Sir Keir Stramer MP LoP letter to Lord Bew (06.11.2021)

“Business Secretary Kwasi Kwarteng has told Sky News that he does not “feel shame at all” and the vote was about “getting a system of fairness” after the vote to protect Conservative MP Owen Paterson from suspension for “repeatedly” breaching lobbying rules” (Sky News Breaking, 04.11.2021).
The Conservative Party is willing to rewrite and amend bills for their own kind. They are clearly willing to undermine the accountability and the efforts to corrupt Members of Parliament. As they yesterday saved one of their Owen Paterson. The MP can clearly embezzle funds and be reckless in office, while common folk be punished for stealing a can of beer.
There is now an acceptance, that if your ordained or anointed by the high powers. You can be guilty, be sanctioned and get punitive actions. However, these will not stand or be in effect, as the other majority MPs will salvage you hurt. They will save you from punishment. It doesn’t matter sort of crime or levels of corruption. No, if your one of them and an MP. Your place is solid, and you can run away from emptying the coffers of a bank. That is what is at stake and offered to the high-ranking gentlemen of Parliament.
We now know that the Tories doesn’t mind have greedy guts and people shuffling money under the table to secure favourable legislation or agreements. As these MPs are the regulators and the ones securing the marketplace for any sort of business. It will be beneficial to lobby and pay a handsome sum of cash to one of them. Maybe even more… just to have a majority and secure the rules and regulations are all made to fit the business model of current time or adjust it a little. Just to make it a little more profitable.
The Tories have practically changed the rulebook for themselves. They have given new instructions to the referee after the player was sent out of the pitch after a red card. Instead of the man taking the punishment. The Tories revised the rules and allowed the player to play on. That is what the Tories have done yesterday and it’s a disgrace.
The punishment itself was a softie. It was a 30-day suspension and for someone who is earning fortunes on lobbying. This would just be a knock on the wrist. Not like this man would feel it and he could be on a beach in Bahamas or British Virgin Islands for that matter. However, they needed to revise the rulebook to fit to his actions.
The MPs aren’t that wise for doing this. Because, why should the commoner and the civilian follow laws? When their representatives are corrupt hacks? Why should the citizens care about rules and regulations? When the only they need to do is to become an MP to get away jail free card. That is what is offered here and it’s evident too.
Why should the people care about rules and laws, when the legislators don’t? When the MPs are signing them off and letting themselves of the hook? That is how things look like now and the Tories are group of corrupt individuals who shields their own.
A civilian and a citizen would never be able to do this. The citizen would either be fined, get punitive actions or be indicted by the authorities. There would be no change in legislation or rules to save the commoner. The person in question would feel the blunt force of the state and righteously so.
Therefore, the Tories rather want to be perceived as a corrupt group of crooks who defends their own like a gang or a mob. There is no difference between them and a den of thieves. The only difference is the dapper titles and the fancy suits. The rest is all the same and the blimey excuses too. Peace.

I find it insulting that such a failure of Health Secretary and a Conservative Party hack, Matt Hancock is appointed as the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa as the Special Representative for Financial Innovation and Climate Change. I don’t understand how he even got there. Because, his a failure at home and was sacked for a reason.
Just these days it’s revealed that his time in office, as the Health Secretary was shambolic. That they didn’t act properly in concern to the global pandemic. We already knew that something was up. When he gave tenders to his side-dish’s brother. This man is willing to do anything. The NHS wasn’t strengthen during his tenure, but instead weaken. Hancock wasn’t the proof of a certified statesman, but a hack and Boris Johnson loyalist. That’s why he was shielded. Even when he was inept and didn’t have the ability to govern.
What is the most insulting is that this is revealed as a reason for his appointment: “Under-secretary general of the UN stating that appointment given “on the back of success on the UK’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic”. This man gets rewarded for his lack of action, which costs thousands of people’s lives. When he was in-charge of the NHS and was the Health Secretary. He let the United Kingdom down. The man wasn’t prepared and didn’t do things properly. That sort of a man is for some reason fit for a Special Representative role in the UN now.
