The Creations of districts: Shows growing expenditure, not only at Parliament, but also at local level!

“Local governments are supposed to be financed with 30 per cent of the national budget but this has never been possible; sometimes it is as low as 15 per cent. This continues to stifle service delivery,” said Mr Cuthbert Felix Esoku, the Mbarara District chief administrative officer” (Mukombozi, Rajab – ‘Government lacks political will to improve district funding, say local leaders’ 09.11.2017, Daily Monitor).

Sometimes I wonder, if the government understand what it does, or if the sins of the 9^th Parliament is hitting the 10^th Parliament hard. Also, that the President is lax on caring, because he wants his cronies well off, just like former Prime Ministers and Vice-Presidents are getting 20 million Shillings Yearly as a Pensions, without the perks they are getting too. Therefore, the silence from them, as they are highly paid without doing anything for the NRM. Their ills and the growing Local Government is costing. Not only in Parliament, but in the districts itself. Today, the issues of Parliament is hurting, but none is addressing the local issues. Which is the reason for the lack of money and needed supplementary funds for the Members of Parliament (MP). Take a look!

“Parliament is seeking Shs 3.3 billion for the emoluments of twelve more legislators starting July 1, 2018. According to the parliamentary service commission, the number of MPs will increase from 453 to 465 at the start of the of 2018/2019 financial year when new districts and municipalities come into effect” (URN – ‘ Parliament seeks Shs 3bn for 12 new legislators’ 22.04.2018, The Observer).

I am amazed about the amounts of districts and the rise of cost. This not only the share Members of Parliament, the lack of space for their seats and the possible rebuilding of the Chambers. Because the amounts of MPs wasn’t built for this amount of people at the same time. Therefore, the Parliament needs funds and budgets to fit. That says the foolishness of the new districts in that regard alone.

We know, by recent news that the state cannot afford to hire civil servants to Local Government that as is, and that is without the new enclaves or districts created by the state. That is not just the salary of the MPs whose recently elected, while the Electoral Commission are stretched in getting the by-elections and the MPs their seats. That is just beginning, as the growing debt and the interest are growing. While the Parliament is lacking space and the infrastructure and the local hires are not there.

That the state has under President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni gone from 33 districts in 1986 to about 136/7 after 1^st July 2019. Which was ushered in July 2015, a year before the General Election 2016 and fitted the needs of the National Resistance Movement and keep up with pledges made by the President. So every single town is a District and none is inter-connected it seems. Every hill and top is Sub-County. Just the way NRM Regime like it.

In 2017, the Parliament gave a tender about 260 Billion Shillings to ROKO to build a 500 seat size of chambers there. So the payments and monies are there, when needed, as the state can configure and find money for this. But they are usually lacking funds for the civil servants and for the ones serving in public offices in low-level positions. Even not hiring the needed ones in the districts, schools and so on, as there are thousands of jobs that the Ministry of Public Service is not allowed to hire by direction of Keith Muhakanizi, the Secretary of Treasury said there was no funds for that.

But now, suddenly, just like there is funds to athletes, there are funds for new MPs. This is happening as the new possible Social Media tax and also the Tax on Mobile Money. So not like they don’t have projects to use it on. It is all of them districts that needs mansions for District Police Commanders and Residential District Commanders, who all need a palace to live in. Also the need for a local government building and facilities, they cannot run the district from a shack. If that means all citizens has to bleed, that is okay, they deserve this cronyism.

This is the pile of bills made by the amounts of districts, the running costs isn’t just the 3 billions supplementary for the MPs there, it is the new civil servants, buildings and develop these districts. Unless, they want to be ghosts on the paper like schools, teachers, students, refugees, roads and development projects in general.

So, if you don’t see the issues I see, then your either in on it or your just thinking. Its a lost cause, because the President is ushering it in and sanctioning it. This to feed off his cronies and making sure they get jobs locally. Instead of building good districts, he has just chopped them in two or made new ones. So the development and local changes can be made right before elections. That to secure his own candidates for the Parliament too. So for the President its a win-win.

