In Mudugh Province or in Galmudug State in Somalia, there are clear reports that the Al-Shabaab, the terrorist organization in Somalia are using the mineral rich Galdumug state or the Mudugh Province, Federation Republic of Somalia reputation is on the line. There is also a letter from Yusuf Garad Omar to Stephen Schwartz in August 2017 is compelling. The story it tells is dire, but also shows the Federal Republic of Somalia loyalty to the United States. Its need a loyal state on the Horn of Africa. The letter explicit says it only can beat Al-Shabaab with the support of the US and not alone. That means the Somali government don’t believe in their own capacity or own strength. As the AMISOM mission are under review and more training of the Somali National Army are progressing.
However, the Uranium extraction and exporting are proving that the mineral resources could be for the benefit of the Somali people, but instead is for the militia causing havoc. So for the Federal Government to get more taxation and resources, these sort of industry has to be taxed and be under control of the central government. Now it is being used by militia and exported so the Al-Shabaab can afford expensive weapons to fight AMISOM and SNA. Take a look!
IAEA report in 1984:
“Surficial uranium deposits in Somalia are of the valley-fill calcrete type and occur in the arid Mudugh Province of the Dusa Mareb-EI Bur region. They are located in a belt about 240 km in length which is orientated parallel to the north-south regional tectonic framework. The uranium resources of the region amount to about 5 000 t U308 at an average grade of 0.1 % U308. Basement rocks constitute a 7 000 m thick succession of Jurassic to Quaternary ediments of the Somalian Basin. Uranium mineralization in the form of carnotite occurs in the uppermost Mercia Series. The origin of the uranium and vanadium is unclear due to a shortage of the favourable source rocks” (…) “The valley-fill calcretes of the Dusa Mareb-EI Bur region have formed in the Mercia Series of Miocene age. Collectively, the uranium resources are about 5 000 t at a grade of 0.1 % U308. Carnotite is the only uranium mineral present but the sources of both uranium and vanadium are largely speculative because accessible granite source rocks are situated several hundred kilometres to the north in Ethiopia. The geochemistry of the groundwater and the arid climate favours the precipitation of the carnotite in a manner similar to these fluviatile surficial uranium deposits in Namibia and Western Australia” (IAEA, P: 217, 220 1984).
Minerals of 2013:
“Uranium: Documented uranium deposits are found in three areas of Galgaduud-Mudug and in Alio Ghelle in Bur Massif. These deposits need further exploration and evaluation, though in 1984 work began to develop them. The Alio Ghelle deposit is small carnotite deposit, with a reported indicated resource varying between 10-25 Mt at 0.07-0.08% U₃O₈” (Hussain, P: 3, 2013)
Al-Shabaab trading Uranium to Iran:
“The letter, sent by Foreign Minister Yusuf Garad Omar, was addressed to U.S. Ambassador to Somalia Stephen Schwartz. Somalia’s Ambassador to the U.S. Ahmed Awad confirmed on Thursday that the letter “has indeed been issued” by Minister of Foreign Affairs Yusuf Garaad Omar, whose signature is on the document. The Aug. 11-dated letter delivered an urgent warning to the U.S. that the Al-Shabaab terror network has linked up with the regional Islamic State (ISIS) faction and is “capturing territory” in the central part of the country. “Unlike past situations that required external intervention, the issue communicated today presents a problem for the larger global community and will not be constrained within the borders or our recovering country.” the Somali Foreign Minister’s letter said. Somalia and Iran had no diplomatic ties since January 2016, when Mogadishu officially severed Tehran relations and expelled its Mogadishu-based Ambassador accusing of spreading Shiism in Somalia. Nuclear weapons “This issue can be summed up in a single word: uranium,” the letter added. “Al-Shabaab forces have captured critical surface exposed uranium deposits in the Galmudug region and are strip mining triuranium octoxide for transport to Iran.” (Radio Simba, 2017).
