Opinion: Bolton’s admission of guilt

I disagree with that. As somebody who has helped plan coup d’états, not here, but, you know, other places, it takes a lot of work” – John Bolton on CNN (12.07.2022).

Yesterday, not a shocker, but an open revelation, which the world has known for years. That the United States of America imperialism has resulted in installing puppets overseas. This is well known chapter in the legacy of the USA and the Washington Doctrine. They have used their military power, intelligence and means to an end. In such a manner, that they have forced out elected leaders and installed their own heads of state. The latest ones was the failed coup d’etat in Venezuela and the short-term presidency, which was in Bolivia. Therefore, this isn’t anything new, but a reality we live in.

Bolton himself worked not only as an Ambassador to the United Nations and as a Former National Security Advisor (NSA). No, before that since the Presidency of Ronald Reagan. This man has been a war-hawk and a man willing to enforce U.S. interest upon others. That’s been his end-game and it hasn’t really been a secret. That’s why Trump appointing him… is just a long line of Republican President using his “services”.

Bolton himself was the “18th Assistant Secretary of State for International Organization Affairs” in the years of 1989 to 1993. That was during the Presidency of George Bush. While his President George W. Bush appointed him too “3rd Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security Affairs”. A role he had between 2001 – 2005. Why I am stating these things?

Well, in those years… there was some American interventions in other countries. Which with the revelation can be put on him and his associates in the State Department of the U.S. Government. Surely together with the Central Intelligence Authority (CIA) and other government entities, which could easily be involved in the matter. Therefore, Bolton is just saying what we all knew.

In 1989 the CIA had a counterinsurgency in the Philippines. They had a failed December coup d’etat in that year. Between 1989-1990 the U.S intervened with armed forces in Panama to overthrow government of President Noriega. In 1991, the CIA-backed military coup ousts President Jean-Bertrand Aristide in Haiti. That is only mentioning a few things which transpired while he had one term in office under President Bush (senior).

So, with the knowledge of these actions. Could the paperwork and the confidential documents of the State Department verify his involvement in any of these? If so, why is he still a free man? Since, his a war-criminal, which was allowed to overthrow sovereign and independent nations own government. That should be sanctioned and punitive action should used against him. This is only fair that a man like Bolton get to answer for the crimes he has committed. If that is in Panama, Haiti or anywhere else for that matter. Not mentioned earlier… if his responsible for troops sent to Liberia or ushering in a war in Iraq. He could be behind the first Gulf-war. Who knows, right?

But, Bolton is proud of intervening and being behind coups. He had years in office and should be held accountable for that. No one should walk away scot-free. When they have taken down heads of state and installed puppets. That’s just shows the “World Police” and their Imperial ambitions. As U.S. interests has been more valued, than the sovereign interests of the respective nations or their citizens.

Because, who is Bolton or anyone in the State Department right to decide who runs Panama or Liberia? Not their jurisdiction or within their borders, right? That’s for the people of Panama or Liberia. Heck, why did the U.S. try a coup in Philippines, just mere years after the People Power movement overthrow the Marcos the dictatorship? Well, you can figure that one out, right? U.S. has a hankering for U.S. sponsored dictators like Mobutu. So, they could always have another like that elsewhere. As long as it’s their dictator and that man plays to their “rules”.

Alas, Bolton is just that sort of man. People should provide evidence and seen him on trial in the Hague. When other warlords and militia’s with crimes against humanity is there. So, should the likes of Bolton. Bosco “the Terminator” isn’t the only man who deserves to get the book of international laws thrown at him. No, the likes of Bolton deserves that too.

This is a privilege of him speaking like this on CNN and face no consequences. He should answer and there should be filed cases against him. Bolton deserves that and so those anyone else who conspired together with him. That’s only fair and is just. The world needs that and American’s shouldn’t get off the hook either. Peace.

