“Tanga says the NRM losers are wasting time since they will meet the same voters who didn’t give them votes in the primaries” (NBS TV, 2015)

Kahinda Otafiire the loyalist NRM, the bush-hero who lost in the NRM Primary Election recently. We all know he lost to a brother who was jailed. As many other losers he petitioned his case to Dr. Tanga Odoi and his NRM Electoral Commission without luck. He then described the whole “Primary Election as a Circus”. So now he has finally taken the last straw.
He has taken an official decision to go independent, even if his felly Yellow members in his constituency was tired of his life-long leadership. Now it is full-circle he has sided himself with other sore losers of the NRM Primaries and gone solo or Independent. Even if he has always been a NRM, he can’t be officially affiliated since he doesn’t go on their ticket or are their flag-bearer.
He will fight the one he has already lost to and other candidates from other parties. I am sure if he loses than also in 2016. He will claim misconduct and that he was unjustly treated by the Electoral Commission and that it was rigged in favor of one of the other candidates. That the tally center was controlled by fellow people who worked against him; and that ended in him not becoming an MP in the 10th Parliament. Peace.

There are a day off action and activity in Uganda today that is out of this world. I am sure the businessmen that Mzee tries to convince of the wealth-creation abilities in his country, surely should be baffled by the state of affairs when he is not there. Mzee surely ordered this because while he is gone… the other candidates, especially the big ones like Dr. Kizza Besigye and Amama Mbabazi has had a harder time campaigning and campaigning well.
This is a statement coming from Amama Mbabazi yesterday:
“Dear Friends. We will be taking a break today to finalize the National campaign task force”. Surely the UPF heard that and let me elaborate on that as well.

IGP Kale Kayihura said this today:
“Today, I am announcing it as IGP that militia moving with Mbabazi will be arrested, it must be dismantled. It was not for those people there would have been no incident I think”.
Today the chairman of the Electoral Commission Eng. Dr. Badru M. Kiggundu has ordered suspensions of the campaign rallies. This happens on a day where Amama Mbabazi and his secretariat at Nakasero in Kampala we’re under siege. There we’re police officers shut down the offices and traffic to it, the people who has set the offices under siege been called for wearing plain clothes and they are there in order to arrest the security personnel of Amama Mbabazi. The Plain ones actually came after the UPF called the uniformed men back. Certain other reports that I can’t verify is that this men was sent by the IGP Kale Kayihura the flying squad or the Special Forces to arrest the men who keeps Amama Mbabazi safe during his campaign and was until the arrest located at the Nakasero office of the The Democratic Alliance and the Go-Forward Secretariat. This can be democratic to do? Would the same forces go the offices of National Resistance Movement and take the men who keep Mzee safe? Wait, they can’t arrest themselves! My bad!

Also the Police picked also up people and equipment from the Amama Mbabazi office in Kololo, not on Nakasero and the TDA office who got under siege today for the former PM. Not easy to opposition in the country today!
If that wasn’t bad enough for Amama Mbabazi has issues with lawful payment for the logo and campaign material to an designer or company owner with the Civil Suit of 1519 who was signed by the Court of Mengo chief magistrate, where the Colin Assimwe sues him for 48M UGX, either stop using the logo’s within 10 days or pay the plaintiff and cost of courtship. That must sting a bit, still not as much as having your offices sieged.

Outside Kampala, a place where Forum for Democratic Change and their Presidential Candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye we’re out keeping his campaign going; in the villages and towns of the country. Today after Dr. Kizza Besigye held a rally in Kawenge Town there was a police presence on the roadside. There been reported up to 40 police officers stopping the Presidential Candidate and ordering him to drive back home to Kampala, or if they know Wakiso district. They we’re planned to travel to Ntala. The Police just kept the blocked road and persistently told the FDC Campaign team to go back to Kampala. They finally let him go, after he talked to the Police men and they let him go so he could ask his supporters forgiveness for not having a campaign as scheduled.

Dr. Kizza Besigye statement after the rallies today:
“Kamwenge today defied intimidation and blackmail, they did not comply to the threats issued to them. They stood firm with us even when Police tried to block us after our last rally at Kamwenge Town Council as we proceeded to Ntara” (…)“Thank you Kamwenge for receiving and hosting us in your district. Hold on and hold tight liberation is at your door and the change we all deserve is coming. #UgandaDecides #WesigeBesigye”
This here proves the hardships that Dr. Kizza Besigye has had for so long and finally Amama Mbabazi is trying out.
This here proof that the Electoral Commission shows that their changes in the Election Roads Map for 2016 as they please, that puts into effect for all the candidates, together with another loyal cronies IGP Kale Kayihura claiming that the Amama Mbabazi is having militias who created the hazard recently in Ntungamo around his rally. That is why Electoral Commission had to write to him and get him to arrest the people behind the madness. Instead of arrest his fellow yellow brethren in the NRM. He has gone gong ho on the organization and vile on random supporters of Amama Mbabazi in Ntungamo. Together with making roadblock cutting the FDC Campaign team and halt their campaigns in the districts of the country. This is all happening while the Mzee is in Saudi Arabia eating kaspa (Chicken and rice) together with their kings and noble men. Which is a far from the reality in Kampala and districts.
This here can only be seen as vile attack on the FDC and Go-Forward campaign teams. There is certain ways to go about it. The Electoral Commission out of the blue suspended their own road map and harmonization of the Campaign between the Presidential Candidates, this in effect lead to partly how IGP Kale Kayihura reacted. He also reacted to the letter sent by the Electoral Commission plea to catch the perpetrators of the hazard caused in Ntungamo. Instead they are going after innocent people and Police Chief Kayihura explains it and justifies it calling certain parts of Amama Mbabazi team militias… Sorry brother your wrong on that your hired Crime Preventers are systemized thuggery for small peas and shillings to dissolve ordinary campaigning and party works. The police is instead showing doing this! Really! Take a look at the picture from Mbale recently!

