Opinion: Chamelone is a waste of time…

The musician Joseph Mayanja aka Dr. Jose Chameleone is not worthy of our time. He is just showing his purpose and why he became a politician. The whole time of the elections just to toy around and play a game. He was a pawn and wasn’t sincere.

That’s why his in the family and the prodigal son the Movement. His heart is yellow and a man of the President. Some of us has been saying this all along. While he was busy scheming in the Democratic Party (DP), Alliance for National Transformation (ANT) and in the National Unity Platform (NUP).

Chameleone was just doing this to play his part, but he was never invested in it. Not like he was campaigning for Museveni or for the Movement. He wants so badly to be recognized and be respected in the National Resistance Movement (NRM).

The musician is getting some cheap token gifts and some monetary gains. However, the man wants true acknowledgement. That’s why he speaks ill of the NUP now. Even though he was never a real deal and the NUP saw that. This is why he wasn’t able to get on their ticket.

Chameleone had a spot ready in the DP and he even toyed around with ANT too. So, it is not like was loyal to anyone. He was just fishing around and trying to find the best outfit to look legit. While he shows he has no integrity or moral compass.

The Dr. Jose is willing to do anything to look like something his not. Say words and statements to look like an opposition. When deep down he would never betray or be behind the flag-bearers of the opposition parties in question. That is how devious this man is and shows what token soldier he is.

Chameleone is just a toy-soldier for the yellow. As he wanted to look like a “changed man” but was just a front. He was fake and a phony. His a real bitch of the President and ready to bend his knee for him too.

Therefore, if he tries this again. No that no one should believe it. This trick is played out and he should just join the parade of influencers supporting Muhoozi. This man should just be by the side of NRM and the President.

He is not conflicted, but a man who knows where the pocket is secure. Chamelone knows where his home is and where the shillings are doled out from. That is why he will always “return” and be “loyal” to him. Because that cause pays and the other places he has to fight. A fight that doesn’t matter to him and his heart isn’t in it.

He rather eats the spoils with the tyrant and dine with his thieves. No matter what he does now. Never believe his acts or his moves politically. That’s a waste of time and his just another Yellow pawn playing second fiddle to act like an “opposition”. Later he will return back and everything will go back to “normal”. Peace.

Opinion: Chameleone was always yellow and was never even green…

“The singer was speaking at an event organized by Toyota Nuwagira when he went on record to say, he has never left the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM). “My greatest witness can be Mr. Toyota, my friend, I am still your family, I have never left NRM. If you doubt that, put up your cameras and record me. Dr. Jose Chameleone aka Joseph Mayanja shows his true colours. Instead of lying and acting insincere, which was his deal in 2020 and early 2021 before the general election. At one point he was the Democratic Party Mobilizer before he went to try to be the Lord Mayoral Candidate for the National Unity Platform (NUP). However, he was blocked and wasn’t allowed to stand as a candidate in the NUP. That is maybe forgotten, but Chameleone had a longer stay in Norbert Mao’s party than under the wings of Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine.

This is why Chameleone is only showing that his yellow. Some of us said that and never trusted this man. Now the likes of us is vindicated. He is a man of the President and he would easily take a paid check by the tyrant.

Dr. Jose would easily trade his integrity and his moral judgement to participate in campaign rallies. Not to talk about being one of the main stars in a gig-song for the Movement. That is the sort of fella he is and nobody should ever think otherwise. The man congratulated Museveni after “winning” in 2016. It is not like he changed that quick and would suddenly be defiant.

The ones who believed that was sadly fooled and mocked. Mao should feel betrayed and played by Chameleone. Unless, Mao has made secret deals to be a “fake” opposition party. That is something for another day, but he had several of questionable candidates in the recent election and not only giving Chameleone a big platform in the party.

The yellow should be happy how this man could be used and play around. He could even test these parties and toy around with a grift of a campaign. This man was never true to his cause or political ambition.

