Ethiopia: If Ethiopians are joining the war in Ukraine – They are dying for a War that isn’t theirs to begin with…

Everyone now clearly understands that Russia and all Russians lie. Trying to recruit Ethiopian Youth, Russians do not tell anybody that as of April 18, 2022, over 20000 of RU invaders has already met their Death in Ukraine. Felt defeated in Ukraine, Russia insidiously tries to mislead and play its dirty games” (Embassy of Ukraine in Ethiopia, 18.04.2022).

Today in Addis Ababa there been long lines and queues outside of the Russian Embassy. As there are reports of a total of 2000 Ethiopian citizens that has signed up to fight on the Russian side of the Ukrainian conflict.

That is only mere reports that has been refuted by the Russians, but they are willing to lie about everything. While the Ukrainian Embassy in Addis Ababa says they are recruiting. The Ukrainians are the ones who is defending their territory and nation against the Russian-Belorussian invasion, which has lasted for over 50 days now.

It is very unique, if these Ethiopians join this war. This isn’t a world war and neither is a conflict that has spiralled outside of the borders of Ukraine. No, for now it is a Russian-Belarus-Ukraine thing for the most part. The Russians warns everyone else of not to move, think or coordinate. While the Russians has already gotten Syrian mercenaries and could easily try to conscript Ethiopians to fight their battles.

There is already reports that the Russians needs reinforcement badly. As on Job-Sites and Work-Offerings the Ministry of Defence is offering unique and patriotic-based contracts for the ones who is willing to sacrifice and fight for Russia in Ukraine. The Russian Federation and it’s army needs recruits. That is evident after all the losses and the total failure of the swift invasion, which was supposed to happen within 48 hours or three days…

However, here we are and Ethiopians are queueing outside the Embassy. Some is said to have with them a passport and documents to prepare visa’s and signing up to participate in the conflict. That means Ethiopians would fight on the Russian side of the conflict.

The ones that queueing today is supposed to part of Amhara Para-Military Group “Fano” which is supported by Amhara Regional State and been vital in the war against Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF). Fano is the extremist and fascists of Ethiopia who has fought for Amharian supremacy and a Greater Amhara. So, they will fit well in with the Z brigade of Moscow and be in-line quickly with the Russian propaganda of Kremlin. Therefore, if that is true. It is a match made in Hell and not in Heaven.

Nevertheless, the Ethiopian mercenaries or conscripts is signing up for a war that isn’t theirs in the first place. They will not be honoured and be respected for their efforts. These will be cannon-fodder and die like flies on the front-line. The Ethiopian soldiers will not conquer or overcome Ukrainian forces. They will only be a temporary fix and a possible strategy of cutting the losses of the Russians own brigades.

The Ethiopian Youth and “Fano” might see this as a possible way of training, expertise and a possible pay-check. They rather fight a war far away and get credit for it. In such a way of leaving desperation at home to flee to “greener” pasture in Eastern Europe. However, they will bleed and die for nothing. The Russian will not honour their sacrifice or write tales of glory for their participation. No, they are just useful pawns on the chess-set and the first to catch a bullet for them.

The Ethiopian mercenaries will not linger much hope. When the Russians themselves has struggled and lead to many tactical defeats for the last 50 days. Why would Ethiopians make a huge difference? No, I don’t think so. Not because they are not warriors and cannot fight a battle. No, it is because of the conflict they would enter and the enemy they are meeting. It is not like it will be easy and be friendly. No, it will be brutal and they spare no one. Especially, the soldiers and the ones who is representing Russian invasion force.

That’s because the Ethiopian or “Fano” will be part of the invaders and an invasion. They are not part of the defence or the ones who is defending their homeland. No, they are going after Ukraine and on Ukrainian soil. That is a death wish and they will not return home as heroes. They are joining an imperial power and partaking in unjustified war. This is why nothing good will come out of it.

