Opinion: Don. Jr. thinks he can run away from accountability…

“A person is guilty of perjury in the first degree when he swears falsely and when his false statement (a) consists of testimony, and (b) is material to the action, proceeding or matter in which it is made” (New York Penal Law § 210.15: Perjury in the first degree)

In the order and motion of Supreme Court of New York, Judge Arthur F. Engoron on the 3^rd November 2022. What this motion and order did was initially to have an independent monitor to oversee and have oversight of the Trump Organizations; and their plans of creating a new Trump Organization 2, which would be there to takeover the assets and liabilities of the original Trump Org.

In that motion, there was one passage that was very interesting and compelling. Not that people has the best view or image of Donald Trump Junior. The erratic behaviour and online speeches haven’t made things looking any better.

However, there is some parts of the passage on “Donald Trump Jr.’s Disclaimer of Responsibility for SFCs’ Accuracy” which is really unique and telling. That part of the motion alone is saying something about the arrogance and thinking there is no consequences of own actions. This coming from a supposed senior executive and in-charge of a company. An ordinary employee would be fired for the neglect and lack of due diligence.

Just read this:

“Defendant Donald Trump Jr. is a senior executive at the Trump Organization and a trustee of the

Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, which was responsible for certifying the SFCs accuracy to

banks and other institutions. He personally signed representation letters to Mazars on each

Statement Engagement while serving as a trustee, and those letters included the representation

that “{w]e acknowledge our responsibility and have fulfilled our responsibilities for the

preparation and fair presentation of the personal financial statement in accordance with

accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.” NYSCEF Doc. No. 48. The statement further said that “(w]e have not knowingly withheld from you any financial records or related data that in our judgment would be relevant to your compilation.” Id. Notwithstanding such representations, Donald Trump Jr. testified at his deposition that he had no knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”) outside of “Accounting 101 at Wharton,” and that he “had no knowledge as [GAAP] relates to what it was for, for the Statement of Financial Condition or not.” NYSCEF Doc. No. 43, pg. 10-11. He further testified that despite personally vouching for their accuracy, he “had no real involvement in the preparation of the Statement of Financial Conditions] and don’t really remember ever working on it with anyone.” Id. Accordingly, at a minimum, Donald Trump Jr. signed off on representations to Mazars without performing the due diligence necessary to ensure their accuracy or compliance with GAAP, raising serious doubt as to the reliability of future SFCs for which Donald Trump Jr. may be responsible. Furthermore, the record is replete with evidence that Donald Trump Jr’s statement that “we” have not knowingly withheld pertinent information is blatantly false” (Engoron, 03.11.2022).

It is compelling to read this… that a grown man and a senior executive thinks this sort of statement or reasoning is really bonkers. Just think if an employee or a hired consultant did this for the Trump Organization. That would have been a reason to fire or sack someone. However, we know that the family members of the Trump Organization can’t be touched from within. They are the ones carrying the name and because of that.

Donald Trump Jr. can possibly be charged with perjury over this. Who believes that he didn’t know or had no idea what went on? When it happened year after year and with the same arguments to ensure better loan terms or pay less in tax. That’s why you know these sorts of things are haunting the Trump Organization. Which just happens to be where Don. Jr. was an Executive. Meaning he had power and he followed protocol on this. He knew it was money in these practices and he earned on it too.

That’s why it’s hard to believe that his this sort of stupid. When he had the motivation and the motives to earn on it. There is money to be made by making these statements of financial conditions. Don. Jr. have to answer for it, because he signed off on them. It is only now that it’s investigated and such… his suddenly not aware and had nothing to do with it. Which is weird… when he and others profited on it. That’s why I have a hard time believing his statement on this matter.

Hopefully the jury and the judge does too. It seems insincere and totally bonkers to begin with. Peace.

U.S. Supreme Court allows politicians to get the donors to cover their own personal campaign “debts”

The American Dream is dying, one step at the time. Senator Ethan Roark Jr. of Sin City is becoming the norm of society. Senator Ted Cruz of Texas did deliberately violating campaign finance laws just so he could petition the courts and get the laws changed. He has achieved his mission and by doing so. The donors, the corporations and the Public Action Committee’s (PACs) can circumvent certain stipulations and indirectly pay a candidate. Therefore, the candidate or politician will be beholden to their interests and in the end… not work for the citizens, but for the companies, lobbyists and other interests groups who is paying for their campaign.

