Opinion: Truss and Kwarteng’s self-inflicted crisis…

Government policy has nothing to do with common sense” – Sir Humphrey Appleby (Yes, Minister).

I wrote earlier in the year that Truss could be the albatross, which the Collins Dictionary describes like this: “If you describe something or someone as an albatross around your neck, you mean that they cause you great problems from which you cannot escape, or they prevent you from doing what you want to do” (Collins Dictionary – ‘Albatross’). In the months time I wouldn’t consider to be proven right, but especially not in this way.

Liz Truss and her appointed Chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng has just within a weeks time announcing their biscotti mini-budget been able to destroy the value of the Pound Stirling, making mortgages expensive, getting the Bank of England to save pensions and gilts. The whole financial market turned into distress and uncertainty, which haven’t been at these levels in forever. Not even the COVID-19 Pandemic or the downturn of Brexit was as dire. Not like the United Kingdom or City of London was running smooth now. However, the latest moves of the Tories and the tax-cuts are hurting the economy. In such a manner, that the Prime Minister and Chancellor are doing this to themselves.

These two could do better, but they are pursuing it. They seemed not very concerned with the fall of value of the Pound Stirling, neither the actions of the Bank of England. The distress and uncertainties creating are being put on the consumer and the citizens. Their mortgages and pensions are in jeopardy. The rising payments in addition to the more cost of living, rising inflation and now destruction of the financial market is a horrific cocktail created by the Tories. It is all culminating because of the biscotti mini-budget.

That’s why this little treat is self-destructive. The Tories and the ones in-charge is clearly not caring or acting in accordances to the harm they are creating. They are the albatross and they don’t mind being so. Truss and Kwarteng is doing it, but willing playing along. Thinking this will boil over and it will make sense in November. However, the public will pay the price on the mortgages and the Bank of England is bailing out the government.

Truss and Kwarteng can gamble everything on the biscotti. They are willing to go on the limb and die on the hill of the rich. These two are willing to risk the financial markets so the rich gets more wealthy. Those two are now willing to risk the companies carrying the pensions, creating a possible housing crisis and that in addition to the inflation or affects created by the Brexit itself. There is already a downturn with austerity for 12 years, but not forgetting the financial market reaction to the Brexit too. Therefore, these two knew things wasn’t perfect or running smoothly. Even knowing that… they still are pushing tax-cuts for the rich and cutting benefits for the poor. They are doing the opposite of Robin Hood and hopes for glory. It is just disgusting… and should be called out for.

London is falling, the City is falling and no one is in-charge is ensuring a safe landing. It is really disgraceful the attitude and the acts of the Prime Minister and Chancellor. They are just showing arrogance and ignorance of the plights of the people. When they are ensuring more wealth for the wealthy and planning to cut more for the poorest. That is just how despicable these leaders are. While the prices are souring, inflation is growing and the pound is losing value making all imports more expensive.

Truss and Kwarteng are two albatrosses now. They are a problem and they are allowing themselves to be it too. That’s the role they are playing and they are not letting go. Peace.

Opinion: Putin’s deranged speech

I want the Kyiv authorities and their real masters in the West to hear me, so that everyone remembers this: people living in Lugansk and Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporozhye become our citizens forever. We call on the Kyiv regime to immediately cease fire, all hostilities, the war that it unleashed back in 2014, and return to the negotiating table. We are ready for this, it has been said more than once. But we will not discuss the choice of the people in Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporozhye and Kherson, it has been made, Russia will not betray it. And today’s Kyiv authorities should treat this free will of the people with respect, and nothing else. This is the only way to peace” – President Vladimir Putin (30.09.2022).

Today was a supposed day of glory and greatness, but everyone know what it really is. The Russian President and his “Yes-Men” held a ceremony to takeover 4 oblasts from Ukraine, which they are not even able to occupy or annex with conventional force. That’s why Russian army is mobilizing at home, but plenty of people in the right age has fled to former USSR republics or even to other Russian friendly nations to avoid the call-up for arms and be part of the invasion of Ukraine.