Nevertheless, this has clearly stretched the budgets, the need for public officers and civil servants, as well as more appointed local leaderships. All of these needs salaries and pensions, which means the grows and becomes more expensive with the growth of expenses like these. This is happening at a rate and time, as the growing debt and interest rates are rising. Therefore, the negative affects of it all needs to be put in perspective. However, that is not interesting to the NRM as they cannot question their king, without insulting his intelligence or his will of staying there. That is shown too…

Well, this was a bleak and sad story, but needed this perspective, since the cost of 136/137 districts should be discussed, not only the cost of MPs and the cost of building a new chamber at the Parliament. Peace.

Hon. Nankabirwa continues her cult-like praise of Museveni!

“I would like to assure you that Museveni is here to stay. He has the power, the money and other resources that are necessary to push this country to greatness,” Nankabirwa said” (…) “Those who opposed the move to amend the presidential age limit are now living cowardly. They feel ashamed of the fact that their efforts proved them wrong at the end of the day. For us in NRM we proudly say that our stand was the best for Uganda,” she said” (Namanya, 2018).

Ruth Nankabirwa, the government chief whip continues her praise and being a loyal subject of the President. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni must be giddy to have someone praising him in this manner. She is now a useful mouthpiece, she is praising him and heavier, than Beti Kamya, which in itself is special. In the championship of praising Museveni in the current day, Nankabirwa is in the pole position, even in front of Lewis Hamilton.

She is now praising him and allying herself with him, in a way, where her fate is bound by what happens with Museveni. There isn’t anything of policies or political belief. It is just bound by her alliance with Museveni.

This here is just an act to solidify her position and show that she is loyal to the President. That is why she is even proud of the abolishing the Age Limit in the Constitution. Just to give more time and ability for the President to continue to rule. When the NRM speaks for the best, it is the best for the President and then the Republic. Because the President always comes first. Last mentioned was Uganda. That is because, Uganda has been blessed with Museveni in their eyes. He can do nothing wrong and if he does it you too blame.

That is why the President is quick to blame his cronies and his own people, there is never his fault. But he expects that people like Nankabirwa praises him and gives him the fountain of honor. Not that a man of his stature do wrong or doesn’t listen to advice. Even fellow peers at the time of the makings of the Constitution, warned him about term limits. That he didn’t want to hear, but had to revise when he had spent that time in office and didn’t want leave. The same appeared again, as his age was closing in on him.

Now, the President needs his fellow MPs and Cronies to praise him, even if it is wrong. The people who was against abolishing the age limit isn’t cowards, but they have just seen the Republic and the Parliament, mostly sold to the President. They are not representatives anymore of the people, but of the President. There are few who are real and who try within the system to represent the people. However, there is very few and those who does, like even within the NRM would be fined and sanctioned by the Party. The NRM Rebel MPs was even talks of sanctioning them.

Nankabirwa, we know your loyal, but your words are still not true. Museveni isn’t a visionary anymore, and your just trying to catch your next paycheck. We understand, we do and we are not blind sheep following without thinking straight. It is hard to believe that Museveni will bring the republic to greatness now.

Museveni has had 32 years and there is still very little progress made and the achievements of the past is now getting tarnished with time. Also, the lack taxation, the added debt and the cronyism that is destroying the state. If that is greatness in Nankabirwa eyes, than I am sorry, but I beg to differ. It isn’t greatness, its self-inflicted destruction of the state in favor of one man and his cronies. That is not development, but using the state as a racket. It has been done now for over 30 years. The White House Sack-Race Continues: Sessions firing Deputy Director of FBI McCabe – Just another Whack Job from the Administration!

