Opinion: The UNSC should mandate the AU, ASEAN and USAN with an Observation Mission and TAMM in the UK!

It is an utter scandal how the lack of democratic values, how the Prime Minister and the sovereign nation of United Kingdom is acting. That its risking its place in the Europe. This being done by an government who suspend it national assembly, wanting to govern by decree in the days for the biggest decision and leaving the EU by 31st October 2019.

Since, Conservative Party and Prime Minister Boris Johnson are making a smoke-screen of the world. While the state there is making a mockery of the citizens. Using riot-police to silence the public and also stopping the national assembly for 5 weeks. This is what the PM does now. He does it in the vital time before the clock is run-down.

With this in mind, there is a need of United Nations Security Council to mandate of the African Union (AU), Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and Union of South American Nation (USAN) should be allowed to send Observation Missions and create an Transitional and Arrangement Monitoring Mechanisms (TAMM) who will secure the Brexit. Because, the international community in combination with this bodies can send honourable world leaders to ensure the Tories and the MPs are doing the right thing.

In the midst of the crisis, the government and the parliament seems to need help. It needs some resolving bodies and multi-national bodies can give it guidelines to help the transition, which respect the will of the public of the United Kingdom and also the rest of Europe. Because, the UK seems to need it.

That the AU, ASEAN and USAN can combine their strengths, be outsiders looking into the grievances between the EU and UK. Where the they can monitor the needed stipulated articles and statutes to ensure a proper break. Since, it is seemingly after this three year long process and they are not able to figure it out.

Can, the United Nations Security Council in combination of the AU, ASEAN and USAN get mandate to have an Observation Mission with a TAMM in the United Kingdom. It it is needed, they just don’t know it themselves yet. Peace.

Brexit: Boris Johnson’s bewildered speech in midst of uncertainty…

Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s speech on the 2nd September 2019 has shown in little or no time. He has dug himself a grave he cannot dig himself out of. The PM is trying to fix an issue he himself has created with his helper Dominic Cummings. The Tories and the Cabinet with the deselection process and the suspension of Parliament. Still has a brief moment of normalcy this week before the suspension is in full effect.

Therefore, the MPs and the rebels have already written a well-written law to vote over, the European Union (Withdrawal) Bill No. 6, which will destroy the “no-deal” hegemony of the PM. Even as the problematic situations are prolonging and the uncertain remains. Because, not like the stormy water is over and the sea is calm.

The PM has created a lot, before I continue on that. Let me show his most blatant comments today:

While leaving due time to debate brexit and other matters. And as we come to that brexit deadline I am encouraged by the progress we are making. In the last few weeks the chances of a deal have been rising, I believe, for three reasons. They can see that we want a deal” (Boris Johnson, 02.09.2019).

I want everybody to know – there are no circumstances in which I will ask Brussels to delay. We are leaving on 31 October, no ifs or buts. We will not accept any attempt to go back on our promises or scrub that referendum Armed and fortified with that conviction I believe we will get a deal at that crucial summit in October A deal that parliament will certainly be able to scrutinise And in the meantime let our negotiators get on with their work Without that sword of Damocles over their necks And without an election, which I don’t want and you don’t want” (Boris Johnson, 02.09.2019).

The Prime Minister is living in his own Narnia, Wakanda or in Middle-Earth. Because, he thinks he can sell a deal this late, even when he just have mere days and the previous deal was voted down three times in Parliament. He must really have some special goggles or ultra-vision that is only available at Eton.

Secondly, the Prime Minister, if he thinks he will not get a another expansion or delay. Than he can forget to anything else, than what May and her team gathered. Which wasn’t much, but is what they was able to do. PM Johnson isn’t a wizard, not of Oz or of Hogwarts. But just another prick at the throne. Who think his vision can change it all, because his entitled to it.

Third, why do I say all that, well, if Theresa May and her Faulty Towers Cabinet couldn’t manage it within the two year deadline to fix a good deal. How will the now suspending, self-imploding and minority based Prime Minister be able to pull off a grand deal in the midst a open dumpster-fire and cluster-fuck at home?