I said he was Yellow and now he verifies it himself. I even had a headline stating this in July 2019: “Chameleone isn’t green, his heart bleads yellow!”. This is all true and anyone questioning it is foolish.

It was all a lie, as he said this the same year: “This is a new crusade. They branded us thugs but it was because we trusted them and they left us poor. In 1986, I was like 6 or 7 years when they took over and welcomed him(Museveni) as our darling but has let us down and people have lost hope in the country” (Jose Chameleone, 16.07.2019).

So, he just shows how fake he is and says what he needs to say to be in character. Dr. Jose is willing to lie to play a role, but when reality hits the fan. We just know his another yellow fellow. The yellow is all in his heart. Chameleone is a man of the President and it’s all clear as day. The time in DP and trying to be a mayoral candidate in NUP was a fraud.

It is now proven and the ones following this man. Has to now that he is willing to be fake and be a pawn for the Movement. Peace.

Opinion: I don’t trust Chameleone’s mission in the NUP…

Joseph Mayanja aka Jose Chameleone only last year left the National Resistance Movement (NRM). The man of the President. A man who has participated in rallies and singed songs for the regime for years. Suddenly last year in early July 2019 joined the Democratic Party and Mao gave him the role of Chief Mobilizer.

Today, he was announced as the Lord Mayoral Aspirant for Kampala for the National Unity Platform. Which means that Chameleone have within a year gone from the NRM to DP and final destination NUP.

Gone all red from yellow and for a hot minute green. This man is doing everything. Maybe by the time of 2021 he will try to join FDC. Just so he can say he was blue as well. No, I am just kidding. He will not go there, as he will not challenge incumbent Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago. Who has also left the DP for another party.

For Bobi Wine this isn’t a victory. This here isn’t something to celebrate. Even if Bobi Wine is cheering and smiling as he welcomes Chameleone to the team. By all means, this yet another back handed slap at the DP. However, this man is just trying to find a flag to be relevant under. Chameleone doesn’t seem legit.

Nothing about his time in politics seems sincere. He is now red on the outside, but I still believe his yellow on the inside. Sort of like a mango. He should sing songs for Uganda Telecom and Splash. Not be a Lord Mayoral candidate. I cannot think of anything he stands for or cares about. Unless, leeching on whatever that is popping at any given moment.

This man has today gotten an easier ride without really having to struggle to do so. His just getting the umbrella, but without any real cost. Not like Chameleone have really invested time or energy in the DP. It is like everything he does is a publicity stunt.

Chameleone got to go head to head with Lukwago now. The others will not be in the same bracket. His the Ragga Dee of NUP. I don’t see how they will beat the two times Lord Mayor and former MP.

So, he wants to recreate himself again. This time in the vision of NUP and be under the wings of Bobi Wine. Because, he understands that there is little to no wheels helping the road ahead in DP. This is why he fled the scene and became an NUPer today. However, it is not a winning team this here.

Chameleone does this only for selfish reasons. I don’t see this a viable entry. His just using the flag, the party and the swagger of Bobi Wine. This is all just a ploy for him. Shopping the best opposition house to run on. Not because he believes in it, but because it helps his candidacy.

Chameleone have changed his colours so easily. Gone from yellow last year into green. This year gone from green to red. Who wonders what he does next, but don’t expect a magic wand or something unique.

This man will sound like everyone around him. Do what he can to fit in and be like them. However, I doubt he is, because of all the years he was on the payroll of the regime. This is just a another publicity stunt and his hoping the naive is flying high on it. However, I doubt this will help him much against Lukwago, except giving him some sort of credibility as an opposition candidate. Still, people like me doesn’t believe the man. Peace.

Opinion: Lord Mayoral candidate Chameleone [want to act green and red, but smells yellow]

Dr Jose Chameleone aka Joseph Mayanja are officially nominating himself as the candidate for Lord Mayor of Kampala on a People Power ticket. Surely combined with the Democratic Party, where his a member and been a National Mobilizer.