President Putin who was supposed to be over the “Special Operation” months ago. A man who is seeing his armies being destroyed, depleted and loosing moral. A President who is trying to galvanize his troops and supporters. However, everyone must know that these “referendums” and “annexation” of oblasts are only to legitimizing escalation of war in Ukraine. Not like the Ukrainian people will see a difference, but the Russian population will. Because, his saying the people of the 4 oblasts belongs to Kremlin, Duma and the Russian Federation now!

Later Putin said this: “I want to emphasize once again that it is precisely in greed, in the intention to maintain its unlimited power, that there are the real reasons for the hybrid war that the “collective West” is waging against Russia. They do not wish us freedom, but they want to see us as a colony. They do not want equal cooperation, but robbery. They want to see us not as a free society, but as a crowd of soulless slaves. For them, a direct threat is our thought and philosophy, and therefore they encroach on our philosophers. Our culture and art are a danger to them, so they are trying to ban them. Our development and prosperity is also a threat to them – competition is growing. They don’t need Russia at all, we need it” (Putin, 30.09.2022).

It is really interesting that Putin blames the West. When it’s Putin and his nation that is waging war. Putin has ordered the invasion of Ukraine and blames the West over it. Calling everyone in the West soulless slaves, but he don’t want any dissent at home. Neither is there any sense of self-reflection into how his regime is running Russia. Therefore, it’s projecting on others, but we cannot forget that Putin wanted to annihilate Ukraine and erase it from history. His own words earlier in the war. So, Putin should reconsider his stance, but we know he wants all glory himself and doesn’t accept any push-backs. Because, how can he speak of freedom or liberty for that matter when people are arrested for protesting the war and some of them will be enlisted in army for doing so. The freedom of Russia is clearly not worth it.

He continues: “What I want to emphasize, emphasize: there is every reason to believe that the Western elites are not going to look for constructive ways out of the global food and energy crisis, which arose through their fault, precisely through their fault, as a result of their many years of policy long before our special military operation in Ukraine, in Donbass. They do not intend to solve the problems of injustice and inequality. There is a fear that they are ready to use other, familiar to them, recipes” (Putin, 30.09.2022).

It is really something else when he blames the West for everything. When his the one issuing the war and he wanted to use the energy as a bargain chip towards Europe. He is calling them liars, when Russia has been selling gas and petroleum to the West for so long now. That the European Nations are shifting suppliers and places to get that. Is by all means in the long run hurting Kremlin and Russia, as they cannot find as easy and accessible market for it. That’s why he has to blame the West over it. He is even pinning the food shortage and wheat exports of Ukraine on them, as if he haven’t blocked the ports, the seas and done what he could to stop it. That just shows what sort of imperialism he clings on to. He speaks of injustice and inequality, Putin should look into his regime and actions against his own citizens, but also the acts of brutality and crimes of war committed in Ukraine. It’s not like he can run away from the damage, the hurt and the pain he has put people through there.

He also says: “Dear friends! Today we are fighting for a just and free path, first of all for ourselves, for Russia, for diktat, despotism to remain forever in the past. I am convinced that countries and peoples understand that a policy based on the exclusivity of anyone, on the suppression of other cultures and peoples, is inherently criminal, that we must turn this shameful page. The collapse of Western hegemony that has begun is irreversible. And I repeat again: it will not be the same as before” (Putin, 30.09.2022).

