U.S.: AG Sessions and DHS Secretary Kelly letter argues for the ‘Muslim Ban’ (06.03.2017)

World Bank Group President Calls for Urgent Action on Hunger Crisis (08.03.2017)

WASHINGTON, March 8, 2017—World Bank Group President Jim Yong Kim today issued the following statement on the devastating levels of food insecurity in sub-Saharan Africa and Yemen:

“Famine is a stain on our collective conscience. Millions of lives are at risk and more will die if we do not act quickly and decisively.

We at the World Bank Group stand in solidarity with the people now threatened by famine. We are mobilizing an immediate response for Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria, Somalia, South Sudan, and Yemen. Our first priority is to work with partners to make sure that families have access to food and water. We are working toward a financial package of more than $1.6 billion to build social protection systems, strengthen community resilience, and maintain service delivery to the most vulnerable. This includes existing operations of over $870 million that will help communities threatened by famine. I am also working with our Board of Directors to secure the approval of new operations amounting to $770 million, funded substantially through IDA’s Crisis Response Window.

The World Bank Group will help respond to the immediate needs of the current famine, but we must recognize that famine will have lasting impacts on people’s health, ability to learn, and earn a living. So we will also continue to work with communities to reclaim their livelihoods and build resilience to future shocks.

We are coordinating closely with the UN and other partners in all areas of our response. We know that resolution to this acute crisis will not be possible without all humanitarian and development actors working together. We call on the international community to respond robustly and quickly to the UN global appeal for resources for the famine.

To prevent crises in the future, we must invest in addressing the root causes and drivers of fragility today and help countries build institutional and societal resilience.”

Background

A famine means that a significant part of the population has no access to basic food, suffers from severe malnutrition, and death from hunger reaches unprecedented levels. Children under five are disproportionately affected. A famine can affect the well-being of a whole generation. Famine was officially declared on February 20 in South Sudan, impacting approximately 100,000 people, and there is a credible risk of other famines in Yemen, Northeast Nigeria, and other countries. Ongoing conflicts and civil insecurity are further intensifying the food insecurity of millions of people across the region, and there is already widespread displacement and other cross-border spillovers. For instance, food insecurity in Somalia and famine in South Sudan are accelerating the flow of refugees into Ethiopia and Uganda. The UN estimates that about 20 million people in Nigeria, South Sudan, Somalia and Yemen are on the “tipping point” of famine. Drought conditions also extend to Uganda and parts of Tanzania. The last famine was declared in 2011 in Somalia during which 260,000 people died.

Trump’s renewed ‘Muslim ban’ or Executive Order with more paranoia against Muslim Nations!

“If a cricketer, for instance, suddenly decided to go into a school and batter a lot of people to death with a cricket bat, which he could do very easily, I mean, are you going to ban cricket bats?”
Philip, Duke of Edinburgh

The paranoid and afraid old man in the United States, President Donald J. Trump without evidence or without proof of honest judgement on the matter, has again signed a new Executive Order extending the Muslim ban from 27th January 2017. That is because Mr. Trump cannot help himself as he is afraid either in his Twinkie Tower in Manhattan or at Mar-A-Lago in Miami or Los Angeles. Therefore, the afraid-little man has to have this power to make sure the United States is safe from possible radical people, like the Ku Klux Klan and other ones, wait they are already there!

“Per the Executive Order, foreign nationals from Sudan, Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia, and Yemen, who are outside the United States and who did not have a valid visa at 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on January 27, 2017, and do not have a valid visa on the effective date of this order are not eligible to enter the United States while the temporary suspension remains in effect. Thus any individual who had a valid visa either on January 27, 2017 (prior to 5:00 PM) or holds a valid visa on the effective date of the Executive Order is not barred from entry” (White House, Q&A, 2017).

Take a look:

“Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.” (White House, 2017).

“Under these authorities, I determined that, for a brief period of 90 days, while existing screening and vetting procedures were under review, the entry into the United States of certain aliens from the seven identified countries — each afflicted by terrorism in a manner that compromised the ability of the United States to rely on normal decision-making procedures about travel to the United States — would be detrimental to the interests of the United States. Nonetheless, I permitted the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Homeland Security to grant case-by-case waivers when they determined that it was in the national interest to do so” (White House, 2017).