I don’t know if I can trust Chameleone. His been loyal to the President and campaigned for the National Resistance Movement (NRM) for years. Yes, a man can switch and change his allegiance. That is all natural, but don’t expect it to not follow him blindly either.

He wants to act all opposition, even picking the safe bet of being both part of the Democratic Party under the guidance of Mao and ticket on People Power Movement with the boost of Bobi Wine. It seems like a positive political bingo. Getting both the facade of a political party and support of the growing movement around Bobi Wine.

Chameleone might be able to trick a few as an entertainer, but I have hard time seeing him as a trusted candidate. He cannot even pay taxes on his cars. The man has plenty of times forgotten or deliberately not paid taxes on his SUVs. That has been an issue since 2012. If it is a Cadillac or Toyota. The musician have struggled to pay for it.

His possibly a legend in the field of music. A pop star and a man with many top singles. Chameleone have conquered that field, but as a politician his a start-up. With his past love and association with the NRM. I have question his sudden character of the opposition.

That his both with Mao and Bobi Wine shows that he wants to finesse this game. I don’t doubt him. Last campaign and after the General Election in 2016. The man defended the President, the whole “Tubonga Naawe” song and sends his congratulatory message after the rigged enterprise.

It is like the man now wants to forget all this. That the drive for campaign-money and support of the State House.

It is weird how quickly he went from being Yellow to Red or Green for that matter. That it was that simple. Chameleone just switched camps all over night. It is hard to figure out.

Now he wants to become the Lord Mayor of Kampala. Challenge the two term incumbent Erias Lukwago who went from DP to create his own party. Chameleone is overtaking the slot of Lukwago in the DP. Also, making himself more relevant by joining the PP. There is no other way to look at it. If he had done this for 2016, Jose would have used the TDA for his benefit.

I have little faith in Chameleone. Until he proves me otherwise, but I don’t want to be naive. Believe his words and “sudden” change of heart. It just seems like his put there to make the race harder for Lukwago. As the NRM cannot field any sensible candidate in Kampala. Peace.

Opinion: Chameleone needs to “pimp his ride” or just pay his taxes!

This is not the first time Jose Chameleone struggles to pay taxes. Jose has forgotten to this several of times. It is actually his M.O. and a thing he does. It is just his arrogance as he lives in a house on a hill and the rocky road to it. Makes him think that the Uganda Revenue Authority will not touch him.

In 2012 Jose got in trouble over a 2004 Toyota TX Prado, as he undervalued the car to URA and therefore the car got impounded by them. In 2014, the singer had to answer for back-taxes on his Cadillac Escalade , as he had tax-arrears on it. Also in 2016 the singer had tax-arrears on another Escalade.

Now in 2020, the same issues happens again. Now with his Toyota Land Cruiser V8. It is like this man doesn’t like to pay taxes or try to avoid it. Chamelone tries to run away from the tax-man. The man doesn’t want pay the state. This is how it seems, since he cannot manage to cough up for the cars he buys.

This is the third car he haven’t paid properly his dues. The man is incapacitated or ignorant of the levies of taxes on motor-vehicles. Seems, like someone needs to give the Mayoral Candidate a lesson or get him to meet URA. Since, this is something he repeats. He rewinds the same story, only to switch with car and what type of car. The rest is the same.

Chameleone can blame others, he can throw under the bus and say that URA is on a vendetta. However, most likely his lazy and his Team isn’t covering for the man. The auditor and the ones running Leone Island isn’t doing it well. Since, this continues to happen. If they have the same person running the books of the company. Than that man should get the axe and the singer hire someone new. Because, this practice is getting old.

As we see, the theme continues with just another ride. He could either pimp his rides or do himself a favour. Pay the damn taxes and move-on like a grown man. You own things, now cough up the dough and let it be. Peace.

