg about Jeff Sessions” (Wildman & Rivera, 2009).

turner

“Sessions has always been willing to take on unpopular fights. As U.S. attorney, he prosecuted a group of African-American civil-rights activists for voter fraud, and his nomination prompted charges of racism from local and national officials. Colleagues at the Department of Justice accused him of racism, too, and the late Democratic senator Ted Kennedy warned that he would be a “throwback to a shameful era.” A black colleague and even a local black journalist testified on his behalf. Ultimately, his nomination was defeated. In an unusual turn of events, Senator Howell Heflin, a conservative Democrat who was expected to support his fellow Alabamian, bucked tradition and cast the deciding vote against him” (Johnson, 2014).

Standing for existing Gun-laws:

“As you mentioned in your letter, Congress and federal officials often respond to tragic events by imposing new laws and regulations that restricts gun ownership. I do not believe the solution here is to create new laws. Instead, we should focus on enforcing existing laws, and turn our attention to criminals who obtain or use guns illegally. For Example, under current law, there is mandatory minimum sentence of ten years for discharging a firearm in relation to any crime of violence and a maximum penalty of death for criminals convicted for first-degree murder” (Sessions, 2012).

Senator Sessions Letter 2015

Immigration:

““A new study confirms that the labor-force participation rate is at a thirty-year low – meaning that small improvements in the employment rate have masked the deeper trend of a shrinking labor force with more people retiring early, going on disability, turning to welfare, and giving up looking for work altogether,” Sessions said in a statement today” (…) ““In 1999, half of teenagers had a summer job; today, it’s a mere third,” Sessions said. “Wages are also lower today than they were in 1999. Meanwhile, 1 in 3 without a high school diploma remains unable to find a job. This is more than temporary problem but an alarming trend: the workforce is shrinking and the welfare rolls are expanding.” (…) “Chronic unemployment causes enormous social harm – to schools, to families, to communities. Do we really want a society with a large, growing block of Americans who are permanently out of work?” Sessions said. “A swift amnesty and a permanent surge in low-skill immigration may make sense for some business interests – but it makes no sense for a nation that is currently struggling with exploding welfare rolls, falling wages and chronic unemployment.” (Talbot, 2013).

“Under a story headlined “Catch and Release,” CIS said the Obama Administration’s policies of prosecutorial discretion were leading to a decline in immigration enforcement” (…) “American citizens have a legal and moral right to the protections our immigration laws afford—at the border, the interior and the workplace,” Sessions said. “The Administration has stripped these protections and adopted a government policy that encourages new arrivals to enter illegally or overstay visas by advertising immunity from future enforcement.” Cason, 2014)

“Shockingly, of the 400,000 caught, 80 percent are released into the United States,” said Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions. “We cannot allow the Mexican border to turn into lawless area where drugs and crime predominate,” he said”(Herera & Reyes, 2016).

Abortion:

“BLOCK: “Before the meeting today, we heard the president say he doesn’t have a litmus test around the issue of abortion. He did say he believes that constitutional values, though, include the protection of privacy and what he called bodily integrity. Could you, do you think, support a nominee who also embraces that belief?” (NPR, 2010).

“ Sen. SESSIONS: It’s the question, you know, fundamentally of a person’s constitutional analysis. You know, people can disagree. And I think it would result in simply how they analyze the cases and not just that case, but the many, many, many other issues that come before the court. So we would like to see I would like to see a nominee who is committed to faithfully following the Constitution as it is written. And that understands that they’re not empowered to consult polling data or social conditions as they interpret the existing words of our Constitution” (NPR, 2010)

I don’t want to discuss this, I just want to show this, because this should matter, but it doesn’t do for Trump, because the moral flexible man is just for his own ego. Picks the men he knows will be loyal to him and not the Government itself. These men will follow him and feel alike in manner of belief of other people and policy, even if he has so. Other than his bloated ego and wanting to have men who he can control; therefore he picks a giant fan and long-term senator.

This Attorney General is worrying because of his casual belief in changing laws and how he wants to make the immigration laws stronger and fight the immigrants. This cannot be seen as healthy stance. Welcome back the Shameful Era is now here. It’s with Bannon and Sessions, and who else that the Trump Administration picks. To now the only spineless, but decent pick of men has Reince Priebus to have White House position.

