Opinion: The NRA Historicals acts like they are above the law

Let them (land probe) go to the president; I don’t care!” All ‘these things’, the government knows what happened. Let them go to the president, or God!” – Deputy Attorney General Mwesigwa Rukutana

Surely this is the system of the President, that his loyal allies, the 26 Guns salute are allowed to whatever they feel like. The Entitlement of the National Resistance Amry, the now National Resistance Movement (NRM) Historicals and still vibrant politicians. They are allowed to grab land, be implicated in corruption scandals and even use force without any retaliation.

It is like they, the NRM Historicals are allowed to do whatever, that being Deputy AG Rukutana, Maj. Gen. Jim Muhwezi or now Gen. Kyaligonza, all of them can do whatever they want. The law will not really catch up to them. The likes of Muhwezi can squat on land and grab it, instead of loose it. He gets the army to cease the land that he occupies to then be delivered to him. That is how they operate. They can acts as overlords, because the President lets them.

Today, there are viral video of Kyaligonza out, on what ill acts the historical are doing in Mukono. As explained here. That the Uganda’s Ambassador to Burundi Gen. Matayo Kyaligonza and his security guards from the Uganda People’s Defence Force manhandled today a female Police Officer, as the Honourable lad took an illegal U-Turn in Seeta, Mukono.

Therefore, we are again seeing the mighty NRA soldiers and Generals are allowed to do as they please. The ushered in the Presidency and therefore, can act as they please. They can be above the law and do whatever they feel.

Like if an Opposition Member said what Rukutana said to Land Commission, they would have been in legal jeopardy, as no one should dare say that. Neither, if anyone else used the Security Guards like Gen. Kyaligonza this week. They would also played with fire. The same can be said if someone squatted on the land or grabbed it like Gen. Muhwezi is known to do.

They are just prime example, just like during the General Election and Campaigns before 2016, the now Minister Maj. Gen. Kahinda Otafiire tried to embezzle and pay-off his competitor in the Election in his Constituency. However, there was no aftermath or even investigation. Even as the tape of the suggested pay-off was leaked online.

This is just what they are allowed to do and act, the Historicals can break the law, misuse their power and allegiance to the President. Therefore, they can act above the law and not get court-side or even see law enforce act against them. They are just walking like free birds. They can fly away without being touched.

That is the reality, today proves it again. The NRA/M Historicals can do what they please. There is nothing they cannot do. I am sure they could kill a beggar by the Square in Kampala and nothing would happen. Because, that is who they are and what role they play in society. They are allowed to act like this and the President let them. Because they helped him to power, therefore, he feels they should get special treatment since they are his allies and his weapon-brothers. Nevertheless, the public can feel like second class citizens, because they could never act like this and get away with it. Peace.

The Presidential Handshake lives on!

You would think certain scandals and certain ways of thieving the public funds would be died down. The stories would end and the beneficiary of these scandals want it to go away, as it taints their legacy and remaining words about their time as Public Officials, as Clerics and Civil Servants within the State. However, in the matter of the Presidential Handshake, this whole thing just getting more legs and doesn’t die. It is like the President is proud of his bribing ways and proving a point today.

As the NBS TV reports:

“The High Court in Kampala has issued an interim order stopping the Inspector General of Government (IGG) from investigating and forcing beneficiaries of the 6 billion shillings presidential handshake to refund the money” (…) “The public officials had received the money as a token for their role in the 400-million-dollar Heritage Oil arbitration case which Uganda won” (NBS Television, 13.07.2018).

It is like the whole charade was mocked by the legendary report calling it an ‘error’ but not a crime. To give away public funds to civil servants and public officials, as a handshake after winning a court case. It is like the state doesn’t care about their lack of transparency, as long as the cronies are funded.

My favourite quotes from the report published in May 2017 says:

“This “handshake” expenditure was not budgeted URA activity and therefore, a diversion of the UGX 6 Billion without lawful authority was contrary to the PFMA” (…) “H.E. The President’s approval of this “handshake” was bonafide. However, it was an error of judgement” (…) “That all funds paid out of URA account to the beneficiaries of the “handshake” should be refunded” (…) “The Executive should come up with a Bill within 90 days to regulate and streamline the Presidential Donations Budget” (COSASE, P: 45, 2017).