The ones signing up for this… is signing up for a death sentence and Moscow will not repay them. They are just taking a bullet for Kremlin and no love will ever be lost. These youths and Ethiopians will not return or be able to tell about the war they entered. Because, the Russians wouldn’t spare them. They are the ones they can risk and send to the front-line without any costs. Since, they signed up for it and they got to fight. There will be no option to flee or seek shelter. No, they are there to fight the cause of Russia.

A cause that will end up in caskets or not even that. They will be left behind on the battlefield and forgotten. A bloodshed and a sacrifice of a willing. Youth and Amhara militia members who fought a war that wasn’t theirs. The tears and losses will be felt by their families and loved ones. Who knew that they went and never heard from them again. Families and villages who saw their sons leave for war in Eastern Europe. Where they never returned from and only got a mantle or a signed off on war-grave. However, they will not return with stories of greatness or of adventures. No, they will be scorn, torn and bleed for a conflict, which wasn’t theirs and never will be theirs to begin with. They will be the lost souls and the sons of far away who could have lived life in peace and created a future in Ethiopia. Instead they sought after glory and a pay-off from Russia. A pay-off they will not receive. Since most of them will die before the Russian Federation or Ministry of Defence has to even care about their salaries. Peace.

BTW: It would make a difference, if the Amhara or Ethiopians joined the Ukrainian side either. This is a war for the soul of Europe and a war against European imperialism. Where the NATO/EU and Russia are on each side. As the Ukrainian are fighting for its own independence and sovereignty to join whatever entity or alliance it see fit. While Russians wants to have control of their neighbours. Which is why there is no natural reason or argument to defend the participation of Ethiopian Youth or “Fano” in either sides of the conflict in Ukraine. They will not be remembered or written tales of glory. No, they are mercenaries who will die in unmarked graves, which is undignified for their sacrifice, but an end, which is most likely to happen.

BTW II: Don’t say nobody didn’t warn you or didn’t write about it. Because, I did and I am concerned, because their lives matters. Just like all lives does and this was a death that could have been avoided. However, decisions are made and there is always consequences to the actions we make. Peace.

United Kingdom – Rwanda MoU: Proves that the banishing of the asylum-seeker was the order of the day!

h. “Relocate” means the removal of an asylum seeker from the United Kingdom to Rwanda under this Arrangement” (Memorandum of Understanding between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the Republic of Rwanda for the provision of an asylum partnership arrangement, 14.04.2022).

If you ever thought the arrangement between the United Kingdom and Rwanda was for the betterment of humanity or for the justice to asylum-seekers. I hate to tell it to you… but this deal or Memorandum of Understanding only shows what sort of plan is at play. The Tories and the HM Government have ensured the asylum-seekers are sent and “relocated” to Rwanda. So, that they are banished from their territory and only the ones who they request for will be available to return to United Kingdom. However, that doesn’t seem to be a real possibility in this.

I have just taken a few paragraphs and sentences from the MoU between the nations and it states very clear what the objective and the ideals of it is. We can wonder, if anyone will be lucky to return to the United Kingdom or even be considered for a request. That sounds like a stipulation only made to ensure some legal grounds and possibility, which will not be enforced. Since, the agreement is about directly “relocating” people from the UK to Rwanda. Not the other way around…

The objective of this Arrangement is to create a mechanism for the relocation of asylum seekers whose claims are not being considered by the United Kingdom, to Rwanda, which will process their claims and settle or remove (as appropriate) individuals after their claim is decided, in accordance with Rwanda domestic law, the Refugee Convention, current international standards, including in accordance with international human rights law and including the assurances given under this Arrangement” (Memorandum of Understanding between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the Republic of Rwanda for the provision of an asylum partnership arrangement, 14.04.2022).

