When Cabinet Secretary of Interior Joseph Ole Nkaissery, the whole timeline and acts of his last day went silent. Nevertheless, before the smoke from the fire settled the Jubilee government had his successor Dr. Fred Matiang’i was on the doorsteps proudly presented before even the President and his deputy had visited, paid dues or showed respect to the late people’s families.
Now again, the sinister acts are approaching, as ICT Manager in the IEBC Chris Msando, who went missing and suddenly ended in the morgue, with no one seeing, hearing or recollecting anything of the foul acts against him. His car were left behind in another part of town and his body was taken from the forest to City Mortuary, without anyone seeing it or registering it.
Therefore, this weekend from Friday, he went missing and no one knew anything. Saturday night his car was found in Roysambu ward in Karasani, Nairobi. While his body Kikuyu, Kiambe, which is another part town before suddenly with the wind taken to the Mortuary without any trace. On Monday, the revelation of his body and his possible became known, as he was even missing an arm and proof of struggle. Certainly, someone wished upon the ICT man a painful death.
We can just imagine and wonder what is the next sinister move from these ruthless and reckless individuals, who secretly and in the dark kills top officials? Since both Nkaissery and Msando went away very fast. Whatever happened at Bomas the night of the late CS have not been revealed yet and neither has the cameras following the Land Rover of Msando during this weekend. The questionable assassinations of these individuals, together with previous extra-judicial killings, really spark a fire in the dire need valuating human lives. Since it seems so easy to get rid of top-officials while the criminals are roaming the streets.
There will be many more pressers, more statements and more allegations, as the collateral damage, the sad life of Caro Ngumbu a resident of Kiambu, this was the unknown killed woman beside Msando. It is just a tragic loss of yet another life; another person lost her time, because of someone’s will extend power by any means. The officials are to intimidate and take control of certain aspects before the election.
Either the killing of Nkaissery, is to have a loyal and puppet in control of the security. So that the military and police can act as they please, instead of the hardheaded orders of Nkaissery. Who would use all means and use the methods he saw fit for control and not let the security organizations control him.
That raises the question as if it are planning to rig the election and the electronic or digital voting system that Msando put in place. Therefore, to be able to rig it now and if they wanted to change the formula in time, they had to silence and get rid of him. Since he was the brain behind the KIEMs and wanted to make sure, no dead person could vote or no one could vote twice. If they did not fear his system or approach and could interfere, they would have let the man be.
The possible breaches of the system is there, the lack of trust between opposition and many voters are apparent. Because they see the death and the silence of the government on these matters. The unresolved cold-cases of extra-judicial killings, which are killing-spree for go-lucky assassins.
The international condemnation are just another statute, that does not solve anything, unless Scotland and the FBI or any sort Interpol actually must up some people investigating these sinister crimes. Since the Police Service of Kenya, are letting them go, because they fear what they will find.
There is smoke and there is fire. What the investigators will find and what the cause of the matter, other than intimidation and control of the ICT at the IEBC at a crucial time before the General Election. Who knows what more is hidden in the shadows, I do not know, but with certainty that it is more than meet the eye. The same feeling I had when Nkaissery went as well, since his pivotal role was suddenly diminished and with no forewarning.
There is just a week until the polls, but the questions might not be answered until long after the ballots are cast. However, what is needed is reassurance and reflections of the dire situation, where high-ranking state officials die with clear answers to their demise. Peace
“Ooh Lord, save our country Kenya from any violence” – PLO Lumumba
Again, a possible murder shocks the republic, this time the IEBC ICT Manager Chris Msando whose car were found last night at Roysambu ward of Karasani in Nairobi. While his remains was found in Kiambu and taken within dark, as the mutilated body, without an arm, was taken to the City Mortuary. Clearly, evidence of wishful killing of the former brains behind KIEMS within the IEBC.
“Chris Musando’s body has blunt injuries on the head; one arm broken in what could be a sign of torture. IEBC chair at the city mortuary” (Dennis Onsarigo, 31.07.2017).
