On Hon. Nsereko: he is an Imposter of the Yellow, not so “independent” apparently!

nsereko-luuka-09-10-2016

The former National Resistance Movement Member of Parliament in the Buganda Caucus cannot be seen as anything else than a skeleton of political figure after the reason actions by the man. He has been in the 9th Parliament into squabble with his mother-party NRM as he fought against it and even won as NRM Rebel MPs like Hon. Muhammed Nsereko tried to find a new “home”. That ended up sort-of being affiliated with the Forum for Democratic Change as he was running as an “Independent”. Nsereko had to take his rebel case all the way to Uganda’s Supreme Court and won over the State of Uganda there in midst of October 2015. Something that is just a year ago, now!

So after winning a seat in Parliament again, he ran wild on trying to upset the NRM rule of the August House of Parliament with ousting Hon. Jacob Oulanyah, he tried to do what the wifes of Hon. Oulanyah does, without making it apparently because Oulanyah came this time. Hon. Nsereko wanted to be the Deputy Speaker and be the underling of Hon. Rebecca Kadaga.

That was flawed from the get-go as the NRM Machine was working overtime and giving money for new suits and such to bribe the MPs into submission and get the MPs that Mzee trusted to follow the guidelines of his MPs. So Hon. Nsereko who tried with his posing as the Opposition candidate and the man to stand for FDC, DP and UPC to be the man for them to have, as the August House of Parliament deserved his service and his work ethic to keep the Parliament in order. That was something that wasn’t working as the service rendered from the bribed MPs came into order and his candidacy as flawed it could be.

After this and just being an MP and working as normal, even as the wealthy business man, who even these days have proven his wealth. He even showed up on the Independence Celebration of Mzee at Luuka District all smiling with the First Lady Janet Museveni and all of his noble clan of dignitaries. Where they we’re celebrating the independence in the name of greed and glory of the Movement.

So when he did so and when this week started as the man under Buganda Caucus was expecting money the Caucus to silence the Opposition and even trying to persuade the MPs there to go for working for the Ruling Regime. This was happening as an event we’re given directly from the State House 500m shillings. That we’re partly directed by the “Independent” man Hon. Nsereko who had been smiling in Luuka. The proof is right there…

Nsereko 19.05.2016

If you cannot believe it now, it is right there and visible like a the sun is shining. The former NRM Rebel, isn’t really a NRM Rebel as his cash-cow and money hungry soul who owns a parts of Football Club and even apartments’ in Zambia doesn’t’ want to divorce himself from NRM, that is just a play of guards and to look good in public. In reality with all of connections and with the knowledge that you need to know people and grease people to do business; the Hon. Nsereko must use the entire extended network for his personal gain. As he did in the Opposition, something he really wasn’t when you look into it.

So the pictures of his acts, his words against the Defiance and the Jobless Brotherhood another way of seeing that he isn’t really a opposition or wishing to be so. He we’re just there because he rebelled and now he tries to get back into the mother-party and good graces. Therefore smiling with Janet on the Independence Day and acting all sort of giddy while the affiliated with the FDC during the campaigns who he supposed to represented we’re detained, house-arrested and silenced at that moment. Though Nsereko we’re initially running as an “independent” because of his past aggression and misbehaving in Parliament: so this independent candidate isn’t that independent as he now could just become Yellow again if he was honest with himself and his stature; though that is in the mercy of Mzee and his NRM Electoral Commission.

We can now see his true Yellow colours, they are waving as flags in the wind. There are no questions that the rebel isn’t as rebellious as his greed and guts are more important that standards and development. His own personal interests and wealth is more important, just like the monies for cars, expenses and extra engorgements through the Parliament as MP is vastly more peculiar to him than delivering any policy or change that matters for his Buganda Constiuency. Trust me, he will only be a puppet for the NRM machine in this 10th Parliament, that is why he is there, though in fake pretence as a “Independent” because nothing about this man is “independent”. He is currently a stooge under the portfolio of Mzee. Peace!

