Rwanda: The FDU-INKINGI Offices in Kigali are under siege and the house Mr. Gratien Nsabiyaremye under systematic search (06.09.2017)

There been sent a letter to the National Resistance Movement (NRM) from the New Vision Group. The NRM and the President paper, who usually write all the favorable propaganda for the NRM Regime. Therefore, that the New Vision sent a letter on the 13th June 2017, didn’t pay for its adverts in the Vision Group in 2010 and 2011. In 2010, the party haven’t paid the bill of 508,886,927 Uganda Shillings and in 2011, the bill is 406,578,614 Uganda Shillings. The total lacking funds are 915,465,541 Uganda Shillings. So the NRM are closely behind to 1 Million in debt to the Vision Group.
Just like another report from the same campaign in 2016:
“Judgement on admission is hereby entered against the respondent (NRM) in the amount of Shs4.9b. The issue of cost of the application shall be determined by the suit” Mr. Opesen held yesterday” (…)”The money arouse of supply 60,000 T-shirts, one million scarves and 200,000 sleeveless shirts” (…)”Kampala Modernity Stationers and Printers sued the ruling party in 2013 for contribution of the said money to be paid to Dubai based firm, Bright Arrows Trading which supplies the ready-made garments” (…)”M/S Bright Arrows Trading have sued Kampala Modernity for breach of contract leading to third party proceedings compelling court to add NRM as party in the case” (Buule, 2016).
So the NRM Party and the NRM Campaign of 2011, clearly the NRM Campaign of 2011 was not run well. The NRM Organization clearly doesn’t respect the providers of the needed materials for their campaigns. This are old bills from the previous presidential election campaign.
You can wonder if they have stifled the men and woman making campaign material for 2015 and 2016. As they have done for 2010 and 2011, as if the providers want to come forward and leak it now? It would be natural to complain a year after for the missed tab created by the ruling regime and the ruling party. Seemingly, the funds from the NRM party are not sufficient, as even parts of 2016, the NRM wasn’t paying out salaries to their own staff.
The organization isn’t functioning or have good audits of their accounts, since they are not paying on time or being able to plan their actions and campaigns. That is why the old bills keeps pumping. This is just another one. There might be more skeletons in the closet, we just have to wonder if the NRM has paid the bus companies and the other one delivering services during the campaigns. Peace.

If you did not know, if you are real opposition to President Paul Kagame, you might be hunted, starve in jail or end up poisoned in the diaspora. This is evident in the past and now again in the present. In Rwanda, standing against the one man with heart, brain and control, Kagame, means losing it all or being left out from society. It is as if you are condemning yourself to treason and assault of your rights.
The newest candidate, who was a real opposition, bold enough to stand as a candidate on her own merit and independence was Diane Shima Rwigara. Her candidacy was by the Electoral Commission denied and revoked. She was under house arrest before and after the election; this has now ended, but not in positive way.
If you would think a person, getting 98% of the votes would feel like Teflon and feel on top of the world. Instead, he knows these numbers are not real and has to intimidate the ones who stands against him.
Now, there are reports from friends of the former Presidential Candidate Rwigara, that she are detained on an unknown place together with the family. The police on the other hand are saying: “The romour that is currently circulating that Diane Rwigara has been arrested is not true (1)” (…) “What is true is that police has conducted a search at her family residence as part of preliminary investigations (2)” (Rwanda Police, 30.08.2017). This here is ordinary, that the Police is deflecting the truth and trying to shield their activity against opposition. That is why Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza is behind bars on treason for trying to stand as opposition candidate against Kagame. Therefore, it is not like it new territory for the Rwandan Patriotic Front (PRF) and their head-honcho to push the boundaries of justice.
Therefore, to be honest, I do not have faith in the Rwandan Police to treat her fairly or with swift justification, since they have transgressed against dozens since 1994. The RPF and their squads know exactly what to do, to silence and making someone stop. The Police said their where raiding the home of Rwigara for charges of tax evasion and other trying to justify their breaking and entering. Still, the facts remain that the former candidate are now missing.
The truth tellers is not hired by the Police, neither by the authorities who are trying to deflect their activity and their misbehavior! This is not new and as long as Kagame is running the show, things will not be changing. Since he cannot stomach anyone standing against him, unless they are puppets for the mere show. To say something else at this point is ridiculous!
We can hope she reappear and the transgression against her will and her family will stop, but the authorities of Rwanda are without mercy. They will not do this unless they think they can intimidate her to silence. That is their end-game, to silence and stop the opponent to work against the almighty ruler Kagame. Peace.