Afghanistan: Press Release of Da Afghanistan Bank on the Decision of United States of America Regarding the Foreign Exchange Reserves of Afghanistan (12.02.2022)

The Empire Strikes Back: Biden taking Afghanistan’s reserves for his own causes

Afghanistan Map

President Joe Biden signed an order Friday to free $7 billion in Afghan assets now frozen in the U.S., splitting the money between humanitarian aid for poverty-stricken Afghanistan and a fund for Sept. 11 victims still seeking relief” (NBC4 Washington, 12.02.2022).

The United States of America armed forces invaded Afghanistan post 9-11 in 2001. As a direct attack and retaliation of the attack on American soil on the 11th September 2001. Alas, the US Government and all it’s entities went after Afghanistan government and installed a puppet government in Kabul. That was done to get rid of Al-Qa’ida and stop Taliban from running the government in the Republic.

The US and it’s allies was in the nation for over 20 years, continuously keeping the warfare active and being the bondage of the state. They kept various of vassal cabinets and presidents, which did their bidding. While accepting foreign aid and strings attached to the funds, which it got over the two decades.

The US and allies did plan a retreat and to slow the operation down after being there for two decades. However, the way it went down was unplanned and without any significant delivery. As the empire and all its soldiers left. While the supporters and the ones who fought along the invaders was left stranded. As well, as the US government decided to freeze the state funds and not give those to the new installed government, Taliban.

That is the reality here, as the US troops left the country in the end of August 2021. Now mere months after the Biden Administration who hijacked the government reserves. Are now using it partly to repay the victims of 9-11 and the rest will be donated or given to the NGOs/multi-national aid organizations they see fit. This is a steal and taking another nations government reserves. While deciding it’s fate.

I wonder, if Washington D.C. wouldn’t have taken kindly, if any state had taken it’s federal reserve and played around with it as it deemed fit. Especially, after the same nation had invaded it and kept it in constant warfare for two decades and leaving the Republic in financial distress after it.

So, now that there is possible humanitarian devastation in Afghanistan and a broke government to cover the bills, which is taking away the reserves. The US has decided how to spend it. That is a move of villain. Just like the French gave the former colony Haiti debt distress and a debt it couldn’t recover from after the independence.

In 2022 the US and Biden Administration wants to compete with that and show they are the Empire that strikes back. Because of that, I just have to use a scene from the movie from 1980:

Luke: There’s something not right here… I feel cold. Death.

Yoda: [points to a cave opening beneath a large tree] That place… is strong with the dark side of the Force. A domain of evil it is. In you must go.

Luke: What’s in there?

Yoda: Only what you take with you” (Star Wars – The Empire Strike Back, 1980).

I am sure we are seeing the same place and feeling the dark side of the force. Because, the freezing of funds and later hijacking it. Isn’t done out the kindness of his heart from Biden or any of cronies in his administration.

No, this is a retaliation and the humanitarian aid is just a mockery of it. As they don’t care and this is sophisticated thieving on an international level and the US should be held capable for this. If anyone else did this, it would have consequences and it would have costs.

The US should actually have paid damages for decades long war, but instead it’s thieving money away from Kabul. This is disgraceful and should be a violation of a sovereign nation, which no nation should be stripped out of. However, the Empire isn’t forgiving and the humiliation of utter failure last year had to be punished. Therefore, they do it monetarily like this. Peace.

Opinion: The Soviet and the U.S. lost in Afghanistan [and when will the imperial wars stop?]

Afghanistan Map

The Soviet Union was occupying and had too withdraw from Afghanistan after a ten year long war between 1979 to 1989. Today and in the recent week the United States has also withdrawn most of their troops and given way to Taliban. Just like the Soviets withdrawal gave way to Mujahidin.

The United States and the “coalition of the willing” entered Afghanistan in 2001 and now 20 years later in 2021 the U.S. and their allies have withdrawn their troops from the republic. This is giving a new vacuum and the one who has both political and army power at the moment is Taliban.

