Opinion: Trump is captured in a web of lies…

“The defendant DONALD J. TRUMP repeatedly and fraudulently falsified New York business records to conceal criminal conduct that hid damaging information from the voting public during the 2016 presidential election” (DA Bragg, 04.04.2023).

Donald J. “Papa Don” Trump has now been arrested or indicted in the Supreme Court of New York. District Attorney Alvin Bragg has built up a case and closed the shutters on him. It is now clear that Papa Don cannot run away from the law and a Grand Jury has indicted him. That’s why yesterday was unique and a start of a long case.

The former President and Republican leader now has to answer for himself. Yes, the trial is scheduled early next year. So, it gives time for more discovery and more litigation ahead of it. The man must face 34 counts of criminal intent to falsify financial documents or do so for tax purposes. Yet, another scheme and a long one of that.

This case has now legs and the ones surrounding Trump should be worried. It isn’t the only one he must deal with. There are several of other cases that is encircling him and his closest associates. When they could arraign him over this. It will be much easier for others to pursuit their cases. Since they see the DA in New York could manage it and can stomach the heat.

“From August 2015 to December 2017, the Defendant orchestrated a scheme with others to influence the 2016 presidential election by identifying and purchasing negative information about him to suppress its publication and benefit the Defendant’s electoral prospects. In order to execute the unlawful scheme, the participants violated election laws and made and caused false entries in the business records of various entities in New York. The participants also took steps that mischaracterized, for tax purposes, the true nature of the payments made in furtherance of the scheme” (DA Bragg, 04.04.2023).

This was a scheme that lasted for over two years. It wasn’t just a one-time thing. Secondly, the actions was done and discussed even in the Oval Office. Meaning on the dime of the greater public, the President who had conspired to do this during the campaigns… further the case and prolonged into his reign. Trump used his office and related to his businesses, while in Office. Because, he decided and tried to negotiate the transactions, while he was the President. That is a compelling case… and shows what sort of man he is.

This isn’t about the morals of a cheating spouse. No, Trump has been that and is a reason why he has kids by several woman. That’s up of the ones with moral authority to catch up to him. Nevertheless, this case about how he handled infidelity and how he could supress the story. He could have avoided the porn-star and not been off the hook. However, he instead pursuit it and made sure that nobody would know. That was the plan and was the reason for the “hush-money” and the falsified financial documents, which is now haunting him.

The 34 counts are the ones that he must address, and it will be hard to testify differently. Since, the documentation and the evidence forwarded to the DA is reason for the indictment. They cannot come suddenly left field and switch it up. It isn’t like that and especially not with business transactions or financial records. They are either A or B, they cannot be C or D because you like it. Therefore, it’s smart to pin someone with financial fraud and not other crimes. Since, here you have the “headshot”, the signatures and the will to pursuit the illegal activities. It isn’t a conspiracy or a white paper. No, it is a direct scheme with several implications. Meaning other can build on this case too. Especially, if they deem the evidence or the proof as substantial enough to capture Trump yet again. Peace.

Opinion: Papa Don is finally indicted…

That Donald J. “Papa Don” Trump have been able to avoid indictment and being charged with a crime has been his speciality. If Papa Don has ever been tested by the Courts or by the Department of Justice it has been a slap on the wrist, and he could move on. That can be said even with fines, financial malpractice, electoral fraud and all the other possible crimes he has committed. There are a quagmire of running cases against him and his corporation, the Trump Organization.

The previous President, the ex-President and former Head of State is becoming the first who has held the title to ever be charged or indicted by a Court in the United States of America. If Warren G. Harding hadn’t died so soon. He might have gotten the same treatment for the Teapot Dome or any of the other scandals he was in involved in. Another one who could have faced similar treatment would have been Richard Nixon. Maybe he would also have faced time for his involvement in the Watergate scandal. However, that is just assuming and thinking about the past Presidents who could have faced the law for their actions.

Alas, today, the day after the public got the news. There been brewing and reports of possible actions made by the Supreme Court in New York. This is one of the cases which are on-going and facing the former President. It is just one case involving an extra-martial affair and “hush money” to be silenced ahead of the 2016 Presidential Elections. The hobnobbing of Papa Don is haunting him now. The life-style and the choices he made as a civilian is catching up to him. No one is shocked that he had an affair on his pregnant wife. No, that is something Trump has done in previous marriages too… and is just part of who he is. However, this time it was a part of a campaign and using funds of that to cover up his actions. That act and misdeed is now following him and the memory of “Stormy Daniels” are now emerging.