I feared when the news of a female passenger on the Friday as the last time seen of the man, that he could end-up like Jacob Juma. Now with the time has passed and the weekend over. The remains of the man in the mortuary and those 12 hours or later after the revelation of the car. The sinister crime done to the IEBC Official is clear and the promises of questionable aftermath is most likely to happen. Since the criminals for other extra-judicial killings are still roaming the streets.
Just as the revelation appears, the IEBC are conducting tests of the system made by the deceased:
“The dry run by the electoral commission comes at a time when there is anxiety following the disappearance of ICT Manager Christopher Musando on Friday night. He is one of the few staff at the commission with knowledge on the location of ICT servers. Mr Musando, who is in charge of ICT systems and data centre support, was reported missing barely one week to the August 8 elections. He was recently appointed to act as the data centre and infrastructure manager and was last seen at the IEBC’s Anniversary Towers offices at 10pm on Friday. IEBC will use the Kiems kits to enhance the credibility of the results during the elections” (Owino, 2017).
So clearly, the vital part of the KIEMS is now gone and his knowledge of the system is lost with his remains. Who was captive and abducted, while his car were dispatched to another location and now the legacy of the KIEMS are in the hands of the IEBC. Certainly, all of this is suspicious. We don’t know anything of the female passenger, just like we didn’t know for weeks when it came to Jacob Juma. Therefore, history repeat itself. Just another name and another family who loses their loved ones overnight. No glory, no justice, just brutal death.
“Confirmed: Musando’s body was brought in on Saturday 11am by a Kiambu police officer who said he found the body in a forest” (Lord Mutai, 31.07.2017).
There is also reported that an unknown body of a another woman was delivered to the City Mortuary. These bodies we’re all found in Kikuyu, Kiambu. So there are lot’s of untold stories and also innocent lives taken away during the night. With no intelligence or information delivered to the Public. (Previously written two more dead bodies, one of the Lady Msando, that is verified and wrong, forgive me for writing wrong!). It was one more as collateral damage.
That it will be hard to trust the KIEMS and the dry runs when the head of the technology is no longer breathing is obvious. Since, someone had him in sights and wanted to him to release information vital to either tampering or guiding the programming. If not, they would let him live happily. So there unanswered questions, as yet another victim before the vital ballots are cast for either Jubilee or NASA. Certainly, the costs of lives and the price of the is elections are adding up in blood. No peaceful, not justified, brutal murder and final hours of CS Nkaissery and now Msando. Peace.
Owino, Samwel – ‘IEBC to test electronic results transmission from counties’ (31.07.2017) link: http://www.nation.co.ke/news/politics/IEBC-test-run-Kiems-results-transmission/1064-4039186-gdfpku/index.html
Suddenly a fellow tweeter released the pictures of the missing car of IEBC ICT Manager Chris Msando. Who had been supposed missing since early morning Saturday and last seen in the evening of Friday at Anniversary Tower at 10:00 AM on Friday. Mid-day Friday seen with a female passenger.
Now the car belong to him is found in Karasani and in the ward of Roysambu. Certainly, this can not be just barely luck, that is was so central and in such an area. That the authorities has to answer for this and also now start the search in the area for him. Even see if the phone can found near a cell-tower or anything. This is very suspect behavior. The authorities has to look into this.
Especially, since the IEBC and the whole Police Service was probing the matter. The Officers should look into it and if they are serious. Than, the victim and the one suddenly missing should resurface. Since the car suddenly came back into our lives. The Land Rover Discovery are now back, now it is just the person himself. The Tech genius inside the IEBC has to come back into the General Election. Since he has to be in Nairobi or somewhere close. Since his car is there.
Time will tell, but this story is not over. The Jubilee and Cambridge Analytica cannot help themselves. I was expecting another superhero with a Panga, not a car on the far-side of Thika Road. Peace.
Just as the drama continues called the General Election of 2017 and the 8th August polls in Kenya are getting closer. The drama continues, yesterday it was action-packed Sylvester Stallone character who forced himself in DP William Ruto’s estate with a panga, fought an Armored Personnel Carrier, started a gun-fight and was able to be hidden on the compound. While fighting security guards from GSU and also the possible specialist officers from Recce Squad. If it sounds benign and like a Statham action movie, it is because it is and both statements from IGP Joseph Boinnnet sounds unreal.