This is just showing that the whole enterprise and promises of the imperial forces was all a lie. Just like the Soviets failed to install their puppet government. The U.S. and allies is failing to do so as well. While Taliban is furthering their control by taking control of Kabul and the former Government of Afghanistan will be toppled by them.

That is happening, because the current “legitimate” government have been there because the U.S. has anointed fellow leaders and their system. They have been puppets of the Pentagon and the U.S. State Department. Now, the Afghanistan government will be represented by Taliban, which has to govern after decades of wars and lack of peace.

Now all that worked with the U.S. and their allies will be endangered, but that is what happens when you take a chance or get hired by invasion forces. That is happening everywhere and some allies are saying their “hired” local personnel wasn’t for the future purpose of becoming asylum-seekers. However, when you work for foreign invasion forces, these individuals are in difficulties and needs help, as they worked for invaders and for imperialists. Plus they might be easily seen as traitors by the new rulers. Therefore, the “coalition of willing” who needed locals and native speakers to “colonize” Afghanistan needs to repay these civilians and ensure their safety. That should be the easiest thing to do after needing them for 20 years.

The Taliban will do what is expected to do. They will issue decree and show their strength in the times ahead. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan will prove their points and start governing. They have waited for this for decades and now finally have a shot. These has been radicalized and extremists, because the invaders has taken away their ability to rule themselves and used sophisticated methods to defeat them.

The U.S. and their allies hasn’t delivered hope or democracy. The invaders haven’t shown they cared about these values or tried to build it. No, they were instead there to keep control and have fellow loyal puppets in Kabul. That’s why the current government, advisors and civil servants are fleeing from the Kabul Airport today. Together with the total withdrawal of the armed forces from the US. This is why the whole project is failing and nothing is left behind.

Afghanistan has been destroyed, depleted and a war-zone decades. This is why Taliban is able to regain strength and recruit. This was inevitable and there was nothing saying the U.S. allies and government in Kabul would gain any real popularity. If the current President would have any real power or ability. He wouldn’t have fled the first second, as Taliban is knocking on the door. Because, he knows his a nobody without the imperial support of him.

Now Taliban not only have to rebuild the Republic, but they have to build trust and build up a functional government. While the U.S. and allies are fleeing the Republic. When the Embassies are closed and the diplomats has left the scene.

Taliban will issue their decrees and sharia law. The freedoms and liberties that the U.S. forces enforced will be taken away. That was a long time coming. No one should be shocked by that, but the imperial forces would fall eventually … just like the Soviets did too. This is two superpowers losing in Afghanistan.

There so many who has lost their lives in this conflict. Plenty who die because of the recent days and the Taliban will retaliate against the ones they deem fit. The new rulers will enforce their rules and dogmas, just like the U.S. did. That is what any government does and we can dislike it. But that is how things are going.

W. Bush ordered this and Biden is stopping it. The Pentagon and the U.S. cannot invest in a war they are losing. The U.S. isn’t winning anything in Afghanistan and only breeding more extremists, which was the reason for the conflict in the first place. However, delivering the war and not properly implement a “legit” government. The U.S. and allies didn’t get love or care, no they were imperialists and they didn’t build a functional government to leave behind. Neither, did they train or build a national army to secure the territory. If they had… then the Taliban wouldn’t have done this so quickly and won the war.

This is why the U.S. as a superpower is failing. Just like Soviet did. The U.S. haven’t administrated this correctly. They haven’t even with 2 decades of control used the time and manpower to build a strong national army. If they had, today would have been differently and the U.S. allies would still have puppets in Kabul. However, they only used own men, arms and technology to beat Taliban. Now, that those withdrawn … the current leaders has to leave and seek political refugee elsewhere.

That says it all about the humiliating loss of the U.S. here. The U.S. is as broken as the Soviet was. Taliban is taking over just like the Mujahidin did and we are repeating history. Time will tell how this goes, but it is not in the hands of Moscow or Washington D.C.

