Opinion: Tomi Lahren is trolling and defending Trump by any means now!

If you have followed the Right Wing media in the United States, the key persons would be Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Bill O’Reilly or Alex Jones. But a person who is now as significant and whose a Fox News Contributor on the Sean Hannity Show is Tomi Lahren. She has gone from being a rising star on The Blaze which is run by Glenn Beck. After being fired for her pro-life admissions on the View, she became a slogan-queen on a Great American Alliance. From there she has become a part of Sean Hannity’s show. Therefore, the nonsense of her still matters. Because she is on the biggest news commentary show of the Right Wing and the Republican Party.

The Fox News are initially state TV at this point, where the Presidents agenda and wanting to defend him no matter what he do. Even stand by his conspiracies and his vicious attacks, even if there are no evidence or no basis for the matter. Like Tomi Lahren was during the Government Shutdown, blaming the Democrats for the shutdown. Tomi just did what the Republicans did too, hit that Narrative, even as the House of Representatives, Senate and the Presidency was run by Republican’s. It cannot be Democrats direct fault. Secondly, the negotiations had been hectic and the White House was running in circles. Therefore, even Senate leader Mitch McConnell wondered what Trump wanted. This proves that the stories portrayed from the State TV and Fox was fictitious.

That is the trouble I have with Tomi Lahren, her reality and the messages she sends often make no sense. She speaks of freedom of speech on her behalf and for the republicans. Republicans can march and can speak out, they can stand and use all methods to spread their message. However, when Beyonce or Colin Kaepernick did what they did for their causes. Then it was wrong, because Blue Lives Matter, not only Black Lives Matter. BLM has even called all sorts of things by Tomi, but she has not said similar about White Supremacists or addressed the Charlottesville attacks. That is because it is the right group who did violence, while peaceful protest done by leftist is wrong. Just like the Woman’s marches on the One Year Anniversary of Trump Presidency was also catching heat from Lahren. Because, if these was Tea-Party Woman, it would be cool, but since they addressed the womanizer-in-charge, the President and the #MeToo issue. To make their own messages and try to empower themselves in a time of harassment in working places. That has to be taken care of and warnings of misconduct should be taken serious. Instead, Lahren was mocking it and said these woman should do something else. Well, did she think her rights to her own body and allowing her to abort if she wants came without marches in America? Lahren needs to read a book on Woman’s Right in the US.

That means in general that she is demeaning the Freedom of Speech and of liberty. That only the narrative and stories, which matters, that is why it is tiring and that Lahren has gotten this prime-time spot and that Hannity has given her this slice of TV. A this point there is little difference between her and White House Counselor Kellyann Conway or White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders. All of them is spinning the same narratives, it just their titles and their positions. They are using the words, but all defending Trump by all means. Making his hypocritical acts and words into poetry. They are trying to make vomit into Shakespeare and hope people sees the same.

Fox News is state TV and its known. If you didn’t know. Now you do. To see how she makes everything leftist and using her voice to address people. Instead of building people up or using her voice for something positive. Since she actually has a stage. Lahren is using it to blame people for the Tide Pod Challenge and blaming the parents. Tomi could have listen and asked how this trend became a thing. But using it to make parents sensing the up-coming elections.

It is like, she can pin-point at anyone outside her camp. Blame them and throw trash at them. But if his master and the MAGA crowd is the trolls, the terrorists or the ones who creates the problem. She still deflects and blame the left. It is like no matter what President Trump does or have done. It is fine, but if Obama or Clinton did the same it would be full war. If Obama had paid porn-star and cheated on his wife. Lahren would have gone of the wires. Since Trump was having relations with Stormy Daniels. The RNC and the Republican Party hasn’t addressed this. All others has to fall on their swords when they do something like this or impeached, but Trump is the Holy Grail.

