Opinion: AG William Barr is a dictator’s wet dream

Do you need someone to defend the indefensible and who doesn’t care to carry your load? Then you should hire a guy like Attorney General of the Unites States of America, William Barr. He is ready, locked and loaded. This man will tell stories, ensure you deeds goes unpunished and go after your enemies.

AG Barr will lie, in a fashion and manner like no other. He will create crimes, enemies and means to use force on civilians. Will claim usage of weapons, tear-gas or others are not a way to take away the constitutional rights to demonstrate. Neither is the misuse of it for a photo-op for the President either.

To take a political stance on the Mueller Report and investigation. Do what you can to favour the felons, the ones who lied to Congress and to the FBI free. Is fine, as long as these are loyal allies of the President. However, if they have turned on the President, then you use the full force of the law to make things hectic for them. Alas, that is what water-boys does for their Quarterbacks.

AG Barr will weaponize the Department of Justice to pursuit all means, close investigations, fire state attorney generals and make lenient charges on people who caused harm to democracy, to trade secrets and intelligence with foreign powers; and obstructed justice. That is all fine, as long as these men are loyal to the President.

This is just what any dictator in their right minds want to have. A buddy, a comrade in arms and someone who is acting as their lawyer. Using the state and its monopoly of rule of law to bring the enemies of the President to the Courts. To use the maligned Court system to criminalize the opponents and strike with vengeance filled fury.

AG Barr can ensure the public is feeling the pain for demonstrations. That there are no legal trouble for the state to send armed mobs to Portland and elsewhere. To ensure ICE can easily breach the peace to take students into vans and other immigrants. AG Barr will secure everything and doesn’t mind by showing loyalty to the President.

The AG will do whatever, even if it breaches the laws and the constitution. Barr will pursuit the needs of the President and not act independent from him. His just waiting to waggle his tail and bark the orders his getting.

President Trump must be proud, he finally found someone so loyal that he will break laws and do impeachable offences in office. AG Barr will destroy his whole legacy and his name, because the President tells him too.

Who knew that Trump had the ability to pick a man like this after having two Attorney Generals. He needed two more before he found his perfect partner in crime. A man who has no scruples and heart, a man who will use his office to defend and use the state to secure his allies. Instead of using the Department of Justice for its purpose.

It has become evident. It has become clear. To think otherwise is stupid and AG Barr is being a dictators wet dream. He will do whatever the President needs … and doesn’t care how he double-cross his past behaviour. It doesn’t matter if it is destroying the rule of law in the mercy of the President. That is the sort of man Barr is and this is legacy. The man must be so proud, that is how he will be remembered.

Plus he support police brutality, accepts foreign interference in elections and weaponize the Department of Justice in favour of the President’s Men like Paul Manafort and Roger Stone. This man would trade his heart to serve the President, at least that is how it looks and his name is tainted forever. Peace.

Opinion: Dave Chappelle’s ‘8:46’ is what we needed right now

Comedian Dave Chappelle has always been hard-hitting and critical of the times his living in. The ones who has been following him and his stand-up, his career on TV and so fourth. Knows that this man has no filter. He can use words, describe the reality and be direct about everything between the moon and the nearest McDonald’s. That’s what Dave Chappelle does with a grin on his face.

That is why with the surprise special 8:46 the comedian didn’t only show his skill as comedian. He showed how he could catch the pulse, the nerve and hardbreaking realities of our times. Maybe his not using the stage in a pitch perfect manner. Maybe he didn’t use PG13 words, but he spoke the truth. He broke the peace for a moment to reflect, to inject some words, which more powerful. This is not because of the man he is, but because he can tell a tale. He can narrate and he can explain himself.

The tone was harsh, the way he conducted himself wasn’t as easy nor gibbering like his known for. However, the need for this sombre and the anger expressed is what the world needs to see. They need the voice of reason from a comedian. When the President, when the White House and when the elected leadership cannot offer it. If the comedian had more time, he could have consoled a few souls and helped them to deal with their grief.

There was no time for that. Yes, he pointed out a few people. In my view that was only right for him. As he wanted to address both Don Lemon and Candance Owens. I don’t blame him for that. The stories of how the lives are taken and not counted for, just lost in the waves and the news cycles is more baring of our losses. Of how we as humanity haven’t grasped or seen the devastation and oppression. It have been forgotten as a new victim appear and the former police brutality victim get dim by the hour. This sort of explanation and wording is what we need. We need to be reminded. Not to forget all the ones whose losing their lives, as they are just citizens who meets the hand of injustice.

