Russian Probe: Awaiting a blockbuster reading the Nunes Memo, but it was all rotten tomatoes!

I was today anticipating the biggest blockbuster, the biggest most bold and brilliant Memo. The Republican Devin Nunes Memo, made by the Californian lawmaker. Clearly this is no Stephen Spielberg movie, this is no movie with Jennifer Lawerence or Benedict Cumberbatch. I was expecting fire and fury. It was supposed to blow my mind. If not, why all this drama of not unleashing the Democratic Party Memo and this?

Why are this such a big deal? That President Donald J. Trump wants to obstruct the Russian investigation of Special Counsel Robert Mueller. Because he is afraid of what he will find with his indictments and the things Trump is trying to hide. That is why Trump does whatever he can to dismiss, dismantle and destroy Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), because they are investigating him and he cannot counter-sue it to oblivion like he could like a business-man of some strange sort.

So that he would unleash a possible confidential information within the memo. Proves that the Law and Order President, only care for law and order, when he detains other than himself or his party. David Nunes isn’t the brightest fellow on Capitol Hill and that is proven with this one. Instead of letting a blank being in the chamber, he tried a shot and thought he would kill deer. The only thing he killed was possibly his career or proving his loyalty to Trump. Who will use him like condom, like the ones he used with Stormy Daniels. Well, that is another dirty story for bad tabloid. Not me, though Trump and the Porn Star story deserves total scrutiny, in the sense and levels of Barrack Obama wearing a brown suit. Check that up and see how much that was written about that crap.

Well, back to the nonsense of the obstruction of justice, because they want to make it harder and leave breadcrumbs around trying to validate a reason to stop the investigation of Trump. It’s proven again that the Republican’s doesn’t care or listen to Democrats, just like they did when the government was shut-down. They are majority, so they do as they please, but the efforts to thwart the investigation. Proves how far the President will go. Unleash state secrets to the public to save his own skin. The constitution, protocol or even breaking the norm doesn’t matter to him. Just his own ego and ass.

Donald Trump is an ass, the biggest asshole in a long time running a Nation. That is why he used his White House Counsel Donald McGahn II to address the legal matter and importance, because Trump cannot answer or take responsibility for the acts of destruction against Department of Justice and his own Attorney General Jeff Sesssions. Also the attacks in general on the FBI and the rest of the intelligence organizations within the state. He will leave no stone unturned to fix his predicament.

That Devin Nunes wrote a Memo on 18th January 2018, that isn’t surprising. That he is trying to make the Steele Dossier look like a smirk job is hilarious, considering the implication and that both Dutch and United Kingdom Intelligence has verified parts of it. That he tries to pin it on Hillary Clinton and such, that is political statement and not news. Trump would pin aids, cancer and ebola on Clinton if he could. In this regard, Nunes is only following his orders from the White House.

What is amazing that there are supposed no connection between Carter Paige and George Papadopoulos, which is striking in itself. Since they we’re both in the Trump Campaign and working to get Trump elected. Secondly, the we’re both aides and worked to generate support both in Russia and in Greece. Papadopolous has already pleaded guilty and is co-operating, while Paige is still working on his matter before Mueller. Paige already has a profile and been followed, because of his ties to Moscow. So with that in mind and Russia hasn’t really been a friend, there been Russian spies in the United States who has been expelled. Therefore, that government surveillance on Paige shouldn’t be striking. More evident of how reckless the Trump Campaign was and used the Americans with Russian ties. To secure a benefiting relationship with Russian counterpart and their priorities. Because the Trump Presidency are afraid of when the pieces are collected together. That is why the Memo had to be released. Not that confidential memos usually are released hot-cakes, but maybe that is the future of the White House. Since they are not caring, can we get the memos from former FBI Director James Comey and all others than reveal more facts into the Obstruction of Justice case of Trump.

So now the nonsense is out and the supposed big booming memo is unleashed, we can now scrutinize the White House and the Nunes, who had an agenda, but instead shooting themselves in the foot. That the American government are having secret surveillance on American Citizen’s make sense; because US Citizen are in possible cahoots with a foreign enemy states, which happens to Russia like Carter Paige. So it is not strange that there was more extensions of so and that the FBI continued to investigate it. It only suddenly matters because the person was connected to the Trump Campaign and was in meetings with people in and around Trump. That is why the President is pissed, because he found out someone was under surveillance because of their connections. So it is the company that he kept and their history is following them. Just like former Trump Campaign Manager Paul Manafort and Richard Gates who are indicted too, who has to many connections to Ukraine and Russian oligarchs. Therefore, Nunes, who knows this is trying deflect the issues with this sort of play.