Tomi Lahren could have spread a positive message, she could have done that even inside the Right Wing. Not all there are hating on minorities, not everyone is playing games with people’s lives. Many do and many uses immigration and using taxes to take control. Like the RNC has done and proven how they uses meaningful government programs with humanity as bargain chips for a border-wall and other pledges of Trump. This is something Lahren knows, but still she defends it by all means.

Her last words are usually strong and fierce, but not facts. They are defending a narrative that isn’t building a United Republic. Instead, it is continuing to spread vile content. Is that the legacy and the words you will be remembered for? Is your fame and fortunes based on hatred and misuse of patriotism for one man and his selfish political position. Trump uses people and will use Fox News. He will use Sean Hannity and Alex Jones, they will be seen as cup-cakes and fear-mongers as they are. Even Tucker Carlson are looking more foolish as the days goes by. In the same box and inside the same sphere of influence is Lahren.

You could have used your position for something more fruitful. Not necessary a progressive aspect, but used it. So it made sense, not speaking of right wing agenda, family values and then defending cheating President. Not defending patriotism, but saying to the ones defending the real values smearing them with hatred. It so backwards into the future. However, we from the outside of America sees it. But you in the bubble cannot grasp it.

Lahren and the State TV has to look into their mirror and wonder if they become cyber- and broadcasting bullies with high-paid salaries sanctioned by Rupert Murdoch. We can wonder if that is the reason for the existence of the Fox TV Channel. The Broadcasting is becoming InfoWars and Breitbart, but with better lightning. Is that the memo we can take for this day and age?

Lahren, was this your destiny to defend a scrupulous man, which happen to be the President. Is that your motivation and aspiration. You have no true ethical and moral backbone, whatever he does or says, you will a story to defend it? Is that who you are?

So you will be blind to facts and science itself, to any common sense, as long as it fits the President? That is good to know, because if he back peddles, if he back-flips or even raises eyebrows for the Republican’s we will know. Because back in the day, he used to pay Democratic Politicians and use them for building his buildings. Therefore, his moral authority is non-existent, that is known for the rest of us. But not you.

ME: “So Tomi Lahren, will you take this President? Donald J. Trump, Honor him, bow down to him and as long as you can in your professional career. Stand by him and promote his ideas, in good and bad days, promote his disgusting and vicious believes, his attacks on his own institutions and family values. Will you be his propaganda tool?”

Me: “And you will be together in the time he is in Office. You can now take the ring and kiss the flag. Your now officially his propaganda tool and useful contributor on State TV. The President will never praise you or hold your hand. But you wash his in good and bad days. We can now all say Amen”. Opinion: Fox News hired Tomi Lahren, because they needed another person to spin-news for Trump!

Fox News or Fox News Network are ready to become even more vigilant in their approach to news and to the principals of fun-loving non-facts driven President Donald J. Trump news-outlet. This is the reality after Fox News hired Tomi Lahren as a contributor at Sean Hannity. Sean Hannity is already one giant program made for the paradigm of fun-loving Trump. It’s only Fox & Friends that has as big man-crush on Trump. Now the former Super-PAC slogan queen Lahren has gone from the Trump Super-PAC ‘Great America Alliance, which is part of the Great America PAC.

Clearly, he final thoughts on the Blaze for Glenn Beck, which made the Blaze famous on Youtube helped her career. Even if she had to leave because of disgruntled case between former employee and the ethical code of the Blaze. The Conservative Media house couldn’t accept her belief and her Pro-Choice views. So it only took a few months from being fired and suing to become a contributor for Fox News.

As if she wouldn’t end at the Fox, she is like a younger Megyn Kelly, just with less intelligence and with mere facts. Tomi Lahren will continue to be the teleprompter and the angry voice of the right-wing paradigm at Fox. Surely, her parts of Sean Hannity will hit viral and make the show more popular. Especially, as her role will bring another bombshell into the screens.