We know that the Trump Organization itself is under investigation and has built up cases against it. There are possible transgressions and systemic fraud been going on in combination of tax-evasion. Therefore, Trump is only having one issue at the time here.

Trump has another case going in Georgia, which is part of him trying to overturn the 2021 Presidential Elections. The others are the ones in who is on-going with the Insurrection on Capitol Hill on the January 6^th and Special Counsel Jack Smith working on at the moment. The tides are turning slowly and the Department of Justice haven’t amped up the speed. It is like they are accepting the stalling tactics and the usage of “prominence” or “prestige” to get away from the law. If he was a small-time crook or holding a little contraband. Trump would have been in the slammer already. However, his the elite and the ones who has been in the upper-echelon of society. That’s why his off the hook and not tasting the same justice system as others. It just shows the two vastly different American experience people can have.

There will be defenders and people saying this is a political case. No, this is a case about the law and how to interpret the law. Secondly, there been enough evidence and discovery to charge the man with a crime. Meaning Trump is indicted and becoming a felon. That’s the gist of it. A man who has been able to get away from charges, allegations and possible criminal for so many years. His business-empire and person has been let scot-free.

Some might say it is wrong to do so and puts a bad precedence. I hate to tell you, if you don’t do the crime, you won’t do the time. It is that simple. Since he left office and lost the election, Trump is just another average Joe or a civilian. If the authorities or Department of Justice finds it worthy. They could build up cases against Bill Clinton, George W. Bush or Barrack Obama. However, there is nothing there or actions, which make that reasonable.

Nevertheless, in concern with Papa Don… there is more than enough and things that he needs to answer for. Not only in the case of Stormy Daniels, but others too. There are plenty more options and places where he fall. This is just first step and possible perp walk. We can only wait for the other numerous cases, which Trump is implicated in. Because, this isn’t the only one and that says something about him. Peace.

Opinion: Garland is very soft on Trump…

 

“Attorney General Merrick B. Garland announced today the appointment of former career Justice Department prosecutor and former chief prosecutor for the special court in The Hague, Jack Smith, to serve as Special Counsel to oversee two ongoing criminal investigations. The first is the investigation, as described in court filings in the District of Columbia, into whether any person or entity unlawfully interfered with the transfer of power following the 2020 presidential election or the certification of the Electoral College vote held on or about January 6, 2021. The second is the ongoing investigation involving classified documents and other presidential records, as well as the possible obstruction of that investigation, referenced and described in court filings submitted in a pending matter in the Southern District of Florida” (Department of Justice – ‘Appointment of a Special Counsel’ 18.11.2022).

You can imagine someone inciting to overthrow the elected government and stealing state secrets would walk free for months on end. In the United States of America that’s the case. The Former President Donald J. Trump can try to install himself in the oval office, incite violence and stop the process of an election. While he can also steal, sell and possible endanger the Republic for personal gains. That’s what Trump has done and still he walks free.

Others who was part of the January 6^th insurrection is already behind bars. Others have pleaded guilty and agreed to cooperate with the prosecution. That’s why it’s interesting that the Attorney General appoints a Special Counsel to look into the case of Trump’s involvement in the January 6^th Insurrection. When he had power, was the President and could have called it off. They all acted on his wishes and he had the motive to do it. That’s easy to see. The former President was the one who could get a second term, if he had succeed that day.

That’s why you know the Attorney General should have instead indicted and started grand jury proceedings. This is so softly going against a man who was willing to end democracy and get himself into office. That sort of man doesn’t care about justice or rule of law. No, he only cares about himself and his own interests.

The second case is also so obvious and he is being treated so uniquely. Trump are able to walk and be free after taking confidential documents. He possibly took the nuclear codes and other highly sensitive secret documents, which are of national importance. They are acting like it doesn’t matter and doesn’t have any real consequences. Because, Trump did it, but we know others has served time and lost their careers in government for taking a single document or leaking it for that matter. This is why this is infuriating. When you know it is boxes upon boxes, which has been returned from his Mar-A-Lago home in Florida.

Attorney General Garland is too careful. Others would have paid the cost and the price already. The AG should have acted more swiftly and ensured a bulletproof case was already certain. It is like it’s glacier slow and only giving Trump time to get into the ring again in 2024. The latest press conference and order of Special Counsel seems to be another move to stall it. Yes, Mueller was able to do certain things, but he never got the big-dogs. That’s why I have little faith in another man or woman in his stead.