Dave Chappelle is an OG now. He don’t have to do this. However, he did and used the platform he have to enlighten and to entertain. Even if his voice, his demean or wasn’t his usual self. While I am saying that. I am happy he wasn’t because then it wouldn’t be him. This was genuine, this was all him.

His heart, his way of saying these things. Was just what the world needed. No one else could have dropped this piece, this gem and this sort of surprise to the world. It’s raw, brutal and not for Comedy Central nor HBO. This was direct to DVD, the straight to stream. Where it was intended to be.

Some people are searching for perfection and for the Teleprompter speeches. That’s not real, but a scripted reality. We don’t need that, but we need the raw emotion, the hurt and the anger to see the wrongs of the world. Also to be able to stretch our hands and make a difference together. To get a deeper understanding and a vision of the hurt others have. We cannot get that, unless its told. That’s what happened here and hopefully more people opens their eyes and see it.

This is the sort of reminder, the ones who doesn’t watch news or even understand the deep anger within the Black Lives Matter (BLM) Movement stems from. Dave Chappelle express it perfectly and to a T. That’s why recommend everyone to watch this piece from him. There wouldn’t be anyone better to say and to address this than him.

The Dark-Side of the British Empire: Revived with tearing down the Colston statute

“That statue is now under water, which is a piece of historical irony because undoubtedly people would’ve been thrown off the sides of the ships during that journey and there would be many African bodies on the bottom of the water” – Bristol Mayor Marvin Rees

There are certain aspects that remains, the legacy of the British Empire and the role United Kingdom played in the world. It is not the “free world” was that free, neither has the way the United Kingdom gotten wealth been the most humanitarian nor righteous. The United Kingdom wealth came from thieving, looting, destroying and conquering huge parts of planet earth.

That several of person used their station, their lives and their missions in destroying humanity for profit isn’t surprising. One of these fellows was Edward Colston. His legacy, which a vital part of the history of United Kingdom is filled with death, destruction and the despair. The damage and the hurt caused by men of Colston’s stature is hard for us to imagine. As he build his wealth and reputation around selling slaves, African slaves to Europe and the other colonies. The blood of Africans enriched this man.

The ones who wants to cherish this legacy because of his giving ways. That was tokens of silver coming from a man who sent thousands of innocent lives into the sea. A man who profited and worked with selling people like cattle. That is what he did and how he did it. Therefore, the ones brining it down. Only did a merciful thing and let drown like the man did several of unknown men, woman and children across the sea. Yes, vandalism isn’t a good thing, but neither is trading people like cattle. I prefer challenging the acts of betrayal of humanity over the destruction of monument of atrocities.

With that in mind. Here is some short clips of information on the man, that the Bristol City Council had made a statute and a plaque to commemorate, celebrate and have in the midst of the town. A man of such significance, that he was overlooking the town. Just read it and see for yourself.

Short history on Colston:

“Colston’s business empire at its height included more than 40 ships which in total are thought to have transported around 80,000 slaves. Around 20,000 slaves likely died during the Atlantic crossing on Colston’s ships. Colston eventually became deputy governor of the Royal African Company, an institution backed by Charles II that was granted a monopoly of the British slave trade. It was through this company that Bristol gained much wealth with Colston’s dealings contributing to Bristol becoming the hub of Britain’s slave trade. Later, Colston would come to directly deal with the royal family and sold stock in the Royal African Company to king William III. By the 1690s Colston ended his involvement in the slave trade and instead became a money lender, granting loans to the government on several occasions” (Epigram – ‘Histories of Bristol: Edward Colston’ 26.06.2018).

Maximizing space in the slave ships:

“To maximise profit, his ships divided their hulls into cramped holds, so they could transport as many slaves as possible. They were stripped and chained in leg irons – the women and children were caged separately and were frequently victims of sexual abuse. Unhygienic conditions, dehydration, dysentery, smallpox and scurvy meant mortality rates for the eight-week crossing were as high as 20 per cent. Slaves who died or refused to eat were thrown overboard” (Mike Gardner – ‘Edward Colston: The father of Bristol’s slave shame’17.06.2014).

So with that in mind and that perspective. It is easily to see that this man isn’t noble at all. His the soldier of fortune, his the merchant of death and so fourth. A slave trader and a man who had no scruples to ensure profits. This is the sort of man the United Kingdom trusted and appointed as part of the Royal African Company. Therefore, even as despicable as his actions was. They are connected with the whole United Kingdom. He served own interests by all accounts, but also directly as a public servant in the state owned enterprise.

That is why the Colston affair is a United Kingdom affair. It is darkness, the grim realities of the British Empire and how it brought wealth to the English people. This bloody enterprise earned him fortunes, glory and prestige. That is why the Bristol City Council at some point put up the statute, named a hall and schools after him. Because, in their eyes he was a noble man. Nevertheless, that doesn’t make it true, even if he used some of the spoils on some good causes. The business making it possible was devastating. 