That facts wouldn’t matter on the show, it is news-spin and state-TV for Trump. Both Hannity and Lahren will continue that. They have concern for the facts, it will be conservative TV fiction, even any HBO fiction show will have touch with reality, than the news and opinions spread by these two. These will surely just be there for the concern of Trump and spread his views on the cable-News channel.

I am sure Tomi Lahren misses her old job at the Blaze, working for Glenn Beck and being the face of the Conservative Media House made around Beck. Surely, she must wish she didn’t end this way and into this sorrow gates. She is not even being a steady contributor or guest at news shows on Cable News. Tomi has popped by signing of ready made transcripts on Sean Hannity.

Lahren has even had some strange clips on her Facebook page to blow her fan-base and make sure people doesn’t forget her. Certainly, this wasn’t how it was supposed to be. She wanted to be the angry Megyn Kelly, instead she is now a part of Pro-Trump Super-PAC playing the ready made narratives of the Trump donors. This must be downer. Lahren has gone from making headlines and questioning Beyonce dances at Super-bowl to calling Left-Wings Snow-flakes and calling mainstream news “fake news”.

The stardom dwindles fast and without any forgiveness. Even the Contributor Kayleigh McEnany went from CNN to Trump’s ‘Real News’ from the Trump Tower to be the new spokesperson of the Republican National Committee (RNC). In addition, the Lahren’s of the world must feel the pinch. As her star isn’t rising when spinning the wheel of Trump. She might think she getting closer to it, but the progress of he administration isn’t coming as the internal battles between congress and the President isn’t strengthening the efforts.

This sort of Ads from the Great America PAC or the one directly hiring Lahren, the Great American Alliance are really just getting a familiar face and “the Final Words” that went viral all the time. Instead, she is now a punchline and someone who has to defend Trump.

She must really feel stupid and feel that she has lost ground. To be working for a Super-PAC paid by donors who still have faith in Trump. Lahren is not working for a TV station, not a media-house, but by a Super-PAC, as an Organization who are: “Great America Alliance is a not for profit social welfare organization formed under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to Great America Alliance are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes” (Great American Alliance Web-Page). This is a part of the Great America PAC. Therefore a Carey Committee, must be a downer to work in this.

I enjoy it, because she has thrown so many good people under the bus and spread such hatred, or hatorade to the public sphere without facts or any nuance of justification. Other than, all your others are cry-babies and we the Republican’s can save your ass. That is how Lahren has sounded. She is now an amplified Trump living promo person, instead of being a political commentator who means a damn. Even McEnany got a promotion and became someone, even if she had to become part of Trump’s online propaganda channel. Peace.

President Macron neo-colonial perspective on Africa came to the surface at the G-20!

The supposed centrist and progressive French President Emmanuel Macron, he newly elected President who we’re to be a fresh air. Aren’t apparently so, not if he believes what he said this week during the G-20 Summit in Hamburg. It is a disgrace of a modern European President to reflect this sort of sentiment. Especially, since this wasn’t said by some rascals associated with Marine Le Pen or Geert Wilders, but actually out of Macrons own mouth. It is time to erase the saint-hood and the prestigious placing among the hopeful leaders. Because when he says these words, it hurts, and it proves that the French still feels superior towards the African Nations and their people. Macron clearly feels so when explaining himself and addressing development on the continent. The words in italic are proving his sentiments. Just take a look at a badly translated Press Conference on the 8^th July 2017!

It seems like he knows and understands the African experience, that he can precisely blame the mothers of Africa for the bad demographics. So when Macron claims the missing envelopes and development, for various reasons, that he can understand. Even his own former Ambassador to Ethiopia Stephane Gompertz saying the projects was more for political gain and French own interest in Africa. Therefore, that the French President says what he says about the envelopes are bit disgusting. Knowingly the only intent the French has in Africa, isn’t directly developing the continent, but to extend their power there. Than he later claims the demographic and planned parenthood issues is behind it all. When the French interference and misuse of funds to keep their friendly leaders at bay. Clearly, are the program the French run under their Francafrique project.