The UN isn’t appointing the brightest minds anymore, neither the ones who has achieved anything in their respective field. No, they are appointing someone who is willing to cheat and lie to the general public. A man who hasn’t taken responsibility for his time in office. That this man is supposed to help the recovery of COVID on the African continent is insulting and infuriating.
How can a man who mismanaged and was inept at home be useful across the continent? Someone who didn’t do his duty or help the ones in need. How is this man suitable or even qualified to do so?
That’s what boggles me. He presided over one of the worst public health failures in modern time. Hancock didn’t do his job and was only sacked for not keeping his pecker in order. He was shielded by the PM, because if your loyal to him. You can do everything you want in office. That’s why he could fail the people and not react properly to the pandemic.
This is why this man isn’t fit or have the ability to run for this office. To further insult with this one. He was one of the Ministers who helped to block international efforts to allow low and middle-income countries to produce their own COVID-19 Vaccine. In which has caused more death and devastation world-wide. Now, this man will clean up this mess, which he partially participated in and only gave donations through COVAX programme. When several of states wanted produce or be able to procure on their own. Therefore, this man is so not fit for this role.
Matt Hancock is inept and unqualified. He proved that with his tenure at home. When he could be so unsuccessful and manage such a travesty of results in the United Kingdom. That man has nothing to help or do on the African continent. This is just an easy pay-check after the utter disgraceful failure he had at home.
This man couldn’t even care or save the lives of the elderly at the care homes. How will this man serve another continent? If you wonder if something is wrong in the UN. The first thing you can point at is Hancock. He shouldn’t even be there and the continent has certainly more qualified people to handle the issues themselves. The continent is filled with educated and experienced people in this field. So, the UN could have sought the African Union and other Multi-National Bodies for a eligible person for this role. Alas, that didn’t happen and its a disgrace.
The UN is supposed to be better than this. His a hack and not fit for the job. Unless, they are happy with a man who thinks more about his pecker, than about his actual mandate or duties. Peace.

“Some people who have been writing to me maybe worried about this, but I’m not worried about this because, actually, I think it will be good for their businesses to invest in people” – Prime Minister Boris Johnson (05.10.2021)
In these troubling times it is evident that Tories leader and Prime Minister Boris Johnson is just a loudmouth and a populist. Who happens to run an inept and incompetent government. Nothing is ever prepared and the faults are always someone else. There is rage and bitterness.
Heck, the government have gotten all the warnings, by not only “project fear” but also the “Operation Yellowhammer”. In combination with industries already screaming out of possible troubles ahead and lacking preparations for the new procedures. The state has still pushed the message of a “oven-ready” Brexit. Said it would all be a prosperous time and when you enter the cabinet. Suddenly magical “Narnia” would appear in-front of your eyes and you would be sovereign in adventure land.
However, that notion and dream is shattered. By rotten fish, empty tanks and empty shelves. The Tories cannot even fix a major VISA programme for the HGV drivers. Boris Johnson says the problem will fix itself. Just like the burning of pigs, because there isn’t enough qualified people to slaughter them.
There is just an endless mess. Populist politicians have either become stranded in their cars searching for petrol. If not gotten their car damaged in a round-about too. There is just such mirages of daily events happening to the voices of this mess too. However, they will claim this is happening for another reason.
The UK have spats over fishing rights France. The Jersey Islands in the Channel might loose their electric. While the prices and inflation is souring. The government and the PM is down-playing it all, saying it is the global market and such which is the reason. However, it is not like there is shortages of goods across Europe. Yes, not a massive of amount of HGV drivers, but they are not returning to the UK either from Europe.
Boris Johnson is all hubris. He can lie and play around. Make funny videos of eating British food and toying around the issues of the day. Still, this doesn’t solve the lack of petrol in Bristol, Birmingham or Stockport for that matter. The soldier participating in doing is only patching the hurt, as thousands of drivers are missing.