It will be in the hands of Taliban and their structures. No matter how we think of their beliefs and the way they rule. It is their time and they will in the end be held responsible by the Afghan people themselves. So, we just have to see and in the end … that is uncharted territory and we can only wonder the consequences of it. Peace.

Opinion: Biden needs to come out of Obama’s shadow

You got more questions but I tell ya, if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black”Joe Biden (Charlamagne Tha God Interview on The Breakfast Club on the 22.05.2020)

The Democratic Party Presidential Candidate and former Vice-President Joe Biden has a long hill ahead of him. The interview with Charlamagne The God (CTG) really revealed that. Even if he stands up to a despicable President and with a track-record worse than George W. Bush. Still, Biden isn’t selling himself good to anyone.

Biden doesn’t need enemies, his own enemy is his own self. Joe needs to think straight. He cannot lie and deceive and think he gets away with it. Even if Trump is a white supremacist and super-bully with dictatorial tendencies. Still, the Banana Republic that has ushered him in. Can still keep him another term, if the public doesn’t see Biden as a viable alternative.

Joe is supposed to be a difference and show that his another way. However, the way he talked and the way he undermined himself. His thinking the African-Americans are his folks, that the minorities are naturally his allies. Even if he hasn’t voted their favour and been a corporate stooge of the Democratic Party. Biden has been the moderate and the ones who has been favourable to Republican stances within the Democratic Party. Therefore, his track-record isn’t that splendid in concern of minorities. The ones he expects to automatically vote for him.

Not like its hard to find bad things from the past on this man, like his 1993 speech on Crime Bill Speech:

We have predators on our streets that society has in fact, in part because of its neglect, created…they are beyond the pale many of those people, beyond the pale. And it’s a sad commentary on society. We have no choice but to take them out of society….a cadre of young people, tens of thousands of them, born out of wedlock, without parents, without supervision, without any structure, without any conscience developing because they literally … because they literally have not been socialized, they literally have not had an opportunity….we should focus on them now….if we don’t, they will, or a portion of them, will become the predators 15 years from now” (Joe Biden, 1993).

This here shows his stigma and his discrimination. His indirectly speaking ill of the minorities, because the minorities are living with this. The context his professing to here is the ones whose his supposed to vote directly for him. This is how he thinks of them. Just like Hillary Clinton had a bad history of the “super predators” of 1990s. Joe has the same ones and had similar stance.

Biden should instead of throwing more gasoline on the fire. He should try to prove how he changed over the years or grown as a individual on this. Instead, he feels its automatic for him. That its his right to get the vote and the support of minorities. Even when he has betrayed them in the past.

Joe should consider this. Parts of me, would advice him to follow the example of Warren G. Harding and be on his “front porch”. Because the more he says or does, he looks worse. Therefore, silence is the golden oldies. Since, Trump is a mockery of a President and lack all counts of accountability. The President right now, doesn’t care about the deaths, the turmoil and the financial crash he has served the Republic.

Biden can win on that alone. Joe has to come out of Obama’s shadow and prove that he will deliver for the minorities. However, he thinks they are behind him automatically. That’s not how the world work. If it was so, than Hillary would have danced into the party in 2016. Peace.

Opinion: We don’t need a new WMD moment in 2020

Back in the day of 5th February 2003, United States Secretary of State Colin Powell presented the United Nations Security Council with the intelligence of Weapons of Mass Destruction. A effort being made to ensure the legitimacy of a new gulf war and reasons to overthrow then Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussain. Not that President Saddam Hussain was a choir-boy or anything, but WMD he didn’t have or the capacity to built at the time. Just like that President George W. Bush had a “valid” and “accurate” argument to start war.

Just as those days, which is now 17 years ago. I had little faith, as the Iraqi didn’t have the weapons. They didn’t have the ability nor wealth to generate the weaponry in question. As they we’re sanctioned and had been both in past gulf-wars, bloody extortion of own citizens who opposed the regime and was enemies of Teheran. So, not like Baghdad had the time nor the opportunity to do what the US claimed.