After my calculation were all well beyong 90 days and nothing fruitful has happen, except now the High Court are saying the non-budgeted and the error of judgement by the President is “okay”. They don’t even have to refund, while there is no bill to regulate or streamline any Presidential Donations Budget, because who would dare to cross the authority of the State House and President at this point of time. No one with a clear mind, who will not end up in prison or lose his or her livelihood.

This is a proof of how little power the Parliament have in the current state, as they cannot even look into or question the Presidential Handshake. They cannot even check into the sudden gifts and donations made by the President. Which is a substantial part of the State House yearly budget.

This isn’t funny, this is a mockery of all the ones paying added taxes and paying for state services, as they are being hold in contempt, where a certain amount of big-men and cronies within the state can eat directly of it, without any consequence. Who knows what else the President misuse funds on, right now? Peace.

The NRM have fixed Butebo and Pallisa District By-Elections before the polls starts!

The newly created district Butebo district out of Pallisa district, where the boundaries was even contested in Parliament before the creation of it in November 2017. Therefore, the coming election for 28th June will be with National Resistance Movement MP Flag-bearer Samuel Keddi. You know the district is poor, when the district itself only have one car, this is owned by Butebo Sub-County District Councilor Gabriel Enyaru. That is why this By-Election is showing how unfavorable the wealth is shared in the Republic.

So, the NRM today came out with Press Release mocking the Opposition for not fielding a candidate, however, that is untrue. With the creation of the Butebo District. Forum for Democratic Change was ready to field their candidates in the district, by they were all disqualified by the Electoral Commission. This was preliminary precaution of the NRM. To secure a victory without any real contest. The biggest losers here is the residents of Butebo and Pallisa, who doesn’t have real competition for their voters for their new District Chairman and Woman MP.

The reason we know this is because: “there is an affidavit certified by URSB and in The Uganda Gazette clarifying on the issue of names but the Mr. Museveni has still insisted on disqualifying the FDC candidate by Monday 18th June 2018” (Harold Kaija, 15.06.2018).

That is why the NRM regime is securing the Butebo MP without really trying and fixing the results before it begins. The NRM is afraid of any real effort. The Bugiri By-Election is already heavy contested and is a worry, combined with the Jinja East, Kyadondo East and Rukungiri By-Elections. The NRM doesn’t want the Butebo District and Pallisa District to become another win for the Opposition. It has been insulting enough. That is why Museveni have ordered the EC to deliver the results on a silver plate. That is why they have also disqualified Pallisa Woman MP Candidate Achola Catherine Osupelem from the FDC.

Seems like Museveni gets his will, the FDC will not be allowed to run their Chairperson Flag-bearer Sam Khalwa against Keddi. That is weak-tea. When the NRM claims there was no opposition candidate for that role, when Khalwa was ready.

How stupid does the NRM think the people are?

They have disqualified the FDC candidates in the Butembo and Pallisa Districts. Therefore, the retribution from the public, should be defy the polls and not show up on 28th June 2018 in Butebo, as the NRM has fixed the result in their favor already! Both Woman MP and District Chairperson have been barred from the race. Peace.

NRM Secretariat – Re: SG Lumumba in Butebo Today (23.06.2018)

Opinion: Museveni and his four excuses for losing the recent by-elections!

We can just wonder, when this grows old, kinda like the 1986ing the issues, and saying he has solved issues ever since then. Therefore, he has the answers and no one else. They are just not listening to him and his ways. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni have now written an analyzes of the losses of the recent losses in Rukingiri, Jinja-East and Kyadondo East. Three contested By-Election that the National Resistance Movement (NRM) has lost. In all of them, the NRM has used their machinery and the acts ruling party to get their candidate through. Even without achieving it. They haven’t had the plan or the message that could gain the ballots. They are tired of the regime and of the President. Who is all ruling on borrowed time, as he uses all times to put blame on others. Like he has done today in his statement on the By-Election. I will take on excuse after another. He says its the four mistakes, I would say it his four excuses for losing.

First Excuse:

Leaders not linking with the economic interests of the Local people in a systematic way. The People need clear examples, in each area, of how they can get out of poverty by implementing our 4 acres plan model, or the different variations of it” (Yoweri Kaguta Museveni – ‘Full Statement: Museveni Analyses Parliamentary By-elections’ 16.06.2018).

