Pastor “Mama” Janet Returns: A lecture in school opening… and God’s healing…

Can you believe it is another brand new week? In Runyankole, we have a proverb that says, “Obushesha nibwira bwinganisa omwana na nyina” which when translated simply means, “The process of morning that turns to night makes a child grow to be like the mother.” (Janet Museveni – ‘School Preparation’ 06.12.2021).

After two years lost and no schools, as the schools continues a prolonged lockdown, which never cease to end. The Minister for Education and First Lady Janet Museveni …. drops another lecture and her pastoral needs to enlighten the world. The application as an evangelist or a becoming a pastor should be invoked. This is just a continuation of her sermons and it’s fitting in a church-setting and not in a ministerial post. However, we know “deity” and husband will not allow that…

When you understand that there’s absolutely nothing that happens in your life that God is ignorant about, then it makes you realize just how great God or His will is in your lives, generally speaking. That makes you understand that if you care only to do what God wants you to do with your life, it is necessary to pray continually to get His guidance. That is the purpose of prayer” (Janet Museveni – ‘School Preparation’ 06.12.2021).

This is supposed to be reassuring and it is… that someone above is having oversight and control over everything. However, it is a weakness, when someone in power and having a powerful office asks people just to pray. As the Minister and First Lady have access to everything and can with decrees ensure people get more help. It is ignorant of her to just ask people to pray. Her husband and the government can support and act upon the needs of people. If people are in trouble then her government should show-up and help. Not just be ignorant and let them plea for their suffering to the lord, which what she does here…

Is it possible that there are things you can only learn at home which you couldn’t learn while at school, things that He probably wanted you to explore while at home? Could families have failed to make time for other family members because everybody is too busy outside the home? And when the nations had these lockdowns, people had no option but to be at home, eat as one, talk to one another, and generally be together – what families were supposed to be and do in the first place!” (Janet Museveni – ‘School Preparation’ 06.12.2021).

Here she’s defending the prolonged lockdowns, because it has some beneficial meeting-points for families, as the family members are not able to be busy outside of the family. This is true, but it can also pressure the families and with the problems it has served as well. The government didn’t help the families and their dire needs. The ones living day-by-day only got small pieces of bread and not enough to sustain itself. So, trust me the times was hard and the times together wasn’t paradise. Like the Minister make things believe here. The lockdowns wasn’t suddenly abundantly time to spend with family boardgames and chatter, no it was a time of survival and ensure food on the table the next day. So, I don’t know what sort of image or lost chapter she is reading from, unless she only gets the memo’s from the rich elites, which is never close to reality of the common man anyway.

However, in Uganda, we have learned how many families don’t want to have their children at home, especially the girls. When they were forced to have them at home instead of at school, many gave their daughters away in marriage; others were defiled by relatives at home (some by their own fathers). So the school closures have brought out community weaknesses that we didn’t know

before, and we need to pray for clear solutions for those wounds that many families are now living with. That is why we will start a campaign that we hope will provide some answers and guidance for many of these girls in our society that are hurting. With God’s help, perhaps their wounds will find some healing” (Janet Museveni – ‘School Preparation’ 06.12.2021).

We knew about these ills, but the state would barely touch it. Now, they speaks of campaigns against it. However, the state who targets the NGOs and CSOs who helps these communities have been targeted. The state talks big game, but it all have to be solved by a campaign. Yes, these practices are bad and wrong. Some of these have been galvanized and become more rampant possibly in the lockdowns. However, the state could put into regulations and enforcement against people who does this.

The child who gets married or raped should get help. This injustice should get answered and the state has failed them, if they don’t do anything about it. God can help with the mental and be a shelter for the soul. However, the state should answer with proper laws, regulations and enforcement to avoid these things to happen. The state needs to take precautions and safeguards, which it haven’t when it let these things happen. Yes, some can never be stopped, because the people will initially do this. Nevertheless, that is why the state has various of agencies, ministries and law enforcement to stop these from happening. They have educated and enlighten the general public about these ills. Also, what sort of suffering that comes out of it.

God can help with some healing, but that’s not the answer here. The state can deliver much more and help the victims of these crimes. Also go after the ones who committed these crimes to the children. That’s what the state needs to do and this show how hopeless Janet is.

Enough of this nonsense and this lacklustre Minister, who is out of her league and needs some guiding in her role as a government official. Peace.

