Our Parliament has witnessed some bizarre scenes and moments between 2013 and now. It has witnessed several attempts by the Jubilee regime to raid the constitution and overturn the will of the people for individual gain. It has witnessed blatant efforts to reintroduce dictatorship in the country in the name of giving the President power to fight insecurity. The list is long.
But the spectacle that began in the National Assembly during a special sitting late last month and ended in the Senate last night, count among the most bizarre. It stands out as a blatant willingness by the Jubilee regime to sell out the entire country for no reason other than the survival of the increasingly unpopular corruption-ridden government.
One by one, Jubilee senators, disregarding irregularities and illegalities in the process, cast their ballot for the Bill whose sole aim is to make it easy for the regime to allow underage and dead voters to cast their votes in addition to stuffing the ballot boxes in the elections slated for August 2017.
Jubilee committed a great betrayal on the people of Kenya last night in the same way it did last month in the National Assembly. Jubilee has disowned what was initially a bipartisan agreement that pulled us from the brink and turned it into a full-blown national and government crisis.
In its desperate bid to create opportunities to rig the election, Jubilee senators went as far as fraudulently casting votes using their nominated senators who had no authority from the elected senators to represent their respective delegations. During all the discussions in both the National Assembly and the Senate, Parliament was put under siege by the overwhelming presence of the Police and other security agencies whose purpose was to intimidate legislators into passing the laws under duress.
This is now a crisis because the people of Kenya are determined today more than ever to hold free, fair, transparent and credible elections the results of which will have to be verifiable.
We will respond to this betrayal of the people comprehensively, decisively and firmly. We therefore wish to announce that we have invited all our elected leaders; members of county assemblies, members of the National Assembly, senators, governors and women representatives both elected and aspirants on opposition tickets to a meeting next Wednesday, 11th January 2017 at the Bomas of Kenya to deliberate on the developments. At this meeting a critical decision will be taken and communicated to all Kenyans on our plans to deal with this betrayal of the people by Jubilee and ensure free, fair, transparent and credible elections in August 2017.
The African National Congress (ANC) are about to hold their 105 year celebration on the 8th January, the ruling regime and party, that has hold government since 1990s after the end of Apartheid. Which all is splendid thing, they are on their third President or third Executive if you may. First one was the pivotal leader and executive Nelson Mandela (Madiba), than their there we’re the quiet storm Thabo Mbeki and the one that ousted Mbeki, the all-powerful hand of the President Mbeki, Jacob G. Zuma who is now still commander-in-chief in South Africa.
His reign is not without controversy, as his ruthless behaviour and his acts to control the ANC, has left other behind, the ones that we’re hardliners under the Apartheid feels left behind. The elite and the corrupt are the ones that are close to the regime. The ones that are paying and eating of government contracts are the one loyal to Zuma. The others who we’re loyal to the party in the past has become disenfranchised like workers unions and even parts of ANC Youth League that we’re under the wings of Julius Malema has created a movement out of the ANC.
The EFF is an direct reaction not only to the ruthless leadership of the presidency under Zuma, but also to the under achievements done under the decades under ANC rule. The ANC has had the opportunities; instead they have enriched themselves and their donors. This wasn’t the intention during the struggle to get to power.
“Motshega (2010: p95) states that: ‘One of the original purposes of the ANC was to bring together a wide variety of different ethnic groups and tribes, to bring about unity and cooperation between people of colour’. In the period from the ANC’s establishment in 1912 through to the 1950s, ANC ideology was dominated by African nationalism. The ANC sought to further black interests, while white participation in the black African struggle was limited. ANC membership was exclusively black throughout this period. The formation of the Congress Alliance in the 1950s, which facilitated political cooperation amongst black, coloured and Indian activists saw a more integrated approach to the ANC’s liberation effort” (Twala, 2014).
O.R Tambo, 16 Dec 1971.
By all means the forging of ANC happen in a different and within history where the context of the South African experience is not similar with today. Still, the value of unity and cooperation is still as important today as it we’re in the early 1900s. It became more on ‘Black Struggle’ as the xenophobia and draconian rule of the white minority extended into ridiculous measures where the torture and separation where beneath all we as outsiders to that time can comprehend. Where a tiny minority took total control and forced fellow brothers and sisters to small-payments and squatting while minority lived in wealth. Therefore the ANC turned the way it did, because they needed a fair voice and justice for their kind and salvage society where the separation was creating two-societies within one republic. Therefore the politics of healing and forgiving within ANC after apartheid shows the stature of majority peaceful transition we all can hope other nations can do in the future.