Enough of this racist nonsense, but there will be more as the Trump Transition Team is handpicking the men who are the most appealing to Breitbart and other fringe spheres of the American Experience. Peace.

Opinion: The American people now have to live on the philosophy of Slim Charles; Actually fight for the lies of Trump!

slim-charles

Slim Charles: “Don’t matter who did what to who at this point. Fact is, we went to war and now there ain’t no goin’ back. I mean, shit, it’s what war is, you know? Once you in it, you in it. If it’s a lie, then we fight on that lie. But we gotta fight” (The Wire, Season 3 Episode 12 – “Misson Accomplished”, 09.12.2004).

Why do I start off with Slim Charles as he is talking about fighting a war over corners with Marlo Stanfield in Baltimore and Avon Barkesdal lost his companion and comrade Stringer Bell after he was ratted out… but what I will talk about isn’t the Wire, but it has been the same way with the Campaign and Phenomenon of Donald J. Trump.

Today, I made realisation while taking public transport to work. I thought to myself what has been the main component of Trump’s game-plan. It seems to show as little as possible of policy, as little as possible of political framework and being part of the establishment. But also transparency and accountability has been like aids to the Candidacy of the Republican Candidate Trump.

Another key part of the accountability and transparency is that he has constantly lied. The lies has been staggering and at massive levels. Like the ice that hit the Titanic, it should have sunk the ship of an ordinary campaign, but the American couldn’t care less. Trump lied about his past, his wealth, his education, his lifestyle, his previous ethical background.

greenblatt-letter-to-schwartz-redaction-p1-normal

He has lied to public about his wealth, he is not as rich as he claims; if he we’re so he would have given the public the IRS Tax Returns. Because there we would see the real value of the Trump Organization, the golf-courses and the value of ‘the Art of the Deal’; because the toilet paper of stated wealth and ownership is oversaturated. If it we’re the true deal and not a play of cards to the public, since if it we’re true value than it would been given the same value of the estates, businesses and royalties. First lie!

Second lie, must be the portrayal of success in general; is with the bankruptcies in Casinos’ in Atlantic City, Trump Institute and University, Trump Steaks, Trump Vodka, Trump Magazines, Trump Airlines and so on. The success now has been “the Apprentice” on the Television with a dozen of seasons. The rest he has earned money on is stifling his costumers and with dozens of law-suits. Other than because of shady reputation because of that the way of earning revenue hasn’t become of building houses or high-raises, instead it has become a licensing operation. So his name is what makes the money, not his achievements. People are buying into the Trump name, but not the real value of premium products or quality service.

So when he is not as rich as he says he is, another lie; then you have the business-savvy point that settles with a licensing operation and not a true, yet another lie.

trump-cruz-enodorsement

That is the most important parts of his project, as he was a successful businessman who wasn’t a politician. Well, he is more flip-flopping politician and also a cruel one at that. The Political play has been to use the others past against them. Since he wasn’t really a politician; still the Trump has lied about Ted Cruz, John Kasich, and Jeb Bush.

The other lies are is stances, at one point in life he was a very aligned with the Democratic Party, siding with Bill and Hillary Clinton, defending his infidelity and claiming that Hillary was a fine woman. At one point he was defending and saying that the U.S. should go quickly in to Libya and get rid of Col. Gadhafi. Another point where he defended George W. Bush and his father for their wars in Iraq; while on the Campaign Trial he has dined all of this asked for the tapes, asked for the evidence, but the clips are accessible and online for anybody who wants. His Video-Logs are there too, where he speaks of the similar matters too.

The lies are endless, and his image is a lie, his persona and his attitude to. Because he change as needed be, he is said to have a moral flexibility. Well, he has been structured on hatred for immigrants and for foreign interference, he is an isolationist. That is it! The rest hasn’t been steady, on basic minimum wage his stance has changed, on deportation force it has change and the stances are endless.

The worst part is that American Electorate apparently didn’t care, or not enough of them. They have bought into a cobb-web of lies and deceit. They ate it all up and bought into the sellers tale.