It is rich of Attorney General Jeff Sessions to fire on behalf of the President Donald Trump, the Deputy Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Andrew McCabe. It is so wealthy and extravagant of the AG to sack McCabe, this is a hack-job or a whack-job. This is so fitting this limited minded administration under President Trump. The steam-rolling circus evolving around the narrow-minded, compromised and tauntingly stupid administration of Trump. This isn’t governance, this isn’t building institutions or trying to uphold them, instead it is massaging the ego of Trump.

This is buying Sessions time, since he has been under-fire and called disloyal on dozens of occasions by the President. Who has no civil understanding or common sense, except he wants Mars Robots and Soldiers fighting Jupiter now, while building a wall and still having a massive budget deficit. You know that Trump doesn’t have many marbles left, neither any words of wisdom. That is why he hires folk from CNBC and Fox&Friends, because he doesn’t know better.

McCabe is fired because he has defied and followed protocol, he is fired because Trump grew tired that the Russian investigation and the Mueller Probe finally hit the Trump Organization. The skeletons in the business of the Trump Organization will be looked into by the FBI. The ones that he despise and tried to obstruct ever since getting into office. It is only someone who fears the truth, that does what he can to stifle the investigation. Just think if Obama did this one of a dozens of Benghazi hearings or if Clinton moved against the Starr Impeachment investigations. The whole Republican hell would have brought loose, but in this day and age, it is just Friday.

Trump can have allegations of all ill-conduct, he can be sued by a Porn-Star, while other Presidents cannot even have alleged blow-jobs in the office or mistresses. Without nearly losing their jobs or getting public scrutiny. The double-standard is amazing, it was a week where Obama was critiqued by the Republicans for wearing a brown-suit. Today, it sound like nonsense, it was nonsense back-then, but compared to the big scandals of Trump. It is nothing and shouldn’t have been a thing.

That this firing is suspect isn’t only that Sessions did the bidding of the President, but that hours ahead of the firing, the Fox News had already made draft articles of the firing of him. The angle wings was already spreading and the legacy and the epicenter of nonsense was in full swing. That the allegations made by Sessions is rich, since he lied on his forms before getting appointed, he didn’t tell about his meeting with foreign agents during the run-up to the election. He also lied on the stand when they were having the public hearing. Therefore, Sessions is not the guy to blame McCabe, he should first fist-pump God, before telling other about orderly conduct.

For me this a reaction that the McCabe never flinched or stopped the Russian Probe of Mueller, never gave way or stopped anything. This is revenge and petty politics of the highest order, the Grand Wizard of the White House. He just cannot help himself, while he is watching Fox News, InfoWars or busy playing golf.

This is just one of to many who has gone out, the second highest in command of the FBI. The Second FBI director during the tenure of Trump. That should be shocking, but he has no levels of understanding, that the President is not above the law. However, he thinks so. McCabe is just the freshest casualty in the war against his case and the Mueller Investigation. If there was nothing, he wouldn’t obstruct justice, neither sack former FBI Director James Comey or politicize the Department of Justice. It is not one of his tools, but a independent department to work for the citizens, not the Commander-in-Chief. The whiny baby in the Oval Office, has to sooner learn that, but that train has left the station already.

We just know, that the Trump Administration will continue to be chaos, as the people hired has no knowledge of governance and is stooges, while the will of the GOP isn’t there. All other excuse is not acceptable. The reality is that this is just another step in touching the Russian investigation. To look at it differently is just exposing the mental dissonance from the factors that been spinning since inauguration.

It is time to indict more people close to the President and fire of all cylinders, but Mueller is navigating the waters and collecting evidence to build case. He will not give in easy and will cover all space. Not like GOP House Representatives, that are showing their weakness and loyalty to the President. That is why the suspended the investigations there, without getting all details as the DNC Report after proves. To many people haven’t been interviewed, neither subpoena enough documentation. Hopefully, Mueller does and gets, so he can drop bombshells and prove no leads to the reality getting exposed. Peace.

Opinion: Politics and Policies of our day is like poisons wells, as the politicians cannot even provide the basic services to the citizens!