The United States of America isn’t getting any better, but only turning worse. The Supreme Court is using benign reasoning. Calling it a political speech to loan money to fund their own campaigns. While we know the loans will be paid by the donors and beneficiaries of the candidates in question. This is ensuring the corporate candidates and the ones who serve certain industries to get massive funding, which will be pocketed by the candidate itself.

A candidate can take out a loan to his/hers own campaign of a ONE MILLION US Dollars and after the campaigns the His/Hers for House/Senate can cover these debts with interests, which goes straight into the account of the politician. That is self-serving and free money, a bribe that ensures the interests of the companies or industries are taken care off. So, it is so weird that this getting allowed, but shows what the Supreme Court really believes in.

“The U.S. Supreme Court’s conservative majority on Monday continued a decades long dismantling of federal campaign finance limits in a divided decision in favor of Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz. The 6-3 ruling, written by Chief Justice John Roberts Jr., struck down Section 304 of the 2002 federal Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act that limited post-election contributions to repay a candidate’s personal campaign loans” (Zack Needles – ‘Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz Wins Federal Campaign Finance Limits Case Before U.S. Supreme Court’ 16.05.2022, Texas Lawyer, Law.com).

“For the reasons set forth, we conclude that Cruz and the Committee have standing to challenge the threatened enforcement of Section 304 of BCRA. We also conclude that this provision burdens core political speech without proper justification. The judgment of the District Court is affirmed” (Federal Election Committee Versus Ted Cruz for Senate, May 16, 2022).

The next U.S. elections the campaigns can get vast loans from the candidates themselves. While later cash-that-in, as they are fundraising and getting donor funds from various of sources. All of these sources and lobbyists are doing so for their interests and policy needs. Therefore, we all know the gist of this.

The U.S. elections and campaign funding is already a corporate white-wash of funding. This is just tripling down and ensuring a “sign-on-fee” for politicians, which is only have been known for athletes. If not it is securing a means for an advance by “loaning” to your own campaign and getting a donor to cover the “debt”. So, in return the candidate will cash-in and get refunded this as personal revenue.

Ted Cruz and the current Supreme Court has made it possible for the rich candidates to enrich themselves on their own campaigns. In some regards, the way and manner of which they are elected has now also become a cash-grab for the wealthy representatives of Washington D.C. The Republican’s are clearing the swamp, but creating a bigger one. Where they are destroying the rules and opening up all avenues for creating personal wealth. While they are hoping the public doesn’t see or doesn’t care. Because, this is just a way of gaining more money on the job. Since the campaigns are part of the lifestyle and needs to get elected into office. Now the way of getting the job is also a possible way of getting vast profits. This is defended by need of political speech.

So, in the minds of the Supreme Court moving money from one account to another is a sign of political speech. Clearly, the banks of JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, CitiGroup and such will be really happy about this. They don’t even need to get this politicians to hold speeches and get paid. No, they can just donate funds, which will cover the “debts” of the candidates and that will go right into the pocket of whoever they deem fit for their cause. Peace.

Opinion: The Trump Organization is in big trouble

The Trump Organization and the Trump family is in the middle of a huge quagmire. As the accounting firm Mazars have dropped some knowledge on the financial practices of the business in question. If you think this is bad, well… this is in the lane of Bernie Madoff and Arthur Anderson’s own practice, which also became a court case and several of felonies on both parties.

Mazars will not be able to run away from this legal case. The Attorney General of New York is still building their case and looking into the financial records of the Trump Organization. The Trump Organization can now be questioned for a decade of financial statements and usage of these in various of operations.

Because these documents can be inflated in one way to sell and get more revenue from creditors who the Trump Organization got loans from or scaled back when paying taxes to the State of New York. Therefore, there is possible wire-fraud, tax-fraud and other similar criminal conspiracies to pin on the company. Which at this point of time wouldn’t be shocking.