In order to expedite the process of relocation to Rwanda in a timely manner, the United Kingdom will be responsible for the initial screening of asylum seekers, before relocation to Rwanda occurs in accordance with this Arrangement. This process will start without delay after the prospective relocated person arrives in the United Kingdom and has come to the attention of the United Kingdom” (…) “The United Kingdom will arrange the Relocated Individual’s transport to Rwanda and will ensure that all the necessary authorisations have been obtained from the relevant authorities of the United Kingdom, any countries of transit and Rwanda in relation to the traffic of commercial or chartered flights or other means of transport” (…) “Following a request made by the United Kingdom, Rwanda will take all reasonable steps in accordance with international human rights standards to make a Relocated Individual available for return to the United Kingdom should the United Kingdom be legally obliged to facilitate that person’s return” Memorandum of Understanding between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the Republic of Rwanda for the provision of an asylum partnership arrangement, 14.04.2022).

This here agreement is made to ensure asylum-seekers and people seeking refugee in the United Kingdom can be sent to Rwanda. The agreement specifies that and it’s obvious about that too. There is no denying in that.

We know that the Tories don’t mind the regime and their lack of concerns of their human rights abuses. The Tories don’t mind how the opposition, dissidents or even government critics gets handled in Rwanda. Because, the Tories with this here deal gets to send their unwanted people packing and with a destination in mind. Where they have to take care and find homes for. That is what is in the deal and this here MoU.

They don’t care if the Rwanda Patriotic Front (RPF) is known for silencing, murdering or assassinating the ones who strays from their path. No, that they pay no mind or isn’t concerned about. We know the Tories just want people gone from their borders and sent packing.

This is why the UK is screening them before sending them away. That means the processing will not be happening after that and most likely not return to the UK. This was the plan all along… Rwanda to takeover the burden of the people or asylum-seekers that the UK doesn’t want. Peace.

Ukraine: OCHA – 1.4 million people without running water across war-affected eastern Ukraine (15 April 2022)

Ukraine: WFP appeals for access to encircled cities in Ukraine (15.04.2022)

WFP ED Visit to a local church and meets with Sergei Anohin, a local pastor in Bucha, took in 160 people who lived inside the church for ten days as fighting raged. WFP is providing assistance here.
WFP has scaled up significantly in the past 6 weeks. So far, we have already supported 30,000 people with cash assistance and over 1.3 million (mostly in hard to reach areas) with in-kind food

KYIV — The United Nations World Food Programme today called for unimpeded access to families trapped in conflict areas and encircled cities in Ukraine, saying lack of access was the biggest obstacle to its life-saving operations in the war-torn country.

“We’re calling on everyone to give us the access we need to reach the people in besieged cities,” WFP Executive Director David Beasley said at the end of a three-day visit to Ukraine. “It’s one thing when people are suffering from the devastation of war. It’s another thing when they’re being starved to death.”

The encircled city of Mariupol in southern Ukraine is thought to be running out of its last reserves of food and water. No humanitarian aid has been allowed into the city since it was encircled more than two weeks ago. To the west, the city of Mykolaev remains unreachable due to active conflict in the area. WFP is also concerned about several cities in the east.

WFP has so far delivered food assistance to 1.4 million people in Ukraine and is ramping up to reach 2.3 million people this month. But getting safe access to cities like Mariupol, where more than 100,000 people are believed to be trapped, will be key.

WFP this week expanded food assistance operations to areas which until recently were on the war’s front lines. In towns such as Bucha, Hostomel, Borodyanka and Irpin, near Kyiv, WFP is now distributing boxes of pasta, rice, canned meat and cooking oil to traumatized survivors amid the rubble of their former homes.

WFP chief Beasley went to Bucha on Thursday to see first-hand the operations being carried out in the area with the help of local church communities. He also spoke with women and children in a nearby centre for displaced people.

“I am shocked. The horror of war is so visible here and I shudder to think what these people have been through,” he said after walking through streets littered with unexploded mortar shells and visiting a bombed out orphanage. “But I see hope. I see a community working with energy to clean up and rebuild. We need to support that process.”