I wouldn’t believe the words that come out of his mouth, he only says what he need to say or told to say. He talks against the usage of Teleprompters, but used it freely when it benefitted him. He claimed Mitt Romney released his tax-returns too late, but till this date he hasn’t dropped his and I doubt he will. So his states and statement are pointless, are just needed for his own stature, but not for his character.

donald-trump-irs-mitt-romney

The Character of him only known by his close family and whatever friends he has; to rest of us it is lies upon lies. Deception of who he might be and what he stand for, except for his blatant racists spurges of vomit. Trump has been able to sit in golden chairs and licence out products with golden letters, but his true delivery is his lies. The lie that he is good and want to “Make America Great Again”. He wants to make himself great again, back in the day when he was great and built the Trump Tower with the help of the Mafia. He doesn’t care about the working-class in Wisconsin or Mississippi.

Trump lies and will continue to lie for the benefit of himself and his cause; the cause being himself and his fictions lifestyle. Therefore he wants to spend more time at Mar-A-Lago in Miami, Penthouse in New York, than at the White House. Because he want his loyal minions to work out the perks, while he carry the title. He doesn’t care about anybody else than himself, he wants to spend time on the golf-course and eat the benefits of the Public Office. Not actually work for living, he has lied for living already and wants to relax as President.

Just wait and see, he will spend less time in office than Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, he is more concern about the benefits of being President for his donors, rich wealthy elite; which happens to be the establishment and not the common-man in Michigan or North Dakota.

The man that based his life on lies and built his current business on more lies; the lies that are deceptive and deconstructive to him and to society; that now is the true state of affairs. Trump has the choice either to destroy or rebuild.

But he went to war on that lie like Slim Charles said and now they have to continue to fight on that lie. The lie that Trump had something to deliver other than his own self-constructed bloated ego. Peace.

Thousands of Somali children displaced and out of school due to Galkayo fighting (15.11.2016)

puntland-forces

All schools in the town of Galkayo have been closed, affecting more than 20,000 children and young People.

MOGADISHU, Somalia, November 15, 2016 – More than 90,000 people, including at least 20,000 children who were in school, have been displaced by fighting between factions in the Galkayo region of Central Somalia, which began a month ago.

UNICEF Somalia is gravely concerned about thousands of Somali children who are missing school due to the weeks of fighting. All schools in the town of Galkayo have been closed, affecting more than 20,000 children and young people. Teachers have been injured, four schools in Galkayo were damaged, and five schools outside the town are closed as they are now used to house some of the displaced. Any schools still functioning are severely overcrowded.

UNICEF and partners are setting up safe temporary learning spaces for the displaced children to allow them to continue their education and are working to ensure that the teachers receive their incentive allowances.

“This is a very serious situation for the children of Galkayo and is bound to have a major impact on their education and their lives,” said Steven Lauwerier, UNICEF Somalia Representative.

“We must ensure that there are places for children to learn in a safe environment either in temporary spaces or in schools outside town. The children must be given catch up classes and their schools must be protected from further damage.”

Many of the displaced children who have fled Galkayo are particularly vulnerable, as a large number were already displaced from their original homes and were living in settlements. UNICEF and its partners are also concerned with the continuing physical and emotional stress the forced displacement and fighting may put children and their families under.

A child’s right to an education is enshrined in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, ratified by Somalia in October 2015.

Opinion: Trump’s appointment of Stephen Bannon show’s that the ‘Alt-Right’ has a voice in the Oval-Office and in his Adminstration!

stephen_bannon_cabinet

If you thought back in the day the influence that Dick Cheney had on George W. Bush, than your wrong, what happened with one appoint as a Special Advisor as a Chief Strategist and Senior Advisor on the same level as Reince Priebus who we’re at the same time appointed to be White House Chief of Staff. The RNC head Priebus is a relief for the establishment of Republican Party and for the Speaker in the house Paul Ryan.

But that isn’t important today that Donald J. Trump appointed Reince Priebus, the little token of faith towards the party is meaningless, with the stature of the other appointment that is supposed to be on the same level. That man is the Stephen K. Bannon, the CEO of Trump Campaign, the loved by the Donor of the Campaign Robert Mercer. Which shows that the money that funded the Campaign are paying off as his candidate got the top-spot and also got his vision inside the White House with his strawman Bannon. That should worry you and me.

bush-cheney

Cheney advice for Bush:

What makes Mr Cheney so powerful is that Mr Bush usually heeds his advice. Unlike most vice-presidents, he has no further political ambitions, so Mr Bush trusts him to say what he thinks, not what will appeal to future voters. Unlike his boss, Mr Cheney has a love of detail and a deep understanding of how the levers of power work, so he is adept, as the Post puts it, at serving up Mr Bush’s menu of choices” (Lexington, 2007).

