26th October Election: Surprise, Kenyatta was announced winner!

“99 problems, but a bitch ain’t one

If you’re havin’ girl problems, I feel bad for you, son

I got 99 problems, but a bitch ain’t one – hit me!

99 problems, but a bitch ain’t one

If you’re havin’ girl problems, I feel bad for you, son

I got 99 problems, but a bitch ain’t one” (Jay Z – ‘99 Problems’ of the Black Album, 2003).

Well, the day finally came, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) needed 4 days to count and rig the numbers to give the President some-sort of legitimacy. Even if the whole charade and the whole process is questionable. Nothing that Chairman Wafula Chebukati has done in October has been trustworthy, neither has any of the updates and counting of the votes. As well, as the turnout saga has been insane. There is nothing but 99 problems, but the turnout was one.

Uhuru Kenyatta, if he ordered it this way, he is a special kind of stupid. If he ordered it to be this way and to get this sort of a result. Than he is one of the 99 problems the IEBC had before and after the polls of 26th October. If you believe or as naive as you think this victory is credible. Then you are blind my friend. Just look at all the statements and official tweets inside the IEBC and you see their issues. The 26th October Election, just like the 8th August Election, should be nullified. The numbers are not trustworthy for the simple matter of the excessive boycott from the public. Therefore, the amount of voters of Kenyatta is insane.

So when Kenyatta proclaims this today:

“Fellow Kenyans, Here is the truth as recorded in our books. On August 8th, 15million Kenyans came out to vote. Of these 8.4 million Kenyans voted for me. On October 26th, 90% of the same voters came out to support my Bid. This was a Re-Validation of their General Will. A Statement of their National Intent in support of Jubilee as their government of choice. And all of this was done within the confines of the Rule of Law, and our Constitutional imperatives. For those who voted for Jubilee by way of Re-validating our August 8th victory, I thank you. Now we can begin the process of re-imagining our nationhood. But as we do so I must remind you of my commitment to the constitutional path and the Rule of Law. Put differently, my victory today is likely to be subjected to a constitutional test through the courts. And as I have demonstrated repeatedly, I will submit to this constitutional path no matter its outcomes” (Uhuru Kenyatta at Bomas after the Announcement, 30.10.2017).

You know something is wrong. The 99 problems will come to haunt this administration and continue to pursuit of justice after this abysmal affair. The election was a day for the history books, because the public showed their disregard of the IEBC and of Kenyatta. They showed their courage and will of intent of indifference. To not validate the Jubilee and Kenyatta with this Fresh Presidential Election.

The miracles is the numbers of the IEBC and how they have put them together. As they haven’t been put together in a grand way. That President Kenyatta and the IEBC are deluded is proven. That they are proclaiming that he got 98,26 % and 7,483,895 votes. All of that is a giant basket case to believe, when the KIEMS only registered 3,5 million voters. Therefore, that the President are getting over 7 million votes is like Jesus walking on water. How come a brother get double the total amounts of registered voters in their electronic system?

Let’s be clear, Kenyatta hasn’t won anything other than fictional election. He might be announced by the so-called official electoral body IEBC, but the public didn’t vote him in. The public didn’t offer him credit or give him their vote so he could represent them. The ones that is representing him is fictional numbers and pre-ticket ballot, ghosts and bots who was put on the Declaration Forms. Kenyatta should thread the waters carefully, since he is illegitimate and isn’t leading the republic in a sound way.

Kenyatta should think very well about how he wishes to end. Because this 26th October elections are not over. The aftermath is just beginning. If you thought the days in between the polls and today was hectic. The coming days will be too, as the petitions and the court cases will come in. As well as the Police and Army has to answer for their killings in NASA Strongholds. There aren’t justice to just silence that. The Jubilee Party cannot run away from how they have segregated the republic.

This is not a victory for Kenyatta, but what awaits the President is 99 problems, but let’s hope the bitch ain’t one! Peace.

Kura Yangu Sauti Yangu (KYSY) Statement Number 4: Turnout in the October 2017 Election (30.10.2017)

26th October Elections: First Election Petition Served in the Supreme Court (30.10.2017)

26th October Elections: IEBC are throwing out Lotto-Numbers with this Voter Turnout Saga!

Well, since Thursday there has been steady work at Bomas and with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), Chairman Wafula Chebukati have been out in public coming with all sorts of numbers and verified results.

On the 26th October on Twitter Chebukati claimed: “The 48% was a BEST estimate turnout from the team. Latest actual figures from 267 constituencies show 6,553,858 Kenyans turned out to vote” (Wafula Chebukati, 26.10.2017).

