White House Chief of Staff Memo from John Kelly to McGahn, Hagin, Sessions, Coats and Wray – “Re: Improvements to the Clearance Process” (16.02.2018)

Opinion: US Code might allow the White House to Appoint Trump Family Members, but it’s doesn’t make it less questionable!

“3 U.S. Code § 105 – Assistance and services for the President: (e) Assistance and services authorized pursuant to this section to the President are authorized to be provided to the spouse of the President in connection with assistance provided by such spouse to the President in the discharge of the President’s duties and responsibilities. If the President does not have a spouse, such assistance and services may be provided for such purposes to a member of the President’s family whom the President designates” (Cornell Law School).

I don’t know about you, but it’s just one of these days, where you see entitlement in the New York Gang or the Trump Administration. This was made and prepared for the President Donald J. Trump, as he was swearing-in and starting his term. Because the Office of Government Ethics (OGE), who is in-charge of checking and making the sure the personnel and staff is following the codes and procedures for their roles in government. Seriously, the OGE Lawyer worked the laws in his favor, even when I struggle to see it. My first question after reading the US Code 105 Title 5(d), did the President loose his wife? Therefore, because of his tragic loss, he needed counsel from son-in-law Jared Kushner and oldest daughter Ivanka Trump inside the White House. How can you spell the code wrong, “If the President does not have a spouse”. True she was in New York the first months of the Presidency. Still, she was still his spouse, meaning that “he had”. But before I rant, take a look into key parts of the reasoning for the appointments of his family inside the White House!

“Section 3110 of title 5, also known as the anti-nepotism statute, states that “[a] public official may not appoint, employ, promote, advance, or advocate for appointment, employment, promotion, or advancement, in or to a civilian position in the agency in which he is serving or over which he exercises jurisdiction or control any individual who is a relative of the public official.” 5 U.S.C. § 3110(b). The statute expressly identifies the President as one of the “public official[s]” subject to the prohibition, and a son-in-law is a covered “relative.” Id. § 3110(a)(2), (a)(3). Moreover, under Article II of the Constitution, the President exercises “jurisdiction or control” over the White House Office as well as over the rest of the Executive Branch. See Myers v. United States, 272 U.S. 52, 163–64 (1926); Inspector General Legislation, 1 Op. O.L.C. 16, 17 (1977). Less certain is whether the White House Office is an “agency”—a term that section 3110 defines to include an “Executive agency,” thereby calling up the definition of “Executive agency” generally applicable to title 5, see 5 U.S.C. § 3110(a)(1)(A); id. § 105. But whether or not the White House Office meets this definition (a subject to which we will return in Part II, infra), we believe that the President’s special hiring authority in 3 U.S.C. § 105(a) permits him to make appointments to the White House Office that the anti-nepotism statute might otherwise forbid” (Koffsky, P:2, 2017).

“A President wanting a relative’s advice on governmental matters therefore has a choice: to seek that advice on an unofficial, ad hoc basis without conferring the status and imposing the responsibilities that accompany formal White House positions; or to appoint his relative to the White House under title 3 and subject him to substantial restrictions against conflicts of interest. Cf. AAPS, 997 F.2d at 911 n.10 (declining, after holding that the First Lady qualifies as a “full-time officer or employee” of the government under FACA, to decide her status under the conflict of interest statutes). In choosing his personal staff, the President enjoys an unusual degree of freedom, which Congress found suitable to the demands of his office. Any appointment to that staff, however, carries with it a set of legal restrictions, by which Congress has regulated and fenced in the conduct of federal officials” (Koffsky, P: 16-17, 2017).

I will not jumping jacks around this OGE Lawyer Koffsky, but office that is run by the President is an Executive Office, that issues Executive Orders and Executive Memorandums. That if followed by current law and within provisions within the state because legal and acts that all citizens has to follow. To subject the White House into a sublime role of the state is demeaning, even if he needs support of the branches of government like the Courts and Congress. But that doesn’t make the White House into a playhouse for playboy bunnies, its the place where executive orders and legal minds meet to determine the future of the Republic. It’s insulting that Koffsky is belittling the office and the White House, so it fits legally President role and his ability to appoint family members.

Yes, the President is allowed to seek advice and that ad-hock with family members. That is without doubt, but that is different ones in while speak with an uncle in Louisiana before making a decision that matters for both United States and the World itself. There is problematic to hire family into the White House, as their supposed restrictions and the boundaries of their roles. Since the family bond will not be cut, but be ever present in the decision making.

That Jared Kushner is a Public Official is clear with his title and responsibilities, as a Senior Advisor to the President, who is working on American Innovation, Peace in the Middle East and combating the Opioid crisis in the United States. Ivanka Trump is by title the Assistance to the President. Both of them has had a public role and been acting as Public Officials. They have been there, traveling with the President and even taking his place when he was tired or wanted to relax. Like Ivanka Trump did during the G-20 in July 2017, when the not-elected family member took the seat G20 Leaders Table. So her assistance goes further than ordinary public officials. Since, this sort of role would usually end on Secretary of State and the Vice-President. However, it isn’t the case in the matter of Trump Family.

“Enforcement. While the statutory language bars the appointment of relatives as well as the acceptance of such appointments, enforcement of the prohibition may be limited. The remedy expressly provided for violating this prohibition states that the appointed individual “is not entitled to pay, and money may not be paid from the Treasury as pay” for that person. The statute itself does not require nor does it provide expressly for removal of the individual from the federal civilian position. As noted above, the provision was directed at stopping the practice of placing relatives on the government payroll, and thus the law assures that a relative so appointed may not be paid from federal funds for any such service. The statute likewise does not provide a penalty for the public official who appointed the individual. However, it may be noted that for some rank-and-file positions, not of a confidential or policy making nature, the appointment of a relative may involve a “prohibited personnel practice” by the appointing official” (CRS Report & Analysis, 2016).

Here is another one giving leeway for the possible hiring of Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, that is if they are in their roles unpaid and with ranks. Even, that is an issue with the role of the Senior Advisor Kushner and all his positions, even the clearances he needs to be able to fulfill his duty at the White House. Ivanka has also been part of the close-knitted leadership of his fathers. She been part of meetings and such. So both of them has been have been close to confidential material most likely, as they work so close with their relative, the President.

Just like covered in People Magazine in January 2017: “Though Kushner’s appointment does not require Senate confirmation, it is a controversial one: Anti-nepotism laws forbid the hiring of relatives to Cabinet positions, but are less clear on whether they can be appointed to White House staff roles. In American history, anti-nepotism laws are actually a relatively recent development: They were put into place in 1967 by then-President Lyndon B. Johnson not long after one of his predecessor’s appointments raised eyebrows” (Pearl, 2017).

So even if the law and the Anti-nepotism law are put in place to accept family members in White House roles. Still, the nepotism is in full affect. There is no half-step on that. The United States should have a hard time accepting the appointment of Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump as Senior Advisor and Assistant to the President. All of this has entitled them and given them a special role in the Executive Office of the United States. What is clear by the U.S. Code 105, title 5(d) and will always stand out for the provision in the code that said this: “If the President does not have a spouse, such assistance and services may be provided for such purposes to a member of the President’s family whom the President designates”.

The President has a spouse, his third wife, Melanie, therefore he doe not need such assistance and services. Instead, they are using the titles in the anti-nepotism statutes, they can most likely not be as valuable as these words. However, Koffsky wrote this: “or to appoint his relative to the White House under title 3 and subject him to substantial restrictions against conflicts of interest”. These words are saying that its set substantial restrictions to the office, even as the President has let them be a vital part of his term, Kushner is nearly saving half of America and the Middle-East. Ivanka is publicly part abroad and in Washington. It’s not like they are restricted in that manner, but creating conflicts of interests. That should worry anyone caring about the honest of the public office.