The PM have forgotten a key detail to a reform change. To know the results and the aftermath of the actual reform. Secondly, to actually consider the reactions and causes it may have. In such a way that the government and departments are prepared and has methods to fix up-coming issues. The bureaucracy have even trained and simulated the possible outcomes. This is done so they are mentally and strategically ready for whatever come out of the reform. That will all be dropped in white-paper and be discussed in Parliament. Therefore, the House of Commons and Lords can discuss the ramifications and possible modifications ahead of it all.
That is how to prepare for things. The “oven-ready” withdrawal agreement was just another lie. Boris Johnson didn’t prepare anyone. Neither did he take any of the warnings and even with the worst case scenario of “Operation Yellowhammer” is happening so everyone can see. That must be humiliating, but he will not humble himself in this defeat. He hopes like all other scandals… that this will just go away and people forget it. This is why Johnson can be so nonchalant, because it has no costs to him.
Yes, there is an outcry and people are suffering in various of ways. There is talks of rations of various of goods, produce and petrol. As long as the standstill and lack of progress in logistics or haulage is there. Brexit has clearly shown that the Empire is over and they cannot even fix the basics.
They have voted for a pompous populist who isn’t serving the public. He prefers empty slogans and publicity stunts. What he will not do is to actually work and secure the citizens what they need. This is happening because of arrogance and lack of understanding to the “third country” paradigm with leaving the European Union. Also, not to forget how the government and authorities of Calais did the HGV drivers dirty last Christmas.
The PM and his people thinks people forget that quickly. Now people are seeing the results of the reform or the referendum. They have been lied to all along and promised a fairytale. Instead it is ending in tragic nightmare created by Whitehall and Downing Street. Now the people have to live in it and the PM is downplaying it. The same does the whole party and they are just saying: “it will be fixed eventually”.
However, eventually doesn’t help the man trying to get to the office. Neither does it help the ambulance or any other civil service member who needs a vehicle in their job. They need the petrol and need it to be able to function in their “duty”. Therefore, the PM is negligent of his job and not doing what he supposed to do. This is just tragic and reckless. Peace.

“The long bad dream of our EU membership is over. The British renaissance has begun” – Lord Frost:
In 2019 and before the referendum in 2016 the Tories promised everything to run smooth. Heck, they said everything would be better than how things were. The Tories said they would prosper and get better deals. The trading would go smoothly and the red-tape would go missing. The bureaucrats of Brussels would loose their power and London would control all aspects. However, the Brexit has trashed this.
The process and the manner of which the Withdrawal Agreement was put forward in combination of the snap election in the middle of it. The Tories mashed things up and the ones looking back can see that the Tories did some real shoddy work. The Department for Exiting the European Union (DEXEU) and it’s ministers. The negotiations and the way it all transpired we all could foresee the end-game.
The Tories however continued to promise a smooth and operational change. Now that Brexit Day has arrived and the Kingdom has prospered since. We are as outsiders are seeing the results. The remainers and “project fear” was right. They knew this could happen. So many industries have been touched, importers struggles, financial institutions has moved Ireland and others has too. Not been much news of investments or industrial prosperity since Brexit days.
We are seeing pictures and hearing how the Supermarkets lacks produce and products. Petrol stations are without petrol. The UK lacks HGV drivers. Fish and Seafood is rotting in the ports. Fisheries have been closed for the fishermen and vessels cannot go outside out the territory to fish like before in EU territory. The Tories have failed people, again and again.
The Tories are only offering temporary relief and clearly not fixing the major issues. They will continue to sloganeer. The various industries will hopefully drop papers on their misgivings and troubles, which is caused by Brexit. Where they show the losses and costs of operations due to the Brexit.
We all know that and that’s part of the process. The Tories should shield the responsibility and be accountable. As they ushered it in and thrived on it. For years they have built the Brexiteers and their inept ministers. The state was clearly not prepared or had it’s ducks in order. That why all aspects been so painful.
Boris Johnson and his ministers cannot run away from this. Even though they are trying to dismiss or act like its something else that caused this. They know the warning signs and they went ahead anyway. Now the living in the UK have to live with the consequences. That’s why Lord Frost is selling petrol shortages as renaissance, which is staggering. Maybe he should have negotiated better terms, but that’s to much to ask in hindsight. Lord Frost can always point back at the times of Michael Gove who got stripped as the negotiator and got another role in the government.
