Russian Probe: Manafort plea guilty!

Just as you thought this couldn’t get better for the United States Special Counsel Robert Mueller. Today, the former Trump Campaign Manager and long time lobbyist and political operative have now pleaded guilty today. He is in a long line of former Campaign workers and also Trump Associates who has pleaded guilty and begun to co-operate with the Russian Probe.

Paul Manafort are following Gen. Michael Flynn, George Papadopolous, Richard Gates and Michael Cohen. Therefore, many of the ones involved in the Trump Campaign have now said their was guilty of crimes of various sorts. George Papadopolous and Alex Van Der Zwaan have both served time or even serving it, as Manafort is the only one, who is already been charged on several counts.

Now, we have these people all pleaded guilty and their roles was Trump’s Personal Lawyer, Top Campaign Aide and former Campaign Manager. This is clearly a giant signal to the ones saying, yet again there was no collusion or nothing criminal done by the Trump Campaign. As yet another big-shot , have pleaded guilty. It is a big list, when Manafort, Flynn, Papadopolous, Gates and Cohen.

What the documents are saying today, are that Manafort plea agreement, which says he was guilty of Conspiracy against the United States, violation of Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) and second charge of conspiracy to obstruct justice by tampering with witnesses. These criminal charges was waivered because of the plea agreement. What is added injury, but also done to show cooperation, is that he had forfeiture assets and real-estate, as the state has taken this from him.

We knew that Gates would drop the needle and show the background for the business operation and the Foreign Agent work of the Manafort. We can wonder what Flynn has delivered to the state and produced to them, what Papadopolous has done as well. As well, as Cohen whose cooperating too will surely add more flesh to the bones.

This investigation has peeled the onion, piece by piece. That is why finally Manafort has pleaded guilty too. He knows that there would be more damage in the next trial after the first one, where he found guilty of certain charges already. Therefore, accepting it now before the speedy trial, he is ensuring less jail time and cooperating. But that is also showing a pattern, where we can wonder what is next and what he gives up to get this. We can all assess that there are higher ranking individual that Mueller is getting evidence and tying in all collected all the dots.

Mueller knows more than we do and that is why he is covering the net around the Trump Campaign and making sure every fish is catched and even the big-fish too.

The race to the President continues, but the Witches are apparently everywhere, since they are all getting plea agreements. Peace.

Russian Probe: Manafort Trial – Government’s Trial Brief Regarding effect of Memorandum Opinion in Re Grand Jury Investigation (10.09.2018)

Russian Probe: The Papadopolous Court Documents are revealing!

If you ever thought there was ever a leaf of hope, that the ball would drop with the Special Counsel Robert Mueller investigation to slow-down or even become mellow. There are not a single side-show made the President who can shut this up. President Donald Trump and his closed allies (the few that is left). Hopes this ones dies down, however, with the shrinking space, the net all around the President and the people around him, accepting plea-deals and flipping. There are less and less space to move for the President.

What is fascinating today, is the release of the Court Documents concerning former Foreign Policy Advisor George Papadopolous, the Government Sentencing Document and the Defense Documents from his lawyers. What the defense are trying to do, is make George into Curious George and the unknown dimwit who stumbled upon dozens of Russian and in naivety tried to connect the Trump Campaign with Russian Operatives. However, the lies are covered and the Government defense document proves how deliberate the Political Operative Papadopolous knew perfectly well what he was doing and why he was lying while interviewed by FBI agents.

Papadopolous defense:

On March 14, 2016, George met London-based college Professor Joseph Mifsud while traveling in Italy. When Mifsud, then director of the London Academy of Diplomacy, claimed connections to the Russian Government, George thought he could utilize him and his connections to help the Trump campaign promote its policy objectives. Professor Mifsud paid young George little attention until learning of his position as one of Trump’s foreign policy advisors” (…) “Returning to Washington D.C., twenty-eight-year-old George witnessed his career skyrocketing to unimaginable heights. On March 31, 2016, he joined Mr. Trump, Senator Jeff Sessions, and other campaign officials for a “National Security Meeting” at the Trump Hotel. George’s photograph at this meeting flashed around the world via Twitter. Eager to show his value to the campaign, George announced at the meeting that he had connections that could facilitate a foreign policy meeting between Mr. Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin. While some in the room rebuffed George’s offer, Mr. Trump nodded with approval and deferred to Mr. Sessions who appeared to like the idea and stated that the campaign should look into it”(…) “George joined Professor Mifsud for breakfast in London on April 26, 2016, with the intention of finalizing plans for the foreign policy meeting. It was during this breakfast meeting, however, that Professor Mifsud told George that individuals in Moscow possessed “dirt” on candidate Hillary Clinton in the form of “thousands of emails.” Not knowing what to make of this comment, George continued his efforts to make the Trump – Russia meeting a reality. As he expressed in an email to Professor Mifsud, George believed that the meeting would be “history making.” (George Papadopolous – Defense Sentencing Motion, 31.08.2018).

