Sudan: Al Roseires Resistance Committees – The current situation in the Blue Nile State (23.07.2022)

The masses of the struggling Sudanese people: We in Al Roseires resistance committees have been closely following what the regional and central governments are doing in response to recent events, they are abandoning many of their responsibilities towards citizens as they are supposed to serve citizens, not domineering over them.

The city of Roseires suffers in every way from a lack of emergency medications, medical personnel, and food supply, as well as a total absence of hospital security, which has caused many medical personnel to withdraw from the hospital out of fear for their lives resulting suffering of the citizens, despite the knowledge of all concerned authorities about this shortcoming.

In addition, the burning of the electrical transformer and the Blue Nile state-wide power outage since two days ago impacting other utilities, such as drinking water supply, mills, and service facilities, which made life in the state of Blue Nile unbearable for its residents.

In the meanwhile, we notice the appearance of those in suits and the traders in crisis to receive humanitarian relief convoys and behave as they please, given their absence during the days of the recent events, proves that they are targeting the rights of the afflicted people, but we are on the lookout for them

The situation that the Blue Nile is going through now is like a war on the citizen despite the interventions to maintain security. there are many evidences that reveal that there is a plan in motion, and the arrest of activists in the state of Blue Nile will not obscure the truth. The world has become a small village, so the truth will come out sooner or later.

Despite the three-day power outage and attempts to entirely isolate the Blue Nile state in all aspects, we assure them that everyone will be informed of whatever they do. There is proof in the history books, and we will never bend to their blows.

Sudan: Forces of Freedom and Change – Important Statement about the political and security developments in the country (19.07.2022)

The Executive Office of Forces of Freedom and Change held an emergency meeting on Monday evening, July 18, 2022 AD to follow up and study the latest security and political developments in the country against the background of the bloody events of #النيل_الازرق and #كسلا and other areas that witnessed similar events, and after an extensive evaluation, the coalition summarized its position and its response to its national responsibilities as follows:

First: The Alliance of the Forces of Freedom and Change has mercy on the martyrs who fell victim to these events, and solidarity with the injured and those affected by them, and holds the coup authority responsible for these crimes, which reveal the danger of the continuation of this coup against the country’s unity, security, cohesion and the lives of its people in all parts of it.

Second: There are historical roots that cannot be overlooked for these events, but igniting their spark and exacerbating them finds its origin in the absence of the national project of the coup authority, which, due to its loss of any popular political support, seeks to seek victory with the weapon of inciting regional and tribal strife, it also ignites deliberate fires to spread the idea that the rebellious #السودان people must trade their freedom and the issues of their revolution for stability and security. It strives to make the issues of its security and prosperity at the top of its priorities, not to neglect it for any reason.

Third: The elements of the former regime are active in igniting and feeding strife and continuing their criminal project that divided the country before, spilling blood and tearing the national social fabric. They know that the people of Sudan have expelled them through the glorious December revolution, and they are working to return from the gate of the tribe and the region, which will be closed to them by our people by adhering to their revolution that unites the Sudanese and Sudanese around a common national project it recognizes the plurality and diversity of countries and views it as a factor of wealth and works to build a nation that expresses all its components with justice and peace.

Accordingly, the Executive Office of the Forces of Freedom and Change decided to take the following steps urgently:

1- Urgently sending a leading humanitarian and political delegation to Blue Nile to find out about the events on the ground, solidarity with the victims, contribute to their treatment and support, and communicate with all components of the state to put an end to the fighting.

2- Inviting the widest sector of the Sudanese people’s political, civil, religious and cultural components to form the widest front to confront the plans to break up the country and provoke hate speech among its components, and an expanded meeting will be held in this regard tomorrow evening, Wednesday.

3- Running the processions of Sudan, the one nation, in the capital and the states, and coordinating their success with all other revolutionary and popular forces, on Sunday, July 24, 2022 AD.

4- The Executive Office received a generous invitation from the Bahri Revival Committees to sign a joint statement that includes all the forces of the revolution to condemn, confront and overthrow the crimes of the coup authority, and has decided to sign the statement praising this important initiative, which came at a time when the importance of the unity of the revolutionary forces in their battle with the coup authority is underlined.

5- The Executive Office followed up on the important initiative presented by the professional entities and the steering committees that put forward a detailed memorandum seeking to step down the coup authority it aims to be signed by the largest sectors of the anti-coup forces, and the Forces for Freedom and Change have decided to sign it and work to make it a success.

6- There is no way to stop the bloodshed except by getting rid of this coup and establishing a real, democratic civil authority. Accordingly, the coalition decided to put forward a draft constitutional declaration it constitutes a basis for the establishment of a democratic civil authority that represents the widest sectors of our people and expresses their aspirations and hopes. The coalition will present this project for the widest possible consultation in order to create a broad consensus around it that forms the basis for a new phase in the country.