Edward Colston was a merchant of death. That is the only way I can see it, maybe not with guns, but with the way he traded humans. This is the legacy he leaves behind. The charity that someone points out is pointless, as the blood-money used for good doesn’t equate the bad. The ones pointing at that does that to shift the narrative. Instead of looking at the core of his business model. A place where there are no redeeming factors. Only blood, sweet and tears.

Colston fate deserved this. The relic of a despicable enterprise should be destroyed. If not like Keir Stramer said that it could be put into a museum. As a poof and symbol of the slavery, which is a part of the history of United Kingdom. Therefore, it is not shielding it or forgetting it. However, not at the same time glorifying it and having it as a part of city life. It deserves to be put in a historical context at a museum. Because, the public should look up to heroes and not merchants death. Peace.

Opinion: The US better clean in-house [before it tries to become the “world police” again]

The United States has as long as I can remember, always tried to show the world the way and how to morally act. It was integral part of our lives, the US would come out with statements, issue sanctions and do it from a plateau of moral superiority combined with the political integrity it needed.

However, with the diplomatic wordings, the spectrum of power and the ideals has dwindled for every year. Also, in the 2020 and so on, the realities of what’s happening back-home is going viral world-wide. The whole world can see footage, see the violations and breeches of the authorities towards its citizens. Combined with the rhetoric and usage of power from the White House. There is no difference between President Trump and any “Strong-Man or “Big-Man” elsewhere.

The US has been the military power and the biggest armed force since the World World II. It has run the world with their arms and their trade. However, the power is shifting and the greatness is about fall. Also, the wheels of its morals and deprivation is also getting clear. The political finesse and skills towards having friendly relations is also dying. These sort of men who leads the US right now. Only segregate the US from the world, the world is getting further away and not getting closer. Soon people are more into Nollywood and Bollywood, than into Hollywood.

Well, the United States is falling and failing. It’s a Banana Republic with a President who doesn’t know the laws nor his role in-charge. His a racists prick in power of a multicultural Republic, which he cannot bath in his narcissists virtues of self glory.

The US is become distant, but also showing the world its ugly side. The extra judicial killings, the police brutality, racial discrimination and the abuse of minorities. That is the reality the world sees. The world see the way law enforce arrest, tear-gas and oppress demonstrators. The way the media is hurt, arrested and silenced. This is all going viral, all the hurt and the killings. The names of the deceased is released and their stories of their fatalities are told. The violations of international law and human rights violations is clear.

The lack of free speech, ability to assemble and so fourth, which is even enshrined in the US Constitution isn’t respected by the Trump Administration. The Trump Administration is even wanting more violence, using more force and wants to shoot at the civilians. That is the sort of leadership that is there.

With this sort of management. The US Administration and US Government better not tell any other Nation how to take care of their own and react to their dissidents. Because, the US better clean up shop and live up to their own ideals. Before they address any other nation. This isn’t the land of free, home of the brave. This the land of oppress and waiting for their early grave.

So, before the US State Department ever consider writing a statement, raising issues on demos and riots elsewhere. Remember this last two weeks. Remember how you conducted itself and the sort of hurt you managed to put on your own. This is all to act strong in Office, but the authorities are really weak. When you cannot manage to listen and understand the grief, the anger and pain, which the public is carrying. If they wasn’t carrying it like that. They wouldn’t be on the streets voicing it out in this manner.

Next time another Nation acts out and answer with violence towards the dissidents. United States of America do yourself a favour and listen to the advice of Jules from ‘Pulp Fiction’: “Shut the fuck up, fat man!”. Peace.

My Letter to President Trump: You could do better, but that’s not in you…

Dear Sir, His Excellency, Commander-in-Chief and President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump. This letter is to you.

Even if I know you won’t read this, because this will not be ass-kissing your royal highness and turpitude of your entitlement.

Let me first take a piece of what he said in a National Address yesterday:

“Today I have strongly recommended to every governor to deploy the National Guard in sufficient numbers that we dominate the streets, Mayors and governors must establish an overwhelming law-enforcement presence until the violence has been quelled. If a city or state refuses to take the actions that are necessary to defend the life and property of their residents, then I will deploy the United States military and quickly solve the problem for them” (Donald J. Trump, 01.06.2020).

You know Mr. President, your not for the people, their rights nor their needs to address the police brutality, the racial discrimination in society and extra judicial killings of the African American citizens. This is something you wouldn’t even consider in this minute or the little time your in office.