Mueller sentencing:

As the defendant well knew, this account was false: the defendant met the Professor for the first time on or about March 14, 2016, after the defendant had already learned he would be a foreign policy advisor for the Trump campaign; the Professor showed interest in the defendant only after learning of his role on the campaign; and the Professor told the defendant about the Russians possessing “dirt” on Clinton in late April 2016, more than a month after the defendant had joined the campaign” (…) “The defendant’s lies also hindered the government’s ability to discover who else may have known or been told about the Russians possessing “dirt” on Clinton. Had the defendant told the FBI the truth when he was interviewed in January 2017, the FBI could have quickly taken numerous investigative steps to help determine, for example, how and where the Professor obtained the information, why the Professor provided the information to the defendant, and what the defendant did with the information after receiving it” (George Papadopolous – Government Sentencing Motion, 17.08.2018).

Here you clearly see how the government preceive the information and the defense attorneys are trying to deflect it. That is evident, as I didn’t take all the steps of lies that Papadopolous did when interviewed by FBI Officers in early 2017. What do also see, is the levels that he did to meet up with Russians and wanting to collude with them to get a strategic advantage for the Trump Campaign.

Papadopolous clearly have to try to maneuver this in another way, as the attorneys clearly tried to make him blue-eyed and naive, as they tried to put him into a minor player frame, the same defense as Trump did too. Even as the role of Foreign Policy Advisor in the Campaign shows he had some importance, as his meetings with people of foreign operatives was to help the campaign directly, as he didn’t address the timeline of meetings, which would have made sense and if he had been truthful made signs of pattern of information discovery by the FBI. However, he lied and didn’t tell it all, while the defense documents shows his plans of colluding and actually directly use Russian “dirt” on Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Peace.

The New York Gang is really getting implicated and circled around by the Special Counsel Mueller!

We know there are more trouble ahead for President Trump, as the news of the Executive Vice-President/Financial Officer of the Trump Organization and Trump Foundation Allen Weisselberg have gotten a immunity deal. The former Personal Lawyer of Trump, Michael Cohen pleaded a plea agreement, former campaign aide and transition chairman Richard Gates a plea agreement. Former Foreign Aide for the Campaign George Papadapolous a plea agreement. While former Campaign Manager Paul Manafort is guilty of 8 counts of various criminal activity and another trial up-coming. Also, guilty pleas from Michael Flynn, the former National Security Advisor and Trump associate Alexander Van Der Zwaan. Therefore, there are plenty in the nearest circle of Trump that has a criminal connection and pleaded guilty of crimes. That seems like being a trait with the people Trump works with. That is maybe why he want to make it illegal to be flipping to the authorities. As he wants nobody to rat him out and be the mobster on top!

This isn’t just a criminal case anymore, but more and more of the peeled onion are leading towards the United States President Donald J. Trump. As gang in and around him is either working as informants or are standing trail by the Special Counsel Robert Mueller. It isn’t mere speculations or conspiracy. There are two many close connected people who are indicted or even implicated.

Now the Personal Lawyer Cohen have pleaded guilty in paying off woman in the midst of campaigning, as a way of securing the Presidential Candidate Trump an advantage, by cheating not only on his spouse with this woman, but silencing them.

While the lawyer was doing so, the National Enquirer and their backer David Pecker has also pleaded guilty and gotten an immunity deal. As he has for years bought exclusive articles and information. While catching it and not realizing it, as a favor to the President. Now, that this is become more evident. There is still lack of care by the Republicans and the supporters of Trump.

It is like they are accepting that the organization, all of the political party and the President can be a gang of thieves, can be a gang of mobster and that the all supreme rulers. I called the Trump administration, the New York Gang and that seems more fitting by the day. What we can await, is more indictment, more immunity deals as the prosecutor are getting closer to the President.

We have to see if the family members will back-stab each other or they will see who falls on their sword. We have to see if the Republican party is all swallowed by this greed and not taking responsibility for letting the New York Gang run their organization. We have to wonder, who is the next one to fall. If that is soon Carter Paige or Roger Stone. Manafort is convicted, the others either pleaded guilty or gotten immunity. That shows the dire need. When will Corey Lewandowski or anyone else answer for what they did?

The New York Gang is really falling, but let us see how it will be dismantled and what it will take to crack the White House. See how far Trump can push it before the tiredness of the criminal court cases are going. There are already plenty people implicated and with information up the food-chain. We can wonder what else that is done behind closed doors and suddenly coming in the court documents by the Special Counsel. Peace.

Sen. Robert Menendez & Sen. Jeanne Shaheen letter to Secretary Mike Pompeo: Asking for information on the “one-on-one” meeting in Helsinki (24.08.2018)

Opinion: Trump is having his worst day ever!