That is why I am feeling I am living through the same moment. Just as United States Secretary of State Michael Pompeo and President Donald J. Trump proclaims the Chinese are manufacturing the disease and the COVID-19 or the Coronavirus. They did it in a secret lab in Wuhan and spread it like hot garbage to the whole world. It’s not like the origins isn’t proven already. However, the US claims certain things, but isn’t proving it. They need a scapegoat.

The failure internally in the US is the reason why the bad-guy needs to be China. Just like in older movies when the bad-guys of Hollywood, where either smoking Eastern-European fellas or Chinese. That was the code, they were the evil bastard who only wanted harm and they smoke Malboro.

Soon, they will deliver a rapport. Surely one of the big-men of the administration with pictures, red-tape and whole she-bang in public. They will profess and state this with the full intent of the getting the coalition of the willing. The United Kingdom, Samoa and Tuvalu to join on the Crusade against Beijing. Just like they did with Baghdad in a not to far distant time. They need the support of these nations, as they are following the gallant example of the hope of the West.

While really, they are the self-destruction of the West. They cannot wait to create havoc and unruly behaviour wherever they may go. So, now they just have created a new culture war and another enemy. With their propaganda and their mind-games. Where they hope they are capable of selling it.

Not that China is innocent in this. They have tried to distort and discredit the faith in their leadership. They have unquestionable behaviour and acted badly in the sense of this pandemic. They have not been transparent, but neither has the Trump Presidency ever been. That is why his Tax Returns is still a myth and hieroglyphics from ancient times are more accessible.

So, its not like Trump is transparent either. Xi Jinping is at least honest about his betrayal of public scrutiny. The Trump Administration is bullshitting it and with full disregard of the people, while they trying to act like the holiest men on planet earth, except for the Pope. That is just the way it is.

In that sense, the act of WMD in 2020 will be the origin of COVID-19. The public display, which will not be based on scientifically facts, but instead on political mind-games. It will be like the manufactured WMDs of 2003. Instead of a Colin, it will be a Mike. The UNSC might be used this time. If not it will be on Fox News and OAN. It will be ugly, but the lie is still a lie.

Yes, the origin was in Wuhan, but it was at the Huanan Seafood market in Wuhan, Hubei Province. The US might want to fix that, just like the Chinese authorities also claimed something else in April. However, it will not work. Not when the reports are written and all traces goes there.

You can say that someone got the WMD, but that doesn’t make it more true. You can scream that they got WMD. Nevertheless, that doesn’t make it true either. Your just making noise and not stating the fact. We know, we know and you better stop lying. Your not good at it. Peace.

Opinion: Taliban is suddenly “geniune”, what is up with that?

The United States and their current diplomatic style seems a bit erratic and foolish. The ones deeming it fit. It is short-sighted and not all that well thought through. Even if the Department of State, the White House and all their jesters are speaking greatly of their efforts.

This week second big blow from them was the peace deals in Afghanistan. It is like the United States want to forget the years of destruction, killings, drones and active support of a internal civil war to deplete a Republic out of terrorists. Suddenly, they have been talking and negotiating peace with the Taliban.

They have negotiated with the “seekers”, with the gentlemen who has dismantled the values of woman and who was for an Islamic revolution in Afghanistan. A group forged out of the Pashtuns of Kandahar. The Taliban who even had a “Department for Promoting Virtue and Preventing Vice” after their interpretations of the Sharia laws. Therefore, this is not the sort of gentlemen that US really usually associate themselves with or even make break bread with.

For me its strange after this long war, after all the tours and all the weapons pushed upon the republic. To fight the Taliban as their enemy to suddenly back off. That just sounds weird. Peace is in everyone’s interest. No doubt, to build up a republic shattered by a long prevailing war like Afghanistan.