It continues from where the 27th January order left off:

“In light of the conditions in these six countries, until the assessment of current screening and vetting procedures required by section 2 of this order is completed, the risk of erroneously permitting entry of a national of one of these countries who intends to commit terrorist acts or otherwise harm the national security of the United States is unacceptably high. Accordingly, while that assessment is ongoing, I am imposing a temporary pause on the entry of nations from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen, subject to categorical exceptions and case-by-case waivers, as described in section 3 of this order” (White House, 2017).

So even has the Department of Homeland Affairs (DHS) did in their intelligence brighten the nonsense of the Trump administration on the alleged terrorist threat, the Trump people couldn’t hold the trigger and had to rewrite the order to fit legal paradigm that they didn’t before, there a month of work has ended in this one, that continues further the expelling of foreign nationals and unexplained handpicked nations to show the ignorant President his extent of racism to the world at large. President Trump can be the proudest ignorant executive the world has seen in decades!

The other difference than before, there provisions for the ones who had already legal rights and had a past in the United States, that means that Mo Farah and other who is also Somali international finally can travel back home. Therefore, there is an amendment who continues, but with more legal force so that the legal battles will be less this time around.

Also the Memorandum given by the President continues the fear of strangers:

“Enhanced Vetting Protocols and Procedures for Visas and Other Immigration Benefits. The Secretary of State and the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Attorney General, shall, as permitted by law, implement protocols and procedures as soon as practicable that in their judgment will enhance the screening and vetting of applications for visas and all other immigration benefits, so as to increase the safety and security of the American people” (White House, 2017).

These is fitting to the Executive Order so the foreigners are having issues when entering as the nations and civilians who seeks refugees will be questioned, as the United States will be more and more unfriendly with the refugees and people wishing to migrate to the American Republic.

“Sec. 3. Enforcement of All Laws for Entry into the United States. I direct the Secretary of State, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the heads of all other relevant executive departments and agencies (as identified by the Secretary of Homeland Security) to rigorously enforce all existing grounds of inadmissibility and to ensure subsequent compliance with related laws after admission. The heads of all relevant executive departments and agencies shall issue new rules, regulations, or guidance (collectively, rules), as appropriate, to enforce laws relating to such grounds of inadmissibility and subsequent compliance. To the extent that the Secretary of Homeland Security issues such new rules, the heads of all other relevant executive departments and agencies shall, as necessary and appropriate, issue new rules that conform to them. Such new rules shall supersede any previous rules to the extent of any conflict” (White House, 2017).

This is just some of the factors as there have been released on why the 6 nations was picked out and the reasons for the Trump Administration to single these nations out:

“How were the six countries designated in the Executive Order selected?

The six countries, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen, had already been identified as presenting concerns about terrorism and travel to the United States. Specifically, the suspension applies to countries referred to in, or designated under—except Iraq—section 217(a)(12) of the INA, 8 U.S.C. § 1187(a)(12). In that provision Congress restricted use of the Visa Waiver Program by dual nationals of, and aliens recently present in, (A) Syria and Iraq, (B) any country designated by the Secretary of State as a state sponsor of terrorism (currently Iran, Syria, and Sudan), and (C) any other country designated as a country of concern by the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Director of National Intelligence. In 2016, the former Secretary of Homeland Security designated Libya, Somalia, and Yemen as additional countries of concern regarding aliens recently present in those countries” (White House, Q&A, 2017).

Just to make sure the intent of the Executive Order is understood and what the President himself believes that this ensures or even his Bannonesque clique believes it does:

The U.S. Government must ensure that those entering this country will not harm the American people after entering, and that they do not bear malicious intent toward the United States and its people. The Executive Order, together with the Presidential Memorandum, protects the United States from countries compromised by terrorism and ensures a more rigorous vetting process. This Executive Order ensures that we have a functional immigration system that safeguards our national security” (White House, Fact Sheet, 2017).