So, when a French President should know what the French has known. That the French can spend billions and envelopes a not see development. When the interests are more of Paris, than of Dakar or Bamako, even the shores of Tunis. Usually if the Fancafrique are more for the gain of its own than the ones in need. More for the Paris elite or the friendly leaders instead of development. Therefore, it is an own created monster of French influenced based on patronage and clientele served from Paris. When lots of French own influence on the continent is for personal gain and for patronage. Not for development itself. That they are one of the greatest civilizations on planet earth.

Senate Republican Health Care Bill – Devastating effect for millions of Americans!

Who? Who elected this men in shiny suits and grins in the Capitol and who walk around like gentleman and ladies in Washington D.C. That is the question I ask today, since first the House of Representative under the key leader Paul Ryan passed the American Health Care Act (AHCA) to repeal the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This was done on the 4^th May 2017 and they had such a wonderful victory speech by President Donald Trump in the rose garden. Than, after the vote, the CBO score came in and it showed no mercy to the ones who needs medical care or health care, neither was the legislation made for safety of the American people, more a tax-relief for the wealthy who pays for poor. So they can get health-care under current legislation. That is something sinister in the eyes of Republican Party in the United States. Therefore, they have behind closed doors in the Capitol or the Congress, worked to make a new Health Care Bill based on the House of Representative vote in May 2017. And by June the legislation made in the dark, has come to light. Yesterday, the leak of the “Better Care Reconciliation Act of 2017” was also broke down by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO), BCRA are the still an ugly duck compared to the ACA or Obama-Care. Just take look at important quotes from their report and it proves the devastating acts of the Senate and House of Representatives,

The quotes I have taken, is just like last go-around on the members of society who will be cut off from Health-Care by new legislation. How much monies the 1% saves and how much the wealthy get tax-relief is benign since it is so many lives at stake and so many more people who will not be covered or can afford a Health Care Plan or Health Insurance under the new legislation. That is more dire, than if the state saves a few billion dollars, because the rich cannot afford to have some solidarity because their need for golden showers and Bentley’s. Take a look!

“The Senate bill would increase the number of people who are uninsured by 22 million in 2026 relative to the number under current law, slightly fewer than the increase in the number of uninsured estimated for the House-passed legislation. By 2026, an estimated 49 million people would be uninsured, compared with 28 million who would lack insurance that year under current law” (CBO, P: 1, 2017).

“CBO and JCT estimate that, in 2018, 15 million more people would be uninsured under this legislation than under current law—primarily because the penalty for not having insurance would be eliminated. The increase in the number of uninsured people relative to the number projected under current law would reach 19 million in 2020 and 22 million in 2026. In later years, other changes in the legislation—lower spending on Medicaid and substantially smaller average subsidies for coverage in the nongroup market—would also lead to increases in the number of people without health insurance. By 2026, among people under age 65, enrollment in Medicaid would fall by about 16 percent and an estimated 49 million people would be uninsured, compared with 28 million who would lack insurance that year under current law” (CBO, P: 4, 2017)

“Medicaid. Enrollment in Medicaid would be lower throughout the coming decade, with 15 million fewer Medicaid enrollees by 2026 than projected under current law in CBO’s March 2016 baseline (see Figure 4). Some of that decline would be among people who are currently eligible for Medicaid benefits, and some would be among people who CBO projects would, under current law, become eligible in the future as additional states adopted the ACA’s option to expand eligibility” (CBO, P: 16, 2017).