Trump is the winner here. The DoJ and the AG is so meek. There is nothing fierce or willing to humiliate Trump. Garland has shown that his not willing to touch or play fair. No, his just depleting all options and not challenging Trump. While Trump can use one scheme and create another scheme. Before the latest scheme is over, he has done another one and a new crime is committed. Meanwhile, he is never paying the price or ever caught. It seems like Trump is a living “get-out-of-jail-free-card”. Since nothing sticks on him and he never get indicted or prosecuted. There is plenty of investigations, but they are not going anywhere. The only real price he has paid is losing his Foundation and paying damages for Trump University. The rest his off the hook and haven’t really gotten punished. That has to stop.

Especially, when he should face charges of insurrection and stealing government documents. Peace.

Opinion: Is this Papa Don’s final ‘Hail Mary’?

Yesterday the unsurprising event of the Presidential Campaign launch of former President Donald J. “Papa Don” Trump happened at Mar-A-Lago, Florida. No one in his inner-circle or anyone who follows American politics was shocked. There wasn’t any sign of relief either. Papa Don is damaged goods and only his cultist supporters are backing him.

This time around his not a surprise or an outsider. He is neither brilliant, outsmarting people or clever. At this very moment and time, it seems like gimmick and a way of fundraising from fools. The ones still believing he will make a difference and be the supreme leader. However, his term showed that his not that and it’s all just a personal way of profiting from office.

Papa Don will use the White House and the Presidency for personal benefits. Not only the ability to live and have housing in Washington D.C. We know he will use the office to earn profits for his companies and associates. While his at it, he can also ensure some profits on the national secrets or whatnot. That’s why he took classified documents home and could easily found a way of making buck selling that intelligence too. Because, everything is a business for him, especially if he can get a cut.

That’s why it’s amazing that a man who had such a shaky understanding of the truth, the reality and of everything solid is running again. A man who was sacking and changing personnel so often. A man who was impeached twice and is under several investigations. A man who has contested the previous Presidential Election and who tried to coup against the in-coming President. That man is running again.

The man who was willing to overthrow and insert himself on the throne. That man is running for office again. A man who has possibly sold intelligence and highly confidential information to unknown entities. Papa Don, the man who incited violence on the capitol and tried to overturn an election. That man is trying to be on the ballot again and for his own personal gains.

Papa Don won’t serve the interests of America or the American People. They are just idiots who was dumb enough to believe his words. Just like everyone who believed he would build a wall or Make America Great Again. No, he is just a dog-whistler and a man of the far-right. He has the Alt-Right behind him and they cannot wait for his return. That’s why the Outkeepers and Proud Boys was part of the January 6^th Insurrection of the Capitol. It’s part of the same spectrum and people who are galvanized by this man.

Papa Don won’t bring change, hope or anything worthwhile. No, he will bring fascism and be a danger to democracy. This time around he could easily target enemies and criminalize them. Especially, since his businesses has been targeted in an investigation and he are possibly losing his empire, the Trump Organization. He would strike back and do like he did with the FBI or other government organization in his term. That’s just what he does…

This time around is different than before 2016. We have seen what this man does and what sort of results it has. That’s why the Republican Party and everyone surrounding it is spineless. They are allowing this to go on and they are afraid of the base of Papa Don. Why wouldn’t they?

He has a Qanon and MAGA cult who worships him like his a deity. That’s why the Democrats and the Independent voters has to rebuke this. We know that Papa Don could do it well in a Primary at this point. Nevertheless, nothing is certain in life. No one who has stolen so much state property has ever gotten off the hook before. While the Department of Justice is working glacier slow on his cases. They are trying to make it bullet-proof, but by doing so… they are giving Papa Don time to cause damage and make the cases seem irrelevant. He is banking on escaping and being able to stall prosecution. That’s what he always does, if not settle and avoid much harm. Therefore, the Attorney General and others has to act. Because, this launch is a way of creating a gambit.

A gamble that he has a platform and a purpose. His not only a former President, but a Presidential Candidate. That his the next in line and could be on the ballot. So, that the Department of Justice and all the court cases can be put on-hold or be delayed again. Just like he tried with another case by flying into a hurricane. Because, that’s something a “stable genius” does…

Well, Papa Don never left, but is certainly trying to return. The ones vouching for him now is either delusional or in cahoots with his madness. There is nothing good coming out of it. Papa Don will not bring back a golden era or a better government. No, he will only use it for wealth and earning more dollars himself. Peace.

