A look into Gen. Sejusa’s retirement speech

Today I will talk about and address a recent speech by someone who has stood tall, who has been in trouble and been attacked the by system. This is General David Sejusa aka Tinye aka Tinyefuza. A man who has warned the nation about “Project Muhoozi” and went to exile about it. This week after over two decades waiting for his official retirement. It finally happened and he even held a speech like Nobel. He could have walked out in spite or in anger. The General would have all the reasons to do so. His been violated, cascaded and been maliciously treated for his rebellion.

On the 31^st August 2022, the day was finally there for Gen. Sejusa and he held a powerful speech. I will not look into all of it, but only a few titbits of it. He really spells things out, but in a manner of which is to be expected of a man who is held in high regard.

The first paragraphs that caught my eyes was these:

“As it is normally the case many may wonder, the Gen Sejusa who has had runs in with the system and so on, how does he now represent these gallant officers? The answer is simple ; It’s because he belongs to the family and the family never breaks no matter the disagreements. There are four types of family which maybe summarised; The human family; The one of Adam and Eve and I, and the African Family, the Ugandan family and then the biological family under which all of us fall. The UPDF/NRA family falls under the Uganda family. The essence of family as a unit is for the survival of a species or that subject or object and for that family to survive, it must have the capacity to manage and withstand the disagreements and the contradictions within no-matter how fundamental they maybe or they may appear to be” (Sejusa, 31.08.2022).

Here the General is stating a vital point, but it’s like he haven’t seen what has happened to other dissidents. The General of the ages, a man I admire and aspire to his finesse of rebelling from inside. He surely have seen how costly it has been to disagree wit the NRA/NRM over the years. Gen. Sejusa must have seen that… and he must known the practices from the inside too. That’s why the ideals his speaking of is valid and sincere. However, we know damn well the practices towards outsiders and popular dissidents. It was for a reason why he only felt safe going into exile too after deciding to leak “Project Muhoozi”. The General didn’t do that out of nowhere, but because he knew what was waiting him…

Gen. Sejusa continues:

“Freedom fighting is not a simple smooth enterprise where the lion may lie with the lamb as the bible says. It is a terrain that can be bumpy, thorny, deadly, meandering and dangerous. That’s why leaders who take on the role of fighting for freedom of the African peoples need ideological grounding to navigate this difficult terrain. Mr President, I thank you for the years we have been in these wars and nation building to see the strives which have been made. The African survival will depend on the leadership who acquire capacities to manage the difficult bottlenecks and contradictions” (Sejusa, 31.08.2022).

The words here is really compelling too. Gen. Sejusa says this with all of his heart. We know that he has challenged Museveni and his credentials. That’s why he stood by the side of Dr. Kizza Besigye at one point too. Gen. Sejusa knows what cause he fought for and what sort of state the Republic is in now. It is also obvious that he says the freedom fighting isn’t over and has to be fought for to this day. Because, he says there are bottlenecks and possible contradictions. Therefore, Gen. Sejusa states the mission isn’t over and to say that is an assessment of how the President has failed.

He further says:

“I wish to thank the leadership who have since held this country together. It’s not easy for African countries to remain peaceful for 40years. It’s not easy. So it shouldn’t be lost anywhere despite our disagreements. As times change and political differences crop up, we get many revisionists. History must never be altered or rewritten and absolutely I am no revisionist my self. The NRA leadership, the chairman of the high command, Yoweri Museveni who led that war and the commanders who served under him achieved the un-imaginable. It was not easy” (Sejusa, 31.08.2022).

This here statement can be questioned, what sort of peace has there been since 1986? The North was burning for ages after the NRA took-over Kampala. Further, there been several of conflicts and usage of the army in civilian manner ever since. That’s why the peace that has been created is fragile and not really sustainable. The centre only holds because of the army and not only defending the nation against invaders. It is there to attack and intimidate the citizens. That is not revising history, but assessing the realities. The NRM cannot hold without the UPDF. That is a truth and this is why the President invest most into the UPDF. This is his bread-and-butter.