Besigye’s “Treason Charge” adjourned to mid-November 2016; Waiting indefinite to Sentence him as they are silencing the People’s President through another day of Mock-Court!

besigye-12-10-2016

Just as we are talking today we’re in mid-October and the Presidential Election are already months away and the Treason charge continues to linger over the life Forum for Democratic Change Dr. Kizza Besigye. He had to today again had to pass out of his home in Kasangati, that has been besieged around the weekend and been detained without reason or charge during the Independence Day, he was that together with many of the FDC leaders and FDC Youth League who we’re captured like their we’re doing co-operated effort to directly undermine the authorities, instead of celebrating the Nation 54 years of Independence from the United Kingdom and their British Empire.

Well, let’s be clear that is not cool, no matter what excuse the poor excuse for a man called AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi displays of meagre character and use of laws that makes CP Fred Enaga into a legend of spin-control. That says more about the Police Force disposition as the carrier of rule of law and instead their work to institutionalize their oppressive behaviour against the Political Party and their Defiance Campaign.

Today as the Treason Charged man called Besigye we’re passing through from his homestead towards the Nakawa Court. He we’re blocked at Sheraton Hotel as the Police Force wouldn’t even let him answer to the call of a case that the DPP Mike Chibita hasn’t been able to carry out the collection of evidence or credible courtship for Besigye. The Treason Charge against Besigye we’re filed on the 13th May 2016 from the CID Headquarters of the Police Force, the noble man charging him we’re D/SSP Mark Odong. He must surely be remembered for signing of on this nonsense as the loyal muppet he is for the NRM Regime. Here are the words that Besigye said on the Court-Steps of Nakawa today!

Besigye addressing the Press today:

”I am about to protest coming to this court, I will continue fulfilling my conditions of bail on the same case. When they are ready they will call. It’s been more than 5 months since o was arrested and there is still no case that they have to present against me”.
Again: Nakawa court adjourned the treason case to 16th November 2016. Postponing the case indefinite to make his life in the limbo and courting him like they have done for years for charges under the Walk to Work, even in Kabale Court, which still in 2016 is not yet finished or even sentencing on year upon end; the phony charges and court games are used to silence and stop the Opposition leader from having capacity to live normal and work as a political figure against Mzee. That is the plan all along.

Sorry, wange, sorry brother; it’s enough, your gig is up. Please stop the Mock-Courts, the Kangaroo Courts and the misuse of funds to save face. Wait, the Ugandan Government cannot get enough money to keep the upkeep of Makerere University Hospital or Electricity at times for Mulago Referral Hospital, while the President has funds to buy new Russian Helicopter to his expansive US aided army. Peace.

Statement attributable to the Principal Public Information Officer, UNMISS, on Increased Incidents of Violence in South Sudan (12.10.2016)

yei-juba-road-attack

JUBA, South Sudan, October 12, 2016The United Nations Mission in South Sudan is extremely concerned over increased reports of violence and armed conflict in various parts of the country in the last few weeks.

UNMISS Force in Leer town have reported heavy artillery and gunfire exchanges between SPLA and  SPLA in Opposition leading to several reported deaths and the continued displacement of the civilian population in the area into the bush and swamps.

We have also received continued reports of clashes in the Equatorias, and we are verifying accounts of attacks by unidentified armed men on a civilian convoy travelling from Yei to Juba, which led to the deaths of over 20 people, including women and children, and retaliatory actions by responding military personnel, which led to the deaths of a further five civilians. The Mission is yet to be granted access to these areas to place us in a position to independently verify the reports on the ground. UNMISS has attempted to launch a number of patrols to the scene of the incident, and have been stopped on each occasion. We are in direct communication with several government agencies, including the SPLA, in order to have these restrictions to our movement lifted, as yet without success.

The Mission condemns in no uncertain terms these acts of violence and attacks against non-combatant civilians, and reiterates its urgent call for an immediate and complete cessation of hostilities, and more particularly, an end to any form of violence perpetrated against unarmed civilians, reminding all parties that such attacks may constitute serious human rights violations, including crimes against humanity and war crimes.

