Opinion: Not surprised Hon. Kutesa is implicated in an FBI bribing case; He is one of the untouchable in the Kitchen Cabinet!

Well, when the news broke that the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) of the United States of America, actually had a case implicating a “Ugandan Scheme” involving Honourable Sam Kahamba Kutesa, the current Minister of Foreign Affairs and previous President of the United Nations General Assembly. So clearly, even with all of these titles it is not enough for the brother-in-law to the President Museveni. As he wants more funds and more money without any consideration of the implications behind it.

The recent developments shouldn’t shock anyone. Kutesa has been in the rear-view of the corruption for decades, sometimes riding on a red-light for long, you wonder when the car was about crash into something. He has been walking on the edge and proves again to use his title and status, to again bribe and soliciting money without have proper guidelines behind it. So that the “investor” actually corrupted to get better deals in Uganda. It happen within 2016, but Kutesa has done similar within the energy and oil industry in 2012 and it goes beyond that too. Therefore, the breaking news this week, is that the U.S. Court are implicating Kutesa. Not that Kutesa is corrupt, that is open non-secret for the ones following Ugandan politics. Therefore, Kutesa or Kuteesa himself are part of an untouchable group of people, that has even been reflected upon in the past. Just take a look at the information, that fits the paradigm of what the FBI is investigating these days.

Allegedly, there is an established cartel of untouchable individuals whose business is the president and who use his name to seek business opportunities for their gratification while at the same time seeking to perpetuate the regime that provides them with the opportunity to enrich themselves. A list that includes some of the president’s relatives and close friends would include, Sam Kuteesa, Salim Saleh, Odrek Rwabwogo (who is married to one of the president’s daughters), Moses Byaruhanga (who is married to a relative of the first lady), Bob Kabonero (the proprietor of Kampala casino), Haji Habib Kagimu (a business man and close friend to President Qadaffi), Noble Mayonbo, Jim Muhwezi and a few others. These people practically decide what to do, and then the president calls in the ministers to sign. These people constitute part of the group that is commonly referred to as the kitchen cabinet. It could actually be possible to do a power mapping in Uganda that identifies the power brokers in the country. (Interview with the Director for Economic Affairs at ISO, Mr. Cheeye, October 2005)” (Amundsen, 2006).

ENHAS Part I:

For example, Museveni refused to take action against Sam Kutesa who had been accused in a parliamentary report, of using his position to defraud Uganda Airlines Corporation. The President said the evidence against Kutesa was not conclusive. However, many people attributed Museveni’s defense of Kutesa to their joint family connections. Kutesa’s wife is a sister to the First Lady, and Museveni’s eldest son, Muhoozi Keinerugaba, is expected to marry Kutesa’s daughter. (Keinerugaba was, until recently, the manager of his uncle Salim Saleh’s business empire). The damning parliamentary report on privatisation was released in December last year while a meeting of European donors was taking place in Kampala. The public expected Museveni to take tough action against the ministers and other government officials implicated, if only to demonstrate to the donors that he was serious about fighting corruption. Instead, he told the donors that those shouting about corruption were «malicious and opportunistic,» trying to settle personal scores or gain political advancement. The censure motion against Kutesa is expected to be tabled shortly. Museveni is quick to enumerate the various institutions set up under his government to deal with corruption, including the inspectorate of government, the Public Accounts Committee, the vice-president’s office, and the Ministry of Ethics and Integrity” (Kirungi, 1999).

ENHAS Part II:

Muhwezi’s counterpart and Minister of State for Finance in charge of Privatization, Kutesa, was charged with overseeing the divestiture of the cargo-handling operation of the Uganda Airlines Corporation (UAC). UAC had a 50 percent stake in Entebbe Handling Services (ENHAS), the company that handled its cargo operations, while Kutesa—in an apparent conflict of interest—owned the rest of the shares in the same company. In addition to being a shareholder, Kutesa was also chairman of the board of directors of ENHAS. This conflict of interest was contrary to clause 8(1-3) of the Leadership Code. A Parliamentary select committee, charged with investigating the privatization process, produced a lengthy report accusing Kutesa of directly influencing the decision to sell the airline’s 50 percent share to ENHAS, falsifying the company’s accounts, and evading taxes” (Smith, 2006).