The last part I will quote is this:

“Those still serving the UPDF, the mission to liberate Africa has never been greater and more urgent. So much has been achieved and a lot is yet to be achieved. We have like it is a case everywhere, new challenges, some are existancial; I pray that the leadership God gives it wisdom to navigate these hardships. Therefore continue training, use the opportunities being provided. Make sure that you deepen your ideological horizons. But above all love your Nation and always honour the people of Uganda. They are special people” (Sejusa, 31.08.2022).

Well, the mission of UPDF is this: ”To defend and protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Uganda, and the Constitution that encapsulates people’s sovereignty through popular will”. That’s why the liberation of Africa isn’t UPDF mission or the NRA in general. This is just the wording, which comes to play when you want to galvanize and make the causes more vital. While the UPDF is the national army and the army of nation, which makes the purpose to defend the integrity and the borders of the Republic from invaders. The UPDF isn’t there as tool or a means to salvage others. No, that is what leaders and envision other purposes for it.

The latest part of the paragraph is something that all in the UPDF should listen to, because it’s the other reason why they are there in the first place. The UPDF has to serve and love the nation, as they are defending it. That is just obvious, but a very nice sentiment.

Secondly, honour the people, meaning don’t extra judicial kill, torture or be part of the oppressive agenda, which we know the UPDF have been. If the soldiers and the ones serving is listening to Gen. Sejusa than they should actually stop doing this things, because there is no honour in injustice or impunity. Neither is it serving the people, if they are violating their rights and liberties. Therefore, the words matters and the UPDF should really honour the special people of Uganda.

Gen. Sejusa deserve praise and honour for his service. Also, for his defiance and his open rebellion against the state. That’s why the state punished him and didn’t let him retire for so long. This is why I have a soft spot for him. Even if he spoke in such manner towards Museveni yesterday. While I understand why he did it… Peace.

Project Muhoozi: The Lieutenant General was aspiring all along

““Further, you need to investigate the very serious claims that the same actors are organizing elements of former Wembley under one police officer Ayegasire Nixon to assassinate people who disagree with this so-called family project of holding onto power in perpetuity,” “Muhoozi Project” (…) “indeed intelligence has picked some clandestine actions by this reckless and rather naïve actors to have some youth recruited as rebels and then frame some members of security services and key politicians perceived as anti-establishment.” The “Muhoozi project”” (General David Sejusa aka Tinye aka Tinyefuza letter to Director of ISO, Col Ronnie Balya, 29.03.2013).

We are now in October 2021 and the controversial letter was published by Red Pepper in May 2013. It has gone over 8 years since the first publication put it into print. Several of newspapers was under siege and also radio stations. They were investigated, as the letter wasn’t supposed to go public and secondly, the Internal Security Organization Director never got the letter was it claimed.

This here unleashed a secret and a narrative that was new. Because, there never been open discussion about succession from President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. That was an insult and treason to do. If you aimed above your pay-grade or appointed office. You could expect to be sacked, loose your position and be vilified. That has happen to several of leaders within the National Resistance Movement (NRM). Therefore, the letter revealed not only a plan to assassinate several of people, but that there was a scheme to promote Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerubaga.

That was supposed to be a secret and not talked about. He had already been favourably promoted and was leading the Special Forces Command. However, he wasn’t the sort of sought after leader. The army commander was only someone because of his birthright. His the son of the President got off easy and now they are preparing him for the Presidency. Just because his the son and the people are supposed to be carried away.

Yes, in recent months he has started to talk about diplomatic relations and pan-Africanism. Where he wants to prove his skills and leadership qualities. As he hold talks with high ranking officials in Somalia and talked with Kenyatta in Nairobi, Kenya. Now, his handlers and social media team is launching his poster for his campaign next term.