Opinion: Sorry Jose, I’m not buying it!

Even as Joseph Mayanja aka Jose Chameleone held his first Presser as the National Mobilizer in the Democrat Party Block or DP Block today. He said this scripted words, as he later been arrested by the authorities, first held at Kampala Metropolitan Police Station to be transferred to his own bar.

The real dying question is about his loyalty. Because, this man seemingly has no message, no sort of drive or political stance. The only things that pops up, is the money question. So therefore, I cannot buy his defiance against the President. A man that has paid this man for ages, years and even through his whole career. Not only the campaign song of 2016. No, long, long time, way back when.

Therefore, the whole opposition thing and becoming a standing principled lad in contrast to the President. I have a hard time believing. It doesn’t really matter, what words or play he puts forward. If it is a skit or song, its still seem like a façade. Not the real deal.

We know his not the real deal, as the newsflashes are coming as I am writing. He apologized to the authorities about his remarks. That President Museveni let the people down. He was sincerely apologetic and didn’t mean it. That is why they let him off the hook.

This shows what sort of man he is, a weasel, no a Chameleon in true fashion. He switches depending on what he needs to do. His nickname is his traits and that’s why I cannot trust this man.

I am not buying it, that Jose is a REAL OPPOSITION. No his a fake and fraud, his playing for the guards, hoping some naïve idiots takes the bait. That is who he is. Nothing else. It is that simple. Peace.

Opinion: No level playing field in the Republic, Jajja’s calvary blocks the Opposition!

Well, over the recent days, there been ordinary news, but if you combine it all. You see a pattern. The Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) tried to access a radio station to a paid appearance with Dr. Kizza Besigye and Partick Oboi Amuriat in Adjumani district. This got cancelled and ended with tear-gas as they was barred to enter.

In a few days ago, the former FDC President and new leader of Alliance for National Transformation (ANT) Gen. Mugisha Muntu tried to hold a meeting in Mbarara, but to no use. As the Anti-Riot Police blocked him and ensured that he couldn’t access the place of the meeting.

As the newly minted Democratic Party Lord Mayoral Candidate for Kampala Jose Chameleone starts campaigning for the 2021 race. His concerts has dried out and blocked by the authorities, just like it has happen to Bobi Wine.

While all of this happening, the National Resistance Movement are holding rallies in several of locations, the President are gracing the local radios and giving gifts to local dignitaries. His even receiving honourable titles in Busoga for Gods sake. The President and his team can be at any venue, with any crowd without any interference, while the opposition will be in hot water and tasting tear-gas before even thinking about entering a crowded street. There will even be machine guns and LDUs gracing the streets to welcome the opposition. That is the current affairs of the Republic.

We can really see a pattern, where the big-man, the President of 33 years can do whatever he wants and campaign as much he pleases. While the rest has to meet the Police, Anti-Riot Police, LDUs and state agents armed to their teeth. That is what striking difference it is there. The closer we get to the elections, the more violent the state agents will be too. Also, expect more of the opposition leaders to be detained and temporary be out of the game. Because of they inciting violence or annoyed the President.

There is nothing new under the sun. However, this is a known tactic will be more fierce. Don’t be surprised. This is who Museveni and the NRM is, even as the PPU and other PR outlets tries to make he look like saint, his act is of a villain. A villain who cannot handle dissidents. Peace.

Opinion: Chameleone isn’t green, his heart bleads yellow!

Don’t let Joseph Mayanja aka Jose Chameleone fool you by being the endorsed by the Democratic Party for the Lord Mayoral Candidate in Kampala for the General Election in 2021. His still the yellow fellow with loyalty to President Yoweri Museveni. This man is not an opposition guy, the guy who stood by and supported Museveni all these years. This musician, who have been eating of the campaigns and the support of the Presidency. He would never give that up.

That is why his just using the DP together with his brother Pallaso to have another flag behind him. Even if he is a loyalist to Museveni, which he has shown in the past. I do not believe he will ever go away from that, since he for over a decade stood by the Presient.