Finally, we make an appeal to all the sons and daughters of our people to hold together in this difficult time that the country is going through, and to continue this glorious revolution that will inevitably win, because the will of our people is dominant and does not know defeat and defeat.

Sudan: Al-Rosairis Resistance Committees – Events of The Blue Nile State (18.07.2022)

The resistance committees pray for God’s mercy for all the souls of the martyrs in the events of the Blue Nile State and the country in general, and a speedy recovery for the injured.

Today, nine bodies were buried in the city of Al-Rosairis, and before that, one body was buried in the Quneis area east, bringing the total number of bodies buried in Al-Rosairis locality to forty. Additionally, over fifty-one wounded were transferred to Al-Damazin Hospital, and there are a number of bodies at Al-Damazin Hospital.

Food, water, and a variety of necessities were provided to the displaced in different locations, and in collaboration with a number of organizations, entities and initiatives to provide the necessary support and interventions for them.

The arrival of a large number of armed forces to the Blue Nile and the current military presence, which is more of a show off than the actual act of extending security, exemplifies what we have warned about in the past, namely the compromise of freedom and democracy for the security of the citizen, the plundering of their wealth, and the tightening of the security grip on the resources of the Blue Nile and Sudan in general with the assistance of some exploiters. We assure them, however, that we will defeat all of their plans, return more powerful than they can imagine, and accomplish what the people want.

We, Al-Rosairis Resistance Committees, hold the regional and the central government accountable for these events, and we demand the formation of an independent commission to investigate and bring to justice all individuals involved, whether they were government employees or not.

We urge all residents of the Blue Nile to coexist peacefully and not to believe rumors that are intended to increase tensions in the Blue Nile state. We also appeal to all international and regional organizations to act more effectively due to the high number of displaced people and their harsh living circumstances, which we hope to overcome as soon as possible, with the help of you and the good people of our country.

Sudan: East Khartoum Neighborhoods Resistance Committees Coordination – The unfortunate events of The Blue Nile State (17.07.2022)

What is happening in Blue Nile State and Al-Damazin and Al-Rusairis localities adds to the shameful record of the coup authority, its security and military services, and their partners in the armed movements, who have proven beyond a reasonable doubt that when they speak of the Juba Peace Agreement, they are speaking of their privileges, their positions, and their entitlements at the expense of the real stakeholders in areas of armed conflict, which have been devastated by war, displacement, immigration, and the loss of loved ones members.

Our brave people:

This coup authority benefits from the state of division among the political and civil forces that reject the coup and believe in democratic and civil transformation, the completion of change, and the demands and responsibilities of the glorious December revolution, all of this tempts them to continue to exacerbate the state of division and social polarization and to turn this country into a battlefield and a place of conflict amongst its blood- and land-related citizens.

Our honorable people:

Our message to our brethren in blood and land in the state of Blue Nile and in the localities of Damazin and Al-Rusairis is to rule the voice of reason, stop the conflict, preserve blood, and hand over the perpetrators and instigators to the police and the prosecution, as that is the essence of citizenship as a basis for rights and responsibilities.

We call on all the peaceful revolutionaries to support our brethren in blood and land in the Blue Nile and in the Damazin and Al-Rasiris localities morally, and to communicate with them and urge them to confront everything that escalates the tension, to work with the emergency teams and medical teams, and to facilitate their tasks so that they can play their role to the fullest extent under the current complex circumstances.

We will go out in the processions of July 17 in order to overthrow the coup and establish a modern and democratic civil state with full civil authority that governs on the basis of law and citizenship as a basis for rights and responsibilities.

Sudan: Conflict – El Roseires locality, Blue Nile State Flash Update No. 01 (17 July 2022)

Sudan: Sudan Liberation Movement – Statement by THE SLA on the unfortunate tribal events in Blue Nile State (17.07.2022)

We followed with great concern the unfortunate tribal events that took place over the past two days in several areas of Blue Nile state, in Qaisan and um Drva in the locality of Wood al-Maha, al-Russis and the Area of Qanis East and Damazin, which left dozens of people killed and injured, in the silence of the coup government at its state and regional levels, and even by standing by, if not the accomplice and the agitated fire of this tribal strife.

Since we condemn these bloody events in the strongest terms of condemnation and condemnation, we hold the coup government with all its components, all the consequences and consequences of these events and all their future repercussions, as well as absolutely reject the cloning of the plans and conspiracies of the former regime in Darfur and its export to blue nile, from the crack of the social fabric and the beating of tribes and social components to each other, and to bring about demographic change and the takeover of the territories of indigenous entities and tribes by force of arms and authority.