A look into the January 6th Select Committee Subpoena of Trump

This was announced to happen. The vote in the January 6^th Select Committee had already become news. That’s why no one could be shocked or in awe. Today the subpoena was released to the public, which means the pressure is now on the Former President Donald J. Trump to show up and testify. What is striking is some parts of the subpoena. It is so compelling and if Trump shows up. He has to be prepared, unless he wants to incriminate himself further.

One of the key aspects is this:

“Pursuant to that directive, we have interviewed more than a thousands witnesses, reviewed over a million documents, conducted public hearings, and vindicated our rights in court against those who have tried to keep relevant information from the Select Committee. As demonstrated in our hearings, we have assembled overwhelming evidence, including from dozens of your former appointees and staff, that you personally orchestrated and oversaw a multi-part effort to overturn the 2020 presidential election and obstruct the peaceful transition of power” (Thompson, 21.10.2022).

“The evidence demonstrates that you knew this activity was illegal and unconstitutional, and also knew that your assertions of fraud were false. But, to be clear, even if you now claim that you actually believed your own false election claims, that is not defense; your subjective belief could not render this conduct justified, excusable, or legal” (Thompson, 21.10.2022).

That’s just a vital part of the texts. Further he has produce both documents and communications with aides, attorneys and people in the Trump sphere. The January 6^th Select Committee has clearly investigated it and collected a lot of evidence already. Since, they are ring-fencing the former President. He has had all eyes after the insurrection of the Capitol.

The list of people he has to produce communications with from the November 3, 2020 to January 20, 2021 is Roger Stone, Stephen Bannon, Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn (retired), Jeffrey Clark, John Eastman, Rudolph Giuliani, Jenna Ellis, Sidney Powell, Kenneth Chesebro, Boris Epshteyn, Christina Bobb, Cleta Mitchell and Patrick Byrne. That is huge list of people that the Select Committee wants the texts messages, signal communication, e-mails or documents in general. In addition to that, the Select Committee wants all communications made between the November 3, 2020 to January 6, 2021 from Representative Scott Perry or to any other Members of Congress.

So, the Select Committee is broad in it’s scope. They have all the reasons to and they are defending the democracy by doing so. The people behind the January 6^th 2021 insurrection has to answer. Some is already sentenced and even pleaded guilty for seditious conspiracy and obstructing congress. Therefore, Trump has nowhere to hide on this one. The “Stop the Steal” crowds was filled with people was there to overthrow and overrule an election. They were incited by Trump and for the benefit of himself over the Republic. That’s why this subpoena is important and what it states is very clear.

The Select Committee isn’t even basing this on hearsay or random air-quotes. No, they have evidence and proof of the involvement of Trump. However, they want him to produce and show his communications ahead and right after the insurrection with associates, aides and Members of Congress.

Now the reality is hitting Trump in yet another investigation. Whatever the Select Committee finds, they can send it to the Department of Justice and petition criminal investigations in these matters. Meaning the end-game isn’t in Congress, but in the Courts. Therefore, the defence of Trump is becoming slimmer. Just like all the other cases pending, in the works or are currently under investigation for various of breaches of codes, statutes or laws in general. Trump has cases in several of states and these are far from over.

The January 6^th Select Committee is just the latest of investigations that is hitting him directly. He cannot runaway from it or use means to avoid it. They have already measured that in the subpoena too. So, if he tries… he is avoiding or obstructing justice further, which can be penalized by the Department of Justice. Therefore, he has no way to hide and there is no relief to gain in this instance.

The truth will come out eventually, but this Select Committee investigation will be brutal to Trump. Since it will show what he was willing to do and what his allies did too. Peace.

Russian Probe: Proven collusion between Manafort and Kilimnik [and don’t be shocked, it was bound to come out eventually]

The Trump Campaign of 2016 was a house filled with Russian associates and meeting Russian individuals. They held meetings and people who are connected to Kremlin, Moscow and GRU. There was so many meetings from Trump Associates and leaders within the Trump Campaign. Therefore, the latest news from the U.S. Treasury finally let the cat out of the bag.

They are focusing on Konstantin Kilimnik who was associated and worked close with Paul Manafort and Richard Gates. These two were also parts of the Trump Campaign and Gates was also a part of the Trump Transition Team into the White House in 2016. This is why this news is important.

First I will drop the news from the U.S. Treasury. Second is some more context from U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee Report from 2020 and the third is the charges put on Manafort in 2018. This is just to prove the close connection between the fellas.

