Koch Brothers revelead through the ‘Freedom Partners’ a plan to repeal laws under the Trump Presidency!

In American politics there have in the recent years been families intervening with their Super-PACs and their lobbyist to get their legislation through both U.S. Congress and House of Representatives, as well making sure the Supreme Court are accepting it. Than you have this one industrial family, the Koch brothers David and Charles that has involved themselves in politics and engaged in donating campaign funds to dozens of Republican candidates over the years. These have in return delivered legislation that the Koch brothers industries have profited on.

The Super-PAC named “Freedom Partners” set in plan how the Trump Presidency could repeal and make sure the legislation of Obama administration get away. So the leniency and corporate freedoms get back as it was before. Since this legislation has hampered the ability to gain vast profits on destroying the planet and giving minimum salaries to their employees. Something industrialists like Koch brothers wants more off and not just behaviour from the Federal Government.

Therefore the newest document shows certain aspects of their wish-list of how a Trump Presidency should be:

“• Executive Actions and Proposed Regulations: President-elect Trump can unilaterally rescind any executive action signed by President Obama or proposed regulations that have yet to be finalized, including, but not limited to:

• Executive order establishing a task force on commercial advocacy
• Executive order putting a moratorium on new federal coal leases
• Presidential memorandum requiring new federal overtime rule promulgation
• Paris Climate Agreement requiring greenhouse gas emissions reductions
• Proposed Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) programs incidental to the Clean Power Plan
• Proposed Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) payday and vehicle title loan rules
• Proposed CFPB arbitration rules
• Regulations Finalized On or After June 13, 2016: Under the Congressional Review Act (CRA), Congress can avoid a Senate filibuster to repeal all regulations finalized during the last 60 legislative days, with June 13, 2016, being the cutoff date.

Congress should prioritize the following:

• Final Stream Protection Rule regarding coal mine permitting
• Bureau of Land Management (BLM) federal lands Methane Rule
• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS): 2017 and 2018 obligations
• EPA Greenhouse Gas Emissions Standards: Medium- and Heavy-Duty Engines and Vehicles” (Freedom Partners – ‘A ROADMAP TO REPEAL: REMOVING REGULATORY BARRIERS TO OPPORTUNITY’ – 05.01.2017).

That the Executive orders are coming in and making sure that the economic freedoms of corporations is extended and the limitations of former put legislation are repealed. So that the powerful and rich men which are the core base with core principals of the Trump Administration get their will. Therefore the Koch Brothers and their campaign through this Super-PAC are already achieved.

The like memorandum on the Fiduciary Duty that we’re signed in on the 3^rd February, which stated:

These here is simply put order where Trump is putting in place less legislation and regulation on banking sector where they trade financial instruments to costumers, the citizens and the ones beholden the retirement funds. These are now set in place in a way where the advice from bankers are put so they get legal advice they see fit for their situation and not for what the banks earn the most on each client. With the new legislation, the bankers can in general sell bad investment portfolios to costumers and gain massive fortunes on the bad investments. This is what the Koch Brothers wants to achieve through their PAC.

Than you have the other latest Executive order which state this:

(d) enable American companies to be competitive with foreign firms in domestic and foreign markets;

(e) advance American interests in international financial regulatory negotiations and meetings;

(f) make regulation efficient, effective, and appropriately tailored; and

(g) restore public accountability within Federal financial regulatory agencies and rationalize the Federal financial regulatory framework” (White House – ‘CORE PRINCIPLES FOR REGULATINGTHE UNITED STATES FINANCIAL SYSTEM’ – 3^rd February 2017).

This is where you see that the business oriented President Trump has put in place two different sort of orders, with the outcome of deregulating the financial industry, the ones trading and selling financial advice to their costumer’s, the other where they are focused of giving the financial decisions directly to the companies. Hereby giving the full power of all instruments to the financial industry and their corporations, that instead of regulating the financial and fiscal regulations that could stop the economy from cracking; with none or lose regulation could give the enterprises a free will that could led them to bubbles. First it would give enormous souring profits, but after the bubble burst the recession and cause massive loses to all citizens who invested in speculative business.

Koch brothers are surely having a wish-list that is starting to be achieved as even coal-legislation has been mentioned to be voted in the U.S. Congress. Therefore the plans of the Freedom Partners and the steps to repeal the regulations of Obama will cease to exist. This is certainly to vanish the print of legislation that we’re for common good and not only for corporate greed.