Instead your using the office of amplify the vast difference, your instead using force against your own and the citizens of the United States. Because you got no moral compass or understanding the anger, the desperation and the voiceless communities within the Republic.

It is not you Mr. President have done anything to help these people? Not like you have matched or made any programs to help the African American communities. No sir, you have made it worse during your time. Your paying the rich with vast tax-cuts, while the urban poverty is rising. This is all happening on your watch. People kicked of Medicare and Medicaid. That is the sort of man your are and where your heart lays.

Mr. President your acting like strong-man, but your sincerely weak. Are pussy with a gun, maybe not your own. Still, your armed guards, the army and police force is behind you. However, these people boost your ego, but your not a man to build anything. You only destroy and someone else got to rebuild after you. Because, you only had help from the mafia to build your Trump Tower. If it wasn’t for them, the builders wouldn’t have built your pride long-ago in New York City. However, that is water under the bridge now.

The words of Chomsky fits like glove. The police brutality, racial discrimination and the systematic marginalization of certain communities only boils down to this. It is the planned, seeking and securing the future of a selected group and not the whole mass of the population. Even using all means to undermine others. Mass incarceration and so fourth. The African Americans and other communities in America is hit hard, because the United States and the President let his happen.

Mr. President, you could change this. You could stop the deaths of innocent lives. Instead your ordering the army to the streets to quell demonstrations. Instead of listening to the pleas of your citizens. Your bringing tear-gas, rubber-bullets and hardships to your citizens.

You could have listen Mr. President, but that’s not you?

I know you got two ears, but we are only hearing your foul mouth and lack of tolerance for others than yourself. I know your one the side of White Supremacists and Alt-Right fringes. Your a man whose racists and your legislation says so. The weaponizing of ICE, border-wall and blocking of immigration says it all. So, its not like your the man for the minorities nor for the African American community. We know this Mr. President and you knows this as well.

That’s why your feeding your own base by beating down on the Black Lives Matter, just like you kicked at NFL and Colin Kaepernick for his taking the knee during the National Anthem. Because, in this sense, the African American cannot demonstrate. If they write, its tarnished, if they speak, it’s silenced and if they take a stand in public its wrong. Therefore, that community cannot win. However, the White Supremacist can walk with guns and stand by the chambers of powers without any issues. Do you see what you did there, Mr. President?

It is time for you to be a man. I knw your old and should be one already. However, your actions Mr. President. Is a self-serving son-of-a-bitch. Not of a man whose accountable and transparent, neither is that part of your Modus Operandi. You rather hide and later blow out steam. Your all big words, but no true guts. You cannot deal, but only break them. You cannot even pay for your rallies in towns and cover your bills.

Mr. President you should grow a pair of balls, but I think that is bit a late. The party is already thrown. You could show character and resilience, you could listen and take in the plight of the citizens who are on the streets. Who are part of the Nation, whose forgotten and whose easily taken away by the authorities. These are the ones who make America great, but you rather have your inner-circle on a Golf-Course. Because, your ego is so depleted, that it cannot see the greatness of the multi-cultural America.

You can swear on a bible, you can try to find your Second Corinthians and see if you get some knowledge. I know, even the words of the proverbs are to technical to fit your narrative. There are to many big-words and eternal knowledge for your mind. I am afraid, Mr. President that it would make your blood boil and also undress your ignorance.

Mr. President, your pathetic. Instead of being a leader, your the one whose losing a grip. Your sending the army against your own. Your causing more harm and wanting to go to war against your own. Was that an advice from Putin in your recent call? I wouldn’t be shocked, his your go-to-guy for advice.

Mr. President, you have forgotten your place, your role and your station. I didn’t expect you to manage this. You couldn’t even win, when you ran the house at two Casinos. It isn’t in you to win properly. You can license your name… but you cannot render any sort of trust at this point. Neither can you collect people together. Because, your dismissive of the tolls of people.

The only thing you have is guns, glamour and violence. State sponsored violence and despair of the innocent lives. Using lethal fire, using brutal means to silence their voices. That is why this is happening. It is blood on the streets and its on your watch.

Mr. President, you could do better, however, its not in you. You don’t have the moral nor the understanding to get it. You rather use guns and bracelets, instead of asking why and finding answers to their needs. That is beyond you, because that doesn’t help your selfish reasons for staying in office.

Nepotism103: Cutting Corners to keep the Family Close [Kushner-Ivanka Edition]

Well, over the recent day, there been news of a John Kelly of last year trying to stop the White House from giving Security Clearance to Jared Kushner, surely there would be speculations into the wife as well, Ivanka Trump, who is the daughter of the President, both who are in informal or non-specific roles in the Trump Administration. They are there, but not really there. Which makes the whole arrangement more hectic.

