Zimbabwe: Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals – Memorandum – “Re: Continued Industrial Action by Junior Doctors and suspension” (02.01.2019)

With the knowledge of the rampant attacks with all sorts of weapons and oppression in the Anglophone part of Cameroon. Reading the translated New Years Eve Message from President Paul Biya. He can either be a droid with no heart, a heartless machine who works for the betterment of himself and his cronies. If not, he is a person without any heart, who has no trouble ordering mercenaries, soldiers and local government to assault these regions. That is what is happening.
I have seen the pictures of burning villages, the dead citizens with machetes and gun-wounds. The steady reports of violence in the Anglophone region, all through 2018. The continuation of a internal conflict and supported from the Biya Government, as he is living lavish in exile in Switzerland. While the Anglophone region is burning and bruised.
Look!
“In a spirit of national harmony, I decided to set up a “National Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Committee” to avoid the use of extreme measures. The duties of this body, which is under the authority of the Prime Minister, are to organize, supervise and manage the disarmament, demobilization and reintegration of ex-combatants of Boko Haram and armed groups in the North-West and South-West Regions willing to respond favourably to the hand of peace extended to them. I wish to emphasize that this initiative provides a dignified way out for ex-combatants and prospects for social reintegration, and should pave the way for a return to calm and normalcy. On the other hand, measures will be taken as soon as possible to give the local communities of our country the powers that would enable them to play a greater role in the management of local affairs. At the same time, the promotion of bilingualism and multiculturalism will be fast-tracked. Furthermore, I intend to continue the dialogue initiated with people of good-will to bring about lasting peace. Paradoxically, one of the effects of the unfortunate events that have been affecting social life in the North-West and South-West Regions for months now may surprise many of us. The populations of these two regions have noticed the sincerity of the intentions of authorities concerning the new powers delegated to local communities and the solidarity of the rest of the Nation towards them. My wish is that, eventually, national unity will be strengthened” (President Paul Biya – New Years Message, 31.12.2018).
I have hard time to understand, how he could do this and say this. Like he means this. That the new powers will be better, than what is there now. As long as the Central Government are sending soldiers, mercenaries and whoever else to destroy the Anglophone region. There will be reactions, but also more direct destruction of humanity there.
That the President have to know this, surely he gets the report about the activity of the soldiers there. They are maybe on the way to get the locals to lose their guns, but still it is the soldiers from the state who does the worst. They are the ones burning villages, killing civilians and stopping ordinary life. As people are running into the forest, even crossing borders into Nigeria into safety. Because they are afraid of the National Army, the one that supposed to support them and keep them safe.
That is why this President cannot have a heart, he cannot be human. He has to be a droid or some sort of machine. He cannot be breathing air, the natural oxygen or whatever that gives flowers life with the green-house effect. Because something else has to fuel his soul or his digital fragments that is looking like human like.
Paul Biya cannot be human, knowing about these crimes and acting this way. He cannot, unless, he is heartless. Peace.

