Cambridge Analytica and SCL filed for bankruptcy, but all digital fingerprint leads to Emerdata!

On the 17^th May 2018, the companies of Strategic Communication Laboratories (SCL) USA, Cambridge Analytica Commercial LLC, Cambridge Analytica Political LLC & Anaxi Solutions Inc. This was announced on the 2^nd May 2018, when there was also news that people behind this corporations had started a new company named Emerdata Limited. So even as they filed for bankruptcy on the 17^th May 2018, the same operates are just moving and rebranding themselves.

The SCL USA says it had less assets, than 50,000 US Dollars and had between 50-99 creditors. By the filing of bankruptcy, the lawyer or attorney was compensated by Emerdata. So, it is easy to say that the familiar faces of Robert Mercer continues under the new umbrella company. It is even shown in the paperwork.

All of these companies filed the Chapter 7, bankruptcy filing, all of them. So, it is well-planned scheme. The Cambridge Analytica had about valued assets from around 100,000 US Dollars to 500,000 US Dollars. Therefore, it doesn’t seem like they had much of direct value, if they haven’t already moved all the assets of these companies to Emerdata, since the leadership and partners has already been appointed there. The liabilities of the company went between 1 million US Dollars to 10 million US Dollars.

The US Companies was all filed bankrupt in the US on the 17^th May 2018, as the ones in United Kingdom on the 2^nd May 2018. The board who resolved the matter was Robert Mercer and Rebekah Mercer, also Jennifer Mercer. Also, as with SCL USA, the payments of the attorney happen through the Emerdata Limited. So if you don’t see the pattern that the Mercers have put forward. You are not seeing it.

They are preparing the same operation with the Emerdata, just switching names and hoping that no-one notice the difference. Since the investigations into Cambridge Analytica in the European Union and United Kingdom has manifested the bad practices of these companies.

This will not be last day of this. CA and SCL are maybe history, but the people behind it. Still gearing up their electoral tools and machinery for the next one. They are making themselves ready for the next one whose needs to their services, where they don’t care about privacy laws or neither about breaching of public trust. That is as long as the Mercers and others their will to manipulate the electorate and the citizens where they operate. That is what these data companies does, and do with perfection. Peace.

Opinion: Why is PM May deliberately stupid?

Today on the 13^th May 2018, Prime Minister Theresa May wrote an article on Facebook called: ‘Trust me, I’ll take back control — but I’ll need your help’. This is an article on her defense on her and her parties stance on Brexit, as it is supposed to address the lacking framework for the negotiations with the European Union, as the United Kingdom is withdrawing their membership. However, she must think the electorate of United Kingdom are a bunch of fools.

Since she wrote first this: “We will leave the Single Market because staying in the Single Market means continued free movement of people, but we will maintain the strongest possible trading partnership with our European neighbours and create new trade deals around the world ensuring that we seize the opportunities to build an economy that works for everyone”. Than to continue the hogwash, she wrote this: “And we will leave the Customs Union so we can establish our own independent trade policy and negotiate trade deals in our interests. I have proposed different options for a new customs arrangement with the EU and the government will continue to develop them during the negotiations”. Later, the final nail in coffin of nonsense, she wrote this: “This means there can be no hard border between Northern Ireland and Ireland, or between Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK. We will uphold the Belfast Agreement in full – and we will ensure the constitutional and economic integrity of the whole United Kingdom. Second, any agreements must create as little friction as possible for trade to protect the jobs that rely on speedy and integrated supply chains. These are a valued part of our economy, particularly for our manufacturing regions”.

So the takeout of this masterpiece of nonsense, was that the United Kingdom with the Tories at the helm, will leave the Single Market and the Customs Union, while trying to get friction-less trade. I hate to say it, but that will be impossible. As the standards for trading with the EU isn’t like that and they will not configure the whole system to fit the hands of May. She might think she is the wisest of them all and the Princess all of Europe looks up-too. However, she and Her Majesty’s Government have to follow guidelines. That is within reason of everyone else and all the other member states of the Union.