The UK can expect higher prices, lack of things since the supply-chain is constrained and there is no end in sight for this. It is not like this will turn better now. Brexit is a shambles and the ones who was in-charges was clearly incompetent. If they had any sort of idea or foresight they would have tried harder, but in 2019 the Tories promised an “Oven-Ready” Brexit.
The oven-ready is as rotten as the fish in the ports, which never got sold as anticipated. The meal was prepared, but no one to eat it. Let behind in storage and the logistics couldn’t handle it either. That is the metaphor of the failure. Just like the bus could have been mocked. The Tories needs guidance and change their approach. However, they have to live this one out, because they invested so much into it. Their political careers will be forever marked by this. For many this is making daily hectic and they wouldn’t care about these career politicians.
What we do know is that the army cannot save this and who knew soldiers have to possibly save Christmas. Instead of preparing for possible peacekeeping operations or keeping the territory safe from invaders. No, the army has to secure you have petrol to get to work. That’s the British Renaissance Lord Frost is delivering to you. Peace.

Today the National Federation of Fisherman’s Organisations (NFFO) took stock of the consequences of Brexit in concern to fishing. This is a paper made to show the results for the Fisheries, Fish-Farms and the whole industry as a whole. The promises made is clearly never kept and made out of thin sky. The reported was called: “BREXIT BALANCE SHEET – A report for the NFFO by Gary Taylor, former DEFRA lead fisheries negotiator” (30.09.2021). This report is the numbers I am stating as fact. Since this is directly from the industry itself and it’s grim.
NFFO would unleash this paper or report. If not to show the numbers and the wastage of the whole system. We have already seen reports and worries from parts of the industry earlier in the year. This being the Scottish Fishing Industry and Shell-Fish Farmers as well. These has stated losses and struggled to trade with Europe, which has been their main customers. This is why this report will state the totality and it’s telling a tale that needs to be told.
Barrie Deas, the Chief Executive of the NFFO writes this in the introduction: “The assessment shows that there are very few winners and a great many losers. Gary Taylor’s analysis suggests that the bulk of the UK fishing fleet is on a trajectory to incur losses amounting to £64 million or more per year, with a total loss in excess of £300 million by 2026, unless changes are secured through international fisheries negotiation” (Brexit Balance Sheet, 2021).
We are seeing a massive loss of funds, lots of British Pound Sterling, which is never earned because of the Brexit. The industry is missing out on opportunities and markets, because of the act as a “sovereign” instead of being part of the common market in the European Union.
The technical reasons are explained in the report, but the gist is this:
“The reasons for this deficit lie with:
• The terms of the TCA agreed with the EU
• The impacts of increased red tape and obstacles to trade in fisheries products
• The lack of satisfactory outcomes for UK vessels that target non-quota species and
which will be at a disadvantage as a result of the terms of the TCA
• The failure to reach annual agreements with Norway, the Faroe Islands, Greenland or
Iceland” (Brexit Balance Sheet, 2021).
Here we are seeing the details who is a gist, but they says a lot still about the lack of care or concern for the industry by the government. They have not made sure with a deal, which would have made a better impact in the TCA. Secondly, the Industry has lost a lot, because of the Third Country status and being out of the Common Market. Final and third is the lack of agreements with Norway, Faroe Islands, Greenland or Iceland. That says it all really…
Not only has the Tories and Boris Johnson given the fisheries a bad deal, they have double trouble with the trading agreements. The fisheries cannot fish in the seas, which they have shared with other sovereigns. That was a part of the common market and made it possible for vessels to fish there. Alas, the state has not only bitten the hand that feeds it, but has double crossed it. There so many elements, which the state haven’t delivered for the fishermen.
The Tories didn’t even give them bait or a hook. There are not even allowed to get those seas for certain fishermen. That says it all about the lack of care or concern in this regard. Because, the Tories promised total victory and surpluses. Instead they have delivered heavy losses and more expenses for the companies trading seafood. That says it all.