What should also happen now as the investigations are going on. The creditors and the ones covering the liquidity of the Trump Organization should be worried about the assets and the real value of the company. Since Mazars are saying the financial statements are unreliable. That means the Trump Organization could have lied about the profitability or the value of any enterprise, LLC or even properties of which in the hands of the company.

That Mazars stops vouching for the company and the former first family. Really signals that things are dire and not in good place. That the accounting practices and the state of the business isn’t in a great place. The Trump Organization has to get a new accounting firm and prove their numbers there. While Mazars has to answer for the ten-years it says is unreliable and not trustworthy. That says something they we’re accepting for years, but now says is wrong.

They are all in dire distress here. The same way things went wrong for the pyramid-scheme of Bernie Madoff and accounting firm Arthur Anderson. Who had to answer for these practices and lack of proper accounting from them. While they where grifting from all of their clients.

Now in 2022 we can now see the Mazars and Trump Organization have to answer for this. The Attorney General have to continue the investigation and discovery of documents into the companies. As the truth has to come out and we will know. However, the Trump Organization is in trouble.

As they have to carry huge debts, which is of unknown amounts of million dollars and that has to restructured. While he has secure his assets and possible salvage of the company, which can destroy the reputation of the company further. Now, we just have to see if the banks or the creditors accepts the financial statements. That we will see in the close future and how things are going.

Opinion: Trump’s paper trail should be investigated as Hilary’s Emails

“Establishes that Presidential records automatically transfer into the legal custody of the Archivist as soon as the President leaves office” (Presidential Records Act (PRA) of 1978).

Former President Donald J. Trump who is living lavish in Mar-a-Lago in Florida post-Presidency. Has clearly not followed protocol or cared about the legalities of his public office as a Head of State or as the President. This is with his role as the Executive and public office he needs to national archive documents and logs, which should have been public in the first place.

We know that President Trump and Trump Organization prefers secrecy, and not really preferred transparency. That’s why every document or every investigation into has been stifled and taken to court to release documents from him. There is prolonged and used the courts to keep information away from the ones whose investigating him. This has been done so often and is common practice, that subpoenas never been respected and the investigators has to challenge him in court to get it. Therefore, recent news aren’t shocking.

However, for a man running a campaign of scaremongering and the hypocrisy of him is outrageous. As the former President is now revealed to shred documents, flush them in the toilets of the White House and taking 15 boxes of valuable documents after the term of office was over. While that all is Super-Bad…. there is reports that the National Archives are looking for more lost documents.

This is really showing how blatant he is and how reckless he is. As he knows this is wrong and the Whole White House staff should have known this. As the call-logs and documents has to achieved and kept after White House protocol. This is notes, working papers, drafts and whatever that the Trump Presidency was working on.

The Executive and President should know this as these documents becomes historical documents and proof of his term. We know his a crook and a dishonest actor when he does this. He brought with him the whole office without delivering what he was legally bound to give to the authorities as his term was over. If any other man had done this… he would have gone a rampage and called them something foolish.

That’s why Trump shouldn’t talk about Hilary Clinton’s emails, which was investigated by FBI. The same has to happen to Trump. His affairs in the White House and post-Office shows that he wanted to hide information and documents that could prove criminal behaviour or illegal activities. Because, why else would he breach protocol and be possibly litigated for not leaving it to the National Archives.

He shouldn’t have taken all of these documents, which is a lot. We can just wonder his hiding. As we have seen a planned executive order for him to order the military to takeover the voting machines post-election. Therefore, he knows perfectly well that these documents could hide skeletons, which shows his pure fascism and planned efforts to overthrow the Biden administration before it even started. This is why he took it with him to Florida.

Nobody destroys documents or shreds them, because his innocent. That is done because you know something is wrong and his hiding something. Just like Trump claimed about the deleted and hidden email of Clinton. It is not like this is any different and is a large scale. This isn’t a private server, but supposed public documents, which his bound by law to give to the National Archives. That was clearly to much to ask from Trump. He cannot even do that… and everyone else had to since Ronald Reagan. Therefore, all of the appointed staff, high ranking officials and the Trump administration should know about these statutes and stipulations. However, they clearly didn’t care or was afraid to say “no” to him. As his entitlement and larger-than-life ego is making him believe he could get away with it.

