Opinion: Akon doesn’t know who he is dealing with…

The first time I heard about Akon was when I heard the single he had with Styles P “Locked Up”. A lot has happened since then and now suddenly making deals with a dictator and doing business at any cost. Clearly, moral values doesn’t add up to possible profit. The entrepreneur and music mogul wants to earns currency and doesn’t care how. That is why his suddenly seeking the graces of the old man with the hat.

Aliane Damala Badara Thiam aka Akon and wife Rozina Negusei. He and his wife is now a business trip to Uganda. Where they are in the presence of the President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and First Lady Janet Museveni. They even got an army chopper to fly them to Rwakitura, the President’s farm.

Akon knows how to play many cards and take advantage of opportunities around him. Just like he was able to profit on the lacking trust or ability to promote Lady Gaga. He has been able to sell other businesses too.

He has sold music and been a music mogul with Konvict Music. Also sold clothing apparel, which is common for musicians doing it big. Akon also bought a diamond mine in South Africa back-in-the-day too.

In Senegal the serial entrepreneur is planning to build Akon City. Akon has also the Akon Lighting Africa and Akon Lighting America. That is his solar electricity enterprise, which have been working since 2014.

So, he has already done a lot of business moves. That is not shocking at all. The latest before he was trying the waters of Uganda. He made a deal for a venture into mining in the Haut-Katanga Province in the Democratic Republic of Congo. That was only made official this February 2021. Akon is moving forward and trying to make himself a big man in many fields.

Now his sweet talking the old man and being honourable at his ranch. That is just typical when celebrities and wealthy foreign patrons arrives in the Republic. Last time it was like this… Kanye West and Kim Kardashian showed up with their sneakers and the state promised more tourism as a result. A result that never delivered and proven.

We don’t know what sort of deal Akon is seeking. Neither does we know what his Wife wants either. Even if she is such a grand supporter of Museveni and wants his reign to continue. That is showing how little they know of the plight of the citizens and the despotic ruler he is. They are just hearing and seeing the perspectives the state is serving them. Akon is only seeing the good side and doesn’t even get close to touch the dark-side.

Akon should prepare to offer “Presidential Handshakes” or fancy “kickbacks”. The musician should even look into how Patrick Ho dealt with Ugandan counterparts. Heck, the Konvict Music label head should emulate Sudhir Ruparelia, if he wants to earn any good fortunes in the Republic. Because, getting through honest means and with his investments will not go far.

Museveni must know that catering to Akon is a risk for him too. Akon has deals in Senegal and in other parts of Africa. However, Akon is estimated wealth of US$80 millions, which isn’t bad by any stretch. However, Akon isn’t a Dangote, but surely he can chase some ends there as well.

Akon must clearly be on a fishing expedition. If he thinks this is wise and viable. He doesn’t care about the human rights violations, the lack of freedom or liberty of peers. Akon couldn’t have performed or been vocal like he is, if he was an musician in Uganda. However, since his an American investor. The red carpet treatment is there for him and he get the positive brigade served to him. He gets the words of wisdom and gets options to invest. Akon will be served a favourable pitch and opportunities. The President will enjoy that and pocket some goodwill from abroad. A man like the President always needs that.

Akon is maybe offered a business deal, but his also a nice PR Stunt. The President can bash in the greatness of an American musician. Just like he could with Kanye West. He just get a moment of glory with a foreigner. Kanye didn’t deliver anything, but Akon has a history of doing so.

He has been selling music, clothing, diamonds, solar electricity, building a city in his name and now the newest is another mining enterprise in the DRC. Now he visits the neighbours to the east and pops by the President there.

Akon wants to dwell into it all. Nevertheless… maybe this is the deal or the offer he should refuse. Unless, he wants to be known as the guy that does deals with dictators. That is his decision and conscience to live with. If profits matters more than ethics. If coins matters more than morals. That is all up to him.

We can just wonder, if he is being tricked or if he is tricking the President. Akon could do that and just be testing the waters. There is nothing fruitful or insightful to the possible enterprises shown to the grander public. There is no direct-investment or project of Akon. Only that his visiting the Presidential farm. That is really not saying much.

Akon… your a fool for this one. This is a bad move. Unless, this is your new crowd and what you aspire to be known for. Peace.