WFP is scaling up its response to the conflict in Ukraine on a “no-regrets” basis, giving out food and assistance very broadly, with the goal of eventually supporting 6 million people caught up in the world’s fastest growing humanitarian crisis. Families in conflict-affected areas are receiving food parcels similar to those distributed in Bucha. Meanwhile, in areas where markets are functioning, cash is being distributed so families can buy what they need.

Over 7 million people are displaced inside Ukraine and the pre-conflict supply chain systems for feeding the country’s population have broken down in many areas. WFP estimates one third of the people in the country and more than half (60 percent) internally displaced people are worried about finding enough to

The conflict in Ukraine is also triggering a wave of collateral hunger elsewhere in the world. Global food prices have increased sharply since the onset of the conflict and are now at an all-time high. These hikes are expected to further limit access to food for millions of people who are already under stress because of food inflation in their countries.

Opinion: Burnley deserve relegation now

Firstly, we would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Sean and his staff for their achievements at the Club over the last decade” – Alan Pace (15.04.2022).

The owners and board of Burnley Football Club has today sacked manager Sean Dyche. Dyche has been the Burnley manager since 31st October 2012. He was the manager for the total of 425 matches. Where he was able to get the club up twice from the Championship. The first time got them up in the 2013/14 season and the club returned back to Premier League in 2016/17.

So, until today… the Dyche kept the club up for 6 seasons in a row, even if he had gotten the club relegated this season. Which is an achievement in itself and with the financial levels of Burnley. Burnley is the underdog and has been so.

Dyche was even able to get Burnley to the 7th Position in the Premier League in the 2017/18 season. Last season the club just avoided relegation with a 17th Position in the 2020/21. With this in mind, the club haven’t invested or ensured the manager could strengthen his squad. Therefore, the sacking today with 8 matches to go is foolish.

It is only in September 2021, the club said this after signing a new 4 year contract with Dyche: “Burnley Football Club is delighted to announce manager Sean Dyche and assistant manager Ian Woan have both signed new long-term deals until the end of the 2024-25 season. The deal secures Dyche’s future at the club for another four years as the Clarets compete in a sixth-successive season in the Premier League. The longest-serving manager in the Premier League will be extending a successful nine-year spell at the helm which has seen two promotions from the Championship, two top-half Premier League finishes and qualification for Europe for the first time in 51 years” (Burnley, 16.09.2021).

Today, this is the statement by the same club: “Burnley Football Club can confirm the Club has parted company with manager Sean Dyche, assistant manager Ian Woan, first-team coach Steve Stone and goalkeeping coach Billy Mercer” (Burnley, 15.04.2022).

It is really a strange timing of sacking Dyche. As his four points behind Everton and still had time to save the club. If someone would make it possible. It would be likes of Dyche. Now, the club is searching for a replacement and they have no transfer-window to get players fitting the new manager. The club is throwing a curveball in the middle of the battle against relegation.

With that in mind. The club deserves to go down now. They are not prepared and taking away a man that has the experience and the managerial charisma to save them. He has proven them and the new owners clearly cannot see that. They want quick results and not to build with actually money. The new owners has piled up debt on the club, but not invested in it. That’s why his getting the short end of the stick.

Dyche has proven his abilities and capable of. The next club to have him as manager should feel lucky. Since, he can do so much with so little transfer kit and only with his drive behind it. Burnley still had matches, which it could achieve victories and possibly pass Everton on the table. That wasn’t over just yet.

When a club does this and takes away the foundation for why it’s in the Premier League. The owners will struggle to find someone who will be able and create what he did there. The club now deserves to fail and Burnley has shown that it will not make things better. It don’t matter now. The club has betrayed its fans and the ones that made it possible for it to be there. Burnley was lucky to have someone as wise and able to achieve what he did.

The board of directors and such should look into itself. They better get Jesus Christ to resurrect in the next match or get the best manager of the decade to come to Burnley. Because, they need a miracle now and dropping Dyche at this very moment is reckless.

8 matches to go… Burnley deserve an award for bad timing and lack of clarity. Because, this sacking doesn’t make sense. Sean Dyche was the man to save it and no one can take that away from him. The new owners did… but they will not carry the club or the legacy of Dyche.