That’s why he even tried for so long… to use Executive Privilege as a Former President. Trump is that sort of fella and he tried to keep these things secret. Where he took top secret document and confidential ones. He has the nerve to run a campaign on Clinton’s emails, but is much worse himself and this should be indicted, charged and give the man the bracelets. As whistleblowers leaking documents like these are rotting in jail.

The former President should have the Department of Justice litigating him and it’s about time. They need to make an example of him. When they have gone after Edward Snowden and Reality Winner. They should go after Trump who took White House documents with him and he could have easily leaked them like these fellows. Peace.

Opinion: Trump’s Hotel at the Old Post Office is a business made of White-Collar crime

“Reportedly coined in 1939, the term white-collar crime is now synonymous with the full range of frauds committed by business and government professionals. These crimes are characterized by deceit, concealment, or violation of trust and are not dependent on the application or threat of physical force or violence. The motivation behind these crimes is financial—to obtain or avoid losing money, property, or services or to secure a personal or business advantage” (Federal Bureau of Investigation – White-collar Crime).

The House Committee on Oversight and Reform have looked into documents from the General Services Administration (GSA) detailing the lease of the Old Post Office Building in Washington D.C., which has been made into a Trump Hotel. The documents and financial transgressions is now blown a lid off.

That’s why the Former President Donald J. Trump came out with a statement that the Republican’s should vote in 2022 (midterms) and 2024, because the 2020 election wasn’t rectified or overturned as he wanted. This is what created buzz and headlines… while the financial crimes of the Trump Organization in concern to this hotel was becoming secondary.

Trump and his companies withheld information of a loan from Deutsche Bank, which in 2018 gave him a $170 million loan. While he was in office, the hotel earned $150 million and out of that he received $3.7 Million from Foreign Governments. He also concealed $70 Million in Net Losses. In addition, he concealed other debts with other properties as he was bidding for the Old Post Office Building. He hid this information of $1.1 billion of debt in 2009/10 in the financial documents when he applied to the GSA in 2011.

All of these things can be seen as corporate fraud, which is White-Collar Crime and he has also possibly violated the Foreign Emoluments Clause with the “donations” or millions of dollars from Foreign Government to the Trump Hotel. All of these things should be investigated directly and the Department of Justice should takeover from the House Committee on Oversight and Reform. So, that this can a discovery and subpoenaed further.

We are seeing the will to hide, deceive and lie to entities to get profits. The conceal the facts and get beneficial treatment. While also ensuring illegal means to get the ability to rent and run an hotel while being in office. The Trump Hotel at the Old Post Office needs a serious investigation and possibly more deals done by the Trump Organizations. Since this is just one of plenty and now that his not in office. The state, the committees and state attorney generals can push these cases. That is needed. Because, it has been proven in the past of transgression and illegal activity done by Trump.

That’s why Trump isn’t allowed to run a charity or a foundation. Neither, the former President was charged and had to pay fines for his fake Trump University too. Therefore, expect more to come and more cases to possibly happen. This just shows what his willing to do and using the Presidential term to earn more money. Peace.

Opinion: AOC’s Stunt 101

Congress Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez have stirred a lot of controversy for wearing a white dress with the text “tax the rich”. That was done at the Met Gala of 2021, which is where all the celebrities and the rich is gathering. They are wearing fashionable clothes and showing themselves off, as they paying 35,000 US dollars just to partake in it.

The Met Gala was on 13^th September 2021 and since then in political circles the dress has been discussed. That is all natural… however… she is not winning by doing this. Unless, she wanted headlines and get traction online. AOC is being discussed, but not in the manner of which she wanted.

It is just hypocrisy. This is the definition of weak-tea. The rich, the wealthy and the 1% wouldn’t be afraid with this. They are not scared or feels the out-of-touch demonstration. The only thing AOC is succeeding is to waste her time and her role as a legislator.

If she believes in the cause and wants to make a difference. AOC should assemble the squad. Pressure the ruling Democratic Party in Congress and get legislation passed, in which the rich will be more taxed. Make it in manner where the IRS will actually repeal the loopholes and the possibility to pay practically “nothing” while earning billions of dollars. That is what she should do and she have the opportunity to as well.