Someone has to say it and seems like it has to be me. But there are something wrong with out time and day. When it is made easier to get funds to analyze the waters on Mars and the moon. Than, actually making sure the citizens of so many nations is struggling to provide proper water sources to their citizens. It isn’t like it is the people of Miami’s fault, neither the people of Tokyo, that there is no water in regions of Sudan or in Somalia. That isn’t the fault directly of these people. Neither of mine. But we have to ask. Why is it so? When did this become acceptable?

Not that we made this over day, not that the society was built in a day. It moved to this, we let certain people run our nations, we let certain companies take advantage and also multi-national organization serve certain beneficiaries every single day. We let that happen and it is continuing. We are letting the marginalized being hurt on the daily without any consideration. This is continuing without anyone stopping, while the leaders are driving in expensive SUVs and having palaces for homes. While the ones they represent struggles to pay for enough rice on their plate. We are letting this happen. We are letting them get away with murder, daylight robbery and we are letting them take away the wealth of the nations.

This is not how it is supposed to be. The Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Multi-National Companies, State Institutions and State Owned Companies are supposed to all work together to provide and secure delivery of services and products that we all need. If it work in perfect harmony, than the public and companies should prosper together. If it is correct, the NGOs should overlook society and the state, to make sure they follow the rights of every individual and make sure the politicians doesn’t take advantage of their powers. However, sometimes and to often the security and the state of affairs isn’t made this way.

The companies has secret deals with the politicians, the NGOs are afraid of doing their questioning and reporting, out of fear of addressing the matters and the wrong-doings. The nature, the people and the society are hurt for short-term profits. The companies are more directly involved in the elite politicians and sometimes founded by them. They are making sure the state are covering the debts created in these companies and making sure the family members are hired too. All in a circle of vicious eating of the state funds, without concern on how it affect the economy or the unemployed community. This is happening, while the Wall Street Companies and the big corporations let them. Since they are affiliated and getting fortunes on the funds getting through this process.

We should worry about this, we should pound about it. Not accept it, the acknowledgment that something is wrong, that something isn’t right. That we are taken for granted, other people are eating of our resources and taken everything. Not supporting or adjusting to make sure they actually serve the public. They are not hiring or making sure to respect the provisions of the state even. As they are making deals inside the State House or with family members of the Executive. This is happening on daily basis. The ignorance and indifference. The malicious takings and unacceptable use of public resources. This is just insane and we let it happen again and again. When they know they can, they don’t have to deliver water in the taps, make sure the school is decent and has books, police officers being paid, the soldiers being fed on operations and the roads well-kept. They don’t have to, because they walk in the National Bank, empty the accounts and flee the scene without no Oceans 11. Just walk in suits and tie, smile and grin and go out like they ordered a pizza at the Hut. No issue, no nothing.

That is why there is no water, why there is well, why there are no services. Because we have accepted to be taken for granted, we have accepted to fooled and stolen from, that the powers can silence us and take it all, without any question or any honor. While speaking to us and belittling us. They are using all measures and all the provisions to hold us down. But should we let them? Is that right?

I don’t think so, neither should you. It isn’t just about water, but when you cannot provide what is needed and everything needs to live. You know that society is out of whack. You know that the government doesn’t give a rats ass about you or your kin. Then its time to question them and show them you matter. Not just compliance, but defiance. Not silence, neither violence, but demonstrations that hurt the system and give them a mental beating. Hurt their pockets and their will. That is the only way to stop this, neither companies, NGOs or ruling elite, will give a damn until the people start to stop their bread and circus. When they don’t have fancy bread and has the circus. They will run away and stop being loyal to the paradigm. Until, that happen, they will be ignorance and not care, until their nearest surroundings are breaking and in for the taking.

