Opinion: Mahmood MP speaking the truth about Braverman MP…

“The words of the hon. Member for Boston and Skegness (Matt Warman) must have some meaning for him. They do not for anybody else in this debate, because they do not make any sense or bring any delivery for the people we represent. This country is based on the rule of law. We are in the UN Security Council. We wrote the European convention on human rights. We were the main principals behind the Geneva convention. We penned the war crimes legislation that is now in existence. People here are being accused of being lefty lawyers for doing the right thing and standing up for people and for our rights which are enshrined in law. We have always worked to the letter of the law, and so we should. The Home Secretary takes no advice from the Bar Council and no advice from the Law Society, which both say that the Bill will create contradictions and will have problems in the courts, just like those the Government have already had. The Government do not want to do anything about that, and that is a problem. There are no safe routes for anybody to come through. Afghanistan has been closed. Hong Kong has been closed” – Khalid Mahmood, Labour MP for Birmingham (Perry Barr) – (13.03.2023).

In our times, there is a need for truth tellers and one of them yesterday was the MP for Birmingham (Perry Barr), Mr. Khalid Mahmood who spoke the brutal truth. He didn’t lie and came with no falsehoods. This man could have spared his words, minced them and been more diplomatic. No, he chose the honest path, and it shows. It is just so direct and sincere, that’s why Home Secretary Suella Braverman MP should be concerned about her lasting legacy. Because, when men like Mahmood can torn your flesh. You just know those wounds will never heal. It is a stain that will linger and never be repaired.

The Home Secretary should be concerned about herself and who she is. She will be remembered for this time. The choices of words and the bill itself. The actions against the weakest, the poor and the misfortunate who is taking the dangerous journey to the United Kingdom. She should be worried about them, but instead vilify them and makes their trip illegal.

The people of the United Kingdom are not so naive as to allow this huge nonsense of xenophobia and racism from her party. She needs the knock of humanity to move forward with these issues. We are all here representing all of our constituents—the Home Secretary does not understand that. For her sake and for the sake of all the people who come here, I hope that we are responsible for human beings and show humanity moving forward” (Mahmood, 13.03.2023).

It is not just about rule of law and about international law. No, it is about principals and morals. This law is about our basic understanding and about humanity as a whole. Mahmood MP just shows the draconian path and the sinister way the Tories are handling it. The Home Secretary and the Tories are willing to address it this way. They are willing to risk the lives and endanger them even further. That’s what they are doing, while vilifying and criminalizing them. It is real dark and grim, but the reality of it all.

Mahmood MP is speaking the truth. His voice needs to be heard. It is a voice of reason and it’s sad that it isn’t amplified more. Peace.

Opinion: Sunak will rock the boat…

We will detain those who come here illegally and then remove them in weeks, either to their own country if it is safe to do so, or to a safe third country like Rwanda” – Prime Minister Rishi Sunak (07.03.2023).

That Prime Minister Rishi Sunak needs a case and a policy to pin his name on is clear. The “Stop the Boat” and be hard on immigration is an easy way to gain popularity or show force in the Downing Street No. 10. So, behind the black-door and on a podium he could look supreme.

Though the whole publicity and action will possibly backfire. Not only because the United Kingdom has a “Modern Slavery System” but also because it isn’t honouring it’s pledges to international law. This is an extension of the Brexit and the “self-control” of the United Kingdom. That’s the gist here, but he will possibly regret it all.

As a son of an immigrant, he should know better and the same should Suella Braverman. Nevertheless, these two rather disown their own and gain political capital by despicable means. The PM knows this, but he has to play along to these hard right policies, which would have blocked his own kin from entering the Kingdom. That’s the striking here… his parents and others in the that generation would have been sent to Rwanda… if the laws was like that.

Sunak is catering to the worst side of aisle here. Just so he get the ERG and anti-immigration sentiments of society. While the Tories are also showing the sinister side of the British Government. A side that the Tories and others has tried to hide away, but is now coming up in the open. The plans of arresting, making seeking asylum illegal and trying to migrate to the United Kingdom.