We can wonder if someone was assassinated for standing in the way of the project. We can wonder if someone lost their title and ranks. Because, they was vocal against the cause. That is what we should wonder about. Since, the son and his comrades are on the move. They have slowly done it. Muhoozi have even printed hoodies with “Project Muhoozi” on it. While he has claimed to the media that his not seeking the throne. Alas, it seems more likely now.

This sort of move is very special. Not strange considering how many who boosts his ego on the regular on social media. There are so many that blesses his name and his stature. They are making him into a saint and a messiah. Alas, his not a hero and neither popular. That is all a fraud and fake. Just like the polls ahead of the elections showing Yoweri the majority. Therefore, the same will be created for him.

It is really crazy thinking back now. That the General had to go to exile. Newspapers was closed for days and radios too. All for the secrecy of the succession. It is now alive and you can wonder at what cost and to what extent they are willing to take it. Since, the President and his men was willing to take it very far in 2013. Now it’s 2021 and this candidacy is a preparation for 2026. Which is the whole term we are in. However, that says it all. That they are trying to get the mind prepared for him and his “leadership”. Opinion: Tumwebaze, you don’t want us to look into Sevo

Hon. Frank Tumwebaze stated on social media that we should “….Lets us deeply interrogate electoral promises of every candidate on the basis of logic & reality….” That’s not a joke, but the reality we are living in. A man of the cadres, a man who has been appointed and been a loyal servant of the President is saying this.

Like do the man wants us to undress President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni?

That would be very easy, as the old man with the hat has said everything and nothing. The man has been in the public sphere since late 1970s and been in office since 1986. He was even Vice in the Military Council before the 1980s Elections.

So, since FRONASA, UPM and NRA days there been countless of promises and pledges. The President has promised wealth, security and development in all corners of the Republic. This President has said he would fix everything and ensure greatness. However, that has never appeared. As the state has only delivered patchwork and some sort of achievements, but never to the extent of the promises. This is why the President and the NRM have come with big plans like the 10 Point Programme, but haven’t implemented it. The same with the Uganda National Development Programme I, II and soon the III. Also Vision 2020 and Vision 2040.

Therefore, the President and his pledges are falling short. It seems like these programs and plans are shortlists for hopes that foreign donors and multi-national organizations can foot the bills. So, that the government and President can take the possible glory of achieving it. This is just like the big ceremonies for opening minor roads in urban areas of late, which was funded largely by development program from USAID.

This is why the President and Tumwebaze shouldn’t interrogate other campaigns. When the President and the party have never followed their own pledges. That is throwing stones in a glass house. It is not a good look Frank… really a shoddy and weak tea.

Tumwebaze should know better, as all big promises comes with all publicity and the flair, but the delivery falls flat. Just like the garden hoes of 2015 and the sanitary pads too. We can await the village radios and TVs. The state couldn’t even finish or properly give food to people staying home during lockdown.

The NRM should look into itself and what they have said an done. They always expect the opposition to be better than them. The state and the NRM expects the opposition to deliver and be totally direct. That they are supposed to balance the budget and be fiscal responsible. When the NRM is driving the economy to a halt and lacking funds to pay salaries for the civil servants.

So, please Tumwebaze clear your own shop before dissecting other people’s campaign. Yes, people should look into the opposition and what they pledges. However, Frank knows perfectly well that he wants to dismiss and disregard the opposition.

Frankie Frank, should chill and this only shows the dire need for change in the Republic. When someone wants to do this to others, but never be accountable for own shortcomings. This is a government who has run the Republic for 35 years. Still, promising the same things as it did when it took power. That shows weakness and not greatness.

The NRM and Museveni is a failure. It is just a matter of how much you want to see … or how much you want to forget. Peace.

The Museveni Paradox: If a miracle happens, then we might see a peaceful transfer of power

The National Resistance Movement and President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni promised a fundamental change. It wasn’t a mere change of guards, but a new government built on other ideals and ethos. Which was supposed to be in vast contrast to previous rulers of the Republic. Alas, the President should start a new era on the 26^th January 1986.