However, ever since winning the election, these two, the power-couple behind the President. Has lingered around him. Not that they have any expertise or knowledge in public administration. No, they are just relatives of the President and therefore, trusted counsel. They are not what you say, career civil servants nor been ideological driven to get the position they are in. It is not because of their education or their profession, they have no experience and no merits to prove their value. Therefore, only the blood-line and the relations are the reasons.

That is why it is even more striking, that the power-couple behind the President are under fire today again. Because of an issue that lasted so long. They went so long without proper security clearances. It is now proven that the President demanded the son-in-law to get the Top Secret Security Clearance, even if he could be compromised, lied about foreign communications and other forms, which is used to prove scrutiny and eligibility for security clearances in the White House. The same was done by his wife Ivanka, as she also had revise her forms and information to the officials for Security Clearance.

These two wouldn’t have gotten away with it, if they weren’t related with the President. The White House has already been in a hot mess of the Security Clearances, as there been plenty with interim security clearances and not gotten properly integrated and following protocol, as the staff is supposed to be clear and trustworthy of such. As they are keeping state secrets and ensuring the safety of the Republic. However, instead there been plenty of questionable behaviour and connections, that even the ones who was already flagged and in question got appointed with the likes of Gen. Michael Flynn.

What we have seen and read is yet another step of nepotism. Where the President has resident and ruled in favour of his family and his closest kin over the Republic. Where the President are ordering for his own sake and not for the safety of the Republic. That is why Security Clearance given to Jared Kushner is done in spite of the laws. The same can be said about the position and abilities Ivanka has too in the White House. They are there because of the President and nothing else.

This is what Tin-Pot dictators does. This is what autocrats and tyrants do, because they doesn’t trust anyone else than family. This is like the mafia and crime-families, this is not actions made by government or public administrations, which are taken serious. They would hire and appoint people of expertise and merits in the fields. Not hire family members and give them ultimate security clearances without having an official office or position in the Cabinet.

Instead, they are two internal satellites within the West Wing. Doing whatever they like, as their mission, their value to staff is bound by family loyalty and not by any ordinary function. They are not afraid of being fired or retired. The family will always take care of them. They are as thick as thieves and maybe they are. Since the investigations are following them and they have to answer for the public for the orders and the appointment of themselves. Since, it is a public administration and not a Sopranos. Feel me?

Kushner, explain yourself, why you revised your documents a million times, John Kelly didn’t advance you and later you still got clearance! Explain, also Mr. President explain that and why Ivanka got a vital role, when none is doing anything significant. Peace.

Opinion: Tomi Lahren is trolling and defending Trump by any means now!

If you have followed the Right Wing media in the United States, the key persons would be Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Bill O’Reilly or Alex Jones. But a person who is now as significant and whose a Fox News Contributor on the Sean Hannity Show is Tomi Lahren. She has gone from being a rising star on The Blaze which is run by Glenn Beck. After being fired for her pro-life admissions on the View, she became a slogan-queen on a Great American Alliance. From there she has become a part of Sean Hannity’s show. Therefore, the nonsense of her still matters. Because she is on the biggest news commentary show of the Right Wing and the Republican Party.

The Fox News are initially state TV at this point, where the Presidents agenda and wanting to defend him no matter what he do. Even stand by his conspiracies and his vicious attacks, even if there are no evidence or no basis for the matter. Like Tomi Lahren was during the Government Shutdown, blaming the Democrats for the shutdown. Tomi just did what the Republicans did too, hit that Narrative, even as the House of Representatives, Senate and the Presidency was run by Republican’s. It cannot be Democrats direct fault. Secondly, the negotiations had been hectic and the White House was running in circles. Therefore, even Senate leader Mitch McConnell wondered what Trump wanted. This proves that the stories portrayed from the State TV and Fox was fictitious.

That is the trouble I have with Tomi Lahren, her reality and the messages she sends often make no sense. She speaks of freedom of speech on her behalf and for the republicans. Republicans can march and can speak out, they can stand and use all methods to spread their message. However, when Beyonce or Colin Kaepernick did what they did for their causes. Then it was wrong, because Blue Lives Matter, not only Black Lives Matter. BLM has even called all sorts of things by Tomi, but she has not said similar about White Supremacists or addressed the Charlottesville attacks. That is because it is the right group who did violence, while peaceful protest done by leftist is wrong. Just like the Woman’s marches on the One Year Anniversary of Trump Presidency was also catching heat from Lahren. Because, if these was Tea-Party Woman, it would be cool, but since they addressed the womanizer-in-charge, the President and the #MeToo issue. To make their own messages and try to empower themselves in a time of harassment in working places. That has to be taken care of and warnings of misconduct should be taken serious. Instead, Lahren was mocking it and said these woman should do something else. Well, did she think her rights to her own body and allowing her to abort if she wants came without marches in America? Lahren needs to read a book on Woman’s Right in the US.