If the UK leaves the Single Market and Customs Union with the EU, they will be a significant less important trading-partner by default. They will have to have a hard-border, tariffs and check-points of delivery of the product in and between the British isles. I know that the Tories will say this is not true, but if making themselves a Third-Party State to the European Union, means the trading agreements will be as hectic as they are for Zimbabwe or any other random partner trading with the EU. It will be friction, there will be tariffs and will be checks of goods. The borders and movement of funds will be costly, as the third-party nation will not have advances and securities directly with the EU. That is why the standards and the tariffs are there. Because the EU will secure trading directly with other partners and within the Union. The ones who has already signed-off to be part of the Single-Market and its business model.

Theresa May should understand that with the disconnect from both entities within the EU, there will not be possible of a stop of goods and services. The trading agreements with the EU might help, but that will be new negotiations and also suspend possible trading that exists today. Because the EU cannot have similar standards as today with a Third Party State.

That is why I think May is deliberately stupid, as she should know better. She thinks she can mix sewage and water in the same pipes, not thinking someone will catch cholera. But that is what she does. She promise golden roads to heaven, but she should have idea what the proposals really means. As an outsider, I can say that I think, she is acting like a fool, and she takes the British for a ride. Unless, that is what the Kingdom likes to played around like pawns, while the Tories play power games with them. Because that is how it seems. As the deadline for withdrawal is there… getting closer and the Tories are looking more depleted, than anyone should think was possible. Peace.

Brexit: The PMQ Today shows obvious signs that PM May doesn’t know what sort of deal she wants!

The Prime Minister Questions in the House of Commons this Wednesday 9^th May 2018, proves a certain thing. That the Conservative Party and their coalition is not prepared or has any signs of where they are heading with the Brexit Negotiations. It is hectic mess of own dodgy unstable government, which is marred with internal conflict and egos. That all want their slices of the pot, but is not considering the implications of their actions. How can I say that, well, let me take the significant answer from PM Theresa May today, which show it all!

“We are leaving the customs union. What we are doing is ensuring that we deliver customs arrangements but leave the customs union, ensure no hard border between Northern Ireland and Ireland, as frictionless trade with the EU as possible, and an independent trade policy. What would Labour give us? It wants to go into a customs union with the European Union, with no say over trade policy and with Brussels negotiating trade deals in its interests, not our own. The Labour manifesto said that it wanted to strike trade deals, but now it has gone back on that policy. Typical Labour—letting Britain down once again” (Theresa May, 09.05.2018).

It is like she is dreaming, its like she doesn’t know how the European Union operates or how negotiations work. As she is thinking she can get the specialized agreement with “non” or “soft-border” in Ireland/Northern Ireland, however, still having hard borders towards the rest of the Union. Where they will not be delivering to the protocol of trade or movement. Because that is the main issue of the Brexiteers. That is not how the world works or how the EU would accept. Because if you have soft-border one place, you have soft-border all around the island.

When I hear the PM speak, has she heard from the EU:

“The European Union is giving the U.K. a take-it-or-leave-it offer over customs union membership. Remaining in the regime must be on the EU’s terms, the conditions won’t change, and it would mean Britain having no independent trade policy, Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier warned. “We can’t change our rules; our rules will remain the same,” Barnier told a business conference in Sofia on Thursday. “When you’re in a customs union for goods, like Turkey for example, you become part of a common trade policy — you don’t have autonomy anymore.” (Okov, Slav & Wishart, Ian – ‘EU Won’t Adapt Customs Union Rules to Suit Britain, Barnier Says’ 26.04.2018, Bloomberg).