The cards are already play and the Trump Campaign, the White House and aides around the Republican Party are trying to sort this out; however they are not good at it. It is a reason why Trump cheats on the golf-course and also on his marriage. Because he isn’t loyal and cannot be honest. That is proven, that’s why the confidential can released, since it was to help his case. Clearly it doesn’t, this should make Nunes a laughing stock in DC. He deserves it, because this Memo isn’t working as salvation, this is made for their own crucifixion. Peace.

The New York Gang doesn’t want to sanction Russian’s like the Congress do!

Today, 180 days after the ‘H.R.3364 – Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act’, an act where the United States Government could sanction Russia, Iran and other countries, that the United States have less favorable relationship with. This was a reaction by the Congress, that got unanimously support in both the House of Representatives and in the Senate. On the 25th July 2017, the House of Representatives voted for it 419 for it and 3 against it. Two days later on the 27th July 2017, the Senate voted, 98 for it and 2 against it. Therefore, of the lawmakers in the United States. They was all for it, in the sense of protecting the Republic from foreign powers and sanctioning them for interfering.

Clearly, the White House and the Donald Trump Administration see it otherwise. Since they are using part of the law to their advantage. So they don’t have to enact or add sanctions on Russia. It is weird, but they are writing a waiver by Secretary of State Rex Tillerson who wrote to Chairman of Foreign Affairs Committee in the House of Representative Edward R. Royce this on the 29th January 2018:

The guidance established a multi-factor approach to determining what constituted a “significant” transaction that includes, but is not limited to, the significance of the transaction to U.S. national security and foreign policy interests, including its relation to cyber misconduct; the nature and magnitude of the transaction; and the relation and significance of the transaction to Russia’s defence and intelligence sectors more generally” (…) “We engaged in extensive consultations and “deep dives” with the relevant country desks at the Department of State and the Department of Defense to promulgate a comprehensive approach to implementing the legislation, identify opportunities and challenges for implementation in each affected relationship, and develop engagement approaches integrated with the entire range of bilateral priorities at stake. We extensively engaged the private sector, bot via in-person meetings and by responding to the many inquires received through our public web address, to promote compliance and identify private sector challenges” (Rex Tillerson waiver to Edward R. Royce on H.R. 3364).

We can wonder what sort of Bilateral Priorities means, as this is politician lingo, to say things of importance without specifying. If this is ExxonMobile Contracts to extract petroleum together with GazProm, who knows. If there are other initial priorities that we don’t know about. The DoD and DoS are using one by sentence to not add sanctions on Russia, and it can make any thinking man wonder:

This is taken from Sec. 231:

(1) a written determination that the waiver—

(A) is in the vital national security interests of the

United States”

(c) DELAY OF IMPOSITION OF SANCTIONS.—The President may delay the imposition of sanctions under subsection (a) with respect to a person if the President certifies to the appropriate congressional committees, not less frequently than every 180 days while the delay is in effect, that the person is substantially reducing the number of significant transactions described in subsection (a) in which that person engages” (H.R. 3364) .

We can wonder what vital national security interests that the President Trump and Secretary Tillerson are seeing within Russia. Is the Pee-Pee tape with hookers, that the Kremlin might have? Is it possible hacked documents from the Trump Campaign. Is the possible ties to Russian Mobs and Russian Laundromat for fueling black-market monies and white-wash them for Russian Oligarchs through the Trump Organization? Is the help of Russian agents and operatives during the 2015 and 2016 Campaigns before the election victory of President Trump?

That is just simple questions we are awaiting answers on and hoping the Special Counsel Robert Mueller can answer these and find the evidence of the involvement with Russian’s in the Elections in 2016. All of the connections between the Russians and Trump. That has been uncovered with time, and more and more questions have been arisen. They will not become smaller while the investigations linger and the knowledge of the collusion from Russian operatives within the United States Presidential Election, the in-action from the current administration is saying more than words.