This here should be interesting and also compelling, since the amounts of Uranium in the region and the powers it gives the Al-Shabaab. That the Al-Shabaab gets funding and shows they have the ability to trade uranium. Reports like that should worry anyone, and with that in mind, with the funding and resources of that trade. You understand why do not struggle to get enough money to buy ammunition and guns on the black-market. Since, the trades of lucrative uranium must be a splendid trade-off for some AK-47 and other weaponry. Peace.

2. September 2017, Oslo.
Dear Sirs!
If you wonder. This is directed to Ezra Chiloba and Wanyonyi Wafula Chebukati, you two has now 60 days to envision and find ways to make new presidential polls, get new tenders for ballots and make sure the Electronic Devises are trustworthy, even if the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has now a shattered reputation. The IEBC Secretariat, you has a long commute to make the resident and citizens trusting you. That is why I write to you. Not that I expect you to read me piece of letter, but still I have to write you.
First, thing first. Both of you Honourable Chiloba and Chebukati, your own facade is not trustworthy now. The way you publicly has addressed the recent election has been unfaithful. The reality is that you should ask for their trust and act as servants. Right now you are acting as you own Kenya, while you don’t. You are appointed in favor of the people of Kenya, not to solicit funds from Kenyans. Therefore, time for you step of your responsibility, as you are the facilitators for holding elections and following the laws, the Constitution and the codes of law. This shouldn’t be rocket science, but NASA and Jubilee, needs you to deliver.
Secondly, as fellow civil servants, as the IEBC, you need to be transparent with every single move you do. Not just create bots who make the decisions and make the counting of the votes. Not only have one brother uploading 9,000 declarations forms, but actually have the servers, the contracts and the connections of all Electoral Material and ICT Management in public display. So that the public can trust your acts. There been enough skeletons in the closet, to make Eminem make another hit song. Time to wise up, and step away from the Wise-Guys, but actually acts like civil servants.
Thirdly, time to actually follow procedure, follow protocol, prove that you two are worth a damn. That your salary paid on the taxes and provisions of the state is worth it. Actually, that the IEBC follow procurement laws and estimates, that the IEBC do due diligence on their contracts and their services. Also, that the IEBC shows the steps of forms and the transmission of declarations forms. So that, this cannot be put in question.
Fourth, that all that work in the thousands of polling stations are well-trained, has the knowledge of needed acts of securing the ballots and honoring the ballots. That the state and the other campaigns are respecting the rule of law. That the ones who tries to stuff boxes, steal sheets and rewrite forms get taken to justice, to not tamper with the will of the Kenyan people.
This is why I have wrote to you Chiloba and Chebukati, since you are in charge of this ship. You have to make the ship ready for the rough sea, for storms, winds and waves. But to show that the people have faith you can steer the ship to shore, in all pieces and with the load. So that the ship can continue to the next destination after you disembark.
This is not the time to silently prepare for another election, this is the time to put everything and everyone on the boulevard, to build trust and show that your worth a damn. Unless, you want to trigger another speculation, try to figure another way of rigging the public will. But if you do so, then you will not be independent minded, but be bribed civil servants with no honor or code. You are just stooges, who is bought as easily as a chapati. I hope you are better, but time will tell. Peace.
Best regard
Writer of Minbane

Today, the real vengeance of the Jubilee party and the ruling party is now beginning. Since they didn’t really win on the 8th August, that is proven in court, the documents and electoral malpractice was dismissed. The Deputy President William Ruto should instead work on his character, trying to forge a positive relations with the Supreme Court and the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, as the Election might again be fraudulent and therefore, getting the election again dismissed. So not trying to fix the issues and making sure the process is better. Ruto is blaming the Supreme Court and their verdict.