Opinion: They don’t need a ‘bad dream’ when people living in a ‘nightmare’

I assured them that they were very lucky to have woken up from such a ‘bad dream’ because we were so ready for them. I thanked them for realizing the need to come forward so we can work together” Yoweri Kaguta Museveni at Entebbe State House (30.03.2021).

After 35 years in power, the Ugandan President have nothing to offer. He held a meeting with “disgruntled youth” and Inter-Religious Council yesterday. These is unofficial group of youth and religious leaders gathered to “buy peace”. However, that is a false hope at this point.

When citizens are taken by drones, arraigned in military courts and served injustice. It is hard to get a real peace. When citizens are dying, because they got tortured, detention without a trial and kept incommunicado for days. People who are affiliated and representing the opposition is “fair game”. Therefore, it is hard to believe that the President really cares about the liberty, justice and freedom for all.

President Museveni is the nightmare for so many. His not delivering anything else than a despots rule. His the Grand Dictator who reigns supreme and uses all parts of the state machinery to get rid of his enemies. These is his own citizens and their only sin is supporting someone else than him. That is the tragic reality in 2021. This is the fundamental change he offered in 1986. Instead of Idi Amin and Obote, we have Museveni who acts like a forever monarch in office.

He got nothing to bring to the table. He can only pay off fools like Balaam and Jennifer Full Figure, but he cannot bring changes. Except if the World Bank or International Monetary Funds are doling out funds blindly. The President will not work hard or prove anything. He will only go after his nemesis and arch-enemies. If that is Besigye or Bobi Wine. That is what he does and continues to do so.

This isn’t a bad dream, but a real life nightmare. When associates of politicians are lingering in safe-houses, behind bars and charged just because they are affiliated someone else than him. It is really rich that when people turn to the President they are suddenly living in a dream. Certainly, that hasn’t happen to everyone else who has gone from the opposition to the NRM. If that was true, then certain individuals would live better then they actually do.

The President cannot run away from the injustice that his serving the general public. His Excellency cannot just bash in glory … and think he can wash away his sins. The blood is on his hands. The citizens who died for just participating in demonstrations. When the state sent soldiers from Somalia to go after them. That is the sort of finalization of the nightmare the President is serving.

Museveni can speak sweet, but his actions is bitter. There is no denying in that. He got a new prison filled with opposition members. He doesn’t need Luzira prison as much. The Court Martial is not freeing them, because he wants to prove point.

So, when the President speaks now. The acts of the state is more alarming and nothing is happening about it. The various security organizations are keeping citizens behind bars and without a fair trail. People are returning with scars for life and some even turn up dead. Therefore, there is a real nightmare going on and its happening as we speak.

He can be spotted with a few “disgruntled youths” but that is only for PR. The reality is still dark and grim. There is little hope or anything that shows progress. Only more destruction and devastation. Because, the only things that matters in the end… is that his in office and the Head of State. The rest is just history and present day, which we all live through. We should not accept his means to an end. If we do… then we are accepting the nightmare that his giving to so many people and they are not allowed to wake up. Peace.

Opinion: Kadaga says what everyone knew [A Ugandan VP is useless]

“The Vice Presidency Seat is not a position of decision making, that is why they want me to be appointed there”Rebecca Kadaga (Crispus Mugisha – ‘Kadaga refuses VP job as Museveni calls for meeting’ 29.03.2021, Nilepost.ug).

The truth usually sets you free. The truth can unleash huge potential and change things. Now the speaker of 10 years in the Ugandan Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga has told the truth to the public. Not that it’s shocking or anything. No, we knew this, but its nice that the ones holding office feels the same.

The Speaker of 10 years, Kadaga is saying the Vice President is not worth anything. Rebecca is stating that its not a place worthy of being. Since she wants to be at a place where she has some sort of influence and power. A Vice President at this time and age lacks both.

Yes, a VP is the second of government, but we all know that this person at this point is the master of ceremonies and nothing else. The VP can look good on paper and be honourable subject. Even if the VP has no direct influence of parliament, cabinet or even in the NRM CEC. The person is just a token leader and a figurehead of the government without any sort mandate or ability sway lawmakers.

No, the VP in her eyes is a useless and redundant appointment. Where you are just a high ranking official, but with no initial power. That is sort of the dream and been the motivation for appointing Vice President Edward Ssekandi, which has held the office for two term and lost the MP’s election this time around.