That is why it’s a front with the People Power fatigue and the DP Green flag-bearer behind him. The supposed feud with Ragga Dee, the previous candidate for Lord Mayor for the NRM. Which is just fitting, as two musicians possibly stands for the seat to beat twice incumbent Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago, the People’s Government representative and former DP candidate too.

That is why Chameleone picks the DP, because they have won the seat before, not the NRM. Who haven’t had a shot in a while. His not stupid, even if his bar get closed for lacking funds, he is not paying his taxes on time and so forth. Still, his smart enough to now the gist and have the team behind him.

That is why Jose picks the DP. Not because his against the NRM or the President. No, he picks them to suck enough people in and get a machinery behind him. Even if that is Bwanika and few other misfits, they will still be better, than having the same surroundings as Ragga Dee had. Who couldn’t push him through the finish line last time in 2016!

That is why the musician turned politician have picked the DP. Not because he believes in the DP, but because he wants the NRM-lite behind him. He knew the UPC have nothing in Kampala. He knows the UFA and the Farmers Party isn’t really there, not even JEEMA. That is why he picked membership and endorsement from the DP.

Anyone else can be fooled by Chameleone, but you shouldn’t, his just trying to fit the bill that Ragga Dee couldn’t last time. Jose trying to be smart and use other paths to glory. The DP is just an engine, as he will not be compromised and act like his departed from the NRM. When, he really always have been a supporter and been someone behind the President. Because, by doing so, he knows that pays-off.

He can lie, he can play on stage, he can use the microphone and entertain, he can even write fantastic songs, but he cannot deceive the masses. He is the Chameleon, who tries to be green, but we all know deep in his heart, he is a yellow mellow fellow. Peace.

Chameleone launching his Mayoral Aspiration: A man of the President!

Musician Joseph Mayanja alias Jose Chameleone has for years performed for National Resistance Movement functions and campaigns. Chameleone done so since at least 2010 in Kabale, when he did it for the NRM Flag-bearer. He was also a major part of the musical acts who performed on concerts before the Presidential Campaigns of 2015 and in 2016. Therefore, by his actions, we know his a loyalist of the President.

Why do I say this, well, he launched his Mayoral Candidacy in Kampala for the upcoming General Election 2021. The NRM tried the same tactic with Gen. Salim Selah’s friend Daniel Kazibwe aka Ragga Dee, who ran as Mayoral Candidate in the General Election in 2016. So, Kampala have seen this sort of actions done by the NRM. This is a populist way of trying to cover all bases.

However, Chameleone have been a Museveni for so long. He sent him a congratulation message after the General Election in 2016. In this manner, his been similar to Bebe Cool, whose is also a vocal supporter of the President. So, if you think Jose will sway away from this, it is just for show. Because, his been eating the NRM Money and campaigned for the President for so long. Even said his been humbled by greeting the President. Therefore, don’t expect him to deep digging into the politics, as his been paid millions of shillings to perform for the ruling regime.

Even if Chameleone runs as an Independent, his is NRM in action and spirit. This should be known, even if the launch of yesterday are not proving a manifesto or any sort of pledge of what he wants to do. Surely, he just want to be a populist major for the ruling party, instead of someone whose representing the citizens of Kampala like Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago. That is why the NRM needs candidates like this to even try to challenge him.

Don’t expect Captain Francis Babu to repeat failure again. Maybe, even Ragga Dee want to challenge Chameleone. But we don’t know, if the NRM Primaries going to down before the upcoming elections.

Don’t expect the likes of me to celebrate a candidate like this. His a screwed and loyal ways to the President. Chameleone will be a selfish leader, whose there only for own gains. That is why his defending his part of the previous campaign, as a monetary gain to earn a living. While, he is initially a big supporter of Museveni. I haven’t heard him or seen any writing confessing to think otherwise.