As the transition was happening and people worried about the momentum of the release of Mandela, Mandela himself said this, which proves his commitment and belief:
“There is no such plot,” Mandela told a news conference after a two-day closed session of the ANC’s national executive committee. He added that the ANC is “unanimous about working with the government to bring about a democratic transformation. And the method we have chosen is that of peaceful negotiations.” (Kraft, 1990).
This shows the powerful history of the ANC and their rise to power from suppression and horror. We can see that the current ANC NEC and Leadership seem to forget in their riches and their hold of power. Zuma seem to be more entangled with wealth creation of his family and use the connection into the corporate contracts of the state, than actually create welfare and job security for the average South African, the South African that we’re important reasons for the existence of the ANC.
#WeAreANC is a missed opportunity, a missed staged event of something that could be profound and meaningful for a party that started a fantastic journey in the midst turmoil turned into possibilities. That even at one point got it to be the most progressive and economic prosperous within the sub-Saharan nations. They got even parts of the growing economic nations of BRICS. So the rise of ANC brought with economic progress and positive legislative changes that we’re only bringing hope. That even put the light dimmer on the freedom fighter from Zimbabwe, President Robert Mugabe who had years in the sun since his Lancaster House agreement and freed his Rhodesia from minority regime under Ian Smith. So President Mandela made him inferior and also like an ugly step-child in the international community. That has been kept like that since the knowledge of the Gukahundi massacre.
So with this in mind, this should also be remembered:
“The ANC as an organisation in fact never voted in favour of armed struggle. Mandela was given the task of persuading the sceptical ANC president, Albert Luthuli, to accept the policy retrospectively. Luthuli refused, but he conceded that he could tolerate the military organisation Umkhonto weSizwe if it was entirely separate from the ANC” (…) “As the ANC’s grip on historical memory loosens, rethinking the past becomes a politically explosive activity. I have lost count of the times that radical, angry young black South Africans have asked me why the transition from apartheid left so much of the country’s wealth in the hands of whites. Many Afrikaners wonder how, from a position of strength and in control of a proudly undefeated defence force, the National Party managed to give so much away in such a short time” (Ellis, 2014).
This is still vital today as the elites under the ANC is a small figment of the context in South Africa, the townships and the low-payed underclass is still as big as before, as much as the Republic has also a big population of immigrants from Zimbabwe and around Africa who seeking work in the nation who is famous for the progress and being an open-society. Therefore the reaction between today’s ANC and the foreign interference is also important to understand the party, which it is today:
“In recent times, the ability of ANC-led governments to pursue a coherent foreign policy that reflects the historical ideals of the party has further been undermined by the ever-widening divisions within the party. The frictions within the ANC that came to the fore during its 52nd National Congress in Polokwane in 2007 have been accompanied by a fragmentation in policy orientation within the party, a phenomenon that has also affected foreign policy. As different voices champion and defend positions within the ANC, foreign policy has increasingly become incoherent and has in practice drifted away from the founding values and principles of the party, which are eloquently articulated in official government documents. The extent of this deviation is such that the same ANC that so vigorously championed the cause of African unity during its days as a liberation movement has today become a divisive force on the continent, as illustrated by South Africa’s move to head the Commission of the African Union at any cost” (Nganje, 2012).
But just as the PR Team of ANC isn’t coherent with the feelings in the communities, even after the important loses of local elections in major cities and townships to the DA and other opposition parties; the time for a new breed and a change of policies within the government and ruling party comes more vital for its future. The neglect of the common core and the creation of the party are now open cracks as potholes on the streets. The tarmac is tired and the funds are diverted.
That is why the reaction to the meme’s and the scandals of late comes with the #WeAreANC, as the Gupta and Eskom cases are now the spotlight of the ruling party, not their rich history or their tales of liberation. So the ANC are now blaming the Democratic Alliance and Economic Freedom Fighters for the retorts and smug attitude to the campaign. Like they needed to plan for the opportunity to bluntly address the cronyism and corrupt maladministration; that has lingered in the National Assembly and in Government during the recent decade under President Zuma.