The Koch brothers with their plans are certainly set into plan or has least showed to the transitional team, as the legislation for certain aspects are put into action. So the plans to achieve their needed lesser legislation and lassies-faire economy are surely on their way. They have already started and the Freedom Partners PAC is effective. What the world should wonder about, what the PAC gave the Trump Administration since they are obliging them so magnificently. Secondly, what did the PAC to do the Republican Congressmen and Senators to gain their votes and get them to enact bills that they want to see?

We can question the power of the Koch Brother can be shown here, as the Republican have succumbed to the will of donors, instead of caring of the U.S. people wish to see. That can be seen as the legislation of late is friendlier of corporations than of the will of people. This will continue under businessman Trump and his running mates in cabinet. Trump Administration might deliver on more of this list of the Koch brothers. As they have started already. This can only indicate what the Trump administration will continue to strive towards as their ally and friendly future donor might want more legislation to pass or to be repealed to secure vast fortunes. This is another batch of the leaks happening from WikiLeaks from the PodestaFiles. There been days upon days with new leaks that has happen all through October. Been hard to follow it all and the intelligence you can gather from it in the end, would be how a political machine and election procedures are happening for career politicians like Hillary Clinton. There been some scalps and misgivings in the leak.

Today is a brief spell into the Clinton Foundation first, secondly will be little about the surrogates of Clinton, third on Policy, fourth is on E-Mail Scandal and last Media. These are well-known territory, but I will let the leaks speak for themselves.

I hope you find these leaks interesting, because they say a lot about the activity and acts of the Clinton Campaign, the relationship they have and how the Democratic Party works. We can see how they together with all Surrogates, Media and others are working. This is important together with internal reports on the payment structure in Clinton Foundation proves the legitimate claims of following old-stereotype payment of men over woman. That deserves to be scrutinized, maybe be another man than me. I am sure that Hannity looks into as we speak (joking). New Leaks proves the Cozy Relationship between Clinton and the Media Part III

There are now more evident that the Hillary Clinton Campaign has worked close with the media. As proven twice already on my page alone as the WikiLeaks continues to drop internal mails from Campaign Manager John Podesta. Even so the Trump Campaign is ailing so much these days that the Ailing Ailes has left the building. The Hillary Campaign can catch bugs like this and still fly-high. Says more about the completion than about Clinton and her team; this proves the extent of conspiracy and evident maladministration, that has extended to the cause of using any possible way to get good coverage in the media. Part of me say they didn’t need to do this as the Trump Campaign has been flawed and faltered because of Trump’s acts and words. Therefore the leaks of WikiLeaks, proves the problems with Clinton, but that is still small-fry compared to the king-pin of lies and malicious vicious corrupt activity Mr. Trump.

Opinion: Trump can promise roses, but that will still not be the truth!

There are these days when I wonder when people will see what I see, as I see a fraudster, a liar and charlatan who has used his name to trade on misfortune of American citizens, both in Businesses and now in Politics. Now he promises jobs and tighter borders, giant walls and more xenophobia and fear of the ones migrating to the American Nation. That is the state of affairs that Trump promises; while also glorifying himself as a Demi-God.

That is why he hates to be questioned and even mentioned in a sinister way, even if it is true. As he congratulates himself and believe that killing families creating genocide is the way of making sure the Syrian civil war will be settled. This from the man who imports all kind of crap in his own name, while saying that American business is screwed by the Chinese and Mexicans; as he himself is earning money on branded goods from the same destinations.

So the man who now chosen another controversial VP Mike Pence, the current Governor of Indiana, who has become famous for establishing very harsh regulation on births and rights for abortion in his state, while also in his one-time governorship he even created more controversy with regulating stronger LGBT rights and their freedoms in public spaces as toilets and such, which have already been under-fire in other states. So the man that carries the water and makes sure the hair is straight of Trump has some dark horses in his home-run. The ironic part is that GOP or Republican Party can finally have candidate in Indiana that might beat the Democratic Party nominee in coming election. That should been a consideration while vetting the man behind Trump, but he picks from his guts; not his wits!

Trump promise the most beautiful and wonderful piece of everything, depending on the crowd and the state, higher lowest-minimum wage or polices for trade. They are shallow words and proving the insecure man that he is. The vain and simplistic, as he still in July 2016, ever since running for over a year, still hasn’t released his Tax-Returns; because he doesn’t have the character to drop his true value or his pocket-change as the reveling truth would show that he is not as rich as he claims or narrowly near the billions that supposed be there. If that we’re so he wouldn’t need to beg Koch brothers or go on ferrying for donor funding instead of campaigning in swing-states!