It is not like AOC is a lone activists and doesn’t have power. She is in the Squad and that’s supposed to be progressive. The Squad and it’s members are supposed to make difference. However, it has been a lot of hot-air and very little actions. That’s why this is a publicity stunt and nothing else.

AOC should put forward bills, motions and such where the taxes are aimed at the upper-class, the billionaires and the 1%. However, if she does that… she will have to battle the corporate-Democrats in combination with business-friendly Republicans. So, she will have no friends doing this and it will be a minority. Nevertheless, it would be a better look to come with an ironclad bill and tax regulations to change this…

The dress is just a stunt. It is as briefly cool as G Unit music-video “Stunt 101” and when 50 Cent drives the car straight out of the window of the car dealership. Just as you remember that and catches the speed. The same is what this dress does…

However, AOC have such more power and ability to do something about it. Instead she is writing motions sending congratulations to Bangladesh’s 50^th Liberation Day. That doesn’t cost the state anything and neither is it controversial. But to fight for a just reform of taxes will be and that will target the individuals/corporations who funds the political parties. This is why it’s a bit hectic to do so and they are earning fortunes on the misfortune of others. That’s why this isn’t changing and it’s easier to come with these acts of self-importance compared to actual acts of work in Congress.

She should call the Squad and pressure Nancy Pelosi to an inquiry and make a taxation reform. We know that will not happen and it’s so simple to just show-up in dress at a Met Gala, instead of pushing legislation through the chambers of Congress. Peace.

Opinion: The Tea Party is nothing compared to what Trump will bring…

The Tea Party Movement of 2009 eas an reaction the Democratic Party and the Presidency of Barrack Obama. Which ushered in a movement and aspiring leadership within the Republican Party. That in the end gave a platform to the likes of President Donald J. Trump that thrives on these populist and racists acts.

That President Trump is soon over, but his “Trumpism” and his theories will live on. This man will try to thrive on it and get monetary gains on it too. That is what he does. This is his next racket. Where he uses the political platform and his “legacy” to build on the “America First” and the MAGA crowds. To find ways to make himself viable. Create narratives and even use fiction to gain momentum.

That is why they are still forging the narrative of a stolen election. Continuing with endless law-suits that ends with nothing. The Trump Administration is trying to configure ways to earn funds, build a organization and find backers. Which will give them funds and capital post-Presidency. Since, the President needs it with defaulting debt, criminal cases and lack of good lawyers to carry the pending trials after the loss of “Executive Privilege” and leverage of the White House.

This is why Trump will build on the nostalgia, the ideals of White AmeriKKKa and the “forgotten classes” of society. Where he can bring middle America and sprint into the White Supremacy and ideologies, where he still resembles their “dear leader”. That is why his tried every trick in the book to overturn an election. Just to ensure the safe space and legitimacy. Where he could still earn profits of his public office.

Trump is just using these avenues as he thrives on hate and racism. If he didn’t, he wouldn’t associate or defend these people. The man wouldn’t have ushered in these Executive Orders and made the policies as brutal during his term. As he would like ICE Agents to raid homes like the Gestapo and put kids in cages for profiteering companies to build makeshift camps for refugees and asylum-seekers. However, that is what has been done and that is why his favoured by racist within the Republic.

The ones who would like and endure a split of the Republic. To go back to the Confederacy and break the Union. So, that Trump could run the split Republic and be their sole-candidate. Be the Tin-Pot Dictator of the Republican South and rule the rural parts of America. Where he got the support. As that is the saving grace. They would enjoy to be run by a con, a scammer and liar-in-chief. That is their guy, because he deliver their racist backwards agenda.

This is why Trump is more dangerous than the Tea Party Movement. This is the extension and the hard-core base. The Qanon and armed militias trusting blindly in their “dear leader” and ride or die attitude, which even ends up in violent attacks on State Houses and threats of coup d’etat. Just like the ones that went after the Governor in Michigan. And the trying to seal the case with the Texas Attorney General petition to the Supreme Court. This is all using the powers and their stations to destroy Democracy from within and the Republican Party plays into it.

They are all following Trump and being led by his motives. His selfish and narrow-minded acts, which only serves him and his purpose. This man will feed into anything to possibly gain. Create fake culture-wars and spin all sort of conspiracy. It will be lizard-people, pizza-gates and whatnot. Without any proof and Alex Jones will play on the strings. Rush Limbaugh will sing his songs too. All of the Presidents Men will join in.