Associate yourself with men of good quality, if you esteem your own reputation; for ‘tis better to be alone than in bad company.”George Washington

Not that I have any sympathy for the United States President, I don’t, this is paper-trail he has left for himself. Today, it manifested itself, as his former Campaign Manager Paul Manafort guilty on eight counts of fraud, while his former lawyer has pleaded a plea agreement with Robert Mueller and his Russian Probe. The net around is clearly closing in.

It is not like the state of affairs in this case has gone towards vindication. Already, Foreign Campaign Aide George Papadopoulos have accepted a plea deal, the former associate and former-National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, Former Deputy Campaign Manager and Top Transition Official Richard Gates. These are already top level of the Trump Campaign who has applied guilt or been now found guilty of breaking the law. This should worry anyone. At this rate, this isn’t theory, but reality.

What is special about today, is that Michael Cohen have also pleaded guilty and fixed himself a plea deal with Robert Muller. Therefore, most of the high-ranking officials around him has been closed in, except for his family members and some whose still lingering around like Roger Stone, Stephen Bannon and Cater Paige. All of them will have their turn it seems. As the doors are shutting and the individual ways towards seeking refuge is getting smaller. As the investigation and the authorities already has been vindicated as Manafort been found guilty on 8 counts. That is not a small case, neither the possible jail-time for the former political lobbyist and campaigner.

A special time is that Cohen, the Trump fixer are no offered himself and said guilty of breaking laws. As he signed and accepted a plea deal. For getting a lesser time for a minor charge, the former Trump lawyer have to co-operate and give information for furthering the case. Therefore, whatever that will leak and will be indicated in the court documents can offer more insights to the Trump Organization and even more into the Trump Campaign. As he has been involved in all of that. Cohen has admitted to have been part of a forfeiture of the state and breaking electoral laws, which is connected with the payment to Stephanie Clifford or Stormy Daniels as a settlement for her silence, as the fixer was securing the Trump Campaign with an illegal holding company called Essential Consultants LLC to pay Mrs. Clifford.

Therefore, today has been a really, really bad day, as Manafort will serve time on the eight counts, where he is found guilty and also Cohen are now working with the state, as he wants to serve less time. The crimes of the Trump Campaign and the Trump Organization might be served, the public will know and the realities behind the charade of Trump will become more than speculations, but actual court documents.

This must surely be one of the darkest days of the Trump Presidency, as such a big chunk of his campaign team is in legal jeopardy. They cannot call this is a witch-hunt or hyped, as the amount of people within the investigation are now shadowing most of the people in and around him. That should show the people that the people around Trump associated with was parts of criminal conspiracy and breaking various of laws. Some we do know now, but plenty that is just mere speculation. What is the reality, is that Trump and his closest associates.

If finding Manafort guilty and all the other ones agreeing plea agreements doesn’t show you pattern of criminal conspiracy, nothing does, as the people in and around Trump are now in the circle of showing evidence and affidavits for building cases on more people within the circle of Trump. Peace.

Russian Probe: Manafort Trial – “Order on Juror Names under seal” (21.08.2018)

Russian Probe: George Papadopoulos are now awaiting possible sentencing as he violated his plea agreement!

George Papadopoulos, who is awaiting his trial in September 2018, as part of the Special Counsel Robert Mueller investigation in the Russian Probe, the Russian interference into the Presidential Election of 2016. Are now in full steam ahead, as the new memo to the courts are stating further matters, where the individual have broken his agreement and trust with the Special Counsel. That is why the prosecution are asking for him to sentenced.

Lying to investigators:

The interview on January 27, 2017 was not a hurried or forced encounter: the agents met the defendant where he was living at the time, they told him they wanted his help with a sensitive national security investigation, and they made it clear the interview would be “completely voluntary.” (PSR ¶ 51).1 The defendant said he wanted to help the agents with their investigation, and he chose to travel

with the agents to the FBI office in Chicago, Illinois, where he proceeded to answer questions, and

to lie, for more than two hours”.

Therefore, his testimony and affidavit for the court have been tampered with as he has not been truthful. The defendant has used the FBI time to compel lies and deception, instead of an honest interview.

Further, the lies was about his Russian connections:

As described in detail in the Statement of Offense and the PSR, while serving as a policy advisor to the Trump campaign, the defendant met a professor of diplomacy in London (the “Professor”) who introduced the defendant to a Russian woman (the “Female Russian National”) and to a Russian national connected to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (the “Russia MFA Connection”). (PSR ¶¶ 22-49). The Professor told the defendant that the Russians had “dirt” on Hillary Clinton in the form of “thousands of emails,” and the defendant had a series of communications over a period of months with the Professor, the Female Russian National, and the Russia MFA Connection in which they discussed arranging a meeting between Russian officials and the Trump campaign”.