Therefore it was striking what Jason Chafetz said in January 2017: “According to Josh Chafetz, a professor at Cornell Law School and an expert in constitutional law and legislative procedure, the White House is not regulated in the same way as other administrative agencies. “The bigger issue for the administration is not so much about the technical bounds of these nepotism laws, but it just looks bad,” Chafetz said. “I don’t think there’s anything legal that can be done in terms of the appointment. It just looks like there’s a pattern of cronyism that has emerged, especially in conjunction with the cabinet appointments.” (Delkic & Mallin, 2017).

Nepotism102: Family Matters – Jared Kushner and Ivanka’s role in the White House!

“It is only with the development of political institutions like the modern state that humans begin to organize themselves and learn to cooperate in a manner that transcends friends and family. When such institutions break down, we revert to patronage and nepotism as a default form of sociability.”

Well, President Donald J. Trump cannot handle being ordinary or being honest. He has to lie and deceive, it is in his nature and his past. Therefore, he can like a buffoon blaming the Clinton for having a private e-mail server, while he has sensitive information and such on an android. So, it is not like the President himself is a careful as he should be. Not that he really cares. He never cared about anything else than his own bloated image.

President Trump, the so-called Conservative Republican, has gone and done a few unthinkable things. First he used his sons and oldest daughter as part of the transition team, as well as the sons of Vice-President Mike Pence and later hired Security Official Mike Flynn, who was all part of the team! Well, for Donald that is not enough, his bar for nepotism isn’t big-wig enough.

His little trust in other people and his own judgment was so weak he had to have his son-in-law Jared Kushner and daughter Ivanka Trump at the meeting of the Japanese Prime Minister Shino Abe. As the New York Times wrote: “After Mr. Trump’s transition office was asked by The New York Times about allowing Ms. Trump to attend the meeting with the Japanese prime minister, an individual close to the family, who said she did not have authorization to provide her name, hinted that Ms. Trump would not be attending meetings like this in the future” (…) “Mr. Trump has always encouraged Ivanka and his children to attend meetings with him,” the person close to the family said. “This meeting in question was very informal. However, they obviously need to adjust to the new realities at hand, which they will” (Lipton, 2016).

Still, this has not stopped the family matters to become State matters. Something that should worry the world and Americans, as the entangled and the inter-state affairs colluding with personal business, can likely happen. Since the Trump family doesn’t care about ethics or general conduct as long as the striving companies they are running is gaining profits.

In January the Son-in-Law was hired by the President to an advisory role:

“Mr. Kushner has been described by numerous transition staff members as the first among equals in Mr. Trump’s high command. His new title belies the sweeping influence he will have behind the scenes” (…) “The soft-spoken Mr. Kushner has often been described as having a calming effect on Mr. Trump, who is notorious for yelling at staff members during moments of tension. Mr. Kushner became the de facto campaign manager in the spring, and his influence with Mr. Trump has expanded rapidly” (Thrush & Haberman, 2017).

So after being in the campaign team, being in the consultation meetings with foreign leaders, the couple was part of the leadership. Still, only the son-in-law got a title and office inside the White House. That should be bringing enough family matters into the hollow chambers. That Jared Kushner becomes on the same level as others and created a role around the President proves the critical problems with this appointment. It would be if Vice-President Mike Pence hired his son as a staff member and an under the office of Vice President.

So if that was enough when the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau visited the White house in February 2017, into the second month of the Trump Presidency. So this was written about the event days ahead:

“In this Feb. 1, 2017, file photo, President Donald Trump, accompanied by his daughter Ivanka, waves as they walk to board Marine One on the South Lawn of the White House in Washington. According to officials, Ivanka Trump, who has been a vocal advocate for policies benefiting working women, was involved in recruiting participants for a round table discussion that will be held Monday, Feb. 13, about women in the workforce. President Donald Trump and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will participate in the round table” (Vucci, 2017). The pictures of this round-table debate that went viral, was of this one where Ivanka Trump was participating with the foreign Prime Minister. This shows the lack of integrity in the new Administration, but Trump will continue.

Just as the March month arrives and the German Chancellor Angela Merkel came to visit the White House, Ivanka Trump got “work training” as she participated in another state visit for her father without official clearance or jurisdiction, as the procedure and protocol of state doesn’t matter to this President. He thinks his position is all family. If Barrack Obama had hired or had his wife in closed door meetings with foreign leaders; he would have cause havoc and storm, but President Trump is allowed to do this without to much fuzz, except for dress-code and how people looks at Ivanka.

“In the end, Angela Merkel couldn’t hide it. Seated next to Ivanka Trump at a White House meeting with business leaders on Friday, the German leader tilted her head in the first daughter’s direction as Ivanka spoke, a look of bewilderment tinged with disdain enveloping her face” (…) “Why are you here,” Merkel, never a good pretender, seemed to be thinking” (Karinitsching, 2017). Everybody should understand Merkel, not like Ivanka is a serious politician or civil servants, she is daddy’s favorite daughter. That is known for the world and not disgraceful to say.

That this isn’t enough? Well, for Trump and Trump Administration the Nepotism has to be in Authoritarian leadership worthy, not only at meeting and being beside the President, also appointed, as the daughter haven’t been appointed like the husband Jared Kushner. Still, she has been a key player in the rooms of foreign affairs and foreign policy. Because of the level that President Trump has in her. Still, that she gets a place before career officials and others who has done this as their profession, show’s the lack of understand of what State work and how diplomacy works.

So that the news today that Ivanka get clearance to sensitive and confidential information, as well as a office inside the White House without being appointed proves the Nepotism. Surely, soon could Eric Trump and Donald Trump Junior even get hired by their father inside the White House. As well as Tiffany Trump could be spokesperson for the father instead of Kellyanne Conway. That is just the next step.

“Ivanka Trump will have her own office in the West Wing of the White House that comes with a security clearance for classified information, although she will not have an official title, according to a White House official” (…) “Trump will still comply with the ethics rules for government appointees though, even if she technically isn’t one, Trump’s attorney Jamie Gorelick told the Associated Press” (Abramson, 2017). So the family lawyer have dropped the news to the AP and therefore verified the news yesterday.

The family lawyer Gorelick, who has addressed the Trump Organization and other close connected businesses of the family. Therefore, that he did do it proves the capacity and the levels of family matters instead of skills or career.

That President Trump hires Ivanka and Jared inside the White House. Donald, doesn’t care about the legal or ethical perspective, nor about the jurisdiction of state or even common sense. Even as protocol or even justification of this entangled between the family and the Executive. That this could be done inside the Trump Organization is more reasonable and understandable, as the Private Business and Corporate policies are different, than how a State and Government supposed to work.

President Trump deserves to be sanctioned for this, as this words should be key:

“The key for the White House will be to ensure not just that they recruit the best people for the top job at an agency, but to make sure that agency leaders are viewed as a team rather than individuals. The secretary, deputy secretary, chief of staff and other top agency leaders should all complement each other in terms of both expertise and personality. For example, if the secretary is someone who is most comfortable acting as the “face” of an agency and policy agenda, then the deputy secretary should be the one to manage the agency on a day-to-day basis as the chief operating officer. Keeping this in mind when making specific appointments will help build a cohesive, well-functioning unit that will provide effective, unified leadership at the agency” (Center of Presidential Transition – ‘Presidential Transition Guide’ P: 74, 2016).

