Opinion: The US better clean in-house [before it tries to become the “world police” again]

The United States has as long as I can remember, always tried to show the world the way and how to morally act. It was integral part of our lives, the US would come out with statements, issue sanctions and do it from a plateau of moral superiority combined with the political integrity it needed.

However, with the diplomatic wordings, the spectrum of power and the ideals has dwindled for every year. Also, in the 2020 and so on, the realities of what’s happening back-home is going viral world-wide. The whole world can see footage, see the violations and breeches of the authorities towards its citizens. Combined with the rhetoric and usage of power from the White House. There is no difference between President Trump and any “Strong-Man or “Big-Man” elsewhere.

The US has been the military power and the biggest armed force since the World World II. It has run the world with their arms and their trade. However, the power is shifting and the greatness is about fall. Also, the wheels of its morals and deprivation is also getting clear. The political finesse and skills towards having friendly relations is also dying. These sort of men who leads the US right now. Only segregate the US from the world, the world is getting further away and not getting closer. Soon people are more into Nollywood and Bollywood, than into Hollywood.

Well, the United States is falling and failing. It’s a Banana Republic with a President who doesn’t know the laws nor his role in-charge. His a racists prick in power of a multicultural Republic, which he cannot bath in his narcissists virtues of self glory.

The US is become distant, but also showing the world its ugly side. The extra judicial killings, the police brutality, racial discrimination and the abuse of minorities. That is the reality the world sees. The world see the way law enforce arrest, tear-gas and oppress demonstrators. The way the media is hurt, arrested and silenced. This is all going viral, all the hurt and the killings. The names of the deceased is released and their stories of their fatalities are told. The violations of international law and human rights violations is clear.

The lack of free speech, ability to assemble and so fourth, which is even enshrined in the US Constitution isn’t respected by the Trump Administration. The Trump Administration is even wanting more violence, using more force and wants to shoot at the civilians. That is the sort of leadership that is there.

With this sort of management. The US Administration and US Government better not tell any other Nation how to take care of their own and react to their dissidents. Because, the US better clean up shop and live up to their own ideals. Before they address any other nation. This isn’t the land of free, home of the brave. This the land of oppress and waiting for their early grave.

So, before the US State Department ever consider writing a statement, raising issues on demos and riots elsewhere. Remember this last two weeks. Remember how you conducted itself and the sort of hurt you managed to put on your own. This is all to act strong in Office, but the authorities are really weak. When you cannot manage to listen and understand the grief, the anger and pain, which the public is carrying. If they wasn’t carrying it like that. They wouldn’t be on the streets voicing it out in this manner.

Next time another Nation acts out and answer with violence towards the dissidents. United States of America do yourself a favour and listen to the advice of Jules from ‘Pulp Fiction’: “Shut the fuck up, fat man!”. Peace.

My Letter to President Trump: You could do better, but that’s not in you…

Dear Sir, His Excellency, Commander-in-Chief and President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump. This letter is to you.

Even if I know you won’t read this, because this will not be ass-kissing your royal highness and turpitude of your entitlement.

Let me first take a piece of what he said in a National Address yesterday:

“Today I have strongly recommended to every governor to deploy the National Guard in sufficient numbers that we dominate the streets, Mayors and governors must establish an overwhelming law-enforcement presence until the violence has been quelled. If a city or state refuses to take the actions that are necessary to defend the life and property of their residents, then I will deploy the United States military and quickly solve the problem for them” (Donald J. Trump, 01.06.2020).

You know Mr. President, your not for the people, their rights nor their needs to address the police brutality, the racial discrimination in society and extra judicial killings of the African American citizens. This is something you wouldn’t even consider in this minute or the little time your in office.

Instead your using the office of amplify the vast difference, your instead using force against your own and the citizens of the United States. Because you got no moral compass or understanding the anger, the desperation and the voiceless communities within the Republic.