Certainly, the prospects of what Putin is speaking off is untrue. The invasion of Ukraine has solidified the NATO and the European Union (EU). Yes, there are nations which isn’t totally in line like Hungary and Turkey, but most are in accord with the line of support of Ukraine. That’s why I don’t know what Putin is seeing in Moscow, but Brussels are most of time on the same page about this. The EU isn’t suppressing cultures, not like the Russian Federation planned to do to Ukraine. Therefore, the multi-cultural hegemony of the EU isn’t like the CSTO or Russian Federation itself. Who wants to annex and let the people forget the roots. Like what the Russians plans to do in the annexed regions of Ukraine. So, I don’t know where he got this nonsense from…

He ends with: “Behind us is the truth, behind us is Russia!” (Putin, 30.09.2022). As if this is a powerful statement. Surely the thousands of dead soldiers in Ukraine must wonder what the truth was and if Russia was behind them. Putin can speak like this, but the brutality of his war doesn’t change it. Russian Army should question who is behind it and what truth that it’s operating under. Because the reasoning for the conflict and war has changed. Now it’s all about the West and such, but not denazification. Neither is about taking over Kyiv in a short sweep, but that has all backfired. Certainly it is easier to pin others than being accountable and honest about the “Special Operation” itself.

Nevertheless, this just shows what sort of man Putin is. This is what his saying now and wanted to bash in glory for annexing Ukrainian territories, which he doesn’t even have control over. The occupation force is struggling and Russian people are fleeing the Federation itself. Not like this war has won many hearts, but it has shattered more.

Putin is trying to stand by his actions and make it seem more grand than it is. However, no one should believe him. If he was so great and the war was justified. Why are people fleeing his mobilization to take part in it? Your guess is as good as mine. Nevertheless, Putin will blame that on Brussels, Paris or Washington D.C. because that what he does now. Peace.

Fraud alert: UN warns the Ukrainian citizens and aid organizations about scam schemes using the name of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (29.09.2022)

Opinion: Medvedev comes with new threats…

We will do everything we can to prevent nuclear weapons from appearing in heighboring countries that are hostile to us. For example, Nazi Ukraine, which is directly controlled by NATO countries these days” (…) “there is no point in counting on the reason and political will of the Kiev regime” (…) “But there is still a fragile hope for the common sense and sense of self-preservation of the enemy countries that indulge them [the Kiev authorities]. They understand: if the threat to Russia exceeds the established danger limit, we will have to respond. Without asking anyone’s permission, without much consultation. And this is definitely not a bluff“ – Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev (TASS – ‘Russia to not allow its hostile neighbors to have nuclear weapons — Medvedev’ 27.09.2022).

The people surrounding President Vladimir Putin shows why the Russian Federation is acting like it is. The paranoia and the intimidation of others. This isn’t the first time the close associate and ally, Dmitry Medvedev has come with harsh words. Heck, he has been like this through the war and invasion of Ukraine. He even wrote a text lecturing Poland of it’s ties to Russia earlier in the year.

This from yesterday just shows the hypocrisy. Because, Ukraine did demilitarize and stop the nuclear arms capacity, which was signed in an agreement with Russia. Nevertheless, those deals are worthless, when the sovereignty and the Russian Federation comes knocking on its doors. The Ukrainian state became weaker and that made it easier for Russia to invade. Therefore, the threats and intimidation is getting old.

It isn’t like the use of nuclear option haven’t been talked about during the conflict. The Kremlin and the President has done this before during the months of invasion. Medvedev isn’t doing anything new. He can project these capacities and the usage of it now.

We know Russia is within their rights and opinions of how they want in the region. Because, people will look into the Cuban Missile Crisis and say the United States of America is doing the same. Alas, here is also a difference too. Since, the Russians are waging war and blaming Ukraine. A nation that did follow the stipulations of an agreement that Russia has violated. This being the Budapest Memorandum.

With that in mind… here is two crucial articles of the Budapest Memorandum of 1994:

1. The Russian Federation, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America reaffirm their commitment to Ukraine, in accordance with the principles of CSCE Final Act, to respect the independence and sovereignty and the existing borders of Ukraine” (Budapest Memorandum – Memorandum on security assurances in connection with Ukraine’s accession to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. Budapest, 5 December 1994, 1994).

2. The Russian Federation, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America reaffirm their obligation to refrain from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of Ukraine, and none of their weapons will ever be used against Ukraine except in self-defense or otherwise in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations” (Budapest Memorandum – Memorandum on security assurances in connection with Ukraine’s accession to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. Budapest, 5 December 1994, 1994).