ENHAS Part III:

The Paradise Papers has already proven that ENHAS profits has been tax evaded again as it has gone to a Shell Company in the Seychelles, which was a deal agreed upon in 2012. This was from ENHAS to Katonga Investment. We do not know much funds that is sent between them, but the reporting of the agreement and deals. Show that the ENHAS is a key component in the shady dealing Kutesa does. As he has previously used it to get ill-gotten gains.

As Global Witness is reporting it as: “Sam Kutesa, Uganda’s foreign minister, set up a discretionary trust in the Seychelles in 2012. Appley identified Kutesa’s companies a “high risk,” given his political role and media reports of alleged corruption and bribery involving Kutesa, during a routine review in 2015. In his response to ICIJ’s partner in Uganda, the Daily Monitor, Kutesa said “I don’t have anything to hide…”and that he established the companies, but “I have never done anything with it at all. I told Appleby to close it many years ago.” (Global Witness, 2017).

From Dorsey and Whitey Corruption Digest of January 2012:

President Museveni has announced to members of the National Resistance Movement’s Central Executive Committee that he is investigating Justice Minister Kahinda Otafiire following an intelligence briefing that the minister masterminded the leaked oil bribery documents which accused Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi and ministers Mr Sam Kutesa and Mr Hilary Onek of taking bribes to influence the award of oil deals. As reported in the November edition of the Corruption Digest, the ministers maintain their innocence. However, Parliament has resolved that those involved step aside until the validity of the documents has been investigated. According to President Museveni, the intelligence report accuses Mr Ottafiire of masterminding the oil bribery scandal to disorganise perceived detractors in government. President Museveni has vowed to investigate the matter in his own capacity before briefing the National Resistance Movement Central Executive Committee”(Dorsey and Whitey Corruption Digest, January 2012).

Recent Bribe for Energy Deal:

In or about February 2016 – after the Ugandan Foreign Minister had resumed his role as Foreign Minister of Uganda, and his in-law had been reelected as the President of Uganda – the Ugandan Foreign Minister solicited a payment from HO, purportedly for a charitable foundation that he wished to launch. HO caused a $500,000 payment to be wired to an account in Uganda designated by the Ugandan Foreign Minister, through a bank in New York, New York. In his communications, HO variously referred to this payment as a “donation” to the reelection campaign of the President of Uganda (who had already been reelected) and as a “donation” to “support” the Ugandan Foreign Minister. In fact, this payment was a bribe to obtain business advantages for the Energy Company in its efforts to secure contracts and ventures in Uganda’s financial and energy sectors. HO also provided the Ugandan Foreign Minister, as well as the President of Uganda, with promises of future benefits, including proposing to partner with both officials’ family businesses in potential joint ventures. In exchange, the Ugandan Foreign Minister assisted the Energy Company in obtaining business in Uganda, including by facilitating the Energy Company’s interest in potentially acquiring a bank” (DoJ, 2017).

The Foundation that Kutesa used the bribe through from the HO has no headquarters, no email and is not registered. So the bribe was fueled through an organization not existing in 2016. That is solicited through the checks by the investigators from the United States in November 2017. It was Special Agent Thomas P. McNulty who was looking into the case concerning Kutesa.

Clearly, there are enough scandals involving the Kitchen Cabinet Member Kutesa or Kuteesa. He has a history of corruption and misusing his position for monetary gains. He is one of them and will be surely continue to do so. Even if the United States charges him with money laundering and soliciting ill-gained funds or bribes for energy deals within Uganda. That is not surprising, as he has done that not only in 2016, but back in 2012, as well as other speculative deals getting state reserves and other funds to put in his own pocket.