So, President Trump thinks more individuals and family, more than protocol and the ethical perspective of how he is involving the family into state affairs. That the State becomes mixed with family is not a trait of the United States, but now the Trump Organization and Trump Administration is closer than before. If and when there will be more scandals, more nepotism and misuse of the power… will come, but when is only about question of time. Peace.

Opinion: Eric Trump are right, under the Trump Administration, the US is becoming a “Third World State”!

“It’s really sad that we’re in an environment where tax returns are leaked by whoever it may be” (…) “Just think about it. Think about how dangerous that is, how third world that is on a practice that happened. When personal information is put out by people for political agendas. As a civilian, it’s actually scary” – Eric Trump on Fox News (Tani, 2017).

It is just one of these days where the sons of President Donald Trump speaks their mind and hits the nail. The nail is in the coffin, with the knowledge of the plans to make the republic less attractive, less business-friendly, more lassiez-faire and more focused on army than on progressive financial instruments and regulation to create growth. Trump Administration is busy with deporting millions, building a wall and starting trade-wars. The U.S. Government does not need to be transparent or accountable while doing so. Especially, not in the minds of one of his sons. That claims something unique and special. I have claimed in the near past that under President Trump, the U.S. Government could turn the Republic into a Banana Republic, a sort of style government that could be described by others as a third world one. Therefore, let the dictionary explain that!

Eric Trump needs a definition of the Third World:

“1: a group of nations especially in Africa and Asia not aligned with either the Communist or the non-Communist blocs” (…) “2: an aggregate of minority groups within a larger predominant culture” (…) “3: the aggregate of the underdeveloped nations of the world” (Merriam-Webster).

So the United States can itself soon be fitted, not that it is an Asian or African nation, neither Communist, but still it is getting underdeveloped by the way the financial framework and industry is set-up under the Trump Administration. Where the Industry and Financial industry has the Administration by the balls and no eager of taking care of nature or the resources, except for eating the profits without giving anything back to the Republic. Just like the Oil Industry in Nigeria or in Ghana. The same as the mining and mineral industry in the Democratic Republic of Congo. So the United States under President Trump, will be similar. Eric Trump is not so far off, just not the way he thought he would be.

Another man’s vision:

“This brings about complete dysfunction. It makes everything — economy, politics, roads, bridges, police, school — broken and shitty. Those who can leave do. Making it worse. This leads to more extremism, and more corruption, and more cynicism. And sometimes extreme violence. Because the other side becomes evil” (…) “The US has been shifting towards all four of these over the last 30 years, with inequality leading the way. We are more divided, economically and socially, then we have ever been (we are less divided racially. But only marginally so.)” (Arnade, 2016).

So when you have a system on the brink of collapse, a wealthy elite eating of the government plate and settling score to not pay their bills to the public, while the citizens and middle-class cannot build a steady life or afforded needed services, you know there are something wrong with the system and the state. That makes the Eric Trump words so right, that United States is becoming more like a third world country, with a sophisticated army, but cannot afford health care, schools or infrastructure. Just like the countries President Trump doesn’t want to affiliate with or been seen with. Since him and his advisor Bannon are supposed to be superior, and like a dictator in a Third World country, he believes he is always right and isn’t wrong.

So one smudge of evidence of his fathers Tax Returns from 2005 leaked to MSNBC Rachel Maddow, proves the realization of the state, that the Trump Administration would dislike. As they are not capping the debt, neither taking into account their ideas of taxation and tax-releases, as much as their will to deregularte industry and financial institutions. Therefore, leading the space of more expenses and negative environmental policies, that damage earth and only gains profit for a slim elite. Just like a Third World Country.

This is degrading for the United States, but the harsh truth, the ideas and policies in the making, the killing of health insurance, the idea of building the giant nuclear silos, while not paying for food for the starving. Proves that the U.S. Government are no closer to countries it does not want to be affiliated with, but still can be consider to be assimilated with. President Trump and his administration is clearly not wishing to be differing from chauvinistically taking charge and not caring what effect it has. Clearly, it is only his image that matter, just like any big-man and authoritarian leader.

So, soon we can say that the United States is underdeveloped and need aid, as their waters are daft, the industry is lacking technology, the roads are more potholes than tarmac, the bridges are weak, their railways not working and often not trusted. The United States has soon more expensive foreign imported goods, than what they produce and is losing money on their export of cash crops as soya and other grain. Therefore, President Trump leading his Republic to become underdeveloped or become a Third World Country.

Nepotism101: A look into the Donald Trump’s Presidential Transitional Team Executive Committee!

Just days after I write about the coming Banana Republic made out of the Republic of United States of America, then the newly elected, who happens to be President-Elect has in timely fashion collected together his coalition of the willing to succeed President Obama and his Democratic Party. Therefore he has follow traits of fellow compatriots of other states that involve family, friends and fellow business associates. So that the American Experience under President Trump, can become a Family Affair and a true to my word a Banana Republic; thanks for delivering that one Mr. President!

Let us recount what nepotism is and do that by opening up a book called a dictionary and see what it recall and what it means, really means, bigly!

Two definitions from the dictionary:

First: “the unfair practice by a powerful person of giving jobs and other favors to relatives”.

Second: “favoritism (as in appointment to a job) based on kinship”

As of today the Trump Organization makes themselves ready for the White House, the Oval Office and try to make Donald Trump, Presidential. I am sure that the Republican Party had some people who we’re qualified to help on the way, as the party should have somebody who has delegated and had honest responsibility in government in the past. Still, they we’re all pick-away from the newly elected President. These people better be good suited because the Presidential Transition team has certain aspects to consider as these:

Memorandum of Understanding with the Obama Administration:

“The Edward “Ted” Kaufman and Michael Leavitt Presidential Transitions Improvements Act of 2015 requires the incumbent administration to negotiate such an MOU with both major party candidates. These MOUs would, at a minimum, cover the conditions of access to agency employees, facilities and documents by transition team staff” (Presidential Transition Guide, P: 20, 2016).

Up to the Candidate:

“It will be up to the candidate, transition chair and executive director to decide the right mix of skills, expertise and personality in rounding out the transition’s senior leadership team. Some positions require a deep network of contacts while others demand political savvy or stellar communication skills. Assembling a team that functions smoothly, stays on task and makes good management decisions is essential” (Presidential Transition Guide, P: 38, 2016).

Even if it is up to the Candidate to pick the mix of the Transition team, we should still be allowed to question the Presidential Candidate, if Hillary Clinton had picked Bill Clinton and Chelsea Clinton, we would have addressed that and called that corrupt behaviour.

Today the Trump Administration hired these fellow family members to the Transition Team:

Donald Trump Jr, the first-born son, who happens to be the Vice-Executive President of the Trump Organization.

Ivanka Trump, the oldest-daughter, who happens also be a Vice-Executive President of the Trump Organization.

Eric Trump, the third child of the first wife, is also a Vice-Executive President of the Trump Organization.

Jared Kushner, the husband of Ivanka Trump, the CEO of Kushner Companies and has successfully run the New York Observer.

So four key people inside the Transition team is close family members, I am sure if Barron Trump we’re old enough he would have been put in the mix. This is A-Typical nepotism as the major parts of 17 people team, with Vice President Elect Mike Pence on the top of it. The Nepotism is clearly following, but knowingly how little Trump trust anybody else than himself, the team is set-up to make sure his will get through the hurdles of power and that the procedure will follow.

Outsiders to the Transition Team:

Peter Thiel, a co-founder of Pay-Pal and helped Hulk Hogan to sue Gawker.

Rebecca Mercer, the daughter of the major donor of Robert Mercer, the founder of Breitbart and other institutions to change policy in America.