So clearly, the mark has been missed. The Tories has no idea about this trade-deals and the movement, as the EU will be hard-lining the rules and regulations that all the member-states has put together. That is why the Tories are walking towards becoming a third-party state to the EU and will meet the same demands that has. Seemingly, the Brexiteers are thinking of how that will be. Its like the British is forgetting that to get into the marketplace, you have to follow the standards of that one. You can try to make your own, but that takes time. And the time is not the side of the UK right now. They have less time, they have squandered the time and now the clock is ticking.

Therefore, I have hard to believing the PM understand or has underestimated the consequences, maybe because it doesn’t hit home. It everyone else, just like the sorry misfortune of the Windrush generation, this sort of diplomatic and foreign affairs doesn’t directly hit the PM and her party. That is why it doesn’t cost to botch it or to misuse the precious time to get it fixed.

We know she did repeat herself later while answering a question put by Matt Western:

“As I said earlier, there are two options for delivering on the objectives that we have set. We will leave the customs union, we want to ensure that there is no hard border between Northern Ireland and Ireland, we want to ensure that there is as frictionless trade as possible between the UK and the EU, and we want to ensure that we can have an independent trade policy. I say to the hon. Gentleman that what is not credible is a Labour party policy that wants us to be in a customs union, giving all the power for negotiating our trade deals to Brussels, with no say whatsoever for the UK” (Theresa May, 09.05.2018).

Therefore, the Brexiteers are still leaving the Kingdom into problematic shores, as they are cannot count on the paradigm shift or what the Tories really want. It is obvious with the talk and answers, that the UK Government, don’t know or doesn’t understand the implications it will bring. Like they are naive and thinking they can get it exactly how they want and without any costs. That is not how these sort of things play out. However, then again, it is done by David Davis and Boris Johnson, so I am sure road to oblivion sounds better than Hackney. Peace.

Opinion: Cambridge Analytica is bankrupt, but don’t believe the hype – The ugly baby got a new name!

Well, if there ever was someone, who used their profits and riches to rig modern-day elections, it would be the tech billionaire Robert Mercer. He is behind the Strategic Communication Laboratories (SCL), who had the Cambridge Analytica as their daughter Company, whose been involved in election all around the globe. Taking personal data from the social media, making campaigns and manipulated news-cycles. These companies has used Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and Mainstream Media to hit the public and done it with perfection.

Now today, Cambridge Analytica announced this: “Earlier today, SCL Elections Ltd., as well as certain of its and Cambridge Analytica LLC’s U.K. affiliates (collectively, the “Company” or “Cambridge Analytica”) filed applications to commence insolvency proceedings in the U.K. The Company is immediately ceasing all operations and the boards have applied to appoint insolvency practitioners Crowe Clark Whitehill LLP to act as the independent administrator for Cambridge Analytica. Additionally, parallel bankruptcy proceedings will soon be commenced on behalf of Cambridge Analytica LLC and certain of the Company’s U.S. affiliates in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York” (Cambridge Analytica, 02.05.2018).

So the official company is down, however, the men in background has hit the ground running. They have no plan to back-down, they are just leaving one trademark and company name behind and creating another one. Because while the scrutiny, the leaks and the truth about the shady involvement in the elections from Cambridge Analytica has appeared, they have incorporated since 11 August 2017, a new Company named Emerdata Limited.

Emerdata Limited appointed Alexander Nix as the director on the 23^rd January 2018, so that he got suspended in March 2018, didn’t matter to much. Because he extended his work within the Mercer network. Other familiar faces which is directors within the company is Julian Wheatland, Rebekah Mercer, Jennifer Mercer, Cheng Peng, and Dr. Alexander Taylor. All of these has been part of Cambridge Analytica. All of these previous leaders from the other company that went bankrupt today, has been moved here within February and March. Therefore, a careful soul knows that this has been in the making. To think otherwise, it is to underestimate the ones that already has done what it could to manipulate and change the paradigms of elections world over.

Just like Cambridge Analytica had other smaller arms of inner-works companies, the Emerdata Limited, has also a small company underneath that is called Firecrest Technologies Limited, a company incorporated by Alexander Nix on the 7^th March 2018. Therefore, just as he was stepping down, he already had to running businesses within the Mercer family again. How convenient right?