If we really took a deep dive into his estates, his businesses and into his accounts. I am sure we would find more shadow agreements and more questionable money that has been earned by him and others. A man who has been used to getting bribes, surely, will appreciate it and expect so. Since the power is within reach and he can grate favors for the investors. Therefore, better pay up to get license and possible markets for their trade. This is done by paying in advance the Minister and secure profitable resources and advantages, that others wouldn’t. While also getting an okay and giving a call to the President. To make sure this is okay. Certainly, Kutesa could have maneuvered this way, all along. Peace.

Opinion: President Museveni call-out rebel MPs as Parasites; so the Age Limit is all about him then?

Let’s first start with a new word (Parasitism) from the Encyclopedia Britannica: “Parasitism, relationship between two species of plants or animals in which one benefits at the expense of the other, sometimes without killing the host organism” (Encyclopedia Britannica – ‘Parasitism’). So clearly, the words of Parasites are important today, because of the use of it from a President to his fellow MPs. It is inspiring to know how he feels about his comrades who are disagreeing with him. It is just something else.

Because, it is now revealed in a letter sent from President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, who sent a letter on the 7th November 2017 to the National Resistance Movement MPs: Theodore Ssekikubo, Monicah Amonding, Barnabas Tinkasimire and Patrick Oshabe Nsamba. All of these wrote a letter on the 4th October questioning the Age Limit and the lifting of the Article 102(b). This is clearly insulting to President Museveni. As I will quote some parts of this 2 page letter to fellow MPs, which all are part of his own party.

It is your duty to contribute to that process and not to undermine it” (…) “There are still problems of poverty (19% now from 56% in 1989) and also inadequate jobs. This, partly, is due to the obstruction by some of you” (…) “Many of you talk negatively have not to contributed to the ideology of patriotism, to the liberation of the country, to the recovery of the economy and country, to the consolidation of peace or to the great developments that we have achieved. Yet you benefit economically and otherwise. We call this parasitism and that parasitism will be resisted and defeated. I hope you find this information useful” (Yoweri Kaguta Musevei – ‘ Re: Constitutional Amendment of Article 102(b) to lift the Age Limit for President’ (07.11.2017).

That was the parasitism, which means that the NRM MPs are benefiting on the expense of Museveni and without killing him by doing so. That their role as MPs is costly for Museveni and that it hurts him. They are combined together where the other MPs are abusive of Museveni, therefore, they are sticky parasites who eats the good stuff and leaves the leftover for Museveni. That is how we can understand this letter and his insulting words to fellow comrades and MPs. This are men and woman who have been rising inside his party and within his organization. That he has such effortless insults to his own, shows how all of them are just props and needed gallery functions, unless they are standing against him politically.

That is why the letter is saying a lot. That President Museveni see’s dissidents to him as parasites. Who leach of his skin and who eats his benefits. Benefits he gives them and make sure they are well feed. That is how it is sounds, so the cronyism and necessary control is understandable, as everyone, who needs anything. Will have to show up and be parasites at the State House. Before they are returning with their needed goods and food to survive. Since he is giving them benefits and giving them what they need. Without any of them dying from it. They are eating of him and they are benefiting, but he is not sacrificing himself. Which is within reason, considering he has been doing this sort of transactions since 1986.

But know now, that the dissidents within the NRM are parasites, that are benefiting from his mercy and goodwill. Not their good work or initiative, they are only benefiting because of Museveni. Everything is connected with Museveni and he is making sure the parasites are okay. They are dependent on him and his possible energy and reserves. The parasites usually dies, while the host continues to live on. That have seen with dozens of former loyal parasites in the past. Who all have leached off him and is now Historicals of different kind.

We can just wonder, what was his motivation to call several of his own MPs parasites? What was running through his mind and his vision, when writing these words? Did he think of the disgraceful and merciless attitude. We all know that the lifting of the age limit is for his life presidency and nothing else. There are no good legal argument that has come forward or anyone who has come with explanations worthwhile to listen too. This is all made for President Museveni and nothing else.