Expected for the Transition Team:

RNC Chairman Reince Priebus, the man who has to carry water-buckets for Trump the next 4 years.

CEO of Trump for President Stephen K. Bannon, the former CEO of Breitbart Radio and Media and the former film-director that actually still collects royalties from Seinfeld!

These are some of it, if you’re surprised by this you shouldn’t be. The other close connected political affiliates are someone who has been near him as a businessman. So he continues to connect, not only family but with the ones who has interfered with the Trump Organization.

Like the Auditor General Pam Bondi of Florida State:

“What attracted far less attention than the numerous stories about the Clinton/Foundation connection was news disclosed by the Washington Post that Donald Trump paid a penalty to the IRS involving a $25,000 gift by the Trump Foundation” (…) “The recipient was a political committee called And Justice for All controlled by Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. She has apparently already been offered money and been an ally of Trump, since she hasn’t solicited the Trump University like the Auditor General in New York; the Trump Campaign sees it fit to hire her on the Transitional Team. That proves that close connections to Trump in the past pays off right now.

Also on the Team is the Fox Business News (FBN) and Republican giant fund-raiser Anthony Scaramucci. The Skybridge Captial hedge-fund capitalist who turned into a Republican newscaster and such; he is also been the Trump Financial Adviser. Who has said this:

“Republican Party loyalist Anthony Scaramucci, 52, the co-founder of SkyBridge Capital Management, which invests in hedge funds (including Paulson’s), was a lead organizer of last night’s event. He is in the red this year, down about 4 percent through mid-June. So they guy who was able to collect the needed funds and connect with the billionaire Robert Mercer, get hired into the team as payback for service rendered. It’s proves the liability and not the talents, skills, experience or even necessary knowledge of how to build a needed cabinet and Presidential Advisors for the Trump Administrations.

We can all question the selections of men and woman who has become parts of the Trump Transitional Team, as there are too many questions to their obligations and their needed skill-set for creating a smooth and good Government. This are people connected directly to the Trump Organization, and very few people are connected with Congress and the House; also the weakness of system.

The people of the congress that are selected by the Transitional Team are the ones that endorsed Trump like Pennsylvania Congressman Lou Barletta, Pennsylvania Congressman Tom Marino, Congresswoman of Tennessee Marsha Blackburn and California Congressmen Devin Nunes. So the men picked by New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and accepted now by the Vice-President Elect Mike Pence. Show’s the handpicked portefolio that is expected in away, still different from the other ones picked to the team. To pick political affiliated and bearers of the same vision of the future is normal. As these persons are believing in the same kind of racial, immigrations scared kind of reality as the current elected President Trump. So this is sort of normal, like Obama picked men and woman with visions similar to himself. That is accepted, but we can still bounce at them.

A bleak prediction:

We can surely look forward to Ivanka Trump becoming Secretary of Health and Human Services, Eric Trump becoming Secretary of Labour and Donald Trump Jr becomes Secretary of the Interior. Son-In-Law Jared Kushner becoming the Secretary of The Treasury, so the family is running the Republic in the image after their paternal leader Donald Trump…

I hope that isn’t happening, but one of them might end up White House Chief of Staff, as he wants a trustworthy man to be in charge of appointments by the President and during his term in office.

We can question the collective attitude with the selection of this Transitional Team to takeover for President Obama and his administration. We should then see if they make wise decisions of picks men and woman who kiss-ass the President in the past, or people who are fit for the offices, so the skill-set and the experience for the growth of the state.

The Nepotism might have started, don’t be surprised if even Michael Sexton from Trump University gets a sweet-spot in the Administration. The loyalty showed in the past, might pay-off and the ones that has suited Trump before, might be the ones who are credible to work with him now.

So the favouritism and family matters are coming in function this time around. That the Trump Organization will be vital part of the White House will most likely become running questions of just appointments and use of state funds that just happens to benefit businesses owned by the President.

We can now, by the quickly appointed men and woman sees a possible pattern and question if the Presidency will be righteous or just fitting Trump himself. Which should be a worry, the Tea Pot Scandal of the 1920s could be replicated by the Trump administration:

So we could easily see some cabinet minister offering agreement between the President Trump that benefits businesses owned by the Trump Organization who needs fresh funding and could be similar to the Tea Pot Scandal. Don’t be surprised as the Nepotism game has started and the proof will be the indication of the next steps of policy and procedures from the White House administration under Donald J. Trump. Peace.

Well, ladies and gentleman the super-power called the United States of America, is a dying dinosaur that Michael Moore or even Jay-Z doesn’t have the power to change. Today was a shock for many, even for me as the American Electorate decided to elect a Demagogue of ill-rhetoric towards certain ethnic groups like the Latin-American, Women and so-on. Donald Trump in his power and commander-in-chief will remarkably create havoc.

All of this is well known, but what the United States’ citizens didn’t think about when they voted against the establishment on protest against the D.C. power-structure they voted for a man with certain traits that can put certain pieces of the Government into shambles. So before I start; for those of you who don’t know, here is the definition of a banana republic!

“It was coined in a 1904 book of fiction by O. Henry, an American writer. Henry (whose real name was William Sydney Porter) was on the run from Texan authorities, who had charged him with embezzlement” (…) “His phrase neatly conjures up the image of a tropical, agrarian country. But its real meaning is sharper: it refers to the fruit companies from the United States that came to exert extraordinary influence over the politics of Honduras and its neighbours. By the end of the 19th century, Americans had grown sick of trying to grow fruit in their own chilly country. It was sweeter and cheaper by far to import it instead from the warmer climes of Central America, where bananas and other fruit grow quickly. In 1911 the Cuyamel Fruit Company, another American firm (which was later bought by United), supplied the weapons for a coup against the government of Honduras, and prospered under the newly installed president. Why do I believe this, it’s because of all his sort-of promises over the months. There is all kind of activities that proves the clear indications of a Banana Republic on the rise. The Americans might think otherwise, that is because there are blind on how the state really is.

“The United States recorded a Government Debt to GDP of 104.17 percent of the country’s Gross Domestic Product in 2015. Government Debt to GDP in the United States averaged 61.94 percent from 1940 until 2015, reaching an all time high of 121.70 percent in 1946 and a record low of 31.70 percent in 1974. Government Debt to GDP in the United States is reported by the U.S. Bureau of Public Debt” (Trading Economics).

So the average debt level or ratio is staggering already. This is not tackled because the creditors accept the debt levels are raising, just as seen with the numbers from Trading Economics are showing during 30 years the percentage has gone up over 70 %, which should be frightening to any economy. When you have that level of debt, you should be able to have a heavy tax-base to collect and pay the debt.

Taxing under Trump:

“US taxes are low relative to those in other developed countries. In 2012, US taxes at all levels of government represented 24 percent of GDP, compared with an average of 34 percent of GDP for the 34 member countries of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)” (…) “The United States collects relatively less revenue dedicated to retirement, disability, and other social security programs—22 percent of total tax revenue—than the 26 percent OECD average” (…) “Property taxes provided more than twice as large a share of US tax revenue—12 percent in 2012—than the OECD average of 5 percent. Almost all revenue from taxes on property in the United States is collected by state and local governments” (…) “The United States relies less on taxes on goods and services (including both general consumption taxes and taxes on specific goods and services) than any other OECD country, collecting 18 percent of tax revenue this way compared with 33 percent for the OECD. The value-added tax (VAT)—a type of general consumption tax collected in stages—is the main source of consumption tax revenue, employed worldwide in 160 countries including all 34 OECD member countries except the United States. Most consumption tax revenue in the United States is collected by state and local governments” (Hoo & Toder, 2006).