That means in general that she is demeaning the Freedom of Speech and of liberty. That only the narrative and stories, which matters, that is why it is tiring and that Lahren has gotten this prime-time spot and that Hannity has given her this slice of TV. A this point there is little difference between her and White House Counselor Kellyann Conway or White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders. All of them is spinning the same narratives, it just their titles and their positions. They are using the words, but all defending Trump by all means. Making his hypocritical acts and words into poetry. They are trying to make vomit into Shakespeare and hope people sees the same.

Fox News is state TV and its known. If you didn’t know. Now you do. To see how she makes everything leftist and using her voice to address people. Instead of building people up or using her voice for something positive. Since she actually has a stage. Lahren is using it to blame people for the Tide Pod Challenge and blaming the parents. Tomi could have listen and asked how this trend became a thing. But using it to make parents sensing the up-coming elections.

It is like, she can pin-point at anyone outside her camp. Blame them and throw trash at them. But if his master and the MAGA crowd is the trolls, the terrorists or the ones who creates the problem. She still deflects and blame the left. It is like no matter what President Trump does or have done. It is fine, but if Obama or Clinton did the same it would be full war. If Obama had paid porn-star and cheated on his wife. Lahren would have gone of the wires. Since Trump was having relations with Stormy Daniels. The RNC and the Republican Party hasn’t addressed this. All others has to fall on their swords when they do something like this or impeached, but Trump is the Holy Grail.

Tomi Lahren could have spread a positive message, she could have done that even inside the Right Wing. Not all there are hating on minorities, not everyone is playing games with people’s lives. Many do and many uses immigration and using taxes to take control. Like the RNC has done and proven how they uses meaningful government programs with humanity as bargain chips for a border-wall and other pledges of Trump. This is something Lahren knows, but still she defends it by all means.

Her last words are usually strong and fierce, but not facts. They are defending a narrative that isn’t building a United Republic. Instead, it is continuing to spread vile content. Is that the legacy and the words you will be remembered for? Is your fame and fortunes based on hatred and misuse of patriotism for one man and his selfish political position. Trump uses people and will use Fox News. He will use Sean Hannity and Alex Jones, they will be seen as cup-cakes and fear-mongers as they are. Even Tucker Carlson are looking more foolish as the days goes by. In the same box and inside the same sphere of influence is Lahren.

You could have used your position for something more fruitful. Not necessary a progressive aspect, but used it. So it made sense, not speaking of right wing agenda, family values and then defending cheating President. Not defending patriotism, but saying to the ones defending the real values smearing them with hatred. It so backwards into the future. However, we from the outside of America sees it. But you in the bubble cannot grasp it.

Lahren and the State TV has to look into their mirror and wonder if they become cyber- and broadcasting bullies with high-paid salaries sanctioned by Rupert Murdoch. We can wonder if that is the reason for the existence of the Fox TV Channel. The Broadcasting is becoming InfoWars and Breitbart, but with better lightning. Is that the memo we can take for this day and age?

Lahren, was this your destiny to defend a scrupulous man, which happen to be the President. Is that your motivation and aspiration. You have no true ethical and moral backbone, whatever he does or says, you will a story to defend it? Is that who you are?

So you will be blind to facts and science itself, to any common sense, as long as it fits the President? That is good to know, because if he back peddles, if he back-flips or even raises eyebrows for the Republican’s we will know. Because back in the day, he used to pay Democratic Politicians and use them for building his buildings. Therefore, his moral authority is non-existent, that is known for the rest of us. But not you.

ME: “So Tomi Lahren, will you take this President? Donald J. Trump, Honor him, bow down to him and as long as you can in your professional career. Stand by him and promote his ideas, in good and bad days, promote his disgusting and vicious believes, his attacks on his own institutions and family values. Will you be his propaganda tool?”

Opinion: US Code might allow the White House to Appoint Trump Family Members, but it’s doesn’t make it less questionable!

“3 U.S. Code § 105 – Assistance and services for the President: (e) Assistance and services authorized pursuant to this section to the President are authorized to be provided to the spouse of the President in connection with assistance provided by such spouse to the President in the discharge of the President’s duties and responsibilities. If the President does not have a spouse, such assistance and services may be provided for such purposes to a member of the President’s family whom the President designates” (Cornell Law School).