Ruto is not blaming IEBC, Ruto is not blaming the staff hired for each and every polling station, he is not insulting the IEBC and their lack of transparent work. No, the Deputy President is blaming the Supreme Court for following the codes and the Constitution of the land. Ruto, should look into his heart, his understanding, his bitterness and just think for a little minute what he is literally saying to the public. Because if he should bitch, he should bitch about what happen at Bomas, what happen with the declarations forms and the electoral malpractice, but since it benefited him and his party. That is no go, that cheat and disgrace of electoral practice was okay, since him and the President won that way. Wonder, if it was cheating on behalf of NASA, would he praised the Supreme Court? I cannot be the only one, thinking this way.
DP William Ruto speech at State House 2nd September 2017:
“Jubilee and President Uhuru Kenyatta won the election on 8th of August fair and square. Why do we say that? They are saying we didn’t win the election. Where didn’t we win? We won the in MCAs, MPs, senators, governors. What kind of logic? All those 6 elections were all overseen by IEBC which conducted the presidential election. How is it possible that there is no contest about the number of votes each candidate got? We want Maraga to listen to us. He has had his day ours is coming. That is not a threat. It is not the Supreme Court that it is supreme. It is the Kenyan people. We will prove this shortly. Their interest is that they don’t want an election. They are not ready for an election in 60 days. The contest is framed for this repeat presidential election. We want to know who is supreme. We cannot allow that the court will determine our leaders. That is unacceptable to us. We are ready. We’ve been here before. The same people took us to ICC to prevent the Kenyan people from voting for us” (NTV Kenya, 02.09.2017).
That Maraga is in the spotlight, the vicious attacks as they despise his righteous attempt of holding the constitution and respecting the rule of law. Clearly, the DP is not interested in such thing. He is more enraged and despicable, as he is just saying Jubilee and him is the Kenyan people, and the Courts are taking power that they don’t have. The logic of the DP is also flawed, the Election Petition in the Supreme Court we’re directly on the Presidential Election, not on the other ones. So if other candidates contest their ballots and procedure, the flaws of the districts and counties might come into question. Then, these also has to run again, then the public has to vote for local MCA, MPs and other representatives.
Ruto, clearly, is just mad, he is furious, he is seeking revenge and vengeance. There are no humility into the quest of a new Election. The fault is at Supreme Court. The Court Justices who took away his power in a judgment. This was settling the score of the election. The president and deputy, was not elect, they are now incumbent into the next polls appear. But he picks up the ante with his speech at the State House. Commission of Inquiry into Post Election Violence (CIPEV), the then government coalition own commission on the Post-Election Violence in 2007 and in the November 2009, the Commission delivered the information they gathered to the ICC. That was the then PNU and ODM. ODM is a vital part of CORD/NASA, but Party of National Unity (PNU), the party of Kibaki has dissolved in 2016 and joined the Jubilee Alliance Party. Therefore, the premise of blaming ODM/NASA at this point is a lie. Since the Jubilee has eaten the Kibaki party, as they did to several others to become one Party, instead of a political coalition. You don’t need much research or understanding to debunk the Deputy on this hasty remark.
It is time that Ruto and Kenyatta, respect the law and the courts, as they are lawmakers in the Parliament. They are the ones representing and finding ways to secure the republic and sacristy of the Constitution there. Ruto should either blame IEBC or silence his critic. Not that he will, he will be mad for days and be ready to make life harder for judges, since they took his power. Peace.

That the incumbent President Kenyatta are feeling disappointing today would be natural, that the incumbent Jubilee Party leader who was annulled today. That the Supreme Court has put the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission electoral procedures and their counting of the ballots. That was fraudulent and wasn’t just, therefore the ruling today was positive. I had little faith in the process as the ICT and the verification of votes through IEBC was suspect at least. However, the winner thinks otherwise and says this!
Uhuru Kenyatta speaks at rally after Supreme Court ruling at the Burma Market, Nairobi:
“Let those five, six people know, since the Kenyan people will still decide, they should wait for us to act after the people have made their decision” (…) “We are keeping a close eye on them. We are keeping a eye close on them. But let us deal with the election first. We are not afraid” (…) “[Chief Justice] Maraga and his thugs have decided to cancel the election. Now I am no longer the president-elect, I am serving president… Maraga should know that he is now dealing with the serving president” (Uhuru Kenyatta, 01.09.2017).