So there you have it, the important bricks and pieces of the Muslim Ban and the newly renewed 27th January Executive Order, that has gotten new words to sufficiently get less problems in Courts and amendment it, so it was signed into decree or order today. President Trump must really, really fear these people as they are all intending to bomb his Twinkie Tower and not buy Ivanka’s jewellery; therefore, they cannot be trusted since there was one guy from Yemen and two persons from another country who did something bad on the American soil. Therefore, the Republic has to secure from all of them, because one guy from Yemen did something bad, the same with the rest of these nations that was banned in January 2017. The Trump Administration doesn’t need facts, just Bannonesque fiction to spell out their vomit to the world.

So expect more nonsense, more people suing the Trump Administration and also the criticism will not die down as the proof of not listening to DHS is evident with this one. The Intelligence report on the 27th January Executive Order we’re not concerned, as Trump and his people continued to push on their bogeyman-paradigm. Peace.

Opinion: President Trump might have the most eloquent speech yesterday, still his acts is what worries me!

trump-abc

It does not matter if he has the most perfect and most suited address of internal American matters or international yesterday in the Congress. That do not affect me B. Since his Executive Orders, Internal Memo’s and all the other tools that he uses to inflict harm and destroy humanity is that concerns a fellow brother like me.

I does not matter to me if he learned a few new words, spoke with his heart and blurred out some common sense yesterday. Since the lack of respect for intelligence and the lack of understanding of the reactions to his own actions are massive. The reason for the concern is the way he can easily pick something out of context and spread it like a disease.

President Trump, your Executive Orders and Presidential Memorandum is the ones that brings fear to me. The insulting ways of not caring what the experts in fields are saying and your lack of grasping the mentality of being the man-in-charge. The title is easy to carry, but to achieve something with honour and grace seems far-fetched at this point. Therefore, we are at crossroads, the crossing has already appeared and your methods are in use.

I cannot look out say since you said something beautiful yesterday and hopeful. Believe that tomorrow you will act like a man, who respect the constitution, international order and be civil. Since your ways is not like that and seems strange if that really would happen. You have an imagination and self-drive that is out of proportion. The sense of justification for your assaults on others is because you are always the victim, even when you strike first. Which is insulting to the rest of us seeing the whole ordeal and hearing it by all cable-TV.

So that you believe in yourself that you can as a PR stunt in a first Presidential Address take away the inflicted pain and suffrage you have already caused, that is not possible. There is a long way, but your immigration rules, the way you have been fixing the ICE agents procedures and attack on anyone questioning your reasons. Does not rule high in my book of proverbs. More likely shows the lack of morals and the lack of integrity a man of Presidential stature is supposed to have.

President Trump and his administration do not care about the effects as long as the rich multi-national companies earns fortunes, if you spill oil in rivers, frack the Midwest like a Swiss Cheese or even put trade-embargoes on Mexico and Canada, who cares as long as Goldman Sachs or any other big financial organizations earns huge profits. The pain of the ordinary person is not important. Therefore if 20 million Americans lose their health insurance is not that important, but what is important is that they pay for their coverage and get rid of the ones that should not have the ability to covered anyway. That is a true American spirit and wishful society, where the wealthy get yachts and hotels, while the poor has decide if they can by McDonalds burger or medication for their daughter. What a wonderful picture of the new America First.

Certainly, Trump must be so brave to take away the help to the poorest, the ones in need so he can spend fortunes upon fortunes on ammunition, guns and hi-tech military equipment, that is how nations is built. Out of the ashes of war and despair comes the grand fortunes of corruption and multi-million progress salvage pack bought and greased by American business. A favourable package for Trump and financial market friends.

Therefore, the words and speech of hope or whatnot yesterday does not matter to me. Because I cannot believe it or think that, it is true. Since his Executive Orders is to free-market policies or to give way to deport, detain or stop immigration at a scale in modern history that cause havoc. Together with the current political climate and the scales of internal conflict, it does not serve the United States, neither the world.

You can in theory claim that a potato is not a potato, still when you look at it and touch it. You know deep in your heart it is a potato and your mind remembers how a potato feels in your hand. Even if Trump now speaks of peace, promise of better day and of another to make America First. Trust me; I do not trust him, not a single bit. That is because of his acts and the way he does not give in. That is why he has in the past always taken things to court and appealed until the others have given in to a settlement instead of what they was entitle to get in the first place. Trump have manoeuvred that way in the past. So why should the old man change now?

chunk_2806

I will not be shocked if read soon more disturbing Executive Orders where the Immigrants and their access to American soil is a danger to all of society, a cost and burden on all sort of employment. Therefore, I do not trust the man. Since his time as President the efforts to humans who flee wars for safe haven has been shut, the deportation with ICE agent has escalated and the reality of the economic is already starting to be shaped. A nice little speech is not changing my perspective on the man. Unless, the man retracts the Executive Orders, stops the internal memos and just stop with rhetoric of his. However, the old man will not do that, since it is not his way.