He must surely think the same about every single one who are working for him and around him. That they are parasites who eats of his cake and his veins. They are tiring him and taking away his nutrients, so they can live of him. Because everything is usually about him. In this case, the whole amendment of the Constitution is about him. He knows it and the world knows too. It is just a matter of little information and knowledge of the President. And you know his reasons and his ways, will always be about him. He is the giver and the ones that takes away. He is the one man that makes sure they can be MPs and the ones that make them civilian again. Peace.

Opinion: Besigye new Safety Features on his Car is a sign of the Impunity the State serves him daily!

If you don’t know, there are someone I admire for his compassion, his determination and his persistence in rally for true democracy, freedom and liberation of the Ugandan republic. That man is one of the founders of the Forum for Democratic Change, that man is Dr. Warren Kizza Besigye Kifefe. Someone who has seen the Police Force more than I can count. I am sure he has been charged for inciting violence and creating havoc more than words in the ordinary dictionary. Besigye has been under fire and no matter what he do, he is monitored and followed by security operatives.

Besigye, the opposition leader and bigger critic of Museveni. Who has no trouble to get into more trouble. By just existing and breathing. National Resistance Movement and the Uganda Police Force has detained him without much reason, has charged in nearly all courts of the country. He has been charged twice for treason and the last one is still pending. Not that this is real cases, but more to try to stop him from acting and breathing his voice of dissident against Museveni.

That is today is a sign. It is a sign that Besigye wants to show the world with his car. How far the UPF and NRM are acting towards him. We have seen shattered windows, we have seen gun-shots hitting the front window. We know they have cracked the sun-screen on top and dropped tear-gas into the car. While they we’re stationed on a police compound. Clearly, the UPF and the Police Officers has no issues tormenting the man for just being a voice against the NRM. That is his crime, that he defiantly are standing against them and rallying across the republic.

Besigye, clearly is tired of the harassment, the violent attempt on his car. Hope he has tinted the glass and made it gun-proof. Since the police has in some instances really tried to aim with live bullets. The pictures we’re clearly telling stories. Even if the UPF always blame him for showing up for rallies, not that it is the fault of the ones creating havoc and violence. That being the UPF who has no issues silencing the opposition instead of catching crooks.

That is why Besigye is the enemy number one of the state. Not because he shares message of violence or of destruction, but because he speaks of defiance and not compliance with the state. The state that is taking away his freedom and his liberty. The republic that does the same to fellow supporters and leaders within the FDC. Who can become criminal for their political affiliation and not for doing anything illegal. That is the state of affairs. That is why the windows of the car has gotten an upgrade. So the glass cannot be directly shattered like in the past.

If this isn’t a sign that something is wrong. Than nothing is. Besigye shouldn’t need to this, neither show up in courts all around the republic for arbitrary arrests of him and getting out on bond. It continues like that and it doesn’t stop. He is still showing up to court for charges dating back to Walk to Work demonstrations. So the state really are working on overtime to harass Besigye. No stone is left untouched. Not a single one. Peace.

Opinion: Minister Tumwebaze flawed defense of lifting the Age Limit!

Well, Mr. Minister Frank Tumwebaze, my view is seen your eyes as propaganda, but coming from you. That is props in my ears, because that means I have understood the world differently from you. In this aspect the lifting of the Article 102(b) from the 1995 Constitution. I know it hard for you to understand, because your eating of the plate served by the President. That is the reason for you suddenly long written article of sorts. Which I only quote on part of, because I don’t have the time to waste commenting on the rest. Need to live life, not only discuss already basic facts. Facts that you dismiss and blatantly undress, when the king is already without clothes. The change in the constitution isn’t to create a better republic or create progress. It is to secure President Museveni’s long rule and give him more time to become as old as Mugabe. That is the reason. Not to build a better and richer country, no, it is secure the stay of Museveni last as long as possible. That is why I don’t care for exposing the rest of your wasted energy on writing about my type of propaganda. Thanks for honoring my words and others, who address the madness of Life Presidency and entitlement to one-man over all in the Republic. Let’s you have the word for a little moment. Before I address the matter at hand!