That is enough violent actions and sudden stupidity in one day. UPF and the EC has been to foolish! Peace.

There have been disruptions on the Go-Forward trail as I myself recently have reported. But today took the cake. The extensive payments of certain NRM men and also the way they started walking through town first plastering over the Go-Forward posters with NRM. Then later go into utter violence; that with help of the local RDC in Ntungamo.
In Ntungamo where Amama Mbabazi held a campaign rally; that place there reports of that the local RDC ordered men in Yellow shirts to crash the venue and let it become a hazard. There been also very simple resistance by the NRM where they have done the spiteful thing of replacing the Go-Forward posters with their own NRM. The youth and supporters of NRM have walked in the town all day securing the area.

About a certain car was this:
“Earlier this morning, a Land Cruiser Prado with number plates of State House drove Ms. Sarah Kagingo, A former state house employee, around Ntungamo town, distributing NRM campaign materials”.
On these actions by the NRM- Amama Mbabazi has stated this:
“I would like to urge the NRM to take it easy and know that there’s real competition and rise up to the challenge” (…)”I don’t mind NRM attending my rallies, but their provocation, comments and interruptions constitute a strong reason for what happened”.

Justine Mbabazi the local RDC must be so proud of his policing today. The UPF surely let the NRM-Supporters do their thing. Also the car of Sarah Kagingo driving around dropping of materials in the town; there is too much rotten activity and the NRM blatant moves that can’t be justified. In the morning there was reports of Dan Nabimanya was going to the boda-boda drivers in Kitwe spending money on them and also giving them t-shirts before the rallies.
The violence towards them and also pure nonsense shall be brought to question. And while the NRM supporters went into the crowds justifying their actions the police protected the men going in on the Go-Forward supporters. The way certain cars and police acts is just vile! If the Go-Forward or FDC did the same towards the Presidents rallies; anywhere in Uganda, they would be shipped to Luzira before the ink is dry on the court ruling or to a “safe house”. The things missing is black mambas and Personal Armored Carrier together with police chasing the supporters and people taking a part of rally for Amama Mbabazi.

I hope that the world get to see this and condemn it and destroy the happy trip of the President to Saudi Arabia. Because the way his supporters and his paid police did Ntungamo was unjustified. We all know that the President has issues with his former PM, but now it is hurting innocent people and only a few boda-boda drivers earned a few extra bucks and got free yellow t-shirts. That doing it during a opponents rally is just wrong. Hope that somebody else then me address it and release hurtful reports because this is madness. This had to happen after the Pope left the country back to Vatican. So now the gloves are off and hope this is not a start of what is to come. There was too much election violence before the 2011… Peace.

“The Court dismissed Jimmy Akena as the UPC President on grounds that the procedure followed to elect him was not right. Olara Otunnu who was thrown out of office has been restored back. Jimmy Akena has not given up as yet as he has appealed to the Court of appeal” (NBS TV, 12.12.2015).
My first thought? Are you having little sleep Jimmy? Are you stressed with the Ruling from the High Court!
Some reports say this:
“High Court has declared the presidency of Jimmy Akena, the embattled Uganda People’s Congress Party president illegal. Justice Yasin Nyanzi made the ruling this evening saying the UPC party Electoral Commission didn’t have the powers to declare Akena UPC president since the delegate’s conference, which elected him wasn’t properly constituted” (Radio Buddu 98.8, 11.12.2015).
“The ruling was in response to an application filed by Joseph Bossa, the UPC vice President under the Olara Otunnu administration and two others, challenging Akena’s presidency. The petitioners rushed to the High Court Civil Division on June 17th shortly after Akena was controversially declared UPC party president” (94,3 QFM Lira, 11.12.2015).
Sarah Kagingo stated this on 1. July 2015:
“In steps of his father, Lira municipality MP Jimmy Akena is announced winner today in the UPC district conferences elections held on Saturday. He won in 67 districts out of 110. Congrats in order…” (…)”Sole candidate? I’m told, under UPC constitution, one needs at least 37 districts’ support before they are eligible to be voted. Hon. David Pulkol who came second was supported by 12 districts. Therefore, of the nine who stood, Hon.Jimmy Akena is the only one who qualifies to be elected as party president at the party’s national conference on July 10 making him sole candidate.
Well, there seems that something was fishy about how Hon. Jimmy Akena took over for Hon. Olara Otunnu in the summer, but now with the ruling it seems even worse with the condition of the UPC. An how can UPC work together with NRM, if they don’t have a legit leader, well, NRM has a sole candidate! Why can’t the UPC? Just joking, but I am sure your seeing my valid point. Though I support Olara Otunnu in the matter and he has right to have justice done. If I after this clip calls him Red-Eye Akena, then you understand why, right? Could his eyes be more red! Well, he has surely been awake and afraid of the verdict. Since we can see how he answers for himself and it was not in anyway clarifying or address the matter of his Presidency properly, just terms null and void answers. Olara Otunnu must be jolly and smiling somewhere together with his fellow comrades in the party. Peace.