It isn’t like he didn’t try, he came with bashing glory of all sort of gifts and funds for the youth, the NAADs and the SACCO’s. Therefore, the NRM did this and at the blessing of Museveni. It wouldn’t be that sort of rally without him. You should wonder if he should have explained the use of the motorcycles and the gifts to the business-groups better himself? Since he as the President is nearly there just for show-off and also PR Stunt to show the greatness of the NRM. As the gifts are pouring into the region, when the By-Election is going on.

Second Excuse:

The lack of organisational linkages with the grass roots is the next problem. In the case of Rukungiri, in spite of some elements using crude sectarianism, the people could not be swayed. What, then, did the opposition do? Use manipulation taking advantage of the lack of linkages between the Local people and the NRM leadership that was directly managing the operation. One of the rumours they started was that the FDCs had been given money by the NRM. They said: “Itwe nitutuunga sente, Imwe muteera oburuuru mutaine ekimutungire”. This could be translated as: “for you, you vote for the NRM, while for us the NRM leaders give us money even when we vote against them!” With our fast communication with our mobile phones, this would have been detected by our grass-root groups and counter-acted with SMSs. After campaigning very successfully on the 28thand 29th of May, 2018, holding 9 big or very big rallies at the Sub-county levels except for Nyakagyeme, I did not follow up again and I shouldn’t have done so because there are people to do that. Only to find out later that, that was one of the problems” (Yoweri Kaguta Museveni – ‘Full Statement: Museveni Analyses Parliamentary By-elections’ 16.06.2018).

This excuse is because of how the party and the leadership of Museveni has been. Everything has to sanctioned and accepted from the State House. All and everyone who matters are decided from the State House. If there is anything happening, the orders has been from the State House and with the blessing of the State House. Therefore, the lack of grassroot organization is a systemic issue that Museveni himself has created. Because of his obsession with power, that is the reason for this. This is not the local leadership issue, the excuse is worthless at best. The President knows this and said it in the end. “I did not follow up”, that shows the initial problem with his leadership style and organizational focus, as he has to follow up and he has to guide, he has to delegate and control. That is the reality and he says it himself. Like he admits his excuse, but still blames the local leaders, when he himself didn’t follow up on it.

Third Excuse:

The third mistake appears to be some of the NRM Leaders taking sides in the intra –NRM competitions. When, some weeks ago, I met the confused Catholic Priests, led by one Katsigaire, they were bitterly complaining about Major General Jim Muhwezi’s bias, or opposition to, Hon. Paula Turyahikayo and yet she was the Movement flag bearer. Apparently, Jim fought her in the primaries and, even after she won the primaries, the priests were alleging that the Jims promoted an Independent against her. When I met Leaders at Ntungamo, I criticized this. I had criticized this tendency in the past. When Hon. Janet K. Museveni developed interests in competing in Ruhaama, I first opposed the idea totally until the Local elders insisted” (Yoweri Kaguta Museveni – ‘Full Statement: Museveni Analyses Parliamentary By-elections’ 16.06.2018).

When Museveni says someone is confused politically, it is always, that they are not in accordance or within his camp. They are usually a problem or someone who is thinking freely outside the borderline crazy control freak of Museveni. That is why Katsigaire are getting called that and told-off like that. This is just standard by him and his excuses. That he defends his loyal cadre Muhwezi is natural and had to show loyalty to his wife Janet. Because both of them cannot do anything wrong. What the President wants is that he wants all of NRM to follow his favorable NRM Flag-Bearers and his candidates. So that the party continues on his line and his vision under him. No one else understands, if they oppose that. Then they are confused. That is why he is a borderline crazy control freak.

Fourth Excuse:

Finally, the problem of lack of thorough preparation. Rukungiri has got 16sub-counties, 75 parishes and 280 polling stations. Surely, the NRM leaders should have had their agents per polling station to, first of all, verify the voters on the register. Are they the true voters known in the area? Secondly, ensuring that, through cheap means, you keep in touch with the 30 leaders per village, who also keep in contact, by word of mouth, with the NRM members in the village. Thirdly, when it comes to the voting day, we should have our own hard cover book where everybody that comes to vote will be recorded, so that we guard against votes stuffing” (Yoweri Kaguta Museveni – ‘Full Statement: Museveni Analyses Parliamentary By-elections’ 16.06.2018).