My last point. We all know why PM Johnson doesn’t want a snap election now. The last time the Tories did that, they got weakened and had to work with the DUP to have majority. If he does it now, he will risk not only his “majority”, but also the possibility to govern. What could also happen is that the MPs wouldn’t allow it in Parliament, as he needs 2/3 or their votes and it would be risky to call it out now. Now that his popularity is so low. Because of his in-action and his care for democracy as whole.

Therefore, there is little or nothing his statement did today. Other than reflect a mind of dreamer, a hopeless naive Brexiteer narrative, which would only have worked in the twisted mind of Farage. Well, maybe only there, but not in the rest of the world. Not in Birmingham, Ballymena, Bangor or in Brechin. Peace.

Brexit: UK – European Union (Withdrawal) (No. 6) Bill 2019 (02.09.2019)

Opinion: PM Johnson the now overlord of a “No-Deal” Brexit

When you have suspended the Parliament to ensure the MPs and Lords doesn’t have the time or opportunity to run legislation, amendments or even vote for a final draw in the prolonged Brexit. There is already giant issues with the way Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his allies are handling the business and government operations in London.

Now, it is also reported, that the Conservative Party MPs who rebels against Johnson will get sacked and not able to run on the party ticket in the upcoming elections. That is double whammy from Johnson, who by suspending the Parliament. Are showing reckless behaviour in concern of democratic values, but now show his full remorse in the sense. That only his voice matters and his decisions.

As James Forsyth reports:

I report in the Sun this morning that Number 10 will treat these votes as they would a confidence vote with anyone who doesn’t back the government being immediately disqualified from standing for the Tories again. They hope that this will keep some waverers in the government lobby next week. It would mean that if former Cabinet Ministers such as Philip Hammond voted for the legislation, as they intend to, they would be barred from standing for the party again; ending their time as Tory MPs. It is hard to think of a precedent for so many Tories going from being Cabinet Ministers to being ineligible to stand for the party in a matter of weeks” (James Forsyth – ‘Tory MPs who vote for the extension legislation will be barred from standing for the party at the next election’ 31.08.2019, The Spectator).

When your wasn’t thinking that was enough, today on Andrew Marr show, Michael Gove has said: “won’t commit to abide by any new law passed by Parliament this week to stop no-deal Brexit on October 31” (Michael Gove, 01.09.2019).

This is showing the utter contempt of the legislators, the MPs and the public’s representative. Not only has the PM with the blessing of the Queen. Been able to suspend the Parliament for the most of the time towards the final date of revoking its membership with the EU. But the narrow window, the MPs and the Lords has, will not be counted. As if the government and Johnson Cabinet is above it.

They are really just showing the world what sort of leadership it is. They are overlords and leaders of a singular tyranny. Who does only control and orders people around, but does not take into consideration the needs of the public.

We can just imagine the next steps. As the PM and his cabinet doesn’t care for or needs the Parliament. In midst of a growing crisis and they will ensure the United Kingdom self-destruct, as it goes out of EU. The Tories are self-imploding in the gain of a minority group wanting to assess all control and all the powers of the state without scrutiny or justification. Other than, we have been sworn-in as government officials, so fuck-off: If your thinking your opinion matters or plans to soften the Brexit blow.

That is what Gove, Cummings and Johnson is doing. They are slowing demoting democracy, the institutions and also showing utter contempt of its people whose elected them there. The representative government is useless, unless you let legislators and their decisions your behalf actually matter.

However, in this case, they act as technocrats, unelected hypocrites who could be government any Banana-Republic across the globe. These people have revoked the possibility to ever tell, whose democratic and not. As they don’t respect their own institutions or elections. To ensure the right verdict for the people.

The have not only suspended the Parliament, but not planning to abide by it. Meaning, that they are overruling the MPs. This in the end, shows contempt and knocks with the supremacy of the chambers. Which is in the end, showing that this cabinet wants to be tyrants, want to rule by decree and not by the will of the people. Peace.
