Sudan: Sudanese Congress Party – A statement on the party’s position on the political agreement signed between General Al-Burhan and Dr. Abdullah Hamdok (21.11.2021)

While today, peaceful protesters in the processions of the twenty-first of November are subjected to severe repression in the streets, a political agreement was signed between General Al-Burhan and Dr. Abdullah Hamdok.

In the presence of the military and civilian forces of the coup leaders, in a sudden political development that calls for clarification of the position of the Sudanese Congress Party in a clear manner that leaves no room for doubt or ambiguity:

First: We see that the political agreement did not address the roots of the crisis and was made hastily in closed rooms away from the live forces of the December Revolution and without the trouble of its advice, while a large number of its leaders from the political and civil forces are under the arbitrary arbitrary political detention.

Second: Based on that, and since Dr. Abdullah Hamdouk was previously appointed to his position by the Forces of Declaration of Freedom and Change, his unilateral decision to sign such an agreement without authorization is considered an act that lacks legitimacy and is outside the ruling constitutional framework The recognized document represented in the Constitutional Document of 2019 and its amendments in 2020 based on the Sudan Peace Agreement in Juba.

Third: The justifications on which the agreement was based strayed from objectivity and truth, because it renamed the military coup a correction, the political parties are responsible for the causes of the political crisis, while all the facts indicate that it is an artificial crisis that was prepared by the putschists by suffocating the country security and economically and creating a civil and political front parallel to the forces of declaring freedom and change to become a pliable tool in the hands of the putschists. it provides them with a political cover for the overthrow of the constitution and the subsequent grave violations of the rights of Sudanese women and men to life, freedom and a decent life.

Fourth: We consider that the current political agreement is an explicit legalization of the continuation of the coup regime in power. And it is considered a serious threat to the stability of the country and the security of its citizens because of the powers it grants to multiple forces that do not believe in civil democratic transformation or the right of peoples to determine their fate and future. Which threatens to explode this system internally and turn the country into an arena of intense regional conflict.

Fifth: Absent from the agreement are the most important points of contention that prompted the putschists to implement their uncalculated step of transferring the presidency of the Sovereign Council to civilians. The civil political authority’s management of the process of reforming the security and military systems, and the state’s jurisdiction over public money, including the companies affiliated with those systems.

Sixth: The agreement also missed the most important key conditions that would guarantee the success of the civil democratic transformation and the stability of the country in the future and represented in the exit of the military institution from the political process, and the unification of the mechanism for determining the foreign policies of Sudan and taking its own decisions within the civilian political authority.

Seventh: Any agreement that does not include the accountability of the military and civilian revolutionaries, means paving the way for the recurrence of the coup again in the future, and contributing to accepting and consolidating the pattern of impunity and accepting the behavior of seizing power by force.

The refusal of the free and rebellious masses in the processions of the twenty-first of November and in the various cities, villages and villages of Sudan to this flawed agreement came automatically and clearly and unambiguously, and we, as we renew our initial rejection of this agreement, affirm that we are proceeding with all determination in the path of resisting the coup regime and opposing it by peaceful means until its overthrow, and that we will always remain wherever the masses and the forces of the living revolution are ahead in their constant quest for liberation from tyranny and their aspiration for freedom, peace, justice and a decent life.

Long live our people free and victorious

Sudan: The Agreement between Al-Burhan and Hamdok is dead on arrival

Today wasn’t a day of fanfare or of rejoicing in a new agreement between old parties. As the putchists wants people to forget what has been done and created by the army commanders who took total control. The Transitional Military Council and the Generals who swiftly overthrow the civilians in the Sovereign Council on the 25th October 2021.

Now, the same gentlemen and leader is supposed to grant the finer things again. Just like its water under the bridge. While the army and it’s security organizations are killing, torturing and silencing the opposition to its power. They are vandalizing hospitals and going house-to-house searches. The state is operating in a manner, which leaders of the civilian organizations are arrested and kidnapped. Therefore, the agreement today is futile and pointless.

The TMC have already breached the previous agreement. The TMC have already stifled the process and lied about it. The IGAD and African Union cannot save this right now. The TMC and the Army Commanders has to listen to the streets, the public dissent and the revolution of which it cannot contain or control.

The Forces of Freedom and Change (FFC) and Sudanese Professionals Association (SPA) have both denounced the agreement. The same has the Sudanese Congress Party (SCP). Therefore, the agreement isn’t broadly accepted. The provisions in it will not matter, because the army commanders will not honour it. They didn’t honour it last time. So, why will they do it now? Aye?

Does Al-Burhan and Hemeti think everyone else is stupid and they are Einstein geniuses? Clearly, they think everyone else is daft and can be punked on a daily basis. Since, this agreement of the 21st November 2021 is a fish out of water. This is a bunch of wasted paper and articles. These provisions and agreed upon is practically worthless.