The Mission further calls on all parties to immediately end the fighting throughout South Sudan, and further demands that they ensure that their commanders control their forces and protect civilians and their property, cease all hostilities, and work together for the good of the people of this country.

UNMISS condemns in the strongest possible terms, any calls for a return to the violence that has plagued this country, and urges all parties to cease the rhetoric of incitement, which is not the answer to South Sudan’s problems.

We encourage all parties to put the people of South Sudan first, and work to bring an end to suffering of the people of this country.

Prof. Joe O. Onyango calls Mzee an ATM; the same day reports of doling out money to a SACCO and to the Buganda Caucus!

yoweri-museveni-ronald-kibuule

I been saying it too for a while… that the Presient Yoweri Kaguta Museveni spends money where the mouth is. That is for the ones loyal to him and the ones he wants loyal to him. So that hearing a Professor Joe Oloka Onyango from the Makerere University saying the same. Thank you Professor for describing the truth… surely that must not give him peace as he walks home.

Because the National Resistance Movement doesn’t like dissidents and pays to silence critics; President Museveni cannot enjoy being called an ATM, even if it is true. Mzee, gives money to anybody who is loyal or to the Elite. He is taking money from the Bank of Uganda and spending as he pleases and where he see fit without budget or allocations. Therefore we saw straight after the General Election needed addition funding in Trillions upon Trillions.

Here is two stories from one SACCO and the Buganda Caucus, one to pay-off opposition through a fiscal funding and the other to keep loyal MPs in Buganda Caucus.

Mzee gives money to a SACCO:

“The drama was captured during the launch of Muyoka Sacco last week where Mr Museveni handed members Shs100m to mobilise themselves into income generating activities” (…) “NRM members were challenging President Museveni’s action to hand money to people, majority of whom were recently drafted into NRM from the Opposition” (…) “Muyoka Sacco is composed of more than 3,000 members who were recruited by a former DP member Rose Kafeero ahead of the February 18 elections to consolidate NRM’s support in Kampala” (Wandera, 2016).

More Money from Mzee:

“Watchdog has been reliably informed that President Museveni through NRM chief whip Ruth Nankabirwa and Kampala Central MP Mohammed Nsereko, spent sh500 million on the event in order to determine who goes through” (…) “The president paid for the full board accommodation at the hotel. Every participant however received a million shillings in transport reimbursement and Sh100,000 for night entertainment. Ssenyonga, a first term MP, replaced Godfrey Kiwanda who was appointed Tourism state minister. Buganda Caucus is the largest regional caucus in Parliament, and if led well, it can offer a strong voice for regional issues in the House” (Watchdog, 2016).

nsereko-money

Museveni State House is a ATM:

“Prof Joe Oloka Onyango said every crisis in this country is being solved by way of brown envelopes, a scenario he described as being sad and far below the rule of law in the country” (…) “In early 1980s, when this country was under the leadership of Godfrey Binaisa Lukongwa, State House was like a market place. Today, State House has been converted into an ATM,” he said amid cheers” (Wesaka & Adengo, 2016).

Mzee, has been giving away to his men for a long while not caring about budgets and such. Therefore we have heard both Bank of Uganda and the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development (MoFED). Its reasons for the amounts of government debt and inflations that can come from this kind of behaviour and the rising prices on the goods; this is the effect of reckless spending without implemented plans or budgets. Therefore the funds are taken from wherever at amp speed just like an ATM and not with allocated budget or references as where it was supposed to be used. Peace.

Kizza Besigye’s document on Police ‘Acknowledgement of Prisoner’s Property’ (09.10.2016)

kizza-besigye-09-10-2016-prison-document

He did not get a charge or a reason for his day in detention and losing freedom on the Independence day! What he got was the acknowledgement of what he had on himself. The Police Force under IGP Kale Kayihura is more a NRM junta, than policing when it comes to law and order in Uganda. They are taking prisioners without chargers or court orders as they are allowed to do as the please. This is proof with this document of the disgraceful acts from Uganda Police Force. Peace.