However, there has been plenty of water under the bridge since late January 1986. There been so many opportunities to make a difference and changes within the Republic. However, the NRM and the President has squandered that. The President could have become a legend, he could have been seen as a liberator and someone who would always ring in a positive light. Nevertheless, that isn’t the case anymore.

The reasons for his bush-war and for his liberation in the 1980s is the same systemic issues lingering with his reign. The electoral rigging and the hectic gerrymandering. The elite from one tribe and the military leadership, which is most of the ethnic group that the President trust and from the same region. All these issues was reasons for the bush-war and he has done the same.

The same is the elitist eating of the public coffers and misuse of grand corruption. Where a small infringed group can access all perks and allowances. While the general public is only getting scraps. The state is all in the vision of the President and his closest allies. This system isn’t for the grand public, but for the chosen ones.

This is why the lingering problems that caused the bush-war is now in effect. Where there is one law for the ruling regime and another one for the opposition. The NRM is the ones who get can away with murder, while the opposition struggles to gather and hold public meetings. This is the reality within the republic.

When someone has this amassed power and can micro-manage from his State House. When he got lodges, farms and estates across the Republic. It is like we know he cannot live the wealth and the accounts behind. The President has so many schemes and therefore, he just needs to stay in power a while longer. Just to ensure he gets to profit from the office a while longer.

The President and his allies has changed the Constitution several of times just to ensure he can run. Abolishing term limits and the age limit. The state has made laws, which favours him and his fellow comrades. This is all the ideal patronage around the Presidency and it just continues to push it to the world.

This is why the President cannot transfer power. He will loose everything, his family will not have a foothold and the possible investigations into his reign might issue some time and even cost his achievements. The President could possibly be transferred to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and answer for War-Crimes elsewhere like in the Democratic Republic of Congo or in Rwanda for that matter. This President have been connected and implicated in shady deals elsewhere.

So, with the knowledge of all of this. I have a hard time seeing him stepping down in 2021. It is more likely of another rigged election with fierce use of armed forces and media blackout. Where all opposition is behind bars and his inaugurated with fellow dictator buddies. Because, that is what is awaiting 2021. There will be no fanfare of opposition victory. If 2016 wasn’t a sign of that. Then nothing is…

Museveni will not transfer power. Yoweri has no reason or profits himself to do so. He will lose everything and he cannot afford doing that. No matter how he has destroyed his legacy and how he lied to get to power.

He promised liberation and promised to step down before. However, his still here and has no intention of leaving. If he can he will rule until his last breath. It is not a just act of the old man, but that is all he has. Also, if the public doesn’t love him. He doesn’t care as long as the army, security organizations and the police is obeying his command. As long as he have the guns on his side. The President knows you cannot do anything about it.

The “High Above” and the Self-Styled President for Life will linger-on. It would be revolutionary for him to transfer power. However, I doubt it will ever happen. The only way he will transfer power, if his soul has moved on and gone into second life. Because, at this present moment and as long as his breathing. I don’t see any play that suggest him resigning or give way. Unless, there is a military coup that topples him. Nevertheless, that isn’t a peaceful transfer of power, but continuing the long line of successors coming to power by the gun.

So, you see? Museveni will not leave. He will be there forever, unless a miracle happens, which is no where in sight. That is why its called a miracle too. Since there is no prewarning to those sort of events. Until then, there is no one who has a chance to see peaceful transfer of power. Peace.

Opinion: Museveni will start his campaign with war stories

That the National Resistance Movement (NRM) is starting their Presidential Campaigns in Luweero says everything. This is to remember the Bush-War and the legacy it has left behind. Even if for most of the youths. That was isn’t relevant in 2020, but for the President and his allies it is the reason for their rule.

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is starting there for a reason. Just like Lt. Gen. David Tinyefuza have explained the reason for the NRA choice of Luweero. They decided it as a base in the 1980s because of the close proximity and it was easily for rebels to be blended into the population. Therefore, the reason for its existence is it strategic position.