So when the Federal and Republic itself has such a giant debt ratio, the taxes should be high and should be to the levels of actually having the ability to pay it back. As they do not even have VAT on goods that is very normal world-wide, but apparently isn’t a thing in the United States. This proves the mismanagement of potential tax-base that the Government need to succeed to pay their debt. This is before the Election yesterday.

This is the taxes planned under Trump: “According to the Tax Foundation’s Taxes and Growth Model, the plan would reduce federal revenue by between $4.4 trillion and $5.9 trillion on a static basis. The amount depends on the nature of a key business policy provision” (…) “After accounting for the larger economy and the broader tax base, the plan would reduce revenues by between $2.6 trillion and $3.9 trillion after accounting for the larger economy, depending on the nature of a key policy provision” (…) “On a static basis, the Trump tax plan would increase the after-tax incomes of taxpayers in every income group. The bottom 80 percent of taxpayers (those in the bottom four quintiles) would see an increase in after-tax income between 0.8 percent and 1.9 percent, under both policy assumptions.  Taxpayers in the top quintile would see a 4.4 percent increase in after-tax income under the higher-rate assumption, or 8.7 percent under the lower-rate assumption. Those in the top decile would see a 5.4 percent increase in after-tax income under the higher-rate assumption, or 9.3 percent under the lower-rate assumption. Finally, taxpayers in the top 1 percent would see the largest increase in after-tax income on a static basis, driven by both the lower top marginal tax rate and the lower corporate income tax. Under the higher-rate assumption this increase would be 10.2 percent, and under the lower-rate assumption this increase would be 16.0 percent” (Cole, 2016).

So when the government are axing it income, while the economy running on a deficit your making no-sense. Your continue to spend on deficit while cutting taxes; the taxed ones are the ones who voted for Trump, the bottom 80% will get higher taxes, while corporations and 1% riches will get less. So the richer will get richer. A real proof of a Banana Republic where the solidarity towards the ones who needs so. They who voted for him is the ones that will pay on his tax-plan, which is ironic.

This is on the direct economic sense, now on health care. Here he proves again he will hurt the ones who voted for him, the poor and what is left of the working-class:

“The policies would cause almost 21 million people to lose their insurance coverage, as the replacement health care policies would only cover 5 percent of the 22 million individuals who would lose coverage upon the repeal of Obamacare. This would almost double the number of Americans without health insurance” (…) “The largest component of this estimate comes from the “repeal.” The campaign website proposes to “completely repeal Obamacare,” which we assume to mean repealing the Affordable Care Act’s regulations, subsidies, Medicaid expansion, Medicare savings, and tax increases. Although repealing the coverage provisions would save about $1.1 trillion, based on Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimates (adjusted for recent legislation and changes in the budget window), repealing the legislation’s tax increases and Medicare cuts would cost a combined $1.6 trillion. In total, this means repeal would cost $480 billion – or $260 billion including the economic benefits of repeal” (Committee for a responsible Federal Budget, 2016).

So the Trump Administration are planning to hurt their own, the ones that has gotten through the Obamacare gotten some sorts of subsidized medical insurance, something he wants to repeal and will even make sure to cost the state more. So the educated minds will know that people has to carry insurance on their own while the state pays more to abolish the Obamacare. The 21 million individuals will regret questioning the medical treatment through Obamacare, as the Federal State will add more money. So the people are getting higher tax for the same 80% who losing their health insurance. Do the American citizens prefer punishing themselves?

As with the true implications of NAFTA:

“Customs duties reductions led to increases in trade with the other two countries of 11% in Canada, 41% in the United States, and 118% in Mexico, for the period between 1993 and 2011.5 In terms of value, American trade with Canada and Mexico increased from US$481 billion in 1993 to US$1.1 trillion in 2015. While Donald Trump claims that Americans “don’t make anything anymore,” implying that NAFTA is to blame, the American manufacturing sector has increased production by 58% since the deal came into effect” (Bedard, 2016).

So the results of NAFTA are apparently different in reality than what comes across when coming to Trump, so the reality hasn’t mattered. He wants to dissolve or change the rules and regulations, this will make it harder to export and import products between Canada and Mexico into the United States. The United States need free-movement of products and industrial products to be able to have the Corporate Capitalism that drives the USA.

So with lower taxes in general, a higher cost of health-care without concern for the 21 million without health insurance. They now are getting more problems with exporting and importing the needed products and raw-material has been possible and even at longest part of the NAFTA agreement has been positive to the US. So the regulation and cooperation with neighbours will be harder because of barriers that will be created with abolishing the NAFTA.

This is still all economic implications… then you have the gun-control, the war-lord aspects and the other social policies mixed with the economic aspect that turns the ones giant and great nation into tatters, if the President Donald Trump gets to do as he pleases without questions.

We should consider it with the implication on the policies and the foreign affairs. The US Government would lose with their plans on playing hardball with NATO and others. With the Muslims ban and deportation, also the Latin-American population that has been singled out; these groups can hurt the economy and also the basic workforce who does the needed services needed in society. That these will be sent out because of their ethnicity and faith will also prove that the United States isn’t the leaders of free-world, but another tyranny under President Trump. The fear and loathing of the Republican President Trump! That will do like the Americans did during Second World-War when Japanese for being so we’re detained into camps, or if he pleases send them packing.

This racial laws and deportations will hurt the economy and make sure the state becomes a Banana Republic; What is special is that the United States will have a free-flow of guns, ammunition, but will make it harder to import goods and also export goods with worse deals, have lesser taxes, still high debt yield and add expenses on health-care while the citizens has to cover themselves. This while the US President hasn’t a plan to help lower-classes as the minimum-pay or salaries increase for the 80% who still get added tax, also pay more for health care. The US Electorate got all reasons for feeling foolish if they even read this.

Bananas and Banana Company we’re President William Howard Taft did what he could to save the companies. Now the new President might try to replicate this, but he forgets the needed international community and production as the needed bolts, tools and manufacturing are inter-connected. That is something that the modern day President Trump needs.

Side Note – International Partnerships:     

So if he builds walls, gets into whiny bitch mode and becomes a fully-blown attack paranoid mode, than the international partners will not accept being constantly bullied. I am sure that Philippines C-I-C President Rodigro Duterte will be tossed around for another power or human being. Neither will Russian President Vladimir Putin and even German Chancellor Angela Merkel will not accept it. So the price of him being brash and irresponsible thin-skinned versus the ones that questions his actions or words, isn’t really suitable with the trading partners and allies that the U.S. still needs. The US doesn’t live in a vacuum and not the only one with a giant defence and has much money to spend like on AGOA and others.

So congratulation on becoming a Banana-Republic, ready to become muffled with after playing king-pin… for decades; as your economic prospects under the Trump Administration and regime doesn’t look healthy. Peace.

Opinion: Wonder why there is seemingly for some still undecided between Trump and Clinton? The madness called the US Presidential Election Campaigns of 2016 is soon over!

It’s been a weird timeline for this American Presidential Election, the months upon months with madness and craziness. The undetermined now have either looked to many times at Friends, Game of Thrones or even browsed quickly at Fox and CNN; still not able to make a decision who to cast their vote for un Tuesday 8^th November 2016.