UNMISS Statement on Yei; Call for immediate Cessation of Hostilities (10.10.2016)

yei-juba-road-attack

Statement attributable to the Principal Public Information Officer, UNMISS.

JUBA, South Sudan, October 10, 2016 – The United Nations Mission in South Sudan is extremely concerned by the continuing deterioration of the security situation in Yei, Central Equatoria, where the Mission continues to be denied access.

The Mission is alarmed that deadly attacks on civilians and looting of private property on 11 and 13 September, and the displacement of several thousand others from nearby Lainya County since mid-July, has affected over 100,000 South Sudanese in Yei, despite their civilian noncombatant status.

The Mission has received deeply disturbing reports of horrific violence perpetrated against innocent and vulnerable civilians, including women and infants.

UNMISS is also concerned at the humanitarian crisis unfolding, with a population unable to move freely, tend to their farms, or feed themselves, due to various restrictions on their movement, and the inability of humanitarian partners to freely access the area and provide much needed assistance.

UNMISS calls on all parties to refrain from further violence, ensure that commanders control their forces and protect civilians and their property and to cease all hostilities. We also call on the authorities to grant immediate and unfettered access to UNMISS and humanitarian actors, and to work together for the good of the people of this country. We further reiterate that there can be no military solution to the situation in South Sudan.

Dr. Kizza Besigye’s Independence Day Celebration Message on the 54th Independence Day (09.10.2016)

besigye-09-10-2016

Under a normal political situation, a nation’s day of independence should be euphoric: citizens and leaders alike join together to celebrate their triumph overcolonialism, remembering the day when they became a nation led and governed by their own with their mandate.

Frankly, Uganda’s independence heroes had a natural and legitimate right to free Uganda from a century of British dominance. Colonialism had many unacceptable effects that took away many citizenship rights; political rights to determine who governs them, economic rights to determine who controls their resources and use them equitably and have control over state institutions that served the rulers than the people. The most pernicious effect of colonialism was the control of the mind and distortion of our culture creating in the people a slave mentality.

In 1962 however, we inherited a functioning, though enclave, economy with an effective transport (road and rail) system, sufficient hydro electric power supply, a sizeable extractive and manufacturing industry, a strong agricultural sector and functioning social services.

Post colonial Uganda has however not only maintained the inherited political system that denies citizens the fundamental rights and freedoms and maintained the slavery mentality maintaining a master – slave relationship , it has also destroyed the enclave economy, destroyed agricultural production , infrastructure, social services and the extractive and manufacturing industry. It also introduced and entrenched corruption, nepotism, tribalism, cronyism etc. As a result, Uganda’s 54 years have been marked by : Political instability (no leader has handed power to another leader), violence, a failed economy and social strife. The duty of our people now therefore to reclaim the country to get back our rights, freedoms and resources through struggle and hence the DEFIANCE CAMPAIGN; the people’s non violent struggle. This will lead to a post NRM transition in which we shall carry out Constitutional Reforms, Rebuild State Institutions, engage in Truth Telling, Accountability and Reconciliation followed by Free and Fair elections.

As Ugandans, we have a solemn duty to reverse the plunder and destruction of our country. We must realise though that this call to national duty is not a call to an easy task. It has to start with changing people’s mindset and perceptions about national and state power relationships. The process can only be difficult if people submit. We have to defy and refuse to cooperate with the dictator. The more we cooperate, the more he enjoys the use of tools of coercion and maintains the illegitimate rule over us.

Luckily, like it has been in all societies where people have had a demand for standing up for their rights to defy and defeat dictatorship, Ugandans are resiliently focusing their energies on dismantling NRM and Mr. Museveni dictatorship. I see many organised groups of Ugandans that have taken on the call to bring about change in our country. We can only join them. Then Ugandans will truly celebrate independence.

Col.(Rtd) Dr. Kizza Besigye
People’s President