Even if Zuma has survived the explosive Capture of State report of November, the fall of the Public Protector Thuli Madonsela and the other impeachment of the Executive have failed during the 2016. Together with other acts of malice and ill-intent to misuse funds and state to gain riches. It was time for the ANC to eat after the fall of the peaceful transition government under Mandela. The ANC lost their soul while waving the flag of intolerant measures under the Anglo Leasing deal:
“If Mr Zuma becomes the ANC leader he is almost certain to be the country’s next president after the 2009 general election. But he too is dogged by allegations of corruption and is facing indictment by the same special police unit, the Scorpions, that pursued Mr Selebi” (…) “The Scorpions are investigating Mr Zuma after his former financial advisor was convicted two years ago of fraud for bribing him over a multi-billion dollar arms deal by South Africa” (…) “Mr Mbeki sacked Mr Zuma as deputy president, a move that divided the ANC, but criminal charges were thrown out of court last year before a full trial. The Scorpions appear ready to press new charges that could derail Mr Zuma’s bid for the presidency” (McGreal, 2007).
So the Arms deal that brought massive amount of counts on the current President and brought down Mbeki. That one is still hunting in the shadows as all of the alleged crimes that have been done by Zuma. Zuma has more allegations and litigations that any President on the planet, well, only less than soon sworn-in Trump in the United States. There are certainly a picture that world would have erased, that Zuma is the most alleged-corrupt President.
The promises of a grand party, for the citizens and for progress have gone astray. Certainly, Zuma and his team could have thought better after a scandalous year of 2016 to unleash on the world #WeAreANC. That is just giving fuel to the fire. The burning flame on the allegations and the current affairs of the ANC gives way for discussions of their missteps and maladministration that hard to salvage. Save a party like this should be possible, but the rotten core has to be up-rooted. That cost and will take time to rebuild. But if they want to live on the heritage and not wealth than the ANC has to do so! Peace.

“I won’t stop nor be discouraged by the noise and insults peddled by a few individuals because we know that every market has its own mad man” – Uhuru Kenyatta (21.12.2016 on Twitter).
President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto are the ones in charge together with Speaker Justin Muturi who today held a blocked Plenary Session from the Media and Internet at the National Assembly at 22nd December 2016. This proves the alleged acts of misfortune as this set the precedence for the General Election 2017. None can say anything else, that all broadcast, all journalist are kept outside as the Members of Parliament and the Cabinet Secretaries are enacting a law.
Because of that matter, because of the tear-gas outside and the blocked Parliament, a disgrace to any nation and to the will of dialogue between the ruling regime and opposition is now broken, the trust between the National Assembly with the Jubilee Party under President Kenyatta does not trust their own. They do not trust the people understanding the ramifications of the law or the basic understanding of transparent acts of Parliament as they represent the people of Kenya. The Kenyans are supposed to be representing there and get people who will make the greater good for their constituency, but with this act they are hiding from the Kenyan citizens and the Republic!
“Mbita MP Millie Odhiambo has been kicked out as chairperson of Kenya Women Parliamentary Association after she insulted President” (Kenya Parliament, 22.12.2016)
You should also worry when the MPs from Jubilee we’re carrying guns inside the chambers and there we’re 200 plain-clothed police officers presiding the events that followed in Parliament. So when they needed that much security and close of the session they had to have something powerful inside the law here is some exceptions:
Outtakes from today’s session, the Election Laws (Amendment) Act, 2016:
BVR regulations:
Section 5: 6A “The Commission shall, not later than ninety days before the date of a general election, open the Register of Voters for verification of biometric data by members of the public at their respective polling stations for a period of thirty days” (The Election Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2016).
New rules for Polling Stations:
Section 24: 38A “For the efficient and effective conduct of elections, the Commission shall determine the number of voters per polling station but such number shall not exceed five hundred voters” (The Election Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2016).
Section 39: “(1C) For purposes of a presidential election the Commission shall-
(a) electronically transmit, in the prescribed form, the tabulated results of an election for the President from a polling
station to the constituency tallying centre and to the national tallying centre;
(b) tally and verify the results received at the national tallying centre; and
(c) publish the polling result forms on an online public portal maintained by the Commission” (The Election Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2016).