We appeal to our people in the Blue Nile region with all their components, tribes and civil administrations, to implement the voice of reason, to be wise, patient and transcend over surgeries, to immediately stop violence and fighting and to inject the blood of innocent citizens. There is no victor in such events. Everyone is a loser, and any drop of blood is a loss for blue Nile and Sudan, so the opportunity must be missed for the advocates of sedition and the politicization of tribes for the power of coup d’état.

We extend our highest condolences to the Sudanese people and our people in the Blue Nile region and all the families of the victims, whom we ask Allah almighty to cover with his mercy and inspire their families patience and fortitude, and we wish a speedy recovery for the wounded and injured.

Sudan: Forces of Freedom and Change – Important Statement (16.07.2022)

Since the past hours, several cities in the state of Blue Nile have witnessed unfortunate incidents of violence that claimed the lives of dozens of innocent citizens, between dead and wounded. We ask God to accept them and speed up the recovery of the wounded and injured. These events are only the result of the coup fire, which threatens all of the country’s lands in its territorial integrity and social fabric.

The Executive Office of Freedom and Change forces is following these events with great concern, and appeals to all citizens to exercise restraint and to miss the opportunity for those preoccupied with the country’s security and unity, it also calls for upholding the values of tolerance among the social components that have coexisted since time immemorial in the Blue Nile and other states of the country.

We also renew our strong rejection of all forms of tribal and regional mobilization, which we heard a few days before the coup, and which is based on hatred and hostility to the other, it is the approach of the putschists, which has now manifested itself in the state of the Blue Nile, and will lead to fueling grudges and bitterness in a way that will result in increasing tensions and tensions and igniting a civil war in the outskirts and middle of the country.

The received reports indicate that the state of fighting between citizens continued until noon today, Saturday, July 16, 2022, which has so far left more than 31 martyrs and no less than forty wounded in preliminary statistics, in addition to the burning of markets and waste of property in a way that foretells of a civil war that will not remain.

The police and other regular forces continue to lose their prestige and confidence among the citizens in all parts of the country, as they constituted a complete absence from the areas of the events, and a delay in responding to the previous calls of the citizens in the region to move ahead to maintain security, its role has changed from maintaining security to hunting down defenseless and peaceful revolutionaries.

The Executive Office of the Forces of Freedom and Change condemns acts of violence, whatever their source, and holds the coup authority fully responsible for the successive renewal of these events in most parts of the country.

He stresses that these deteriorating security conditions are an inevitable result of the failure of the coup authority to provide security and safety for citizens and impose the prestige of the state, and that there is no choice but to address these dire conditions except by overthrowing the coup, and the establishment of the authority of freedom, peace and justice, which respects human dignity, safeguards his rights and fulfills his hopes and aspirations.

He appeals to all our people in the Blue Nile region to work to stop this damned sedition and miss the opportunity for those who take advantage of these events to justify their continued rule, even on the ruins of the wounded homeland.

The coup is defeated and our people are victorious

Sudan: Khartoum State Resistance Committees Coordination – #July17March (16.07.2022)

The struggling people of Sudan:

Since we revolted against oppression and humiliation in December 2018, we have been moving resolutely towards one goal; we have strived and paid for this endeavor with the lives of our martyred brothers who sacrificed themselves for the principles and goals of this glorious revolution.

We are already tired, but we are on the road of no return; Either we continue our struggle and fulfill our aspirations, or we cede power to those who will resemble their masters in the use of terrorism, murder, and torture. Then remorse will be of no use when we all gather in the cells of the coup, if we abandon our revolution and the blood of our martyrs.

Comrades in the Resistance Committees and the active forces of the revolution:

Now is the time to unite our ranks and chants in order to achieve our desired goal, which is the civil and democratic state. In order to achieve that, we will march on the seventeenth of July in the streets that do not betray towards the realization of our dream, which we will not abandon no matter how hard our enemies try to dissuade us.

Tracks & destination will be published later.

Salute of Struggle and Steadfastness

We have all witnessed the deterioration of the health condition of the revolutionary Seif al-Islam, son of Al Sahafa, who has been incarcerated in the cells of the putschists in Omdurman for over two months and due to the continuous torture, most of his senses were impaired, and he suffered frequent convulsions, fainting and inability to stand up. As usual, the regular authorities are colluding and refusing to release him or bring him to trial despite his deteriorating health.

We and our brothers and sisters in detention are well aware of the atrocities committed by the putschists to intimidate and abuse the revolutionaries, it did not succeed with their predecessors, and will not succeed now. And our heroes continue to write a new epic every day in the face of the aggressor, the coup regime and its corrupt justice departments, and we reiterate; no retreat or surrender.

We command them to immediately release all detainees and dismiss all malicious reports. Whether they do or not, there is no doubt that the storm will soon hit their cells, destroy their fortresses, and liberate our steadfast, free comrades.