It is not you Mr. President have done anything to help these people? Not like you have matched or made any programs to help the African American communities. No sir, you have made it worse during your time. Your paying the rich with vast tax-cuts, while the urban poverty is rising. This is all happening on your watch. People kicked of Medicare and Medicaid. That is the sort of man your are and where your heart lays.

Mr. President your acting like strong-man, but your sincerely weak. Are pussy with a gun, maybe not your own. Still, your armed guards, the army and police force is behind you. However, these people boost your ego, but your not a man to build anything. You only destroy and someone else got to rebuild after you. Because, you only had help from the mafia to build your Trump Tower. If it wasn’t for them, the builders wouldn’t have built your pride long-ago in New York City. However, that is water under the bridge now.

“They declare that it is unpatriotic and disruptive to question the workings of authority–but patriotic to institute harsh and regressive policies that benefit the wealthy, undermine social programs that serve the needs of the great majority, and subordinate a frightened population to increased state control.” – Noam Chomsky

The words of Chomsky fits like glove. The police brutality, racial discrimination and the systematic marginalization of certain communities only boils down to this. It is the planned, seeking and securing the future of a selected group and not the whole mass of the population. Even using all means to undermine others. Mass incarceration and so fourth. The African Americans and other communities in America is hit hard, because the United States and the President let his happen.

Mr. President, you could change this. You could stop the deaths of innocent lives. Instead your ordering the army to the streets to quell demonstrations. Instead of listening to the pleas of your citizens. Your bringing tear-gas, rubber-bullets and hardships to your citizens.

You could have listen Mr. President, but that’s not you?

I know you got two ears, but we are only hearing your foul mouth and lack of tolerance for others than yourself. I know your one the side of White Supremacists and Alt-Right fringes. Your a man whose racists and your legislation says so. The weaponizing of ICE, border-wall and blocking of immigration says it all. So, its not like your the man for the minorities nor for the African American community. We know this Mr. President and you knows this as well.

That’s why your feeding your own base by beating down on the Black Lives Matter, just like you kicked at NFL and Colin Kaepernick for his taking the knee during the National Anthem. Because, in this sense, the African American cannot demonstrate. If they write, its tarnished, if they speak, it’s silenced and if they take a stand in public its wrong. Therefore, that community cannot win. However, the White Supremacist can walk with guns and stand by the chambers of powers without any issues. Do you see what you did there, Mr. President?

It is time for you to be a man. I knw your old and should be one already. However, your actions Mr. President. Is a self-serving son-of-a-bitch. Not of a man whose accountable and transparent, neither is that part of your Modus Operandi. You rather hide and later blow out steam. Your all big words, but no true guts. You cannot deal, but only break them. You cannot even pay for your rallies in towns and cover your bills.

Mr. President you should grow a pair of balls, but I think that is bit a late. The party is already thrown. You could show character and resilience, you could listen and take in the plight of the citizens who are on the streets. Who are part of the Nation, whose forgotten and whose easily taken away by the authorities. These are the ones who make America great, but you rather have your inner-circle on a Golf-Course. Because, your ego is so depleted, that it cannot see the greatness of the multi-cultural America.

You can swear on a bible, you can try to find your Second Corinthians and see if you get some knowledge. I know, even the words of the proverbs are to technical to fit your narrative. There are to many big-words and eternal knowledge for your mind. I am afraid, Mr. President that it would make your blood boil and also undress your ignorance.

Mr. President, your pathetic. Instead of being a leader, your the one whose losing a grip. Your sending the army against your own. Your causing more harm and wanting to go to war against your own. Was that an advice from Putin in your recent call? I wouldn’t be shocked, his your go-to-guy for advice.

Mr. President, you have forgotten your place, your role and your station. I didn’t expect you to manage this. You couldn’t even win, when you ran the house at two Casinos. It isn’t in you to win properly. You can license your name… but you cannot render any sort of trust at this point. Neither can you collect people together. Because, your dismissive of the tolls of people.

The only thing you have is guns, glamour and violence. State sponsored violence and despair of the innocent lives. Using lethal fire, using brutal means to silence their voices. That is why this is happening. It is blood on the streets and its on your watch.