48 Hours deadline to Declare Presidential Election Results:
Section 12: 39.2 “The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission shall, within a period of forty-eight hours from the date of the service of a presidential election petition, submit to the Supreme Court certified copies of the documents used to declare the results of the presidential election, including the forms used to announce the results of the election at the polling station and the constituency tallying centre and to declare the result at the national tallying centre” (The Election Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2016).
DPP take control over investigate after the Election:
“Clause 30 of the Bill seeks to amend section 4 of the Independent Electoral Commission and Boundaries Act, 2011 to remove the investigative and prosecutorial powers previously granted to the Commission which are proposed to be exercised by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions” (The Election Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2016).
When you just see this pieces and not the whole law you see the possible reaches of the IEBC and the DPP to control the BVR technology that will come shortly before the General Election, as much as they have to revise the Polling Stations as the numbers of voters are getting bound and they need more manpower to secure the amounts of polling stations during the General Election. For a new Committee it must be a headache to secure enough locations to have only 500 eligible voters in an area. Just imagine districts and parts of Nairobi County that has to revise electoral borders for each Polling Station alone and this is close to coming election. This together with the electronic biometric voting data and the generated levels of ID material that can be backlogged by the IEBC; so that can be a measure for future elections, but in the first one; it’s more of validating the results as they has such a short time to deliver the declared results to the Supreme Court to be Announced.
Still, 48 hours can buy lot of time since the die is cast and the ability to start rigging the result. We should also question the change from the independent committee to the DPP to have the power to investigate and powers of prosecution of the ones breaking the Electoral Law. That means that the Jubilee has centralized it to somebody they have also nominated and has the loyalty towards the Central Government. The DPP Keriako Tobiko will now be in charge of the investigations of election petitions and look into possible frauds and rigging. Instead of the IEBC who had the ability to do so.
If these measures we’re fine and splendid, if they we’re made to make the Government to account and make sure the Jubilee, the IEBC and the citizens who should put the trust in the Government; A government making sure for free and fair election, so the right representatives are elected by the people and for the people, to represent them and make sure the needs are met for citizens who vote for these representatives. Still, now we can see that these representatives try to fix the Electoral laws so they can fix the results with sophisticated means. It is so much more insulting, how close they try to amend the electoral laws to the General Elections of 2017. It’s like President Kenyatta following the crash-courses in governance from President Museveni, as he has done the same right before, again and again. So Jubilee government we’re scrupulous for doing it now! Peace.
The Campaign of Defiance is dead, because the compliance has sunk the ship of Defiance that we’re ushered in with the Presidential Campaign of 2015/2016 of Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) and for the Presidential Candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye. The rigged and fraudulent election went down, the President since 1986 President Yoweri Museveni triggered election victory with 100% in dozens of districts and acted vicious in others; that are known opposition strongholds like Kampala, Wakiso and others. Therefore the FDC and Besigye should have and could have grievances on the methods of suppression of the votes.
Besigye’s campaign of defiance was a grand idea in the darkness of an oppressive regime under the National Resistance Movement. The NRM has for decades and during previous elections used public funds, used the state and security organizations to spread fear instead of free and fair election. As well as hiring fellow cronies in the Electoral Commission that we’re working directly on orders for the Movement instead of securing the popular vote, as well as using the Police Force and the Army to show where the loyalty should be, also gifts of soaps, food and small fees to take part of rallies in the districts. This has been NRMs way of spreading loyalty and fear mixed together.
So the Defiance campaign was a good idea, to defy the rigged system and state apparatus that has eaten the whole plate and only follows orders of loyal cronies of Museveni. That in itself was genuine and straight-forward plan from Besigye, only if more of the citizens and the party he was apart of really believed in it. As with time the defying plans has been silenced, the fighting the machine and corrupt behaviour of the state has turned silent.
The FDC and the defiance after the failing Election Petition of the Go-Forward and Amama Mbabazi in Supreme Court, the FDC and Besigye hasn’t had the levels of defiance in them or tried to defy the structures that validates the regime. The FDC has turned into compliance as the swearing-in of Museveni happen and the Members of Parliament we’re sworn-in after the fraudulent election. It was topped when certain MPs went into Shadow-Parliament and legitimized the Movement.