Therefore, the reactionary Tea Party Movement gave the world the likes of Ted Cruz, Matt Gaetz and Sarah Palin. However, what Trump will bring is much more. It will be even more fierce. If he will get a new party or a new movement. If he will bring a new TV station, which is more direct and insincere compared to Fox News. God knows, but if the Tea Party was a clue to 2020 and 2021.

Surely, that will be nothing compared to the masses that will join in the MAGA and “Stop The Steal” and whatnot now. These folks will be off the hinges and have no pity. These folks will not even conceal it and they have proven that. They have been allowed to thrive during this Presidency and will be much bigger danger in 2021 when Biden gets in-office.

Biden have to rule while these groups and while Trump vile them-up. There will be reactions and will be merciless means. Yes, the rallies and speeches now seems like rambling incoherent nonsense. However, that will not stop them. These folks will continue to battle, to confront and find means to get a return.

Trump will use this support for monetary gains and to be relevant. He will boost this as much as possible and use this as a stepping stone. Because, he needs some leafs of hope to cling-on too. Not that its anything good or positive for America as whole. Nevertheless, when has that ever been the case with this man? Never, right?

So, he just continues the negative spiral and wants to thrive on it. The GOP is playing along and letting him do so. We still don’t know the effects or if these will continue all through. However, the Tea Party built a momentum and made people’s careers. Why shouldn’t Trump do the same now. As he has been the President and can usher in his own. Even if it is despicable and disgusting as it gets. Because, there is where he has his base.

He will build something along the lines of Charles Lindberg and his America First Committee (AFC). That is where Trump belongs, the “alt-right” and white supremacists will all cling-on to that. This is his ball-park and where he can thrive. Be their leader and their patron.

That is how things seems and the lame-duck President is playing along to it. Especially, when its reported that he invited the “Proud Boys” to the White House. That says it all. He wants to find his space and get a pay-off like he always does. That is his motivation and his means to an end. There is nothing beautiful or sincere in this. Only a political bargain for his future. Which most likely is a weird and straight up knock-off of the Tea Party Movement with some sort of sprinkles of hate and racism. Peace.

Opinion: Trump would have ushered in a bloodless coup d’etat if he could

The incumbent “strong-man” and Republican President Donald J. Trump seems to willing to trade the truth, the will of the people and everything else for one simple thing: Him staying in power. He is willing to let people lose their licenses to practice law in filing in fraudulent petitions to the courts. The President is willing to use sedition and forging a coup d’etat by triggering the electoral college his way.

That is the sort of man that speaks of rule of law and justice. The man that supposed to be righteous President of a Republic. A man whose willing to steal the election for his own favour. Where all the stacks of odds is against him. He has lost both the popular vote, which he has done twice and also the electoral college. In the same manner as he won in 2016. Therefore, he should take the loose on the chin and man-up for civilian life soon.

However, as a fake “strong-man” and a bunker-boy he wants to be the greatest ever. The man who is supposed to be winning, but ends up loosing. It is always about him. Nevertheless, he is willing to jeopardize institutions and rule of law. Just so he can reign supreme. Because this man needs leverage and needs help to salvage anything before it is over. This man has so many loans and huge debt to repay. Without the office, his estates and his companies might suffer hard. As well, he might be only President in living memory because of court orders not allowed to open an Foundation in his name. That is the sort of ordeal waiting for him in January 2021.

If Trump had a chance he would made a shot and taken away certification from the various of states. Just to undermine the elections and ensure that he could win. This is why his even trying to sway state legislators in swing states to appoint electors who will vote for him. That is a coup d’etat and rig the election in his favour.

That the Republicans are playing this game and using the lame-duck position to do this. Only shows how little they care about the value of the polls. They don’t care about the ballots. Playing with the will of the people for his own gains.

The White House should make it easier for the Biden Transition. Instead, it is working and postponing the ideal easy move of an new administration when Trump is over. We can clearly see that the Republicans doesn’t value the state, but the individual is more important. That one man is more important than the laws and the moral judgment of character. This is their long-con … to trick the public and its supporters. However, in legal terms and within the reach of electoral laws. They got nothing. None. Zero. They are on a fishing expedition and cannot catch a single thing.