This here is just insulting and insinuating that the opposition are stuffing ballots and rigging. As the NRM has to prepare to secure the vote. It is like he doesn’t know what his party does and the fantastic levels of rigging the NRM are doing. That is why Pre-Ticked Ballots and marked ballots are common place in the police stations and with the NRM leaders in the elections. Therefore, writing like this is to shelter his own, when he certainly knows what the NRM leaders does. He even sends the army to intimidate and harass the locals to vote in his favor. He uses the police to detain and take away the polling agents of other parties. Uses all sorts of methods to intimidate the opposition. That is why the preparation excuse is just insulting our intelligence. It is like he says his democratic, when he really uses all tricks to get his way.

This is the short commentary to the nonsense of the day. It isn’t the last time Museveni will come with excuses. That is something he could do all day, he will complain even back to the enclave and the British arriving in Uganda. He expect the Ugandans to be like Tippu Tip who left everything for Stanley to explore the DRC. The same Museveni expects of his people, that they leave everything behind and follows his lead. Peace.

Hon. Otto Odonga: Notice of Motion to Censure Betty Amongin over abuse of Office (23.05.2018)

The NRM Way is Corruption, so please don’t be shocked when they do it!

You should never be shocked if a National Resistance Movement (NRM) Members of Parliament (MP) or Historicals are caught eating of the public plate. No matter who it is, they are acting as they are entitled to this. They are entitled not pay rent, they are entitled to grab land and entitled to get kickbacks on government contracts. This is the system the NRM has built. To say otherwise is naive. This is the continuation of the “pay-to-play” system that Amama Mbabazi was known for. How do you think him and Gilbert Bukenya made their wealth?

They did not sell Nile Brew on the streets of Kampala, no these two used their positions to eat and therefore was synonymous with the word corruption, at one point they could have their face in the dictionary as they we’re always connected with some sham transaction. The same can be said the Foreign Affairs Minister Sam Kuteesa, who always has some shady business deal or arrangement to make sure his pockets are fat. When the new generation of NRM MPs see how the old-guard did it. They want to be in on it. That is natural.

So when Betty Amongi does what she does, she has learned from her peers. Not that is right or by law, but by the activity of the party. The same can be said by Evelyn Anite, whose also has some shady deals now. Both of these are just the newest crop, in addition to the ones who has already played these games. I am just waiting for Frank Tumwebaze to have some sort deal with the Telecoms, so that he could earn something on the side with this Sim-Card Saga of his. That would have made sense and also within reason.

And we know the likes Jim Muhwezi and others has made enough fortunes, big enough homes, that is why the house of Gen. Elly Tumwine, whose trying to outshine the Gbadolite, the house of former Dictator Mobutu Sese Seko. Therefore, the NRM elite has money, while the government lacks it and borrows to keep the cash flow going. If not, they are begging for handouts to secure government projects. This is happening while the elite is finding all kinds of tricks to find new money.

These are MPs with a lavish pay, secured pay for cars and housing, these are MPs whose already getting well-fed on the government tab. So they shouldn’t need to do shady backroom deals, but still they do, because the ones with much, always wants a little bit more. The rich wants to get richer. That is also natural, but they are feeding themselves on a rotten root and hoping the tree will bear fruits next season. Which is impossible, as they are killing off the tree, instead of nurturing it and making sure it can last.

The NRM eating like there is no tomorrow, it isn’t only the President. The State House and the PM. They are the main beneficiaries, but the MPs want their part of the pot of gold. That is why we see Presidential Handshakes, bribes, kickbacks, graft, land-grabs and whatnot. They all want their slice, because they want to be like the previous NRM ministers who did the same. They are NRM and therefore entitled to eat. That is the system. Not a beautiful masterpiece, but when the predecessors did it, why can’t they?

I am not saying it is justified, but I understand why it happens, why they are acting like this. Because they want their loot and their fortunes. If not they wouldn’t run as MPs or part of the elites. This is the way to get it. Not by hard work or dedication, no by association and by office. That is how this system work. This is 32 years down the road, and nothing has changed…

So please don’t be shocked, its put into play long time ago. That is why even Mwenda was bitching about this a decade ago, before his “independent” magazine launch. Peace.

Opinion: Mzee don’t want to bother foreign investors with taxes, just give him a Presidential Handshakes!