“A central theme throughout the decision-making literature is that the president needs frank advice about alternatives and that an effective airing of that advice can come only if the president is exposed to contrasting perspectives. In the George W. Bush administration, however, advice to the president was dominated by Vice President Cheney, and he was effectively able to manage the policy process to ensure that his preferences prevailed. In making many important decisions, the administration lacked an orderly policy-making process and the benefit of an honest broker. In Bush’s case such a process would have helped because, in Scott McClellan’s words, “He is not one to delve deeply into all the possible policy options . . . before making a choice. Rather, he chooses based on his gut and his most deeply held convictions. Such was the case with Iraq” (McClellan 2008, 127). President Bush’s role was characterized by Alan Brinkley: “George Bush was an eager enabler, but not often an active architect, of the government’s response to terror. His instinct was to be tough and aggressive in response to challenges, and Cheney’s belligerence fit comfortably with the president’s own inclinations” (2008)” (Pfiffner, 2008).

So if you’re thinking that the alleged link between Dick Cheney and George W. Bush is wrong, your mislead, because it’s been either the kids of Trump or Stephen Bannon who has had a grip on Trumps demeanour, as he is wild and unreliable, you never know what he will do or decide. Cheney could give good advice and was the confidant of Bush, the same will be between Bannon and Trump, as even on the campaign trail VP Mike Pence said he hadn’t talked to Trump about certain planned policies. So we need to know about what kind of actions and what Bannon believes in. First I will drop little on the Alternative Right parts of the Republican Movement that he is part of, which is a disgrace to humanity, still needs to be talked about:

Biggest Alternative Right – Ron Paul:

Paul`s first-place showing wasn`t the only sign that what some are calling the “Alternative Right” is coming into its own. Paul-inspired organizations like the Campaign for Liberty are displaying increasing professionalism and effectiveness. The movement is even shedding its cult of personality aspect, developing other respected leaders alongside Ron Paul. At this point, Paul`s son Rand has to be favored to win the Republican senatorial nomination in Kentucky, where he`d be at least even to win the general election” (…) “The Paulites` relationship with mainstream conservatives—who remain enamored of the Iraq war and the Bush Doctrine, if not always former President George W. Bush himself—is still contentious. Paul`s win was booed by many CPAC attendees. But increasingly, dissident conservatives feel like a real presence rather than a rump or a remnant” (Antle III, 2010).

“Indeed, the true conflict facing Republicans is not with the social democrats who’ve taken over the American left, but within the soul of American conservatives. Namely, a new, highly heterogeneous force in right-wing politics is taking hold, and they have their sights set firmly on the Republican “establishment.” Known collectively as the “alternative right,” this amalgam includes neo-reactionaries, monarchists, nativists, populists, and even a few self-declared fascists. They mostly congregate online, with a large swath of blogs and websites dedicated to their concerns. As an example of how truly diverse the alt right is, major and proverbial watering holes for them include everything from Breitbart and the libertarian-leaning Taki Mag to Alternative Right—a blog that openly supports white nationalism” (…) “The alt right can cause some stomachs to churn: Even though the alt right loves to mix it up with Gawker and Salon types, it (like Trump) may enjoy picking on other conservatives even more. Republican hesitancy to accept the alt right into the fold therefore makes sense for several reasons, especially since it’s becoming increasingly obvious that the alt right couldn’t care less about the Republican party. In fact, many on the alt right believe that the Republican party is in dire need of a purge” (Welton, 2015).

When you know that mess of a union of the Alternative Right parts of Conservative Party of the Republican Party; Stephen Bannon has been a major part of the Breitbart that is one of the biggest outlets in the media, who are spreading the news in the eyes of the Alt-Right. So now the Breitbart will now be hand of spreading the wished news, like Fox did for Bush. So the Republican Party continues to spread their wings. So the little Ron Pauls movement together the racial biased and neo-conservative, tea-party extremist has gone together living in an alternative reality in their Alt-Right world… here is some information on Bannon.