Mr. President, you could do better, however, its not in you. You don’t have the moral nor the understanding to get it. You rather use guns and bracelets, instead of asking why and finding answers to their needs. That is beyond you, because that doesn’t help your selfish reasons for staying in office.

Opinion: When the state creates enemies without investigations, you know your in trouble Part II

“With the rioting that is occurring in many of our cities around the country, the voices of peaceful and legitimate protests have been hijacked by violent radical elements. Groups of outside radicals and agitators are exploiting the situation to pursue their own separate, violent, and extremist agenda” (…) “To identify criminal organizers and instigators, and to coordinate federal resources with our state and local partners, federal law enforcement is using our existing network of 56 regional FBI Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTTF). The violence instigated and carried out by Antifa and other similar groups in connection with the rioting is domestic terrorism and will be treated accordingly” – Attorney General William Barr (Attorney General William P. Barr’s Statement on Riots and Domestic Terrorism, 31.05.2020).

This is clear continuation from the Department of Justice to use Anti-Fascists as the target. The US Justice system is targeting the ones who fight against fascists, which is really rare. They are really showing their true face to the world. That explains why they so violently are targeting minorities and the African-Americans. If the Law Enforcement is there to shield the Fascists and racists. That is the base of the President, his Alt-Right and White Supremacist base will surely be fuelled by this.

However, there is no direct Antifa group, it is in ideology, which could be pinned on various groups of people. These are the ones whose mission is to expose and fight the ones who wants to collectively destroy multiculturalism and works for ideology based on the belief that one race is better than another. That is what fascists believes. By making Anti-Fascist terrorist, they are directly supporting Fascists.

That is the message the Department of Justice and Attorney General sends. This is happenings, as the President is tweeting, that his administration is working on declaring “Antifa” an terrorist organization.

The thing is, that the are several of groups, who has the ideals of Antifa, but none is it directly. They are fighting the Neo-Nazi’s of America. They are countering the racist ideologies and their outfits. As there are plenty of those, who are both militant and dangerous. That is why they have participating in looting and destruction during these riots and demonstrations. As they have spiked the violence and also done damage to society. That is why the Law Enforcement has arrested White Supremacists, whose worked to make it seems that peaceful protesters are engaging in destruction of property and such.

This is why the AG mission to ensure the narrative. Even without the justification from the Law Enforcement in the various of states. His just pinning the crime on someone, an invisible entity and politicising it too. Instead of actually following leads, proof and evidence. He has already scoped at an invisible force and calling it a day.

That is what’s so rare and unique. Creating enemies out of ideology, instead of actually crime committed. Secondly, incriminating a set of belief and values, which is to directly oppose the fascists. That also something I never thought I would write in 2020, but apparently I am. Because, the Department of Justice and President is on the side of Fascists. Since, they are targeting the Antifa now.

If you ever wonder why the Republican Party is morally bankrupt and is running on agenda that is not people friendly. Remember they are fighting the people who believe in multiculturalism and who doesn’t see race. Remember that the GOP is now in bed with White Supremacist and the ones who fight against the ideal of the civil rights movement. The ones who wants to continue to put a bondage on the African American communities and Minorities of the United States. That’s who they are and they not even concealing it anymore. Opinion: Theresa May is wrong, no need to suspend Human Rights Laws, there are provisions for the State to keep their citizens safe!

“I’m clear: if human rights laws get in the way of tackling extremism and terrorism, we will change those laws to keep British people safe. After the London Bridge attack, I said “enough is enough”, and that things need to change to tackle the threat we face. And tonight I set out what that means: longer prison sentences for people convicted of terrorist offences; deporting foreign terror suspects back to their own countries; restricting the freedom and movements of terrorist suspects when we have evidence to know they present a threat, but not enough to prosecute them in court” – Theresa May (06.06.2017 – at a rally at Slough, United Kingdom).