What is even better, just like the Brexit Campaigns with BeLeave and Vote Leave was in same offices right? Well, the new companies within the Mercer family is both incorporated and have the same address. They have the same offices and the same people, they are based on the magical sphere of: Pkf Littlejohn 1 Westferry Circus, Canary Wharf, London, England, E14 4HD. That cannot just be a mere coincidence, unless your naive. They already pulled of the same stunts within the campaigns of Brexit and now they are trying to do it again.

So don’t believe the hype, the ugly baby of Mercer got a new name and new package, just trying to spike up the next election with more Arm & Hammer. Expected to get the juice. Peace.

Brexit: Possible breaches of Campaign Laws for the ‘Vote Leave’ and ‘BeLeave’ within the Cambridge Analytica sphere!

On the 13^th April, the British Parliament published their Legal Opinion on the ‘Vote Leave’ or Brexit Campaigns that was connected to the Cambridge Analytica, Aggregate IQ Data Services Ltd (AIQ) and others. This is was a specific plan that was hired to secure the well-funded campaigns and strategies to get the result they wanted. This companies was hired by all parties that matters in the wish to leave the European Union (EU). This was the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP), United Kingdom Independent Party (UKIP) and even the Conservative Party (Tories). All of them has paid for services within these companies. Therefore, the investigation will reveal how they operated.

The Cambridge Analytica and AIQ was sophisticated measures of forcing their messages to the public. Where even the consultants wasn’t working separately from each other. What is also seen is these campaign officials are now part of the advisers of the Prime Minister, these being Stephen Parkinson and Cleo Watson, who both has prominent roles within the Downing Street. What is striking is how these officials was part of the ‘Vote Leave’, while the separate campaign ‘BeLeave’ run from the same offices wasn’t stopped. If this wasn’t done misuse power and also manpower, what isn’t?

So this mismatch of organization, combined with the setting, shows how they we’re not truthful of the information and the spreading of information within the structure. Neither, was the collections of personal information and the analyzes used to hit the regions that could be swayed for the Brexit. This was specialized tactics and also moving in ways that was not following British Campaign laws.

You know that is all operated together with a flinch of evidence, it couldn’t be more blatant:

When your sharing the same cloud space online and the same shared drive, even the emails, there is no question of how you move and how you work. You wouldn’t have shared interests and shared intelligence, if your having all digital content combined. All content was connected and therefore, they knew of each other. Therefore, they could massage the messages and use their techniques to strike the public together.

The Opinion is showing how the campaign crossed the lines of donation and personal spending, also practices of mismanagement on purpose to secure the Vote Leave didn’t earn more funds after law, therefore helping Be Leave Campaign, even as it was run from the same offices with different British Nationals running them. That Vote Leave raised more funds than the £7,000,000 pounds spend on the campaign.

We know it is serious, when the Committee of the Parliament wants more investigation into it and refers it all to the Crown Prosecution Service. Where they want all parties involved possibly prosecuted for their electoral malpractice.

That these sort of activities needs to be looked into, as we know Cambridge Analytica misused personal information from Facebook, breached privacy laws to be able to engineer results and messages for parties within the United Kingdom. They has also now worked together and made sure the BeLeave and Vote Leave misused provisions within the Electoral Law. Clearly, the UK and their parties are not as clean and democratic as they want to be.

This sort of practices and use of power within the electorate is a warning sign. How international companies and tech-companies are getting involved in digital marketing and in targeting the electorate. If the ones fighting for the EU Referendum and for the leaving the Union did this. What did the bigger parties, than the Tories and Labour? What sort of connections and digital fingerprint did they have?