That the Trump Administration who has enough problematic sources, enough trying to fire anyone who investigate into the Russian Collusion, fires anyone and questions the intelligence organizations who has warned of the Russian interference. Are still being silenced. Just like former FBI Director James Comey. Also, now FDI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. The firing of Attorney General Sally Yates. And all the former who was Attorney General of Southern New York Phreet Bharara, who was also fired by Trump. Anyone he can get haul of will he fire or make it an easy with. We can just await Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who haven’t been loyal enough to Trump (in his deluded mind) and also Deputy General Rod Rosenstein, who got Special Counsel Mueller to start investigations into his affairs. We just know there will be more men to block and silence, so that people will not know the ugly truth between the Trump Organization, Trump Campaign and Russian interference. Which is evident, as the meetings, documentation and the help that is going-on until this day.

And it is not easy to escape anymore as the net is circling around the White House. With the plea deal made with Michael Flynn. The indictments of former Campaign Manager Paul Manafort and aide Richard Gates. Together with the George Papadopoulos a former campaign aide who has also told his stories to investigation. For whatever bread-crumbs these gentlemen are leaving behind, as well as the interviews and subpoena’s that the Grand Jury is delivered can clearly indict more people inside the White House. This sort of allegations and also counts who has been charged with is damning. It isn’t a civil suit, it is serious tampering of the state as agents of a foreign power. That is not something that should be taken lightly.

Therefore, that the Trump Administration isn’t answering or adding any sanctions to the Russians after 180 days, only delivering a kitty cat report of possible subjects and close aides of Putin. Shows that Trump is afraid of the consequences of adding on the already Russian sanctions made by the Obama Administration. This after all intelligence organizations are saying that the Russian did interfere and no question of a doubt. It’s like the Trump administration thinks people are stupid and ignorant. Many are because they are looking at Fox News, believing what nonsense they are saying as truth.

That is why President Trump and Tillerson is off the chain, showing more loyalty to Kremlin, than to Congress. They are showing more solidarity with Russians, than with Americans. They are actually pushing for less interference from the Americans towards Russians. It is backwards…

I still wonder, what “bilateral priorities” did Tillerson have in mind? Are they what we think they are or is it something else. Since it isn’t like people in Detroit are lining up to Russian motorcars or power-tools! How often has you seen Lada on the streets of New York? That is what you should wonder about. Because this doesn’t make slightest sense, as all of the clues that isn’t connected yet, but hopefully pieced together by Mueller. So he can report with evidence and transactions done between Trump and Russians. Peace.

USA: Mick Mulvaney Memo to CFPB – “To Everybody from Acting Director” (23.01.2018)

Opinion: Blackmailing doesn’t work in negotiation of a budget, even if Trump and Republican’s think it works!

The United States of America is now without a captain, a head honcho and without clear steering leadership. President Donald J. Trump is clearly not stable or a capable person who can hold thought longer, than he holds his thirst for a Diet Coke. So it is old-fashion way that, when the weekend started and during the weekend. Either the White House or the Republican Party has assaulted the Democratic Party for not doing their patriotic duty. However, they are not the majority in the House of Representatives, they are not the majority in the Senate and they do not have the Presidency.

All of that should come into consideration as the Budget negotiations has been going on. There been counter measured to secure payments for soldiers and people in combat. While that has been silenced by the same Republican Party, that are blaming the Democrats. Its the whole way of discussing the deal and agreement with the minority leader, has proven to failing. That President Trump can get into one state of mind and then hours later a call from Chief of Staff John Kelly. Can sway in another direction. Then again can another call from Trump to Democratic leader Chuch Schumer being about another piece, that was not agreed upon.

Its this constant changes and not stability. Its the constant use of military and health care for the needy, while the same majority party has dismantled a lot of that in the tax-cut bill in late part 2017. So the Democrats knows how the Republican party operates, not for the people need, but for the needs of their donors. They don’t care about the CHIP Program and neither care about DREAMERS. That is evident by their way of reasoning and their way of negotiations. Trump clearly doesn’t care about these, he promises left and right, but just wants tax-cuts for him and another party at Mar-A-Lago in Florida.