That Prime Minister Theresa May are obliged to amend her laws and ask for provisions to change them through Parliament. She is fine to do so and follow the procedures of the state, to make the most draconian laws able. As the Tories already before the grand-elections started to unleash laws of old, that we’re in the fashion of King Henry IV. These laws was amend and gives more powers to the government over the Parliament. So the Conservative Party in the United Kingdom has already shown force and will of taking the powers in their hands.

Theresa May isn’t the first to use terrorism to control and to suspend laws to gain more power. That is usually a sign of oppressive behavior and of the Orwellian society. Clearly, a human being like May should consider her words. If not she really wants to show that she can act so much, that she wants to take away freedom and liberties from her own citizens. Instead of believing in the set freedoms and provisions done by the United Nations Charter and ratified legal framework that the United Kingdom must have.

Still, there are enough signs that she doesn’t need to do so, as the provisions that are in place has not and will not overpower a sovereign, neither will it create interference of state control in troubling time. That is if she really cares about the liberties and the just societies the United Nations legal framework put in place.

OHCHR own Fact Sheet on Human Rights and Terrorism:

“International and regional human rights law makes clear that States have both a right and a duty to protect individuals under their jurisdiction from terrorist attacks. This stems from the general duty of States to protect individuals under their jurisdiction against interference in the enjoyment of human rights. More specifically, this duty is recognized as part of States’ obligations to ensure respect for the right to life and the right to security” OHCHR, P: 8, 2008).

“These challenges are not insurmountable. States can effectively meet their obligations under international law by using the flexibilities built into the international human rights law framework. Human rights law allows for limitations on certain rights and, in a very limited set of exceptional circumstances, for derogations from certain human rights provisions. These two types of restrictions are specifically conceived to provide States with the necessary flexibility to deal with exceptional circumstances, while at the same time—provided a number of conditions are fulfilled—complying with their obligations under international human rights law” (OHCHR, P: 23, 2008).

Than it is the United Nation Security Council own definition:

“Security Council Resolution 1963 (2010) reiterates that effective counter-terrorism measures and respect for human rights are complementary and mutually reinforcing, and are an essential part of a successful counter-terrorism effort, and it notes the importance of respect for the rule of law so as to effectively combat terrorism. Resolution 1963 (2010) “thus encourages CTED to further develop its activities in this area, to ensure that all human rights issues relevant to the implementation of resolutions 1373 (2001) and 1624 (2005) are addressed consistently and even-handedly including, as appropriate, on country visits that are organized with the consent of the visited member State”.

It is really serious when the United Nations and the OHCHR are saying there no issues between respecting the Human Rights Law legal framework and countering terrorism. Even if the resolutions and legal framework are critical and makes the state more bound to respect the terrorists. This still, doesn’t stop them from having provisions and having strict security in the Member States. The Member State themselves are putting forward rule of law and also has to incriminate inside their territory. However, the security is for the reason of the liberty and freedom of all citizens and all rights to all human beings. It is strange that Prime Minister Theresa May wants to suspend it, while the UNSC and OHCHR are saying it is possible.

That she has to go this far to gain support. Seems more like she could join Nigel Farage and Paul Nuttal, than following the Conservative leadership of the past. These words would not have come from David Cameron or anyone of his kind. This shows how fragile and how hell-bent is on winning this election by any means. That she has to promise on the final leap to suspend rule of law and take away basic human rigths. As the Police Service and Security Organization in our time cannot be able fight terrorism by the means and the values, that most of Europe see as natural. That the Police and Army get stronger laws and more draconian ones to make sure the United Kingdom can oppress and silence freedoms. Instead of fighting it through the means of strengthening the Police and the Intelligence, as the UK has one of the most sophisticated Security Organization in the world. It should have the capacity and if the Conservative had been serious about it, they would have fixed the issue during the last 8 years. Peace.

London Attacks aftermath: Mayor Khan acts responsible, while President Trump is a disgrace!