Just think about that…. Just think about that… Not let that go, the society who cannot even deliver the basics has to be shaken, has to stirred, not with violence, but as long as it silence its weakest and poorest. They are the ones who has to be on the barricades and break the kingpins on top. No-one else will give way. It will cost to do this peacefully. But it has to stop. That there is no water in the tap, there is no well for miles, there is no jobs for 80% of the youth and educated get to emigrate to get a job. Then you know the state of affairs is wrong.

You shouldn’t accept it and neither should I. Not because I do something magnificent, but I don’t. I will just not let my writing and my thoughts be altered into ignorance, when I know to many people on this earth. Get taken for granted, get used as pawns and used tools, when they need aid funds and when they need development funds. However, some of that always get taken. That is why they stay poor and act poor, easy funds to tap into. They can just eat of the IMF, World Bank and Development Banks as long as they write fine plans and proceedings. Someone will take it and buy into it.

That is why the well isn’t built, the water isn’t in the tap. There is no deep concern. There is no concern that yields are dwindling, the sources are not there, the storage of rain-water isn’t there either. Nothing is taken care off. That while the politicians ride by in expensive cars, nice watches, big entourages with security guards and affiliates, give away few pieces of bread and a grand speech. But when the ordinary day passes by, nothing is done, the pothole still there and the liquidated funds are non-existent, the plans was just on paper and things remain the same.

Still, the people and elites expect silence. They don’t expect an uprising, they don’t expect people to say enough, to say, we deserve water, we deserve a state who cares and secure the future of our kids. We deserve to make a society where all people can get a livelihood. Not just the ones closets to the elite. There should be more possibilities. There should be, but there isn’t.

It got to stop, we got to drill and build. We got too, but first we got destroy, to be able to rebuild. We have to dismantle, piece by piece. Because if we continue, the elites and the powers to be will not let go. It is easy money and your not eating. Its a simple trade and one is the loser. While the other party takes it all. Peace.

Presidential Pledge Bonanza: The High Court has ordered the “Delivery.Go.Ke” as unlawful!

The pledges and promises site of the supposed achievements of the Jubilee Administration, which is the works and policies done by Government of Kenya (GoK). The National Government that has done this has broken codes of conduct and the laws, as the violations of the Election Offences Act of 2016. The same state has also broken the codes of law, when using the state resources to support and make the web-site. The order today from the High Court ordered that if any person, proxy or any other acting person to not under direction of the order to stop making state advertisement, to restraining the web-site and the public banners or other equipment to advertise the advertisement page of the GoK.

That the President Uhuru Kenyatta and his ruling party has impressively broken codes and laws he has sanction in his own time. The President has used state resources and advertised in a way that is not legal. The Delivery.Go.Ke is unlawful. Its impressive the arrogance and the possible acts of the ruling regime. That they have no trouble putting it up and trying to make themselves look successful, but has to do it in unlawful way.

The High Court used this part of Election Offences Act article 14:

“(2) No government shall publish any advertisements of achievements of the respective government either in the print media, electronic media, or by way of banners or hoardings in public places during the election period” (Election Offences Act, 2016).

The issue is clear and the law is not hard to understand. Even layman can understand the issue and grasp the intent. That the respective government, in this case the Jubilee Party and the Jubilee Administration, the State House who supported and build the web-page clearly broke this law. They used this and made this page with intent of the election period. This sort of digital portal of achievement, wasn’t to show transparency or their efforts of holding up to standard of the pledges of previous election. Instead, an advertisement of Kenyatta and his closest associates.

That the page is made by the President’s Delivery Unit (PDU) and a team led by Andrew Wakahiu. The others are: Lee Kyonze, Eliud Lelerai, Nyamu Githaka & Cindy Kuria. The PDU is: “Established in 2015, The President’s Delivery Unit is a centre of government function based in the Office The President. Its primary remit is to improve the coordination of National Government flagship programs, monitor, evaluate and report on and the timely fulfillment of H.E. President Uhuru Kenyatta’s key development priorities” (Delivery.co.ke – About PDU). The whole web-page is mixed together with the Office of the President and Government of Kenya. Clearly, it is like a phenomenon of adverts.