On Friday the estimates was about 48% of the registered voters, but also about 6,5 millions voters. Even if the Benji Ndolo Jubilee Source said it 3,5 million registered in the KIEMS on Friday 27th October..

While the first verified result on Sunday on the 29th October 2017, it were 7,447,014 voters, which they claim are 43,04%. The second verified result on Sunday was 7,573,903 and estimated voter turnout being 42,8 %.

Just by these simple numbers you know the whole process is bogus, most of them is taken directly from their own press statements signed by the Chairman himself. These being thrown out like hot chips and hoping people will dip them in sauce. It is just amazing.

So this weekend have showed the technique of altering results and you should just check all of it all together. Because none of the numbers doesn’t make the sense. There is many constituencies with more voters, than it previously registered.

Kenyans for Peace, Truth and Justice (KPTJ) tweeted that on June 2017, it was registered 19,611,423. While on August 2017 it became 19,637,061 and before October 2017 it was 19,278,124. All of this was without voter registration drive and also any changes since the gazetted Fresh Presidential Election on 1st September 2017.

Therefore, no matter what they do at Bomas, they are throwing out Lottery number, Lotto-Numbers and hoping they get JACKPOT. They are wishing they are in Las Vegas playing at the Crabs-Table and getting the right numbers. So that they get the score and win the huge pot of money from MGM. Because nothing of the IEBC makes sense, all expect the they are doing this to legitimize the President and his second term.

The IEBC are trying to make Kenyatta and Ruto legitimate, but their trying and the boycott is hurting their pride. The egos and the problematic Fresh Presidential Elections are clearly showing the issue of the IEBC. They are clearly trying hard to please Jubilee and while doing so, making themselves fools.

Just this about Voter-Turnout is foolish, but than also with the knowledge of the boycott, the IEBC should know they couldn’t pull this off. When there we’re so low participation in such a vast amount of counties and polling stations. They cannot fool anyone, except their own naive crowd at Bomas. Or the ones peddling the magics counting of IEBC.

We can just wait for the final announcement of Kenyatta, as been anticipated since before the polls. When the journey from 1st September was on and the IEBC was not reformed. This was tailor-made for him and it is obvious. Peace.

Opinion: DP Ruto’s failed CNN Interview was expressing lies World-Wide!

You know your fishing in troubled waters, when even CNN International Broadcasting News drops and deletes your interview on Youtube. This is a proof of how shambolic the Kenyan Elections are, since the incumbent Deputy President William Ruto had an interview on CNN on Friday to legitimize the Fresh Presidential Elections. This is while the results are far from announced and the numbers was been shredded on the screens in Nairobi. The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) have yet to announce the result, but by Friday the verified results we’re already in question. As the boycott all over the country had put down the estimates. That is why the interview was revealing for their will to lie to international legitimacy.

How they are still showing it on the CNN Pages:

Ruto disputes low Kenya voter turnout figures: Kenyan Deputy President William Ruto says many Kenyans were denied the opportunity to vote due to violence. CNN’s Lynda Kinkade reports.Source: CNN” (CNN, 28.10.2017, link: http://edition.cnn.com/videos/world/2017/10/28/ruto-disputes-kenya-voting-numbers-kinkade-sot.cnn).

Here is CNN Apology for airing the interview:

CNN chief editor Meredith Artley explained what went wrong: “Our interview with Kenyan Deputy President William Ruto was one of the worst interviews we have ever hosted. The discussion didn’t match our standards. Therefore, our viewers won’t be able to watch it on our youtube channel, we apologize.” she lamented. “Our producer has pulled the whole nonsense down. It was embarrassing to host such character. Once again we are sorry.” she added.

This is what he said during the interview:

Legitimacy is defined in the constitution as 50% + 1 and 25% in 24 counties. We have surpassed both. We are at 98% and we have 25% in 44 counties” (…) “On matters to do with turnout, it is incorrect for Odinga to say 3.5 million voters. A total of 7.5 million voters voted” (Otinga, 2017).

You must win 50%… we have already surpassed that threshold… That means that in terms of the constitution, the legitimacy question is already answered… It is incorrect for Mr. Odinga to say that 3.5 million voters turned out. In fact 7.5 million voters turned out… Of course he wants to peddle a narrative that suits his political narrative but the reality is 91% of Kenyans who voted who voted for Uhuru Kenyatta on 8th of August turned up and voted for us on Thursday” (Beverton Mukalo, 2017).