VP Ssekandi will not be remembered for legislative victories nor his strides in office. No, he has been ghosting with a fancy convoy. He has been busy tearing up venues and showing his face. To prove that the office exists, but for no apparent reason. The VP has been selected as well, because he has no ambition to overcome or become the heir to the throne. No, his just there to officiate at weddings, burials and openings of roads.

That is all happening, because that is the role assigned by the President. The President could give the person of the VP a more powerful role and have bigger tasks. However, that is not what he has done. The President have given more prestige and more assignments to the Office of the Prime Minister. The OPM have a bigger function in todays cabinet and have more of powerful portfolio in comparison to the VP. That is why Kadaga doesn’t want to become the next VP. As she knows that role is worthless. She has seen it for years and doesn’t want to be in docket with no influence and mandate to her name. Especially, after having the mantle of the Parliament as the speaker for so long.

This is all a reflection of the manner of which Museveni is ruling. If he had faith in his deputies and in his second in command. He would have assigned them with a broader mandate and given them hurdles to pass. However, he rather takes it on himself or if not give it further down the chain-of-command. As they have a longer line to pass to get to him.

Kadaga is just stating the bitter truth and a simple reflection of the reign of Museveni. Museveni have made it like this. It is his decision to make it a Ministry/Office without a Portfolio or a Ministry aka Vice Presidency.

That is the making of Museveni and is in his image. If you know, now you know. Peace.

Uganda Civil Society Leaders’ Demand Immediate End to Abductions, Torture, Illegal Detention and Extra Judicial Killings of Ugandan Citizens (23.03.2021)

Opinon: CJ Owiny-Dollo needs his own ‘Plan B’

“Supreme Court Justice, Esther Kisakye has accused Chief Justice, Alfonse Owiny-Dollo, of confiscating her file which includes her minority ruling on the withdrawal of the presidential poll petition. The justices are Thursday are giving a detailed judgment on why they allowed former presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi to withdraw his poll petition. Kyagulanyi, who ran to the highest court to challenge the outcomes of the presidential elections later applied to withdraw his case citing several reasons including the kidnap of his witnesses and bias on the side of the court. “I am here today to give my ruling in the recently withdrawn presidential petition. What is of surprise to me is that my file has apparently been confiscated on the orders of the chief justice,” Kisakye said. She said she has asked the court staff to recover her file so that she can give her dissenting ruling” (Betty Amamukirori – ‘Election petition: Justice Kisakye accuses Chief Justice of confiscating her file’ 18.03.2021, New Vision).

Chief Justice Owiny-Dollo is now undressed. The whole Supreme Court and their planned efforts are now proven in the courts of opinion. The total shambolic affairs is now in the public view. Even a dissenting Justice Kisakye wasn’t allowed and her minority was reported to be confiscated. That says it all really.

There was no factor or ability for anyone to overturn or nullify the Presidential Elections. The ideal of equal before the law or even serve documents was to be finessed. This was all just the final stroke of legitimizing the elections and getting everyone to mov-on. As the legal position and verdict would seal it for the future. It would be a final destination and Museveni would ride to infinity.

We knew the courts would be one sided and they would find all reasons to vote in favour of the incumbent. That was well versed reality and there was no other way this could go. Therefore, the recent revelation only proves why it was right for Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine to withdraw. As there was no option or opportunity for a fair verdict. The court was settled even before the evidence was coming to them.

It is now time for CJ Owiny-Dollo to write his thesis on ‘Plan B’ or find his own. Because, his career and life now depend on Museveni. He got nothing else. Unless, he suddenly wants to go rouge, which is very unlikely. It will take a master stroke for him to suddenly turn on his master now. Especially, since he is indebted and holds this role because of him.

With that in mind. The CJ Owiny-Dollo should consider his way forward. As his legacy is now tarnished. All his career and everything he possibly stood for is now into ashes. There are no redeeming qualities there. He risked it all and took the prestigious appointment but has squander his own name.

He is now a loyal puppet of the President. That is all he is. The Judicial puppet and “Yes-Man” who delivers what the “high above” says. That is the route has chosen. Surely, there are so current pay-offs and wealth attributed to it. However, those will not last forever and whatever his getting. Its not enough to damage hurt.