So please, do not tell me there is new Trump. Glean and Clean Trump does not exist and is not real. It fake like his tan. If there were a new Trump, it would have the changed and begged sorry to some of the people he really has offended. That is not him. We all know that my now and we know that he will not do anything about that. Unless, Bannon or one of the other wise guys at the White House says so.

Well, enough of the nonsense? Not yet! We have so many more days of this administration. Therefore, there will be more of this and this gravy train of ignorance and blatant disregard of decency will not decay, more it will sprite up some more juice and call it soup. Peace.

Trump’s Executive order on the ‘Muslim Ban’ countered by the newly produced DHS Intelligence Report!

trump-executive-order-signing

There is now a new Department of Homeland Security report that assesses the “Muslim Ban” that we’re put in place 27th January 2017. So the own state agency is putting the numbers down and show who ridiculous this Executive Order from President Donald J. Trump and his Alt-Right government. That the Bannon Inspired law and his fear of foreigners seem abysmal now, if the Trump administration cared about facts. Which I will show how little the United States has to fear, if they should impose some stronger laws it should be on their own citizens and the own native-born individuals, as they are more likely to act. This report states that there have been 82 individuals who have posed terrorist threats by all the indicators that Department of Justice and Department of State has delivered of late. Therefore when you have had 82 individuals, as imposed on 7 countries was sanction in the Executive Order. Of these there are significant few individuals who have created or possessed a threat to proud American republic. Take a look!

Scope Note: This paper was prepared at the request of the DHS Acting under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis. It assess the international terrorist threat to the United States and worldwide by citizens in Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen. Citizens of these seven countries were impacted by Section 3 of Executive Order (E.O.) 13769 “Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States”. The Assessment relies on unclassified information from Department of Justice press releases on terrorism- related convictions and terrorist attack perpetrators killed in the act, Department of State visa statistics, the 2016 Worldwide Threat Assessment of the US Intelligence Community, and the Department of State Country Reports on Terrorism 2015. This paper does not assess the threat of domestic reform” (DHS, 2017).

“DHS 1&A assess that country of citizenship is unlikely to be reliable indicator of potential terrorist activity. Since the beginning of the Syrian conflict in March 2011, at least 82 primarily US-based individuals, who died in pursuit of or were convicted of any terrorism-related federal offence inspired by foreign terrorist organization, according to a DHS study of Department of Justice press release on convictions and terrorist attack perpetrators killed in the act. Of the 82 individuals we identified, slightly more than half were native-born in the United States citizens” (DHS, 2017).

Total individuals:

“Top seven origin countries of the foreign-based individuals are: Pakistan (5), Somalia (3), and Bangladesh, Cuba, Ethiopia, Iraq and Uzbekistan (2)” (…) “of the seven countries impacted by the E.O. 13769 that are not listed above, Iran, Sudan, and Yemen had 1 each, and there were no individuals from Syria” (DHS, 2017).

Simple math:

3+2+1+1+1 = 8 individuals, as I will explain it there is three fellow humans from Somalia, 2 other humans from Iraq, one single individual from these countries of Iran, Sudan and Yemen. Therefore the total amount of individuals who is concerned from the banned entry countries is 8 (eight). That of 82 individuals, as even the report states is that slightly more than half are native-born. Which means more than 41 individuals was a United States citizen, which means if by numbers, they should channel certain credit to their own state system and their own handle of American born citizens, instead of blaming Yemen, Iran and Sudan.

There are real issues, but the Trump Administration is not fixing the issue with doing this and banning entry from these nations, than Pakistan and other nations should also been part of this. Still, one of the nations that the United States even has on the list hasn’t had any terrorist threat to the American republic; that is from the Syrian Republic’s fleeing citizens from internal civil-war. Therefore the United States current government shows more belief in bias, than in ethical and truthful numbers.