The whole ordeal, the whole empty pledges the smearing and rubbish throwing against both opponents in own party and everybody else in general; while praising dictators like Gaddafi, Kim Yung-Un and Vladimir Putin; claiming that America Nation and Economics is in shambles, blaming media for being biased while speaking like Fox News anchor on steroids. He could be dancing over the Media’s, that have been banned from following the campaign trail; which means a dozen media-houses for writing what he would call spiteful articles or portrait on screen.

So for me as European it is weird that he is even considered, with his track-record and scams are getting away from becoming a Nominee in General Party towards a General Election, while he has the balls to pick a VP that is Midwestern prototype of himself, just more clean and speaks the ordinary coded political language, instead of the bashing guts without any common knowledge the Donald!

But this is just my two-cents and I have described the man before, as Paul Manafort who got Corey Lewandowski fired and traded space to speak astonishingly about the efforts of Trump. Manafort is the key player in the Campaign Team behind Trump, he must know it’s a fools race right now and therefore taking his bet behind a narcissist who has no quarrels except for his own gains. So the real political place of the man is like balancing a donut over a tornado. The one day he might be Pro Trade-Zones and the next day lenient taxes instead to gain business.

So the pledges and promises are as shallow of the character of Trump, the fake and weak-tea that he offers shouldn’t be taken for the gold-covered label he uses on his company and walls of his Twinkie-Tower in the Rotten Apple. We can surely know that the America that we heard about as kids is gone, like wave it will come and go apparently. The land of liberty and equality must been torn to pieces to accept the candidature of a man of this stature. The land of tolerance and melting-pot must be drowned in redneck bashing KKK nonsense, instead of the Boondocks cartoons and Dave Chappell skits. This must be the reality as ‘Friends’ and ‘Seinfeld’ has stopped making more sitcom episodes, instead some other random crap made by Netflix and HBO.

So the world cannot be same… as the world is seeing the ability and possibility for a candidate like Trump, for a man with the world-view and rhetoric being capable of thrashing both seasoned and ambitions politicians with loyalties inside the Grand Old Party (GOP). Certainly the roses he promises are more old sour croutons instead. Peace.

All of that shouldn’t be surprised, but the juiciest part of it we’re the pages where the DNC had built around the GOP most likely nominee Donald Trump. Certain things been said before, but I will take the pieces that are the best from this, of other people do the same; than it is because the systematic and also not news anymore, as the Trump doesn’t care about what he really says or pledges; as they are all just in the moment flashes of his humanity, that the most important is that he is the centre of attention. Here it was all in his own words, showing that his bluntness and loose mouth is not to be controlled, there we’re more things in the over 200 pages report, most a well-known and been addressed in the media. As the media who has undressed the Presidential Nominee have all has been revoked from the Campaign trail as Buzzfeed, Gawker, Huffington Post, Washington Post and so on have all been banned from the Donald. His thin skin can’t accept that he scanned thorough as a Presidential Candidate, he expect to be in glory as he is Fox News.

We can also see how little knowledge (Donald Trump has) and (his) understanding of the Syrian crisis, I will not say I have much understanding, as there are Kurdish forces, ISIS, Bashir Government Forces and other guerrillas together with loyalties to Turkey, Iran, Russia, EU-USA and so on. So that I would be more cautious as the steps and understanding of the conflict in Syria, are very complicated and would be cautious to describe the defining forces between who is who; and who is responsible for what and who are the legitimate force for change or stability of the country of Syria, as I am not sure and wouldn’t be as aggressive and ignorant as Donald Trump.

The other parts show how easy he can fire people and go bankrupt in the end also be in charge for other people losing their job, so he could save his skin and such. Together with his business savviness as the index fund investment could have earned as much as he claims to be worth. Though the claim is hard to address as he still haven’t delivered any IRS Tax Returns, so we can’t scrutinise his economy and business. There no real proof or registered fortune of the man. We can therefore question the validation of the values his current business and personal wealth. Since we have no grounds or legal documents, other than his bragging papers dropped in 2015, right after his start of his Presidential Campaign in the GOP Primaries.

With all of this in mind, the document said something and put the man in perspective, but not as much news, the others are the systematic proof of how his words and his ply in public, as he has no records as a legislator, member of Parliament or in the Senate, therefore he can only be seen as the man talking to Talk-Show hosts and radio-shows as he have always enjoyed the lime-light. Opinion: Why I don’t like Donald Trump or “Domhnall Iain” as I explain why I hope the Americans elect somebody else.

I know many people would be more diplomatic, I will not because of his attitude and unpolished behaviour of little spoiled brat instead of serious politician. The Donald is a mess of man, the tanned gleeful asshole who has no heart or soul to speak off. He attacks anybody and only close to people when they are useful and if they start to dwindle he leave you be. Loyalty is only important as long as he can earn on it.