I don’t know about you, but it’s just one of these days, where you see entitlement in the New York Gang or the Trump Administration. This was made and prepared for the President Donald J. Trump, as he was swearing-in and starting his term. Because the Office of Government Ethics (OGE), who is in-charge of checking and making the sure the personnel and staff is following the codes and procedures for their roles in government. Seriously, the OGE Lawyer worked the laws in his favor, even when I struggle to see it. My first question after reading the US Code 105 Title 5(d), did the President loose his wife? Therefore, because of his tragic loss, he needed counsel from son-in-law Jared Kushner and oldest daughter Ivanka Trump inside the White House. How can you spell the code wrong, “If the President does not have a spouse”. True she was in New York the first months of the Presidency. Still, she was still his spouse, meaning that “he had”. But before I rant, take a look into key parts of the reasoning for the appointments of his family inside the White House!

“Section 3110 of title 5, also known as the anti-nepotism statute, states that “[a] public official may not appoint, employ, promote, advance, or advocate for appointment, employment, promotion, or advancement, in or to a civilian position in the agency in which he is serving or over which he exercises jurisdiction or control any individual who is a relative of the public official.” 5 U.S.C. § 3110(b). The statute expressly identifies the President as one of the “public official[s]” subject to the prohibition, and a son-in-law is a covered “relative.” Id. § 3110(a)(2), (a)(3). Moreover, under Article II of the Constitution, the President exercises “jurisdiction or control” over the White House Office as well as over the rest of the Executive Branch. See Myers v. United States, 272 U.S. 52, 163–64 (1926); Inspector General Legislation, 1 Op. O.L.C. 16, 17 (1977). Less certain is whether the White House Office is an “agency”—a term that section 3110 defines to include an “Executive agency,” thereby calling up the definition of “Executive agency” generally applicable to title 5, see 5 U.S.C. § 3110(a)(1)(A); id. § 105. But whether or not the White House Office meets this definition (a subject to which we will return in Part II, infra), we believe that the President’s special hiring authority in 3 U.S.C. § 105(a) permits him to make appointments to the White House Office that the anti-nepotism statute might otherwise forbid” (Koffsky, P:2, 2017).

“A President wanting a relative’s advice on governmental matters therefore has a choice: to seek that advice on an unofficial, ad hoc basis without conferring the status and imposing the responsibilities that accompany formal White House positions; or to appoint his relative to the White House under title 3 and subject him to substantial restrictions against conflicts of interest. Cf. AAPS, 997 F.2d at 911 n.10 (declining, after holding that the First Lady qualifies as a “full-time officer or employee” of the government under FACA, to decide her status under the conflict of interest statutes). In choosing his personal staff, the President enjoys an unusual degree of freedom, which Congress found suitable to the demands of his office. Any appointment to that staff, however, carries with it a set of legal restrictions, by which Congress has regulated and fenced in the conduct of federal officials” (Koffsky, P: 16-17, 2017).

I will not jumping jacks around this OGE Lawyer Koffsky, but office that is run by the President is an Executive Office, that issues Executive Orders and Executive Memorandums. That if followed by current law and within provisions within the state because legal and acts that all citizens has to follow. To subject the White House into a sublime role of the state is demeaning, even if he needs support of the branches of government like the Courts and Congress. But that doesn’t make the White House into a playhouse for playboy bunnies, its the place where executive orders and legal minds meet to determine the future of the Republic. It’s insulting that Koffsky is belittling the office and the White House, so it fits legally President role and his ability to appoint family members.

Yes, the President is allowed to seek advice and that ad-hock with family members. That is without doubt, but that is different ones in while speak with an uncle in Louisiana before making a decision that matters for both United States and the World itself. There is problematic to hire family into the White House, as their supposed restrictions and the boundaries of their roles. Since the family bond will not be cut, but be ever present in the decision making.

That Jared Kushner is a Public Official is clear with his title and responsibilities, as a Senior Advisor to the President, who is working on American Innovation, Peace in the Middle East and combating the Opioid crisis in the United States. Ivanka Trump is by title the Assistance to the President. Both of them has had a public role and been acting as Public Officials. They have been there, traveling with the President and even taking his place when he was tired or wanted to relax. Like Ivanka Trump did during the G-20 in July 2017, when the not-elected family member took the seat G20 Leaders Table. So her assistance goes further than ordinary public officials. Since, this sort of role would usually end on Secretary of State and the Vice-President. However, it isn’t the case in the matter of Trump Family.