So Papadopoulos knew perfectly well what he was up to and used his insides to get the information that the Trump Campaign needed. For a foreign agent, which is a violation of Electoral Law, as well, as questionable at best a patriotic citizen. He has already also lied to FBI, that is two counts of criminal conduct by the high ranking staffer within the Trump Campaign.

Receiving cash from foreign intelligence:

Based on the defendant’s offense level under the Guidelines, the applicable range for a fine

is $500 to $9,500. The defendant provided information about $10,000 in cash he received from a

foreign national whom he believed was likely an intelligence officer of a foreign country (other

than Russia). The defendant has stated that he kept that money in a safe pending his sentencing in

this case and Counsel for the defendant has consented to the imposition of this fine amount”.

With all of this information, there are likely connection with George and Carter Paige, as well as other within the Trump Campaign. As the knowledge of the Clinton E-Mails and the hacking of Podesta and the DNC. Are spawning to new levels and the intention of leaking these damaging e-mails from them. Which the Russian hackers and state officers has gotten a hold off. That is why these revealing factors. Shows how connected Papadopoulos was with Russian Intelligence and with the Trump Campaign, which had no trouble gaining this advantage of hacked documents. Even if that was using a foreign connections to interfere in the U.S. Presidential Elections in 2016.

If he gets sentenced. He would be third Trump Campaign High-Ranking official who get sentenced, first it was Alexander Van Der Zwaan, Paul Manafort and now him. Certainly, as the net is closing in and the details are leaking through the court documents. More intel and more knowledge will be shown. As the case progresses and the revelation of transactions, information sharing and of co-conspiracy between the parties will arrive. Until then. We are awaiting and seeing what more shades of gray that can become evidence. Peace.

Russian Probe: Roger Stone is ordered to appear before the Grand Jury!

What sort of Gold Nugget in the Treasury Chest came in the Russian Probe today, well, there is revealed through Court Document from Washington D.C. Beryl C. Howell ordered Trump-Aide and Associate Roger Stone to appear before the Grand Jury. This is breaking news and also astonishing enough in itself.

That the attorneys of Stone couldn’t produce legitimate reasons to dismiss and argue for not participating, says also a lot about him at this point. This means that Robert Mueller can continue to pursuit his subpoenaed documents from the aide and also get this:

For the foregoing reasons, the Witness’s Second Motion to Quash Subpoena is denied. Consequently, the witness is ordered, pursuant to the grand jury subpoenas served by the Special Counsel, to appear before the grand jury to provide testimony at the earliest date available to the grand jury, and to complete production of the subpoenaed records promptly” (UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA – Grand Jury Action No. 18-34 (BAH), 31.07.2018).

For the ones thinking, why hasn’t Roger Stone come up before or been part earlier, maybe because of the way he has tried to weasel himself out. In the Court Filings, he has not answered or replied to any of the subpoenas that Mueller have sent and therefore, the final order is the reason for the stalling of his participation in the case itself.

He is not a nobody as this was written about him in 1986: “At 33, Roger Stone — college dropout and Watergate dirty trickster — is either the hottest political consultant or the slickest self-promoter in town, depending on whom you ask. “He is the single best Republican consultant in a cluster of stars,” says close friend John Buckley, press secretary to Rep. Jack Kemp (R-N.Y.), whom Stone serves as a political adviser. “He’s one of the great all-time frauds of American politics,” says New Right point man Paul Weyrich, national chairman of the Free Congress Political Action Committee. “His reputation vastly exceeds his ability.”” (…) “His office at Black Manafort Stone & Kelly, the high-profile lobbying firm, is decorated in muted tones of gray. Stone, who served as Ronald Reagan’s regional political director for the Northeast in the 1980 presidential campaign, sits behind a large desk, his tasseled loafers propped up” (Stephanie Mansfield – ‘The Rise And Gall of Roger Stone’ 16.06.1986 link:https://www.washingtonpost.com/archive/lifestyle/1986/06/16/the-rise-and-gall-of-roger-stone/d8ce308b-7055-4666-860e-378833f46e17/?utm_term=.a526526d7b5d).

The company he worked for was Black Manafort Stone & Kelly together with Manafort, whose already on trial for dozens of count. Therefore, today the is special, when his former associate is also have to appear in front of the grand jury. To top it off, let show one sign of the long relationship with Trump. He has been a close associate since 1979, met through Roy Cohn, who was an associate at the lobbying firm he worked with in the 1980s. Therefore, the connection of him showing up before a Grand Jury must be interesting. Also, whatever he has done together with Paul Manafort, who is the first person put on trial by the Russian Probe by the Special Counsel Mueller.

This here will just get more interesting, as the Probe are pulling the net around Trump, piece by piece into the world of the President. This saga is far from over, but certainly a bleak day for Trump Campaign. Peace.