However, we are seeing that the “strong-man” isn’t capable to rig himself to second term. He warned that he wanted to do this. Playing with the legitimacy if he lost. That is what his doing and trying configure himself on the throne yet again. However, that shouldn’t work. He should fail and fall flat. Opinion: Trump doesn’t deserve a pardon

For a President of the calibre of Donald J. Trump. He does not deserve pardon, neither is it righteous. To all the folks he has hurt in his time in office. The way the Trump Administration has operated and worked. It is only right that the head of that government acts accountable. For a man who has stifled any investigation and used the office to get away from prosecution.

Trump has stopped the Congress in their investigations, blocked witnesses and avoided to release documents and testify. The man knows his in the wrong. The White House has breached the Hatch Act so many times. The White House has used foreign policy to earn profits for the Trump Organization. The Trump estates and hotels has been places of trading policies over a secret meeting. While profiting on the business and the deals being made.

This President have issued harsh treatment of civilians, asylum-seekers and minorities. The President have shown no remorse and no concern in putting kids in cages and separating families. This man has had no issues breaching international law and human rights violations. Stop the ICC from investigating practices in Afghanistan. A President dropping bombs all the time in Somalia with no oversight.

Trump needs to answer for sins. The criminal activity, the ones where he has conspired with foreign entities and foreign operatives to ensure victory. The man needs to answer the usage of the office for own personal gains. That is necessary by all accounts. Unless, the US is fine with a open corruption and heist within the oval office. That is all up to them.

This man didn’t care if he traded Syrian bases and the Kurdish allies over a business deal in Turkey. That is what this President does and did it willingly. Giving his Trump Organization funding, while selling the stakes of American army abroad. That is what he has done. This is why he has a failed coup in Venezuela on his hands too. Where he even invited the wanted man on the throne at the State of the Union speech. This is how blatant the man operated.

Trump needs to answer for his misgivings, his lack of action and response to the COVID-19 and Coronavirus. There are so many cases and so many times he could have saved lives, but didn’t act. As the Commander-in-Chief. He could have sheltered more lives, but they weren’t important to him. If they were? He would have used enough of his power to install more Supreme Court justices. Because, he had the energy to do that…

Donald J. Trump needs to answer for his activity. Every action made during his tenure. The ill-will and the breaches of trust. The misuse of office and the corrupt activities done in broad daylight. As he was willing to trade the White House and Congress for some sweet dollars. That was his game. At the same time galvanise his supporters with White Supremacy and racist policies, which needs to be addressed now. Because, some of them will be a brunt on families for generations. Where the kids and parents are lost from each other and cannot live life together. That is all because of what Trump ordered and did.

As President, he was responsible for this. That is his legacy of how he treated people. How a President picked business interests over people’s security to have heath care insurance. That is the sort of man he is. If he has a heart? It is either for money or maybe Ivanka. The rest can sail their own boat. The people is useful to cheer him up, but can drown for all he cares. He wants titles and glories.

He can send the army and brutalize citizens for doing their legal duty of demonstrating. The man can use his office to dismantle and destroy people’s lives, because there is a buck for him in the end. That is the legacy of Trump. He is willing to trade lives over profit. Use foreign operatives to win elections and obstruct justice to overcome litigations.

This is why he needs to answer in the Courts of Law. That is why he needs to spend time to address petitions and cases pending. Why he needs to address the possible tax evasion, wire-fraud and whatever else awaiting him in the courts. Plus a possible of other investigations happening after his time in office. Because, that would be healthy and this time around he cannot block witnesses from testifying. Which he has done deliberately while he was in office.

President Trump doesn’t deserve to pardoned. If he gets pardoned, then you have forgotten about the kids in cages and the Zero Tolerance Policy. A policy he accepted and vouched for. Where he gave no mercy to asylum seekers. The same no mercy he deserves, as he enters the Courts of Law. That is justified and this man doesn’t deserve a bargain. He acted with haste to put other people’s lives in danger. It is time that he answers for that and also pays the price for doing so. Peace.