Information of Bannon:

“But Bannon realizes that politics is sometimes more effective when it’s subtle. So he’s nurtured a Dr. Jekyll side: In 2012 he became founding chairman of GAI, a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) research organization staffed with lawyers, data scientists, and forensic investigators. “What Peter and I noticed is that it’s facts, not rumors, that resonate with the best investigative reporters,” Bannon says, referring to GAI’s president. Established in Tallahassee to study crony capitalism and governmental malfeasance, GAI has collaborated with such mainstream news outlets as Newsweek, ABC News, and CBS’s 60 Minutes on stories ranging from insider trading in Congress to credit card fraud among presidential campaigns. It’s essentially a mining operation for political scoops that now churns out books like Clinton Cash and Bush Bucks” (Green, 2015).

Some clarity on Bannon:

Bannon certainly does appear to share some of Trump’s moral flexibility. On his radio show, he is fairly direct in trying to defuse some of the worst racial instincts of his audience. When one white caller offered the appalling observation that maybe it is time for white people to start shooting back, Bannon quickly backed him down in an effort that could pass for racial harmony in Breitbart land. But Bannon is equally energetic in leveraging what Ian Tuttle of the National Review has called “the racist, moral rot at the heart of the alt-right.” Even as he expressed personal discomfort to me with race-baiting, Bannon has given full rein to Yiannopoulos and others to exploit some very ugly things in this country” (…) “Breitbart, indeed, is a brand built on anger. And when I first started following the site, it was impossible for me to see anything beyond that anger. In contrast to the modulated tones of NPR, where I worked for years, the pulsating furor of Breitbart, and of its users, was mesmerizing and terrifying, not unlike a horrible roadside crash” (Stern, 2016).

The Alternative Right has gotten a strong voice inside the White House with this appointment. Nothing is stronger than having the Mercer infused millionaire, former film-maker to give ideas to policies inside the Oval Office.

As proven with the editorial charge of Bannon proves his stance on the racial bias:

“The outlet has undergone a noticeable shift toward embracing ideas on the extremist fringe of the conservative right. Racist ideas. Race-baiting ideas. Anti-Muslim and anti-Immigrant ideas –– all key tenants making up an emerging racist ideology known as the ‘Alt-Right.‘” (…) “A story defending Pamela Geller, who hosted a “Draw Mohammed Cartoon” contest in Texas. Police killed two men linked to ISIS who “stormed” the event. Breitbart then compared the event to Selma, Ala. and Geller to Martin Luther King, Jr.  Breitbart published an article “resembling white national screed.” It was an op-ed by former Rep. Tom Tancredo (R-Colo.). The ex-lawmaker discussed an epidemic of rape across Europe, specifically “Muslim rape.” (…) “Breitbart has always given a platform to parts of the radical right, most notably elements of the organized anti-Muslim and anti-immigrant movements. Breitbart has also organized conferences featuring nativist speakers and published op-eds and interviews with movement leaders. But since 2015, Breitbart began publishing more overtly racist diatribes about Muslims and immigrants.” (Rothstein, 2016).

So this is confidant of Trump, who has supported these ideas and spread them to larger audience and made it real. The Alt-right got a voice through the Breitbart system, now it will be an extension of the White House and the President with his role. As well as being pivotal man for the billionaire Robert Mercer.

anp-statement-on-bannon

We should worry, because I don’t believe the reach of Mike Pence or Reince Priebus isn’t where Stephen Bannon is at this point. Bannon can sway Trump and can give him advice on issues mattering for the National Security and Policy. Even as non-of them has experience of the Congress and Senate. Trump will make the final decisions, but he is not found of reading, so the digging deep into facts will be for others.

His advice will make changes in the free-world, the world as we know, and he will be more powerful might even than Dick Cheney over George W. Bush. That is why I started there, because Pence isn’t strong or in the ear of Trump as Bannon. Something that is already well-known.

This proves where President Trump stands, he just has Priebus to silence the fear inside the Republican Party, but the pick of Bannon is for the ones that are Alt-Right and Racial biased in his circle. To respect his voters who loved that he kicked out African-Americans, Latinos and stomped on the media, which the anti-establishment rural American voter loved. Bannon is their guy and is their voice. But he is not collective for all Americans and the All-American values. The Melting-pot is dying and the fear of racist in power is not far-fetched. It is just right there now on the steps besides the Oval Office. The free-world is bleeding.