So, it isn’t that Ukraine is hostile or indifference of the Budapest Memorandum. No, these stipulated agreement has been violated and breached by the Russian Federation. Not the other way around. That’s why Medvedev own words are just really wrong. He should know better, but Russia needs to be the big brother and the most powerful one.

While he also comes with the “Nazi” lie, which the “Z” of Russia cannot explain. Just their way of justifying the invasion and the “Special Operation”. That such a flawed argument and pointless, but it fits the Russian propaganda of late. Also, that Ukraine is controlled by NATO, which is also not true. Yes, NATO is helping Ukraine, but they are not interfering or directing Ukraine by any stretch of imagination. There is more reasons to believe that the Russians are interfering in Ukraine and Belarus for their own advantage. Therefore, Medvedev is really just showing his lack reasoning, but no should be shocked by that.

This sort of text is so easily to address and look into. It isn’t like Medvedev is doing anything clever. Instead, his talking points is more threats and wanting to boost the egos of Kremlin. Surely, that is working at home, but in Europe his not winning hearts. Medvedev and allies better reconsider their stances. It isn’t like the Russians are winning or advancing in Ukraine. No, their war is backfiring and their leverage is shrinking too. Peace.

Opinion: A biscotti is causing a lot damage

small, hard Italian biscuits containing almonds (= a type of nut)” (Cambridge Dictionary – ‘Biscotti’).

Just mere days in the stint of Prime Minister Liz Truss. Her appointed Chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng has proposed a “mini-budget” or a biscotti of sorts. That little treat for the 1% and the big-business is hurting the trust in the system. The manner of which the new cabinet and the newly appointed cabinet secretaries are revealing new financial policies are hurting it.

Truss and Kwarteng was supposed to bring confidence back. They was supposed to be there and steady the ship. Instead they are sinking it and doing it fast. It has possibly ensured a new rising inflation and lack of trust in the financial policies of the state. The Chancellor only needed about three weeks in office to wreck it.

The little treat of tax-cuts to the wealthy and a proposed “growth plan”. Only follows 12 years of austerity and other measures, which haven’t created a better economy. The United Kingdom is already hit hard by the global pandemic and the downturn of the Brexit.

It doesn’t help that the Bank of England is talking of Emergency Measures and acts in defiance of the Chancellor. Those things just shows how dire the financial policies are. Truss appointed Kwarteng and his surely not oozing confidence. There is already letters of “No Confidence” sent to the 1922 Committee. It didn’t take long before the knives was out.

This sort of commentary piece says it all about what they are doing: “The chancellor has put his tax changes at the heart of his plans to boost growth. As previous Institute work has highlighted, the tax system has many flaws which act as a block to growth. Kwarteng promised to deliver ‘tax reforms’ to improve the supply side of the economy, but what he announced so far was disappointing for those hoping he might look to grasp the nettle and tackle longstanding tax problems. His version of tax reform is a series of cuts to headline rates that leave the structure of the system – and therefore any existing flaws – in place. He announced cuts to income tax, national insurance and corporation tax, but apart from small changes to capital allowances there was little that would constitute ‘reform’. The evidence suggests that cuts to headline rates alone are unlikely to drive big increases in growth, especially in the current environment where the Bank of England is raising interest rates, and they will certainly not pay for themselves. Kwarteng would do better by addressing longstanding distortions in the tax system, for example the bias towards self-employment and against employees. Changes like this would not need to cost nearly as much as the tax cuts announced and yet could be more effective at delivering growth” (Thomas Pope – ‘Kwasi Kwarteng’s new era of economic policy is a major gamble’ 23.09.2022, Institute for Government).

The commentary puts the weight where it matters. Tax-cuts takes away revenue for the government. Yes, the ones getting the tax-cuts gets to pay less taxes, but nothing is saying that these funds get used for creating new businesses or develop society. Instead, these funds gets taken out of the budgets and out of public revenue. Meaning the government gets poorer and cannot carry the government expenditure. Especially, when the Chancellor only wants to give tax-cuts, but has no direct plan of finding new revenue, because there is possibly deficit with these sorts of tax-cuts.

