Today in not breaking news, the Jubilee government, the new Uhuru Kenyatta Cabinet and the whole official government of Kenya will not recognize Raila Odinga and his actions on 30th January 2018. As he is swearing-in himself at the Uhuru Park, because Odinga and National Super Alliance (NASA) isn’t recognizing the Jubilee election in 2017. All of these is the August 8th 2017 and the October 26th 2017. Both of them was fraudulent and rigged in favor of Jubilee. That is something Deputy President William Ruto doesn’t care about. Because he earned on it and lives on the rigged environment. Which was legitimized by the Supreme Court, but that after intimidation and after harassment of the Courts after the nullification in September 2017. Therefore, that DP Ruto isn’t accepting Odinga is written in the stars.
Just take a look:
“The government does not recognise the planned swearing-in of Nasa leader Raila Odinga as the people’s president, Deputy President William Ruto has said” (…) “Speaking on Sunday at a church service in Buru Buru, Nairobi, Mr Ruto said the election period is over and the government is now focussing on development. “The people had decided on their leaders during the elections and that’s a closed chapter,” he said. The DP said the government would serve all Kenyans, including those who did not vote for Jubilee to bring development,” Mr Ruto said” (Owino, 2018).
It is weird that an administration after two elections continue to talk about development and stop politicking. That has to say that the other not recognized. DP Ruto should be relentless, but he is on the defensive, because deep down he knows what the IEBC was doing and how the Jubilee did rig in 2017. There are to many loose evidence and sealed of servers connected to Cambridge Analytica, while OT Morpho has later gotten tenders after the elections for service rendered. There are enough proof of eventual rigging. Therefore, he is not legitimate himself and the Jubilee asked for legitimacy after the 26th October 2017 election. After the slowest announcement of winner in a while. The IEBC used days to count the votes and alter the results. Therefore, DP Ruto, should be more careful addressing Odinga. Because Ruto doesn’t have the leverage that Odinga got.
DP Ruto wants it to be closed chapter, but he is the thief who doesn’t want his crime to revealed. He thinks he has pulled of the perfect crime, the Oceans 11 and the Italian Job. However, Mission Impossible, isn’t impossible, but possible. It a hassle, but in full affect. DP Ruto can say that the Kenyan people already decided, but if he was more honest it was algorithms and bots who voted. It could be dead hyenas and chickens for all we know. Because there was lack of crowds and cues at the polling stations on the 26th October 2017. There was in August 2017, but that one was so rigged that the numbers went from soup to steak.
So DP Ruto feel the pressure of NASA and its undermining the government. It is making the Jubilee look weak and foolish. Like they are the ghosts they really are. They wasn’t really elected, therefore Odinga doing this. Questions their rights to announce a cabinet and run a government. This makes the insecurity and power-vacuum more clear, because everyone knows that Thirdway and Aukot isn’t a serious opposition to Jubilee. Neither is NASA, since it’s the Jubilee who is supposed to be for NASA.
DP Ruto doesn’t want to be opposition that is why he left ODM/CORD into the Jubilee Alliance before the previous elections. He doesn’t want to look dumb, but he is lying. He is trying to act confident, but he knows what is at stakes. The Jubilee will struggle to convince people that they are sincere, since they have already stolen their possession and their power.
It will come a day and a time, where they will answer for this. They will not be able to steal and deal forever. The missing links will be caught and the time, when the suns stops to shine and thieves cannot follow their shadow. It is the time to strike back. NASA knows this and Jubilee can say they are not recognizing Odinga. But we all knew that, but Jubilee should worry about how many who doesn’t recognize them. They are plenty and important. Peace.

The questionable Presidential Elections in 2017 in Kenya have been ambushed and attacked for the results. That has been righteous, since the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) hasn’t been straightforward and they have manipulated the results. Using all kind of questionable algorithms and pre-made results to fit the Jubilee paradigm. This was all made and fixed to make sure that Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto could rule for another term.