Therefore, the judgment of High Court seems fair, thinking of the use of applied law and the structure of the page. It would be different if the President had this as a single rich Milk-Magnate and supported it with Brookside side-cash, but this is facilitated with government resources and built out of the State House and the Office of the President. This is all part of the government structure and high-level bureaucrats who is hired to promote their President. That is why this page becomes illegal and misuse of the adverts in electronic media. Opinion: The Jubilee Party are hypocrites for their ‘Loose Face Campaign’ against CJ Maraga!

The Jubilee Party are clearing changing their tune from 2016, when they was bravely saying the CORD or now National Super Alliance (NASA) was unlawful with their disregard of the law with their demonstration. So, that the Jubilee are now targeting Court Justice David Maraga, proves the ruling regime is cunning and not caring about their legacy.

Since on the 1^st June 2016, the then President Kenyatta said this:

“It is particularly saddening that those who were at the front in supporting the enactment of the Constitution are now turning against the same laws” (…) “We must be a nation that respects and follows the rule of law” (Kenyatta – ‘Be wary of selfish leaders, President Kenyatta cautions Kenyans’ 01.06.2016).

So why does the CORD/NASA has to follow the rule of law, but when the laws apply to Jubilee, they have to get rid of the Court Justices? They are now this September having campaigns to make damage of the reputation of Maraga. The man behind the team that nullified the Presidential Election of August 2017. This has clearly hurt the Jubilee Alliance Party, therefore, they are attacking the ones who did it.

Jubilee are hypocrites, who in power tells the opposition to follow the law. But the moment it hit the fan, they are attacking it harder and wider than what the Opposition did. The opposition went to the streets to change the IEBC and the leadership after Chicken Gate. It’s like the corrupt leadership of IEBC wasn’t an issue and is still not an issue. If the Jubilee cared about governance and transparency, they wouldn’t attack the courts and judges who did their job. But they would challenge and reform IEBC, not save it and try to do the same as they did in August.

That is what the Jubilee are doing, they are saving the leadership and trying to spin-it in favor of them. As the days to October get’s closer. Instead of actually making a difference. They are attacking the CJ Maraga, because they don’t know better. They doesn’t care about rule of law, only about their own power and control. The Jubilee Party wants to control it all and take the power by all means. So the Jubilee are not respecting the Courts and their mandate. As they are going to war against Maraga.

It is sad to see the levels of disrespect, the levels of unbound judgment of the judges. They should respect the Courts. But they don’t when they want to Maraga to lose face in their campaign. It is insane and sad. The Madness should stop, the crazy train should leave Mombasa and not come back after a party on the beach. It is time to eat a chapati and chill. This sort of act is not presidential, this is not what to expect of a party of incumbent. The attack on Maraga is childish and not respecting the Courts, the laws or understanding the Constitution. The petition should be dismissed as the nonsense it is. It is a witch-hunt, without a witch! Peace.

The New York Gang, apparently again not so transparent since Kushner, Manafort and Trump Junior are all having their Senate Hearings behind closed doors!

 

If ever President Trump complains about former FBI director James Comey or Attorney General Jeff Sessions, know that they had the courage and the capacity to be asked in public about their acts and their meetings that was involving the Russian Probe. Not that Sessions said much or could recall anything, at least he could sit there and take it like a man. I respect that part, not that I like the AG Sessions, but give credit where it is due.

On the other hand, the rest of the New York Gang, who had the famous June 2016 meeting are this week been called for public hearings and questioned by the Senate Judiciary Committee. Where Senator Grassley sadly has accepted that Jared Kushner, he is the man who can solve all crisis, Donald Trump Junior, the current chief of Trump Organization, and former Campaign Manager Paul Manafort will testify behind closed doors! They cannot be perceived as transparent ever again, they cannot even tell the truth under oath on C-Span.