Opinion: Operation Shujaa is the gateway for the UPDF to stay within the DRC

The newly minted joint-operation between Uganda People’s Defence Force (UPDF) and FARDC in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Is a beginning of a long time stay of the UPDF in the provinces close to the border of Uganda. Expect the UPDF to have missions and participate in armed combat in Ituri, North and South Kivu. That is just meant to be at this point.

The joint operation is now named “Operation Shujaa” if Shujaa is Swahili it can be interpret to be either hero, brave or a warrior. This enterprise was started on the 30th November 2021. As the Congolese lawmakers knew about it, but the Ugandan ones got a memo or a press release with a sentence from New Vision or Spokesperson speaking on NBS Television.

The UPDF Commander who is the head of the Operation, Maj. Gen. Kayanja Muhanga has said they will use air-force and artillery to conquer the Allied Democratic Force (ADF) on the Congolese territory. We know the UPDF has said they are willing to be there as long as it takes. This means they are not leaving quickly and this will not be brief operation.

Operation Shujaa” can be the gateway for them to enter and stay. Yes, we don’t know the stipulations or the agreement with the FARDC or the RDC government. Nevertheless, we know their joint mission is to end the ADF. The UPDF have claimed they will do what they did to LRA during the “Operation Lightning Thunder”, which means the ADF would be able to flee into other territories like the LRA did. However, never entering Uganda since then…

To be frank here… I am anticipating more civilians becoming internally displaced. That the UPDF will be busy guarding the road-development projects of the Dott Service company. While having brigades and air-force bombing ADF camps and scouting together with the FARDC for additional hangouts and hot-spots for the guerrilla. However, don’t expect this to be short and brief. This will last long and at some point. The UPDF and FARDC will tell about their losses.

Expect supplementary budgets to cover this enterprise. Expect the President and all of the anointed Ministers to ask for funds to cover it all. They will all dance to the same song. It will be horrific and be no oversight. It wasn’t any from the outset. So, don’t expect it in the future either. The UPDF and the Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerubaga will use “patriotic” means and hope that shield him from any criticism. If not the Ministry of Security or the head of UPDF will speak out. Therefore, this is a Operation that the heads of government is main beneficiaries of.

Without a shadow of a doubt, this whole thing will last. Not on the merit of the strength or the capabilities of ADF. No, the share joy of resources and possibilities to loot again. The UPDF will use this end to their benefit. That is what they do and Congo will continue to bleed. The Tshisekedi government seems out of control and weak. When they let UPDF violate it on it’s turf and expect them to do so. We will not know the amount civilian casualties, as the state will only deliver the amount of ADF soldiers and leaders it has killed. If not what they alleged have taken out of action. Since there is no second source to verify the accounts on the frontline.

So, don’t expect a quick escape or a leeway. The UPDF will linger now. If it isn’t ADF. They will find someone else to bother or be the aggressor towards. If not they will be expensive and well-trained soldiers guarding road construction in the provinces. As the Government of Uganda has promised to build there …

Time will only tell… Peace.

Uganda: Why aren’t article 210(d) respected in concern to the UPDF?

The 1995 Constitution, which is the document and law of which all things are connected. The rule of law comes from the interpretation and how it is used. Therefore, the articles of the Constitution needs to be respected and adhered too. These legal stipulations should be the first that all citizens knows, because it regulates, but also gives each citizen rights.

Nevertheless, we know that in the Republic that there are certain parts that are more important than others. That the Constitution have been amended and changed to fit one person. That is just a mere fact and it is a living document. Which reflects the President and his fellow lawmakers at this point. As the amendments and other changes have indirectly changed it.

However, the 1995 Constitution is still important, as it is sets the standard. In today’s big question, as the Uganda People’s Defence Force (UPDF) aka the National Army is now stationed in Beni in a joint operation with the Congolese National Army (FARDC) to target the camps of Allied Defence Forces (ADF). That has been evident since the 30th November 2021 and they are now going on search missions to find the militia and it’s recruits.

Alas, the Constitutional questions comes in, as the 11th Parliament wasn’t informed and neither was the general public. What is striking about it… is that the Commander-in-Chief and his Army Commanders have ordered this without following the mandate of the UPDF. The UPDF have a mandate to secure the territory, help in natural disasters, foster harmony and engage in productive activities for development in the Republic. However, none of these are directly questioned that and this was paraphrasing article 209 of the Constitution.

