Kizza Besigye Sworn in as Ugandan President (Short Version) – (Youtube-Clip)
“President Kizza Besigye at his swearing in at the head of Uganda’s New Government on May 11, 2016” (My NewUganda, 2016).
Gen. Sejusa got arrested by the Police at Lord Mayor Lukwago’s home!

Well, I am sure the Gen. David Sejusa a.k.a. Tinyefuza visited Lord Mayor Lukwago on his birthday. That was illegal it seems by the Uganda Police Force; as they arrested him there and henceforth detained him somewhere! He is now again back in the hands of the Police as he was recently released after the issues with Police around February 2016. This just had to happen at one point, as Gen. Sejusa is an issue President Museveni can’t get rid off. Peace.
Serious crackdown on the Opposition from the Police in Kampala as the Swearing-In Ceremony of President Museveni happens tomorrow; while the FDC continue to Counter the NRM-Regime even in the midst of Police harassment!

“There is news going around that I have passed away on social media. My relatives informed me about my death but I want to let the public know that I am ALIVE and in good health disregard those rumors. The news is that we have a President in Uganda he is HE Dr. Kizza-Besigye” – Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda
There are initial reports that the Police Force have attacked and dispersed the crowds with tear-gas and beaten them who meet around the car of Dr. Kizza Besigye as he drove around Central Kampala.
“Kampala warms up for the swearing in ceremony, students stranded in Qualicel park as tear gas rocks the street a head of Kiiza Besigye’s arrest” (Northern NewsWire, 11.05.2016).

Inspector General of Police Kayihura said “cars carrying building materials and fuel tankers have been burned from from accessing the central business district until Friday”.
“More than 300 junior police officers and 217 military personnel will be deployed as part of the tactical security team for President Museveni’s swearing in ceremony due to take place this Thursday” (Primeradio Kampala, 09.05.2016).
There been deployed over 1,000 extra Police Officers in Kampala as orders of IGP Kayihura. This is reported in the Obsever.ug at the 11th May 2016. As seen also the Police are re-directing the roads as central roads around Kololo Independence Ground.

Uganda Police Defense Force (UPDF) parading along the streets of Kampala following the swearing in of the president on Thursday.
This is happening while Vincent Kaggwa of NRM Poor Youth Leader arrested from his home today. Also Michael Kabaziguruka his home is sealed off by the Military Police and is not sure how the MP-Elect will be allowed to leave his home tomorrow!
As we speak the FDC Activist in Rukungiri is still detained MP-Elect Dickson Nampumuza of Rukungiri have even gotten Court Order that was set to release him, but the local Police Force denies him that, while also the other activist in the town are still detained without court order or charge while waiting for their destiny.

Some FDC Activist we’re released in Entebbe:
“Entebbe Chief Magistrate’s Court has released five Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) leaders and supporters who were arrested last week by police over allegations that they had planned to participate in the party’s countrywide defiance demonstrations. Her worship, Ms Mary Kaitesi, granted the five FDC members, who included the Entebbe party chairman, Mr Alex Gitta, a cash bail of Shs200,000” (EABizInfo.com, 11.05.2016).
So today another Political Party also get to see the Police Force:
“JEEMA Headquaters raided by armed police, instructing every one to leave. Armed Police deployed at the premises”.
What the Police do to every car going to Swearing-In:
“The Regional police commander Kampala East Siraje Bakaleke reveals that they have instructed DPCs throughout the country to provide security to all vehicles that will be transporting people to kololo to attend the swearing in ceremony” (91.0 Best FM, 11.05.2016).

While this is what the Police will do for the NRM tomorrow:
“Kampala Metropolitan Area East Regional Police Commander (RPC) Siraje Bakaleke says police will escort buses ferrying NRM supporters to Kololo for the inauguration” (Observer.ug, 10.05.2016).
What more the Police does to prepare Kampala for tomorrow:
“Police deployed at the Kawuku along Entebbe road diversion. Only boda bodas and government vehicles are allowed to use the Entebbe main road ahead of President Yoweri Museveni inauguration ceremony tomorrow. Motorists diverted to Ssissa village” (Daily Monitor, 11.05.2016).

If you wonder about Besigye:
Dr. Besigye after riding in Central Kampala today was arrested and is now detained at Naggalama (Nagalama) Police Station in Mukono. So the Police Force couldn’t let the man have a day in freedom. That is to much to ask, right?

There will be more and Police Force cannot help themselves to cause havoc and destroy the establish factum that the Swearing-In of the Declared President is a flawed Ceremony in the lights of maladministration, electoral fraud and cranked-out crack-down Police who attacks all people who can or should speak against the NRM. Therefore the ones who has a little inch of Defiance in their body will be detained or intimidated. The ones that are not close NRM Elite will not feel freedom as the Army and the Police use their weapons and ability to arrest fellow opposition at every possible moment.