It is special that the President Jacob Zuma is caring about the African National Congress Party Constitution, when he clearly struggles to control his own party and his own government from senselessly looting and corrupt behavior from taking state owned companies with contracts to ANC connected investor families. It is ironic and weird, that he uses the misconduct part of the constitution to say he will discipline them. While he with more corruption counts, than I can remember, has to talk about justice and law is weird. Zuma is not the right guy to do so!
Still he said this yesterday:
““You decide to use your conscience. Unheard of, you were sent there [to Parliament] by the ANC,” said Zuma of those in the ANC benches who sided with the opposition” (…) ““The ANC was put into serious disrepute on August 8,” said the president. Reading out sections of the ANC’s constitution before asking the audience what must be done, Zuma said: “A serious offence shall be committed by any member acting on behalf or in collaboration with a political organisation or party other than an organisation or party in an alliance with the ANC.” (…) ““You must act,” said some in the crowd when he told them the recommendation for such behaviour was disciplinary procedures” (Madia, 2017).
So that President Zuma was quoting the article 25.17.12 of the is very strange, that this is his comfort zone, since in the Act of Misconduct, 25.17, there are enough places to himself in. It doesn’t take a lot of thinking or even considering his own behavior before finding respectable offenses he has done to party. He is literally throwing stones in a glass house.
Because within common-sense and reason, Mr. President, Jacob Zuma has broken the misconduct articles of ANC Constitution:
First: “25.17.1 Conviction in a court of law and being sentenced to a term of imprisonment without the option of a fine, for any serious non-political offence”. Mr. President, himself was at one point in different courts of law for the misuse of public homes will building the Nkandla Village Project, with the firepool and the local hospital. This offense to the state, he had to repay parts of the building back to the state and did so. Therefore, just by my reckoning, he has breached this one and should go through trial process as protocol by the ANC Party.
Second: “25.17.4 Behaving in a manner or making any utterance which brings or could bring or has the potential to bring or as a consequence thereof brings the ANC into disrepute”. This is very easy, as of the Financial Minister firing of 2015 and the 2017. That has downgraded the economy twice and put the state in junk-statue, clearly brings ANC into disrepute, also the questioning of following party line with the firings or if he just picked-up the phone and had a conversation with his Gupta supporters. Since, the economy has taken a hit by these acts of vile cabinet reshuffle.
Third: “25.17.8 Abuse of elected or employed office in the Organisation or in the State to obtain any direct or indirect undue advantage or enrichment”. Mr. President knows that he has breached this one, with getting family members involved in Oakbay Resources and Oakbay Investments companies, that again has gotten favorable state contracts to sell coal to Eskom and others. Which is not in line with the law of South Africa, neither the ANC Constitution. Therefore, without even trying. I have found three offenses to the President, that the ANC should consider working-on.
I am sure the ANC not going to act upon the President, because it is easier to suspend mere MPs, than get the President under hot water, they are all bowing loyally to him and following his corrupt directions. It seems to be a shell of party, if they do spell the criteria this way, than Zuma is bigger than the ANC. That means the ANC is Zuma, since ZUMA can acts as pleases, but the others has to follow the provisions of the ANC Constitution. He is above them, since he can sanctions others, but the party cannot sanction him. Even if he breaches many of provisions and does not follow the rules of the party. Peace.