“Enforcement. While the statutory language bars the appointment of relatives as well as the acceptance of such appointments, enforcement of the prohibition may be limited. The remedy expressly provided for violating this prohibition states that the appointed individual “is not entitled to pay, and money may not be paid from the Treasury as pay” for that person. The statute itself does not require nor does it provide expressly for removal of the individual from the federal civilian position. As noted above, the provision was directed at stopping the practice of placing relatives on the government payroll, and thus the law assures that a relative so appointed may not be paid from federal funds for any such service. The statute likewise does not provide a penalty for the public official who appointed the individual. However, it may be noted that for some rank-and-file positions, not of a confidential or policy making nature, the appointment of a relative may involve a “prohibited personnel practice” by the appointing official” (CRS Report & Analysis, 2016).

Here is another one giving leeway for the possible hiring of Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, that is if they are in their roles unpaid and with ranks. Even, that is an issue with the role of the Senior Advisor Kushner and all his positions, even the clearances he needs to be able to fulfill his duty at the White House. Ivanka has also been part of the close-knitted leadership of his fathers. She been part of meetings and such. So both of them has been have been close to confidential material most likely, as they work so close with their relative, the President.

Just like covered in People Magazine in January 2017: “Though Kushner’s appointment does not require Senate confirmation, it is a controversial one: Anti-nepotism laws forbid the hiring of relatives to Cabinet positions, but are less clear on whether they can be appointed to White House staff roles. In American history, anti-nepotism laws are actually a relatively recent development: They were put into place in 1967 by then-President Lyndon B. Johnson not long after one of his predecessor’s appointments raised eyebrows” (Pearl, 2017).

So even if the law and the Anti-nepotism law are put in place to accept family members in White House roles. Still, the nepotism is in full affect. There is no half-step on that. The United States should have a hard time accepting the appointment of Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump as Senior Advisor and Assistant to the President. All of this has entitled them and given them a special role in the Executive Office of the United States. What is clear by the U.S. Code 105, title 5(d) and will always stand out for the provision in the code that said this: “If the President does not have a spouse, such assistance and services may be provided for such purposes to a member of the President’s family whom the President designates”.

The President has a spouse, his third wife, Melanie, therefore he doe not need such assistance and services. Instead, they are using the titles in the anti-nepotism statutes, they can most likely not be as valuable as these words. However, Koffsky wrote this: “or to appoint his relative to the White House under title 3 and subject him to substantial restrictions against conflicts of interest”. These words are saying that its set substantial restrictions to the office, even as the President has let them be a vital part of his term, Kushner is nearly saving half of America and the Middle-East. Ivanka is publicly part abroad and in Washington. It’s not like they are restricted in that manner, but creating conflicts of interests. That should worry anyone caring about the honest of the public office.

Therefore it was striking what Jason Chafetz said in January 2017: “According to Josh Chafetz, a professor at Cornell Law School and an expert in constitutional law and legislative procedure, the White House is not regulated in the same way as other administrative agencies. “The bigger issue for the administration is not so much about the technical bounds of these nepotism laws, but it just looks bad,” Chafetz said. “I don’t think there’s anything legal that can be done in terms of the appointment. It just looks like there’s a pattern of cronyism that has emerged, especially in conjunction with the cabinet appointments.” (Delkic & Mallin, 2017).

Opinion: Fox News hired Tomi Lahren, because they needed another person to spin-news for Trump!

Fox News or Fox News Network are ready to become even more vigilant in their approach to news and to the principals of fun-loving non-facts driven President Donald J. Trump news-outlet. This is the reality after Fox News hired Tomi Lahren as a contributor at Sean Hannity. Sean Hannity is already one giant program made for the paradigm of fun-loving Trump. It’s only Fox & Friends that has as big man-crush on Trump. Now the former Super-PAC slogan queen Lahren has gone from the Trump Super-PAC ‘Great America Alliance, which is part of the Great America PAC.

Clearly, he final thoughts on the Blaze for Glenn Beck, which made the Blaze famous on Youtube helped her career. Even if she had to leave because of disgruntled case between former employee and the ethical code of the Blaze. The Conservative Media house couldn’t accept her belief and her Pro-Choice views. So it only took a few months from being fired and suing to become a contributor for Fox News.

As if she wouldn’t end at the Fox, she is like a younger Megyn Kelly, just with less intelligence and with mere facts. Tomi Lahren will continue to be the teleprompter and the angry voice of the right-wing paradigm at Fox. Surely, her parts of Sean Hannity will hit viral and make the show more popular. Especially, as her role will bring another bombshell into the screens.

That facts wouldn’t matter on the show, it is news-spin and state-TV for Trump. Both Hannity and Lahren will continue that. They have concern for the facts, it will be conservative TV fiction, even any HBO fiction show will have touch with reality, than the news and opinions spread by these two. These will surely just be there for the concern of Trump and spread his views on the cable-News channel.