Bobi Wine and the NUP have now shown the world the state of the judicial independence in the Republic. They have proven it by the acts and the way this has played out. Now, the President and his team can only try shield over the fact. But… this final act only prove what some of us has said for a long time. The Supreme Court and others are there to serve man and not serve justice. Peace.

Bobi Wine arrested as he leads a peaceful protest in Kampala

Today Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine and fellow National Unity Platform (NUP) Members of Parliament held a peaceful protest in the Central Business District of Kampala. Unsurprisingly, they arrested them.

The latest update is this: “Update: Police has released Bobi Wine, 8 others and taken them to their specific homes. This follows their arrest during protests today in Kampala, KMP deputy spokesman Luke Owoyesigyire” (Africa Facts, 15.03.2021).

We knew this would happen when the NUP and the Opposition would demonstrate. They could have applied for it, but we know the application would be dismissed or denied. Bobi Wine wouldn’t have been allowed to do so.

Some has called the NUP all keyboard warriors, also that Bobi Wine is all talk. However, he proves he went to the front-line and tried. Now, his house-arrested and this might last a long time again. The same with the MPs who stood with him.

Ugandan politician Bobi Wine arrested today as he was taking part in a peaceful protest against the abduction, torture and murder of his supporters” (Switch Kenya TV, 15.03.2021).

We know that the rule of law is applied only to the opposition and not to the National Resistance Movement (NRM). The NRM can steal, loot and do whatever they want. The SOPs of the COVID-19 regulation is only applied to the opposition and not the ruling regime. So, if they use this excuse. Then they are hypocrites, as we have seen processions, rallies and whatever in regard to this when the yellow bus is around.

That is why we know the law is one for the opposition and another for the ruling regime. It is two Republic’s at the moment. Where one is above the law and the other is oppressed by the same law. That is how the law enforcement is operated.

The opposition was trying to protest the oppression and the answer was actually more oppression. That is impressive and an action in the wrong manner. It shows how the state is run wrong. This was bad when they did it to Besigye and it is wrong when they do it to Bobi Wine.

What value does the Constitution of 1995 have, when some of the articles in it has practically no value? What values have the liberties and freedoms in it, when they can be abused and taken away from the public with no consequences?

We can expect the Military and Police Force to surrounding his home in Magere in Wakiso district. The other MPs who participated will be under surveillance too, if not they are house-arrested too. This last for a while now. Especially, when the President yesterday came with the empty claim of destroying the swearing-in in May 2021.

However, there is no proof of this. Only that Bobi Wine wants civil disobedience in general. Which proven by today’s action… will not be allowed and that was to be anticipated by how the state has acted towards the opposition in the past. It was to be expected and how the state acts towards the dissidents. Peace.

Opinion: Gen. Museveni will tell any story that benefits his agenda..

They have been planning that they will stop swearing in of the president. They won’t. They plan all sorts of things including killing their own opposition people to say it is the government”Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni national address on the 14th March 2021

The old man with the hat, the ageing general and self-styled President for Life Museveni told various of stories yesterday. Not that it will amount to anything. It is just more alleged things and allegations pointed in the other direction. That could easily be put towards him.

Museveni knows he couldn’t win this election without intimidation, fear and open bazaar rigging. That is a reality. He has been rigging elections since he lost in 1980. That is what he does and he uses the state machinery to help his cause. This is so evident.

You know your a sinister old man… when you claim the opposition kills itself to make you look bad. Your really the devil, when you who has the army, security agencies and using the state machinery to oppress opposition. Says they are doing suicides to make you look ugly. That is beyond comprehension, but that is what he said yesterday. How come this is a thing?

If you thought that was bad enough.

He put up the ante:

It was Kyagulanyi and the team that cheated massively. Especially here in Kampala , Mpigi, Kyotera and in some parts in the Eastern like Busoga where our agents were weak, a lot of ballot stuffing happened. Thank God we emerged winners. In his petition, Kyagulanyi said he had evidence showing how Ballot stuffing was conducted, intimidation of their voters but when asked of the evidence, he didn’t show anything”Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni (14.03.2021).