So the Trump Administration has to continue to deflect the media and their reporting, because their own agencies and department are collecting information that is equally assessed by serious civil servants working for the common good and not just for a biased idea that Trump got on InfoWars, Fox News or by Breitbart. Therefore this intelligence report shows the lacking configuration and need for this sort of order. This will not create less of terrorism, unless the United States actually does something with their native-born terrorist, but that means harder guns-laws and stricter regulations on arms. With that in mind the National Rifle Association (NRA) support of Trump and his candidacy show’s that isn’t in the mind of this administration. Therefore, there will come more U.S. native-born lone-gun men who kills innocent in the United States for either themselves as a cause or a soldier for a foreign terrorist organization.

You should also wonder with the reactions this has created, that banning Iran is because of one fellow individual, just as they do as well with Yemen and Sudan. So three persons are the reason for the whole republics are not allowed to enter into the United States under Trump, so if one of the sons or daughters of Trump breaks the law abroad, means that United Arab Emirates, Vietnam or Botswana all of sudden banned all United States Citizens from entering because Donald Trump Junior tried to smuggle ivory from Botswana. Therefore if this scenario was true, than all the US Citizens are now banned from entering the African state. That is an example of the nonsense that the U.S. government under Trump administration is in charge of!  This is the precise wording and meaning behind this sort of law and executive order of Trump.

Peace.

Mogadishu Declaration on Regional Cooperation on the Current Drought (22.02.2017)

East-Africa

Mogadishu – Wednesday, 22 February 2016The following joint declaration was made in Mogadishu by H.E. Ismaïl Omar Guelleh, President of the Republic of Djibouti, H.E. Hailemariam Desalegn, Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, H.E. Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya, and H.E. Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed, President of the Federal Republic of Somalia.

1. We have come together as the heads of government of four countries in a region facing significant stress as a result of the current drought. Multiple seasons of failed rains and global weather patterns have, yet again, negatively affected the resilience mechanisms of millions of our people. This is evident in the immediate humanitarian crisis facing us today and will show up in longer term socio-economic vulnerability in communities that today are selling all their assets and uprooting their families for survival.

2. This situation, which may worsen in Somalia and result in a renewed famine over the coming months, could also have security and political implications in our region and beyond, as coping mechanisms are eroded and tensions over dwindling resources risks sparking conflict. Scores of people are moving both within countries and across borders in the hope of increasing their chances of survival. This upheaval is taking a particularly heavy toll on children and women, and makes people vulnerable to exploitation, human rights abuses and to criminal and terrorist networks. Drought-related disease outbreaks and inter-communal conflict are already on the rise.

3. While each of our governments is mobilising to respond, the dire situation calls for international collaboration and regional partnership between governments, civil society, aid organisations, business and international donors.

4. We commit ourselves to regional cooperation to facilitate a more comprehensive response and strong partnership.

5. We commit to strengthening our cross-border collaboration and our efforts to establish security and stability in Somalia to ensure an effective response to the drought and to enable further progress in peace building and state building in Somalia. We further commit to the provision of appropriate protection and assistance to those compelled to leave their areas of origin as a consequence of the drought, including those who have fled to neighbouring countries.

6. We will be consulting on a regular basis to review progress on these issues, and to agree upon any necessary collective action that will help our countries and region respond to this emergency. Furthermore, we have instructed our respective foreign ministers and drought response teams to work together and keep us briefed.

7. In the longer term, we commit to working together bilaterally and through existing regional bodies such as IGAD, the African Union as well as the United Nations to address the underlying structural issues that commonly affect our economies, environments and communities, including cross-border rangeland and water resource management.

Opinion: Besigye doesn’t need dialogue with Museveni!

Besigye 23.02.2016 Kasangati

Dr. Kizza Besigye and the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) do not need to have dialogue or negotiation with the National Resistance Movement (NRM) or the President himself. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni needs more the dialogue than the FDC and their party needs it. It is the NRM government and NRM regime who needs legitimacy and needs funds. That is proven with Civil Society Budget Advocacy Group (CSBAG) who proves with the 16 trillion shillings funds the for the 2017/2018 budget of the 30 trillion shillings needed. With this in mind there is certainly that the NRM needs more international support to fix missing funds.