What is striking is how long the National Super Alliance (NASA) waited to release these numbers and the reports of the election. Especially that they waited until the second election was over in November 2017 and Kenyatta was sworn-in. It is now 5 months since the election and the Supreme Court did nullify it. Still, even with that, the IEBC went on having a 2nd run with the same results and rigging, that has been established as okay by the courts. Not that the people believes the results of the 26th October, the Pyrrhic victory wasn’t genuine and people knows it. The IEBC used the same tactics as the nullified August election, therefore, the victory of October doesn’t count as well.
However, we know that IEBC rigged the numbers, so if the NASA has gotten proof numbers and votes. It would be damning, like this. What we got yesterday was the gist. Today on Facebook, the NASA page dropped pages upon pages, with districts and numbers on each polling stations. So that proves the slides of yesterday. So that the IEBC said it debunked it, is nonsense. Because, trusting any statement from the current leadership inside the IEBC is to trust snake-oil salesmen. We have been told by parents since childhood that they are not trustworthy. So we can question them for their activity, their ways of counting the votes and their providers of services. All of them was in question, still the IEBC went on and used them, OT Morpho, Safaricom and so on.
Here is NASA results from 8th August 2017:
“This is demonstrated in our letter of 10th August to IEBC giving results of
Raila Amolo Odinga 8,041,726 votes
Uhuru Kenyatta 7,755,428 votes” (NASA, 2018).
Their results prove that Raila Odinga won in 28 counties and Uhuru Kenyatta won in 21 counties. This seems reasonable with the knowledge of the popularity of Jubilee and NASA. Its also tight-knitted, which would make sense, since even if Jubilee is ripping off society, adding debt, amazing amounts of scandals and also growing insecurity. The Jubilee administration has still their supporters. So these numbers make sense.
That the IEBC wanted to debunk and says it was worthless numbers, is because the IEBC didn’t follow the guidelines of the Supreme Court verdict before the 26th October 2017 Fresh Presidential Elections. They never opened the servers, the NASA could even tell who was hacking the server and did their duty to alter the results. We already knew that certain persons logged in over 1000 times to change in favor of Kenyatta. The Cartels and the Party needed him in Power, not the people, but the companies and cronies needs him.
That the Kalenjin and Kikuyu elites only trust the newly labeled KANU, sorry it was named Jubilee. Let’s be clear, these people will not accept the result of a victory of Odinga or any of his allies. That is why they even closed courts before testing the appeals and the petitions to stop the October 26th Elections. Therefore, the Jubilee did everything they could to rig it for the second time. The IEBC and Jubilee haven’t proven any signs of making electoral procedure or make sure the elections would be free and fair. The counting and the results would altered in a narrative fitting Kenyatta. That is well-known and the facts are now there. The releases of NASA now plus what they did during 2017 has proven the allegations and also the conspiracy is real. The actions are also there, because the Jubilee have all the motive in the world to conquer the election by any means.
That Odinga and the NASA leadership feels betrayed and that the Jubilee has stolen the election. That is justified. Just that the observers and monitoring agents was the devils advocate and defended it. Expecting that NASA and Jubilee going into dialogue, even if Jubilee don’t want to do so before 2022. That has been said a lot by Kenyatta himself. The EU came in January with questions and allegations too, but then it was already late. Their own ambassadors together with US Bob Godec had already rubber-stamped the events. In the sense and service of “stability”. This is a game to them and that the people should understand it’s okay to a thief-in-chief instead of head of state.
NASA has their rights and its good they are delivering the results of 8th August 2017 as they are planning to swear-in Odinga on the 30th January 2018. However, it is a bit late 5 months after. They have done this very smooth, instead of showing it when the stove was burning. It is good its revealed and unleashed online. This is really damaging the IEBC and Jubilee more. Their are already an illegitimate government, by the Pyrrhic victory in October 2017. This is well-known, that they we’re rigging like crazy in August 2017 is also well documented. The numbers and tallies of NASA is showing the reality. A reality that Jubilee and Supreme Court will not care about. They will not alter the narrative now. But the world is watching… Peace.