Just to put the numbers and amount of people he said turnout, the latest numbers on Sunday 29th is “237 out of 291 constituencies, Uhuru 6,945,181, Raila 65,598, Turnout 43.39%” (Kenya West on Twitter). Clearly, this is not right amount of numbers. When on Friday the KIEMS had registered about 3,5 million voters. While the IEBC and other has expressed no faith in the KIEMS, then why buy and use them? We know some in Kakamega took the equipment, but that was in one Polling station in a county that voted in and around 5%. Therefore, the numbers the IEBC are coming with is not trustworthy, as also many polling stations and constituency are even having higher turn-up of voters, than the registered voters there.

So there are reason why they pulled it down on Youtube, but it is still up at CNN International Edition. Even if it is filled with lies. The IEBC has worked on the results since the Return Forms was delivered on Thursday, clearly they are struggling to configure the 48% turn-out into the crunched numbers and make sure the paperwork fits the paradigm. If the IEBC was honest, they would know the boycott made the amount of people show-up abysmal.

Therefore, the CNN interview of DP Ruto was the Jubilee trying to legitimizing the polls. However, it was not working. Because as the time is going. The gig is up and the IEBC are working on overtime to fix the results for fitting the narrative the Jubilee needs. Peace.

26th October Elections: Record-breaking voter turnout for Uhuru!

It is amazing the amounts of ghost, leprechauns, goblins and sweethearts that put their votes for Jubilee and incumbent Presidential Candidate Uhuru Kenyatta. It isn’t even funny how the amounts of voters are growing and with the knowledge of the boycotted affairs. It is a mockery of all fundamental understandings, as certain constituencies in Kenya has voted over 100% and also non-living human beings has voted for him too.

Like take Saku Constituency in Marsabit County, Uhuru Kenyatta got 796,478 votes and Raila Odinga got 6,658 votes. The problem is that in Saku Constituency there is only 27,082 registered voters. It is impressive how many ghosts, bots and whatnots that votes for Kenyatta. This is just one constituency, we can just wonder how many others who is altered this way. In Mandera West Constituency, Kenyatta has gotten 109,938 voters, but in there is only 26,816 registered voters in this constituency. So he get 5 times more voters, surely the dead is walking in Mandera!

Because the KIEMS accounted for 3,5 million total votes. But at his point that doesn’t matter. Since there is still counted invisible votes and voters. It is like a fountain of voters and they come out from the sky and fall into the Results Transmission Systems (RTS) at the magical paradise of Bomas.

What is more worrying is how the ballots and electoral equipment are transported by Jubilee agents, not even by so-called independent agents. Which is showing the disgraceful attitude to the Fresh Presidential Elections. They are not even trying to be fair.

We know something is wrong, when even this happens: “Journalists denied access at Bomas of Kenya by IEBC” (28.10.2017). When these sort of revelations are occurring, we know the gig is up. The restructuring the numbers and changing it. It has already gone two days and they are still reconfiguring the tally. It is amazing how they are able to amend and fix it. This will not legitimize the process, since the different amounts of turnout compared to registered in KIEMS, while the IEBC are just throwing ghost numbers from Jupiter and Saturn, to make sure the green aliens get their representation in Kenya.

Because at some point there we’re reported results of 7 million votes in total for Uhuru Kenyatta, within hours change today he was down to 2,3 million voters for the same candidate. You can wonder where all these numbers come from as the constituency numbers and the rest cannot be arranged. It is just a hot soup and hot mess. Where the hot air at Bomas are working in mediocre speed, trying to configure and alter results in some way or another. Either to fit the 48 % turnout or whatnot to legitimize Kenyatta. Whatever they are doing, it is not working. Since a botched election like this shouldn’t take this long to count.

Chairman Wafula Chebukati should know that his time as stooge and crony should soon be over. The gig is up and the boycott has successfully undressed the IEBC. CEO Ezra Chiloba and the rest cannot sustain this breach, the breaking of the numbers and crunching sense of disbelief, that the IEBC are needing so long time to count empty ques and piles of indifference. Maybe they should have separate count for chickens and dogs attending the election. Than the numbers would be higher.

It is futile to support the IEBC and their supposed progress. Combined with the military and police brutality in different parts of Kenya. Where they are killing and intimidating, raiding homes and detaining innocent citizens. Who has just done one thing, they have boycotted a failed election and not given credit to the incumbent and his rigging regime. They should not be punished for that. They should be commended for that. Instead, the violence is state sanctioned and from the state house. Which is a disgrace and the lives that is taken is on his watch. It is his responsibility and he should be remembered for doing so. Peace.