This are people who are close to Theresa May at Downing Street, the stretch from power is very short. It’s like when David Cameroon hired the advisers directly from media, as the May has followed suit, but more modern than hiring from newspapers and Murdoch companies. Therefore, the ones who was part of this, should worry for their positions within the close inner-circle of the Prime Minister. This sort of legal opinion should hit the Tories hard and the PM especially. Since the ones who is advising her, was in the midst of the shady operations done by AIQ & Cambridge Analytica, as well as the BeLeave and Vote Leave circles.

Opinion: There is a need for a investigation in the acts of Cambridge Analytica in Kenya!

It is weird, it is strange, but also very clear why President Uhuru Kenyatta, why Deputy President William Ruto and all of the political elite, and the Jubilee Party don’t want to touch the affiliate Cambridge Analytica. As the world is grasping with the toils and the states are asking for subpoena information and oral evidence from Cambridge Analytica and Facebook. The Kenyan Government are walking around like nothing happen. Not like the lightning stroke down in 2013 and 2017, but just letting it go like spilled milk.

While other governments are looking into the madness, into the big-date breaches, where the Cambridge Analytica used their manpower and expertise to take private information from users of Facebook. Use that to target and make messages fitting the campaigns that hired them. This they did in Kenya, we got no idea to what extent, but clearly they have done their thing. Even the CEO has been proud about their activity. As the Kenyan government has hired the company and used their services.

There has been known that the company had connection with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), even as far the Commission own server was directly tapped by the government. While the Jubilee Party also used the affiliate Harris Media also to spread the messages and campaign agenda made by the Company, everything was elaborate and made to make sure the President got his way in the media. Even media companies was paid to make ready-made, microwaved articles to serve the public. Like dishes fitting the paradigm of the state. This isn’t just hearsay, it was the real deal. The Githeri Media was boosted and paid through the ranks of the Company. Cambridge was involved in everything, even wrote the speeches and notes that Kenyatta brought to the public. Clearly, the President Strategic Communication Unit (PSCU) was working directly with the Company making sure their stories was set straight.

This was done with precision and with full fury, they did it knowingly and misused their trust. This wasn’t just campaigning, but rigging with the mercy of American Company registered in the United Kingdom. With ICT Managers and hackers who took information and boosted the ruling regime. If this isn’t a massive theft, than nothing is. That the Cambridge Analytica would make sure and facilitate it this way. Shows how the company and their string-men are working to get their client fixed in position. That is maybe why US Ambassador Bob Godec has been such a loyal man to Kenyatta. Where he has worked for the benefit of the President and not for democratic values. They are not needed, when the President are spending on American Companies and using their products to extend his agenda. Even if that meaning rigging and a hostile takeover of the state.

If this isn’t investigated, if the ones behind the theft, the ones who has stolen a republic. The ones who has used manipulation, rigging and propaganda to benefit one man and his cronies. If that isn’t sorted out, the reality of it all will never matter. That Kenyatta got everything served, paid the Westerners a fortune and secured his victory, it was already Pyrrhic on 26^th October 2017, but now it is a blatant lie. Manufactured election with a tin-soldier running the show.

This isn’t fun and games, this is a killing, a kill of democracy and a kill of institution and a death-stroke to believe how the citizens been used to targets themselves in a ploy to reinstate their client. It is without mercy, without justice and without consent. It is just mere facade and forgery. Nothing else, its the worst sort of realization.

It deserves to investigated, by Scotland Yard, by someone from the outside to do it properly, a foreign investigation unit, who works independently and can take all evidence and affidavits. To unleash the truth, reveal the madness and not only the open air implications that are there. Put it in system, collect more than the leaks, but actually get the whole truth and than indict the ones culprits behind it all. Peace.

Opinion: Cambridge Analytica and Facebook – Time to connect the dots!

It’s time to wake-up and smell the coffee. It is time to kick-back and not be fooled by the mess. It has been a vindictive and outrage breach of trust between the social media company called Facebook, the Mark Zuckerberg has earned massive profits on speculative ads and destruction of democracy. While he has let political weaponized attempts of our digital imprints on his page taken by the Strategic Communication Laboratories and the infamous Cambridge Analytica. That has done shady business all around the globe, on every continent and has imprinted their campaigns of malice to the public.