Madia, Tshidi – ‘Zuma Speaks On The Motion Of No Confidence: ‘The ANC was put into serious disrepute on August 8’ (13.08.2017) link: http://www.huffingtonpost.co.za/2017/08/13/zuma-speaks-on-the-motion-of-no-confidence-the-anc-was-put-int_a_23075866/

The National Assembly voted on the motion of “No Confidence” and was able to hold a secret votes of it. That was making people unease, since it took a long while for the counting of the Members of Parliament (MPs). Even the Parliamentary Speaker Baleka Mbete didn’t want to vote, unless there was a ties. That did not succeed, so here vote wasn’t needed.
This is the 8th Vote of No Confidence in the President. Who has enough scandals, enough of partnership with foreign investors, enough of misuse of office to be questioned by the Parliament. What was new was the secret ballot. This time the tally was 198 MPs voted against the Motion and 177 MPs vote for it. 16 MPs abstained from voting. Therefore, the Presidency prevails. But it is shattered.
The African National Congress (ANC) are also tearing apart, as there are renegades who voted against the President. It is about 30 MPs who voted “No Confidence” against President Jacob Zuma. Clearly, there are voices and belief internally that he isn’t the godfather and the principal Executive that South Africa should have. However, that minority within own ranks wasn’t big enough to toil the cronies and the loyalist to the Party Line.
The other was expected to vote against the President, if it was COPE, EFF and DA. They were all rallied up and making themselves ready for a fierce battle. The corruption, decadence of disdain against proper governance had to stop. Clearly, that was snuffed away like old tea. The whole ordeal was silenced and the President can bask in glory.
Still, the victory isn’t a real victory, as the ANC and the President are running on a empty tank. No trust, no faith and no policies to show for. The financial trust in the government is lacking, the shuffles of the cabinet and exchange of Finance Minister has downgraded the former booming economy. The secrecy and the agreements between one rich investor family, the Guptas and political family Zuma. Has also lost the trust in the state owned businesses. As they are used to enriches both families.
We can just wonder how long the South African Republic will accept being tarnished and disrespected by the President and his supreme clientele. Needs some Iron Fists and some shaking of the core of the ANC to understand. The arrogance of the ruling party, might be shattered, as the opposition parties was getting more power in the recent locals elections. The faith in ANC should be smoldering on the core, the drainage of cronyism and corruption, should eat the foundation and make the shaky foundation soon collapse. It is just about time at this point and when someone who can either in coalition or within own party blend the loss of faith and make the South Africans believe in “real change” and “true development”. That is what is needed.
The ANC won today, as they have done in recent “no confidence” in the National Assembly, but they also lost today, because they are now proof of their shaky foundation. The lackeys of Zuma can rejoice, but their fate is not sealed. That might be dwindling quicker then they understand. Peace.

The ANC Youth League notes the decision of the Speaker of Parliament regarding the method by which the No Confidence Vote will be conducted. The decision to conduct the vote by secret ballot is consistent with the rules and procedures of parliament and the discretion of the Speaker to determine which method to employ for any given matter before the house.
We remain firm in our belief that that whether by secret ballot or open voting; the political outcomes of the vote must and will be the same. It is only the delusional wishes of the opposition, aided by sensationalist media opinion, that creates a fictitious possibility of a Secret Ballot tilting the political outcomes.
The decision for a Secret Ballot presents an opportunity for ANC Members of Parliament to demonstrate to the opposition and other forces hoping for regime change through a palace coup that our movement will defend its democratic mandate. The outcomes of the secret ballot will reaffirm our confidence on the capacity of members of the movement in different spaces to assert the ANC as the political center.
Ideally, we would have preferred that this be done in full view of the public in order to communicate the important message that our defense of the ANC is not a matter of secret. We would have preferred the open vote because we believe that the commitment to the ANC as the political center is a matter of conscience that we carry openly for everyone to see.
As we have said before, all members of the ANC and democratic forces of South Africa have a revolutionary duty to rise up against these attempts at staging a palace coup. At the forefront of this political programme to defend the democratic majority will be the Members of Parliament deployed by the ANC. They have a duty to assert the right of the popular masses to determine their own fate and leadership against an elite attempt to shortchange democracy.
We are convinced that by the end of the parliamentary session tomorrow, the ANC Members of Parliament would have delivered a clear message to the opposition that they cannot and should not donate their opposition politics to our movement. When Comrade Jacob Zuma is reaffirmed as President of the Republic, the opposition will have to go bury their bruised egos in sand after they are defeated.