U.S. Treasury charges 2021:

“Konstantin Kilimnik (Kilimnik) is a Russian and Ukrainian political consultant and known Russian Intelligence Services agent implementing influence operations on their behalf. During the 2016 U.S. presidential election campaign, Kilimnik provided the Russian Intelligence Services with sensitive information on polling and campaign strategy. Additionally, Kilimnik sought to promote the narrative that Ukraine, not Russia, had interfered in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. In 2018, Kilimnik was indicted on charges of obstruction of justice and conspiracy to obstruct justice regarding unregistered lobbying work. Kilimnik has also sought to assist designated former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych. At Yanukovych’s direction, Kilimnik sought to institute a plan that would return Yanukovych to power in Ukraine” (U.S. Treasury – ‘Treasury Escalates Sanctions Against the Russian Government’s Attempts to Influence U.S. Elections’ 15.04.2021).

U.S. Committee Russia Probe Report oversight into Manafort:

“Paul Manafort is a former lobbyist and political consultant with ties to numerous foreign politicians and businessmen, most notably in Russia and Ukraine. In March 2016, Manafort joined the Trump Campaign as convention manager. By May 2016, then-Candidate Trump officially elevated Manafort to be the Campaign’s chairman and chief strategist. On August 19, 2016, following press articles related to his past-work in Ukraine for a pro-Russia political party headed by former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, Manafort resigned from the Trump Campaign” (…) “In numerous occasions over the course of his time on the Trump Campaign, Manafort sought to secretly share internal Campaign information with Kilimnik. Gates, who served as Manafort’ s deputy on the Campaign, aided Manafort in this effort. Manafort communicated electronically with Kilimnik and met Kilimnik in person twice while serving on the Trump Campaign. Manafort briefed Kilimnik on sensitive Campaign polling data and the Campaign’s strategy for beating Hiliary Clinton. At Manafort’s direction, Gates used an encrypted messaging application to send additional Campaign polling data to Kilimnik” (U.S. Senate Select Intelligence Report on Russian Interference in the 2016 Elections, August 2020)

Charges and Connection with Kiliminik:

““In furtherance of the scheme, from 2006 until 2014, both dates being approximate and inclusive, MANAFORT, with the assistance of Gates, KILIMNIK, and others, engaged in a multimillion dollar lobbying campaign in the United States at the direction of Yanukovych, the Party of Regions, and the Government of Ukraine. MANAFORT did so without registering and providing the disclosures required by law” (2018).

The U.S. Treasury is stating in the collusion between the Trump Campaign and Ukraine/Russian partners. As Kilimnik is in connection with Kremlin. He had worked with the Russian Friendly Political Parties in Kiev and also been supported of Moscow friendly President in the past. Therefore, giving him intel and documents of sensitive nature. This is now the reasons for why the U.S. sanctioned Russian for interference in their elections.

The reason why it’s coming out now? Well, there is no “executive privilege” anymore and ex-President Trump cannot stonewall the process or interfere in the investigation. While he and his allies did withhold documents and didn’t want to testify even. This is why the U.S. Special Counsel or Intelligence Committee could get all information of the actions made in time. As the President or his allies was interested in giving it. They tried to block or make it impossible to get to the bottom of it.

Now, there will be drip-drops of information on this. As the U.S. Treasury and other agencies might uncover more of the heinous crimes. The Trump Campaign and such never did vet Paul Manafort, but appointed him still as the Campaign Chairman. He become the second one after Cory Lewandowski. Clearly, Manafort found ways to be useful, but also profit from his time there. That he could by the connections he had in Kiev and Moscow. Which he had earned millions of dollars on in the past.

Manafort clearly helped and used this time for this and withheld this communications from the authorities. Just like he had held it a secret and not been registered as a Foreign Agent for them previously either. He clearly was interested in doing this and finds way to still make money out of it.

Manafort is pardoned by Trump, but the extent and what sort of pardon doesn’t stop new prosecution of him or new charges. They maybe taken on state level instead of federally and then he can be sentenced again. Because, he has already been a felon and could be severely punished this time around for collusion and conspiring with an enemy. That would be a serious charge and could face a long time in prison.

People cannot say that the Russian thing is a hoax, when all the evidence is there and the proof is official. The U.S. Treasury, one arm of the government is stating it and Kilimnik worked directly with Manafort. Peace.