So with this the FDC themselves did comply with Museveni and his fellow cronies instead of defying the ruler. They went into the chambers made sure they got paid and later trying to follow the lead of Besigye isn’t believable. That the same men and woman who easily take the small-change at the Parliament and later goes to FDC Prayers is playing to games.
The Short-Con is the Shadow-Cabinet and validating the rule of Museveni to make sure their pockets are filled and that their MPs respectability is fixed so their families and friends are secured. But with this they are forgetting the long-term damage to be parts of Movements skin-democracy.
The Long-Con is that with the sharing parts of the skin-democracy and playing the game of the freedom fighters while not really working the cause. So the long-con is some of the FDC leadership roles right now, only patching the hurt, but not trying to rebuild.
The Defiance Campaign was about defying the Movement… something that the FDC didn’t do, which is complicated and also lacking of moral support from the FDC while he was serving time in Moroto and Luzira. They might show up to gates of the prison and even say publicly that they condemn the Police Force actions against the democratic and rights to assemble as an opposition party.
So the plan of Defiance wasn’t supposed to be one-man band, Besigye wasn’t supposed to carry it on his own. Besigye weren’t alone as we could see youths, P-10 Groups and FDC-Diaspora we’re supportive efforts. You had and still have Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago and Gen. David Sejusa. Still, they have very few others who have been under fire at the same level without trading their souls, there is Ingrid Turinawe and Doreen Nyanjura has fought battles without much to gain.
That the silence in general should be worrying as the Police Force are continuing to battle with Besigye, his house is still besieged and the man is monitored every movement. If he breaks the barrier and creates public excitement, than it’s straight into detention or police brutality cases towards the crowds that surge the man.
Besigye should be free, the country should be free, but the silence isn’t saving anything. The silence has settled the defiance campaign and the mentality of the defiance agenda. They didn’t build momentum enough to stop the daily life and hurt the business of the movement. The defiance didn’t stop the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) from collecting VAT or stop exports of fuel. The Defiance didn’t stop the UPDF from getting new recruits or any other possible monetary deficiency the campaign could do. Just like the shops stopping trading as the shop-keepers we’re even detained for doing so, because it hurt the taxation and trade that the Movement needs to run their merry-go-round of graft and embezzlement of public funds.
The Defiance could have worked if the FDC and Besigye had gotten the momentum and had the public will behind them, not the half-ready pile of work, sort of like the way the Police Force in Uganda picks up intelligence as they see fit in forged police case. The FDC could have used the anger and frustration of the public, the citizens who feel used.
So the May Protest this year we’re starting of profound messages that the citizens we’re on the road of pressing the government. So much we’re ready as they remembered the recent thieving of their future from the Movement yet again, the wounds we’re fresh. Still the army had been in the streets, the Police Force we’re targeting the opposition and also civil society offices we’re attacked.
The people shouldn’t be silenced as the Christmas season are in line, the FDC cannot carry this alone, not that all of them wanted the defiance; they wanted the easy compliance life of the pseudo-opposition instead of a fighting defying organization that could get rid of the militarized movement that been running it since the 1980s. That should be KEY. That should be the goal of the FDC; instead many went into legitimizing it.
So the silenced is understandable, Besigye and his trials cannot be of only him and it isn’t, but it is many who has given in and went back to business-as-usual. Besigye could have more support from the FDC NEC, but he hasn’t. They don’t have the backbone and the wish to succeed. They gave in when it was going against the grain. They we’re risking it all and couldn’t. While Besigye is again under a “treason” charge as others who are questioning the Movement; the others are walking free and without any Court Orders in their name.
It’s not like the man who took the power by the gun want to leave silent or let it go easy, he fought a brutal bush-war. Now he has a big-army and guerrillas of M23, Museveni got allies of USA and Russia dropping arms in his favour so he can suppress his people. Citizens can fight this, but they cannot only rely on Besigye. Besigye only has power if the people are behind him. If the people are working with to dismantle the regime, but the silent obedient citizens are changing an illegitimate regime. Civil disobedience and systematic effort to discontinue the regime would be true defying the Movement. Instead the silence is what is running the tides as 2017 are coming around the corner. Peace.