“Boredom forces you to ring people you haven’t seen for eighteen years and halfway through the conversation you remember why you left it so long. Boredom means you start to read not only mail-order catalogues but also the advertising inserts that fall on the floor. Boredom gives you half a mind to get a gun and go berserk in the local shopping centre, and you know where this is going. Eventually, boredom means you will take up golf.” – Jeremy Clakson
Donald J. Trump, the American President has been President only for 196 days. Not so long and has had a rocky road. I am quickly and briefly looking into the high-energy and not taking vacations. Something he promised the electorate and the citizens of United States, just like everything else. He lied and keep lying. First take some quotes and where he was shaming his predecessor Barrack Obama, before we looks into his extensive time-offs since getting into office. Clearly, he is playing a lot of golf. The stats and numbers of that is taken from Trumpgolfcount.com, which is page you should check-out if you don’t believe me.
What President Trump said on the 13th November 2016:
“When Stall told Trump it is $400,000 per year, he said, “No, I’m not going to take the salary. I’m not taking it.” (…) “There’s just so much to be done,” Trump said. “So I don’t think we’ll be very big on vacations, no.” (CNN Wire, 2016).
On criticizing Obama for vacations:
“Trump has long criticized President Obama for his yearly summer and winter breaks. “He takes more vacations than any human being I’ve ever seen,” Trump told Fox News host Greta Van Susteren in 2011. “It sends a bad message. Here we have a country that really is going to hell in a handbasket. . . . And we have a president that’s constantly, whether it’s Martha’s Vineyard or someplace else, constantly on vacation.” (Tracy, 2016).
So the man who complained and nagged on Obama, are clearly a giant hypocrite and is very low-energy. He doesn’t have the stamina or the will-power to stay in the White House. Certainly, he loves his estates and golf-courses more than actually working on policies and executive orders.
Numbers until now at Mar-A-Lago!
In Miami Mar-A-Lago he has spent 25 days. That is over 3 weeks at the Miami Golf-Course and private club. He has taken 7 flights there and is estimated cost of $ 14,392,000. That is the estimated of the flights down from Washington D.C. not the cost of local reinforcement of police, the cost of Secret Service and all the other efforts to secure the President.
Numbers until now at Trump National Bedminister:
In another club he owns and in New Jersey, the President has spent 11 days at Bedminister. He has had 6 flights costing the public tax-payer $ 3,598,000 in flight charges. That is not taking the extra cost of Secret Service, other security officials like Police and local authorities securing the Trump National Bedminister. This is something that would cost the New Jersey state extra, just like the visits to Miami and Florida State. At the 31st of July 2017, the President had already been golfing for 41 days in his now 196 days into office.
So with this in mind, as plans to spend 17 more days at the Trump National Bedminister in New Jersey. This means the count when is done is 48 days of total 212, which means that ¼ of his days in office by 212 has been spent on a self-owned golf-club. So that he was bashing others for their vacations and playing golf. Was so, so wrong, since he is himself worse and the biggest orange hypocrite in history.
This is how the Boston Globe staff describe his vacation place:
“Trump’s golf club in Bedminster, they noted, is located in Somerset County, one of the tonier sections of New Jersey that are not visible from the New Jersey Turnpike” (…) “Trump’s property cost him a cool $35 million in 2002 (expensive!),” they wrote. “(A)nd … membership at the Trump-owned golf course there reportedly costs $300,000 (too rich for our blood!)” (Fox News, 2017).
So he is again at golf-club, who seems overprice and expensive, but that wasn’t surprising. Clearly, the amount of time spent on his own properties and his own companies. Are showing how he plans to spend public funding on himself and his businesses, that is still owned by family and controlled by the family. While other Presidents has sold their businesses or put them in blind trust, not like Trump, who has given Eric Trump and Donald Trump Junior the control. So he can have it all close and tight-knit.
But he is a lazy President, a low-energy and a weak one. Since he is using one-fourth of the time on the green and not in the office. That is why there is no legislation victory or written that could get both chambers to win from the President. That is why the Tax Plan is mere a Christmas Wish-list, than actually policy. Koch Brothers should get their greed-on and their drink-on since it is their wishes that will be fulfilled.
President Trump could have worked for Taylor-Made and not for the White House. Since he spends so little time there. Peace.