Just think about it, 49 Million uninsured compared to 28 million. The 28 millions uninsured under current legislation should be the worry today, not make sure there are another 21 millions who joins the club of ill-health and possible side-effects of not affording to pay for their health care bills. The Republican party and the Senate, as the House of Representatives are morally bankrupt. They don’t care or have no issues making provisions for a possible 21 million citizens without health-care. That means, they can easily do so, since the donors and rich-backers needs a Tax-Holiday. That is the seriousness and the bottom-line. Nothing beautiful about this. Just hardcore tax-relief so fewer people can afford to treatment and get people healed through Health-Insurance. Seriously, who votes this gang of brothers in and who would accept this sort of treatment? Can someone please explain to me what this dude Mitch McConnell still doing in the Capitol when he can serve this sort of legislation?

The numbers themselves are insane and the other aspects of the law is bad. There aren’t any good news in this one, unless your wealthy and don’t care about the society you sponge of in general. That is what this bill does, it isn’t “Better Care Reconciliation of 2017”, so to translate to a proper name of the bill it should be named: “We don’t Care Act of 2017”. Sponsored by the honorable men and woman of the Republican Party, with they new slogan to the public: “because we don’t care! We don’t care if you cannot afford to go to the hospital, have a per-existing condition, planned parenthood or any sort of benefits because of your low-pay-grade, you are just a Smuck-On-Wheels for voting for us and we are making sure that you cannot be covered in the future”. Trump’s Draft Executive Order on Big Pharma isn’t the remedy the Public needs!

There has been a draft release Executive Order without a date, but planned for June 2017 by the Trump Administration. The United States Government and soon the American Health Care Act (AHCA) or the Trump Care is run through the Senate after the amendments for the law after the vote in the Representatives House. So it seems like the Trump Administration trying to patch the ill-will and the gained reputation for draconian laws with a medicine and a remedy. Still, if people cannot afford health care plans or afford health-care insurance, what help is in making medicine and pills cheaper. When you cannot afford to get to the doctor, what help is that the pills and medicine cost less. Needs help from the doctor to find the needed treatment. That is simple, but forgotten math by the Republicans and the Congress these days. Not like President Trump understands that, unless tanning became more expensive for him.

While we’re at it, let’s look into major quotes from the Draft Executive Order:

“Section 1 Policy:

b) Reduce burdens caused by regulatory and administrative actions that inflate or distort prices for beneficiaries of Federal health programs or that provide more favorable pricing for intermediate actors in the medical product supply chain than the prices available to beneficiaries” (Executive Order, 2017).

So the Trump Administration plans to put down the prices and control the prices of medicine. It is special that the Administration cares about the Federal Health Programs, when the new TrumpCare laws want to relief the state of Medicaid and other supplementary subsidized programs through the Affordable Health Care Act (AHCA) or ObamaCare. Health Care News Emily Kopp: “This probably refers to the 340B program, which provides hospitals that serve low-income patients with a discount on intravenous drugs, anti-nausea drugs for cancer patients and some other outpatient drugs. Donald Trump’s interagency working group on drug prices has weighed scaling back the 340B program, KHN reported earlier this month. Critics say the discounts don’t truly benefit patients, including PhRMA, the influential pharmaceutical lobby” (Kopp, 2017). Certainly, the repeal will make sure these sort of programs get phased out as well as the pricing on the Health Care plans that the citizens has to get through insurance companies. But this draft plans to take it further do.

“c) Facilitate, where appropriate, the ability of Federal health programs to enter into reimbursement arrangements for medical products that are based on the value of such products to patients rather than the volume of such products purchased” (Executive Order, 2017).

That the State will have value-based pricing, which means that the States and Federal Government have decided prices depending on the needs and than that the patients has to cover the cost of the medicine. Which is a nice idea, but I am skeptical as before, since the reality doesn’t change, even if the State and Federal Government can control the buying-in and the prices of it. The rising prices of insurance under new law will not be helped by this remedy. Neither is this too.

“d) Ensure that the laws intended to help lower-income or vulnerable Americans and strengthen the safety net healthcare providers that serve them are carried out in such a way, that the benefits of such programs accrue primarily to the intended populations, including by the rescinding or revising of regulatory or administrative actions” (Executive Order, 2017).