The PM even said this:

“If we can’t stop the boats, our ability to help genuine refugees in future will be constrained. Full control of our borders will allow us to decide who to help, and to provide safe and legal routes for those most in need. I understand there will be debate about the toughness of these measures… all I can say is that we have tried it every other way… and it has not worked” (Sunak, 07.03.2023).

We are seeing a harshness and a law enforcement, which will be not only questioned, but most likely challenged by international law. The United Kingdom is a bunch of islands, but not living in a vacuum. It is part of the world and has to act accordingly to the United Nations Conventions and bodies it has signed itself up too. The international laws the UK government has ratified and made as part of its own legislation. So, the possibility to seek refuge and shelter shouldn’t be gone over night. It is tough talk and spreading fear, like a fascist government does.

Sunak is just showing the evil side of the British government. Using the ones who is fighting and who has to go the worst hurdles known to mankind to get to safety. His is using them as pawns to gain political capital and sloganeer. Making asylum seekers into criminals or felons. Just so he can win favours among the hard right in the United Kingdom. Peace.

Opinion: US new sinister rule of detaining children indefinitely!

The Republican Party, the party that does whatever it can to abolish abortion, clearly have a mismanaged self-belief in the humanities. As they do not value the living, unless their donors or idiots who blindly follows the sinister party, the GOP. Who has no issues now with arresting, detaining and making it illegal to seek refuge, to seek shelter or even seek asylum in the United States of America.

The innocent children who are tagging along their parents seeking a better future. Are now first meet with concentration camps, where the same party doesn’t want to give the asylum seekers a bath, shower or the basic commodities. While they are incarcerated for their choice of crossing into the US.

Now, the US who has already for far too long, split the kids from their parents, awaiting verdict on their cases of possible visa/asylum. They are now opening not only to keep them in detention and detaining them. The new rule allow the kids, the infants and the toddlers to be kept indefinitely. Don’t tell me that these people care about people’s lives, about their future or even have simple compassion. When you have the heartless acts of allowing kids to be permanently in prison. That is Trump’s America.

“The core principle and requirement of the Flores Agreement is that migrant children taken into detention should be released as “expeditiously” as possible. The new rule provides instead for the indefinite detention of children with their parents in federal immigration facilities pending resolution of their immigration proceedings. No one can say that America has compassion or care for the weak, the poor and the ones in need. As the kids crossing the borders with their parents. It is evil enough to separate them in the first place. Now they are opening up to make them felons for life. That is who this administration is.

There is no heart, no soul or compassion from this administration. Just the acts of vile egocentric and alt-right bullshit. That is so far from the supposed ideals of the US. Which by now is far from forgotten, as they are now to busy, pumping up the ego of one man and his clan.

President Trump is showing that his the worst. The acts done by him and his associates proves how little they care. We known by words, but their actions are even worse. The act of detaining kids in the first place is foul. No one deserves to be detained without doing a crime, and crossing a border isn’t that. However, the US says so now. Trump Administration says so and acts so. This is the US of 2019. Surely, the founding fathers are shaking in their graves. Peace.

Opinion: Ilhan Omar deserves credit not scrutiny!

U.S. Representative Ilhan Omar is one of the persons, one of the representatives that represents everything the President of United States isn’t. She represent the ones who came through poverty, immigrated and made a new life in the United States. That is why she is idol and also a figure of amassed power. Because, she is the living proof of the hope and ability of immigrants and refugees in the United States. Everything, this administration is working against and wants to stop.

Rep. Omar has again and again since her time in office, as a Representative from Minnesota. Shown character and courage. Shown force when explaining the misuse of power and the lack of oversight in the role of Israeli investment and diplomatic unity between the American Government and Israeli counterparts. That was called anti-Semitism, when it was really just questioning the powers to be and their affiliation with a foreign force. Still, because of her personality, her religion and her heritage. That became giant issue.

Again, she is under-fire for the same reason. Because of who she is, not because of what she stands for or working towards. No, the political work and her statements are shining examples of the American Dream, of the unity and the diversity of the United States. However, the President and the Republican Party, prefer scaremongering and silencing tactic towards the ones who works for diverse republic. The ones that is actually working for the what the Republic has been known for, to be welcoming and friendly to all religions, creeds and ethnic groups to immigrate there.