The claim that removing the age-limit will institutionalize life Presidency of Mr Museveni is also hogwash. The power to vote in and out any leader is not being taken away by the amendment bill. Instead it’s being reinforced by the same Magyezi bill. Removing limits makes the power of the people to vote in and out any leader the ultimate limit. So how can life Presidency be so in this case? It’s true that If a leader is good, he/she will be voted for many more times. That can only lead to longevity but not life Presidency. Longevity perse isn’t bad. It has its known advantages. Famous Amin didn’t need 30 years to cause the havoc he did and neither was he a creation of having no age-limit. With or without term/age-limits, dictators can wreck havoc. The sustainable way therefore, to fight dictators is not by putting term or age-limits in the constitution, but by civically empowering citizens to choose leaders of their choice and be able to resist bad in favor of good at all times. That is how NRM with the support of the Citizenry was able to defeat the dictatorships of the past. Full involvement of the citizenry in determining the affairs of their governance and not symbolic term or age limits; is the permanent therapy to the emergence of dictators. This is what the NRM government invested in. Even before full take over of government in 1985, the NRA then, immediately mobilized people in liberated zones to form their own elected village councils called Resistance Councils(RCs) so as to manage their own affairs. All interest groups of the citizenry(Youth, women, disabled, elderly, workers and army that hitherto was used as anti-people tool) were catered for in the governance structures by the NRM. This is what civic empowerment means” (Tumwebaze, 2017).

That you call it hogwash is endearing of you, but you know that this is cater made and right before Mr. President turns 75 years old. This is not done a decade ago, when he needed to change the term-limits to fit his official “elected” terms. That you talk about elections filled with armed aggression, pre-ticket ballots, bribed officials and rampant rigging, that you talk about people choosing the sole-candidate is just a disgrace of the whole proceedings. That is why the President has less legitimacy and has little authority as he frighten of Besigye and other oppositions. Who can easily show their popularity, while Museveni pays with food and equipment to the voter tourism. Alas, your fake and fraudulent elections are the barring for his existence and now soon also change the Constitution to his aging body.

That you speak of “choice” of leaders and “favors”, the way NRM beat dictatorship of the old times, it is one right now! The NRM uses arbitrary arrests of opposition leaders and charge them for everything possible. The real opposition to the NRM are usually inciting violence and doing something illegal, since they are not following the NRM party line. So Tumwebaze are in effect living in the standard of a dictatorship. The NRM got rid of Amin and Obote, but has created their own dictatorship, where Museveni is the key and the master, instead of the ones of old. So, the NRM hasn’t created something better, they have just changed the laws and using similar tactics to silence opposition.

That you then talk about citizenry of the NRM, while opposition rallies are banned, political parties are stopped from campaigning, while the NRM are holding rallies. It is just selected part of the people who can campaign and can consult. There aren’t a democratic values or real acts of the state, it is handpicked for the NRM. The NRM can pay 1000s of shillings to citizens for just getting them to vote in favor of the Constitutional Amendment. Even the Prime Minister Ruhakana, just like during the General Election of 2016, been seen giving money directly to constituents. So Tumwebaze your words are not really valued, if he was just looking briefly at the conduct of his government.

Let’s be clear and settle this ones and for all. The AGE LIMIT is about Museveni, has always been about MUSEVENI and will die with MUSEVENI. The whole problem and reason for the change is because of Museveni. The reason for the consultation meetings and the party actions, are because of Museveni. No matter what part of the age limit you talk about, it is because of Museveni. Museveni, Museveni or Museveni that is the answer. Nothing else. Tumwebaze you can misuse words, rhetoric and try to disgrace history, still it is all about your master. You are his loyal subject and servant. Hope your pay and your loyalty is rewarded, because we see through you. Peace.

Tumwebaze, Frank K. – ‘How Propaganda against Hon Magyezi bill is Losing Ground’ (15.11.2017)

The Police continue with their arbitrary arrests of FDC leaders!