It is rich that he wants to be here, as there was by 1985 estimated that over 300,000 civilians died in the Luweero Triangle and most likely the numbers was much worse. That is why the choice of doing it here is very obnoxious. The NRM has done it before and even dropped ads on television and online with the skulls of Luweero.

While the NRA non-combatants of Luweero have never gotten what they were promised. Neither, has the local government gotten the recognition or the needed government services. The former councillors have complained to Radio Sapientia in June 2020. Therefore, the NRM has the audacity to celebrate it now and calling it’s it Mecca. Nevertheless, the NRM haven’t invested in the region or tried to pay back it’s sacrifice for the cause.

We know this is also a sore point of the NRA/NRM as Olara Otunnu asked for Inquiry and Investigation into the killings of civilians in the Luweero Triangle in 2010. Something the NRM dismissed, Gen. Tinye did that at the time as well.

Like Tinye stated in April 2010: “I counted 217 bodies of civilians who had been killed by Obote’s forces in Buhimba, Kasunga the and Busiisi in Hoima alone. The NRM didn’t kill its people and anybody making such remarks should stop” (Tinye, April 2010).

We know there was massive battle between both the NRA and the UNLA. It wasn’t a one-sided battle-zone. This is why, by most certainty that the NRA has caused fatalities of civilians during the Bush-War. To think otherwise is naive. That is the way of propaganda. Where only one party is doing evil, while the other is saints. Meanwhile the truth is in the middle. That both are killing in the midsts of war and in the cross-fire, civilian lives are lost.

If we believed differently, then it would be flying unicorns and spider-monkeys flying about to forget about the current reality we are living in.

The Luweero Triangle is significant for the NRM. Nevertheless, they should also take responsibility and not only cherish the sacrifice of the civilians there. As this could never be repaid and the tab is still open. Since, if it wasn’t for making that a base for the NRA. The Presidency and the NRM wouldn’t had the ability to take power in 1986. This is why the NRM should make the place special. Not only have ceremonies and some small tokens to a chosen few.

Even if this battles are less of relevant for the struggling youths and growing up generations of the Republic. The NRM needs to prove it was worth it. Since, the NRA is indebted to Luweero, which they have never cared about. After they took power, which was 34 years ago. It has only been symbolic gestures, but not shown true responsibility to the region.

This is why the choice of picking Luweero Triangle as the Campaign hot-spot and the start of Presidential Campaigns in 2021. Is to not only tell war-stories again. Try to earn more political capital by the loss of lives in 1980s. This is what is happening and the NRM needs to re-issue this. Because, their track-record in power isn’t that great. That is why it has to go back to the roots and continue to linger on the reasons, which isn’t relevant in 2020.

The trouble for the President isn’t to bring back history, but not repeating it. He is using power with force, ensuring he can reign supreme. Even when people are tired of his reign. The NRM is rigging elections like the ones they toppled. Therefore, the same reasons that was viable in 1980s is now relevant for the opposition and not the other way around. As the same sins that made sense for the NRA is now making sense for Bobi Wine’s and others. Which is why NRM is going back to its roots.

To prove for themselves that their liberation was just. Even when it wasn’t and only for a chosen few. So many are left behind and that has been deliberate. The NRM cannot run away from the legacy and the lack of progress after.

President Museveni can bash in glory, but that will only be for himself and the few NRA historicals, which is still in his sphere. However, the general public is under his iron-fist and lucky if they are getting a taste. That is the sad reality and shows the blatant disregard of the public. As the NRM thinks they can sell the same story again ahead of 2021. Peace.

Project Muhoozi is clearly a thing…

Well, surprise, surprise that the high above wants to handpick his successor in the Republic. Like the son is the only one who can rule after him. That the President thinks so and the Kitchen Cabinet accepts is all natural at this point. Because Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has decided everything since 1986 and therefore, they are all eating on his behalf.

This thing has surfaced before, General David Sejusa aka Tinye aka Tinyefuza revealed this letters back in early 2013. That after the President finally retires, his son will take over the commando and be His Excellency. Like Muhoozi Kainerubaga is the only one fitting the role of the Presidency after him.