Article three of it is really infuriating: “The partnership between civilians and the military is the guarantor of the stability and security of Sudan, based on an agreement to implement the partnership in a spirit and confidence, and a commitment to form a civilian government of independent competencies (technocrats)”.

This is not saying they will have an election and get civilian representation. No, this is technocrats, which means people that Al-Burhan and Hemeti trusts. They want to hand-pick the leaders and not have the public decide who is in government. That’s why this part of the agreement isn’t in the spirit of the revolution.

Article five says this though: “Ensuring the transition of the transitional authority on time to an elected civilian government”.

It is hard to believe that, when the same TMC and allies have blocked the timely transitional parts of the previous agreement. As they were losing control and power. Therefore, what stops them from stopping the process again? Who believes these articles and words in 2021?

The FFC and SPA will not be participating in the new council. That’s why the TMC racket is now in full force and Hamdok wanted to sell out like the warlords of Darfur did previously this month. They are all trading all goodwill for a quick slick slice of power. So, that Al-Burhan and Hemeti can both control council for now and secure the technocrats they want. In this way have much more influence and not get outside pressure from FFC or SPA in that matter.

Hamdok as a Prime Minister is a man without any credibility. The agreement is a tanking his role and what he can do. He is legitimizing the second coup and giving way again to Al-Burhan. Hamdok is trading all his assets to men who easily will violate him. He is a pawn and now they will trick him even further. The PM will not have power or be credible. No, his just a poster-boy for the military to keep continued siege over government. That is really it and Hamdok accepts that post now.

This agreement is a waste of time and only done by the TMC to get accepted again. They just want to buy peace and get international recognition again. They don’t care about the costs, the revolutionaries and the people dying in the streets. No, they just want to prolong the power and keep it. The TMC is just lucky to have Hamdok on board twice and his eating the filth they call gold. This document isn’t a sign of justice or hope for a better future. No, it is a violation of the civilians who wants their own representation and giving the TMC more time to define their wanted government. Which is what they wanted all along.

Hamdok is foolish to have accepted this trick and thinking he will have a say. He will just be the one for the headlines, but the ones controlling the game is Al-Burhan and Hemeti. Peace.

Sudan: The Unified Office of Sudanese Doctors – Statement (21.11.2021)

The Junta forces continue to attack hospitals and healthcare facilities. Earlier today, security forces fired tear gas inside Khartoum Teaching Hospital with no regard to the sanctity of the hospital, the patients, and the medical staff on duty. Security had repeated these attacks and raids against hospitals.

Several injuries among civilians have been reported during today’s anti-coup protests, with some in an unstable condition. CCSD will provide more details once confirmed.

Sudan: Sudanese Professionals Association – Statement (21.11.2021)

Our stand in the line of fire will remain wonderful for a long time

We will teach history what is the meaning of steadfastness and what is heroism

The treason agreement signed today between Hamdok and Al-Burhan is totally rejected, and concerns only its parties.

The points of agreement of subservience, on their merits, and their isolation, far from the aspirations of our people, are nothing more than ink on paper. Our people experienced the false covenants of the revolutionaries and the news of their contempt and their violation of it. The path of our people is clearer now than ever before, dropping the blood partnership and everyone who joins it.

And the continuation of the peaceful resistance by building its resistance bases in neighborhood committees and union entities, and diversifying the tools of non-stop resistance action to reach the democratic civil state and its pure revolutionary authority.

This treacherous agreement is in response to the declared goals of the putschists in re-empowering the remnants, the perpetuation of the authority of Al-Bashir’s murderous security committee, and a betrayal of the blood of the martyrs of the December revolution before and after the October 25 coup, we are certain that our people will nullify it and will continue its steadfast stance, in the face of the storms of oppression and setback that are trying to bring it back, upright.

We in the Sudanese Professionals Association are committed to the proposal of the political declaration that we presented to the forces of the revolution.

And its living forces that are committed to their declared proclamations must raise and expand their forms of coordination and ignore the calls to retreat and isolate the forces of the revolution from each other.

Sudan: Forces of Freedom and Change – Central Leadership Council – Press Statement (20.11.2021)

In a malicious process consistent with the moral downfall and criminal behavior practiced by the putschists, and not far from spreading manifestations of lawlessness in the capital and some other cities through gangs of looting, theft and intimidation of citizens and citizens.

In preparation for the coup, we monitored today sabotage groups affiliated with the brutal coup forces that burned the police department of the emergency department, a maritime sector, in order to find a justification for continuing the acts of repression, enforced disappearance, killing and the desecration of neighborhoods and homes, under the illusion of breaking the thorn of the peaceful mass resistance, the intractable and expanding day by day, aiming at complete civil rule, and we are just around the corner from that.