No matter who comes in now. They will not be able takeover and make a difference within such a short time. The biggest name and most experience of them all. However, that person don’t know the players or their form. The one who knew that is already sacked and he also know perfectly well what was at stake. He has already been relegated twice. Therefore, he knew and knows what was ahead of him. Dyche had been there before and with the same club.

That’s why Burnley in April 2022 deserves the relegation now. They are by default making it possible with the tensions and uncertainty of staff. Which will cause issues with the players and bury them even further. This is why the club deserves it now.

Most of us… would have hoped that Dyche would save them yet again. In front of Everton and show that the stability and the resilience of Burnley matters. Now… we won’t mind, because the owners took away the man that built the club and made things possible there. In the lack of time and opportunities they sacked him. If it had been when the season was over. It would have made some sense and then the new manager could come in with fresh air ahead of next season.

Now… it is just throwing a curveball and hoping something would stick. That’s bad planning and even worse as a strategy. However, that is what Pace and the other directors are hoping for. Peace.

Opinion: Boris is clueless about Rwanda…

And let’s be clear, Rwanda is one of the safest countries in the world, globally recognised for its record on welcoming and integrating migrants” – Prime Minister Boris Johnson (14.04.2022).

It is really weird and out of this world that the British Prime Minister in 2022 says Rwanda is one of the safest countries in the world. What is even more striking is that the Travel Advice from the UK government mentions street crimes does occur and asks tourists to be vigilant (Updated on the 12 April 2022). While you should be worried and concerned about the security situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Burundi, as violent armed attacks can happen. Especially, in Nyungwe Forrest and Volcanoes National Park or travel near DRC/Burundi border regions. So, just by reading the own travel advice on “Rwanda” it cannot be seen as safe as he states.

We know that President Paul Kagame rules with an iron fist. He has no mercy and can easily silence anyone. It doesn’t even matter if the individual who has offended him or challenged him is living in the diaspora. The Rwandan government will come after you and take you down. That’s why it’s like the Tories have closed their eyes for this and just praises Kigali.

It is like Johnson doesn’t know how the elections are or how the voices of dissent is silenced. I don’t think he cares and only wants an easy way out. The migrants and asylum seekers can be shipped to Kigali and then left to fight for their own. Since, they we’re dumb enough to go and try to find shelter in London.

Like when he said this: “This is particularly perverse as those attempting crossings, are not directly fleeing imminent peril as is the intended purpose of our asylum system. They have passed through manifestly safe countries, including many in Europe, where they could – and should – have claimed asylum” (Johnson, 14.04.2022).

So, when someone has achieved that and struggled to get to Dover or whatever. What is meeting them is a ticket straight to Kigali and Rwanda. A country of human rights violations and a bloody dictatorship under President Kagame.

For the ones fleeing to safety and to a possible safe-haven, from conflict, famine and destruction in their homes. They are sent to a place of no free press, no free speech and no liberty. In a place of one-man rules all and his words are law. A place where Kagame is the demi-God and you are not even allowed to make political cartoons of the man. Heck, if you compose critical songs or whatnot. You can expect a terrible demise or a sudden death. If you try to compete in an election against him. Expect to lose your businesses, livelihood and become a “criminal”. Because, the state will target you and you will lose everything. That is the price of challenging Kagame.

It’s really weird that Boris Johnson says this about Rwanda. As he continues to praise them even further: “And that is what I think is most exciting about the partnership we have agreed with Rwanda today because we believe it will become a new international standard in addressing the challenges of global migration and people smuggling. So I am grateful for Rwanda’s leadership and partnership and we stand ready to work with other nations on similar agreements, as well as wider reforms to the international asylum framework” (Johnson, 14.04.2022).