There been Primary race in the major parties, the Republican Party with the wildest and biggest amount of candidates, where 16 candidates went in and tried. Some familiar faces other local heroes trying to figure out how to become a National Candidate. The ones standing out was Jeb Bush, who had to become JEB! Because his family name isn’t ringing out with joy as it did before Bill Clinton, those we’re the days. Than you had Marco Rubio, the Florida man who robotic answers made the automatic telephone answer-machine obsolete for little while. Than you had Ted Cruz, the Texan who with coded language tried to sound friendly, but just seemed interested in his own career over policy; you had John Kasich from Ohio who seemed sincere and like a fellow from the Mitt Romney and John McCain wing of the Republican Party, but he went hard and continued without any tally of results.

Than you had the Democratic Party where there we’re fewer candidates and there was more or less two candidates that had a significant amounts of people behind them. You had the Governor of Maryland Martin O’Malley, I am sure the man is a decent and kind fellow, but he didn’t grab attention or attraction as the competitors owned the field. The one that we’re close and can still make difference is Bernie Sanders the Senator of Vermont. In the Primaries he we’re a real threat and showed how he could garn popularity with Millennials and get small donations from people and not the giant multi-national corporations. Not building a super-PAC, but still making sense of policies, political framework and how to build society. He still one 22 states in the Primaries and we’re a serious contender with a strong message. Should be remembering his fight against the internal-system and electoral machine from his competitor who had loyalist in the Central leadership of the Democratic National Committee.

So now with this, there are two candidates left: Donald J. Trump from the Republican Party and Hillary Clinton of the Democratic Party. Other candidates are Jill Stein of the Green Party and Gary Johnson of the Libertarians. Jill Stein at one point thought Wi-Fi was a treat to kids and said she deserves the Bernie Sanders votes. Also that she is the one to vote for instead of lesser of two evils (Trump and Clinton). Gary Johnson will be remembered for not being able to answer on MSNBC Morning Joe, what Aleppo and who Aleppo is. So the Foreign Affairs hasn’t been key importance for the Libertarians as they are focused on spliffs, little state, more personal freedom and a strong army. Something that would enforce the undoubted republicans to vote for Johnson as a protest this year; might be might be not, but he might gain more than normally.

Now that we’re days before the polls, the ballots casted and final tallies in all the states, the 270 Electoral Votes and the whole Electoral College is secured. We still have the final race to the finish line. Initially this race is between Trump and Clinton.

Trump, he is rare character of orange hatred, patriotism and notorious chauvinism and racism. As an outsider it’s weird that Republicans went for this man and accept this. This blended with his attitude and his brash words against anybody; his nonchalant of fluid morality towards others. While he can crucify fellow peers for their maladministration’s and wrong doings, he will never ever accept that he has done the same and crossed the line. His flabbergasting rhetoric on immigration, woman and media has been out of this world. Sounding more like a power-hungry dictator than a man whose plan is to restructure America. His personality and decisions has cared more about getting more spotlight than making sure that his vision comes clear. If he believes the words he says and if any significant plan of any kind has if he gets into office can be unsure of. Seemingly it seems more important with the title and winning than actually making a difference.  Together with his brawls and attacks on peers, fellow Republican Senators, House Speaker Paul Ryan and others shows the inability of even working together with his own. Trump has to own the spotlight and be KING. If not it doesn’t matter. AS long as he is King, even if the Palace is bailing out, the golden letters with his name is fading and his stars are built with giant walls around them. Still, the thing that matters to Trump isn’t working-class families in Wisconsin or Michigan; it’s his ego and his reputation.

Then it’s Hillary Clinton, the Democratic Presidential Candidate who has been doing this before and lost to Barrack Obama, back in the day and has been a Senator for New York and Secretary of State at one point. She has been flogged in public, by certain stations been named so reckless and destructive at one point the only missing flaw per today: is that was the main reason behind World War III. Not that she has a perfect record, but when you been in public light and in office all your life you got to have some bad apples and made mistakes. Hillary Clinton carries them and even answered for why she has changed opinion. Trump would say, “Where did you get that? That wasn’t me? Do you have the tape?” He would deflect it. Not that Hillary hasn’t had enough trouble, for instance with the internal releases of E-Mail’s leaks from WikiLeaks, Guccifer and DCLeaks. They have leaked information through the cycle that has showed how the Campaign Team and Clinton Foundation have not been ethical correct or been correct. They have used methods and used money in questionable ways, even fraudulent. That is a fact and not fiction. That she can’t trust the American Public to show gratitude for her service is clear as she couldn’t even ask for silence and relaxation as she had pneumonia during the Campaigns. Than the Republican media nearly said she had AIDS and dying; by the way called her deceiving for it as well. That proves how hard they tackle her grievances. Instead of asking why she was sick and why she didn’t want to release the information, the American Media went into a frenzy attacking her personality. Which shows what kind of Corporate case of misjudgement and attitude towards her.

With this all in mind, with the statements and character flaws that are in play together with the public sphere, the electoral laws in the 50 states and with the decades of elitism. In this day and age, in this time and with the coming problems together with ones we are piling up today, what kind of leadership does the United States of America need?

Do they need a hot-headed, non-sequential policy based and self-promoting snake-oil salesman on the top of the food-chain in nation and serve them with some form dignity, if that dignity is believable. That will only be believable if he uses as much time on the golf-course as George W. Bush, Donald Trump can only be functioning if he tries to have camps with Sheiks to donate funds to US if he serves them halal-parties at Camp David. I cannot see him making sense of public policy like Barrack Obama or even the former War-Lord Dick Cheney; at least he could be able to make sense of the statements coming out of his mouth.

We can all question if the Hillary Clinton, the moderate, Wall-Street infused and money hungry Politician is the right one as well. She isn’t demoralising or counter-aggressive. She has posted herself as Progressive, but that isn’t true. Hillary is so moderate that she can fall in-between certain wings of Republican Party and Democratic Party. Bi-Partisanship will be thing under wings for sure. Her real stance on matters is something we can wonder as the leaks showed that much of groundwork and policies made by her team not by her own making. They have all been suggestion by close aides and surrogates while she has been on the road reading from a teleprompter. The last piece should Trump do to, he sound like Drunk Uncle so often… how can the Drunk Uncle all of sudden become the Command-in-Chief; it’s not funny. Especially for an outsider to see how degraded the democratic process has become in the US as they get this guy to counter a Political Opponent the way he does. That Clinton becomes Crooked Hillary and it’s been the sticker from Trump. The pathetic smear campaign to weaken her, instead of looking at facts… facts and fiction has been nearly the same, Clinton has gotten tainted with old sins, and sins she couldn’t commit and couldn’t even do. She created ISIS, she killed somebody while Bill Clinton was in Office, she had Alien intervention in her body, and she has a deadly infection and so on. Clinton has been targeted for the machine she has created.

It’s true she has gotten wealthy on Wall Street money and used a weird company in Cincinnati on an estate that got 250,000 LLC’s on the compound. That is true and that isn’t something she should have. Her husband been a con and a man-whore at some point, but that isn’t her fault; that’s the sins of Bill and he has to carry.

Trump on the other hand has used mafia to build his tower, not paid taxes for decades, not cared for paying employees and contractors, stifled monies from even campaign pollsters during his Presidential Campaign, reckless behaviour of litigations, sued for fraud countless times, used donations to his Foundations to buy private luxurious merchandize, running a University and enrolling students without proper State Educational Licences and so on. That is without cherry-picking his marriages, his womanizing and his acts of fidelity and forged public persona.

So that a man who has that towards the other one, shows how simple it should be to pick; but the United States population seems to be drawn by the scandals of the FBI and others who carries into weight without having any significant records of forcing through new investigations. The public perception with the constant leaks has hurt Clinton and that deservedly, but still the other guy isn’t really a catch. The Clinton mistake is systematic and organic, the Trump mistakes is deceiving and inappropriate.