Opinion: Papa Don is off the hook

The Second Impeachment trial in the Senate is now over after the final vote yesterday. As anticipated, the party of “rule of law” wouldn’t care about the constitution or accountability. The Republican Party vindicated their “dear leader” and “his majesty” Donald J. “Papa Don” Trump. The Republican senators saved his impeachment and acquitted him.

The Republican Senators is allowing Papa Don to incite violence and send a violent mob on the chambers of the Capitol. Where they had planned to go after the Speaker of the House, Vice-President and others to settle the score. To stop the certification of the election and overturn the election. They are all accepting that someone can order a coup d’etat and it’s cool. This is the message they are sending.

The party of “rule of law” is fine with deadly attacks. The party of “rule of law” is okay with sponsoring, helping and promoting domestic terrorism. As police officers died, injured and other civilians died. The Republican is fine that someone in power is not sending in the National Guards in time to stop and secure the lawmakers in the Capitol. That is what they said with letting Papa Don off the hook.

Yes a few Republican Senators voted for it, but not enough to get him “convicted”. That is why Trump won again. The people who did storm the Capitol. The ones who are in custody of the law will pay much more consequences for it. Then the person who actually got them there. The one who spoke, planned and made the event happen on the 6^th January 2021. That says a lot of the fall of grace for the United States.

The United States Senators and especially the Republican Senators are okay with treasonous acts against the Republic. The Republican Senators is fine with people conspiring to violently overturn and take over an elected government. Because, that was the initial drive and the reasoning behind what occurred. It is not like this should be forgotten.

Papa Don have clearly broken the ideals and moral backbone of the US. They have no values anymore for so many. They rather be loyal to one man and his political aspirations. Then be following the Constitutions and the current laws. They rather risk destroying what the founders made sacred, then touching their leader. That is what they did yesterday. This is the message the Republican party is telling the world.

The Republican Party rather be loyal and supporting Papa Don, then vote to convict the man that could have ensured their last breath. Because, many of the Senators and Representatives was just minutes or even less away from being caught by the mob on the 6^th January 2021. They had prepared a noose outside for possible hanging of certain individuals. Therefore, the Senators who acquitted Papa Don is clearly fine with that. They are positive to the idea of mob justice towards the ones who defies their leader.

If they really was against it and saw this an dangerous affair. They would have addressed it. These folks would have made the leader behind it and the others accountable. Especially, the same party that went after Benghazi and impeached someone over a blow-job. However, domestic terrorism and incite violence is okay when it’s one of their own doing it. Especially, if the one doing it has the party by the balls and he can swing voters their way. That is what is at stake here.

Papa Don owns the Republican Party. They are all his sycophants and “Yes-Men” will serve him by any means necessary. It doesn’t matter the cost or possible breaches of law it seems. As long as they have him behind them, everything goes. Papa Don is the personification of the Republican Party now. They are not willing to break with him or make him accountable for his actions. Only his enemies or opposition are supposed to answer for anything. That is what the world is learning. This is why Papa Don would be a perfect tin-pot dictator, but he never got the legality to become that. Though, the Republican Party would have helped him on the way, if they could.

Now that his golfing in Mar-A-Lago in Florida. His a private citizen answering other cases, which is filed in the courts. Still, we don’t know if there will sentencing or even charges on him directly. As there are investigations into his companies and transactions, his taxes and whatnot else that he has done.

Papa Don have been allowed to do whatever he wanted and still it seems that nothing can touch him. However, at one point, something got to give, but we now know its official the the GOP and the Republican Party is his. The Republican Party is his subjects and they are serving him. Nothing matters to them. Only being loyal to one man. Who knew that the party would become such a disgraceful gang of people. Nevertheless, that what power does and greed corrupts people. Opinion: Papa Don has the Republican party by the balls

Now that the Second Impeachment Trial is underway in the Senate. The second time former President Donald J. “Papa Don” Trump is impeached by the state. His no longer in office, but its still as important to go through the evidence and the actions made. As there is a need for transparency and accountability for the insurrection. The foiled coup attempt of Papa Don should still have consequences.

The Republican Senators cannot get off the hook either. As they are calling it “unconstitutional” as it happens when the former President is golfing in Florida. That is not any different than from his Presidency. This is something he used a lot of time … when he was office too. However, the Republican Senate and former Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell delayed the Impeachment Process so the GOP could use this argument. That doesn’t legitimize it, but only proves their dishonesty.