Trumps family that have roots on the island of Lewis on the coast of Scotland, where many have nicknamed him “Domhnall Iain”, which isn’t given to honour the man, instead to mark disgust with him. He can swallow spit and attack as much has he wants, we in Europe, except for the Ultra-Nationalist and the Right-Wing xenophobic politicians and supporters enjoy watching the madness called Trump.

That is because a man like Trump is living on fear, which the economic prosperity of United States is in tatters, even if the figures are saying otherwise. Since the downturned is stabilized, even if isn’t resurrection of old-industry like automobile in Detroit or Flint in Michigan state. There is more stable and the percentage is more stable since the house-bubble, but saying that is like fairy-tale for the Republicans. Well, Trump knows all about being saved in the midst of debt, that why he prides himself being a “King of Debt”, that because of the failures of Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts Inc , Trump Shuttle, GoTrump.com, Trump University, Trump Vodka, Trump Magazine, Trump World Magazine, Trump Steaks, The Trump Network and Trump Mortgage Company LLC. All of these well planned companies was run to the ground; reason why the name is more important than the product, since he earns more on license his name than delivering anything worth a buck.

When you comes with lies upon lies, when you claim to be such a splendid businessman, but have such amount of failed businesses. You have then the opportunity to question his savvy on it, even if the Trump Organization have a dozen businesses under it and have buildings to its name. That does not save his face, his face that lies more then it speaks the truth.

What I dislike is not how he flip-flops, even if he worse than well-seasoned politicians, flip-flopping is natural in politics. It’s the lies and claims the believing in conspiracy and acting like he can do wrong, but somebody does the same he blast them. He was attacking John McCain for being taken hostage in war, while he we’re partying the hell of out of his money. He speaks of balls, but never had the balls himself to go into the army or to war to serve his country. Still, he has the arrogance and diligence to address them like wankers! He should be more subtle, but that isn’t in his character, because he isn’t wise enough or has enough tact.

He can deceive and sell the soul of the Republican Party that has wished for his candidacy for so long that they didn’t even know it. The racist, xenophobia and the hatred for everything that does not fit the Christian Conservative values that are key parts of the RNC; they wanted a man who wasn’t cold blooded politician, who was gun-loving and free-speaking son of bitch. Though wished that he wasn’t married three times and coming with New York values. And also have the history buying the Democratic votes to fix his buildings.

Trump is a man who I despise, because of what he really stand for and how he is defended. When people says he isn’t really racist… I am just looking and wondering, why didn’t he ask to get longer away from the former KKK Grand-Wizard and why is he so connected to White Supremacist? Why does his rally throw out people of colour and not allowing them in? Why does he blame inner-city youth and talks of America Great Again! But never says when America was great? Or how he really thinks it is going to be great, yet again.

Trump is a rich man who has allowed to be bloated, nobody ask him real questions and never touched in an interview, as they want the ratings of having his orange-skinned ass in the studio or on the phone. He acts so chauvinist and male dominated as he attacks Hillary, while he claims she does the same things. Actually his campaigns becomes more and more like her with Super-PACs, RNC funding and billion stimulus package, that will also cover the borrowed money for the Trump primary elections in the GOP. So he is now pocketed like all the rest he supposed to be different from… the long list of nonsense is staggering.

It’s not like I can discuss his policies since he can negotiate his tax reform, his migration reform though not allowing Muslims, Mexicans and other emigrants… if they had done that about 50 years or 70 years ago, United States of America might never see Trump; Can Marty McFly go back in time and fix that?  While he has policies to open Fracking, Coal Production and Oil drilling even in fragile areas. He is for it as long as there is possible money to be made by doing so. He will deal with everybody, if not he will kill their kids and families, as then he will silence terrorist and control better than the current leaders. Because that is healthy foreign policy, while pushing on bills on NATO and also questioning other partners or allies of US. That means that Iceland can expect that the Americans leave their nation and also that AFCON in Germany will be slimmed down, as the American First is putting a Bomber on JFK and bombing the crap out of Syria and Iraq. Second because Putin the friend of Trump will need his planes and his goodwill in the near future.

The rest of his values can be negotiated or decided by the states as long as doesn’t need to write Executive-Orders from the White House. That is because he plans to play golf like George W. Bush, somebody he looked up too, until his favourable ratings went down like many of his former businesses. He is only using people and the ones that will become loyal men the rest can scatter for the winds, because they are liars, crooks or even worse dishonest people. Well, who is this Trump character to judge other, aye?