I wonder if the United States wants to become a laughing stock and not be the man who helps out with their armies and their structures. With Trump as President should the United Nation Headquarters still be there; when you have a man who wishes to deteriorate the foreign affairs, the relationship between trading-partners and allies in the NATO. Does the United States wanted to be so internally focused in the image of Trump that they will be internal focused and only thinking of his best, not the great American Best. That comes in second fiddle kind of like Ariana Grande comes second to Beyoncé.

An outsiders look into the American Primaries and elections of 2016; I will be wildly wrong and sarcastic while condoning certain values and areas of malfunctions in the electoral process; also assessing the remaining candidates that are in the race

After following the Presidential Primaries for months, then I speak about the American Elections as the closure of is getting there, even if they have closed only about July 2016. So there Primary Elections in the American States that been going for so long, has still some time before the “Main” election, where the Two Parties go Campaigning as Presidential Candidate for either the Democratic Party or the Republican Party. As the other parties in the country is nearly not existing, even if the country is big and has splendid amount of political active people, it is just the money goes two the big-shots and they eat all of it.

The American Political System is a blended edition of representatives and polls depending on where you from, as much as the Parties themselves decides who gets to the for front, but if you get PAC (Political Action Committee) that works for you and make campaigns on your behalf and also securing for you campaign. While you as a Candidate are not allowed to control them; though there are certainty that Campaign Managers and other volunteers who are connected with a Candidate gives in and does as the Candidate wishes.

The Other issues are how much money, ads and campaigning that needed for the Candidate to be picked. There isn’t a short run or cheap run for a seat. That is why Senate Members and House Representatives do calls to donors and companies to get hard cash to campaign and run the parties. But that is just the monies side, This Primaries started in February and will be done in July, the first Presidential Debate with the Democratic Party and Republic Party Candidate will discuss their views and policies on the 26^th September. The Polls are set to be on the 8^th November 2016. So there is a long road ahead and with July – November where the Presidential Campaign will heat up between the parties.

Example of Money involved in American Politics:

There was in 1920s something called the Ohio Gang was group around President Harding. They we’re also corrupt, like when the Interior Secretary Fall used his connection and got the Navy to give away the land for Harry Ford Sinclair’s Company; while Secretary. Fall was also getting kickbacks to get a bigger and better farm with the money for the license delivered to Sinclair. This kind of deal also changed the law-making and the control of Petroleum Companies in American Politics, as Sinclair and other Petroleum Company owners had vast wealth created quickly (this is very simplified so you should read a book about, because the same kind of scandals happens today; just different names and different numbers).

So it is not only the money but also the long-time on the road as candidates and as the expenses of having campaigns while their professional politicians who are nearly more spokesmen for corporations and their laws then the ethical and law-bearers of a Nation, who will make policy and reforms to fix the issues; instead some of the men are mere spokespersons of Coca-Cola and Monsanto. That is certainly not what Benjamin Franklin or Tomas Jefferson thought the American Government representatives would end up being; when they fought against the Tea-Monopoly and British taxation of the American Continent at that time. There been signals of the same as the British Censored the papers and the media of the time, therefore the Pamphleteers put up pamphlets that countered the controlled media of the time. Because the media of the time was not speaking what was important for the people. The Same as the Cable and Media Corporations are doing now, as they only do what is needed for the sponsors, owners and ratings instead of actual journalism. And that is an dire account and assessment together with the state of the corrupted politicians.

So into the end of the Primaries we are in the middle of a Corporate influenced political game in a corporate landscape of media that need a revamp together with the status quo of the primary politics as the advisories and locals doesn’t even got time or understanding why the value of the vote is different from which party, which state and which delegate regulation you have. And that is making of the delegate rally that the candidates that are left working to get, so they can have monopoly and get the nomination automatically at the Convention of the Party in July.

I will not look at the numbers and the ability of the ones that are left. This is just my rare thoughts on a Campaign I look from afar and doesn’t really follow as the circus of American Idol, Survivor, Hell’s Kitchen and every other Reality TV Program is fitting the Presidential Primaries in this year’s primaries.

The debates and aftermaths, the comments and the tone have been childish and not off proper politicians. The deflections and flip-flopping from many candidates have been nearly daily or monthly looking like they changing statements after they are in disenfranchised Louisiana or they are in Wisconsin, even in now in New York. There are only two candidates who says the same in my opinion from the get-go, it is not Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton, both of them have gone back and forth, while playing more balls than Federer on the Tennis court. The once who have been steady are Kasich and Sanders. Cruz been close to the two latest, but he seems so sneaky.

Let me take the worst first then, more and more acceptable candidates. That is how I look at this, so if you’re offended, sorry for you, but this is my view not yours.

The Worst Candidate – Donald Trump (Republican)

There are scarecrows, there monsters under the bed and there Monster INC from DreamWorks. Still, there are no boggy-monsters as big as “the Donald”. Donald Trump the New Yorker who is rich and successful, though I have myself looked through parts of fallen businesses and they are kind of shady. The other ones are the savior of bailing out from the state. Donald Trump is a product in itself and label, therefore his last name is licensed on houses and other merchandize as it gives the products an edge, supposed to be at-least.

Nobody took him serious on the day he said he started to run for Presidential Nomination while talking negative about anybody who is not making America great. He has stolen the “Making America Great Again” from Ronald Reagan. He has also copied the Pat Buchannan ways of speaking “America First”. As Donald Trump have before spoken well of both the men at interviews and also even now. Though Buchannan is not a topic now, he stills speaks well of Reagan; as any conservative American does. The Holy Conservatism comes from the man who sold Pepsi and Colgate in commercials before becoming President. And now Trump swallows his ideas and pack in xenophobia, fear-mongering and “good deals”. I have heard speaking about good deals, without ever saying what the idea of a good deal is. The words of his mouth are empty words with the same ending and deflecting to another issue. While putting in some American Dreams with fear of immigrants, the irony is that his wife is one, but she is the right type of immigrant I guess. So I cannot speak about Policy as the Wall of Trump and Deporting Immigrants seems far-fetched and ridiculous as Gucci Mane Ice-Cream tattoo. So he is the worst politician or trying to be one in this race, and a disgrace at the same time.

Deputy Worst Candidate – Hillary Clinton (Democrat)

I know you are shocked and wonder what happen to Kasich and Cruz. They are up next, but she is topping them still. For a simple reason, she doesn’t stand for anything and her views are therefore despicable and deceiving. The so-called progressive candidate who is liberal when needed. Her tune is after what her donors, her advisors or her husband says is wise. Her name rings bells because Bill Clinton was President for two terms. And she also run against Barrack Obama and has been a Minister under Obama first term as President. So if you don’t know her, then you have not followed or had interest about American Politics. She is the woman who supported the Super Predators and the inner-city violence while targeting the minorities there for the benefit of a bill that Bill Clinton needed.   

I don’t know here true stance on anything as she flip-flops and are like boat on the waves, depending if she is up-or-down depending on what is right for her right now. If she is pro-gun, I don’t know, since when she was against Obama she was against, now she sounds pro-gun because of Sanders. There is viability of changing rhetoric and change of position. If she is pro-life or not, if she was for the Iraq-war or against; if she was for bombing Tripoli or not; even if she knew about Lewinsky or not; it are not easy now. That is why she comes after Trump. She is intelligent and hard-headed, but she seems more to be about pocketing and having money as the speeches for Goldman Sachs and other Corporate entities proves her grade and value of campaign funding then grass-root work. She should have one of the election machines and create momentum; still; she is losing to somebody who is actually a credible guy and acting as a fellow human being, and not just to cater to establishment and the donor who funds her campaign.