This is giving the wealthy and the rich a hand. While the nation is furthering into an energy, financial and rising inflation. The United Kingdom isn’t a prosperous nation at this very moment. Instead, it is a nation hurting of the choices of the Tory government for 12 years.

The era of Liz Truss has just started, an a biscotti is destroying it. The Truss cabinet don’t even get an ease or an easy period. Usually, there would be relief and given time after a disastrous reign under Boris Johnson. They have done within no time to destroy the government bonds and the value of the Pound Sterling. These two didn’t even need a whole month or a year. No, they just needed about three weeks and that’s it.

Now people are not only expecting a recession, but a total implosion. The financial markets most valuable asset is trust. Trust and confidence is always needed… right now the Chancellor and Prime Minister is causing more harm. Apparently, the uncapped bankers’ bonuses wasn’t the silver bullet to change the economy, but instead drain it. The same is with the tax-cuts. All of these is only serving one purpose, enriching the rich and given them a handout. However, it isn’t helping the economy and the Chancellor should know this.

That’s why the Pound Stirling is diving. The cost of living will rise even more. The inflation and the recession is now upon the nation. That’s because of how the Tories has handled it all over the years. Not only the last appointees and under PM Truss. No, this is a long time coming with help of Cameron, May and Johnson too. All of them has given way to this, but only the latest comrades who has crashed it totally.

The Chancellor and Prime Minister should reflect on the biscotti. That little treat can be their downfall. The little biscuit can destroy them and be their grand finale. Just because they dared and did so.

Not the wisest move, but what they did anyway. Peace.

Russia: Putin’s mass mobilization can cause an affect he cannot control

The army of the Russian Federation will not be able to create a reserve of high quality. Poor preparation of the conscription infrastructure will not allow the enemy troops to quickly fix fundamental and systemic problems. Mobilization in the Russian Federation has exacerbated social tension: protests, attacks on recruiting stations and acts of vandalism have become more frequent” (ТРУХА⚡️English, 24.09.2022).

This week news and decree of mass mobilization, which had a secret point 7 that by some is said to be the official numbers or the supposed regions of where the recruits was supposed to come from. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has already cost more than 56,000 lives and who knows how many Russian soldiers are prisoners of war (POW). There is already so many who is killed in action (KIA) and who is wounded too. Therefore, the Russian forces are stretched and lacking manpower.

That’s why Russian government, Kremlin and the Duma had to issue such a decree. There been words of 300,000 new recruits or mobilized troops, but also up to 3,000,000. However, whatever numbers it might be. They will be ill-trained, lack equipment and time to stop the advances of the Ukrainian army, which is only liberating their own territories.

The new people who are either captured, forced or being promised tokens for service. Certainly is joining the war at a bad time. The Russian army has already struggled with logistics and keeping the lines. The demonstrations and the people fleeing from being called-up. Only shows when the war comes home. There isn’t a will to support it, but the same citizens was fine to support it when other people where dying in it.

That’s why Russians citizens has tried to fly out to places where they don’t need visa. Trying to reach Georgia or other former USSR republic where they are welcomed. Some are stopped and blocked from entry Because, they have “Z” on their cars and shown support of the war, but didn’t want to fight it.

What could be the biggest shocker is for all of the rural soldiers and forced conscripts passing through Moscow. When they are coming from poverty to see the vast wealth of capital. That’s when they might rebel or act in mutiny. Because, they are not seeing this sort of lifestyle or possibilities, which are in Moscow or St. Petersburg. They will be shocked, as they come from peasantry and is expected to be sacrificed for the will of the leaders of Kremlin.