At some point he used illegal Polish “Brigade” workers to build his Trump Tower, in the midst of workers strike; he used his ties to mob-bosses who by some strange coincidence supplied the dry-cement to build it also used mob-technic to silence the strike around the Tower; so the building could be built in time. So as long as Trump earns money on his ties with gangsters; he will use it, but if they are gangster from Mexico, who doesn’t serve him; then he want to send them packing over the border, Aghast, the irony right?

With all this in mind, with all the grand knowledge of how he operates, how can people still support and look up to this man. Trump at some point jumped on Mitt Romney for delivering his IRS Tax Returns late when he was the GOP Presidential Nominee. If I remember correctly it was in January 2012 Trump asked for Romney to deliver his Tax Returns and he did it late in the Election Cycle, therefore it got screened carefully, as they wanted to see what he didn’t wanted the world to see. Now that Donald Trump is himself the Nominee of the RNC, he still hasn’t delivered it and soon going to the Republican Convention. Like a gold-fish he forgets how he attacked other politicians and now does the same, just worse because he have tarnished others for the same actions. That implies that he have no moral accord.

Just as he have put honour on the name of the North Korean dictator Kim Jung-Un, just as he wants a close friendship with Putin and wants to kill families of terrorist. The way he back in the day worked with gangsters to build his Ivory tower named Trump Tower in New York. He is still accepted by the Republic Party and the honourable men, of Christian Conservative of America. That is worrying how little they care for honesty and legacy of those who are supposed to be conservative and Christians in the United States, that they will be behind a man that are strikingly not living up to their values; instead using it like a Con-Man to get their support. Another reason why I despise him, since the only sincere value he has in his body is that he loves his own name and his own voice on any TV-Network at any given time.

He is like a Political Kardashian, he is famous for being famous, he used once back in the day to actually build something. Back in the day  he run lots of businesses to ground, he still have lots of business and property, many bought in the estate collapse of the 1970s through the networks of his father, bribed politicians and famous Italian gangsters in New York. This is the man the Republican National Committee, the Grand Old Party (GOP) which actually fits the hand in the glove. The Glove is Trump that covers the whole RNC/GOP while he is fisting the message of nothing to the American public. Because his words is just negotiations or maverick tricks of deception; he doesn’t care about values or honesty; he cares about his own position or serving the American Nation, the United States.

And that people put their trust in him is just blatant ignorance or factors of malfunctioning electoral procedure in the United States and their two major parties. Therefore men like him could all of sudden rise like weak phoenix from the ashes and act as saviour, while the real men see him as baboon with no honour. He might have some money, not as much money as he claims to have, if had that than he would have showed the through rough estimated value of his businesses. That he doesn’t have the character or bravery to even do, even he speaks like a macho-man, instead he ends up looking a weak-man who attacks everybody else, instead of saying what he really will do or how it will be under his leadership. Even his Campaign Manager Corey Lewandowski is usually blaming the Obama-Government, the RNC-Organization or even Clinton, instead of saying how Trump really will act in power; because he doesn’t know himself.

What is ironic that he claims that Clinton isn’t qualified, she might not been perfect in her role as Minister under Obama, she still have been in the Senate and knows how Capitol Hill works. That is more than Trump ever will know, as he doesn’t know what kind of Departments that exists. So Trump shouldn’t speak of qualifications, she might be wrong with E-Mails as Secretary of State, well, was it was correct to hire and work with Mob-bosses Trump? Both cases are in the past, one recent, the other older, but the one doesn’t counter the other.

So with all this in mind, as this is a rant for a tired European, who wishes not to see this Reality Kardashian Politician to get into office, as that should be for somebody with character, with a little subtlety and also moral authority; all of which Trump is differing from, I am not for Clinton either… if you think so, you are wrong as her husband will always be remembered for me, as his executive order to bomb an Aspirin factory in Sudan in 1998. That is the beauty of remembering stuff. That’s why my leaf is for Bernie Sanders he is the only honest candidate and man who can carry his history, even the ones where he standing on the wrong side in Congress, that is because he have actual arguments that within reason can understand. Not that he have coined on his name or his state, instead been a honest politician. Something that is rare, like a wildflower in the midst of a bush.

Donald J. Trump, you are not presidential, never will be presidential, you cannot turn yourself presidential or act presidential. Because you don’t own humility or character to pull it off, you have to make water to wine and even build your own presidential head on the Mount Rushmore, and still you wouldn’t be it. You can call other phony, you can call other men and woman dishonest, but you shouldn’t; because you haven’t really been that truthful yourself, aye?