Well, I am biased, as the President are visiting Dubai for 4th Global Business Forum on Africa on the 2nd November 2017. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is trying to cater to foreign investors. People who he usually cater to at the State House, so he can get favors and Presidential Handshakes. That is why he isn’t bothered with taxes, because the tax-holidays and possible offerings will be huge for the investors who comes in. That is what the National Resistance Movement (NRM) are doing, especially if it is for instance a nations offering the state loan, than the same state can come with state-companies to build infrastructure like Chinese companies coming in after offering loans to the same NRM government. Therefore, just look at what he was saying yesterday, which is weird, but fit a pattern.

Since you are business people, we must be talking about profits. When you talk of Uganda and Africa, you are talking about peace as an enabling environment; which we have. We have raw materials, and have a population of 40 million people that’s’ a market. And if we talk of integration we have a four tear market” (…) “In Africa, the demand is there and growing because we have been under-consuming while the rest of the world the demand is falling because they have been over consuming” (…) “There are plenty of raw materials, minerals, tourism and so on so when you invest there you have access to all these” (…) “I don’t have to bother investors with taxes, what I want is for them to invest, use our raw materials, create jobs, add value and promote exports” (State House Uganda, 2017).

Well, so the President trying to say to foreign investors, you don’t need to pay taxes for your output, just cater to me. The state you don’t have to bother about, just bother about catering to the State House and me. We will add value and promote exports, we will agreements and make sure you get the value on our resources and low-payed workers.

We know who is the biggest taxpayers in the republic, because of Uganda Revenue Authority own statement in the media on the 31st October 2017, which stated names like Mr. Alnasir Virani Gulam Hussein Habib, Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia, Mohammed Hussain, Nakayima Janat, Karia Minex, Karia Kunnal, Alykhan Hudani and Dayalijil Karan. Who are sounding like foreign investors and they are on the top 25 biggest taxpayers in Uganda. So the state has already connected families from abroad to invest there in various businesses. This shows there are already people who is not worried about taxes, but about the output of their companies.

Some of these investors has made big names, while others have worked more in silence. Still, this shows that the top earners even promoted by URA and Doris Akol. Proves how they are working, as there wasn’t that many own citizens on the list. That shows that the foreign investors must get a special advantage and special agreements at the state house for their dealings. Especially, considering how it has been done, just for tearing down markets in Kampala for own investors and financial agreements. This has been done and arranged from the State House without consultation with locals, neither KCCA or the renters of these markets. That is how the NRM and Museveni do deals in favor of him and if he get ill-gained funds, he will support the “development”. It is in similar fashion he exposes his intent in Dubai.

That the State doesn’t need taxes or need structures to facilitate for foreign investors, they just needs agreements with State House and then it is all fair-game. It is insane, but fits the Modus Operandi of the Musevenism and NRM regime. Give him a Presidential Handshake and you can operate as you want in the Republic. Peace.

Opinion: It’s ironic that President Museveni is talking about disciplining the government!

The three arms of government and their sub-branches must have discipline. For example I have been involved in disciplining the army. We should do the same for other sub-branches of government. If the Judiciary is also disciplined in fighting corruption, citizens will lead a good life. – Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on the 1st October 2017, State House Entebbe.

Its just one of these days that hearing the news and seeing the tweets of the President, makes me laugh and wonder if he listen to himself. He knows his system and has made his garden. The way the government steers and govern is because of his policies, his regulations and his support. It is not like there been other ruling for last 30 years in Uganda. The Republic has been under the control of Museveni and his National Resistance Movement (NRM).

The NRM has suffocated all other free-will and control. Therefore, Ministers, Members of Parliament and others seek guidance and funds directly at the State House in Entebbe. Even foreign investors meet there to make agreements. Everything is nearly sanctioned out there. The Discipline now is more on the narrow-minded government that is run from there. The institutions and the procedures are not so important. Since most things happening is with the words from “above”, meaning the President and his close advisers.

It is not rocket science to know where the benefactor or the reason for lacking structures. That is because government waits for their go sign by the State House, they are waiting for funding of the projects and institutions from the State House. The projects and the works of the State House and under the Prime Ministers Offices are the key organizations within this government. They might say all of the massive cabinet has part to play, but that is the facade.

Therefore, it is ironic for a man so controlling and so disorganized that it gives sometimes way to the unthinkable. Just like the Presidential Handshake, that was sanctioned by the State House, but taken form the wrong account. That was the problem for the President, not that the corrupt behavior was occurring on his watch. Its like he talks against himself. Because he has no problem speaking anti-corruption, but if corruption benefit his cronies – its fine and dandy!

