Russian Probe: If your innocent why pardoning the team?

President Donald J. Trump granted 15 individuals pardons yesterday. This is a clemency from Federal Prosecution and crimes. However, the President doesn’t have powers to circumvent state prosecution or investigations into people. Therefore, the limit is still there.

There is speculation about how these pardons was done… but most likely he traded the cards with several of donors and gave way to some, as they are his team and he doesn’t want them to rat him out after his time in office.

However, when your pardoning people like George Papadopoulos and Alexander Van Der Zwaan. These are not the most prolific people in the Trump Campaign Team of 2016. These was implicated in the collusion with Russia. The supposed “hoax” the President that has called it. Dismissed the Special Counsel Robert Mueller and the whole investigation. Where the President have blocked all witnesses and Congress investigation into it. They have made it impossible to dig into the truth.

These two was part of the Trump Team and they lied, they obstructed justice and the Trump Campaign even said their works was unimportant at one time. I remember Papadopoulos was called a “coffee boy” and a man serving coffee shouldn’t need a pardon. He should instead get some cream to make the coffee tolerable for more people.

So, if these people was innocent. Then they wouldn’t need to get pardoned, but appeal their cases and get it thrown out of courts. Just like all the election petitions in 2020. The Trump Campaign only shows that the US is broken system. Where the crooks can work together and if one of them get into office. The man in-charge can bail them out of the legal jeopardy they got into.

That these two are getting off the hook. Just shows what Trump intends to do. He has already helped his long term ally Roger Stone. There will be others who gets the help of the President. Especially now in the final days of his reign. This man will give clemency to the ones who was loyal to him. We can expect others being picked out and getting pardons. This being Paul Manafort or several others who was indicted. The man has already saved Gen. Michael Flynn. So, there is no reason for him to not save the whole gang.

What we can learn from this? Well, that foreign interference and working with foreigners in an election is cool if your Republican and Trump. However, the GOP and Trump Stans will die on this hill. We cannot expect anything else by people who eating the words of Newsmax, OAN and Fox News. Even Qanon is their voices of reason and that is Cult45 all over it. These folks will not care that the American Republic is traded for gold and licenses deals by their dear leader. No, they are following Trump blindly. So, that he worked with Russia to win is fine. The ones who are against communists and the reds, but can get help from Moscow. The ironies are so enriching from the outside.

Presidency of Trump has achieved a lot. There is a lot of damages to cover and fix for the administration. That the Department of Justice have been weaponized and therefore the up-coming investigations needs to be partisan and independent. There is a need see it and what to expect.

Trump clearly is a crony capitalist and a man who easily get corrupted. That is why he needs others to cover-up for him. Trump needs his allies, especially after he lost all his leverage of office. The Donald needs his former team to be on his side. As there are investigations into him and his businesses. He will be in court and these cases will be moved further. His executive privilege will be history. Therefore, he doesn’t need Papadopoulos and Van Der Zwaan has to be on his side. So, they will not tell more on him or expose him more. The man cannot afford that. Well, the man isn’t paying taxes. So, there is not that much he really can afford. The man has everything to loose and that’s why his few allies are bailed out and getting clemency. Though by doing that. He shows that the Trump Campaign was far from innocent. Because, if they needed pardons then they weren’t innocent at all. Peace.

Opinion: Is a blow-job more of a constitutional crisis, than actual foreign interference?

I know that the one time the world was following an impeachment of an American President, live and in living-colour was back in the 1990s. Those was the days of Kool-Aid and a Presidential Affair turned into a Constitutional Crisis. This because the Republican Senators and Representatives took their shot at the Democratic Party President William J. Clinton.

They started impeachment inquiry in December 1998 over his affair in the oval office with a White House Intern Monica Lewinsky. By the end of February 2019, the whole case got acquitted, even after strong intentions and will from both Ken Starr and others to get rid Clinton. Still, it didn’t work.

Today in 2019 were seeing a move in this way today’s lucky bastard, Donald J. Trump, whose character and actions can be put into question. As his will to use Russian help, coordinated efforts and the investigation of over 2 years have shown. Still, the Congress is hell-bent on not acting upon it.

So, by this definition, in the 1990s a blow-job by an intern is more dire, than actually a foreign intervention and direct corrupt behaviour of present day government. Surely, in hindsight, people will say they would have supported the impeachment of Trump. But right now, the gravy-train, the slow train of reform isn’t there. It wasn’t as needed, as the strike and the fury of the acts of Clinton.