Seems like the incumbent cannot handle that other makes decisions then himself. Therefore, that Supreme Court Judges voted against him, seems to have hit his nerves. He is angry and calling the legal expertise of Kenya, thugs. Meriam Webster defines a thug: “a brutal ruffian or assassin : gangster, tough” (Meriam Webster – ‘Thug’ link: https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/thug). It should be flabbergasting that Kenyatta calls the highest legal minds in the republic as ruffian and as gangsters. He did this to his supporters at Burma Market, hours after the Supreme Court ruling. Starting his campaign for November 2017. The second campaign and Presidential Election.
President Kenyatta, the incumbent shouldn’t say that Maraga decided the election, the IEBC and the ones who decided to rig the vote. It wasn’t Maraga and the Supreme Court who made the IEBC use fraudulent numbers and publishing wrong declaration forms of the polling stations. Kenyatta should know what happen at Bomas and in the IEBC, as he has orders and had CS Joseph Nkaissery making sure the election went well. That until his death, the same with others who died in the days ahead of the August 8th 2017.
I am not shocked that President Kenyatta calls SCJ Magara a thug, a gangster and threaten him and his kind for their acts against him. The Jubilee Party and Kenyatta are now attacking the Supreme Court, because they didn’t follow his lead. Kenyatta has now taken on the Supreme Court, because they didn’t just obey his command. As of his statement as he says 6 people overturned the will of the people and the people has to wait to make their decision. This should already have happen, but the acts of the IEBC didn’t respect the ballots and the votes. They did not respect the will of the people, the will of the people was disrespected on the days after 8th August 2017.
Kenyatta should have acted with some honor. He started to campaign seconds after the verdict. He assaulted the Courts within hours. He said in the press conference that he disagreed with the Court, but respected it. So therefore, when he attacked them later at a rally, he is not acting in peace, but in direct calling them thugs. It is not like respect the judges and neither rule of law. When he SCJ Maraga being called out for doing what is just and right. That the rule of law, that the law and electoral commission was not following the constitution. Therefore, the ruling was a good one, a needed one, since the trust of IEBC been shattered, also the electronic evidence was worrying for the state of the respecting the votes.
Kenyatta should therefore acting different. He should be humble and not attack the Supreme Court, he should have thought of a remedy to gain popular support, not disgrace the Supreme Court Justices. This is just disrespectful. We would understand, that he feels a bit betrayed and being hurt by the verdict. That doesn’t mean he should address the judges in this manner. His own administration has had scandals upon scandals, both corruption and others with misuse of state reserves, that is on its own a crime, but some has gotten away with it. Therefore, he shouldn’t judge the judges, but stand up for what his government has done in his term. The Kenyatta and Jubilee haven’t been truthful or transparent.
Therefore, the ruling has had pivotal impact and taken away the direct power from Kenyatta. He has to campaign again and cannot get the same sort of cheating again to regain the throne. Kenyatta and the IEBC cannot run the same kind of electoral process within 60 days. Then the Kenyans will be played with again, the IEBC Portal and the process of the ballots has to righteous. Kenyans deserve a measured candidate who respects rule of law, not who puts himself above it. Like Kenyatta did today, that he is disappointed, that is fine and if he was disgruntled. That would been fine as well. If he was in sorrow over the ruling, that would be fine as well. But he should not call the ones who has taken the oath to withhold the Constitution. That is what the Supreme Court is doing.
So, can you please at your next rally Kenyatta, you might respect fellow brothers a bit more. Your own racket might be lost as well. Kenyatta your gravy-train of government supplies might dwindle away, because of reckless loans and the grand corruption happening on his terms. President Kenyatta should no better, but apparently he doesn’t. He just don’t care… Peace.