So the cars and people who are Forum for Democratic Change or other Opposition members will be under fire tomorrow and the days ahead as the Police and Government wants to shut-down all activities of other Political advisories as them all should be under the President Museveni line and listen to his vision and schemes for a steady regress… Peace.
Besigye arrested after making surprise visit to downtown Kampala (Youtube-Clip)
“Dr. Kizza Besigye, the former FDC presidential candidate, has been arrested by police after drawing huge crowds in suprise visit to downtown Kampala on Wednesday morning. Prior to Besigye’s arrest, security forces were seen dispersing crowds with using and teargas. In the ensuing chaos Dr Besiye was arrested by police and reportedly driven to Nagalama Police Station in Mukono district. It is not clear how Dr Besigye made it to the city centre since he has been under preventive arrest at his home in Kasangati on grounds that he posed a threat to public order. Besigye, who has been claiming the February 2016 elections were rigged in favour of President Museveni, has repeatedly claimed he was the rightful winner of the elections. Deputy Chief Justice, Steven Kavuma had recenytly issued a court order barring FDC or any of the party’s agents against organising any procession or carrying on with the defiance campaign pending determination of a constitutional case filed by government” (NTV Uganda, 2016)
Dr. Kizza Besigye passed through the besieged gates of his home and apparently driving around Central Kampala!

As the Banned Defiance Campaign have let him be house arrested in his home for 6 days, and this would have been his seventh day under siege of the Police Force in Kasangati. But for some apparent reason he has been able to pass through and drive around in Kampala.

Somewhere is the DPC James Kawalya of Kasangati crying of his blindness and of having ignorant Police Officers at the gates of Besigye’s compound. Somewhere else is IGP Kayihura uttering mad curses as he wonders what to answer his Master President Museveni, as he promised to monitor and control the activities of the Forum for Democratic Change and Besigye, especially when the Swearing-In of Museveni are happening at Kololo Independence Ground together with leaders from Swaziland, Lesotho, Zimbabwe and so on.

That Dr. Kizza Besigye is drving around like nothing in the Streets of Kampala. Is another slap on the face of the power of Museveni and his Police Force! When they intercepted him he was already downtown and then he was already open and visible to the people of Kampala. As they haven’t really seen him at all since the Election Day; he has only been brief moments and then detained. For Museveni at the moment he is the arch-criminal as he is playing on his playground. Something President Museveni hates viciously as he should get this praise and these locals to stop by when he drives, but they don’t, they do this to Besigye!

So a special event this is, as the Police Force and the government is cracking down on any force of opposition or men who speaks against the message that the current President speaks of. So enjoy the pictures and know who the true leader of Uganda is, it is Besigye and not Museveni as his time has been and he is overstaying, the reason why the Police is detaining opposition leaders and activist as we speak.
A tiny update:
“Rt. Col. Dr. Kizza Besigye escaped police custody, has been sworn in (evidence to follow), now arrested” (Forum For Democratic Change, 11.05.2016).
So he got arrested again by the Police Force who was on his tail. That was expected as they does not want him arround and again take him in, as they tries to silence him! That is something the world should know by now and the Presidents and world leaders that attend Kololo tomorrow are there to verify the wrong man in the Ugandan Nation. Not mention the men and woman who voted and their ballot didn’t matter. That is for those men Besigye is out there and fighting for. Besigye can’t even drive around without being arrested and detained by the Police. That is not freedom or liberty! Peace.
Press Release: “Rt. Col. Dr. Kizza Besigye will be sworn in as a President that will establish a transitional government of national unity to restore the control of national resources and state institutions to the people of Uganda” (11.05.2016)

Lord Mayor Lukwago on House-Arrest on the Seventh Day – Celebrates his birthday in incarceration!

This here is never-ending saga as he now feeling the same as Dr. Kizza Besigye, Besigye was last time 40 days under House-Arrest in Kasangati. Now it’s been 7 days for both of them. The leaders of Forum for Democratic Change are under siege and their homes are not free as the country is neither free and under the control of President Museveni. Who shows no mercy towards his opposition and the ones who are not loyal to him.
Still it is good to see that the Police Officers open the doors to fellow citizens to greet the Lord Mayor as they could have done what they do in Kasangati. In Kasangati anybody who tries to visit Besigye get Detained! So this here is something positive in the midst of darkness.