She was stating all of this in a manner that wasn’t offensive, wasn’t wrong, but just wanting the United States, to be what it is known for. To let people enter the Republic and try to achieve the American Dream. By following immigration law or the rights as asylum-seekers. That is well-known.

Rep. Omar is an inspiration and someone that gives hope to the world. People are taking things out of context and beating it up. Because she fits as someone you can use as a target. The President and the GOP does it steady with her. Especially since she got the courage to co-sponsor a bill, which attacks and directly stops one of the big executive orders of this presidency. That is why they are attacking her, because she defends the end of the Muslim Ban and the direct ban of entering of certain nationalities.

There is time for a change, there is a time for the equality and justice, not just white supremacy rule, where the fringe ideas became policy. That is what has happen and now that the democrats have control of the House. The Republicans and their control of the Capitol Hill is challenged and sometimes can even hang the Congress.

I’ll stand by Ilhan Omar and her cause, which will change the United States for the better. Peace.

Opinion: Trump’s forged “National Emergency” on the Southern Border!

Not like facts are important for the Republican Party or the GOP, they have been swallowed in the daily lies of the President and his Administration. President Donald J. Trump is a not only a serial liar in Chief, but also the sort of man that manufactures crisis to his benefits. At least, the President tries to do it. At a phase that is getting into stupid levels.

President Trump have in today’s White House statement ‘President Donald J. Trump’s Border Security Victory’ said: “NATIONAL EMERGENCY ON OUR BORDER: The President is using his clear authority to declare a national emergency as allowed under the National Emergencies Act” (…) “ADDRESSING THE CRISIS AT HAND: President Trump is taking the necessary steps to address the crisis at our Southern Border and stop crime and drugs from flooding into our Nation” (White House, 15.02.2019).

As the President does this and claims this problem, as he wants to use illegitimate measures against something that is not existing and especially not to the extent he claims. Because, the reality is that the numbers game are showing a decline of immigration during the latests year.

The U.S. Border Patrol at the Southwest Border Sectors has shown a steady decline in the apprehension of illegal aliens on the border. Between the 1990 to 2001, there was over a 1 million aliens crossing the borders. For two years, it was just over 900.00 between 2002-2003. While again between 2003 to 2005, there was over 1 million aliens captured again. By the time of 2009, there was apprehended less than 500,000 on the border. By the time of 2017, it was down to 303,000 who was apprehended. Therefore, the numbers are already significantly declining and that was even happening in the first whole year of the Trump Administration. Still, he has spawn this idea of a border wall and need. Will change the pattern and the crossing of illegal aliens.

So, when the President in his statement even claims the arrest of 260,000 in the last two fiscal years. That even proves how fake this National Emergency is. If it had been as in the 1990s or even 00s. Than, the numbers was striking and as high as they ever been. Now, they are lower and showing that the President are just using his Executive Powers just for his own means. Not to make a better republic, nor justifying it. As, the ones who was President during the 1990s like Bill Clinton had a much bigger issue with this, than President Trump ever has. Also, the first term of George W. Bush was even worse than now. Still, the others tackled this differently.

However, none of the other mentioned President was spreading the message of the Alt-Right, the White Supremacists or being irrational in the office. That is just the way this man is. He is playing another con-game and thinking he can win. He is thinking he can win over the forged, the fake and use emergency powers to extend his will for a border wall. Against problems that is not there. So, he can fight ghosts and make his monument of his Presidency. Even if the real monument of his Presidency, is that he faked and didn’t make it. He has just weaken the state and the ability for the United States to be trusted.

President Trump is again showing how ignorant, how blatantly destructive he is. Fabricating a problem. Just like the President tried to fabricate a problematic migration caravan during the recent election last year. But he has not been kicking and screaming about that of late. That, because it isn’t a real problem and seeking asylum isn’t illegal. President Trump own family is filled with migrants and his own wives are it too. So, he should be a bit more grateful about that. Apparently, his arrogance and little mind isn’t able to think of that.

That is why he is faking it, until his making it. Peace.