However, the timeline of moving away. The negotiations between the state will persist. The deadlock will eventually come. The questions will remain, was this all justified? Yes, the NATO and the US did interfere in Afghanistan for years. This after the Taliban in connection with Al-Qa’ida attack New York on 9/11 2001. The Taliban was already established in 1994. Therefore, the group and their power was already rising there.

What we can wonder about is the timing now and the reasons for it. Is to have a grand deal ahead of the elections? Is this is the big deal for foreign policy ahead of Presidential Elections in 2020 in the United States? Is it that simple?

Since, the Taliban has been the enemy for ages. The US has collectively and with all power said they are terrorists. President after President has hunted them down and used all weapons to catch them. Now, suddenly the US will work to stop sanctions and erase that. That is a bit strange isn’t it?

Is that the Taliban is now just a local group of militants with political connections, therefore they can now be left alone? They are not dangerous, not armed through teeth’s and has a belief system that can crush western society anymore? So, what is up?

I know, we should be happy that it is possible peace in Afghanistan. That is supposed a good thing. However, I am sceptical and questioning it. I don’t have all the answers, but there are some remaining factors out there.

Taliban was deemed as trouble, as someone who festered in terrorist for so long. They where evil and characterized as destroyers of society. How come they are now people the US intend to talk too?

Have they suddenly paid for Ivanka’s handbags or something? I don’t know what magic wand they used, but it certainly did the trick. Taliban is off the hook. They are apparently, not a crook anymore. Who knows, maybe they were saints all along, but Washington deemed them as sinners? Peace.

Muse Report shows how the French Government supported Habyiramana during the 1994 Genocide!

Just two days ago an American Law Firm studied the Rwandan Genocide as they say it themselves: “In light of that inquiry, the Government of Rwanda has retained the Washington, D.C. law firm of Cunningham Levy Muse LLP to review and report on the material available in the public record on the role and knowledge of French officials regarding the Genocide against the Tutsi” (Cunningham Levy Muse, P: 3, 2017). This here is will be quotes from that report that is on the role of the French Government in the Rwandan Genocide. Clearly, there has been allegations and has been some talk about that, concerning the arms and the knowledge of it. This report are putting light on some of that. I will take the quotes that is substantial for the French intervention in the civil war and genocide in Rwanda.

The expansion of France’s military support and strategic advice began within days of the war’s commencement. On October 11, 1990, Defense Attaché Colonel René Galinié recommended sending French advisers into the field, northeast of the combat zone, to “educate, organize and motivate troops that had been ossified for thirty years and who had forgotten the basic rules of battle.” (…) “In addition to advice, French officials supplied the FAR with modern mortars, armored vehicles, and other vehicles, along with ammunition and rockets. French officials also provided and helped maintain helicopter-gunships, which fired upon RPF fighters. According to jokes at the time, the only thing Rwandan soldiers did was pull the trigger” (Cunningham Levy Muse, P: 12-13, 2017).

Massacres of Tutsi continued throughout 1991, 1992, and up until the Genocide. French officials were aware of massacres at this time, as well as the role of the Habyarimana government and its military in them. Despite this knowledge, French officials maintained their support of the Rwandan military and funneled weapons into Rwanda” (Cunningham Levy Muse, P: 20, 2017).

Thus, in February 1993, after the Noroît detachment had just been reinforced . . . , the Army Chief of Staff reminded the defense attaché that he was responsible for “ensuring that the Rwandan army does not find itself in a stock shortage of sensitive ammunition . . . and that deliveries to the FAR of military equipment be made in the utmost discretion.” In fact, in the timeline laid down in his end of mission report, Colonel Philippe Tracqui, commander of the Noroît detachment for the period from February 8, 1993 to March 21, 1993, noted “Friday, February 12, 1993: landing of a DC8 50 with a 12.7mm machine gun plus 100,000 cartridges for the FAR. Wednesday, February 17, 1993: landing of a Boeing 747 with discrete unloading by the FAR of 10 mm shells and 68 mm rockets (Alat).” (Cunningham Levy Muse, P: 23, 2017).