Article 210 is about the Parliament right to regulate the UPDF, which it didn’t do in the question of entering Democratic Republic of Congo and be a part of a operation in the Beni area. Alas, the Parliament didn’t do this:

Parliament shall make laws regulating the Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces and, in particular, providing for— the deployment of troops outside Uganda” (Constitution 1995).

The 11th Parliament should have regulated the UPDF in deployment of troops outside Uganda. To be stationed in the DRC, South Sudan, Kenya, Tanzania or by law something the Parliament are delegated to do. The Parliament is supposed to regulate the movement and have oversight into the activity of the UPDF. That is what the Article 210(d) says.

It doesn’t say the UPDF is to brief in a press release and a statement. Heck, this is not supposed to be launched in a tweet or a moment of clarity by the spokesperson of the UPDF. No, the inner-workings of the Parliament and it’s duty is to make laws regulating the UPDF, in particular for the deployment of troops outside Uganda.

That is a very vital implication and it cannot be understated. Yes, the UPDF has the mission to secure the integrity and security of the territory. However, it is not alone in enforcing it or having a say. No, the final verdict and mission is given to the Parliament. Which in the recent mission or operation within the DRC wasn’t announced and neither was the Parliament in the loop. That is not following the law and neither acting in adherence with the Constitution. If a entity should follow the codes of law, it should be the army and the authorities, which are usually part of law enforcement who supposed to conduct itself correct. Alas, that isn’t the case…

We are seeing the value of the 1995 Constitution is dwindling and it’s worthless. When not even simple Articles like the 210(d) has any value or concern for the parties involved. The state and the State House clearly doesn’t mind or have forgotten this practice. That is clear by how the NRM and the authorities are acting. Peace.

Uganda Peoples Congress (UPC): Disease Prevalence in Uganda (01.12.2021)

Opinion: Muhoozi wants people to rebel [as that is what his father is most known for…]

If your energy, determination and motivation are well oriented towards making this country better, Uganda will be unstoppable. Therefore, it is a challenge to the youth that a better country begins with you. We need to learn from the example of our current President who in his youth in 1960s started mobilising peasants in his home district to embrace modern methods of farming” – Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerubaga (Felix Ainebyoona – ‘Kainerugaba tells youth to emulate Museveni¨ 30.11.2021, Daily Monitor Uganda).

The son of the President and His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni might think otherwise. However, Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerubaga might think differently about the legacy and what his father leaves behind. Muhoozi can deny it and stifle the conversation. However, this man will not be known for farming or his cattle, but his rebellion.

President Museveni will be known for the civil-war and his rebellious way. We know what Museveni did as a part of FRONASA and NRA. It is not like his known for being elected and having a peaceful transition of power. No, he is known for taking power with the guns and not over the ballot.

If people where to emulate or copy the legacy of Museveni. It would be defiant and be cunning behaviour. Where he would promise pledges of change, but continue with similar acts of what the past leaders did. While claiming to be about fundamental change or come with a new vision. Alas, that is clearly not what the son wants people to do.

Because, he wants them to be citizens and civilians who serve the needs of the Republic. The Third in Command of the Army doesn’t want people to start their own armed rebellion to get rid of Museveni. Neither, does he want someone to be as deceitful, as his father either. If so… he must be stupid and foolish.

Muhoozi wants it sound like his father is legendary. That is not strange either. As he wants the legacy of his father to be noble and honourable. No, matter how many skulls, skeletons and decomposed bodies his father has passed over to stay in office. Because, that is the mere reality. This is why so many was tricked and was caught slipping. They lost one moment and it was fatal. That is the sort of political game his father is known for and the son cannot rewrite that.

I am very sure that the Muhoozi don’t want people to emulate his father. That would be risky and would be defiant of how the National Resistance Movement cares for it’s rebels. They usually use an iron fist and ensure they turn into bootlickers again. Before they are allowed or able to return to the fold. Therefore, we know the state and the ones close association with Muhoozi. Don’t want anyone to rebel against the state or the President.

However, if people wants to follow his example. They need to drop out of the NRM and start an armed rebellion after a failed election. If not join the armed diaspora and overthrow a dictator with the help of a foreign adversary and other allies in the struggle. That’s the two ways to follow his example and become like him. If not they can be a minister with his own private army, which he also had at one point. Therefore, he has been stable with militarising everything and use it as a way to get power.