Therefore, as the 900,000 extra ballots are printed and the Jubilee Government needs some diversions, again a person is all of a sudden gone. This time the head of the different parts of the digital infrastructure of the General Election and a vital part of the Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC) ICT Manager Christopher (Chris) Msando, are just abducted and taken away on Friday night! Just days ahead of another election in Kenya. It seems weird how close and by what means that he is gone.
This was reported earlier today:
“Chris Msando, who is also acting ICT director, lives in Nyayo estate. He was last seen on Friday night, chairman Wafula Chebukati said in a statement on Sunday. “The last communication from him is an SMS sent to one of his colleagues at around 3am on Saturday morning,” Chebukati said. He added the content of the SMS suggested Msando was conscious and fully aware of his itinerary for the day” (Agutu & Nyaudi, 2017).
“EBC’s acting Director of ICT, Chris Msando, has been reported missing since Saturday. According to people in the organization, the acting director who stays in Nyayo Estate has been missing with no trace as to where he went or has been since yesterday. CID probe shows missing IEBC ICT manager last seen Friday 2.30am driving on Mombasa Rd accompanied by female passenger” (Udaku, 2017).
“Missing IEBC ICT deputy director Christopher Musando was last seen at Anniversary Towers at about 10pm on Friday, police say” (Kenya Citizen TV, 30.07.2017).
So the reports are steady, but is suspicious timing, as the ICT Official and head behind vital programs for safety of the digital polls are sudden gone away. This just a week ahead before the polls. This is showing the problems within the IEBC and the Jubilee Party. Because in May 2016, this was how it was described about Jacob Juma, just to remind yourself how history repeats itself!
“The police recently revealed that Jacob Juma was last seen with a female partner. Apparently, Juma had hosted the lady at his apartment in Westlands before dropping her in town at around 8pm. For obvious reasons, the police did not reveal the identity of the lady” (Ken, 2016).
“NAIROBI, Kenya, May 6 – Controversial businessman Jacob Juma was shot dead by gunmen while driving to his Karen home in Nairobi on Thursday night. Police say he was blocked and shot several times, but nothing was stolen from him, according to a report filed in the Occurrence Book at the Karen Police Station” (Capital FM, 2016).
So the similarities between the Chris Msando and Jacob Juma. We can hope that he isn’t an extra-judicial killing, because he didn’t want to deliver to the aspects of rigging that the central leadership of the IEBC wanted him to do. But the abduction and the responses from IEBC and the media has been alike. That is worrying. With the manner of the killings in Kenya. There are still no answers to what happen a Bomas when compared to the death of CS Joseph Nkaissery, that is still unanswered and not looked into.
So, today the alarm should ring, when the state and the Electoral Body comes with similar reports than to the ones who has already fallen. Not that I hope Msando is dead, but the possibility is there. Since Juma was seen with a lady and gotten killed. The same now happened with Msando. We know nothing about what happen at some point during the weekend. He was seen in town earlier in the day with a lady and in the evening at Anniversary Tower, than at Saturday Morning was the last SMS from Msando. So the timeline is there, but there are empty slots and the activity from early Saturday morning to Sunday is still unclear.
Therefore, the missing ICT Manager and IEBC Official who has lots of information on the digital polling and the digital ballots. This will be important when revealing the winner and the result of the votes in the coming days. Msando’s electoral system would be vital and the KIEMs system. You know it is serious when the two phone-lines of the man is missing together with his Land Rover Discovery. There is clearly someone trying to put him silent.
We will see where this goes, but this proves that Jubilee is putting up the ante for victory. Now even IEBC Official vital to the ballot exercise on the 8th August 2017 is missing, this happening days before it. Together with other acts of diversions. Since the ballot scandal of ordering 900,000 to many ballots and secondly, the secret military operations looming. Certainly, the Jubilee does whatever it can run government at any price. Time will tell how this saga goes… Peace.