The Kasangati State House or “Benghazi” well known as the compound and farm of Dr. Kizza Besigye that has been under siege by the Police since before the polling day in February 2016. The Place in Wakiso that has been continuously in the news as the Forum for Democratic Change Presidential Candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye has been in the court-rooms ever since.
The National Resistance Movement under leadership of President Yoweri Museveni and IGP Kale Kayihura has ordered the home to be besieged and house-arrest him as the problematic opposition figure creates havoc every-time he steps outside his home.
They have trespassed for a long time, as the charges against him as been passing along with time. While the courts hasn’t come close to produce a case worth reading or filing affidavits that are spicy enough to cross-sections the laws that Besigye supposed to breach. These forged cases have given reasons for the Police Force to stay and besiege his home.
So the Police Force is not following the Constitution of the Republic. As they are now defying the Court orders. The Police Force that has together with the Chief Justice Stephen Kavuma interim order even stated: “An interim order doth issue against the 1st [Forum for Democratic Change] and 2nd [Kizza Besigye] respondents, their agents officials, supporters or any other person acting under their authority from engaging in demonstrations, processions, other public meetings, media campaigns or pronouncements including but not limited to the planned demonstration or procession scheduled for 5th of May 2016 or any other day in furtherance of the defiance campaigning pending hearing and determination of the main application for temporary injunction” (Kavuma, Stephen, 2016).
So the Defiance Campaign shut down the FDC and the Party Organization for nearly two months after the election as they scheduled arranged to confiscate the Headquarters and stopped their activity. There was also detaining the leaders and party members because of the Defiance Campaign.
It’s ironic that the Police Force are now resisting the authority of the Kasangati Magistrate Court order of the 24th November 2016 that indicated the house arrest of Besigye as unconstitutional. Therefore the Police Force is now in defiance of the law they are to uphold. So the IGP Kayihura who has spoken for a point of time
The first her was an question as the IGP Kayihura during the campaign trial:
“What is your reaction to FDC presidential Kizza Besigye’s campaign of defiance?
The Electoral Commission (EC) has issued a statement condemning that position. You cannot eat your cake and have it. On the one hand, you cannot defy the law and then you want to take advantage of the law. The assumption is that you have conceded to the Constitution of the country and put yourself under the body of laws that govern the country. When you simultaneously say you defy the law, that is untenable. If he keeps on making statements of defiance, I believe EC will have to act and they will ask us for support” (Election.co.ug – ‘Interview: Kayihura talks about Ntungamo, Gulu clashes’ 02.01.2016 Link: http://www.elections.co.ug/new-vision/election/1413945/interview-kayihura-talks-about-ntungamo-gulu-clashes#sthash.HfjjCBOu.dpuf ).
IGP Kayihura himself said in January 2016 to the press: “On the one hand, you cannot defy the law and then you want to take advantage of the law”. He himself apparently does that without any precaution or care, as he defies the constitution to monitor and control the problem of the Museveni; Besigye who doesn’t go silently away into dust.
That Kayihura has proven defiance himself when he didn’t show up in court as he was scheduled to appear to answer for the police brutality. This is ironic as he upholds the law, but defies it himself. Besigye has to follow the law, but his police can defy and be in defiance of the constitution and the law as they please. That is impunity and is nonsense.
The Resistance Movement has a Security Organization that defies the laws created by them. They do not respect the laws, the constitution or justice. The rule of law is now defined by the Police who resist and defy the penal codes and others laws that set the standard for rule of law. So the value of the liberty and justice system has only a value if it is equal for all. Right now the levels of defiance and resistance are now in the hands of the Police.
Not the people defying the draconian laws or unjust behaviour of the state that are continuing to strain the public as the grievances for the unjust acts of the Police Force. They are now not the ones that is the keepers of the law in Uganda.
When a Police Commander and such are defying the principals of the state, the justice and the laws that they are in-charge of, when they doesn’t consider ruling and verdicts in court. Than the laws are a wasteland and a free-for-all. The Police can then take the laws into their own hands instead of following the codes.
That is what they are doing. The Police defying the court order in Kasangati prove what sort of state Uganda now is in. And it is not beautiful, it’s dark and the tides for change have to come. Because the Resistance Movement has Defiance Police Force now. Long live the IRONY! Peace.