What is striking about this is that they are treating the Presidency and the Highest Office like a monarchy. They are thinking because its within the bloodline, he should reign automatically. Not that its a need for vetting, party protocol or anything. Since it comes from the high above and that’s why its a thing.

Seemingly, the President will not push for his wife Janet, like Mugabe tried to or planned too. Even if she’s a minister for the second time. Its like they can find ways to manoeuvrer things for themselves. To push their son in the forefront. Surely, their been party lackey’s who wanted to get to the upper-echelon. Some for the will of getting more power, other to show flex and last they deemed itself time for a new broom in the State House. However, Museveni have never made that possible.

The Project Muhoozi has been in the open. Even Muhoozi has started to wear hoodies in public. During the COVID-19 donations and food deliveries have been marked with donations from “friends of Muhoozi”. To top it off, the future King supports several of bloggers, activists online and vloggers. Who all will surely write favourable blogs, make soft-praise videos and on social media platforms. That is why they are getting food from him delivered through Promoter Balaam and “Social Media Coordinator” of NRM with Duncan Abigaba.

Therefore, we know this very well planned. If you gone on social media, been with UoT on Twitter or in a Ugandan Facebook group. Someone will praise the man to skies, his the greatest military commando and government official since Napoleon Bonaparte and so fourth. The greatness of Muhoozi shows no bound, his generosity is endless and that’s why everyone should see that.

If Muhoozi touches something it will turn to gold. He will be grandest and best big-man in history. There is no bound to his strength, mental capacity nor his will to be a ruler. His predetermined by the High Above, the Gods and his we the rest just his underlings. There is no choice, because Muhoozi is the chosen one. The juju is strong with this one, the Empire is rising and Starnet has crashed. He can be the only guy to rule the nation. The public just got to accept that.

This is the sort of thing that will come out and is online. That his the great man, the lover, the husband and the son of the President, who is the next in line. Like there is no one else in the Republic who can take the mantle.

Well, there is plenty of big-men waiting in line. There is plenty civilians who has the ability and capacity to takeover from Museveni. However, his thin-skinned man who doesn’t want to loose the cookie-jar and wants his family to eat from this plate. Because, he knows what happens to the families who are cut off from it. This family will be even more, as there might be inquires and investigation into the massive wealth gained in office. That would be righteous.

But… but… if he gets his son on the throne, then he will not question that. Because he eats from the same plate and has the same power. There will be no difference. Just a man who has been in the chambers of powers and been close to the top all of his life. A man whose seen how conning and actions made by his father. He will do the same or even amp it more up. Since, Muhoozi has been vocal online and shown a fierce tone for a Presidential Advisor. He gotten away with it, since his the son.

Project Muhoozi is a thing and its alive. They are slowly enforcing it. Step by step. What was shocking to them. Was that Gen. Sejusa leaked it to the press and it was supposed to be in the fringes and made normal. Now they are doing that, they are normalizing his presence and his stature.

Muhoozi claims he doesn’t have an ambition, but that is a lie. He wouldn’t done everything his father wants and using the COVID-19 for political capital. As they will remember he gave them beans and posho. That is the reality.

This ship hasn’t sailed. It is on-going and its a reality. That the State House thinks they can do this and get away with it like its a monarchy. When its not… There are plenty of kings in the Republic, but the highest office in the land isn’t. That’s why its a President and not a KING. Peace.

Opinion: Muhoozi’s entitlement oozes in concern with possible dialogue with Bobi Wine

The Lieutenant General Muhoozi Kainerubaga, the son of the President entitlement has been shown all week. His presence and his stance on social media, as well as his paid handlers to promote the “Project Muhoozi” is a drive to stand as a future candidate. This combined with his sentiment of talks with People Power Movement and Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine. Just shows his lack of finesse and understanding of it all.