It is not strange the GOP and Republicans are caving in. They need the MAGA crowds to stay relevant. To have any hope for their God forsaken careers. These folks doesn’t have spines or character to stand in ethical debate. These folks only there to tarnish Democratic Representatives and Senators. These folks would hunt down Hilary Clinton for Benghazi and convict her if they could. However, there will be no accountability or retribution towards the ones who caused the havoc, devastation and tried to overturn the election on the 6^th January 2021.

For a party of “Law and Order” there is little that proves that in 2021. No, they are the party of headless chickens following Papa Don. They are the lonely tin-soldiers abiding the personification of Trump. All of them doesn’t have the moral equation or belief of the Constitution. Neither, do they have the ability to grasp their lacking concern of punitive measures towards the dangers in the Republic.

These folks rather stand side-by-side with the men and woman wanted them hanged on the 6^th January 2021. These folks rather be in cahoots with white supremacists and fascists who only see the leadership of Papa Don. They don’t see any honour in law or rule of law. No, these folks are only in it for career and power. These folks doesn’t care about justice or liberty. No, their place is for a bigger gain for themselves and by being loyal to their leader. That is how it seems.

That is why they are voting in defence for the leader who wanted them punished for certifying the electoral college and victory for Joe Biden. This is just the sad reality, as so many of them voted against the certification itself. These folks rather die on the hill of Trump. Either by his incitement or by being bullied to be his token men in the chambers of power. That says how little the oath means and what principals they are supposed to abide by.

The Democratic Senators will vote for the impeachment. Not because Papa Don is a Republican, but because of what he did and what the Republican counterpart planned ahead of the 6^th January 2021. There are even Republican senators that was in on that day and they should also held accountable. The former President isn’t the only one. All the others from Alex Jones, Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley. All of them needs to answer, heck Roger Stone and whatnot who participated should answer for what they did. Papa Don is the head, but he needed his minions to make it happen.

Papa Don needs to be impeached and done so by trial. I doubt it will happen, because the Republican rather be loyal to the throne, then being a party of moral superiority. The “Law and Order” is now the party of “Disorder and Dishonesty”. They can put laws and regulations on others, procedures and policies, but they shall never abide to those themselves. Especially not the 2021 Republican party. They are used to be above the law and have no consequences to them. That is why they hope for more of that and get left of the hook. However, if this was made by the other side in their reign by their men. It would have been a bloody battlefield where the Democrats would have been buried yesterday. Peace.

Russian Probe: If your innocent why pardoning the team?

President Donald J. Trump granted 15 individuals pardons yesterday. This is a clemency from Federal Prosecution and crimes. However, the President doesn’t have powers to circumvent state prosecution or investigations into people. Therefore, the limit is still there.

There is speculation about how these pardons was done… but most likely he traded the cards with several of donors and gave way to some, as they are his team and he doesn’t want them to rat him out after his time in office.

However, when your pardoning people like George Papadopoulos and Alexander Van Der Zwaan. These are not the most prolific people in the Trump Campaign Team of 2016. These was implicated in the collusion with Russia. The supposed “hoax” the President that has called it. Dismissed the Special Counsel Robert Mueller and the whole investigation. Where the President have blocked all witnesses and Congress investigation into it. They have made it impossible to dig into the truth.

These two was part of the Trump Team and they lied, they obstructed justice and the Trump Campaign even said their works was unimportant at one time. I remember Papadopoulos was called a “coffee boy” and a man serving coffee shouldn’t need a pardon. He should instead get some cream to make the coffee tolerable for more people.

So, if these people was innocent. Then they wouldn’t need to get pardoned, but appeal their cases and get it thrown out of courts. Just like all the election petitions in 2020. The Trump Campaign only shows that the US is broken system. Where the crooks can work together and if one of them get into office. The man in-charge can bail them out of the legal jeopardy they got into.

That these two are getting off the hook. Just shows what Trump intends to do. He has already helped his long term ally Roger Stone. There will be others who gets the help of the President. Especially now in the final days of his reign. This man will give clemency to the ones who was loyal to him. We can expect others being picked out and getting pardons. This being Paul Manafort or several others who was indicted. The man has already saved Gen. Michael Flynn. So, there is no reason for him to not save the whole gang.

What we can learn from this? Well, that foreign interference and working with foreigners in an election is cool if your Republican and Trump. However, the GOP and Trump Stans will die on this hill. We cannot expect anything else by people who eating the words of Newsmax, OAN and Fox News. Even Qanon is their voices of reason and that is Cult45 all over it. These folks will not care that the American Republic is traded for gold and licenses deals by their dear leader. No, they are following Trump blindly. So, that he worked with Russia to win is fine. The ones who are against communists and the reds, but can get help from Moscow. The ironies are so enriching from the outside.