So, I doubt that Muhoozi wants people to do that either. I can be honest… because it is not his farming abilities or cattle keeping that he his known for. Neither is it cash-crop mannerism and the wealth creation aspects either. That is just part of his schemes to stay in-power and nothing else. We know he is a man of arms and rebellion. That’s what Museveni is … and who he become. Muhoozi cannot change that… Peace.

Opinion: Museveni forgot about the Wayland Survey

Coming to the East African oil pipeline and the business opportunities it offers, I first declare that I have never been intoxicated by oil. Uganda discovered petroleum in 2006. It is now 15 years but the oil has not been pumped out of the ground. Yet, the economy of Uganda is growing” (Museveni, 27.11.2021).

As the history lecture and President for Life. A man who often back thousands of years in his speeches. You would think that man could reiterate or recite history correctly. However, that is apparently too much to ask for by President Yoweri Tibuhurwa Kaguta Museveni. The President who has been His Excellency since 1986. This man has no bounds, but when coming to the Lake Albertine Graben and the oil exploitation there. He should know the truth.

If not? People like me have to remind the old fella this. You can try to rewrite history as the last victor. That is what all rulers does and especially when people tend to forget what happened before our own generation. Heck, we are soon forgetting the giant tragedies of the 1990s. Because, they are so many decades behind us.

Today, I am going back nearly 100 years. To a British Fellow and who started his work in East Africa before the 1920s, as he started his surveys from the year of 1919. He started his reports in 1920 about the preliminary findings in Uganda. This is written about the Uganda Journal by B.C. Kino, which was published in 1967. Therefore, Yoweri have to try better, as the survey where they found petroleum or was in 1925, 6 years after Wayland came to the Republic.

In 1925, E.J.Wayland, Director of the Geological Survey of Uganda, carried out a survey which confirmed evidence of hydrocarbons, including oil and gas seeps, in the Albertine Graben (Kashambuzi, 2011). This caught the interest of the British colonial government and Anglo-Persian Oil Company which agreed to a joint venture project to prospect for and produce oil in Uganda in 1926, but the plans were later abandoned during Economic depression of 1929 (Guweddeko, 2000)” (KYOMUGASHO, MIRIAM, “Oil Industry in Uganda: The Socio-economic Effects on the People of Kabaale Village, Hoima, and Bunyoro Region in Uganda” (2016). Dissertations – ALL. 613).

For the ones taking his every word and printing it without questioning it. You could easily be fooled. I cannot fact check everything and neither do I care, as this sort of speeches is reckless propaganda and for the Movement crowds, because nothing is transparent about the oil exploitation or the pipeline transactions either.

We just know there will be issues with the routes of the pipeline, the cost of production and the settlements afterwards. There will be shady dealings and corruptions scandals involved. However, at this point, the resources and the oil/petroleum could easily become an asset for the creditors to seize the day it’s produced. Since the President and the Movement has been such steady lenders for every single development and infrastructure project of the Republic during the last decade or so. Therefore, don’t expect a fun adventure or a fairytale. No, expect a dark sinister tale of depression and disgraceful attitude.

Why? Well, we know the man at the helm and his not honest about anything. He cannot even recite history correctly. Nevertheless, that is just before his time and when they we’re a British Enclave… Peace.

Chinese Embassy in Uganda: Remarks by the Spokesperson of the Chinese Embassy in Uganda on Some Media Reports Alleging that “Uganda Surrenders Airport for China Cash” (28.11.2021)

Opinion: Financial distress and defaulting on loans causes the state to loose Entebbe International Airport

China is most likely to take over Uganda’s Entebbe International Airport for default on debt repayment. More of Uganda’s national assets are at stake of seizure because of the unrealistic and endless borrowing which has mountained public debt to UGX65 trillion” (Kingdom Media Uganda, 25.11.2021).

The Deficit Financing can only take you so far. The bloated and crony capitalism can only keep you going so far. There been years upon years with loans for all sort of development projects and infrastructure upgrades in general. The loans have gone to buildings, roads and the only international airport in the Republic.

The National Resistance Movement and President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni have over the years promised they have a threshold and control of the amount of debt. However, in 2021 after a downturn and lack of generating revenue. The state is defaulting on it’s loans. The state has taken out loans it cannot carry. Loans are not only the loan, but the services for it too. The loans are with interests and with additional fees, which was accepted on taking the loans. These loans are now maturing and the grace period of not paying interests etc.