What a weak brigade of gangsters, who cannot even take their plausible interactions with foreign officials and questions about their possible lies and ever changing stories into the public sphere. It is as if they got too much to hide and has only dropped a few tears, and not the whole bucket of water, but that is just how me sensei see it!

Not like the Trump Organization or the President likes transparency, if not he would have showed the world when running as nominee or even as Presidential Candidate the IRS Tax Returns, for himself and his business. However, with the shady backdrop of business transactions of the so-called empire. It would be more believable if it was not just a spreadsheet of possible values as been given ever since.

It is not like the son-in-law Kushner has all truthful in the paper-trial on the revised forms; there are always coming new loans and estates, businesses and people that he met. However, he still have security clearance and possibility to do as he please. The same has been done by AG Sessions, he did not disclose meeting with foreign officials when sworn-in. Therefore, the New York Gang is not about the transparency, not the one in the Presidents eye, Trump Junior who is so transparent, had to revise his story three times over the weekend about the Russian meeting, as more people connected became news.

So that these people are now behind closed doors and not sworn-in under oath as Jack Tapper reported yesterday is insane and show how little integrity and pride for the Republic the New York Gang, if they had nothing to hide. Why not release all call-logs, e-mail chains and all sort of data in combination with the questionable meetings with Sergey Kislyak and other Russian during the Trump Campaign. Why not release the documentation for instance on the financial transactions in/with Russia? That is if, you want to be up-front and has nothing to hide, but clearly you do, since you have no interest doing so in the past and neither today.

That is why the President blames both democrats and republicans on Capitol Hill for not supporting him. As if it is their issue, that the President has not been truthful and knows what troubles he is in. The Presidency might be powerful, but is not all-powerful. The President is neither a monarch nor God. Therefore, it times to drink the Kool-Aid and revise, maybe even come forward. It will cost, cost so much and the efforts to undermine the democracy and state should go. Not that they will, since they have it and they will not let it go.

We will not know what sort of intelligence or information that comes out of the closed-doors meeting in the senate. That will come later in reports, if not in drip-drops like everything in this matter. I hope that Robert Mueller, the Special Investigator into the case will find some insights and can dig deeper in the New York Gang. Therefore, the truth and the most likely collusion can come forward with all of the federal charges that the Trump Organization might have committed. Since it has been all hidden, until he took public office and were scrutinized.

We know of some dealings and some shady practices, some lacking payments of contractors, of salaries and even being behold to agreements. That has been shown, also that the Trump Tower was helped by mafia to withhold the work force in the midst of strikes. In addition, the frauds like Trump University and others, where the striking salesperson Trump used his name to trick people to buy into the “get-rich-scheme”. He cannot use the gig now in the same manner and a person like Mueller has fried bigger fish than him. I cannot wait to read his reports and his investigation documents. When they are released, whenever that might be, the whole operation and the details will shed light on the dark secrets the New York Gang has so desperately hidden. Peace.

Opinion: President Mugabe isn’t anointed by God, he is crook who uses the state as his racket!

I clearly have to order a Zimbabwean bible and their interpretation of the holy scriptures. Since yet another man claims that President Robert Mugabe is a holy person. He is been said to be in Psalms, rule from the dead and even decide the fate of people on the Pearly Gates. The Destiny of Africa Network Reverend Obadiah Musindo has clearly a similar vision, as his bible verses are different than from other preachers. As he sounds more like Grace Mugabe, ZANU-PF Youth Leaders and other cronies of Bob Mugabe. So just look at what he said in a radio interview during this week.

Obadiah Musindo said this: “Some people are holding secret meetings and appointing themselves as presidents and forming a Cabinet, but one thing they are forgetting is that it is God the Almighty who chose Robert Gabriel Mugabe to become the President of Zimbabwe against the wishes of many people” (…) “Mugabe was ordained by God. He was anointed by God before the foundation of the world. There is nothing that will happen in as far as presidential succession is concerned. Succession will only happen through God’s involvement” (…) “There are some people who went after Muammar Gaddafi, Sadam Hussein [all slain] and there are so many uprisings in other countries, but Mugabe survived because he is God’s anointment” (…) “The same God that anointed Mugabe has already anointed his successor. So let’s wait for God’s time. Those positioning themselves are suffering from political arrogance” (…) “I have said it before that no one in this country is able to remove Mugabe from power unless he relinquishes the power by himself or is taken by natural means” (Newsday, 2017).