“For to be free is not merely to cast off one’s chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others.” – Nelson Mandela
Today is the 32nd Liberation Day or National Resistance Army/Movement Day, the day that ended the Bush-War of the 1980s in Uganda. Where President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni made his career from being a Minister and a Rebel to become the President. A position and an executive, head of state who has shown no signs of stepping down. He was supposed to be the next generation of leadership. He was the positive force in 1990s and was golden-kid for Bill Clinton on the Continent. While that has disappeared and with time his legacy has withered. Museveni has closely become all the things he fought against, he still tries to use the language and the charisma that he had in his younger days. But its all facade, it isn’t the real deal. That I why I don’t care to drastically demolish the whole speech.
I will just take one principal and one point of it. Because it waste of time to do more at this point of time!
“The fourth principle of the NRM is the democracy. Democracy is clear enough. Ugandan’s democracy, the democracy pushed by the NRM, is much richer than anything, anybody, has attempted to do in the world, other than the ancient Greeks who produced direct democracy, in the City States. We have empowered women, the youth, the workers, the disabled, the soldiers, etc. The NRM democracy must be kukyenuura-based through production of wealth and jobs creation. Kukyenuura means to solve a solvable need” (Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, 26.01.2018).
Well, I don’t know how to start. Let’s talk the steady usage of arbitrary arrests of activists, opposition party members, civilians and direct arrest of opposition leadership. Most of the opposition MPs and leaders has at some point been detained, in court and had cases going against them. The biggest opposition leaders has been charged with treason. Some has been house-arrested without warrants or court-orders for months upon end. So just by looking how the Police and Politics is intervening, you know that the democratic values of the NRM is not going skin-deep. It is more, just to have it, but not making it real.
Another point on Democratic values is to let opposition parties hold consultation meetings, even rallies during election periods and meetings in general to gain interest for their causes and pledges. Clearly, that should be natural, but the most violent and where the most police brutality appear is every time an opposition party leader has a campaign rally. There will be tear-gas, live-bullets and even civilians killed, people patching their hurt in hospitals. All this for showing up to rallies. There been brutal beatings of civilians walking around the area of an opposition rally, they could get hurt or arrested. Even if they even wasn’t involved. This is just the gist of the madness of the Police Enforcement, not even putting in the measures of interrogations, confiscating of party materials, suspensions of campaigns, court orders and even closing of Party Headquarters. All of this is done, to prove that the NRM can do what they want and opposition has to fall in line. This would never happen to the NRM or his party.
Now I just pointed out the arbitrary arrests and crashing of rallies. Haven’t even started on actually balloting and such. I could have continued on the assaults on Democracy with just quotes from the President in 2015 or 2016, even in 2017. He has enough and promised enough venom on the opposition to fill whole books of vomit for our ears and our minds. So, I don’t care for repeating that. I don’t deserve that and neither do you.
Because, the flaws of the Democracy in the Republic is to gigantic in a simple post. Museveni has made sure of that, so that he owns the Members of Parliament, he orders everything as he wants from the State House and secured Life Presidency through yet another change of the 1995 Constitution in December 2017.
So that President Museveni speaks of Democracy and having the best. He better get his mind corrected, get his vision checked and his initial understanding of democracy put under a stethoscope. Museveni has left nothing behind, but cronyism and corruption. Where he is the sole-benefactor and his family. The rest has to beg from him and they are just useful tools for his agenda.
He is the Sole-Candidate, the Sole Party and the Commander-In-Chief, he is the General and the President who doesn’t let anyone succeed him. He didn’t accept losing a rigged election 1980 to Dr. Milton Obote, he has since then fought himself into power in 1986. Since then rigged himself and used all means to stay in power. Therefore, he is not the fella to educate people in Democracy or Democratic values. He should be the last person. Peace.