That the Democrats has been in the trenches trying to fix something is evident. While Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan have no heart. We knew they operated that out some time ago and its left behind in the closet of one of their main donors. Since, they are using the speeches of the past, but they are the ones that filibustered the crap out of the House and Senate during the Obama Years. Now that they cannot get 60 votes in the Senate. They are sending assaults to Schumer and the Democrats. It is insane!

When they are throwing out bi-partisan deals, by the time spent to forge a deal that both parties can work on and secure funding. Also for popular programs like CHIP and DACA. Clearly, the Republican party doesn’t see that, because they are lost in the InfoWars, Breitbart and Fox News news-cycle, where if they go outside of that paradigm. They will lose popularity in the needed midst of 20% – 30% electorate, which they need in the midterms 2018. Clearly, the Republican Party is afraid to look weak and not following promises made during the 2016 election.

While that is happening, the cost of this a government shutdown. That means many will not during next payout of salaries and government programs will cease until the shutdown is stopped. The natural funding and the in-activity will mean that many ordinary non-life danger programs will stop. This because the President and his party cannot be in balanced and stable in negotiations. They are their worst enemy, but playing the blame-game on Democrats. Who can support this government, but has no incentive to do, when they are shot down and has no reason to give way over nothing.

What the Republicans should do, which they won’t, is to look into themselves and their blackmailing of the other party. Nothing else has happen. That is why the speeches of McConnell and Ryan has been like they are. They know about the changes and calls between them and Democrats. Still, they are blaming them.

They are easily the opposite of Robin Hood, giving more to wealthy and less to the poor. They are struggling to govern, because their enemy is gone in the White House. The Republicans we’re good as long as the Freedom Caucus and the Tea Party Activist could block progressive and liberal ideas from the White House. But now that they have the man in the office and the Capitol Hill for themselves. They cannot explain or be able to agree themselves on what is key or important. Therefore, they have to make enemies out of the Democrats. Secondly, they expect to get away with that.

Not so strange, the blackmailing is their thing, it is the thing of Trump. That is why he has record of lawsuits during his corporate career, why he has not paid workers on his buildings and properties and then sued the contractors for negligence and whatnot. Trump has done that all his life and therefore, tries the same trick as President. However, this isn’t mob business or contractors who needs his money. This is people who has constituents and future votes to be in their favor. Democrats doesn’t need Trump. They don’t need him or his presidency. That is the truth. Trump, thinks everyone needs him and wants him. He is the center of the Universe. However, for the democrats, he is a necessary evil. A devil you work with, in need, but buries hopefully in the future.

So the Republican Party has gone wrongly about it all, they are the ones that need the Democrats. Not the other way around. They have the majority and is supposed to govern. It seems easy on West Wing and Yes Prime Minister. Therefore, they should feel the pinch and their guilt. Even as they deflect and even Kellyann Conway are on TV, still spreading the news of the deal-maker Trump is. Well, it is proven he is jello. It is proven that his shifting and short-term memory, also lack of focus is destroying the importance of the budget negotiations and their deadlines. Combined with the neglect of leadership from his side. Trump cannot whip his party into one focus and one line. If Fox & Friends or Breitbart excel a bad story. He will twist his mind and change way. That is not the way of making significant changes in law.

I think the Republican’s has to jump from the wall and find a middle-ground. If they are serious about governing and not just creating headlines. If the Republicans care about their government and the service it provides, other than giving tax-relief to the wealthy. Time is to open their minds and mouths, talk with the Democratic Party and see where they can go. Peace.

#TrumpShutDown: Secretary of Defense Mathis – Memorandum for the Deparment of Defense – “Subject: Guidance on the Government Shutdown” (19.01.2018)

Russian Probe: Mueller update on the indictment of Gates-Manafort are compelling!

On the 12th January Special Counsel Robert Mueller gave a Status Report to the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. This Status Report was on the indictment and investigation into Robert Gates and Paul Manafort. We can see by the information that the investigation are getting enough documentation and evidence to build a case against these gentlemen. They already have criminal counts on them and within this update, they are describing what sort of material they have collected.

If Manafort and Gates should be worried, they should be know. If they have documentation that also connects directly to the Trump Organization or the Trump Campaign. Knowing the connection between the gentlemen and the Trump inner-circle is well-known. Manafort was even running the campaign for a long while for the now President. So its not like he was random fella picked up on the streets in and around the Trump Tower in mid-town Manhattan, New York.