President Donald Trump should be told he is totally wrong and doesn’t have the intelligence to understand or comprehend the ramifications of his acts. As the Lord Mayor Sadiq Khan was responsible and making sure with the proper authorities that the terror-attacks in London Bridge and at the Borough Market. It is insane that he slammed the mayor for his statement and his response to the attacks in his own city. It shows that the President of United States are underestimating his acts and his own judgment of the situation. Surely, he is busy watching Fox News or Infowars to get the daily American propaganda. While the authorities in the land of the terror are working heavily on the investigations into the terrorist and their associates. Therefore, read first the mayors statement, before you the Metropolitan Police statement, before the tweet of President Trump, which shows what state of affairs it is at the White House for the moment!

Lord Mayor of Sadiq Khan statement on the terror attacks in London Bridge and Borough Market:

“There are no words to describe the grief and anger that our city is feeling this morning. Tragically, seven people have been killed in this sickening attack, and more than 40 injured, some of them critically. I am appalled and furious that these twisted and cowardly terrorists deliberately targeted innocent Londoners and visitors to our city who were just enjoying their Saturday night. I condemn these terrorists in the strongest possible terms. They are barbaric cowards and there is absolutely no justification for their evil and unforgivable actions. My thoughts are with the family and friends of the victims and everyone caught up in this horrific attack. I’d like to thank our emergency services who bravely tackled the terrorists and helped the injured. I’ve been in close contact with the Met Police Commissioner and senior officers throughout the night and will be attending the government’s COBRA security meeting. I’d urge all Londoners to remain calm and vigilant today and over the days ahead. We are all shocked and angry today but this is our city – we will never let these cowards win and we will never be cowed by terrorism.” (Mayor Sadiq Khan, 04.06.2017).

Statement by Assistance Commissioner Mark Rowley on the attacks in London Bridge and Borough Market:

“You will understand that our knowledge of the incident is still growing but what we understand at the present time is: At 22:08hrs yesterday evening we began to receive reports that a vehicle had struck pedestrians on London Bridge. The vehicle continued to drive from London Bridge to Borough Market. The suspects then left the vehicle and a number of people were stabbed, including an on-duty British Transport Police officer who was responding to the incident at London Bridge. He received serious but not life-threatening injuries. His family has been informed. Armed officers responded very quickly and bravely, confronting three male suspects who were shot and killed in Borough Market. The suspects had been confronted and shot by the police within eight minutes of the first call. The suspects were wearing what looked like explosive vests but these were later established to be hoaxes” (…) “The ongoing operation is led by the Met, working closely with British Transport Police, City of London Police, the London Ambulance Service and the London Fire Brigade. At this stage, we believe that six people have died in addition to the three attackers shot dead by police. And at least 20 casualties have been taken to six hospitals across London. I’d like to repeat our request for the public to avoid the following areas: London Bridge and Borough Market. This is to allow emergency services to deal with this incident” (Metropolitan Police Assistance Commissioner Mark Rowley, 04.06.2017).

President Trump statement on the attacks:

“At least 7 dead and 48 wounded in terror attack and Mayor of London says there is “no reason to be alarmed!” – President Donald J. Trump (on Twitter 04.06.2017).

So President Trump has an issue with authorities that are capable to react within 8 minutes of the incident at London Bridge. That is a disgrace of a man who leads the Republic of United States. That he cannot see the greatness of reactions to the Metropolitan Police and the other Security Organizations that the United Kingdom posses. That each single victim is one to many and the innocent who lost both their lives and the ones got hurt by the terrorist is just worth condemning the men who did this. That someone are going in and attacking innocent civilians having a fun-time out during the weekend in London.

With this in mind that Mayor Khan says: “I am appalled and furious that these twisted and cowardly terrorists deliberately targeted innocent Londoners and visitors to our city who were just enjoying their Saturday night. I condemn these terrorists in the strongest possible terms. They are barbaric cowards and there is absolutely no justification for their evil and unforgivable actions. My thoughts are with the family and friends of the victims and everyone caught up in this horrific attack”. That is a reasonable way to react to the terrorist attack, as he address it as it is, while saying there is “no justification”. Therefore, with just this quote he shows decency in the midst of the aftermath of the attack. While President Trump uses the same violent attack on innocent civilians saying “no reason to be alarmed”. Well, Mr. President, the authorities used 8 minutes to stop it!

