Opinion: I don’t see what’s wrong with Ng’eno’s statement [and only see that he hit the pride of the President]

You are not Kenya and Kenya is nor Kenyatta’s or Mama Ngina’s land. This land belongs to 47 million Kenyans, you cannot run it as you wish, Moi and Kibaki finished their terms and left, you should do the same next year when the time comes” Johana Ng’eno MP (07.09.2020).

I didn’t know that President Uhuru Kenyatta was a deity and transcendent between the holy land and the mortal world. Kenyatta must be immortal and cannot be offended. The ground that the President walks on has to be praised. You cannot state anything against him… because, if you do? You will be in trouble like the MP.

Ng’eno MP is even expelled by KANU, who has made a coalition with the Jubilee. This means the Jubilee is already working with Gideon Moi. Another honourable gentlemen from a dynasty. A man that Ng’eno mentioned in his statement. That is the father of Gideon and the former President. Nick Salat does this for political capital, but its very little to gain.

That the Director of Public Prosecution Noordin Haji and the National Police Service is issuing statements, but also charges on Ng’eno for this. Shows, that one family is more important than the freedom of expression. The Kenyatta’s are untouchable and the Moi family needs to salvaged too. Since, they are dismissing him for speaking ill of Uhuru.

There is certainly not Uhuru, neither is there are coherent Ubuntu. There is just a mess. A self-inflicted mess by the state. Yes, Ng’eno challenged the Kenyatta’s, but he didn’t say anything wrong. He just went after the ego of the President and his inner-family. It was brave of him to do so…

That is why Ng’eno MP is paying the price. If he had incited to violence and genocide. If he had used the means of what certain politicians did in the post-elections in 2008. Then I would have understood the backfiring means of the state. Alas, that wasn’t the case here.

He just hit the pride, the ego and the Kenyatta’s. This is misuse of power and restricting freedom of speech. They are taking away liberty to question their power and their office. He just wishing the President well, when he is done in office after his second term. That he can go back to his farms, milking cows and continue his businesses. Instead, of acting like he owns a Republic. When he represents it and is the Head of State. His not a royal king or even a kingpin.

The President and Jubilee should know better. KANU is just beneath itself dropping Ng’eno MP is messed up over this. The MP spoke the truth. Yes, he hit a nerve, but a man who has been in office since 2013 should manage to spoken to this way. Unless, his a kid with a hissy fit over not getting candy.

Uhuru and his family should manage this and much worse too. If they are this frail. What are you doing in office? Why are you even a head of state? Are you man enough to carry your own self? Do have carrying balls?

Because, I wonder if the President has the character and the ability to rule. When he cannot even get a wish of a kiss goodbye and being told that he doesn’t own the Republic. Are you that tiny?

That is weak tea and misuse of power. Kenyatta needs some help, he needs to grow up and understand his position. If he don’t, comedians, journalists and whatnot will soon be arrested for mocking him or even write a notice of punchline before they are revoked an opportunity to do their job. Peace.

WaBenzi’s Convoys Gets Road Clearance!

The WaBenzi

A new tribe is ruling the many countries of Africa. Comfortable,

well-heeled, self-satisfied; secure in their positions of power.

And proudly they tout the symbol of their superiority. It’s a symbol

they have even adopted as their name; an elegant, star-shaped, silver

symbol – the international sign of the WaBenzi. Julian Champkin reports” (Julian Champkin – ‘The Wabenzi’ 05.09.1984, New Internationalist).

Today, the National Police Service and the Inspector General Hilary N. Mutyambai put forward an directive, which means that all the VIPs get special treatments on the roads in the Republic of Kenya. The WaBenzi of 2019 got a new way to get things done. The ambulances and fire brigades has to “give way” to retired Presidents, the President himself and others. Because, they are still more viable and vital to society, than the ones saving lives. That is what the directive states.

But first, what the IG Mutyambai stated in his directive, which says to much about the WaBenzi compared to rest: “In light of streamlining the flow of traffic in major cities, I here by direct guidelines conhfcerning entitlement and privileges on clearances of vehicles for VIPs on roads and highways” (Directive on Road Clearances to VIPS, 29.05.2019).

The IG has put forward six categories, the first one, whose has the first privilege is the President, Vice-President, First Lady, Cabinet Secretaries for Defence, Interior and Foreign Affairs and the Principal Secretary/Interior. The IG and the Highest Elite is surely getting special treatment. They are first in line and the others have to back-off.

In traffic, the second grade is the chief of defence, service commander of Defence Forces, Inspector General of National Police Service, Deputy General of the Police Service and Deputy Inspector General of the Administration Police Service. Surely, the IG is favouring himself and his people. They are the leaders of the Security Organizations and he thinks they are Second Ones after the Highest Ranking individuals in the Republic.

Further in traffic, the ones that cannot dip through first or second is the Speaker of National Assembly and the Senate, also the Majority leader of the National Assembly. They are important, but graded down from the President and his closest associates, after the Security Organizations leadership. Certainly, they will be awaiting time to get through jams in Nairobi. Since, the directive are giving them less leeway.

There are sadly more people who is getting special treatment, the fourth graded people are the retired Presidents and Prime Ministers. This is the dynasties and the elites, whose still just living life. This is the Daniel Arap Moi and Mwai Kibaki, who will easily get across Kisumu or anywhere else. Because, these people are still apparently more important than the ambulance. That is what they are saying.

On the Fifth level, the finalization and the special treatment for the ambulance and fire brigade are stated. They are put behind the President, the leadership of the Security Organizations, the highest leadership of the Parliament and the retired heads of state. All of these are more vital to society and to the roads, than the ambulance and fire brigade. This shows the pattern of the WaBenzi.

Just to prove the point further, the GK Cars registered to the state will not get special treatment, they have to follow traffic in ordinary flow. This means, the rest of the MPs has to be awaiting jams or if not leech of the Presidential and VP Convoy, when they are around the building or driving out. Since, who knows, which car is part of it or not. Even the First Lady if she’s crossing town. Because, this will be used by several of the closest associates of the grade 1 and even grade 2.

This here is stupid and shows the WaBenzi elite on steroids or on to much petrol. It depends on which day. Peace.