This is why fish has rotten in ports, instead of being served on plates. Peace.

“The driver shortage has resulted in a dependence on agency and particularly foreign drivers that goes beyond what is needed to cope with seasonal variations and is now necessary to sustain normal operation. The dependence on agency staff means that operators in the sector are probably not investing enough in their staff. We think this creates two risks that need to be managed. First, if the UK becomes relatively less attractive as a place for foreign drivers to work, as it may do as the consequences of Brexit play out, the shortage could become much more acute, possibly quite rapidly. Second, the longer-term sustainability of the UK’s road haulage sector could be undermined if there is not a steady stream of people through the sector gaining the skills and experience that they need to become transport managers and operators” (…) “Both the industry and Government have taken steps to address the shortage. None of these are on a scale likely to deliver the number of drivers needed. The road haulage sector, supported by the Government, needs to take further steps to:
meet any shortage and reduce dependence on foreign drivers (about 60,000 drivers);
meet any predicted growth in demand; and
deal with the demographic time-bomb (about 75,000 drivers by 2020)” (Parliament.uk – ‘Skills and workforce planning in the road haulage sector’ 27.07.2016).
Sometimes you wonder if the Tories and the Cabinet Secretaries are so forgetful. You can wonder, if they care about warnings and red signs. The Brexit referendum would clearly target the haulage industry. As it is dependent on European Union citizens with license and ability to drive heavy-goods driver (HGV).
The Tories have offered a three month visa parley to everyone they sent packing after the Brexit was issued. The European Union Haulage Unions have dismissed this offer. They are saying they can easily be used, but sent straight back without any consideration for work. Therefore, the EU HGV drivers will not return to save Christmas in the United Kingdom.
Yes, the government gave this “amnesty” or ability during the weekend. At the same time it has put in regulations that all vehicles and lorries who is going into EU from the UK has to take-off their stickers with GB and change that to UK. That is actually something they have done. Just like changing colour on the passport. It is symbolic changes, but not what industries need in these dire times.
The Tories and the Downing Street needs to focus on. They are not securing the livelihoods of the HGV drivers. Neither has it made efforts or done anything for the foreseeable future. They are instead trying to patch up the hurt without any real reform for the transport sector. Which is needed to cope with the lack of trained personnel, salaries or even long-term prospects to work in the haulage industry.
The UK needs the EU HGV drivers to be able to cope. That is why we are seeing again the possibility of the army to do logistics in the Kingdom. Since, the Tories haven’t secured or made it possible for others to cover needs, which is clearly there. The Tories cannot even come with sound judgement or policies, which will make it feasible for the grandstanding departure of previous drivers to return. These will not return when they are getting pennies on the pound and working in crappy conditions while staying in UK. It is not like Boris Johnson or any of his cadre will humiliate themselves in the same regard. No, they rather spend vacations in Caribbean and hope someone else fixes the problems they created.
The Tories haven’t secure the basics. That’s why the supermarkets lacks produce and commodities, why farmers lack’s personnel to pick and secure their produce to market and finally lack of drivers to deliver the needed things across the Kingdom. The Tories haven’t given incentives or prospects for anyone then themselves.
The lack of drivers isn’t only the fault of Brexit alone. It is a systemic fault of a incompetent government. Who is all about publicity, but not about proper policies. This is why it is happening. The fuel-shortage and the empty shelves in the supermarkets says it all. It is not the fault of the public, but the politicians that promised heaven. However, they haven’t delivered the golden gates, but instead showed a little piece of hell.
Kudos to the Tories for failing in such a manner. They will blame anyone else and even say it’s the public own faults for buying petrol. The Tories will go after the companies itself, than look into own misgivings. Because that’s what they do.
What is extra tragic here is that they knew this could be amplified and gotten worse by the efforts of Brexit. However, the state didn’t act upon or take in-consideration the needs of the haulage industry. Therefore, the Tories who was in power the whole time could have made things possible, but clearly they never did. Peace.