The distorted view that this is fine and dandy, that a multi-millionaire, a guy Cenk Ugur ones said printed money. Robert Mercer, the millionaire backing President Trump and such, who has his stooges in around him too. That this guy’s ethical backbone, has been shown to world and what sort of affair it is. Clearly, they have misused and illegally collected personal information, I doubt only in United States, but all around the globe. As well, as Facebook has been paid to alter likes of pages, posts and whatnot from all the major political parties. All to create social media merit to the ones ruling the world.

Therefore, this all a collective scheme, where the data-breaches, where the personal information and the collected effort has undermined our system. Because we have trusted Zuckerberg, but also unknowingly let him trade away our social-media interactions to a third-party, which haven’t been sanctioned for their use of that. They have at the same time, used this information to hit key areas in elections, states and also ethnic groups, as well as the same backers has had PR campaigns, written speeches and made a whole package to secure the elections in certain republics.

In Kenya, the Cambridge Analytica, that has breached the data collection activity in the United States, could surely, done the same there. As they could have taken it, messed around it with it and then played the cards to secure the president. The company has even the server of the Electoral Commission (Independent Boundaries and Electoral Commission). Therefore, they got all the tools to alter the narrative and the results in the favour of their contractor Kenyatta and the Jubilee Party.

The same can be seen with the DUP who both paid Facebook, but also paid Cambridge Analytica, even parts of the Brexit referendum campaign funds has gone to this. Therefore, they have used shady tricks and used malicious breaches of public trust, to build campaigns fitting the public.

This isn’t only a USA thing, even if this is shattering the gates of power, as they are involved, the ones close to the Trump Campaign, even the one time Campaign Manager Stephen Bannon was involved in the company in question, therefore, who knows what sort of data he has used for his methods and his help to get Trump elected. As well, as the leaks has proven the company even used honey traps to black-mail politicians and was proud of this. This isn’t campaigning, but is reality a special sort of scandal, where the mighty knights and their misuse of trust has been breached.

This isn’t just about social media, this is how it has been used and how the politicians, their benefactors and their donors has used to boost their campaigns, how they have hired in consultants that has taken private information, sorted it in brackets and made sure they could use it take advantage of the political climate. Make sure they had the right slogans, the right message and right PR. That they could use the social media to spin the news cycle and make sure the people got hooked. All of this in attempt to secure their client, the Presidents and President-Elect. The ones they was working for, using the details from the big-data, breach the networks and secure the foundation of a campaign. Where the people are running around like sheep providing all the details and the reconfiguring it and they spilling the beans. That has been done, time and time again, also that if it is possible. They have even made sure of the counting, the rigging of the ballots. So their client get elected through their circus, it doesn’t have to be legitimate, but they are playing shadow state through their computers and servers. Playing second fiddle, but being the king-maker nevertheless.

That shows the dire need for investigations, for suspending these sort of activities, stopping Facebook for delivering this information, if not get people to deactivate and kill of their profiles. So Cambridge Analytica cannot use their information for political campaigning, so they cannot steal the big-data and juice up either Trump or Kenyatta. This for profits, this for personal gain and we now know, that the innocence of Facebook is gone and the image CA had was false.

Cambridge Analytica was a hit-factory, they made hits online and in real life, made campaigns and prepared the whole package, they could even make the candidates and they could be empty shell of a person, they don’t even need a thinking mind. That is proven, that is worrying and the empty suits boosted by collecting social media without knowledge, is proving to a serious breach, a serious attack on the trust and can collectively destroy our trust in companies involved. We as consumers should move elsewhere, but where. Who else has a platform that works, that is what we have to find and make sure it is not used by third-parties to weaponized our digital imprint online. Peace.