That Museveni would need Besigye now a year after the General Election of 2016 shows how dire the situation is, the added debt and the troubling waters on the giant infrastructure projects, as much as the missing funds for the salaries or the other financial expenses that are occurring for the government. So the proof of issues is growing as the direct budget support has dwindled down as well as the elite and the cronies still expect to be fed by the regime.

Besigye has still a forged treason case, as much as Rwenzururu king Charles Wesley Mumbere has as well. The FDC headquarters was attacked and a crime-scene as the FDC Youth and FDC P10 was attacked as the defiance campaign was even banned by the Deputy Court Justice Stephen Kavuma. As well, the Police Force under IGP Kale Kayihura monitored and followed the leadership of FDC like they we’re criminal. There were many detained and house-arrested, there was more people hurt and hospitalized by state security organization. Also, the many inflicted and detained without warrants or court order shows the impunity of the state towards the FDC.

So after this impunity, after the illegal house-arrest of Besigye and the others who has been taken into prison without any justice served, why should the FDC try to sell their soul to the Movement? That is waste of time and waste of energy, it would be like the men who traded their political lives in Nairobi talks: “The NRA and the government signed a peace and power sharing agreement in Nairobi, the Kenyan capital Dec. 17 that called for an immediate cease-fire, the freezing of all troop movements and a half share of the ruling Military Council for the NRA” (…) “The provisions of the accord were largely ignored and both sides used the lull in the fighting to reposition and resupply their forces. The guerrillas claimed the military committed widespread human rights abuses after the accord was signed” (Charles Mitchell – ‘The National Resistance Army of rebel leader Yoweri Museveni…’ 26.01.1986 link: http://www.upi.com/Archives/1986/01/26/The-National-Resistance-Army-of-rebel-leader-Yoweri-Museveni/5549507099600/ ). So the agreement done by NRA in December 1985 wasn’t a big deal, so that Museveni could do a final sting and coup to gain power, which he has never left.

A negotiation with Museveni would only enforce his rule and his longevity in power nothing else. Besigye would not be offered anything substantial; his part in the matter would end in little or nothing. FDC would get the stick, but not get the price. Just like they wouldn’t feel a difference between now and then since the price of going into partnership would benefit Museveni. The Movement would get beneficiary funding and regard internationally since FDC has a higher standing abroad than Museveni.

M7 Guards Inaguration 2016

Museveni is well-known now because of his 7 terms and his position of executive since 1986. The reality of this that a negotiation or dialogue with Museveni at this stage is redundant, unless the President all of sudden turns his own self sideways. That he would go back on all his empty promises and all of his glory. Certainly Museveni could do so, but he knows that he has too many people on his consciences to leave it all behind. The President has eaten too much of the state coffers and cannot leave the bank-accounts behind. The family is too connected and has all the leverage in the state. The movement is built around him and if he fails than the party does as well.

The Movement and Museveni would not co-sign their powers or the authority, not after the rigging and the massive misuse of the state funds, therefore the lacking funds for the current budget. Museveni knows that his loyal friends abroad will not give in to his ways anymore, therefore hoping to play other cards. Use his political brain to suck other donors in. That while waiting for more oil-monies and also trade of other with making the UPDF to mercenary army in Equatorial Guinea or South Sudan if needed. This is because they need to get fresh funding for the State House, which hasn’t paid their payment-arrears to the owners of the Okello House!

So Besigye doesn’t need Museveni at this point, he needs his party and the loyalty of his supporters. That is more than Museveni has who needs to pay for loyalty and to secure funding for the movement itself. Therefore the jobs and funds to come steady, there is always more mouths to feed and more people to silence with brown envelopes. So Museveni needs foreign support and foreign aid as the Uganda Revenue Authority has just enough regulations and taxes to bring in funds that scrape the surface, but not fill the state coffers.

So again I say and I stand by it, Museveni is the only one earning political capital on negotiations and dialogue, nothing is really to be earned by the FDC or Besigye. So with this in mind, Museveni will only gain and Besigye will only lose on it. If you know you would lose, why give way to somebody who comes to take it all and deplete it all? Peace.