We firmly warn the criminal coup authority against persisting in these tricks and methods of criminality, misinformation and deception, and we affirm that we are carefully monitoring the movements of their criminal forces, and its mobilization of more brute forces is being prepared to intimidate and break the steadfast neighborhoods of the city of Bahri, and all these violations and brutal repression did not and will not drag the revolutionaries and free revolutionaries to the square of violence.

And it is the same weapon that will inevitably prepare for the coup, as we draw the attention of all observers to the violations that have taken place since the twenty-fifth of October until today, and we appeal to both countries and international and regional human rights organizations to monitor what this criminal coup d’etat is doing. The legitimate civil government in Sudan, and we also confirm that we are currently preparing integrated files on all these crimes in preparation for submission to the local and international judicial authorities, especially the International Criminal Court.

We also call on all the masses of our free, peaceful and rebellious people to participate in the marches of tomorrow, the twenty-first of November 2021 AD in the capital and the provinces, committed to the usual peace and to the field tracks defined by the resistance committees, and to unity behind the national goals, the coup has fallen, and the will of our people is inevitably past, and there is no negotiation, no partnership, and no legitimacy for the putschists.

Long live our people free and victorious

Sudan: Sudanese Professionals Association – Statement (20.11.2021)

The hired forces and militias of the military coup began to withdraw from the popular areas and Mazad in the valiant city of Bahri, and before their withdrawal, these forces set fire to the police station in the popular, in a clumsy attempt to accuse the revolutionaries of fabricating violence and to justify their plans. To attack and spread terror among the peaceful citizens and revolutionaries.

We warn the military coup d’état and its militias against the consequences of these observed and documented crimes, which are approaching the hour of difficult and complete reckoning by our great people.

These consuming tricks will not deceive our people who are aware of their cause, and will not push the masses and revolutionary forces to abandon their peaceful tools. These attempts have failed in the past and will fail now and every day.

Since its inception, the December Revolution has chanted: Peaceful, peaceful, against the thieves, and it will not deviate from it until its definite victory is achieved, so let the criminals be humbled.

Sudan: Sudanese Professionals Association – Statement (19.11.2021)

The popular area of Bahri is subjected to a heinous campaign by the occupation forces and militias and the wage-labour workers of the coup military council, as these militias fire bullets and tear gas inside homes, break light bulbs, and brutally indiscriminate beatings of citizens without regard for age.

This campaign aims to break the thorn of the resistance and drag the revolutionaries into the cycle of violence. However, the revolutionary forces are aware of the intent and are sticking to their peaceful tools.

We call on all the revolutionary forces and the masses of the Sudanese people in the capital and its three cities in particular, and in other cities and villages in all of Sudan in general, to take to the streets in massive demonstrations now to lift the siege on the people and their steadfast people.

Please do not interact with these forces and hired militias and activate the ghost protocol in case they attack the demonstrations.

Sudan: Forces of Freedom and Change – Central Leadership Council – A statement on the current situation of the detained revolutionaries and the detained revolutionaries (19.11.2021)

According to our many reliable sources, and according to careful monitoring, there are large numbers that are not yet limited to the security and media blackout conditions from the Kandakat detainees and the revolutionaries detainees. They were arrested during the victorious processions of the seventeenth of November and before and until today. They are languishing in unknown places to which the coup forces are deporting them.

It occurred as a result of repression, violence and systematic torture practised by those brute forces before, during and after their arrest in the capital and the provinces, in order to break the thorns of the masses, but the reality proves their composure, courage and unique determination. Our proud people are covered with it during their valiant, peaceful movement resisting the coup, and the ember of the revolution is fuelled by repression.

We in the Central Command Council of the Forces of Freedom and Change hold the coup authority fully responsible for the safety of all the Kandakas and the detained revolutionaries and we see that it is an extension of its moral, humanitarian and national downfall, and we stress that it is a crime that falls under crimes against humanity, enforced disappearance, torture, and refraining from providing medical aid and necessary medical care in accordance with the provisions of international law and local laws, and we demand that the places of their detention be disclosed, their immediate release, and the immediate provision of the injured and injured, and these continuous violations, which included the martyrdom of tens of martyrs and the fall of hundreds of wounded, it raises question marks about the fate and safety of the arrested leaders of the legitimate civil revolution government and political parties.

We also renew our appeal to all organizations working in the field of human rights, governments and free peoples around the world to exercise their humanitarian duty to protect our people from the genocide that the coup plotters, the opportunists and the remnants of the former regime are working to enforce in a hideous and systematic way, as all the proven evidence and decisions to reset and empower the members of the former regime in the structures of the coup authority and its security services since the coup, the clear apostasy confirms the era of oppression, tyranny and corruption, which makes us more determined to overthrow this criminal coup d’etat, and to form the largest resistance front accompanied by all the forces of the living revolution. And professionals, craftsmen, resistance committees, and honorable daughters and sons of our free and rebellious people, apostasy is impossible and victory is inevitably coming.