If, you support this man, your indirectly supporting the President. That is an FYI. Peace.

The Announced Double Swearing-in (In) Uganda on the 12th of May; Doubling down on the days ahead…

There are circulated and planned demonstrations against the National Resistance Movement and their “elected” government during the General Election of 2016 and was announced and declared by Eng. Dr. Badru M. Kiggundu on the 20^th February. That they waited for the Supreme Court Petition of Amama Mbabazi that they cascaded and destroyed by all means. Just the same way the Uganda Police Force went after Democratic Party Members, FDC supporters and leadership in the days after to destroy evidence of the altering and rigging of the election.

The Reason why Uganda People’s Congress haven’t done or had any issues after the Election is because their leader Jimmy Akena have done deals with the NRM and even had his own people in the party campaign for the NRM in certain areas. Therefore they have been left in peace as they in solidarity have concocted an campaign trail together with the NRM, as well as the Party had no Presidential Candidate, which is also an extended token to the NRM and their Executive.

So with all of that mind, with the electoral climate and the electoral process that have been farce, where the South Sudanese rented troops was around in the nation during the election days, together with the army and anti-riot police stationed on the streets while the election and polling where held. Where the ballots and pre-ticking extensions and the certainty of Police involvement in central parts of the electoral process, then you know that the general election was neither free nor fair for the people and the citizens hadn’t their vote, they got the people the Executive had selected, not the ones the people wanted to have elected.

Elected by the people is whole stage of difference than the Selected from the Executive. That is power of the President and the president that has presided since 1986. The man who does not believes in the will of his own people, because he selected the leaders for them, if they don’t show loyalty towards him. He is the only man with a vision, as well have heard so clearly and everybody else is not able to run the country. I am sure he has stalled the procurement of the Cobalt 60 Teletherapy Machine at the Uganda Cancer Institute to facilitate more cows to one of his ranches.

In this days and age, the reason for extra haste and other meetings at the State House is that the Russian and French investors in the Oil Development that is the key to new ways of extorting the state, as the Executive have done for 3 decades. The reason why the deals of the Pipeline between Ugandan Government, Tanzanian counterparts and the Total E&P Uganda is uncertain, as much as the drilling agreements in Lake Albert by Total, China National Oil Offshore Corporation (CNOOC) and the others who have gotten rights to do so. But, that is not important as the exotic dancing at the clubs of Kabalagala in the Suburb of Kampala is the real danger of the country. Just ask the wise-guy Hon. Jim Muhwezi, he has the vision for the sodomy of the nation and the danger of dancing!

The hesitation also of the final days of the 9^th Parliament to fix themselves some more cash without questions while stalling the budget talks for next budget year of 2016/17 that was supposed to voted-in Parliament; but the Members of Parliament wanted to be sure of a pay-rise for the Nobel duty of being Selected by the Executive. The Executive knows this and let it go, because he knows if he needs anything done he can just give them little sweet brown-envelopes and they will let him be giddy.

So with that all in mind, the planned demonstrations, the running and planning building a petroleum industry behind closed chambers, the amazement of last-pitched laws of the 9^th Parliament and last saga of late the speakership of the 10^th Parliament.

10^th Parliament like the 9 Parliament before needs a speaker and people are fighting for it, the Incumbent Kadaga believes she is the one for it again, the deputy Oulanya believes it his turn and other are throwing in their vote for confidence of being it. The NRM have no plans of letting a opposition leading the Parliament minutes and the organizing the structure of the lawful assembly of the land. That cannot happen, because the NRM and the Executive need to work in own speed and own liking as the Executive is the final word as he fix the votes and run the land. Therefore his last word on who becomes it and who is dismissed, just like Amama Mbabazi and Gilbert Bukenya have been dismissed by him for their ambition, so if the speakers become the same; I am sure he will do it again with force of the NRM CEC and the screaming tone of NRM Secretary General Justine Kasule-Lumumba. Be noted, that will happen, because he keeps people hungry and when they see a moment of eating more than expected then he hit back.