The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (MoFPED) have promised they can service it and has it under control. They have said it would be used properly and well-spent funds. Nevertheless, the loans are clearly piling up and the state doesn’t have the revenue to pay them. They have recycled to many bad-loans and now they comes to haunt the Republic.

The state is paying for ghosts, huge patronage and a local government structure that is dilapidated from the get-go. Since, the state has such excess of expenditure, but they have to keep that to breathe life into the regime. This is why the state has to spend and use funds like a drunk sailors in port. Just awaiting to be robbed by a bystander or waste a salary at a gentleman’s club. However, this is a serious government and not a drunk lonely man who has been at sea for months on end.

It is tragic, but there been warnings. The Sri Lankan debt to China and what happened there should have been a “red flag”. What happened in Zambia as well should be another story of which the Ugandan government should have reacted too. However, that is clearly asking to much, as kickbacks, graft and grand corruption is part of the diet at the Entebbe/Nakasero State House. They are just eating and doesn’t care about the ramifications of it. Since, the cattle in Rwakitura farm is better taken care off, than how the budgets are financed. This is the sad reality of the Republic in 2021.

The amount of loans and debt will cause more distress. Why? Well, there is no future or ability to clear the debt without any proper revenue. The state needs to find new measures to get fiscal responsible. However, the state cannot just tax things and start to tax people for their every transaction. Because, with doing that… they are taking away money, which will generate more revenue and even more possibility to create new businesses. Yes, the state gets more taxes, but they are also creating a wormhole where there is no option to generate any real income. Since, if you have any transactions, the percentages of money is siphoned by the state and instead of getting invested to make new markets.

Therefore, the state is forced to change the way it operates. However, by doing so… the NRM and Museveni will have to drop cronies. That is something it cannot afford, because they are to eat and not to make the Republic better. This state cannot sustain itself …. and it’s own fault that it defaults on loans. Nevertheless, the citizens and the taxpayers are the first to be hit by this. Not the ones who has issued or taken out the loans over the years. They are the ones that has to fix it or for generations pay the Chinese for ordinary services. Because, the current regime wants SUVs and envelopes to cover for funerals or pay for medical tourism. Peace.

Opinion: Ssegirinya and Ssewanyana charged by the DPP for doing their duty as Opposition MPs

Prosecutors say Ssegirinya and Ssewanyana had “political motives in that their objective was to discredit the government.” Assistant DPP, Lino Anguzo, said both lawmakers expressed their “bitterness for allegedly being robbed of their victory in the recently concluded elections.” (Chimp Reports – ‘Masaka Murders: Prosecutors File Call Logs, CCTV Footage to Pin Ssewanyana, Ssegirinya’ 24.11.2021).

The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutors (DPP) clearly needs some education and some lessons in life. Since they are oblivious to the role of the Members of Parliament (MPs). Especially, the role of the opposition of the government.

The National Unity Platform (NUP) MPs like Mohammad Ssegirinya and Allan Ssewanyana is supposed to expose and show the bad side of the government. The NUP MPs are supposed to challenge the government and discredit it. These are National Resistance Movement (NRM) MPs and allies of the government, who is there to kiss the ass of the King and be in the caucus to follow the regime own agenda. However, they are NUP MPs, which means they are in opposition of the set government.

It is only 16 years since the Multi-Party Democracy Referendum in 2005. So, the Movement System got defunct after being the sole-political system since 1986. Therefore, the DPP should know the rights of being opposition and being dissenting to the set-government of the Republic.

If these two MPs didn’t discredit or display dissent of the government, they wouldn’t do their job as Opposition MPs. They would be pawns and just shiny figure-heads in the general public. They would be as wasteful to the whole republic, as most of the Presidential Advisors or Cabinet Members for that matter.

It is not like the over a 100 Presidential Advisors does anything unique or sought after service. They just cashing in the checks or envelopes delivered to them. While the state seeks to pay rent for expensive offices in Kampala for them to nothing. This is what a Opposition MP would cry out loud about and the wastage of public funds. Therefore, they are supposed to discredit the government and what they are doing. If they are not doing that… then they are more waste of public funds, which is ironic, right?

The DPP and the ones using this excuse to hold them captive for the political prosecution of these MPs. They clearly have no evidence of their involvement or connection to the Masaka Murders. Since, the state cannot produce or prove anything. This is why discrediting the government becomes an issue. An issue which isn’t illegal and there is no law against it. That’s just how cronyism and nepotism destroys the government itself.