This here is main reason for it in a way, if the Trump Administration did care, but if they though the world works like that and these provisions would change the ways of buying-in and research of medicine would change. So, in Alice in Wonderland, this sort of provision might work, even in Narnia, but I am sure it has the same effect as Wall towards Mexico or the sudden love for Solar Panel on the wall, which is insane in it self. That Trump Administration believes in this wouldn’t surprise anyone and that Sean Spicer would defend it would be field day for journalists.

Las piece of the Executive Order, that I will put forward is this one: “f) Rescind, revise or simplify regulations and other administrative actions that inappropriately or unfairly contribute to higher prices or cost-sharing for medical products for American patients” (Executive Order, 2017). Just as before, kind of hard to get lower prices if the repealing of Obama-Care law gets into effect. It like thinking you get lower cost, when the insurance sky-rockets and the 1 percent of American citizens get a giant tax-break. The relief again would only suit the ones without already hard-earned pockets, the rich would earn more and the R&D of medical suppliers would secure more funding. This would not earn the citizens in the United States.

This is maybe why this law hasn’t been signed and hasn’t been enacted, as the Senate are working on their bill and this would counter it. Secondly, the lesser prices for medicines wouldn’t help the provisions in the new Health Care law. United States would really be a place for the wealthy and the poor would suffer more. That is reality of the Health Care bill that the Senate are putting forward. This Executive Order wouldn’t help, but be a field day for the Big Pharma to get new system for subsidized medicine, so the people wouldn’t feel this. Unless, the Health Care plans inside the Senate bill would actually serve the public and not just the wealthy. Peace.

CBO scores on AHCA proves damaging results for millions of Americans!

Again, the House of the Representatives passed the baby of President Donald Trump and Speaker of the House Paul Ryan. This is the American Health Care Act, it was passed on the 4^th May 2017 and it 20 days after it’s passing the CBO came. This shows the disregard of checks and balances of the Congress. That the Representatives couldn’t trust the results of the Act and the bill, shows the proof that there are certain damaging reports in the report. The Republican Party representatives are clearly afraid of insights into the act. Therefore, the AHCA are really explosive, even as the knowledge of certain representatives didn’t even read it before voting for it.

“Republican Rep. Chris Collins admitted Thursday that he did not read the full health care bill before voting for it. “I will fully admit, Wolf, I did not. But I can also assure you my staff did. We have to rely on our staff,” Collins told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer on “The Situation Room.” (Manduley, 2017). So when the Republicans cannot even read their legislation, the paperwork that can affect millions of citizens. It shows disregard for the public and for the ones they represent, but clearly it is more important to take the calls of donors. Than the citizens who needs health-care. So I will not go through how much monies this ACHA does, and possible change the economy. What I will look into is the estimated people who are cut-off from health-care and insurance. As the ACHA might be damaging for the people, as the former CBO on the TrumpCare was really bad. Therefore, we can expect this one to be destroying lives for the poor Americans. So here are the quotes I think is worth remembering, as this proves what the Republican Party does to the ones they represent.

“CBO and JCT estimate that, in 2018, 14 million more people would be uninsured under H.R. 1628 than under current law. The increase in the number of uninsured people relative to the number projected under current law would reach 19 million in 2020 and 23 million in 2026. In 2026, an estimated 51 million people under age 65 would be uninsured, compared with 28 million who would lack insurance that year under current law” (CBO, P: 4, 2017).

That the ACHA is damning, is seen by just this 14 million more people will lose their insurance, in 2020 it would reach of 19 million and in 2026 would be 23 million. Therefore the estimated 51 million by 2026. With current ObamaCare it would be 28 million, which is also to many, but the new law doubles the amount of people without health insurance.