I am not surprised by him at this point of time, its fit his narrative. He says what he expects and wants out of others, but the next day he finds a way to benefit or use the loyalty of his cronies. Not like he would have excepted the UCC not to listen and stop the suspended MPs to hit the airways and be broadcast on TV. He rather being himself on radio and in the spotlight, but will accept anyone else sharing the same space.

President Museveni is the proof of someone saying something noble, but doing opposite. He might say something insane, but act rational. Therefore, you never know where you have him. I will never believe him actually disciplining the government, if doing so. It means they are all blindfolded and following his guidelines. It does not mean building proper governance and protocol, neither is institutionalize the departments and ministries, it is all about his will and his stature.

When it comes to Museveni, discipline is about following him. Not building transparent and proper government institutions. Peace.

Dr. Kizza Besigye’s advice for termination of the NRM!

If you ever want the clear advice to bring down the dictatorship of President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, who now acts and lives like he owns the Republic Uganda. Than if you want to get rid of that and want to use the advice of Forum for Democratic Change founder and former Presidential Candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye. Than his words and inspirational words should be for you. He explains the whole story and the whole theft of the state and how it was built around the President. How Museveni has taken all the institutions and the state is embedded with him. But that we already knows, therefore I have taken the part that people should listen to and use. The true defiance and defy the Museveni state, so that there are possible a peaceful transition from his rule. Where the state doesn’t belong to Museveni or the Movement, but to the people. The Citizens has a government who cares about delivery and not if Museveni get an expensive enough airplane or helicopter. Take a look!

Outtake from the Press Conference of Dr. Kizza Besigye today:

Regardless of what the regime does, the people of Uganda are definitely closing in to take back their power and embark on a TRANSITION to a new dispensation.

The NRM/Museveni Junta has no legitimacy to amend the Uganda Constitution as it’s planning to do. This will be an activity of the TRANSTION PROCESS.

Immediate task: Termination of the NRM/Museveni Junta:

The following needs to be done to terminate the Junta’s control of our country:

1) Intensify the “awakening campaign”, for most Ugandans to become active in the processes of achieving a transition. Everyone has a role to play in achieving this.

2) Forming activist networks to make it possible to act together and to be coordinated.

3)Everyone seeking a democratic transition should take deliberate actions, individually or in concert with others to disempower and break down the Junta. Each one’s actions, however small, contribute significantly towards the desired change.

4) Public servants, including those in the security and military are called upon to join the struggle for democratic transition.

5) In coordination with other political and civil society formations, we’ll soon start various activities that will disempower and bring the, now fragile, Junta to an end.

The transition:

A transition process will start when the Junta ceases the control of the state- either, through popular actions or a dialogue process.

The key activities of the transition period are:

1) Government of National Unity.

2) A comprehensive review of the Constitution.

3) Rebuilding State institutions to ensure transparency in recruitment and a national character, a high standard of performance and public accountability; non-partisan character; high standard of discipline and professionalism etc.

4) Truth telling, justice and reconciliation.

5) Free and Fair elections” (Dr. Kizza Besigye, 11.07.2017).

The acts of defiance and trying to coordinate the powers to be. Make the state dissolution over the citizens who doesn’t act upon the oppressive measures dropped by the central government. That they does what they can locally to make changes to the state. This done in demonstrations and stop using the state based operations that makes the NRM regime so rich and can rig themselves into power. That they follow a leadership similar to Besigye and other who trying to dismantle the Presidency. For the simplest reason of getting democracy and getting rid of the dictatorship of Museveni. These words of Besigye should be seen as the guidelines for the patriots and the ones who wants the Republic run by elected men, and not selected men by the NRM. This is how it is now.

The NRM acts like they own the nation and the state, the State is controlled from the State House and the orders are from there. There aren’t anything done without the State House involved, that isn’t a healthy state. That is a Banana Republic and an undemocratic state where one-voice control it all. There is time for change, it has been a long time for change. This cannot only be done by the freedom fighter Besigye, but has to happen by the will and acts of the people. The people have to say, enough is enough. The impunity, the theft and the ignorance of needs of the people is enough. Time to stand-up and be together in the struggle for just ice, liberty and accountability. For a regime who wants to deliver government services and also give taxation with representation. Something that isn’t done now by this government and the President. Peace.