I know someone should educate President Trump, but that train is long far gone. Since he has no-heart and no common sense. We should pray for London and continue to live like before. Not let the terrorist stop our daily lives. Than we are letting them win and spread there fear. Like the fear that President Trump wants to earn points on. But on this one, he should get some education as he is wrong and he should spread the message of hope and give props to the authorities who acted swift and continues to investigate the attacks and their associates. So the Police and other authorities can continue their good work. Peace.

Parliament report on Nalufenya didn’t say much, but what it did say was important!

The 10^th Parliament went on a visit to the Nalufenya detention facility on the 19^th May 2017, that the Security Agencies in charge of the facility has made this sort environment and this allegations of torture there. Doesn’t come from the wind, but from the certain leaked photos and leaked information from former detainees at the facility. That is certainly the reason for the fear of ending in the dungeons of Nalufenya, as the report is clearly saying more than enough. Also, that the Police together with other security agencies worked to clean up the place and make sure the most hurt detainees was moved. If not the committee would have seen the real-deal. The manufactured story they tried to make, as the sudden massive move of detainees proves the state tries to cover-up their misgivings. Certainly, there are more untold, than told, but the indications are strong enough at this given time.

“Nalufenya Detention Facility is a gazetted police station that has been in existence since independence and was initially gazetted for the population of Jinja because of high crime rates in the district” (…) “Nalufenya operates as a special police facility dedicated to handling “handling profile cases” where suspects are brought from any part of the country for investigation and interrogation” (…) “The Committee was informed by the officers (SSP Henry Mugumya) that the police in carrying out the “special operations” works jointly with other sister security agencies such as Internal Security Organization (ISO), External Security Organization (ESO), Chief of Military Intelligence (CMI) among others” (Parliament, P: 6, 2017).

“From the inspections of the look of the lock up book/ register, the Committee found that within the course of one week, many detainees were transferred to Luzira Maximum Security Prison and other detention facilities. The Committee therefore, could not establish whether there had been overcrowding or not or whether those transferred had been tortured at the facility” (Parliament, P: 11, 2017).

“The Committee observed that detainees at Nalufenya detention facility are held incommunicado. All inmates noted that since their detention, their families are not aware of their whereabouts. They were therefore concerned of the psychological torture of their families” (Parliament, P: 13, 2017).

“The Committee is gravely concerned by the lack of coordination in the security agencies in executing arrests of suspects. It is apparent that owing to lack of coordination, the Police cannot always account for the cases of torture” (Parliament, P: 14, 2017).

“The detainees seem to live under fear and there is a general fear of disclosure of information to any person. Hence, even when the detainees would want to disclose information, they are constrained” (Parliament, P: 14, 2017).

That the level of fear inside the facility, that the state and their security agencies are really using all methods to pour the power over the detainees. As they are locked away from the world and their families left in the dark. That the usual openness of this report is rare, even as the covering-up and clearing the shop before the Members of Parliament came for visit. Is clear by the Lock-Up book and other initial part of the report. Since the leaked pictures and intelligence from the Nalufenya detention facility, therefore hard to believe that there isn’t anything illegal or torture happening at the place. The Committee of the Parliament couldn’t prove, because the clear moving of detainees and the other factors was shuffled away for the visit. Also, the proof that the Police cannot account for the cases of torture, since it might be other security agencies behind the violence on inmates, might show there are not only possible, but more likely for it there.

So with the little said in the Parliament report, it says enough to know there are implications and problems underneath the surface that the State and their security agencies was covering up, as the level of fear, the level of unaccounted affairs from other agencies and also the sudden move of detainees, are as proof of it as it need to be. There been lot of work and preparation by the Police Force before the Members of Parliament showed-up, to make sure that they couldn’t verify or indicate the leaked information was real. Peace.