His grown in the State House, his a Presidential Advisor for Special Operatives and former leader of the Special Force Command. His military training, but has never represented anyone, other than being part of the clan and being next in line to the Ssabagabe of Rwakitura. This is really it. The man should know what troubles, what issues the state has inflicted on Bobi Wine. However, that is not obvious to the man, whose living in a glorified bubble. Certainly either in Kololo or somewhere else in affluent suburbs of Kampala.

Muhoozi should praise the Gods for the reluctant response of Bobi Wine. Bobi Wine could have answered with all guns, he could have retorted with a fierce message. The one scorned by the state is him and his people. He is charged by the state in various of criminal cases, he is charged with treason and awaiting trail for dozens of them. Bobi Wine has been tortured and needed healing, even was blocked for a while to travel to the United States for treatment.

Muhoozi should also not forget all the associates, all the activists behind bars. All the ones who sudden vanished, killed and disappeared. The ones who is close to Bobi Wine get caught and suddenly stop breathing. Because, that is what the state does to them at the moment. Either in the pen or dead. This is the manner of which the state approach him and his people.

Muhoozi when he speaks of war and peace, his father and the agencies around him is in direct warfare against People Power. They are assaulting and directly using all arms of government to oppress and silence them. It is not like Bobi Wine doesn’t know that or doesn’t feel that. Not like he can perform, have meetings or be active. Muhoozi can play a fool, but that’s not cool.

Lt. Gen. Muhoozi is a bubble, a bubble of entitlement and braggadocios flair. That is who he is and seems to be. He got handlers promoting his every breath and former stints. While, the ones rising with popularity is going through hell and fire. The hell and fire created by the state, which let’s the Lt. Gen self-promote himself because of his lineage and not because of anything he has produced or created himself.

Bobi Wine deserves credit for his retort. However, he shouldn’t discuss or participate in talks. Unless, the state changes it ways and the way it oppress his associates. Since, there are to many lives lost, to many behind bars and to many hurt. Just because of association and not even acts of criminality. This is why Muhoozi should think for a little moment, but don’t anticipate that. Since, his is so shielded and highly regarded because the Ssabagabe elevated his stature to the stars.

So, Muhoozi do yourself a favour. If you want to talk peace. Get the commandos and the officers around Bobi Wine to back-down, get the soldiers, LDUs and the police officers to not assault, kill and arrest civilians in association with him. If you do that, then there might be a will. Especially, if the ones killing and torturing civilians get punished in courts of law. That would be even better…

Opinion: Muhoozi promotes the “Muhoozi Project” and verifies Tinyefuza

“Some evil people coined this phrase to try and destroy us! But trust my generation to convert every curse into a blessing! Thank you Ugandans!” (Muhoozi Kainerugba, 04.03.2020).

Waiting is the hardest thing in life. Especially, when someone as associated, trusted and internally knowing the National Resistance Army/Movement (NRA/M) as General David Sejusa aka Tinye aka Tinyefuza. Who got international recognition and got into exile after releasing a letter to the Daily Monitor on the 7^th May 2013 on the “Muhoozi Project”. Certainly, the prodigal son wants to be more than the gatekeeper. Seeing how his mother and father is ruling the Republic. Also fearing how he will be deemed when his parents are gone.

Muhoozi Kainerugba is the son of the President and the First Lady(which is also the Minister of Education). Even if Janet isn’t his birth-mother, as that is Hope Rwaheru from Fort Portal. Birth in Loitokitok General hospital on the 24^th April 1974.

His the next in line, but this is a Presidency and not a Kingdom. Even if the Ssabagabe of Rwakitura farm and all the others in the Republic is his father. That doesn’t initially make him automatically to the crown. Even if he coins the project as positive. Still, at this point its political fiction. Which could be written some fancy author and printed by Pambazuka/Famahu or something.

It is really a magic that Muhoozi is speaking of coining the “Muhoozi Project” evil. The authorities and the regime made this an evil intent, as it closed Red Pepper and Daily Monitor who exposed the matter. It sent the General Sejusa into exile. Further more it created even more hurt, which haven’t been verified nor proven, as there are several more people who got into trouble by publishing and unleashing this to the public.