Sure, it was bad. He destroyed nearly his marriage to Hillary. He showed a lack of character and that he could misuse his power to get a happy ending. Well, the current day President has gotten a lot more and done a lot more in return. The President haven’t tried to stop a possible intervention in the up-coming elections in 2020. Neither has he tried to make the sanctions nor react to all the intelligence shown, that the Russians did interfere the previous election for the benefit of Trump.

Also, the obvious case of obstruction of justice, the ill-behaviour and the misuse of office. There is enough deeds to put this White House and this Administration under question. Clearly a long bucket list of foreign affairs and donations, sudden strikes of corporate deals done and to top-it off, the pay-to-play acts done by Trumps. Surely shows that the Tea-Pot Dome Scandal was only a fluke, but a daily occurrence in this government.

That is why the Congress, the House of Representatives should start an Impeachment Inquiry, where they will put the President under subpoena and by a grand jury to investigate the possible misdeeds of the President, as the Congress can do.

A CRS Report of 2005 states this: The focus of the impeachment inquiry is to determine whether the person involved has engaged in treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. If the House Committee on the Judiciary, by majority vote, determines that grounds for impeachment exist, a resolution impeaching the individual in question and setting forth specific allegations of misconduct, in one or more articles of impeachment, will be reported to the full House” (CRS Report for Congress – ‘An Overview of the Impeachment Process’ 20.04.2005).

This is clear on the memo. As the Congress and House Committee of the Judiciary and the House Representatives can start an inquiry and start an investigation into the President. To see if there is evidence of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. Just like in the past when they checked the blow-jobs of Clinton. In today’s world, the House of Representatives has to see if they can find clear evidence and in the collected reports of Special Counsel Robert Mueller; if there is anything that is criminal. This can be done by them. As there been plenty on the Trump Team and Campaign staff, which have been implicated in the probe and even sentenced ever since. This is why, with the knowledge of this and the secrecy, not only the release of all the volumes of the report. Plus the trying to deflect it all and overshadow the evidence collected. There is surely more to shed a light on, an underworld the President doesn’t want the public to know. Just like his hidden tax-returns, which is more secret than the golden showers in Moscow.

Alas, there is a need to start the proceedings, that is if a blow-job in the oval office is more critical to the state, than foreign interference from the Kremlin. Peace.

Opinion: After the resignation of Sessions suddenly worried about Special Counsel Mueller’s Investigation!

Today, came yet another blow to the Department of Justice, as the President Donald J. Trump got his wish. He got rid of Attorney General Jeff Sessions. Even if that is victory for something, that one of the unfavorable West Wing goons left the White House. Still, there are lingering problems on the horizon, that cannot be escaped at first.

First the successor, which seems not to be the Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who is the man in-charge of the Special Counsel Robert Mueller and the man who gave him the opportunity to investigate in the first place. The successor, unless he or she recuses themselves, could interfere in funding and in collection of evidence gathering. Yet another level of tampering with the investigation.

Just like the President has done with firing Federal Bureau of Investigation Director James Coomey, United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York Preet Bharara and so on. The massive amounts of firing and tampering of evidence is a clear message from the President. He has long pushed the Attorney General Sessions. And today, the day after the Midterms, he unleash another salvo against the state.

There is nothing normal about this presidency, as there are several of the Trump Campaign Team of 2016, who has started to work together with Special Counsel, as they have pleaded guilty and gotten a plea agreement. Others has already started to serve time. There are Michael Flynn, Alexander Van Der Zwaan, George Papadopolous, Michael Cohen, Rick Gates, Samuel Patten, and Paul Manafort. That is just in the near sphere of the President.

This is not following the leads, as there been talks of grand jury of Roger Stone. Other wondering, when they are appearing to met with the Mueller. As there family members, as there Russian indicted and other people connected who is part of the case.

Therefore, with the knowledge from all these people, who have all been in close range of the President and within his sphere. There are a lot of evidence and gathering of intelligence, that could build a strong case against anyone. As the Special Counsel are collecting and building a case against the big-fish. That is why he has accepted plea agreements and going up the food-chain.

That is why today’s action is a sad one. That AG Sessions resigned or fired. Is a worrying sign, if the Republicans care, they would warn this and ensure the investigation continues. Nevertheless, but they have been spineless in actions towards the President. While we have to wait and see what this will do to Rod Rosenstein and his office as the Deputy. If the President dares to fire him, who resides over the Investigation.

Today, is not a good sign of the further implicated investigation, who is still going. As the President are trying to spite fear and also acts more reckless. Peace.