These two stats, show the damaging effects of the Republican bill, as not only massive amounts people without insurance, but also the different prices on the insurance after the repealing on the bill. These statistic is telling and the reason why the Republicans doesn’t want to understand their efforts to work of the private healthcare industry and insurance companies, instead of for the people who needs the health care. Interesting time’s when Tomi Lahren sues The Blaze for sacking her on the grounds of her Pro-Choice views!

That Glenn Beck doesn’t view his fellow employees political affiliation is now a fact after the controversy hitting his station and media company “the Blaze” where the most popular feature on the news corporation was Tomi Lahren. Tomi Lahren for her ending speeches in her shows went viral, as she spoke against Beyonce dancing for Black Lives Matters in the middle of the Superbowl. Calling out Barrack Obama every-time he went against conservative values. That was the idea of Tomi Lahrens’s show on the Blaze.

So when Tomi Lahren went on the View and proved her opinion on abortion, that she couldn’t see how the government could control her body and her rights as woman. That was enough for Glenn Beck and the Blaze. So they first suspended her from her role and now later fired her. The Blaze has then taken away their most known character and spokesperson, as who else is there? We know about Tomi Lahren because of her controversial clips on Youtube, as they have spread viral and even been used as pattern to discuss the different views from the Democrats to the Republican party outlook on the world.

That the Blaze wants to become a Fox News with Glenn Beck in-charge should be a well-known fact, anything else would be lie. The Blaze wants to be in between Breitbart, Infowars and the Fox News, in the Republican sphere of media houses, that spreads their ideas on the current news. So that the sacked anchor of the Blaze, are now officially suing the Blaze for the damages done by ending her works there.

How the Blaze was started:

“Conservative Fox News host Glenn Beck, a frequent critic of the mainstream news media, has launched his own news site, The Blaze. So as part of the case between the parties that was delivered yesterday to Dallas County district court, this information strikes out for me: “Moreover, Defendants knew that Plaintiff had expressed her personal view in this regard several times previously and they never took any issue with it. A few days later, however, Plaintiff was contacted by TBI’s Human Resources Director/Supervisor and advised that she was suspended indefinitely and that she need not return to TBI’s office(s), all because of her pro-choice opinions expressed on The View. Plaintiff was understandably disappointed, saddened, and in shock for being suspended for freely expressing her opinions, which certainly reconcile with what is the law of the land in the United States i.e., a woman’s constitutional right to choose and in no way inconsistent with any of Plaintiff’s obligations under the Employment Contract” (Dallas County District Court Document 07.04.2017). So if this is true, than Glenn Beck the owner of the Blaze knew that she had this personal view. If so why would he fire her for something already known by the media company? Did they hire her only for her pretty face and her ability to read the teleprompter?

That the Blaze also known about what capacity for their hiring of Tomi Lahren is clear and that she could be on shows, as she was becoming bigger than Glenn Beck, must have hurt the proud owner. He has now kicked someone out in the same manner as himself was sacked by Fox News. So that Glenn Beck addressed her harshly on Twitter and had issues with her stance was clear, as Beck knows that the viewers on channel and media house is over 87% Conservative values, therefore they will not be in favor of planned parenthood or the possibility of abortion. Therefore, this revelation inside the court document also says something: “Meanwhile, as Plaintiff heeded the unlawful admonitions, Beck and others within TBI embarked on a public smear campaign attacking Plaintiff and chastising her political views and opinions in a clear attempt to embarrass, humiliate, and undermine Plaintiff’s reach to her audience on social media and elsewhere. Beck and others associated with TBI have continued to knowingly, intentionally, and/or consciously attack Plaintiff in wrongful retaliation for Plaintiff having expressed her personal viewpoint on a public television show” (Dallas County District Court Document 07.04.2017). So that Beck went personally aggressive in defense to secure his viewers and prove the different views of the corporation compared to Tomi Lahren, while she was the new target and claimed to be indigenous with her behavior on the View. Therefore, Beck was right in his acts on social media against her, as she wasn’t really acting on corporate policy anyway.