What Mueller was stating was this:

As of the date of this filing, the government has completed a substantial portion of the discovery in this case, including the following: a. more than 590,000 items1 in load-ready format, including (but not limited to) financial records, records from vendors identified in the indictment, email communications involving the defendants, and corporate records; b. approximately 2,200 documents that the government has identified as “hot” documents” (…) “On December 20, 2017, the government made its fifth discovery production, consisting of, among other things: (1) a hard drive with 123,000 separate items in load-ready format, (2) copies of thirty-six electronic devices and/or media,3 and (3) nine additional “hot” documents” (…) “On January 12, 2018, the government made its sixth discovery production, consisting of, among other things: (1) a flash drive with approximately 50,000 separate items in load-ready format, (2) approximately 7000 pages of additional financial and other records, including additional foreign bank records obtained after the commencement of discovery, (3) approximately 120 additional “hot” documents, (4) two additional search warrants and related applications, and (5) imaged copies of fifteen devices and/or media seized from Manafort’s residence” (…) “The government will continue to make additional rolling productions of load-ready documents, including of documents obtained on an ongoing basis. The government expects to make its next production early the week of January 15, to include copies of six additional devices/or media that will be provided to both defendants. Thereafter, two additional devices seized from Manafort’s residence will remain to be produced to Gates. These devices are currently in the process of being reviewed by a separate team to identify privileged material that will not be produced to Gates” (United States District Court for the District of Columbia, 12.01.2018).

We can see how diligent the FBI investigation and the Special Counsel Mueller is when concerning his case. The build-up and the drop of “hot” documents, proves that they have evidence of illegal activity already within both financial documents and also possible other affairs. As the counts of criminal conduct already been dropped, we can have an idea what sort of connections and sort of paper trail the two indicted men has left behind.

We can just imagine what sort of details and breadcrumbs that are within the material the investigation has alone on this gentlemen. That Manafort and Gates has left behind important information in these documents towards the Russian probe. They should clearly have something in the emails, in the transactions and all through. Surely, the should be something in a big in all of this. Even in it be able to hook people higher up the food-chain. If it would be Jared Kushner, Donald Trump Junior, Ivanka Trump and even the unstable misdemeanor Donald J. Trump. Surely, they are all connected and implicated in the paper trail left behind here. It would be strange if there wasn’t anything, as the Campaign and the Manafort effort was together. There should be some shared information in between the emails and within the documents.

I would really look forward to see the collected and intelligence inside this, to see what these gentlemen has done and why they are under house awaiting trial and motion schedule, which is now put to be on the 14th May 2018. We have to see if there will be more drop of information and documentation into what criminal activity these two has done. Peace.

Russian Probe: The New York Gang stumbles as the Mueller investigations obtains critical E-Mails from the Trump Transition team!

You know that the New York Gang aka the Trump Administration suffers another big blow. As the reports that Special Counsel Robert Mueller got the E-Mails from Government Services and Servers to his investigation in the Russian Probe. Clearly, they are worried, as the Legal Team of the Transition and the Trump Administration has sent letters to the Congress. They are saying it is a breach of Privacy, even if it was on “work” e-mail or even on government sanctioned space, which means there are different rules, than on a private e-mail server or public. Where the state needs to follow other guidelines to get the information or the e-mails in question. The ones working in the Transition Team signed-up and also indicated the usage in the agreement before getting the accounts. Therefore, their complaint is without merit. Just one that concern.

Here is the big scoop!

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has obtained “many tens of thousands” of Trump transition emails, including emails of Jared Kushner, transition team sources tell Axios. Trump officials discovered Mueller had the emails when his prosecutors used them as the basis for questions to witnesses, the sources said. The emails include 12 accounts, one of which contains about 7,000 emails, the sources said. The accounts include the team’s political leadership and the foreign-policy team, the sources said. Why it matters: The transition emails are said to include sensitive exchanges on matters that include potential appointments, gossip about the views of particular senators involved in the confirmation process, speculation about vulnerabilities of Trump nominees, strategizing about press statements, and policy planning on everything from war to taxes” (Allen, 2017).