Soon, the same government will start to prosecute their own for dissent and take out the ones within the inner-circle who doesn’t kiss the ring and blesses the fountain of honour. The DPP is setting a bad precedence here. The moment anyone inside the offices falls out with the regime. They might be charged for the same reasons and kept behind bars for the “same crime”. Peace.

Pastor “Mama” Janet Returns: Speaks about being humble…

If you are humble and excellent at your work, you are a perfect future choice for God to use, for His glory! You just wait and see!” (Janet Museveni, 22.11.2021).

The First Lady and Minister of Education Janet Museveni returns yet again with a sermon. She has a long series. As she is occupied with the end-game of the regime and trying to get a job at a Pentecostal Church when the Life Presidency of the husband is over. Since, she needs a fall-back plan and she cannot afford to live in exile in Sweden again. Therefore, she is mentally preparing herself to be a pastor and a preacher full-time, as her role as minister is abysmal and the only reason she is still there – is her husbands fault.

She starts out straight out of a Christmas evening sermon:

The topic for this week’s dialogue is humility. This is a quality that originates from the knowledge of God, and can be learned especially from the examples of His son Jesus Christ who was born on a farm in a calf-pen. This is the Son of God, the Creator of the Universe. He could have been born in a palace and taken care of by the best medical practitioners. But no, instead God, in His ways, decided to have His own son born in the humblest of places and we are told that even His parents could not access any room for accommodation in the nearby guesthouse” (Janet Museveni, 22.11.2021).

She speaks about this in a way, which is very common and not deep. This sort of extraction and speaking of Jesus Christ isn’t new. The usage of the place of birth and where he spent his first days have been used by many. It is a reflection how the most powerful man on earth was living in a place of poverty and not in riches. Which is very nice message, but nothing significant.

We know Janet and her clan is bashing wealth. They are closing of the Entebbe Expressway for Mzee to drive. Kololo can be closed of for days just so the meetings and gatherings can happen. This making jams and troubles for the rest of commuters in the greater Kampala area. Therefore, it is very rich that a wealthy person like Janet speaks of this. Because, her family and relatives isn’t humble like Jesus, but contrary they are living like Gods amongst men.

She continues later on: His teaching always showed His humble attitude e.g. He taught that when one goes to a function, one should not be quick to sit in the first row seats. Instead, sit in the back seats until those who invited you recognise where you are sitting and call you forward if that’s where you are supposed to be” (Janet Museveni, 22.11.2021).

This is not how the family of Museveni operates. Even Janet herself operates above the rest of Cabinet and the Members of Parliament. As she have the power to summon everyone and call them in for a meeting. That is not usually done by Minister, but the Minister is usually called for by the Parliament to submit a statement or report in a plenary session. If not the Minister is summoned for insubordination by His Excellency and possible sacked. Therefore, she isn’t a humble soul awaiting to called upon from the back. No, Janet calls everyone from the front and doesn’t beg for it either. She is not the right teacher for this message… just saying.

She ends the sermon today with this: “Go on your knees and ask God what His purpose for your life is. Don’t give up asking that question until God answers and shows you the way to go in order to fulfil His purpose for your life. He might have already even led you to do what He created you to do. If that’s the case, then you should dedicate yourself to doing the best possible job that He may lift you up, because God is always on the search for the people to use as an example for others – especially in young countries like Uganda” (Janet Museveni, 22.11.2021).

Here she’s in full preacher mode and not lecturing mode. Though she wants everyone to pray and ask God to help them out. Clearly, she knows deep in heart that her government and husband will not help them. So, they got to pray and hope that God will manifest himself in some sort of fashion. It is not like the NRM or Museveni will bring stability, financial institutions or the backing of a government, which could help businesses to thrive and secure good enough jobs. No, the public have to pray for that. Since the husband of Janet cannot suffice and cannot be bothered to serve the general public. This is why the general public only has one option and that is to pray. Which is really tragic and not at all humbling.

Let us all just be rest assured, that Janet wants to have the cake and eat it too. That is just who she is and clearly she’s not fit for office, but that isn’t shocking or a special reveal. She is just proving to the world with her messages that she should go to Bible School and become a Pastor. That is her life dream and not be a minister in any cabinet. Mbonye should be called and other ones too. Just so she can get her aspirations out in the open, instead of a closet-preacher. It is not funny anymore and her calling is very evident. Peace.