“Plaintiff seeks a judicial declaration, inter alia, of the following, to-wit: (i) that Defendants wrongfully terminated Plaintiff without cause; (ii) that Defendants have, in multiple ways, materially breached and anticipatorily repudiated the parties’ Employment Contract; (iii) as a result of Defendants’ material breaches of the Employment Contract, Plaintiff is fully excused from further performance; (iv) Plaintiff is entitled to complete rescission of the Employment Contract and a return to the status quo ex-ante; (v) Plaintiff is not bound or restricted in any way from pursuing alternative employment that competes directly with Defendants; (vi) Plaintiff is entitled to express her salient views on the propriety of Defendants and particularly Beck’s misconduct, which should be exposed for what it is; (vii) Defendants should be enjoined and required to pay Plaintiff under the Employment Contract the agreed upon amounts for the duration of the term set forth in the Employment Contract and (viii) even assuming arguendo that Plaintiff signed an NDA, which is denied, she is not restrained in any way by any NDA under principles of contract law because, in the absence of any new consideration allegedly signed post-employment, the NDA, if any, is nudum pactum. See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE § 37.004 (Vernon Supp. 2014)” (Dallas County District Court, 07.04.2017).

So if Tomi Lahren is right, than the Blaze has used her fame and newfound place in spectrum of popular culture, though not for all the reasons she wishes and expressions, as the Blaze wanted to control and have her views controlled. That is why the sacking proves how fickle and little space there are inside Beck’s own media house. As the Conservative and the Republican views are all controlling and no questions to the paradigms that has founded the company.

Tomi Lahren has been useful to the Blaze, as the Republic Media and the spreading the narratives needed for the conquest of the minds. However, the pride of Glenn Beck got to him and he cannot understand outside his bubble sees the reality. That Lahren has become bigger than him and he cannot contain him. It is like The Game got enormous and took more space than 50 Cent anticipated inside the G Unit Records, therefore he got kicked out. The similar effects of this, as The Game talked well about Jadakiss and Nas. Just like Lahren spoke well of abortions, instead of being against Pro-Choice as she was supposed to be.

Glenn Beck might have 10 million viewers and have traction, as the radio programs and the media in general have lots of viewers. That the agreement between Tomi Lahren and The Blaze from 2015 only can use this provision to fire her: “11. Suspension/Termination of Employment: TBI has the right to suspend or terminate (or suspend then subsequently terminate) Employee’s employment to end this agreement” (…) “(vi) conduct or involvement in a situation that brings Employee into public disrespect, offends the community or any group thereof; or embarrasses or reflects unfavorably on TBI’s reputation; (vii) Employee’s repeated failure to comply with the reasonable directions of senior management; (viii) an event of “Force Majeure” (as such term is understood in the entertainment industry), however, in the event of Force Majeure, TBI shall only have the right to suspend Employee and if such suspension exceeds three (3) consecutive weeks Employee shall have the right to terminate this agreement; or (ix) if TBI discontinues operations” (The Blaze Agreement with Tomi Lahren 09.09.2015).

So if used the Force Majeure suspension and termination, you can wonder what sort of legal language the Blaze lawyers will use to extract the cause of the termination of Tomi Lahren. Since the suspension of her seems more like personal vendetta from Beck. Like he could see his possible excuse to fire her. Since his own position as the main host on the Blaze. Certainly, the company would know about this since Beck was the founder of it and surely would feel considered to be ‘the man’.

It seems that Tomi Lahren has a case, not that I agree with the news and opinions she has spread as an employee at the Blaze. Still, as a person she deserves to be treated rightfully by her employer. So hope she wins over the Blaze and Glenn Beck. So Beck can show the world some needed humility, and than we can wonder where Lahren is trying to get a job. Since she with her statement on the View played a little liberal view in United States, so if it is MSNBC or anywhere else, can soon be found out. Peace.