That’s what might happen. There is already reactions and local demonstrations, but nothing that haven’t stopped the acts from happening. Neither has it been such a state that the authorities couldn’t control it. We know the will and lack of moral to sign-up is obvious. When there is reports of police officers following the people who are going house to house to force people to join the army. If the Russians thought this would get people willingly or be war ready. Well, people aren’t like that…

Because of the hardships of the authorities to get people to sign-up and mobilize. There reports of possible nationwide martial-law and closure of borders. Just to stop idle men and people from fleeing abroad. Since there are steady reports of this. Certainly some will go into hiding and will not be at their address. They will certainly be gone “missing” because they don’t want to die in the war. That’s what is happening and it’s obvious.

Certainly, Putin is jaded in his vision. This “Special Operation” has exhausted his armies and the economy is struggling too. In combination of a disillusioned army, lack of preparation and morals. There is no will and people conscripting by force won’t get them “battle-ready” or eager to fight. Instead, it might easily backfire and Gods know what these men are willing to do. No matter what laws and possible punishments pinned on them for rebelling or mutiny can stop it. It is better to be in prison for a decade, than dying a miserable death in a war in Ukraine. Therefore, the Russian civilians who is forced is now getting the war home.

A war that has been there for months and since February 2022. The war that was started in 2014 when Russia annexed Crimea from Ukraine. Ukraine couldn’t decide to fight or have choice. The Russian civilians had the choice. They could have stood up to the authorities and dared to question it. However, they have been willing to support and look silently by. Eating the propaganda and even worn the “Z”. That’s what they have done, but now it’s their turn to carry weapons for the state. Now the buck stops and they act in indifference.

I don’t have much sympathy, because well.. the war of destruction, annihilation and total disregard for Ukraine has been going on. Kremlin and Duma has been vital in this and the people didn’t mind when the ethnic minorities or the rural poor stood guards on the front-lines of Ukraine. Surely Dagestan and other regions has been depleted of plenty of young men. Who has died and never returns to their villages. Now, the same sort of conscripts are supposed to come from elsewhere and people who did sing the songs of war. Now are frightened that they have to risk their lives in Ukraine. Well… it’s your turn and Putin wants you.

Putin wants the Russian civilians to die needlessly for his own will and prestige. His losing face, so the people has to lose their lives. That’s the difference between this “Tsar” and the peasants. They got to die so he get the honour. The victims and innocent of Ukraine is only a byline in this. That is just a means to an end and the glory of Mother Russia. To take back what was “theirs” and keep the influence of Moscow strong. Nevertheless, the times has changed and the Ukrainian forces are striking back so hard that they got to retreat. It won’t get any better with forced conscript, ill equipped and lacking military experience to be fighting a fierce army who has fought consistently since February on their own territories. Therefore, the gamble of getting people this way will be endangering the cause of Putin.

This isn’t strategical genius, but a gamble. Hoping the numbers will save him more than the skill or their abilities to compete. Hoping the drunk, the sick and poor can do great out of nowhere. That’s a mirage or a dream. When you don’t have well-trained or well-equipped men fighting or people ready for it. You shouldn’t expect victory but a massive defeat. Lot’s of these conscripts might just retreat or even accept being taken as “POW”. Because why shouldn’t they? They are not fighting at will, but by force and by decisions made by others.

It just shows how Putin has failed at his attempt of annexing the whole of Ukraine. He failed and so did his cronies in Moscow. They totally failed and has nothing to show for it. Whatever they do now is fake, fraudulent and self-destructive. This will not amount to anything positive, but only more bloodshed. Peace.

Russia: Former Mongolian President Elbegdorj – Message from Elbegdorj (23.09.2022)

Opinion: Putin’s misadventure will haunt him

The Ukrainian Invasion since February 2022 has shown who the Russian President really is. This conflict is embodying who Vladimir Putin is and what he wants. Putin wanted this and ordered it to happen. He did it because he could and he knew the Russian Federation would follow his command.

That’s what the 3 day war that has become a 210 days has shown who he is. Maybe not in the flattering light he thought he was. Neither is it anything worthy of a Head of State. No, his just another bloodthirsty tyrant and a warlord. That’s who he is and spearheading Russian Imperialism as well.