The French Parliamentary Commission accordingly found: Faced with procrastination by Rwandan authorities and concerned about the stability of states and regional security, France never made the decision to suspend all cooperation, or even to decrease the level of its civil and military aid. Thus, President Juvénal Habyarimana was able to convince himself that “France . . . would be behind him regardless of the situation, and he could do anything militarily and politically.” (Cunningham Levy Muse, P: 27, 2017).

Arms flows to the FAR were not suspended immediately by France after the imposition of the arms embargo on May 17, 1994. Rather, they were diverted to Goma airport in Zaire as an alternative to Rwanda’s capital, Kigali, where fighting between the FAR and the rebel RPF as well as an international presence made continued shipments extremely difficult. Some of the first arms shipments to arrive

in Goma after May 17 were supplied to the FAR by the French government. Human Rights Watch learned from airport personnel and local businessmen that five shipments arrived in May and June containing artillery, machine guns, assault rifles and ammunition provided by the French government. These weapons were taken across the border into Rwanda by members of the Zairian military and delivered to the FAR in Gisenyi. The French consul in Goma at the time, Jean-Claude Urbano, has justified the five shipments as a fulfillment of contracts negotiated with the government of Rwanda prior to the arms embargo” (Cunningham Levy Muse, P: 39, 2017).

Information in the public record also shows that in the months that followed the Genocide against the Tutsi French officials continued to support génocidaires. On August 3, 1994, the UN Secretary General suggested that the international community should coordinate with UNAMIR to identify within the camps perpetrators of the Genocide against the Tutsi, with an eye to bringing them to justice. But instead, French soldiers escorted and released suspected génocidaires in Zaire. Between July and September 1994, French military helicopters evacuated Bagosora, along with Interahamwe leader Jean-Baptiste Gatete, and other ex-FAR troops and militia members, out of Goma” (…) “Finally, we urge the Government of Rwanda to seek France’s cooperation in this endeavor. To this end, France should make available its archives, documents, physical evidence and officials (current and former). Any investigation by the Government of Rwanda should evaluate what occurred in the 1990s, as well as what has happened since then, including France’s cooperation with this investigation into French complicity in the Genocide” (Cunningham Levy Muse, P: 48, 52, 2017).

This one collected lots of public information and put into account. This is damning evidence and not just random quotes from a mad-man, but from lawyers collected information as ordered by the Rwandan Government. The could have been done by the French, they might have given other insights and even transcripts we haven’t seen. Even as the Rwandan has and can get documentation on the actions during the genocide and before. Since the Rwandan Government wants closure and might want the French to answer for their crimes.

French President Francois Mitterrand at the time was loyal to President Juvenal Habyarimana, therefore wanted to stop the Rwandan Patriotic Front from overthrowing their man at any cost apperently. The French really showed it with the ammunition, training and also helping them flee with weapons to Zaire/Democratic Republic of Congo. Clearly, the French knew what they did and did it with a reason, as of they wanted someone loyal to them and also a weapons brother at any cost.

So the continued trouble of the Great Lakes Region has been created by the French as well. Since they let the Interahamwe and Ex-FAR leave with weapons in the refugee camps in the DRC. That has been an initial reason for violence since the 1990s. The French should step up and take responsibility for what they did and who they gave power to. Which also created this genocide. The PRF and President Paul Kagame did his part, the RPF is not a holy and non-violent movement who just brought peace. They also killed and took control. However, the French did aid and abide help to the other partner in the crime. Therefore, they are responsible for their part in this genocide. That shouldn’t be left alone and the stones should be turned, the ones sanction this and ordering this on behalf of Habyarimana and his government.

This report was compelling and it shows how disgraceful the French was and how they really wanted the dictator Habyirmana to continue to rule in Rwanda. Peace.