He is speaking of this like it is a brilliant idea. It is a reckless and disgusting policy. As he blames other nations for not taking them in. As the asylum-seekers should have applied in other nations of Europe before going to the United Kingdom. While his praising the greatness of Rwanda, which isn’t true. The dying dissidents, the modus operandi of arbitrary arrests, torture and extra judicial killings. Should be a slight concern for anyone transferring migrants and asylum-seekers in dire need.

However, for Boris and his government… this sort of deal and agreement is groundbreaking. Because, he is able to stick this problem on Rwanda and they have to shelter these people. Who comes unannounced and who has dared to flee their respective countries to get into safety on the British islands. No, they are not worthy, only the ones who goes through UN Organizations or the ones who are able to meet the stipulations of the Home Office can get shelter in the UK. That’s how it sounds and the ones coming by boats will be sent on a “one-way-ticket” to Kigali.

You can really wonder what is going on in London. As they are willing to break with humanity and become this cruel. Where they are not understanding the plights and the reasons for why people flee. Take the dangerous trips and try to enter the UK.

No, there is no concern over that and sending the ones fleeing dictatorship, war and famine. Those are the ones your sending to another dictatorship. Such a Noble enterprise of the United Kingdom. That’s how callus and heartless the Tories are these days. Peace.

Ukraine: Civilian casualties as of 24:00 13 April 2022 (14.04.2022)

Opinion: BRICS is concerned about the money and not about the War in Ukraine

Today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in China released the “BRICS Countries Clarify Common Position on the Ukraine Issue”. What was very clarifying about it… was their real issues and what was important for the BRICS countries.

The BRICS countries consists of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. I will first release the vital part of that statement and then dissect it into pieces, which is only fair.

The BRICS countries are highly concerned about the current situation in Ukraine, and reiterated respective national positions. The BRICS countries expressed their support for multilateralism, adherence to the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, respect for the legitimate security concerns of all countries, and support for continued dialogue and talks between Russia and Ukraine to seek a comprehensive solution to the Ukraine issue. The BRICS countries expressed concern over the humanitarian situation in and around Ukraine and supported all humanitarian assistance efforts to Ukraine, including the contributions of the International Committee of the Red Cross and UN agencies. The BRICS countries are particularly concerned about the serious impacts of unilateral sanctions on world economic recovery, stability of industrial and supply chains, energy and food security, as well as the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and call on great importance to be attached to and effective solution to the concerns of developing countries at large to ensure that their economies and people’s livelihood are not affected” (People’s Republic of China – Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 14.04.2022).

The first is just showing some sort of token of what is going on in Ukraine. As the Russian-Belorussian invasion are going and it has waged war soon for about 50 days in the whole Republic of Ukraine. So, the “highly concerned” is just empty posturing and nothing else. The speaking of UN Charter and legitimate security concerns are just boosting the ego of Moscow and Kremlin. That is not being said in concern to the legitimacy or the sovereign rights of Kyiv or Ukraine. No, that is just mention to cater to the ideals of the conflict in concern to Russia.

Neither is it hard to believe their true interests or support of the dialogue. When they are siding with Russia. That will be very clear later on, but not shocking, because of the tone of the Press Release or “Common Position” on Ukraine.

The concern for humanitarian situation is more just being diplomatic, but not taking a direct stance – here nor there. It just showing that they value life and don’t want people to suffer. Which is all good, but meaningless… when the BRICS are so on guard for the needs of Russia, which is the R in the BRICS.

The tone very swiftly changes, when it’s concerning the sanctions. That is very evident here. They are saying it is a reason for trouble in the energy market, food security and going against Sustainable Development. However, it is not considering the implications the war in Ukraine already has, neither that it should have consequences for Russia, which is the aggressor in this war. Nevertheless, of this alliance and coalition of countries. We wouldn’t expect it to counter or dismiss one of their own. That is not how the BRICS role and it would betray their alliance.

They are just against sanctions, because they are worried about livelihoods of the population in Russia. The BRICS is worried about the international trade and how it affects the powers within the alliance. Not about the reasons for the sanctions or why they have occurred. No, that is for someone else to be worried about. That is evident and we cannot expect anything positive or legit from the BRICS.