Well, here is his statement and read it.
Statement from Lord Mayor Lukwago:
“DAY 7 OF HOUSE ARREST. What would ordinarily be a special day on my personal calendar unfolds with such uncanny feelings, pondering how it is going to be yet another vile experience in my life as I commemorate my 46th BIRTHDAY anniversary under illegal incarceration. I was on the brink of flipping the lid and vent out my anguish on this Platform, but then I reminded myself that great icons of civil liberties like Mandela did not have the luxury of celebrating such memorable events in one’s lifetime for over two decades. The only one little thing that has given me a fresh heart, though, is the sweet mother-to-child telephone conversation I have had this morning with HAJJAT SALMA NAKAYAGA. At the tail end of the said soothing talk she quipped, in a rather frail and resigned voince; ”YASI (she has fondly called me like that since childhood) nze ensonga z’omusajja oyo akutulugunya nazikwasa munyazimungu yatalemelerwa”( I placed the controversial matters concerning you and your chief tomentor in the able hands of the almighty). I should also acknowledge the kind gesture of my dear sister, Hon. Mp Bakireke Nambooze, Hon. Moses Kasibante, some Authority councillors, city mayors and a score of other friends and relatives, who paid me a courtesy call and generously brought lots of foodstuffs for my persecuted family. Of course, I can’t forget all of you, my amazing friends; your unflinching support and encouragement has definitely enabled me to soldier on against all odds. Together we shall overcome what apparently many pessimists perceive to be insurmountable challenges. For God and My Country” (Lukwago, 11.05.2016).

I think that is enough for now. Congratulation on your day Lord Mayor Lukwago and you shall overcome! Peace.
Forum for Democratic Change is Officially Illegal as the Headquarters are Sealed of as Crime Scene and everything from the offices are Confiscated; An act that (in it self) suspends the Multi-Party Democracy in Uganda!

Today the Ugandan Police Force have taken it further and taken away the material they have found. The Police have now sealed off the FDC Headquarters in Najjankumbi in Kampala as the levels of intimidation and the aggressive behaviour of the Police Force towards the Opposition party as the Swearing-in on the 12th May.
What the Police confiscated:
“Police have raided FDC headquarters & confiscated documents party intended to use during Dr Kizza Besigye’s ‘swearing in ceremony’ Confiscated documents also included flyers and posters FDC was planning to use on Thursday at Nakivubo Stadium during Kizza Besigye’s ‘inauguration’ Flyers partly read “We won, we weren’t declared, we were denied to go to court, our audit demand not listened to, swearing in is here”. Police also discovered a printing machine in one of the rooms at FDC headquarters in Najjanankumbi” (NBS TV Uganda, 10.05.2016).
The Pictures show the brass harassment of them and how the Political Party been addressed by the lawmen and the men who supposed to secure the citizens, not secure the National Resistance Movement and their President. That is what that is happening right now with this movement. The same with the FDC activists in Rukungiri, Kabale and all over who are detained over the 48 hour line together with the House-Arrest of the FDC Leadership. So the proof of the violence against them and the crackdown on the Multi-Party Democracy; With this attack on the FDC the Multi-Party Democracy in Uganda is suspended!
NRM have suspended the media’s with the ban and with the Interim Order with their actions of the Police Force initially made the Nation a One-Party State, as the other Political Parties are silent and little who doesn’t cause fear for the President even if they all we’re collected together. The FDC Offices are the living Proof of the Suspension of Multi-Party Democracy in the country. Peace.
Press Release: Ugandan minister warns media not to cover opposition protests (10.05.2016)

NEW YORK, United States of America, May 10, 2016 – Ugandan authorities should cease attempting to intimidate journalists in an effort to keep them from covering protests, the Committee to Protect Journalists said today.
Ugandan Minister for Information and National Guidance Jim Muhwezi on May 5 warned journalists that any news outlet that reports on opposition protests over the conduct of February’s presidential elections could face closure, according to press reports. Uganda’s political opposition has called for nationwide protests to mark the inauguration ceremony for President Yoweri Museveni’s fifth term, scheduled to take place in Kampala on May 12.
“All live broadcast of defiance activities should stop. Any media house that continues to cover them risks having their license revoked,” Muhwezi, a retired military officer, told reporters, according to Kampala’s daily Monitor. Those who cover the protests on social media could also be punished, the head of Uganda’s Communications Commission said, according to the BBC.
“The Ugandan government must stop trying to bully the media into silence,” CPJ Deputy Executive Director Robert Mahoney said. “Political protests are news and the press has a duty to the public to report on them.”
Uganda’s opposition Forum for Democratic Change, citing local and international observers, alleges that the elections were marked by irregularities and should be held again, according to press reports. Ugandan authorities say the poll was fair, and in late April obtained a court order declaring the protests illegal.
CPJ research has found that attacks against reporters covering the election have produced a climate of fear among Ugandan journalists.