As we note the days and coming days. The tension of the faulted election will unfold and the questions will remain at what force the Police and Army will address the men and woman who walks to demonstrate, and how will the rest of the days between the 5^th May and to the 12^th May go. There are the historical pains of the Walk to Work where the tear-gas and the crackdown of it. The Police have ever since been monitoring and also spying on the opposition with their Political Police and Commission that been vicious on the dismantling the hopes of the opposition.

So how it might go is hard to predict as we can hope of the grand show-up of the Nomination Day around Kampala, if so then the Police Force cannot take them all and wind-down the demonstration with water-cannons, live-bullets and tear-gas. This I say because this is the tactics of the Police Force, even take Helicopters and Armoured Personnel Carriers and Mambas filled with officers to control with harassment of the fellow citizens. So the Police will want to dissolve the matters and the will of the people with the tarnish of civil disobedience. That is what I am worried about as the loss of life and the loss of will after 30 years of oppression.

And I have not even mentioned the started wrangles between the councillors, KCCA administration of the selected men and woman of President Museveni and the elected Lord Mayor that they want to rid-off for the second time. Because the Mzee believes all of the opposition supporters of Kampala are cockroaches or rats, depending on the way he does not talk about crash or kill opposition as proven in the Supreme Court Election Petition of 2016. But, hey maybe I am wrong. You can do the fact check on the words used by the His Excellency during and after the Election Day.

So even if Don Museveni gets President Mugabe, President Kenyatta, President Kagame, President Kabila, President Kiir, President Al-Bashir, President Sheik Mohamud, President Magafuli, President Gulleh, Prime Minster Hailemariam Desalegn and so on. They will surely grace him at Kololo and surely nobody will attack the car of President Mugabe this time. As they did last time he entered a roundabout on the road towards Kampala from Entebbe International Airport. Surely the men and woman, who grace the Kololo, will either be the few die-hards of NRM, the actually paid for the day Crime Preventers and the ones that are earning on the National Resistance Movement. Even some ambassadors and other pleasantries will show-up. Even some of the singers like Bebe Cool and Jose Chameleone will be there to sing-a-song. So you are warned.

The levels and magnitude of it all is how the world will perceive the days and how the Police Force will act towards the Opposition. How the mentality and the grandest approach, how the rhetoric and words from the ruling party will also show the TRUE state of affairs.

The international reactions and the real surface of how they will deal with it; as we know the American Africa Corp have recently given more technical gear and training to the Ugandan Army in Somalia. Not that makes headlines or be questioned as the President Obama have talked about leaders who never leaves, but at the same time gives handouts to the same men he critic. That is saying something, but acting differently and is hard to fully follow and accept.

It is in this view that the 12^th May will show who is loyal and who his friends are, this will show how powerful and loyalty towards the 30 year ruling President Museveni. The Besigye move is deteriorate and also show that the legitimate Executive are something Museveni is not, not at this point and time. Therefore he uses all tactics to oppression and harassment of the opposition. That I fear also will transpire in the coming days as the Police Force, UPDF Special Force Command and the Flying Squad will surface to violate the rights of fellow citizens of Uganda without any consideration to the violence or the extended freedoms they take away to enforce the rule of their Executive. That is the sad prospects I envision, but if the people show up on the 5^th May 2016 as they did on the Presidential Nomination day in November 2015, then the Police Force cannot “kill” or dissolve the demonstration. They have to let it go, because the majority will control the streets even when the Anti-Riot Police have to lay low as they can’t brawl with every person on the street. They can only take a small piece of the population, as they are a minority, but a minority with weapons.

Let’s hope that the oppressive regime will get a peaceful shock and that the preparation for the Swearing-In at Kololo Independence Ground will be shackled and feel the heave of the population tiredness of their Executive and his regime. Peace.
