Rwanda: President Kagame orders the Civil Servants to follow him on Twitter!

President Paul Kagame is a rare breed. He is beloved in the West for some strange reasons, while in his own Republic. All opposition are living in fear, all opposition are under fire and in trouble. Therefore, if your real opposition of Kagame, than you end up detained, killed or in exile.

This isn’t that story, but feeding you some minor context into last move of the regime of Kagame. This isn’t any of his activity in the African Union, but back-home in Kigali. He is always wanting control and rule, be the giant overlord. Be the beloved character, the TED Talk sort of finessing dictator with fancy glasses and imported suits.

He wants to take it another step, as the President see how the popular President and beloved Stars followed on Twitter and Retweeting their tweets. He wants to be like Zari and Diamond Platinumz. Mr. Paul wants to be certified with millions of followers and have the loyal brigade from Rwanda.

President Kagame are so hungry for popularity, that he has to ordered the Civil Servants to FOLLOW him on TWITTER and they have to coordinate the movement of other Rwandans on Twitter. Where they are report on their subordinate use of personal Twitter’s Account.

That is how little Kagame is really is, as he has to order to get followers. He has to tell his people to follow him. He has so little care for him, that he has to tell the Civil Servants to automatically follow him on Social Media.

This is the supposed Chairman of the African Union and the President of Rwanda, have to order his Civil Servants to FOLLOW him on TWITTER. Because he cannot get some real support or admiration from his own.

Kagame isn’t as big of a man as it seems. Mr. Paul is Skinny Black and not the real Ludacris. Paul Kagame might be a giant evil crook, but he needs to boast his self-esteem with people who are ordered to follow him ONLINE. Peace.

Opinion: It is time for Uhuru Kenyatta to follow the Scouts’ honour!

Well, yesterday the good grace, His Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta graced the Kenya Scouts Association Patron’s Day, where he held his speech and talked about ethical behavior. As the Youths are not supposed to break the law and be law abiding citizens. Which is all good in itself. However, his regime isn’t the straight out of the bank, the minty fresh, without any scrupulous, they have their mismanagement and their acts of devious ways. Therefore, the President or the Executive should have been more cautious in my opinion.

He is the kind that breaks the bottle or the jar to take the cookies and after the fact, when parents ask little Kenyatta if he took the cookies. He will retort back to the parent: “I didn’t break it. Scout’s honour!”. We all know the Jubilee have done, there are new scandals every month, there is rising corruption, rising levels of debt and mismanagement to levels never seen before.

What is more striking is his anger against cheating. Because, he wouldn’t be President and the Executive, if there wasn’t for tricking the numbers, cheating the stats and hiding the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Servers, which was connected to a shady international firm Cambridge Analytica and OT Morpho for the BVR Machines. There was just enough tricking the numbers to indicate success in the Fresh Presidential Elections of 26 October 2017. That is common knowledge and the President accepted that cheating and because of lacking documentation, the Courts vindicated his cheating too. Therefore, he is not rascal to tell others not to cheat. When he is the Master of doing so and eating of it too.

Uhuru’s Stern warning:

Uhuru warned that the authorities will not entertain the negative activities that young people are engaging in and “having the sheer guts to publicise the same to all Kenyans.” “We will not and we shall not entertain indiscipline and abuse from our young people…you must learn to respect our elders just like the elders must respect and nurture you.” (…) ““If indeed you are ready to brag about cheating, then we will show you what this nation does to cheats and those who disrespect elders,” the President said” (Odhiambo, 2018).

That is why I had to start with that, that the President cannot handle some boys questioning his administration, his Cabinet Secretaries, says more about the fragile and vein character the President is at this point. That is his attitude and he shows his arrogance. Especially considering how took the Fresh Elections.

Even if he was clean and had done nothing, if there was no questions in his past. Still, the boys are allowed to leak tapes and speak out against their Big-Men. They should be, not like they made a Gay-Flick for the Censorship Authorities to stop from broadcasting. They were just addressing their grievances and being boys.

The President himself has used strong words against the Supreme Court and his opposition in the past. But because he has power. He is allowed to do so, but these boys got none of that. They are just boys who can be prey to the big-men. And they are, when they are arrested for leaking a tape of their words online.

Maybe, the President should remember his rant in Turkana last year. Maybe, the youth learned from that. Maybe not, but as the King Cheater of Kenya, he shouldn’t talk about indiscipline and such. He has shown the Republic that it pays to cheat. Just look up to the President, he does it and he continues winning.

No, forget about that, he didn’t do it, Scouts’ Honour! Peace.

South Sudan’s Oil and Power investment drive is a path towards lasting peace, stability and prosperity (22.11.2018)

The success of the South Sudan Oil & Power 2018 conference, which was attended by over 750 participants is a step in the right direction.

JUBA, South Sudan, November 22, 2018 – The African Energy Chamber (EnergyChamber.org) is encouraged by the progress made in South Sudan’s oil sector after the peace agreement. The success of the South Sudan Oil & Power 2018 conference, which was attended by over 750 participants representing upstream, midstream and downstream sectors of the oil sector from Africa, Europe, North America and the Middle East is a step in the right direction.

We are also encouraged by the Ministerial delegations from many countries like Equatorial Guinea, Sudan, Somalia, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Russia, Uganda, etc. The success is an indication of South Sudan’s increased attractiveness for African and international investors, as the East African nation works to ensure a stable peace and has doubled efforts to ramp up production and drill more wells.

“The presence of several international oil companies in Juba this week is very encouraging and shows that South Sudan is doing its best to restore the trust of the international investment community and should be encouraged by all parties,” declared Executive Chairman NJ Ayuk form Juba.

The Chamber supported South Sudan’s efforts to build a lasting peace, which resulted in a new peace agreement signed last month between rival factions. “The local and international oil community has an obligation to support both peace talks and the South Sudanese leadership to promote peace and reconciliation. We also call on the government to continue its efforts in encouraging an enabling environment, promoting local content and prioritizing the role of women in the oil sector” said NJ Ayuk.

We commend H.E. President Salva Kiir for meeting with H.E. Azhari Abdel-Gadir Abdalla, Minister of Petroleum and Minerals of the Republic of Sudan; H.E. Gabriel Obiang Lima, Minister of Mines and Hydrocarbons of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea; Hon. Lokeris Peter, Minister of State for Energy and Minerals Development, Republic of Uganda; and H.E. Mahaman Gaya, Secretary General of the African Petroleum Producers’ Organization (APPO) to encourage collaboration on oil and gas matters.

H.E. President Kiir and the Minister of Petroleum of South Sudan, H.E. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth’s continuous efforts to work with other Africans, OPEC and Non-OPEC nations in balancing and stabilizing the oil market is very encouraging to our members as we all work to prevent another supply glut in the oil sector. The Chamber continues to support all efforts to do balance the oil markets including trimming supplies as it is good for African producers, its citizens and the investors.

South Sudan remains under-explored, despite being East Africa’s oldest and biggest oil producing nation. Although, production is being ramped up, South Sudan’s latest oil & gas entrant, Oranto Petroleum, started exploration on Block B3 a year ago.