So when this in mind I have remade scriptures before because I had to prove a point. I am sure St. Peter and Gabriel must feel threaten by the powers of the President. By my recognition and the praise of Mugabe, he must be the most holiest person on planet earth. All of his loyal cronies and family members that has come forward are putting him in biblical terms, as his reign is in the scripture. Which is all insane, that the ZANU-PF is now making him more and more holy.

He is a grand-dictator, high and mighty he is not. Mugabe is flesh and blood like the rest of us. The difference is that he went from being a liberation hero into an over zealous and a kleptomaniac, who acts like the Zimbabweans owns him everything. That they own him not only their lives, but all of their future, and what do they get in return? Nothing, not a single coin or a state institution worth a damn. The state is under siege and is captivated by the cult built around Mugabe, therefore all the me n and woman in the ZANU-PF are praising him like it is the ‘Our Father’ or ‘Lord’s Prayer’:

“Our Father in heaven,

hallowed be your name,

your kingdom come,

your will be done,

on earth as in heaven.

Give us today our daily bread.

Forgive us our sins

as we forgive those who sin against us.

Lead us not into temptation

but deliver us from evil.

For the kingdom, the power,

and the glory are yours

Amen”

Like Mugabe is the one delivering the Kingdom Come, he will cleans them of their sins at the Pearly Gates and will give them the daily bread, since he has the glory and the power forever. Which is all a bit to much for another brother who we cease his flesh in-do time. He has surely lead people into temptation and has not delivered from evil. Since his state isn’t providing the needed service, neither is it caring about being true representatives of the Zimbabwean people. Therefore, he isn’t hanging out with Michael or Gabriel.

He [Mugabe] will beg for mercy and ask forgiveness to the almighty God when his time comes. Just like the rest of us. Even if the ZANU-PF cronies uses his name on the ballots and continues to build on his cult. That is just their way of surviving at this point. Since they are bound by his reputation and his determination to bleed the state of every single coin while he was breathing. They do not want to give way for real development and a state who represent the people. That is why the demonstrations and the people’s movements like #ThisFlag has been successful. Because they have tapped into what the Zanu-PF and his holiness Mugabe has forgotten. The people and their needs. If Mugabe was holy and as close to eternal power as his cronies claims.

Why would the state default on their programs?

Why would people starve and why would the harvests be so grim?

Why didn’t the state take precautions and think of remedies before hand of a possible drought?

Why is the holy Mugabe not caring about lacking medicine in hospitals?

Why isn’t there enough funds for civil servant salaries?

If he was so holy, why is the basic state rotten and the core state non-existent?

Since he is not so holy, but just a cult, which is driven by one ego and his family to take the whole Republic of Zimbabwe for a ride. The ride of his life as they misuse the possible riches of Zimbabwe, the needed funds of the state and the donor funds that is able. This done by the greatness and holiness, as the skeleton of the state need a revival of epic proportions when he leaves. Since he has soaked it and drowned it in a pit. Which none of the Zimbabwean people deserves. They deserves a Statesman and someone who offers certainty of service delivery, not state reserves taken. That is the state of today.

Nothing godly, just looting of main-street and of the vast resources, that been done for decades upon end. With no honor or justification, but lies and deception. As the Zanu-PF elite and cronies are now claiming to be godly. It is not and will not be. Only God can can decide the destiny in the afterlife, that is not in the hands of Mugabe. He cannot save me or any soul, that job is for God. Mugabe could have been a messenger or a disciple, but he is not. He is just a crook who use the state as his racket. Peace.