Putin hasn’t shown a good character or been directing this war wisely. Instead he has oozed arrogance and entitlement. The Ukrainian President, the Ukrainian Republic and their sovereignty was unworthy for him. Ukraine was just supposed to bow down and bend over to his glory. The Russian Forces was just supposed to Kyiv and overthrow the Volodymyr Zelensky government. However, we knew that never happened and instead the momentum is all in the hands of Kyiv now.

That’s why Moscow, Kremlin and the State Duma is doing whatever it can boost the war-effort. The Special Operation was supposed to be a short mission to annex the whole Ukraine. Later it had to retreat from attacking around Kyiv and moved more to Donbass and the South. Now, the South is soon over too and they are losing territories inside Donbass too. The Donbass which was so important. Now that’s the most important and the reason for it all.

While we all know Putin wanted the whole of Ukraine. Putin wanted to takeover Kyiv and install a puppet there. He wanted to show supremacy and wanted to outright silence free-thinking nations in the Moscow sphere. That’s why he went to war and ordered the war against Ukraine. He thought it would be easier after sponsoring insurgency in Donbass and already annexed Crimea. Now, thinks are going wrong and he wants to save face.

Putin isn’t a tactical genius. Neither is the Russian forces that mighty either. They only have had better machinery and air-support than Ukraine ever did. That superiority has been lost over time. The losses of mechanical divisions and technical teams must have hurt the Russians too. Not to mention sending in lesser trained or well prepared soldiers to the fronts. This is only causing more bloodshed and destroying whatever moral that is left. Since, the months of war and no progress. Only more desperate means and that’s why it’s a felony to leave your post or even to desert from the army. Meaning the ones who flee the bloody war can be punished by law.

This war has only shown the sinister side and exposed it more. The ones haven’t followed the Russians forces in Syria, Chechnya or Georgia has seen the brutality before. It isn’t anything new… the total destruction and annihilation, which is a trait of their offensives. Therefore, all of this will be proven now and shown in a manner of which Putin haven’t seen before either. His name will be synonymous with this war. The bloodshed and the murderous acts of his armies will be pinned on him. That was done because of him and his whims.

Putin has achieved none of the strategical, operational or tactical objectives in the war against Ukraine. Instead he has lost even more. The Russian Federation is further being financially punished and being sanctioned. In such a way that the Russians will be hurt for a long time. While NATO has been strengthened, the EU is more unified and Ukraine is closer to Europe than before the invasion. The same with other former Soviet Republics like Georgia and Moldova too. This has all backfired and it’s all because of Putin.

These 210 days cannot be how Putin envisioned it. Surely he thought after a weeks time he would be sitting in Kyiv and looking fabulous. He and his generals grinning from teeth to teeth. Thinking and considering where to go next. As he envisioned this as the start of a new USSR. Take back the glory days and become a modern Tsar of sorts. However, we are seeing the resilience of the Ukrainians and their armed forces. That is something that Putin underestimated and didn’t consider their will to defend their motherland.

Putin has shown his true character. He has exposed what his willing to do. There is no other way to describe it. The “Z” is now a sign of the invasion and how they are promoting this war. That “Z” will be logo and the story, which reflects who Putin is. Because, he thought the “Z” would bring glory, be a tale of wonders and re-unite the former USSR republics. Instead, it has shown that they are even further apart and his influence is sinking.

Well, the armies and the strength of the Russian war-machine isn’t as grandeur as it was on paper. Instead, it was hectic, chaotic and a mess, which couldn’t pull this one off. Putin will not be remembered in the kindest of light. No, there to much blood and suffering on his reign. Not only the ones dying in this war, but the means for consolidation of power and be supreme has caused plenty of others their lives too. If not they are lingering in jail or trying live safely in exile. That isn’t the act of a beloved statesman. No, that’s the act of a tyrant and he knows that well. Peace.