For those complaining that the Mueller investigation got the E-Mails. Let just show how the Department of State are addressing E-Mails: “Electronic mail messages that meet the definition of records in the Federal Records Act (44 U.S.C. 3101 et seq.) are covered under the same disposition schedule as all other Federal records. This means that emails you send us will be preserved and maintained for varying periods of time if those emails meet the definition of Federal records. Electronic messages that are not records are deleted when no longer needed” (U.S. Department of State).

So it seems strange that the Trump Team and Trump Administration with their legal advisors having trouble that the FBI investigation have gotten the e-mails from them. The stories told in them and the timelines might give the investigation more reasons for the collusion with Russia. Even say more about their direct contact with Russian Operatives, that we haven’t known yet. They might even have more damaging intelligence on how they was operating in general.

The New York Gang should be worries, since there are already two people who have pleaded guilty, Michael Flynn and George Papadopoulos. Together with the ones who is also charged Paul Manafort and Richard Gates. There are clearly stuff going-on that are collected and that Mueller is looking into. That President Trump and his team is worried about. Which is the whole reason for the Fox News attacks on the obtaining of E-Mails. While the station was bitching for months, that the FBI had to search Hillary Clinton servers again and again. The ironies cannot be written big enough on the wall. Not even on billboards on the avenues of New York.

The investigation are clearly going into interesting territories now, as there was just about a week or two ago, when Mueller subpoena the Duetche Bank for records on Trump and Trump Organization. This will tell stories that might hurt Trump even more, since his business dealings is kept a secret. Because, there must be something shady hidden there, since he is afraid of keeping it public.

The Mueller investigation just litigated and obtained Federal Document. Nothing else, accounts and E-Mails that was put on state property and through state services. These can be obtained and can be accessed by an investigation. There are different rules and different sentiment to that. This is not some random spot check without concern of privacy regulations. That is why the Legal Team of Trump wrote letters to the Congress and not to Mueller. Since they have no merit and cannot stop them from seeing and analyzing the e-mails. If the Trump Transition Team had been clean and had nothing to hide. They wouldn’t scream like cry-babies. Secondly, if your doing crime, don’t do it on public property; you do it in a secret den of thieves and not on the boulevard.

This should be settled. It is very much smoke, but no fire. Unless, some of the E-Mails are released or some of the possible conversations between the Transition Team is talking reckless. If they all are as bright as Donald Trump Jr. then it is picking for Mueller. He has not proven to be most brilliant New Yorker. The net is cast and the fishes are caught. Now we can just await the next move by Mueller and see what he finds. Peace.

UN Special Rapporteur Alston questions the US Government on the extreme poverty in the United States!

The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little.”Franklin D. Roosevelt

Yesterday, something rare happen, the United Nations addressed big issues within the United States and their ways of governing. Clearly, this is starch message. If this was a poorer and weaker state. The United States Special Rapporteur Phillip Alston would have condemn their actions. Instead, he is describing it and addressing it. Which is a fresh look from the United Nations, that is worried about the growing poverty in the US. It is special that it happens in this period and time. When the ruling party and majority in both chambers of the Congress. Is working on a bill to give tax relief to the wealthiest, the corporations and growing deficit on the federal budget. Clearly, the value of the middle-class and the poorest doesn’t matter in this calculation. Since, the taxes will grow for the ordinary and the poor, while the richest get more cash.

Therefore, what the UN Special Rapporteur is writing is damning. It is demeaning. This isn’t a fairy-tale or a Disney adventure. This isn’t the dream of gaining fortunes at Silicon Valley. This is the real deal, the issues, the ghetto’s, the slums and the ones living on food-stamps all around the US. The way the United States is governed, might be also a reason for the rampant poverty. Since the Federal State is so far away and the limitations on the States. Barres the State governments from actually delivering necessary welfare and provisions to help their poorest citizens. It could be in their DNA, as everyone is supposed to be self-made and can become millionaires. Even if it is just a tiny group of people who is able to go from the slums and ghetto’s and become vastly wealthy. They are more rare, than the norm. The Rapporteur really paints a story of an American Nightmare and not the American Dream. Alston is describing a bleak picture and shows, that the United States got a lot of work to do. If their citizens are supposed to have equal rights and equal opportunities, because the contrasts and the different spectrum’s of wealth should worry the politicians. Clearly, it doesn’t when we know how the Tax-Plan is and who will benefit in the coming years.