The Sheep in Wolf’s cloth – Ted Cruz (Republican)

Ted Cruz the Senator from Texas. The one that I knew very little of before the campaign; his political history from somebody who is not American is not well-known. He is a clever man and decisive one too. The similarity to another American Politician that comes to mind is McCarthy and his McCarhyism. The speeches and rhetoric; he also use the conservative Christian values while subduing other characteristics of state. Therefore he has capability to bring the South and Mid-West to him, and other parts of the country too.

The man has had an expensive campaign and is lagging behind Trump at the Moment. But the Establishment prefers him over Trump. Though then they choose between an Open Racist in Trump and a Sheep in Wolfs cloths Cruz. The idea of monitoring the Muslims and the other quotes that Cruz has come with does not prove his ability to see other people out of the circle of conservative republicans. So even if the campaign for Presidential Nomination he tries to establish himself as an alternative to the other ones in the party. He is wise and vibrant, but his ways and cunning demeanor makes him scary for a guy like me. The reason why I see him as lesser of a fear then Hillary, you know where you have him and what he really want through certain policies. Something you can’t see with Trump, but can also see in some ways in Hillary; because Hillary will cater to her donors of Wall Street.

Socio-Economic Wise-guy, but to Conservative – John Kasich (Republican)

I know that this is surprising too, but his mellow demeanor and honest approach that is more sincere then Cruz, Trump and Clinton. Not that I am Conservative Republican, but this man has a least of sense and manners. He is a Ohio Senator who has behind the reason why Ohio state have gone from having $8bn deficit to $2bn surplus. So he surely knows how to balance a budget and create economic stability.

He has a long history of good economic policies and that is something the United States needs, even if the Democratic Obama Administration have also made progress and secured more jobs after the Recession. Certain issues that is not feasible for people like me to be voting for him; that being strict and supporting harsher Death-Penalty and also making federal appeals against the cases about Death-Penalty, henceforth making it harder if a person is wrongly judged. He voted against the Kyoto Protocol on CO2 emissions so that  the U.S. Industry and Government in his mind was saying  that they don’t need to think about global emissions. What is positive is that he wants higher taxes for the wealthy and worker for making a stronger Medicaid, is opposed to ObamaCare, but have kind of built similar system in Ohio under the Medicaid flag. Therefore certain economic and social structures are good, but his conservative views and votes make him hard to like for a guy like me.

The Liberal Leftist that is a so-called Socialist – Bernie Sanders (Democrat)

He is different than other candidates as he is pro-labor unions and is not directly supported by PACs and Corporations. Differentiate on the stance he has in total as he is set in surface of Liberal Leftist. He is the only clear candidate who speaks about Climate Change and global warming, I am sure he was the Guy spoke about Ozone hole in the 1980s. He is against the idea of marginalization of voters as they should not stop the minorities from voting in elections.

His positive voting for history in my opinion: that he has voted against five favorable free-trade agreements with Latin American States, which would favor the American view instead of the value of labor rights in these countries. He has talked about stopping the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), he also wanted to end NAFTA, CAFTA PNTR to secure better labor rights and better regulations of the industry. Bernie has voted mostly against the reduced taxes for the riches in the Congress. On Tax Related Motions and Bills he has Voted NO 11 times. Some for the commoner other that is stop lesser taxation of the wealthy. Sanders have voted for ObamaCare and similar issues as the faith in government support for health care and not a private issue. Therefore he has also tried to stopping the Privatizing Social Security.

A Scenario if the candidates had their own Parties and what name they could have had:

So he is diverse candidate and shows the length and basic different between the candidates. They are not only from different parties, but the wings of the parties are so big, that these Presidential Candidates could have 4 different parties. You could have had a Far-Right Xenophobic Party under Donald Trump called the American Patriotic Party United (APPU) with the Slogans “America First” and “Make America Great Again”. The headquarter would be in the Trump Tower in New York to occupy some of the office space in the building. Then you have Hillary Clinton who could have run for the “Progressive” Party and Wall-Street Backed Party called Liberal-Democratic American Party (LADP). She is the Establishment so she wouldn’t need to go anywhere else, but if she would be running for something like LADP. The LAPD would be in Little Rock, Arkansas. Then there is the Conservative Christian Ted Cruz who would be under banner of TrusTED and the party of Christian Federal Republican Party (CFRP) and they’re headquarter would be in Austin, Texas. Then there is the Ohio Candidate John Kasich would run for the alternative Christian Conservative Party he is the establishment of Republican, so he would not need to run for another party, but that Party would be Christian’s People’s Party (CPP) and would have their Headquarter in Toledo, Ohio. The last Candidate but not least Bernie Sanders who is a social-economic policies and strong big-government that counters the Republicans and establishment Democratic Party right now; therefore the Party he will run for as a Presidential Candidate are the American Labor Party (ALP) under the “Feel the Bern”. The Headquarter will be in Montpelier in Vermont.

Back to Reality:

I know this became long, but the Election in the United States is long in that view it is fitting. But I will in my last remarks say how I hope and guess that it might go, but that is an outsider’s view of somebody who lives 1,000 miles away. This with the levels of fear, the levels of childishness, the levels of debates with unnecessary rhetoric and the certainty of a vocal ending before the Convention of the two parties.

What we on the outside is looking at is a failure of discussing policies and seemingly that the so-called greatest democracy who’s army has invaded the most countries since 1850 in world history. What they are doing is making democracy looking so foolish with their candidates that actually discussing their penis sizes and the beauty of their wives. This from a Nation that usually tells the world how to conduct their affairs and how important democratic values are, and if they are not democratic enough they have actually invaded them. So that the deficit of democratic values and stated through the progression of the primaries as the corporations, media and rules that disfranchise so many voters and citizens alike.

There are so many states that are forcing former felons’ from voting. This with strict laws that are making it worse for them and disfranchising them, also together with the regulations against ghost voters makes the registering the voters even harder in certain states. And this has to happen in short time span before the next election. This is also happening in states that are struggling economically and has disfranchised population that have been lagging behind and under the poverty line, either by the government structure. Historical factors like Up-East is the educated and industrial parts, and parts of mid-West where the Industry and Automobile industry have declined since 1980s. There are states like Mississippi, Louisiana and Michigan that a have high rates of unemployment. That in the end let them pick the men who is most fundamental or most anti-establishment, like Michigan picked Sanders and parts of the Southern States that are weak economic states picked Trump. It is hopeful that people pick Sanders as a straw of hope, but it is worrying that people who struggling economically pick the xenophobic Trump that is more nerve-racking.

We can see the how I have stated things and made some assumptions and I am righteous in doing so. I don’t expect people to also agree with me. As this is my view. This is my political view and understanding as an outsider. I could vomit on Michael Moore’s hat, but in return I wouldn’t know crap about American Government and the American society if he didn’t exist. Though the minor brief instances of Bill Clinton Sex Scandal and Bush Wars both father and son.  Also big gratitude to Bun B of UGK for his documentaries while following the Primaries. You Bun B have made political rallies interesting and continue your good work with both music and the rest!

We have followed the American Government and their actions. And I also question their foreign affairs and their reactions to fellow nations as they are still applying the moral judgement, while they still in my eyes have a flawed corporate system and self-censored media that are speaking the corporations and the political view of the corporations. They are not addressing directly the citizen’s values and needed access as the ratings and profit is more important than democratic values and free expression. The liberty is there as long as Morgan Stanley, Wall Mart and Verizon is earning cash. And that is not a sign that the American Democracy should show to the world as their guns and their funds are fueling war in the effort for American interest and the American Democratic values. Peace.
