US Congress Report: Undress the sinister acts of the “Zero Tolerance” Policy of the Trump Administration!

Today, I will address the US Representatives Staff Report released this week. This is a report in regards to the sinister and evil act of separating kids from their parents at the border to Mexico. The report will clarify and say to what extent the acts been done and what consequences this have. They are splitting up families and scarring kids for life, because of the belief of a higher power or some sort of progression into the land of injustice, where the immigrants, refugees from Central and Latin America is criminal before justice has allowed them entry of the Republic.

That is why this report is important. I will take the quotes and the wordings that is showing the acts of the state to these ones, who only sin in life was to cross into the United States. After that, the Trump Administration have the power and will to do whatever in the name of the ‘Zero Tolerance’, to treat people in ways, that is violating human rights and basic understanding of humanity. This is what the Republican Party is showing world and will be remembered for. They did this and was proud of it, in Jesus name and as Christians they detained and let people die in custody. That is what sort of men, that is acting, running and doing the bidding of President Trump right now.

The Administration has identified 2,816 children covered by the court’s preliminary injunction, including more than 100 children under five and over 2,500 children between 5 to 17. The court ordered the reunification of children under five by July 11, 2018, and of children between 5 to 17 by July 26, 2018. However, following these deadlines, 711 children remained separated, including several hundred children whose parents had been deported before the court issued its preliminary injunction” (US Congress Staff Report, P: 13, 2019).

Despite the failure by DHS, HHS, and DOJ to produce a complete set of records, the Committee’s investigation of the Trump Administration’s child separations has revealed harm inflicted on children beyond what was previously known, has refuted the Administration’s justification for this cruel policy, and has confirmed the ongoing trauma inflicted by these separations. The separation of these children from their parents was not required by law, but instead was the result of a long-considered series of policy decisions by the Trump Administration. The Administration executed a deliberate policy to take thousands of babies, infants, toddlers, and children away from their parents and transfer them to government custody, in some cases in deplorable conditions” (US Congress Staff Report, P: 24, 2019).

Based on ICE data, 545 parents of the 2,648 separated children reviewed by the Committee were deported, with or without their children. From the limited set of ORR records, Committee staff have identified at least 158 parents who were deported without their children” (US Congress Staff Report, P: 29, 2019).

What is striking from this report is not only that the Trump Administration does this to innocent kids, that they are acting deliberately and also withholding information away from the US Congress. They are not only not delivering clear data-set or information about how they are acting, but trying to shield the world from acts. That is what the Trump Administration doing. The same administration, that blocked the United Nations Experts from investigation into the acts of the Concentration Camps and the detention centres created for refugees, aliens and migrants crossing into the United States.

That is why this report isn’t fulfilling to read, because you know, there are things that the DHS, HHS and the DOJ is not dropping to the public. Seemingly they are afraid of what the world will see. The Trump Administration, the leadership and the ones who made this happen should pay. Everyone has a right to seek refuge, seek to migrate, by crossing borders and trying to follow the laws of the Republic and see if they are justified to get visa. That shouldn’t be made illegal to do that act. This is what the US and Trump Administration have done with this Zero Tolerance.

What is worst of all, is that they have scarred kids, toddlers and marked them with pain, which was not needed or even legal by law. Because, the policy fits the strange narrative of the Republican party. That fits the Christian Conservative parts of the US, who cares more about fetuses, than actual human beings breathing crossing their borders. That is all insane, but shows the blatant disregard of humanity, that the Trump Administration administer at this moment. Peace.

Opinion: Is a blow-job more of a constitutional crisis, than actual foreign interference?

I know that the one time the world was following an impeachment of an American President, live and in living-colour was back in the 1990s. Those was the days of Kool-Aid and a Presidential Affair turned into a Constitutional Crisis. This because the Republican Senators and Representatives took their shot at the Democratic Party President William J. Clinton.

They started impeachment inquiry in December 1998 over his affair in the oval office with a White House Intern Monica Lewinsky. By the end of February 2019, the whole case got acquitted, even after strong intentions and will from both Ken Starr and others to get rid Clinton. Still, it didn’t work.

Today in 2019 were seeing a move in this way today’s lucky bastard, Donald J. Trump, whose character and actions can be put into question. As his will to use Russian help, coordinated efforts and the investigation of over 2 years have shown. Still, the Congress is hell-bent on not acting upon it.

So, by this definition, in the 1990s a blow-job by an intern is more dire, than actually a foreign intervention and direct corrupt behaviour of present day government. Surely, in hindsight, people will say they would have supported the impeachment of Trump. But right now, the gravy-train, the slow train of reform isn’t there. It wasn’t as needed, as the strike and the fury of the acts of Clinton.

Sure, it was bad. He destroyed nearly his marriage to Hillary. He showed a lack of character and that he could misuse his power to get a happy ending. Well, the current day President has gotten a lot more and done a lot more in return. The President haven’t tried to stop a possible intervention in the up-coming elections in 2020. Neither has he tried to make the sanctions nor react to all the intelligence shown, that the Russians did interfere the previous election for the benefit of Trump.

Also, the obvious case of obstruction of justice, the ill-behaviour and the misuse of office. There is enough deeds to put this White House and this Administration under question. Clearly a long bucket list of foreign affairs and donations, sudden strikes of corporate deals done and to top-it off, the pay-to-play acts done by Trumps. Surely shows that the Tea-Pot Dome Scandal was only a fluke, but a daily occurrence in this government.

That is why the Congress, the House of Representatives should start an Impeachment Inquiry, where they will put the President under subpoena and by a grand jury to investigate the possible misdeeds of the President, as the Congress can do.

A CRS Report of 2005 states this: The focus of the impeachment inquiry is to determine whether the person involved has engaged in treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. If the House Committee on the Judiciary, by majority vote, determines that grounds for impeachment exist, a resolution impeaching the individual in question and setting forth specific allegations of misconduct, in one or more articles of impeachment, will be reported to the full House” (CRS Report for Congress – ‘An Overview of the Impeachment Process’ 20.04.2005).

This is clear on the memo. As the Congress and House Committee of the Judiciary and the House Representatives can start an inquiry and start an investigation into the President. To see if there is evidence of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. Just like in the past when they checked the blow-jobs of Clinton. In today’s world, the House of Representatives has to see if they can find clear evidence and in the collected reports of Special Counsel Robert Mueller; if there is anything that is criminal. This can be done by them. As there been plenty on the Trump Team and Campaign staff, which have been implicated in the probe and even sentenced ever since. This is why, with the knowledge of this and the secrecy, not only the release of all the volumes of the report. Plus the trying to deflect it all and overshadow the evidence collected. There is surely more to shed a light on, an underworld the President doesn’t want the public to know. Just like his hidden tax-returns, which is more secret than the golden showers in Moscow.

Alas, there is a need to start the proceedings, that is if a blow-job in the oval office is more critical to the state, than foreign interference from the Kremlin. Peace.
