Total Nonsense: Detained for making Besigye T-Shirts!

26.05.2016 Besigye T-Shirts

There are days where you wonder if the Ugandan Police might have lost their mind. IGP Kale Kayihura and his men must be noblest of sorts. They are such wise men who know intelligence and collect it. How they are about and the clueless approach to all the attacks and recent renegades of political storm called the General Election 2016. So as Dr. Kizza Besigye lingers in Luzira. His ghost is still following the Police Force and their officers; there todays arrest is naturally in the sense of nonsense.

These T-Shirts made by Vintage Creations that can be ordered by: “You can order yours today. The number to call is +256751340727”. So you can get the t-shirts on your own. How Mr. Samwyiri was taken: “was picked from his home earlier today by 8 men. His house was ransacked. They’ve told me, “we shall get the answers.” (Bibi Rukwengye, 29.05.2016)

Even the once associated with the company of Vintage Creations have been apprehended by the Police. That proves not only Mr. Samwyiri are taken by the Police and detained. Samson Tusiime we’re detained by the Police Force for displaying the Besigye T-Shirts online. The NRM Regime should not be so hasty and afraid, as they are supposed to be the winners. If they we’re so honest in their rule, they wouldn’t be afraid of a Besigye T-Shirts; that is just nonsense. NRM cannot sustain the insinuation of the existence of Besigye right now, therefore men wearing Besigye shirts is an insult and worthy of detaining by their security forces. That proves how little justice and rule of law there in the land. Peace.

“I have already prepared my own personal position on the IEBC which I want to present to them (MPs and Senators), like everybody else. I have no problem. Let the process be televised. Let it be put out there. Let people hear what does the church think, what does the President think, what does the Government in waiting think, what does everyone think and at the end of all that we get something that ensures we have an election cycle that is not violent,a cycle that is peaceful and a cycle whose results will be transparent and acceptable and will allow the stability we all seek to continue. Let us move one as one Nation” (Uhuru Kenyatta, 26.05.2016).

Elton Joseph Mabirizi Statement: “People think of tomorrow, more than today” (25.05.2016)

UGDebate2016 P4 Mabarizi

Friends,

When I stood for President, I was fully aware that I would not win in 2016.

My purpose was to put my most heartfelt concerns forward, to a national audience. And to encourage a new kind of political group of people who don’t follow blindly, but reason everything out before they can decide on a course of action.

People who put Uganda First. Who hate corruption, nepotism (which is a form of corruption) and who detest injustice.

People think of tomorrow, more than today.

People who fear no one on earth, but fear only the living God. In that way, therefore, who are not afraid of the consequences of opposing bad leadership.

If you belong to that group of people, we are family.

And together we shall change this nation from the backward empire of corruption and abuser of human rights to a truly prosperous corruption free country where all people are equal before the law.

For God and my Country.

MPs Want 85 Billion Shillings for Cars (Youtube-Clip)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aGui0SqTW5o

“In the 9th parliament, the Parliamentary Commission gave each legislature 103 million shillings to procure vehicles that meet their standards as members of Parliament . The story of the 10th parliament is different as the new legislators now want this fee almost doubled. They are now asking for 200 million shillings and if approved then the government will have to part with a total of 85.4 billion shillings for the vehicles alone. They argue that given the state of economy and the new taxes that were imposed on Vehicles, this increment is justified. The new legislators also demand for the reinstatement of the Constituency Development fund that were scrapped in the 9th Parliament. Before scrapping of the fund each legislator was being given 10 million shillings cash annually for the development of his constituency. The legislators also demand for an increment in their monthly emoluments from 26 to 50 million shillings. If Parliament is to pay 50 million shillings per legislator, the Parliamentary commission will then be mandated to spend 21.3 billion shillings on the emoluments of the 427 legislators per month. So before the new legislators can have even their first sitting, these are the demands and before we know it, they will definitely be more than this” (NBS TV Uganda, 2016)