Just as the New Years of 2019 is coming and the South Sudanese are working on the R-ARCSS or the Revitalized Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan, which was reached last year. This has changed the Transitional Government of National Unity, which means the administration in Juba have to evolve, become bigger and also more costly.
That is why the President in his speech on New Years Eve had to speak upon the finances. This is happening as the government of Khartoum are controlling and having more oversight of the Oil Industry. While the South Sudanese are securing their weapons and others imports, as the arms embargo is violated and the same with regional indifferences.
“Speaking to the peace party leaders and members of the diplomatic corps at a dinar on the Eve of the New Year, Kiir said: “I also call upon our international partners to help with the necessary finance to implement the agreement,” Kiir also said his leadership is ready to dialogue with groups that are still outside the agreement to take part in it. “My message to you all to those still holding out against peace is that whatever it is, we can find a solution so that all of us participate in the business of building our country.” He also called for cooperation among the parties leaders to protect the peace from collapsing. “I urge all of you to be patient, let us work together and not allow this peace to get out of our hands again.”” (Memoscar Lasuba – ‘President Kiir urges intl community for financial aid’ 02.01.2019, link: http://www.eyeradio.org/president-kiir-urges-intl-community-financial-aid/).
We know, why the President is asking for more money to implement the Peace Deal. As the South Sudan government will be expanded and get more offices, as if they are supposed to follow the signed agreement. It will be 4 Vice Presidents and 4 Major Clusters, where all parties of the agreement have their share. Also, the added strain of Central Government, Council of Ministers, State Government and other institutions who needs funding. The excessive size of the government, combined with the cost of funding it. It needs fresh financial funding of it, so that it can operate the TGoNU and the R-ARCSS.
That is why the President comes out with this, as the crisis is averted with this deal. Even as there are plenty of obstacles, there are plenty of problems ahead. Not just the allocation of funds, the laundering of money through back-channels as The Sentry has proven last year. But also, the mistrust and possible Ego’s of all parties. They all want to eat and not talk. They are used to settle the score with guns and not with negotiations. That is why, even as the months goes by.
All of this is surely to use the peace deal as a pawn, to get the needed funds. While the TGoNU should be focused on policies and secure the peace. Not just ensure, that all parties get offices and get their cut. That will not be sustainable. There is need for long term functions.
The President should consider this, the same is with the rest of the parties involved. They should ensure steady revenue without begging foreign donors. Who are seeing with the The Sentry and with UN reports, where the government and their misuse of funds. Where they are not respecting embargoes or even acting credible with funds they have at this point. Why should the international donors trust them now?
Because, they should show some progression on that part. Not only signing deals, while laundering money through Nairobi. Peace.

Now, that President Omar Al-Bashir has ordered investigations in the violence and killings during the days of demonstrations. The National Congress Party (NCP) and the President is up in arms, as we know, they will directly investigate themselves and clean their hands.
As that is happening, the public display of caring. There are 22 parties signing a declaration and calling themselves “The National Front for Change” as they withdrew themselves from the National Consensus Government. Where these opposition parties have called for dissolving the Parliament and establish a transitional government, a governing council. That is what the opposition parties called for on the 1st January 2019. The public have continued to demonstrate and riot since 18th December 2018. They are clearly, trying to cash-out and gain popularity, by answering to the public dismay towards the NCP and Al-Bashir.
We Al-Bashir doesn’t only have unpopular opinion against him, as his tyranny, his misuse of security organizations like Rapid Security Force (RSF) or the Janjaweed or the Sudan Defence Force. They are both used against the public and killing civilians who are demonstrating against him. The President have no issues killing his own to stay in power. That is why they are chanting against him.
We know there is problems under the surface with the lack of funds, financial crippling economy, where the Central Bank of Sudan plans to push new bank-notes, released this month. As the public are struggling to take out their salaries and waiting in long quees. When they get to the ATM and take out money, it comes out less than what they asked for. That is why, the public knows there is trouble brewing, as the President cannot rig the failing economy.
Whatever, they are pushing now. Whoever finance the new measures and half-baked ways of solving the crisis. The people are tired of the tyrant and his tyranny. The dictator cannot keep it up. The public is speaking on the streets and they are silenced by the armed forces and government militias. That is what this man is up to. The President tries to please and silence at the same time. That will not work out.
We have seen steady acts since 18th or 19th December until today. The government is fearing today, as the soldiers and militia men are in the streets. Even when nobody has called for further demonstrations. Clearly, that will appear again. As their wish of the resignation and stepping down of the President. Haven’t happen yet and their will haven’t been respected.
Time will tell, if the Arabic support of the government by financial means is enough. Or if the people are so tired of the President since 1989. That he will loose his power… loose his regime and his throne. That the people will get a more just ruler and better governance. As this government is preoccupied with hiring mercenaries, than securing the economy. Peace.