Nathan Nandala Mafabi: There is patronage. Yesterday they arrested Besigye in Mbarara and teargassed people. The expenditure alone to teargas people is a lot” (NBS Television, NBS MorningBreeze, 14.11.2017)

Since the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) are holding inner-Party Rallies around the Republic. The opposition party and the hardliners within the party, the ones who are not so compliance and more defiance against the state orders has continued to not follow Police Order and Protocol to do it in smaller venues and not in stadiums. Even so, the FDC and the FDC Presidential Consultation Rallies has tried to be hold at bigger venues this November.

A few days ago it created chaos within Lira Town. Where the Police arrested several of FDC Leaders and also Besigye escaped from Prison. Yesterday there was scheduled rally in Mbarara at a stadium there. Clearly that is illegal so the FDC leaders was detained in Mbarara. With tear-gas and scattering the crowds making ready for rally. Ingrid Turinawe was taken from Mbarara to Rubanda District for a ‘Gender Sensitive’ detention centre. Dr. Kizza Besigye was also moved from Mbarara and detained at Kabale, also arrested Fred Kato the driver and Ronald Muhinda. So the Police Force was busy with their partisan work.

Sidebar:

This is just a continuation of what the Police Force has done for months and years. Been involved and blocking Besigye and other opposition parties from gathering. While the NRM are holding consultation meetings, bribing constituents and delegates for the support of the lifting of the age lifting. Since there is nothing else to waist money in Uganda, like on salaries for doctors or nurses. That is a total waste, so the UPDF and Police are instead sending their medical personnel to Mulago to help out during the strike.

Still, with this in mind, the Police has enough support and funds to continue to follow, monitor and detain the opposition leaders. Not “just” Besigye. But everyone else, who is against the NRM and the Museveni line. They can be detained whenever and for whatever reason the police see fits. Some other FDC leaders was arrested not for the Party rally in Mbarara, but for visiting Besigye. These we’re Patrick Amuriat Oboi and Mubarak Munyagwa. Moses Byamugisha came also for a visit there to see the situation, but he was not arrested.

This here will not end. There will be more, as long as the NRM regime exists and are allowed to assault on political freedom and liberty. Besigye has been a bit to many detained by the authorities, he must have world-record and be written into the Guinness Book of Records. No-one can be detained on so many arbitrary charges as he has been over the years. It is just insane how many times the Police Force has detained him and his loyal allies. His aides are even lingering in jail in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) like Sam Mugumya.

That the police are blocking stadiums, throwing tear-gas and aiming at the leaders with live-bullets should worry anyone, as the reckless attitude and deep rooted violence is eminent and this is systemic, at every part of the republic. All walks of life who appear near one of these venues can get hospitalized and even lose their lives. That for the cost of showing up to a political rally. Something that has happen several places over recent years. This shows how little mercy and little democratic space there are in the republic.

Enough of this sad meager display of democracy. It is a disgrace, that Besigye and FDC leaders behind bars, yet again. Peace.

Ministry of Health letter to Uganda Medical Association: “Invitation for a Consultative Meeting” (14.11.2017)

My letter to President Museveni: “Uganda is not your property to own!”

Dear Sir, His Excellency President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni!

I am writing to you today, not because I have to, but because there is need for it. Not because I am the best gentleman living on planet earth, neither am I the most brilliant man ever to live. I am just a man who is apparently in the loop.

This campaign and Constitutional Amendment No. 2. the Raphael Magyezi bill to make yourself the Life President of the Republic of Uganda. It should be enough that you have been running the republic from the magical year of 1986 until today. With the last “election” you “won”, will give you time run the republic until 2021. That means your presidency has lasted for 35 years. That is 7 terms as each term is 5 years. You know this, but I just have to tell you this.

I know you are acting as a Kingpin, as the Master and Colonial Governor of the country. You might be a Ugandan Citizen instead of being sent from Britain. Still, you act like you own it and is bound to rule it until you stop breathing. That is insane and also very self-centered reign of yours. As the state and you are practically the same. Since the deals and arrangements that matters is the ones sanctioned from the State House. That means you last word before something happens.