Muhoozi Project is most likely alive now. The son has the keys, the power are within reach and he wants it. He has dismissed it in the past, but shows his true intent. There is no denying it now. His even trying to spin it to a positive. Like there was no fuzz, no issues with the release of it and not like it wasn’t from a credible source from within. That is why it had to be shutdown by the authorities as quickly as possible.

In 2020, Muhoozi is reviving the Muhoozi Project. If his trying to what is said in the letter in 2013. Than, we can anticipate the ones who stand in his way could be assassinated and gotten rid off. As long as he get the throne. We know his military trained and been leading the Special Force Command. Therefore, he has trained personnel to help him reach that.

So, if he wants to speak of evil, maybe him and the SFC should answer for its connection to the massacre in Kasese. That would have been kind to do so.

However, don’t anticipate it, as entitlement, also braggadocios attempt of self-righteousness. That is what his twitter post was today. This is why, we need to address the nonsense and call him out. Peace.

A Breakdown: A Pattern of condescending retorts going Bobi Wine’s way!

Well, when you get to certain levels of fame, fortune and political leverage. The other players and politicians take notice and therefore, you either become someone you aspire to be or someone you tries to downplay. In this regard, this piece is about the ones who tries to downplay Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine. This is all to be expected at this point. As the National Resistance Movement (NRM) and the President wants to discredit any voice or dissidents that are there. That is natural. So the first one commenting, is coming as clockwork, the second one too. Which also striking in the regard, that its perspective is militarized and belittling Bobi Wine. Take a look, before resume!

“If you surrender government to small boys like Bobi Wine, you would declare the entire country a national emergency in a period of 6 months. These small wanainchi think running a nation is like managing a small music band” – Gen. Kahinda Otafiire.

“The Military formation of Uganda i know currently would not allow the civilian likes of Bobi Wine as their Commander In Chief. Museveni positioned their mind in away they can only accommodate a president with a strong military background or a known political veteran” Gen David Sejusa aka Tinyefuza aka Tinye.

Now, that these statements are out of the way. Let me begin. Otafiire is the clockwork man, the ever loyal cadre to Museveni. No one would ever have the statute or the ability to reign, except his friend Yosri. We all know this, they have been thick as thieves since the Bush-War. There is no denying in that, Otafiire isn’t in government because he was elected, no he got promoted as civilian. Otafiire, has as little traction, as he tried to bribe his competition to win the MP spot. Therefore, he cannot even himself stand on his ground. He has to pay-off people to gain their respects. Therefore, Otafiire, should be reminded, that he has nothing to compete or say himself in this manner. Other than another token of respect to his master and President. So, if Bobi Wine is small boy, what you are Otafiire? You lost to guy in prison, twice before the 10^th Parliament? So, your a loser than? Let’s say that is noted.

Now, let me take on a man, I have respected and understandably so, because of his defiance against the state. The way he has leaked information to the Daily Monitor and also worked with Besigye. Sejusa are smart, but falls short. The narrative of constant military presence in the State House and Presidency. Will never lead to the peaceful transition needed in the Republic. If the military are involved in internal manners like that. There will never be hope for a democratic elected leadership, as the guns and the guards will matter more.

Both, also addressed the age of Bobi Wine. While forgetting the average of the National Resistance Army guys entering into power, they where in the mid-thirties and early 40s in 1986. The same age bracket as Bobi Wine. To say that the friend Yoser or Yoweri was to young then. Would be wrong now. The only difference is that Museveni has all the sculls of Luweero on his conscience, while Bobi Wine has none.

Therefore, this belittling has to stop. Get another narrative. Get another preposition. Ask Bobi Wine about his policies and political framework. See if that holds water, not his age and if he has been around people carrying guns. That isn’t government and good governance. We all know that, these Generals knows that too. But acts like the reality is different.

When it really isn’t, yes the NRM is militarism incarnated, but that doesn’t mean the state should be likewise. Peace.