The strongest language was put on the sanctions and not on the war directly. That says it all about the priorities of the BRICS. These countries and clarification only shows that money and foreign exchange or export U.S. Dollars matters more than the illegal warfare in Ukraine. The world needs to know this and BRICS just show the world their heart at the very moment. Peace.

Opinion: Patel’s bargain to banish migrants to Rwanda

The UK’s upfront investment of £120 million will fund opportunities for Rwandans and migrants including secondary qualifications, vocational and skills training, language lessons, and higher education” (The New Times (Rwanda), 14.04.2022).

The Tories and the United Kingdom government has made arrangements that is beneficial for the UK. The UK is paying the Government of Rwanda to relocate migrants, which would have asylum seekers on a one-way ticket to Kigali. The UK government is paying Rwanda to take care of and be responsible for the ones seeking refuge in the United Kingdom.

This is for London to avoid and be able to re-locate asylum-seekers. They are outsourcing the asylum-seekers and Rwanda is sent their for processing. This means that they will not be on UK territory while waiting their cases. They will be sent and banished from the place they are seeking refuge. That is really a despicable move and the Rwandan government is getting financial benefits of doing this. They are doing UK a service to be more hostile against refugees, asylum-seekers and put up a fortress around the British Islands.

Home Secretary Priti Patel has deliberately signed an agreement, which is according to the sentiments of her government and the “independence” of the United Kingdom. A sort of arrangement that would be harder to justify as a member of the European Union. As they are not only sending people to the first “Third Country” of entry in the EU. However, they are sending them far away to a location, which the asylum seeker didn’t try to get to or wanted to reach.

UNHCR defines asylum-seekers: “An asylum-seeker is someone whose request for sanctuary has yet to be processed. Every year, around one million people seek asylum. National asylum systems are in place to determine who qualifies for international protection. However, during mass movements of refugees, usually as a result of conflict or violence, it is not always possible or necessary to conduct individual interviews with every asylum seeker who crosses a border. These groups are often called ‘prima facie’ refugees” (UNHCR – Asylum-seekers).

This is to send the channel-boat crossing migrants on planes and flights from the United Kingdom. So, that they cannot stay on-site or in the nation until their cases are processed.

Patel says this herself about this effort: This government is delivering the first comprehensive overhaul of the asylum system in decades. At the heart of this approach is fairness. Access to the UK’s asylum system must be based on need, not on the ability to pay people smugglers. The demands on the current system, the cost to the taxpayer, and the flagrant abuses are increasing. The British public have rightly had enough” (Patel, 14.04.2022).

They are not making the system fair, but transferring the asylum-seekers and migrants to another destination. This is a deterrent and a measure of which to scare people from coming. Because, if they come… they will not get into a safe-haven in the United Kingdom, but will instead be at whatever sites and housing, which the Rwandan government is accommodating them with. The UK government knows this and makes the UK less accessible.

The Rwandan government is by doing is a favour and becoming a “modern” Australia. Where the people who is outcast from the UK will come to Rwanda. The asylum-seekers was seeking shelter and a home in the UK. They did not go all the way and try to cross the British Channel to live in the refugee camps of Rwanda or whatnot. Therefore, this is a despicable move and a deliberate act to scare off people. This is showing what sort of solidarity and lack of understanding of the plights of the people fleeing conflict-zones, famine and destruction. Which don’t have the ability or resources to seek visa and stay outside their native countries by regular means. Therefore, the UK is doing this to ensure the asylum-seekers picks other destinations and not travels to the UK. As if they do…

They will take a flight to Kigali and be stuck in East Africa. Which isn’t what they sought after, but what the UK government will do to you. If you dare cross without the right paperwork into the UK. Peace.

United Kingdom: National Association of Head Teachers (NAHT) General Secretary Paul Whiteman Education Secretary Nadhim Zahawi regarding Michael Fabricant MP’s comments (13.04.2022)