This sort of statement is really strange. If the National Unity Platform should rig an election. Why do it only in one region(s) and not the whole nation to get the upper hand in the Parliament and in the Presidential Elections. Therefore… the idea itself is really rich.

This election was far from free or fair. There was no indication of any sincere or truthful about the election. The polls was rigged and the numbers haven’t made sense. The state had the abilities just like the ruling party in 1980 to field candidates everywhere. While the opposition couldn’t manage to do the same, neither campaign or even try to assemble. That’s why its really a giant lie. The National Resistance Movement (NRM) was bound to win and get their majority by gerrymandering and by rigging the polls. While using the security organizations to intimidate and harass the opposition at the same time.

The General is really making it out of his way to make the opposition look bad and point at them everything he himself is ordering and doing. His even thanking God for rigging an election. That sort of God is not the almighty I believe in. My God isn’t a deity who supporters killers and robbers, but who will serve justice to the ones who trespasses others. Which is what Museveni has done…

He knows that he intimidated the voters. The general even arrested activists, poll agents and others in the night ahead of the polls. Therefore, the reality of this is really out of bound with reality. When his forces even passed through the streets of Kampala within hours before the polls. Who is he kidding here?

The self-styled President for Life only have a life-line … because of army and not because his “loved” by the people. Peace.

OAG Report put Uganda National Airlines Company Ltd on blast

The Uganda National Airlines Company Limited (Ltd.) was registered in March 2019, but incorporated on the 30th January 2018. That was done with shares both in the Ministry of Works and Transport (MoWT) and Ministry of Finance and Planning & Economic Development (MoFPED). That happened after scrutiny of it was all operating and who was really owning the company.

With that in mind, the statements or quotes from the Auditor General Reports of February 2021 isn’t helping the company either.

As it states this:

Whereas Government had invested a total of UGX 934,840,887,000 and reflected it as an investment in the Treasury records at Ministry of Finance, only an amount of UGX200,000,000 was shown as Share Capital in the company statements, the rest of the amount was shown as Share Application Funds. The processes for recognition of the Government investment in the company have not been undertaken to enable appropriate treatment and reporting in the company’s books of account” (Office of the Auditor General, February 2021).

This here proves the problematic aspect of ownership and hows it still not operative. The Company is still not addressing the “owners” and what sort of role the government have in it. Still, the government is providing funds for it and investing in it. But… we cannot know who is owning it and what percentages the state has. That is obnoxious… and outrageous at this point.

It doesn’t help that this is the current results of the company:

The company was unable to realize its planned revenue, yet the expenditure on operations was way above projected costs. The company only realized US$ 9,985,495 (10.8%) of the project revenue of US$92,863,811. On the other hand, the company incurred expenses that were beyond the planned costs and its actual revenue. For example; the company spent US$29,220,933 on direct costs, US$3,606,965 on indirect costs. As a consequence, the company incurred a net loss of US$27,477,513 in the year” (Office of the Auditor General, February 2021).

The company projections was clearly out of whack, but it also came in a year of the pandemic. So, the help of tourist and tourism to gain passengers went in the wind. However, the company is a pit-fall of money loss and wastage of public funds. They have spent money they don’t have and earned mediocre or nearly nothing while having huge bills. That is not a good way of running business.

It is also striking about who will pick up the bill and who will write-down the losses of this company. As the government involvement and unsure owner structure should make people question whose role is it to pay for the costs, which the company have created last year.

The Auditor General quotes isn’t strengthening the company nor its projections. Only that its a money pit and someone has to cover it. It has a higher burn-rate of cash than what it earns. That is a company running towards bankruptcy. One way or another. The government can save it again. It can save it another time too. However, how much value does it add and what services is the public gaining from such a company?

That is for someone else to answer, but there is no proof of now. That the state or the Republic needs this. It is a vanity project and flying high without money for gas (jet-fuel). Peace.

Opinion: Lt. Gen. Nalweyiso states that the “Panda Gari” Operation will continue

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni’s Military Advisor Lt Gen Proscovia Nalweyiso is quoted by the state friendly internet outlet Chimreports.com. where she have said this:

I don’t think when security personnel is arresting a person they first ask them which party they belong to. We have to get rid of the criminal whether or not there is an election” – Lt Gen Proscovia Nalweyiso

Lt. Gen. Nalweyiso also said that they would carry on with the arrests. This is meaning the state has no plans of stopping the “drones” or “Panda Gari’s” of our time. The National Resistance Movement (NRM) and all its security agencies will continue to persist. Especially, when people like she says it so vividly in the government friendly press.