This is worrying, that you are controlling anything and anyone. That the cabinet is just loyal minions with no real power or ability to perform in their departments or ministries. All of this is something you already knows. The republic has become yours and for your taking, this since you used the guns in Luweero Triangle and now wont leave.

That you think people will accept this, just like people wouldn’t accept dictators in past is insane. That you think you are outsmarting Obote, Amin, Lule and Okello. Certainly, you did them all and silenced them all. You even brought down Mobutu at some point. Still, there is not difference between Obote, Mobutu or you. You are as evil and insincere as them. There is no difference in the scale of theft, rape and destruction of state functions, as they did; you have done as well.

When you leave planet earth, your legacy is tarnished in self-destruction and becoming a vampire state. You suck all the blood of the state, because that what gives your life presidency energy and stamina. Not that you build anything, unless you are taking profits and stealing from the state. You are crippling the economy and state, because of your limping feet stomping on all of it.

We know about your history, you liberated the republic from dictators and promised change, you promised hope and a better future. You have promised everything possible to generations of Ugandans. Not that they see anything really delivered, since the police is a partisan police, the activists and civil society organizations is under fire, media can be targeted and opposition Members of Parliament becomes criminals for political stances. That is your republic, you have sent kings into exile and destroyed the state infrastructure because you can.

The police are in trouble, the military are in trouble too and the Special Forces Command are closer to power. These problems will not cease, as the guns and tear-gas deployed to silence the people. The one that put the trust in your liberation and your revolution. That one has ceased to exist and only your vision matters. There are nothing left to see, the old you is deceased and left behind somewhere unknown. The man people looked up-to and was the future is long gone.

Mr. President, Mzee, Yoseri or Yoweri. I writing this, not because you will read, if so it would be miracle that you cares. That you opens your mind and read this. Since you act as owner and that the people is your tenants who should be happy with a little pillau, lukumi shillings and a pat on their backs. So that you can stay in power for life. You give them donations, while you ride in a Presidential Jet and has an army behind you.

You are living life of royalty without any blue blood. You are living lavish, while the tenants are impoverished. While schools are falling apart, hospitals doesn’t have equipment or medicine, road-work companies are doing shoddy work if any, local government administrations haven’t pay for salaries, teachers are going unpaid for months and the list of problems are running. The lack of governance, the lack of system and lack of transparency is all because of you.

Your years in power has eaten your soul and your capacity to deliver anything that bear fruits. The mustard seed has either drowned or the mustard three has a rotten root. Since isn’t bearing any mustard seeds to make oil off. Nothing left behind, nothing untouched and nothing really growing. This is what you are leaving behind to the next generation, to the next man in-charge. You are leaving a shell and expect to be remembered as hero. You have turned into a villain!

You entered in 1986 as hero and was so for over a decade, you brought hope and possible changes for the better. Than the greed and cronyism started to feaster. There is now nothing you are not touching and destroying for your benefit. The same is happening with the Constitution, it was yours and made with your will in 1995. You have since changed it to fit your paradigm and needs. That is what you are up-to again.

You are into destroying the values and rule of law for the simple reason, that you can stay in power by any means. There isn’t anything you will not change when it fits you. You will make thieving legal and making it criminal to meet-up, if it isn’t in your favor. You will block and silence the loudest voices against your reign, but yourself can go on a radio-campaign. The double standard is always fitting you, while others has to obey you.

This is what you have ended up as, the governor of Uganda, the self-appointed commander-in-chief, the president and the giant self-serving son of a bitch who has no scruples in taking power and ending others. That is what you now are and continuing to do.

You acts as an owner, as someone who owns the republic. You act like the people are tenants on your land and is living there on your accord and after your will. It depends on if you let them or not. That is how appear and how your orders are. You could have been a medieval king and run your dominion with force. That is how it appear for the naked eye, maybe not yours since you are sitting on the top of the hill. You are the king of the hill and the rest has to walk up the hill and beg for mercy. If they don’t, then they will suffer. Peace.

Best Regards