The reality that I have seen, however, is very different. It is a fact that many of the wealthiest citizens do not pay taxes at the rates that others do, hoard much of their wealth off-shore, and often make their profits purely from speculation rather than contributing to the overall wealth of the American community. Who then are the poor? Racist stereotypes are usually not far beneath the surface. The poor are overwhelmingly assumed to be people of color, whether African Americans or Hispanic ‘immigrants’. The reality is that there are 8 million more poor Whites than there are Blacks. Similarly, large numbers of welfare recipients are assumed to be living high on the hog. Some politicians and political appointees with whom I spoke were completely sold on the narrative of such scammers sitting on comfortable sofas, watching color TVs, while surfing on their smart phones, all paid for by welfare. I wonder how many of these politicians have ever visited poor areas, let alone spoken to those who dwell there. There are anecdotes aplenty, but evidence is nowhere to be seen. In every society, there are those who abuse the system, as much in the upper income levels, as in the lower. But the poor people I met from among the 40 million living in poverty were overwhelmingly either persons who had been born into poverty, or those who had been thrust there by circumstances largely beyond their control such as physical or mental disabilities, divorce, family breakdown, illness, old age, unlivable wages, or discrimination in the job market” (…) “There is no magic recipe for eliminating extreme poverty, and each level of government must make its own good faith decisions. But at the end of the day, particularly in a rich country like the USA, the persistence of extreme poverty is a political choice made by those in power. With political will, it could readily be eliminated” (…) “Reflecting on these developments, leading poverty experts have concluded that: Because of this rising joblessness, the U.S. poverty population is becoming a more deprived and destitute class, one that’s disconnected from the economy and unable to meet basic needs. … 40 percent of the 1999 poverty population was in deep poverty … [compared to 46 percent of the 2015 poverty population … . Likewise, rates of extreme poverty (i.e., living on less than $2 per day per person) are also increasing, again because of declining employment as well as growing “disconnection” from the safety net” (Alston, 2017).

This words are striking, these words are address big problems within the American society. That cannot be taken easy. There isn’t proper institutions, programs or even state provisions to help out the ones need. The growing poverty and extreme poverty is weird when you consider the vast amount of wealth residing the same nation. It is like it was rigged to be this way and they are playing demographics and also politics must really be damaging. Since, there aren’t any clear indication that these issues are addressed or significantly cared about by the federal state or the states themselves. The ignorance of the needs of their own, should shatter anyone caring about fellow human beings. That they accept the dire poverty, while the riches families can own estates bigger than some European Kingdoms.

If that isn’t a signal of something in need of change, while so many are struggling to survive and to pay the next rent. That there are a lack of understanding of the generation after generation of struggling individuals in the ghetto’s and slums. These are not looked after or tried to fix, but with small patches and civil society based organization who try to do charity. However, they cannot make them prosper or change the evil circle of lack of jobs and no safety net from the state.

This is political choice and by political will, by the ones that actually are in power. They have to show their concern. Give their legislation and make sure that these people are addressed and have a future. Since they can leave the groundwork and framework so they can live life beyond the hand-to-mouth. But actually own a home and live decent. Instead of struggling with every single penny. Worrying about if either you or any other person in the family ending up in the hospital. If so, they have to collect more debt and struggle more because of lack of coverage and funds to be able to pay for health-insurance. That could be typical issue for Americans on the poverty line. The forgotten by all powers and shown these days by the tax-plan as well, who will make Medicaid and other programs get grave cut. While the corporations are getting tax-holidays.

There is something really wrong these days in America. The riches are really poor. They cannot afford to pay tax or even contribute to the society they are earning their fortunes in. They are so poor, they cannot stomach paying points on the dollars, so the poorest and their workers can get some social benefits. So they can be more healthy and work better for them. Instead, their greed and their draconian ways, will make the extreme poverty even worse and grow numbers of people in dire needs. With time, the corporations will also have fewer costumers. Since they cannot afford to buy their products. So it won’t gain growth, when making more people poor, while a minority will get even wealthier. Peace.