She is a known power-broker in the State House and a trusted aide of the President. Therefore, her words matters. Lt. Gen. Nalweyiso is also the highest ranking official in the Uganda People’s Defence Force (UPDF).

So, when the Lt. Gen. Nalweyiso is supporting and standing behind the ideal of keeping people incommunicado, kidnapped, abducted, tortured and extra judicial-killed. Then you know they will continue to do this. As she knows the hallow halls of power and is a trusted person of the “high above”.

This is the message the State House wants out and also intimidate the public further. The State has decided that these people are “criminals” even without trials, charges or even sentencing. That is alarming, but its fitting the narrative of the President. Which the other day called them “treasonous” and called their acts “treachery”.

Her message today fits that one. As we are supposed to accept the state is arresting opposition members, activists, candidates and leaders an-mass. That is okay, because the state deems these civilians as “criminal” even without any proof or evidence of their supposed criminal activity.

Usually a criminal would be arrested on “criminal intent” or actually have acted criminally. That means a person would have acted upon a criminal conspiracy or done the deed, which is breaching the laws and could be charged for doing so. That would depend on what law the person broke and what sort of charge the person get before getting sentenced and possibly serving time. This should be common knowledge and also a safeguard to not arrest citizens on the whim, but actually with evidence of their crimes or criminal intent. However, in the regard to “drones” and “Panda Gari’s” …. that is all thrown out the window.

The state can deliberately … arrest and do “unlawful” activities without any proof or evidence. They are just organizing these illicit activities to undermine the opposition. The state is not doing this too its own or affiliates with the NRM. No, they are currently tarting the National Unity Platform (NUP) and also the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC). This is happening so rampant and people is later deposed off and dropped randomly dead as well. Therefore, life is very cheap in the republic and you doesn’t have any value to them, if you are associated with the opposition. That is proven now by definition of how they are addressing the misuse of law enforcement to detain people in ungazetted “safe-houses” across the Republic.

Lt. Gen. Nalweyiso is defending this and says it will continue. They will violate the rights of the citizens and their liberty. They are not allowed to assemble, to associate or even acknowledge open support of someone who isn’t Museveni. Because, if you do that, the state is allowed to arrest you without any sort of legitimate way or due process. There is no “equal before law” as anyone they take in or abduct is “criminal” and “treasonous”. They are deserving this and the state just acted accordingly. Which is insane but the sad truth here. Peace.

OAG Report states that 356 Town Council lacks funding

In the February 2021 Office of the Auditor General Report it states a very simple fact. The state has created more local government entities than it can manage to pay for. They have in this instance created to many Town Councils and therefore, they cannot afford to operate them. It is a total of 356 Town Councils, which they cannot afford to pay for.

The Auditor General Report says this:

Government has over the last years created a Local Governments particularly Town Councils which should be financially independent from the Districts from which they were created in line with Section 79 of the Local Governments Act. Records reviewed indicated that Government had created a total of 584 town councils by June 2019/2020 out of which only 228 have been approved by MoFPED for direct access of resources from the national budget. As explained last year, it requires on average UGX.1.8bn to run a Town Council. This implies that the balance of 356 town councils would require approximately UGX.640.8bn for both development and operational costs. Failure to fund Town Councils significantly affects the ability of these Town Councils to Operate and deliver services. It appears that Government is increasingly finding challenges to provide the required funding for the newly created Town Councils” (Office of Auditor General (OAG) Report – February 2021).

It is telling that there is existing 584 Town Councils in the Republic, but there is lacking funds for 356 Town Councils, which is about 60% of all of them. That says how mismanaged the Local Government organization is. They are just creating more constituencies for the elections, but not thinking of how to cover the costs of actually having them. That is why this is so prevalent.

This little passage of the OAG is only about Town Councils, but is a part of a bigger problem of the gerrymandering. Where the state is creating local government bodies without any considerations of the costs. This is why 60% of them lacks funding and cannot afford to be operational. This says it all.

This is how the National Resistance Movement (NRM) is “securing your future” or delivering “steady progress”. Peace.