Presidency of Trump has achieved a lot. There is a lot of damages to cover and fix for the administration. That the Department of Justice have been weaponized and therefore the up-coming investigations needs to be partisan and independent. There is a need see it and what to expect.

Trump clearly is a crony capitalist and a man who easily get corrupted. That is why he needs others to cover-up for him. Trump needs his allies, especially after he lost all his leverage of office. The Donald needs his former team to be on his side. As there are investigations into him and his businesses. He will be in court and these cases will be moved further. His executive privilege will be history. Therefore, he doesn’t need Papadopoulos and Van Der Zwaan has to be on his side. So, they will not tell more on him or expose him more. The man cannot afford that. Well, the man isn’t paying taxes. So, there is not that much he really can afford. The man has everything to loose and that’s why his few allies are bailed out and getting clemency. Though by doing that. He shows that the Trump Campaign was far from innocent. Because, if they needed pardons then they weren’t innocent at all. Peace.

Opinion: If you need a pardon, aren’t you guilty?

There are now reports in the news that President Donald J. Trump plans to pardon his inner-family and the “extended one” as his leaving office in January 2021. These pardons might be given to his sons Eric Trump, Donald Trump Junior and his daughter Ivanka Trump. His also planning to give a pardon to his son-in-law Jared Kushner.

The President has already given the extended powers within his office to former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn. Therefore, he can easily extend to others who has breached federal laws and clauses in office. There is several others that might be on the way. As there was plenty of associates who was a part of Trump Campaign 2016, which has been charged by the state for breaking the law. These could easily get pardons by the President too.

It would be easy to speculate that these gentlement might get a Presidential Pardon: Paul Manafort, Richard Gates, Stephen Bannon, Jeff Sessions, Carter Page, George Papadopolous, Roger Stone, Alexander Van Der Zwaan and Richard Pinedo. Nevertheless, his former personal lawyer who betrayed him. Michael Cohen will not be off the hook. However, the ones who has done his bidding. They might get off the hook and get a Presidential Pardon while he still can. That is anticipated, especially after the pardoning of Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn.  

The big gist here… if these people needs a pardon. Then they are admitting guilt. Flynn already stated that he lied and that he didn’t file as a foreign agent. Lt. Gen. Flynn was getting paid by Turkey and not filing the necessary papers to be officially so. Therefore, he coordinated with a foreign power without informing the state. This is why a man like that shouldn’t become a National Security Advisor for the President in the first place. 

This is why this here shows a pattern and what the Trump Presidency has done. The Office of the President and the White House. A White House that started with “lock her up” is now planning to “pardon my own kin and associates”. That is a real change of guard.

The Presidential Pardon gives clemency from Federal Prosecution, but cannot be invoked for state investigations or local investigations. Meaning, the Southern District of New York and the Attorney General of New York (Manhattan) can still prosecute and indict the Trump family members. All the other state attorneys and law enforcement can investigate the persons in question and charge them eventually for crimes. Therefore, the limitations of the pardon sets a standard for the future. 

However, if the President gives these pardons to his family and inner-circle. The people who are receiving it is initially stating their guilt. That they did some crime(s) and criminal conspiracy of some kind. If they didn’t, why did they need a pardon in the first place?

If you are innocent and has nothing to hide. Then you don’t need a pardon. If your not a criminal or haven’t acted with criminal intent. Then there should be no reason to accept a pardon. Since, there is no reason for you to have it.

This is what should shatter the United States. The Trump Family and associates can go free. The peculiar thing will be how they portray it and the reasoning for accepting it. Since it sends a message that they know what they did and that they hope they can get away from possible prosecution.

A pardon is something you need if you have done the deed. If you need the clemency from a criminal charge, then your by default a felon. Which is lucky to be saved by the mercy of the ones offering the pardon and cleaning your criminal record. However, if you don’t have done a crime and haven’t had criminal intent. There shouldn’t be a need for one….

So, by default by giving this to his family and associates. It is a token and showing the world how they operated. Since, they all need a pardon to save themselves. A guilty plea by direct action of accepting the pardon. Initially stating their guilt for the world to see. 

The ironic part is that the Presidential Pardon might not even save them. As the family members and associates might have to answer for crimes on the state level. This shows that there is little to gain here other than proving guilt by association. Peace.
